The Problem With Islam | Everybody's Lying About Islam 7 - Duration: 5:49.

Hey there.

I have never disputed that there are real problems in contemporary Islam.

The way that the ideology is currently used both in Muslim countries and beyond is sometimes

very problematic.

I don't dispute that Muslim populations both migrant and at home have some very real

issues that need to be addressed.

What I do dispute is the idea that there is some special eternal sickness associated with

Islam.

Nobody is engaging with these issues honestly.

One side thinks Islam is Evil.

The other side says nice things, but then acts to perpetuate the issues that create

the problem with Islam.

At the end of the day, the Koran is just an old book.

The issues don't go back 1400 years.

They're all about contemporary economics and politics.

Since I started this series a week ago, I've heard from a lot of people who want to tell

me what's wrong with Islam.

They do it In large blocks of text, with a lot of hate and profanity.

These comments all look kind of similar, and they talk about the same issues.

Sometimes they've clearly been cut and pasted from the same source.

We all get guys, you don't like Muslims.

A lot of this stuff can be discounted immediately.

Comparing American and Arabian slavery is not a useful exercise.

Conquests that happened 500 years ago are interesting, but not all that important for

contemporary issues..

Now, as much as it pains me to admit it, these folks do bring up some issues that make sense.

I think it's true that crimes committed by Muslim migrants in Europe are underplayed

in the mainstream media.

I also think that's a good thing.

Think about the scale of what's just happened.

Over a million people have been torn from their homes and thrown into an alien environment.

It's amazing that there aren't more problems than there are.

If anything, Islam makes refugees more peaceful rather than less.

Trust me, if Sweden had taken in 190,000 rural Americans, We'd all be talking about the

Swedish civil war right now.

The commenters are also right to point out that some unpleasant things happen in Muslim

countries as well.

Honor Killings, Female Genital Mutilation, Horrifying disrespect for Women's and LGBT

rights.

The standard response to this is that these things these are problems of development,

and that's absolutely true.

These problems are about poverty.

You can see similar issues in other poor non-Muslim countries.

As most countries get richer, these problems will fade.

It's not about which old book they choose to organize their lives around.

In 2017 we've actually got genocidal Buddhists, if you can believe that.

But because the mainstream wants to protect Saudi Arabia, they don't complete the argument.

It's not just that these countries are poor, it's that one of them isn't.

The problem of Islam isn't just development.

The problem of Islam is Uneven development.

As European countries developed, from the 15th through the 17th centuries, religious

fighting was a big part of the story.

Every power had a version of religion that they were pushing.

But that's the thing.

There were many, many powers.

They were all competing, and they were pushing very different forms of religion.

No single sect could dominate, and Europe eventually arrived at a kind of tolerance.

I Say Henry, Why don't we throw over all this religious garbage and see how we do?

But of course!

Hah ha!

Eat our dust!

The More tolerant countries ended up winning.

There's a reason everybody speaks French and English.

Muslim countries haven't had a similar opportunity to develop competitively yet.

For 50 years, one Muslim country has been richer than all the others.

And that country, Saudi Arabia, has used its wealth to push one angry, violent version

of the Islamic faith.

Even worse, it's had the help of the world's richest and most powerful country working

to amplify the spread of that faith as well.

In Saudi Arabia, this crazy ideology is kept in check by a PR-sensitive royal family, and

a kind of first world level of development.

When it's introduced in poorer countries, you get chaos.

Once you are aware of this dynamic, the only surprising thing about the problems of Islam

is how small they are.

This is the central truth of Sunni Islam today.

And it's a truth that nobody else wants to tell you.

If you want to learn more about the true problem of Islam, and how to solve it, I suggest you

check out my essay Everybody's Lying About Islam.

Also, you may want to consider chipping into my Patreon account.

YouTube just dramatically cut the revenue of all political news channels.

If my Patreon funding doesn't go up dramatically very soon, I'm afraid this channel may have

Virtus.pro at The Kiev Major: "I play Dota 2 to win a Valve tournament": an interview with Solo - Duration: 12:08.

— Hello, friends. So you've been asking for it, and here he is—our captain. Captain Solo is with me right now

after an exciting, absolutely insane game. All of us lost voice

and we're still shaky a little bit. How do you feel?

— Honestly, I don't feel anything yet. We were extremely happy yesterday when we won.

The games were difficult, and our opponents prepared really well to play against us. And today I've probably

made up my mind to play for the final. I mean, semi-final, then final.

So when we won the semi-final, I didn't feel anything. The most important part is coming.

— You know, both analysts and casters said that the most important thing now is to win this game

and the final will be easier. What do you think?

— I think you should always lay yourself out. It's single playoff. You have to lay yourself

out in the first, second, and third—in each round. It just happened that we played

one game a day. Today we knew that we would play both in the semi-final and the final.

So I subconsciously prepared to the final.

— I hope all of you had enough sleep today. I spoke to Ivan yesterday before you went to bed.

He said: "They definitely need to sleep today." I want to ask a question about ArtStyle.

As the captain you can precisely assess his work.

Besides the results that we can witness now,

what are your inner impressions of Ivan?

— Ivan helped the team a lot. When he came,

we had no tournaments at the time, we were boot camping. He joined us at the boot camp, and we started

trying out new strategies, working on our game play, psychological aspects.

Ivan's contribution to the team has been enormous throughout the time we've been working together.

