【MUKBANG】 [High Calories] Crispy Canadian Poutine [Cheese + Pork..etc] 2.7Kg, 5687kcal[CC Available] - Duration: 6:17.

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (English subs by ~Aphexx~) (Subtitles optimized to be viewed on PC/Mac)

So, Today! tadaa I made something called Poutine ! (Subtitles optimized to be viewed on PC/Mac)

this is apparently a Canadian dish and this is my first time making this

you take fries, cover them in gravy topped with pork and it looks so crazy delish

the best combination of ingredients ever~

alrighty lets see how its made

first off grate some garlic and onion

fry some pork till it takes on a crispy texture

with all this oil coming off the pork its kind of scary cooking this

they're so crispy and yummy looking and we'll be holding onto the oil that came off the pork

and into this pan we add the grated garlic and onion

sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and red wine

heat thoroughly and once it comes to a simmer cook on low for 10 minutes

once its cooked add butter and our gravy is complete

time to deep fry our fries its been a while since we last saw this deep fryer

the fries look so yummy

shake off the excess oil and while its still hot sprinkle with salt

and while its still hot add our cheese

I'm using 400g

I kinda added a bit much cheese to this so I'll go put it in the microwave for a bit

once the cheese has melted a bit top with our bits of pork

then top with our gravy we made earlier

the gravy looks so delish

sprinkle some parsley for some color

tadaa the dish is complete its still piping hot

I used 1kg of fries and it doesn't look like that much but its got some heft to it

and the weight w/o the bowl is 1.7kg

and I have 1kg of soup here

look at how yummy this looks the gravy looks so good omg look at the oil from the pork and cheese here

but seeing that only makes me hungrier the crispy bits of pork look so delish

I really like the look of the grated onion would ya' just look at it? don't it look so yummy?

itadakimasu this is probably my first time having poutine

I love that name... Poutine! its so Kawaii you can name a cartoon character with it

ahh look at all the cheese I love it so much

omg its the bomb dot com

the gravy is the 'bestest' its so packed full of grated onion that its taken on a

real delish tasting sweet and salty flavor

and it works so good with the cheese as well and I feel as though the red wine elevates the gravy

I love the pork in this

so delish

come to think of it... its made using only my favourite foods

the onion has been cooked making it taste so very very sweet

gravy goes great with this pork as well

I just can't say enough about how good the gravy tastes with this cheese here

I strayed from the recipe I found by adding extra cheese it only called for 30 grams...

today I used 400g worth lol over 10 times more than it called for

for a cheese lover like myself I just had to do it

I love the crispiness of the fries and pork but since I buried it in cheese then microwaved

it I'm guessing its not as crispy as usualy though... but as it is its so delish

its still got a bit of a crunch though

for junk food like this you can only pair it with a coke

a while back I made a vid where I took fries and covered it in minced pork and made up my own dish

but this poutine tastes way better than the dish I made before

this gravy makes the difference when we made this gravy we used the oil that was

left over from making the pork I feel that this really added a whole lot to the overall flavor

and when we made our gravy we used some soy sauce in it.... this dish originated in Canada so I wonder

what they use? do they use soy sauce in it or is it something different?

this is just plain "OISHI" its the 'bestest'

last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita poutine tasted GREAT!!

I was really surprised at how sweet the onion got from just cooking it

I did add a bit of sugar but that sweetness was way more than just that

the sweetness that came from cooking down the onion was sweeter than the sugar we added

the red wine added that sort of 'high class' character to the dish which was nice

I love the mixing of the sweet gravy with salty fries in one dish

and then you added all that cheese and it made it taste so darn good

looking at other recipes they make their gravy from ketchup, worcestershire sauce and butter

but this recipe using onion sugar soy sauce was very tasty

it was a dish made up of so many things I already liked it was soo good

it was so good and not too hard to make

we made those french fries and all...

it was so delish so won't you all give it a try?

and as always thanks for watching and if you liked this video please hit the like and subscribe buttons BAI BAI

How Eyelid Ptosis is Diagnosed, and Why Non-Surgical Solutions Can't Correct It - Duration: 7:08.

Thank you for your question. You've submitted a single photo and you're

19-years-old and you're concerned about the appearance of your left eye. You describe

multiple folds and the appearance and you want to know if there is a non-surgical solution.

