As I said, I am wildly hungover and kind of cranky and have no patience for anything that's

It gets to our row, and it's her turn to move into the aisle, and again she does not move

The rows behind us now start to leave.

I finally say "Hey, I've got a connection to catch, so I have to get moving here..."

I just did NOT want to deal with whatever the hell breakdown this woman was having,

not with the way I was feeling.

I eventually get to the waiting area for the monorail to the next terminal where my connecting

flight is, and she sidles up riiiiight next to me, still grinning.

At this point I say: "Alright, seriously, why are you following me like this?"

Her response this time: "Because I love you and you promised me you would never be apart

from me."

I laughed nervously and looked around at the strangers also waiting for the train, making

I felt like I was the crazy one now too, making random statements to a train full of strangers.

We FINALLY get to the other terminal.

I near-run to my gate, with her RIGHT behind me still, still saying things like "You can't

get away from me THIS time".

I get to the gate and spend a moment scanning the crowd.

I see a woman in what looked like police uniform waiting, and I say "Excuse me, are you security

or police or... see, this lady..." but she just shakes her head at me.

Everyone in the crowd just does their best to ignore us.

You would be AMAZED at how hard it is to find SECURITY OR POLICE in a damned AIRPORT these

days when you really need them.

Finally, I go up to the desk and shamelessly interrupt the agents standing there.

Doing my best to maintain composure, I put on a half smile and explain to them "Hi there.

So, this woman standing right next to me here...

I have NO idea who she is, and she has been following me for quite some time..."

Eventually the rest of the passengers get on, and they all shoot me glances as they

pass my row.

Some of sympathy, some of sheer confusion.

The man who sits behind me asks me "Hey man, what WAS that!?"

I give him the brief version, and he tells me: "She had a complete and total meltdown

the second you got on the plane.

Screaming.

Tearing her hair out.

Pounding her feet.

They took her away in handcuffs!

You really didn't know her!?"

Nope.

I didn't.

To this day, I still wonder all the time what the HELL was going on with that woman.

I barely even have told this story to many of my friends, because it's just SO unbelievable.

I never received ANY other information about the incident, never learned who she was, or

why she thought I promised her ANYTHING, let alone eternal companionship and love.

Here's the sad reality folks.

No money has anything on Lindsey Graham.

The thing is, this is just who Lindsey Graham has always been.

Lindsey Graham has done this for his entire career.

I don't believe there is any grand conspiracy.

If somebody blackmailing Lindsey Graham, I believe that he is just a piece of crap of

a human being and that's why we're seeing this happen today.

Yeah, he was all big and tough against Donald Trump and his best buddy John Mccain was still

alive, but as John McCain grew more ill, Lindsey Graham realize like, shit, I don't have any

other friends in the world, so what am I going to do?

All latch onto Donald Trump, all be his mouthpiece, all be his talking point and in exchange I

might have a new buddy to pal around with and go play golf with because John Mccain's

not going to be around much longer.

That's what happened here.

Lindsey Graham was just desperate for a friend, for somebody to talk to and an exchange.

All he had to do was get rid of what little bit of a soul he had left and that's why we're

seeing this today.

But honest to God, I don't think there's any kids in this country.

I don't believe there's any teachers in this country that would say, sure, go ahead and

take the funds away from our education to go build a wall.

You would be hard pressed to find a single student or teacher willing to give up funds

to fix their dilapidated buildings and they're outdated textbooks in order to pay for this

stupid wall.

Lindsey Graham would likely know that if he spent any time outside of Washington DC and

actually went out into the country and talk to normal, average everyday people.

But it has been a very long time since Lindsey Graham has taken the time to go through and

actually look at and talk to and understand what average Americans are going through.

But if he did it, he would understand that nobody, no matter the cost, once that stupid

wall between the US and Mexico.

L-Sit Progressions and Step-by-Step Guide to Nailing Your L-Sit - Duration: 6:33.

The L-Sit can look pretty simple - I mean all you're doing is just sticking

your legs out in front holding yourself up, right? Well, the thing is though a lot

of people have trouble with the L-Sit. But no worries, I'm gonna help you with that

today I'll show you how you can work on it I really like the l-sit a lot. You can do it

on the floor, you can do it on the rings, you can do it on the p-bars

Hell you can do it on the escalator going down showing off looks pretty cool

just be careful of other people in front of you

In this particular tutorial

I want to keep it super simple for you, okay. The main thing here that we're

after is making sure that you have the proper position. If you focus on that you're

gonna find that it's going to be a lot easier as you work towards the full

l-sit now before I get into the step-by-step for the l-sit I do want to

say that there's a little bit of a difference between doing the L-Sit on the

floor compared to the parallettes compared to the rings and for more info

on that just click somewhere here on your screen

I'm gonna take you to that very detailed video that explains the differences

In this particular tutorial I'm gonna show you doing this on the P-bars simply

because I feel that that is the easiest place to start since it gives you lift off of

the ground, some clearance, and as well, it's going to make it easier for you to

use your legs to help you for the particular progressions and variations

that I'm going to be showing

All right, so let's jump into it

The first step is making sure that you have the proper position for the L-Sit

Now we're gonna be using the P-bars as I mentioned earlier I really think this is a great place to start

I don't want you to get too concerned about the height of your P-bars, okay?