— You're on a large scene now. Crowds of fans support you.

Every time an important fight begins, each move you make causes so much noise,

shouting, and support. What do you feel at such moments? Do you feel it? Does it help you?

— Yes, we feel something. In fact, cabins here are really good, and we can hardly hear anything from there.

When the entire audience starts chanting "Virtus.pro",

we hear it, of course. I haven't seen a single tournament I've been at where any team received so much support.

I don't remember anything like this even when Na'Vi played in Kiev. There is a cool guy

who galvanizes the crowd. And something crazy happens. We're really pleased and happy

that Kiev welcomes and supports us like this.

— We already spoke about your teammates in Boston: how they got into the team,

how you recruited them. Briefly describe each of them now,

when a lot of time has gone by.

— Vladimir [No[o]ne] probably

tries hard and plays the most. He is always motivated.

Vladimir is a workaholic. RAMZES...

is still young, childish. He's always in a good mood and he can cheer up the team.

He can be inconsistent in the game. He's a cheerful lad.

Pavel is the most mentally resilient, I think.

Pavel does everything safely.

— He is reliable.

— Yes, he is reliable. Pavel is reliable and stable. It's a good quality.

All of the guys are good.

It's really important for Ilya [Lil] that the team believes in him and supports him.

Then he plays the best.

Ilya is kind of an executive. He does a lot of work in the game.

As for his personal qualities, Ilya is a really honest and open person.

— Do you prefer talking to them as to colleagues or friends?

— When we play, we're colleagues. When we practice, stay together at boot camp

or a tournament or in everyday life, we're friends though. I don't know how ith them. I don't pay a lot

of attention to it. I just talk to them. We tell each other what we think. We've been together for a long time.

— Do you have such situations when they help you as friends? For example, you can call and say:

"Ilya, I need your help here. Let's do something not related to practice today."

— We don't talk a lot when we're on vacation, when we don't practice together. We don't communicate a lot

awhen we don't play tournaments or boot camp. Probably, Dota mainly connects us.

— Okay, let's talk about the boot camp then. You spent a lot of time there.

. Everyone's heard of how wonderful it is there, what a wonderful pool you have. Besides the swimming pool,

what did this boot camp bring in during the time you were there?

— The situation with the boot camp is pretty funny. There were a lot of arguments

and outrage on why it was in Krasnodar. "Probably, Solo brought his wife and dog there."

In fact, all of us are happy with the boot camp. Firstly, we had a great house. We had connection problems.

Yes, we encountered them and we weren't ready for them a little bit.

But I don't think it's the most important thing about boot camp. It is important to have a working,

productive climate. It's also important to stay in a city. So, apart from practicing,

we can go out once a week—go to the cinema, to the café, on a quest,

or just stroll. It's not like in Moscow when you're 40 kilometers away from the city.

The weather is amazing in Krasnodar: it's warm and fresh. You can take a walk.

So, I think they choose the right place for boot camp.

— And football!

— Yes, we play football. We do a lot of things.

— Speaking of football, are you ready to face the Brazilians?

— Not yet. I'll have to run a bit with my friends for a month or so. Because I haven't played it for a long time.

It should be interesting. I still can do something and remember something about football.

— I think your teammates should support you and go out for a run with you every morning.

Which previous tournament gave you the most experience

and motivation before The Kiev Major?

— Boston.

— Boston?

— We made a lot of conclusions. You can't get this experience anywhere else.

It was a Major, single-elimination playoff. It's a different level of play. Both you

and your opponents have a different level of training for matches. It's totally different pressure, responsibility.

It doesn't compare to practice, other tournaments—online and LAN ones.

You can get this experience only at international tournaments

like Majors or The International. So we made a lot of conclusions and worked on a lot of things after Boston.

And it's been working out yet.

— I know that apart from esports you tried different things in terms of your career.

If you could change something in your life

and career by using a time machine, for example

would you choose anything else?

— I've never been attracted to any work activities. There were

some interesting things. I wanted to become a lawyer at some point.

It was before I went to the university. I dedicated a lot

of time to football. But it was specific… I stopped playing at the age of fourteen.

. I trained a lot and was really captivated. I don't know. I probably wouldn't change anything.

I like the way my life is going now and what it used to be previously.

— Most importantly, all of your fans and esports followers think

that you're at the right place.

— I think so too.

— Yes. And if Dota 2 ended as a discipline, were would you go?

What game would you find interesting to play?

— I think if Dota 2 ends, there will be Dota 3 because of the genre. Dota is the ancestor of

of MOBA games. I used to play CS well.

But I wouldn't do esports if Dota ended.

I wouldn't play another game

— How do you feel before the final?

It's a milestone that you didn't manage to reach in Boston, for example.

— We're definitely ready. Our opponents are very strong: both OG and IG. We lost to them.

We lost to OG at the Dota Pit and to EG in Boston. We prepared and made a lot of conclusions.

The final will be difficult anyway. Both opponents aren't really comfortable for us.

We'll see what's going to happen.

— I'd like to remark fans' incredible, particular love to you.

I haven't heard a single person say: "Solo isn't good. He's mediocre."

So I know that a lot of people have been waiting for this interview. They're waiting for some

words from you. You can tell them everything you want now.

— It's really pleasing. In fact, I've met people who don't like me, but it's normal.