Well, in the absence of a full exam, I would just say that I can certainly give you some

guidance on what my impressions are based on this single photo. A little bit of background,

I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic and

reconstructive surgeon. I've been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years

and my initial impression by looking at this photo is that you have a condition called

ptosis. Now ptosis specifically relates to the eyelid and is often referred to as eyelid

ptosis. And in the greater likelihood that you've always had this appearance, it would

be most likely something called congenital ptosis. Now if it is newly acquired or acquired

ptosis, well then I would certainly advise you to very quickly seek a physician for examination

because that is unusual for somebody your age to suddenly have ptosis. But assuming

that it is something that you've always had and may have gotten a little bit worse,

I'll explain to you about what congenital ptosis is and what the solutions are.

To begin with, ptosis means droop and that eyelid drooping is due to a maldevelopment

or lack of proper development of a muscle called the levator muscle. Levator like the

word elevator is the muscle that lifts the eyelid. Now this muscle, when it doesn't

develop properly, it doesn't work as well as a normal muscle. And what does a normal

muscle do? It contracts and it relaxes so therefore this muscle will neither contract

strongly as a normal muscle nor will it relax as a normal muscle. Now when I do a ptosis

evaluation, it is a fairly involved examination. It's basically taking measurements of the

height of the eyelid, the amount of movement of the eyelid and other ophthalmologic indications

of the degree of eye function and just to get a basic understanding as to how significant

the ptosis is relative to how much it blocks your vision as well as to the degree of the

action.

Now you ask if there is a non-surgical solution and I would say simply that there isn't.

In the past, in the distant past, people used to try wearing glasses and have something

that is called eyelid crutch so that the eyelid will be pushed up with the glasses. Those

tend to not to work very well. That's the only non-surgical solution that isn't even

worth mentioning. There are situations where sometimes an eye drop for the purpose of pictures

can cause contraction of another muscle in the eyelid called the Mueller's muscle so

that the eyelid elevates slightly. That might be good for taking photos but in terms of

the more definitive solution, you are talking about a certain kind of surgery.

Now typically surgery for a muscle which has reasonable function is a procedure called

levator resection which is the muscle being shortened so that the eyelid is elevated and

then the alternative if the eyelid muscle doesn't work very well at all and the eyelid

is very droopy, there is a procedure called frontalis sling. And typically people understand

this because when the eyelid is drooping, they tend to raise their eyebrows to try to

keep their eye open. Well that surgery and that muscle that raises the eyebrows is called

the frontalis muscle. So what we do surgically is we attach the muscle, the frontalis muscle

to the eyelid using a variety of different materials, everything from your own fascia

which is from your leg to banked fascia as well as other alternatives such as silicone

and GoreTex™.

Now these are all determined based on evaluation consultation. So I would suggest that you

meet with an oculoplastic surgeon and learn about your options. I would also encourage

you to actually see an ophthalmologist. Get a proper eye exam and determine if there are

any other visual issues that can also be managed. Sometimes people, when they have congenital

ptosis, if it blocks their vision for an extended period of time when they are very young between

0 and 6, they can actually have had a condition called amblyopia where the eve vision doesn't

fully develop. So it is important that at least a proper eye exam will be done before

you undergo any eyelid surgery and then you can actually have more comprehensive understanding

of the eye health as well as the options for correction of the eyelid drooping.

So I am sorry that there isn't a non-surgical option but I think that it's important that

you understand the condition as well as what you should do to pursue the information you

need to make an informed decision. So again meet with an ophthalmologist, an eye doctor,

an MD who can evaluate your vision, evaluate your eye health and then an oculoplastic surgeon

who's an ophthalmologist, who specializes in additional training in plastic surgery

in the eyes and face.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

Hello Beloved!

Welcome back as we continue our "Already Free" series as we work our way through the book

of Galatians to discover how to experience true freedom in Christ.

If you are new here welcome!

I've designed these videos so you and jump in at any point but please be sure to subscribe

so you never miss a video.

And for those returning welcome back Beloved!

Last week we discussed the struggle between the desires of our flesh to sin and the desire

of the Spirit to do God's will.

This is a constant struggle for the Christian, one that seems impossible at times, and one

that will leave you wanting to give up…which is why as we start chapter 6 of our study

in Galatians today, Paul gives us this encouragement:

"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked.

A man reaps what he sows.

Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows

to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest

if we do not give up."

Galatians‬ 6:7-9‬ (NIV‬‬) If we endure and don't give up, we will reap

a harvest of the fruits of the Spirit we discussed last week.

As we continue to walk in the Spirit, the fruits will be a guaranteed byproduct.

But it's still a struggle.

We will want to give up because it's so much easier to operate in the works of the flesh

than to trust God for the fruits of the Spirit.