If they're really low to the ground like I have that's fine, if

they're higher, whatever, it doesn't matter. Let's just make sure that your arms are

completely locked out, your elbow pits are facing forward, you have your

shoulders pulled back and down with your chest up with your butt underneath your

shoulders - that's the starting point, that is the position that I want you to focus

on, no matter what progression, no matter what variation you do with the l-sit

Alright, so we've got the shoulder arm hand butt to shoulder relationship set

next order of a business is bringing your legs together, tucking your legs up

tightly to your body, but keeping your toes on the ground I just want you to

hang out in this position remember you're pushing down and through the P-bars

pulling the chest up, shoulders are pulled back and down, elbow pits facing

forward, chest up looking forward straight you're not looking up you're

not looking down and simply tucking your knees close into your body with your

toes on the ground This is our first progression

Alright so you're really comfortable with that position with your toes on the ground

now right?

Cool, now what you're gonna do is simply pull one foot off the ground slightly

this could be simply a matter of pulling the toes off the ground

I don't want you to think that you should pull your entire

knee and leg up off of the ground that could compromise your position so

without trying to move any other part of your body simply pull the toes of one

foot off of the ground, hang out there a little bit, then switch feet

alright next order of business is bringing both feet off of the ground

now remember what I said earlier about trying not to move the rest of your body

we want to keep that first movement or I should say position where you have your butt

underneath your shoulders, elbow pits facing forward, arms straight, shoulders

pulled back and down, gaze is neutral, you still have your knees pulled in, you're

in a tucked position, but now all you're going to do is pull your toes up off of

the ground so that you're hovering floating in that tucked l-sit position

okay you've got that floating tuck position down now, right?

now it's a matter of simply extending the leg slightly, holding and then pulling back

I'm not asking you to fully extend your leg so this isn't where you have one leg

completely straight all you're doing is while keeping one leg tucked in tightly

opening up the other leg a little bit holding it and then

and then switching legs remember you want to focus on keeping the rest of

your body as still as possible

All right, next up is simply extending one leg so

that you're performing the single leg l-sit if you will

when performing this, try to lock out the leg and point the toe of the leg that you're extending

I should say toes of that foot

the otherleg is pulled in tightly and again you want to make sure that you have that proper position

where you're keeping your butt under your shoulders, shoulders pulled down and back

elbow pits facing forward, gaze neutral, everything still comes into play when

you're extending that leg holding it pulling it back and then extending the opposite leg

alright so we've arrived we're now going to look at the full l-sit

you've got the body position shoulders pulled back and down

elbow pits facing forward, chest up, butt under the shoulders, gaze neutral

now all you're going to do is go from a tuck position

and as you exhale we're going to extend both legs, locking them out

making sure to point your toes

something I want to say about this

in the very beginning when you extend your legs out

if you happen to notice that your feet are dipping below the p-bars it's

perfectly fine in the beginning hold that position the best you can you know

three seconds is great maybe five seconds okay get comfortable with that

with practice and over time you'll find that you'll be able to raise the leg so

that they're even or parallel with the parallel bars so that you can hold that

90 degree position of sorts for the l-sit

alright there you have it - the l-sit

Probably lost everything in the divorce anyway.

So now he ain't got nothin'.

Now he don't have the money.

You can't keep a child away from a man

'cause he don't have child support payments.

That's wrong because the relationship for the daughter

is to feel a man's love that's genuine and sincere

so she grows up and understands what to look for

when she's looking for a man.

So, that right there, you've gotta be careful of that.

Plane passenger spits on girl, 3, because she 'didn't want to sit next to child' - News Today - Duration: 2:02.

 A drunk woman who spat at a young child on board a plane bound for Las Vegas was kicked off and jailed

 Valerie Gonzalez had been drinking all day and got upset when she realised she had been seated near a three-year-old

 Fellow passengers filmed her expletive-filled rant and caught the disgusting moment she spat at the child in the seat in front of her, before exclaiming: "What did I do?"  Off camera, the little girl's mother can be heard saying: "Did she just spit on you?" to which the young voice replies: "Yes

"  Realising she was being recorded, the 32-year-old got up and tried to leave the JetBlue flight as it sat on the tarmac at Fort Lauderdale airport in Florida on Thursday

   She threw a huge tantrum telling everyone: "F**k you all. Enjoy yourselves in Vegas, I'll be there in an hour

"  But arrest reports say she hit airline staff as she tried to get back on board the plane and even spat at officers

 Police say she told them: "I'm not sitting next to a f*****g three year old, I've been drinking all day

"  As the woman from New York was taken into custody she refused to walk or comply with officer's commands

 She was then put in a wheelchair and rolled out of the terminal.  The officer noted in the report that leg restraints were put on Ms Gonzales to keep her from kicking people

 They also put her spit mask on her as she was taken to North Broward Bureau jail

 She was charged with battery and appeared at court the next day, where a $1,000 - about £770 - bond was placed on her

Getting Rid of Distractions || Time Management || Stay Focused - Duration: 4:32.