You can't win everyone's favor, can you? You can't be liked by everyone. When I read comments,

I see some people who have been supporting me for a long time, since I played for RoX.KIS.

It was back in 2013. It's really pleasing to read all of that support.

I can see how people root for us in Kiev and in the entire CIS. It's really amazing

and motivating for my teammates and me.I'm less likely to be influenced

by such things though. I'd like to thank everyone who cheers for me and the guys. It's really important.

There is not much time left for my dream to come true. I've said many times that I play Dota

to win a Valve tournament like a Major or The International. All the things that are happening here,

in Kiev, are amazing. I can see that people root for us and support us. I know that it's not just in Kiev

—people from the entire CIS support us. I've been trying to achieve this for a long time. I'm really glad

and proud to have such a team. I'm proud for my teammates.

Thank you a lot for rooting for us.

— Thank you!

— Thank you!

CoD 2 Spanish Civil War ► Act I - Mission 2: "Atalayón, the last redoubt" - Duration: 6:58.

Atalayón, July 17, 1936

The revolt spreads across Melilla due to the events in the Boundaries Comission.

A rebel detachment is about to take the seaplane base of the Atalayón, located in the Mar Chica, next to Melilla.

The compound is heavily defended by forces loyal to the republic, leaded by Virgilio Leret, an airman who is provisionally in charge of the base.

"The last redoubt"

The Atalayón July 17, 1936

Seaplane Base "The Atalayón"

Shabah, they're still entrenched in the stronghold. Captain Leret says he will be loyal to the republic until the end, and he refuses to lay down arms.

Damned Virgilio, he leaves us no choice.

Those barracks are key for taking the whole of Melilla. The revolt depends on it.

Boys, we'll have to enter by force before the enemy support comes. Are you ready?

Ready!

Be careful with that passage between the rocks. I've seen this a lot of times before. It's the perfect place for an ambush...

Who's there?

Mohammed Ben Mizzian reporting for duty, sir.

What are you doing here?

We've taken advantage of the confusion of the battle to rescue a brave Legionary imprisoned in this stronghold for months.

Why are you so interested in that man?

He saved my life once.

I understand. Join our cause and we will help you find your friend.

Salam aleykum. May Allah protect you!

We've finally reached the top of the Atalayón. Virgilio must be hiding somewhere, although I doubt he will agree to surrender...

We've crushed the enemy! But there's still a long way to go on the Peninsula. I'll avenge what they did...

We made it, Shabah, the Desert Ghost. Just as we were ordered. But I'm afraid the bloodshed has just started...

The rebel troops have just shot Captain Virgilio Leret Ruiz.

6 days later...

Don't wanna know If you're looking into her eyes

If she's holdin onto you so tight

The way I did before

I overdosed Should've known your love was a game

Now I can't get you out of my brain

Ohh, it's such a shame

I hate you I love you, I hate that I love you

Don't want to, but I can't put Nobody else above you

I hate you I love you, I hate that I want you

You want her, you need her And I'll never be her

Woman, voice-over: When I first got into the military, I mean,

I was thinking it was kind of a win-win.

It was a force for good in the world.

I could actually help people,

I could go places, I could learn things.

There was nothing negative about it at the time

that was in my thinking or in my consciousness.

And, you know, I thought I was gonna be on the right side

of history, and today I don't believe I was.

[Crows cawing]

Lisa: I worked on a DGS-- a Distributed Ground System.

As the name implies, I mean, it's a distributed system,

and it spans the globe and it eats data,

and it eats lots and lots and lots of data.

This is global.

This is getting information anywhere at any time,

shooting people from anywhere at any time, and it's not just

one person sitting there with a little remote control,

a little joystick, moving around a plane

that's halfway across the world.

That's not all there is.

It's like borders don't matter anymore,

and there's a huge system that spans the globe

that can just suck up endless amounts of your life,

your personal data.

I mean, this could grow to get so out of control,

and we're not the only ones that have this;

this is gonna be commonplace if it's not already.

[Distant man shouting, ball bounces]

That good?

Like the beach water?

Lisa, voice-over: It's a secret program,

and what that means is that I can't just go shouting

off the hilltops, telling the public what it is.

What I can tell you is that, to me--one person

who worked within this massive thing--it's frightening.

Bronchitis Singing No Air "Meet Me In Montana" Dan Seals (Cover) - Duration: 3:22.

Wrote my whole life down in a notebook Songs about you and me

I've been singing to every soul in Tennessee Nobody seems to listen

No one ever smiles the way that you do So I guess you'll never hear me on the radio

I'd give up this crazy dream of mine To hold you once more

Won't you meet me in Montana I want to see the mountains

In your eyes Oh!

Oh!

I've had all of this life I can handle Meet me underneath that big Montana sky

I left home for Hollywood Looking for a part to play

You always said I had such a pretty face But I guess I'm not that pretty

'Cause no one looks at me The way that you do

Well, you'll always be a movie star to me Darling now I guess it's time that I let go

of that dream

Won't you meet me in Montana I want to see the mountains

In your eyes Oh!

Oh!

I've had all of this life I can handle Meet me underneath that big Montana sky

Well, we're stuck here in these hills That they call mountains

But Darling back home in your arms Is right where I wanna be

Won't you meet me in Montana I want to see the mountains

In your eyes Oh!

Oh!