A few videos ago we talked about Abraham, who God promised would be the father of many

nations.

We learned it was his faith that lead to his righteousness.

We also learned he had his moments of leaning on his own strength as well.

But overall, he did not give up on trusting in God, and he had one son that, as God promised,

lead to many nations.

It was his faith that lead to his harvest.

Joseph was sold into slavery, lied on, overlooked, and thrown into jail.

Yet he still stayed faithful to God.

Eventually he rose to be second in command to Pharaoh over all of Egypt.

His faithfulness lead to his harvest.

Your faith is a seed that will produce a harvest in your life.

Not just one fruit, but many fruits.

Choosing faith over your flesh is the harder thing to do, but it always grants the greatest

reward.

But only when we don't give up.

What are you trusting God for today, Beloved?

Strength to stay pure, a positive attitude when you're not feeling well, the good words

to say when you really want to tell someone off?

Integrity and honor when it's easier to cut corners?

Ultimately, we all have a choice today: to plant a seed of faith and trust God with what

we can't do, or lean on our own strength and place our confidence in our flesh.

Only one leads to the harvest we desire.

But we can rest assured that no matter how hard it is, we will see that harvest if we

don't give up.

Now I want to hear from you today, Beloved.

Please comment and let me know: what can you trust God with today for a fruitful harvest

tomorrow?

I can't wait to chat more about it in the comments!

And of course if you enjoyed today's video please be sure to give it a thumbs up and

share it with a friend because you never know how might need some Beloved encouragement

today.

I post new videos every week so be sure to subscribe so you never miss a video.

Then I want to invite you to visit belovedwomen.org and sign up to have my weekly devotion "Hello

Beloved!" delivered directly to your inbox.

As always thank you so much for watching and until next time be beautiful, be blessed and

beloved.

We can go in full assurance that His Spirit will never lead us where we are not to go.

So we don't need to stress out about figuring out what's the right thing to do.

We just walk by the Spirit, and He will lead us to a very free and fruitful life.

FNX-45 TACTICAL #2 - Duration: 11:38.

this is translated in next slide

We are now at the gun range

and we'll try this weapon and see

the trigger system

when you press the trigger

from double action mode

the trigger travels a very short distance

and it is smooth

we'll notice

the hammer moves with the trigger's move

same thing when you do the single action mode

its a short distance as wel

and you'll see the same thing when you reset the trigger

which helps you in follow up shots

for better accuracy

what happens is

when you pull the trigger

the gun cycles

and now notice the short travel of the trigger

hear the click??

this click is the reset

the distance is short

and this is what makes any handgun (generally speaking) great (in accuracy)

the first thing you look at is the trigger pull

if the trigger pull is heavy

more than 12 lbs

it kinda makes it harder to shoot accurately (to some people of course not a rule for everyone)

Positivity Challenge - What could be good about finding yourself homeless? - Duration: 2:37.

Hi!

so we are in the positivity challenge week

during this week I will be answering

every day one of your questions

that will try to challenge me

with finding the good sides

of very difficult and hard situations in life

I'd like to make clear

I do NOT underestimate the huge difficulty

of thess hard situations in life

these situations are definitely

NOT situations to wish for

what I am saying

that even in these difficult situations

you can choose not to concentrate

on the pain and the difficulty

but to try to distract yourself from these

by finding some good sides

and by trying

to make the best out of it

so the question for today

comes from Leroy Dickson

that askes me

what could be good about

finding yourself homeless?

Thank You Leroy!

so here are some positive sides

that I can think of

about being homeless

you don't need to hurry anywhere

sometimes it's nice to have some time off

from the pressure and the expectations

of the world

you don't have a house

so you don't need to worry

about property and utility bills

or about doing housework

you have a lot of free time

so you can use this time

to do things such as

going to the city library

read for your enjoyment

maybe even learning some new things

from the books

you can go maybe doing some sports

in the park

or if there is a beach close by

you can go to the beach and swim in the sea

and just relax

and I guess this hard situation

teaches you a lot

about people and about life it

it puts everything in the right perspective

and gives proportions

develops your creativity

because you need to survive somehow

and when you will get out of this situation

you will be a much stronger resilient person

I hope I answered your question

and that you liked it

please hit the thumbs up

you're welcome to follow me

by subscribing to my channel

and I hope I will see you in my next answers

to challenging questions

bye bye

mix sugar and fry mango paste for 18-20 min

keep steering and dont close with lid

till mango pulp is getting fried