Hello everyone!

Welcome back to my channel!

I'm Catalleya and today...

"Oh this is interesting"

So it's super easy to get distracted in today's world.

From daydreaming to Netflix or YouTube binging, it's easy to fill up 1 or 2 or 12 hours

with mindless things.

I mean, you're supposed to be studying for that exam and you're watching YouTube videos instead.

Well, I'll let that slide so that I can show you how to get rid of distractions so

that you can focus on specific tasks.

I haven't always been the best at getting rid of distractions.

In fact, I use to welcome distractions with open arms all the way up until I would have

to rush to finish a project or task I was doing.

Often times leaving me awoke till like 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning.

Those were the sleepless days.

Now I'm able to focus on one thing at a time and get things done in a timely, less rushed manner.

So here are my 4 tips for you for getting rid of distractions.

Tip # 1 Manage your day and schedule

Scheduling time and including breaks with that also helps to get rid of distractions, believe it or not.

When I have 3 hours full of just focusing on one thing I can easily get distracted or daydream.

Often times thinking, well It's just a little distraction and I still have so much time left.

However, if I set 30 minutes for a task, and then 10-minute break, I am more likely to stay focused on the task until the break.

This is especially helpful when studying because it allows your brain time to rest before soaking up more knowledge.

So if you are studying for 3 hours take a 10-minute break every 30 minutes or so.

And that should help.

Tip # 2 Have a Clean Working Space

One of the ways I help get rid of distractions is by working in a clean area.

Sometimes this means tidying up before I get started on something, but I have learned that

when my space is not crowded with other things I have an easier time focusing on the task at hand.

So clean up your desk, or clean up the room you will be working in.

Or even move to a location that is neat.

My favorite place is Starbucks and Panera, and I don't really get anything at either.

I like the bread at Panera and I don't really drink coffee.

So yeah those are really good places.

Tip # 3 Turn off phone notifications

So if you go into your phone settings there should be a setting that allows you to turn off your notifications.

Another way of doing this is by going into airplane mode, or do not disturb mode.

Turning off your notifications helps you to not be distracted by the pinging or vibrating

of your device, and focus on what you are doing.

So that is very helpful.

Tip # 4

If tip number 3 doesn't work tip number 4 definitely should.

It is to Put away Electronics.

Another way to focus is to put unneeded electronics away.

For many of us our laptop is what we use for note taking, or what we need in order to do our job.

Well then put your cell phone away and only work on your laptop.

This helps me to not search Instagram or start text conversations with people.

There are even certain programs you can put on your computer and phone that block certain sites and apps during chosen hours.

When all else fails, use pen and paper and put all of your electronics away.

Just do what you have to do to stay focused.

When celebrating the impending birth of your first child, you'd want to do it in style - and Duchess Meghan is is no way exempt

As she prepares to welcome her baby in the British spring this year, the royal has flown to New York City for her baby shower, and she's not doing things by halves

In fact, the ins and outs of the flashy baby 'do have been revealed, and we're wishing we had an invite, quite frankly

According to Page Six, Meghan has touched down in New York City ahead of the big day on Tuesday, where her best friend and stylist Jessica Mulroney has arranged an exclusive party on the Upper East Side

It is understood that Mulroney has taken charge of coordinating the affair, which we're envisioning will have all the bells and whistles you'd expect at a baby shower - cake, gifts and some good old fashioned baby shower games

But a baby shower isn't the only thing Meghan is getting up to while she's back in the States

Sources revealed to Harper's Bazaar that Meghan will be staying in New York for five nights where she will catch up with a few of her closest friends - as well as fitting in some rest and shopping! And she hasn't wasted any time since touching down -Us Weekly reported that Duchess Meghan has already been spotted having lunch with a friend at Laduree restaurant in Soho

A witness told the publication that she and her friend were seen "having a lovely time, laughing and talking with each other"

And there's no doubt the Duchess will enjoy spending some time catching up with her close pal Jessica Mulroney

The pair, who are said to be "incredibly close", met at work. When Meghan relocated to Toronto to work on Suits, she and Jessica, whom she worked with as a stylist, quickly became friends

Jessica's children were later involved in Markle's bridal party.The 39-year-old also travelled to Sydney with Harry and Meghan while they were in Australia for their royal tour

And while it's part and parcel for baby showers to be organised by friends and family of the mum-to-be, we can't help but think Meghan's celebration will have a touch of the royal's eye for hosting

Meghan has already proved just how well she can throw a friendly get-together. In January, Meghan's good friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin shared an Insta-worthy snap of a delectable spread prepared by none other than the royal herself

Sharing a flat-lay picture of tea, chocolates and toast topped with a generous amount of smashed avocado, Daniel was clearly impressed with her hospitality

"Thank you Meghan for being the consummate hostess this weekend and still being the #avocadotoast whisperer, YUM!" He wrote

While it's not yet clear if smashed avocado will be featured at her baby shower, we're sure hoping for a spread inspired by her now defunct lifestyle blog The Tig