I've had all of this life I can handle Meet me underneath that big Montana sky

Wayne Dyer: The Choice of Ego | Love or Fear ( Wayne Dyer Depression ) - Duration: 16:36.

If you were raised on blame it is a

habit for you to reach for this excuse

whenever you wish to explain why

something is not working in your life

you can for instance blame lack of

prosperity and a lot of externals your

culture the stock market politicians

your parents Lady Luck the greed of

others you can blame the illness on

heredity in the flu season and bad luck

of the environment you're sour

relationships can be blamed on your

partner's their inability to love you

your upbringing or your parents your

personality can be blamed on your

parents or your jeans or your childhood

or your siblings or your birth order and

your physical appearance can be the

fault of genetics the food manufacturers

advertisers or the polluted environment

this is potentially an endless list the

alternative to blame is self

responsibility becoming an inner

directed person you may not have been

taught to consider taking responsibility

for the events of your life but if you

are unwilling to discontinue the blame

game you will be unable to initiate your

sacred quest when you are inclined to

think that someone else is responsible

for your circumstances take an instant

to say a prayer of thanks for the lesson

the lesson is to become aware that you

are the one who is experiencing the

feeling you can do this the instant that

you recognize yourself playing the blame

game feel thankful toward those you've

let anger you give inner thanks for the

reminder that the feeling you're

experiencing is inside you not outside

you say to yourself I do not want to be

right I want to know the truth

I want my higher self to rule no one is

to blame for how I'm feeling it is my

feeling and I respect that these kinds

of affirmations will lead you to

self-reliance and to the way of the

sacred quest your spiritual soul will

then become the guiding light for the

remainder of your time in the now here

another belief that you have to rid

yourself of is that idealism can't

coexist with realism don't be such a

dreamer be realistic

forget about your inner vision look

around you what is happening this is

what is real have you heard similar

pronouncements often in your life if so

you probably developed an attitude about

what was possible and what was

impossible

if the ideals that attracted you were

labeled impossible you probably

sacrificed them for a way of viewing

your world that was based on what others

termen was realistic discarding that old

belief about reality can be a major task

on the path of the sacred quest are you

ready to reconsider your view of reality

perhaps William Blake's statement will

inspire you he said if the doors of

perception were cleansed everything

would appear as it is infinite can you

imagine your reality in that way

everything infinite when your perception

is expanded nothing is real and nothing

is imagined all there is is perception

when you cultivate this awareness your

reality is no longer defined by the

physical world at the tiniest quantum

level time is not a reality particles

can be in more than one place at the

same time and they appear and disappear

according to how we observe them and

what measuring devices we use all of

this constitutes our new reality always

remember we are made of the very same

energy if you want to reach your

experience of your life abandon the idea

that your reality is only what your

senses report your inner world and all

of the energy of your higher awareness

creates a reality very different from

that which you've been taught in this

reality your higher spirit the loving

presence within you is dominant in this

world you rely on something quite

different than the ordinary reality

choosing the way of the sacred quest

means you will learn to rely on this new

reality shift back to being the idealist

who had inner Inklings about the world

of spirit that idealist within you will

happily do the following according to

Buddha rely on the message of the

teacher not on his personality rely on

the meaning not just on the words rely

on the real meaning not on the

provisional one rely on your wisdom mind

not in your ordinary judgmental mind

here are some suggestions for releasing

realism and welcoming idealism trust

your intuition you will define your own

reality from now on and your definition

will be based on your inner wisdom there

are no limits within and within is where

you are going from now on for your

direction make a list of all the things

you believed in before you were told

they were

possible writing and drawing about those

already beliefs will help to re-energize

them practice experimenting with your

new reality keep a vision of what it is

that you would like to have occur or

someone you would want to call you

anything that is important to you

meditate on it manifesting into your own

life keep track of all the little things

that lead up to bringing it about after

a while you will notice that your

reality has become one in which you play

a role as co-creator as a child you were

aware of a second aspect of your being

Here I am calling that your double or

your ethereal body as you grew older

you're lost touch with this ethereal

energy body this does not mean that it

is unavailable to you your physical body

is what you've come to believe is who

you are yet this body in and of itself

is neutral your body in and of itself

can bring you neither peace nor turmoil

it is almost impossible to make contact

with your higher self when you only

believe in your false self and the

material world somewhere within you you

are aware that all of the material world

is energy this energy appears solid from

the perspective of your eyes your

perceptual equipment a closer look at

the physical world reveals a dance of

particles and endless voids of empty

space a closer look at those particles

reveals that they are involved in

another tinier dance of more particles

in a field of emptiness ad infinitum

until there's only energy and no

particles this is our reality

but we've been persuaded that what we

see with the limitations of our eyes is

the only reality there is your body is a

part of that perceptual system you have

been conditioned to accept your task is

to dissolve the barrier that separates

these two aspects of your being when you

do this you leap into the unimaginable

here are some suggestions for releasing

your belief in physical exclusivity open

yourself to the possibility of other

dimensions of reality being available to

you affirm to yourself that this is all

a possibility

very few people believed in the

existence of microscopic life before the

invention of the microscope there was

ilion's of tiny creatures swimming

around in their own pool of reality

independent of

anyone's opinion about them they exist

now in your skin your eyes your

fingernails and your hair all of those

things that you sense to be solid are

alive with invisible activity apply the

same awareness to this notion you can't

see it but you are an energy body and a

physical body your double would like to

introduce itself to you our education

emphasizes believing in sensory

experiences such experiences seem to

tell us that we are separate unique

special and disconnected from each other

very few of us learn that there is some

kind of unity the truth is that

everything is linked including you

to all other beings discard the belief

that you are separate from everyone else

you will acquire a reverence for

everyone that will turn into love when

we lose our sense of us versus them and

know that we are all us and we have a

win-win relationship with life practice

letting go of your egos need to be

separate from others begin viewing

yourself as a member of the human family

called us share your toys with others

especially neighbors and even strangers

as if they were a part of your family as

the English proverb says the hand that

gives gathers treat everyone as if they

are part of the tribe you love belonging

to don't mentally note their differences

carry an inner determination to see

others as just as much a part of you on

a spiritual level as is your child or

your spouse create an affirmation

expressing the idea that you are my

brother my sister you are a part of my

us there are no more limbs in my life

you have been taught that there are some

bad people in the world who are best

ignored I'm suggesting the contrary

everyone who comes into your life in any

capacity is valuable the petty tyrants

in your life are just as divine as those

who provide you with encouragement and

support

Emerson put this important lesson like

this the whole course of things goes to

teach us face the whole course this

means everything that comes your way

perhaps the single most significant

person in my life the one person who

made the greatest difference for me and

my own spiritual development is a person

who by all accounts was a petty

this man was my father he abandoned his

family spent time in prison as a petty

criminal and was abusive toward his wife

at the age of 49 he died from excessive

use of alcohol I have no memory of him

my knowledge of him is based on what I

heard and later discovered to be true

when I investigated his life yet this

petty tyrannical con man was the main

character leading to my transformation I

wrote about forgiving my father and

you'll see it when you believe it I

discarded the hatred and the bitterness

that I had carried with me for a

lifetime

a single act of forgiveness and letting

go opened the way to my sacred quest and

the writing speaking and living of the

miracles I write about I learned what I

had to transcend when I now occasionally

slept into some of the behavior that I

know destroyed his life I remind myself

that this is not my path this is not the

kind of father I wish to be this is not

the kind of husband I wish to be it is

his example that helps me get myself

back to the path that I know is my

spiritual destiny be thankful for those

petty tyrants they are there for a very

important reason ignoring them

guarantees that more of them will appear

in different bodies later on in your

life prayers of thankfulness are

wonderful affirmations of this truth the

experience of being deserted by a spouse

might teach you to be independent this

type of situation may introduce you to

the loving presence within perhaps you

will learn the difference between a lone

'less and loneliness and decide to love

the person you are alone with the

alcoholic years can teach us that we are

greater than any substance we might

learn to be thankful for those drunken

teachers and consider them instructors

from God even physical abuse may have a

powerful lesson in it we may discover

that we are more than a body it's

possible for us to know that no one can

reach our inner self with their blows

make a list of all the people you have

written out of your life as evil or

scumbags

write down everything that the presence

taught you have you learned to not

repeat victim behaviors reconsider that

so-called scumbags value to your life

you could not have learned the lesson

without that person the evidence for

this is that you obviously needed to

bring that person into your life because

you did

look for the fullness of God in everyone

realize that in some unfathomable way

the fullness is operating even if you

cannot see it self flattering inner

dialogue is generally ego chatter which

can make you lose your way inner

dialogue about your purpose in life will

keep you on the path be silent when you

are unsure about whether to tell the

truth or distort because you feel that

the truth will be more painful than it

is worth

then do and say nothing you are not

obliged to anyone to reveal every detail

of your life you have the right to

remain silent

and learn your lesson in that silence

develop a personal truth that is

unassailable from outside forces simply

declare your own agreement to practice

truth and to be independent of the good

opinion of others resist the need to

boast and to talk about yourself strive

to be interested rather than interesting

this is the way of the higher self

become the listener the one who was

interested in the accomplishments and

activities of others and you will not

need to boast and to distort your

personal storyline if you find yourself

exaggerating stop just stop and verbally

correct yourself you don't need to

explain that you are breaking your habit

of exaggeration just correct the

statement write your own personal honor

code in your words describe your

intention to make truth the way of your

thoughts and actions by suspending your

need to deceive yourself and others then

internalize your code of honor by

reading or reciting it to yourself on

some regular basis you will eventually

radiate your inner spirituality and you

will have discovered a blissful way of

being in this physical play know that

being credited is unimportant remind

yourself that when you're fulfilling

your life's mission credit and accolades

are unimportant the irony here is that

the more you seek approval the less you

receive no one really approves of an

approval seeker

letting go of the need for approval

leaves you open to embrace the truth the

Sufi poet roomies words sum up this

subject of truth versus deception when

you eventually see through the veils to

how things really are you will keep

saying again and again this is certainly

not like we thought it was it will be

more than you ever might have imagined

when your ego was leading you away from

the way of your sacred self you may

believe that the opposite of love is

hate I do not see these two emotions as

opposites in fact love and hate are

often closely aligned to me the opposite

of love is fear when you have fear you

do not have love ego uses fear as a way

to keep authentic love out of your life

when love is not present in your life

you have succumbed to ego and allowed

fear in where love could be you have

allowed ego to replace God learning to

experience authentic love means

abandoning egos insistence that you have

much to fear and that you are in an

unfriendly world this begins with an

assessment of your reluctance to embrace

love if you are not experiencing love in

your life right now it is because you

are in some way afraid you need to

examine your fears with honesty and with

love when you do you will transform your

fears into love you will open up a space

within you that can only be occupied by

love in this space you are on purpose

walking the way of the sacred self but

first you must see how you substitute

fear for love your ego steadfastly

promotes fear because it fears authentic

love itself this false self helps you

convince yourself that you are in some

way incomplete that is the source of all

fear afraid of having your emptiness

your incompleteness exposed you expend a

lot of energy creating a false image of

happiness a fear about exposing the

emptiness keeps you seeking

relationships that the ego tells you

will satisfy the longing within you what

happens is that you enter a relationship

star for the love that is your higher

self your inner hunger is masked

pretending to be something else no

wonder so many people repeatedly think

they have found love and repeatedly

declare they blah

how different it is when you can notice

the inner emptiness and think what's not

to like this longing is part of being

human and knowing love then you will let

ego know that fear is not your choice

love is your choice just imagine how our

system might be if people knew they were

already complete what would you need to

purchase what would you need to have to

own who would you have to impress who

would you need to have on your arm the

answers give you an idea of how much we

rely on the fear that we are incomplete

and unacceptable as we are and how

unaware we are of our divine connection

the fear that is the substitute for love

is simply a fear of being unacceptable

virtually all fears can be traced

directly back to self-esteem if you love

yourself you will be able to transform

your fears with love rather than allow

them to direct your life if you have an

inner feeling of being complete and

whole knowing the loving presence that

is there then fear becomes a loving

invitation to know more or to change

something in your life fear will no

longer threaten you as it did when you

are unacquainted with your higher self

Fad Workout Equipment - #TossItTuesday - Duration: 1:42.

Summers coming and it's time to get in shape.

You know how we're going to do that?

Doing pushups... doing Perfect PushUps. That's right...

With these right here.

Perfect PushUps... really? I don't really think so.

I mean these are not going to hold me to

a gym regimen if I have these or I don't

have them. There are so many workout fads...

think about the ab roller, think about

the ThighMaster, these things and there's

so many other ones that we've bought

because we think they were easy ways to

get fit fast. Is it really helping? Did it

really do it? Did you really do the work?

Hmmm... Probably not because most of us don't!

I probably might do a regular pushup

before I go get these out and actually

do perfect PushUps... because a regular

pushup is probably safer than doing a

perfect, twisty pushup. I just want to go

up and down... not twist my arms and my

shoulders and all this other stuff while l'm

in the process. It just feels wrong!

So, these workout fads and any of this

stuff that you purchased... don't feel bad.

You have not given up on your workout

routine just because you're getting rid

of these. You're actually letting go of

something that didn't work, was never

going to work, and now you're going to

move on to the greener pastures of the

things that will work... that will help you

get to the body and the health that you

want. So on this Toss It Tuesday, get these

out, ditch them and drop and give me 20!

And have a happy Toss It Tuesday.

[EN] GP shift vs normal shift | Motovlog ep. 42 - Duration: 12:55.

redlight spells danger

can't hold out

much longer Billy ocean everybody

all right how's it going ladies and gentlemen

my name is AlphaQ and what the

fuck was that

welcome back guys to the channel for another

vlog

I don't know what the fuck was that. As you can

see today I'm riding by myself it's 8:38

in the morning and there's not much

traffic around me so that means only one

thing

they are dicks not that but it means

that today is Sunday and yes I'm doing

a sunday morning ride but I'm doing it

myself because I don't wanna have

anyone around me to be honest today

today is one of those days that you

don't really want to ride with anyone

you just want to ride yourself and have

some fun

without being interrupted by anyone but

we're not going to talk about tha.. oooh

Burger King

I'm craving for some burgers now but no

we're not going to talk about burgers

today

nor about Sunday morning ride because

today I wanna ask not ask I wanna answer a

question that actually nobody has ever

asked before to me anyways the question

is which is best GP shift or normal

shift

that's the kind of question that will

bring you to some fierce internet battle

with strong words in it. a fierce battle

of debate and arguments in a comment

section of some chaps on the interwebs

yeah that kinda question and that

kind of battle that kind of debate that

kind of arguing you know those people

sometimes will tell you things like oh

you should get one you should get a GP

shift if you like riding in the twisties

if you like leaning your bike to its

absolute limit yeah yeah that kinda guy

don't listen to them

it's got to be done it's got to be done

because as I said otherwise you're gonna

have some bad juju

ouch you know those guys don't listen to

them. don't. ever. just don't. why?

I'll answer that in a minute but first

I'm gonna ask another.. ask? no I'm gonna

ask.. ask again! I'm gonna answer another

question that's actually been asked to

me multiple times yes

the question is how did I get a GP shift

how did I invert the shifting sequence

of my bike hmm

that's an interesting one and an easy

one to answer really to be honest

because

to achieve that to have a GP shift

all you have to do is flip the shifting

mechanism you know

you can achieve that by either

flipping the shifter upside down or the clamp you the clamp at the front you

know that the other end of the

shifting mechanism oh nice

congratulations mate you know the one

that goes to the gearbox of your bike

especially if you have that kind of you

know shifter that goes vertically yeah

you can do that and some bikes some

bikes like you know the S1000RR

even give you the option to

have either a GP shift or normal shift

right off the bat but many bikes if not

most bikes

especially the ones from learner class

don't have that kind of luxury you know

the kind of option we don't have that

like this bike I don't have that kind of

luxury so what we do you know what we

should do I should say is to make do

with what we have for example in my case

let's just stop first

I bought you know some rearsets and

flip the shifter because flipping the

clamp is undoable not with a bellypan

still on in one piece so yeah as I said

I flipped the shifter upside down so now

I do have a GP shift oh by the way if

you're not familiar with what a GP shift

is it's actually like you know like

normal shifting but the sequence is you

know this the sequence is the other way

around it's not like normally normally

you have one neutral second third fourth

fifth sixth you know like the change

gear like down up up up up up now it's

the other way around with the GP shift

you go up and down down down down down

that's the sequence why is it called

the GP shift

because it's used in

you know GP bikes well it used to be

used on GP bikes because now this year

or at least a couple of years back

it's all down

you know like from first to sixth cuz

it's all down down down down down rather

than up and down down down down down

whoa what the fuck was that some ropes

now that I've told you

how to you know invert the shifting

mechanism now it's time to answer.. to

answer? yeah to answer!

to answer the previous question the

first question which is best sheep shift

or normal shifts

why am I talking with this voice because

it sounds cool it's not it makes it

makes me sound like some jerk really

let's just stop first because it's red

light

some people might tell you

that GP shift is better and others

might tell you otherwise

because some prefer.. some prefer?

some people prefer the GP shift like

myself and some people prefer the other

and really it's all about your own

preference you know

it's all about which one you feel

comfortable with that inspire confidence

the most and you know what feels right

to you it's all about that I chose the

GP shift because to me it feels

comfortable it feels right it feelsh

feelsh? it feels sharper and feels quicker

not necessarily quicker like actually

quicker but it feels quicker

because you know mostly I ride in the

streets I don't go to the racetrack that

often so

to me I'm not I'm not really you know

I'm not really after lap times or how

close I dare to brake to the into the

corner

you know I'm not I'm not after those

things so with those things out of the

equations we're only left with feeling

with with how we feel and the feeling

becomes something that matters the most

don't believe in what others say

because

what works for them might not work for

you so in short you know what's best

for you no one else do right? so as I

said to me it feels right it feels

comfortable it feels sharp it feels

quicker and stuff like that but the GP

shift also has some drawbacks you know

like for example

you can't just go like have a GP

shift and ride normally afterwards you

can't do that

you need some adjusting to it because

you might not know this but I've spent

about like what? ten years of my life

riding motorcycles with you know normal

shifting sheq..

shifting shequence? No! and when I

converted to GP shift I needed an

adjustment it took me about like a

couple of weeks to get used to it and

acclimatized then you know make it

some sort of my second nature yeah

because that's all you know that's what

riding is all about second nature you

want to go you want to go after

something that's you know that feels

natural to you what the fuck is it's

all vespas

just just go just go just go I don't

give a shit

Oh

hey there sexy F10 M5

me gusta so if you ask me again which is

best then it all depends on your

preference

that's the answer

so yeah I think that is gonna conclude

today's episode of vlog thank you so

much for coming around and I hope you

guys enjoyed it and if you guys did

don't forget hit that like button and

show me your thoughts and leave me your

opinions in the comment section down

box down below and final words from me stay alert

awesome and safe out there I've been AlphaQ

I'm out peace

I'm not I'm trying to not give a damn

[Japanese ASMR] Play with Slime #2 / Slime Sounds / Whispering - Duration: 1:07:57.

Hello, It's Hatomugi.

Today I will play with slime.

I made slime in advance.

Today I will play this slime by mixing various things. *I also use other slime.

First, I will mix this foamed beads into the slime.

It is the beads made of polystyrene foam.

I will mix this with the slime.

Even this alone sounds good.

So I will mix slime in this container.

Yes

Well, I'll do it.

It solidifies like this.

Let's add foamed beads a little more.

I might not be able to take it.

I have made it in advance, so I will mix this slime with it.

Ta-da! This is it.

In Japan, what combines slime with foamed beads is called "granular slime".

The slime which I made has failed :-(

I failed like this because I am not good at making slime...

I made slime while watching the site explaining how to make slime by photograph,

but I could not make it well like the site.

In fact the foamed beads should have sticked to the slime more firmly...

It seems like white rice when I see this.

Today I prepared a fork. Let's stab a fork and let's play.

This crunchy sound is so good.

I will return slime into this tapper.

It is fun to poke slime with a fork and to produce a crunchy sound, so I can't stop poking.

It was the sound that mixed foaming beads and slime.

Next is this.

sand

It is colored sand.

Then, I will take out sand from the bottle.

I see this like gummies. It looks delicious, is not it?

It became like this.

The sand and the slime mix together, and it is producing a very good sounds.

Sand and slime are gathered properly and it is good as it is beautiful.

I recommend that you make this.

Now, then.

I prepared sequins.

I will get this out of the bag.

This is sparkling and beautiful.

I will attach slime to this sequins.

crackling sounds

Ah...

I succeeded when I made it yesterday, but today I have failed ... I'm sorry.

I may have mixed starch with slime too much.

My hands feel sticky.

However, this sequins' crackling sounds is good sounds.

My hands...😂

Since the sequins have been scattered, I will mix this into another slime.

Just here is slime named "Crystal Clay".

It is a beautiful color.

After all, slime on the market is splendid.

It is very colorful.

It is sparkling.

Does it look a little creepy?

But, it is sparkling and beautiful.

Amazing

I feel that adhesion has increased somehow.

Will the slime really stretch this much?

It stretches very well.

I will return this slime to the container.

Oh, it may not return because the quantity has increased.

I will keep it in a separate container later.

Next I will use slime called "Magical Clear Gel".

I already mixed beads in this slime.

The beads fell down.

When mixing beads into slime, doesn't it look delicious?

It looks like candy.

Beads fell to the floor.

It is difficult to mix beads and slime so that the beads will not fall off.

Beads roll.

This was the sound of "Magical Clear Gel".

Next is the last slime.

Ta-da

It is slime that I made yesterday.

It became the slightly harder slime.

It looks like jelly ... No, it looks like konjac.

Or it looks like a cooling sheet.

This is cool and I feel good.

It makes a sound like "puchi puchi."

I will cut it with scissors.

Next is the left ear.

I will mix this blue bead into this slime.

Because there is a lot of slime, I will cut it in half.

Let's mix.

It is beautiful.

I could make it beautiful than I had thought.

It's so interesting to mix beads with the slime to enjoy it like this too, isn't it?

Little kids will be really happy with it.

Little kids like things that are shiny and colorful like this, don't they?

It seems like it'd be fun to play with it together with children.

I made this slime a little bit tougher, so it's not very stretchy.

If I stretch it too much the beads fall out of the slime. Do you know of a way to mix them in better?

It's pretty difficult to mix them properly, isn't it?

Even slime making has a lot of depth to it.

This went quite long, so I'm going to end here for today.

Thank you for watching until the end.

Also, let's meet again in another video.

Bye until then.

NOMES DE BEBÊ: QUAIS SÃO COMPREENSÍVEIS EM INGLÊS? - Duration: 6:10.

Aw, Rogério, can you believe you're going to be a father?

It's incredible. And I've already thought of the perfect names:

If it's a boy, Adolfo. And if it's a girl, Ruth.

I like those, especially Ruth. But since we're going to raise our children here in New York,

do those names work in English?

Of course! Adolph and Ruth!

Brazilians who raise their children here, or mixed couples

sometimes look for names that work in both languages.

But it's not as easy as it seems.

Rogério made a big mistake there, because no one here is named Adolph:

it reminds us of Adolph Hitler. And Ruth in English is fine,

but the pronunciation in Portuguese sounds like a word that means "illegal liquor" in English.

I also have some experience with this. Almost no one in all of Latin America pronounces my name right.

In Spanish, they call me Thesth. And in Portuguese you call me Setchie.

I prefer you call me your Amigo Gringo

You can name your child whatever you want. No name is good or bad.

We're just giving you some information about the potential consequences of your choice.

Let's come up with some other options. I have a list here of common Brazilian names.

For example, Cauã - I love that - Heitor...if it's a boy we can use one of those.

Come in! Ah, it's Eric. Hi Eric!

Hey, how are you?

-Ask Eric!

Eric, what do you think of the names Cauá and Heitor for our child?

I have no idea what you're saying. How do you spell them?

Like this!

Cow-a? Hater?

OK, what's the problem with those names?

You just can't pronounce Cauã in English.

Cauã seems like something out of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...

and Heitor sounds like "hater" in English. You child is going to get it.

But what if it's a girl? What do you think of Isabelly? Or for a boy, Jhonathan?

Oh, I like those. How do you spell them?

Like this.

Some names are great, but you have to be careful to spell them right.

Isabel, or Isabele with an "e" at the end, are fine.

But with a "y" it seems like "Is a belly".

The minute that girl gets a little chubby, everyone is going to call her "It's a belly."

Jonathan is a very American name. But it's j-o-n, not j-h-o-n, which to us seems wrong.

And Michael? M-i-c-h-a-e-l.

And be sure you like the pronunciation in English! It can be quite different.

Hey, what about these?

I love it! Alice and Rita!

Alice, Rita.

I take that back.

Let's choose a really American name, like Jackson or Washington.

A lot of Brazilians have first names that seem like American last names.

Those are two examples. They're ok, but it's important to realize that it's not a first name, but a last name.

And make sure it's a real last name and not a made-up one.

In the Brazilian northeast, Eric and I met a guy who, when he found out we were gringos,

said to us: "I have a gringo name! Sodson!"

-Ah, I've got it! Yuri and Olga! -I LOVE THOSE!

You COMMUNISTS!

At least they didn't choose Vladimir.

What names do we recommend?

For us, the prettiest are Eric, Vanessa, Patricia and Seth, or Setch...

NEW YORKESE CLASS

Folks, filming with the whole team is really expensive, and we make very little from YouTube.

That's why we came up with the Amigo Gringo VIP Premium Exclusive International Membership Card.

to raise money for production costs.

Check out the benefits using the link in the description.

And now, your New Yorkese class.

Many Americans have a middle name - a second name they don't use.

I'm Seth David Kugel and he's Eric Emanuel Hinojosa.

Many Brazilians have compound names, like João Vítor or Maria Rita.

An American would think a Brazilian named João Vítor Souza used "Vítor" as a middle name.

How do you show that it's a compound name?

Just add a hyphen when you write it in English. That way Americans can get it right:

João Vítor and Maria Rita.
