Why do you train? Health or aesthetics? - Duration: 4:42.

Hi I'm Raquel Domínguez

www.operacionbikini.es and today I want you

Plantées you a question, why you train,

You want to improve your health or just what

you do for a purely aesthetic issue? Can

you say, it is that I want the two

things.

Perfect, basically all

we want to have better health and our

body more beautiful. So there is a

very clear difference, who train

merely for aesthetic they seek what is

a transformation in the body

spectacular, and that often goes

against health, even if it seems

contradictory, but they get to do

burradas that are not unhealthy.

What I want you to stay very

clear is that if you train purely for

aesthetic goal, you'll have to deal

something that is not in your hands,

genetics. It is clear that

When we combine exercise with a

adequate food

we are going to achieve great

changes in our body, but can

that's not enough for

get that dream body, that prototype

you seek. Why? Because it

impossible to transform the structure of

our body. You will not be able to change or

your bone structure, nor articulate, nor

muscle or tendon. That comes well

of fabric. What does that mean? well

if you have short muscles or

much too long you train

they will stay that way. Of course you will see

great improvements in your body, but not

You become obsessed with getting something that

Genetic you unattainable.

I do I think is best, because it

Do not train only for aesthetics, that

is great, I am the first who also want to improve that

not only premiere to be healthier.

We all like to look good

in front of the mirror. But it is much

better if you combine a

pure aesthetic training for a

Training also health. And how

can

join these points? Very easy. this is

He achieved without overdoing it, without obsessions.

Look reasonable goals and

realistic short, medium and long term.

As you getting your

short- and medium-term

You have to be changing and putting

more difficult goals to achieve,

do you stay motivated. For

attaching change your body get the

health not worth excuses. Here I have already spoken

of the most common excuses for not

train, do not fall into any of them.

And of course, if you want to have a

iron constitution and a body such that

remove the hiccup, you're going to have to take care of

Power is the point

important of all. People

trains merely for aesthetic many

sometimes it takes refuge in supplements and

It takes a lot of garbage. I do not

I'm telling you you can not help

occasionally some supplement

to achieve your goal, but the

Supplements are just that, supplements.

What really matters is what

you eat. As real food. Neither

It needs you to become so crazy

thinking of macronutrients.

You just have to be clear three

very basic principles. In all thy

dishes

approximately half the plate

It should be vegetables. Carbohydrates

carbon are perfect, without deleting, are

the basis of our food, for

much to have diets that want

remove, so it is very important that

learn to distinguish hydrates

Carbon good from the bad. No longer

you know how many times I've said. In this

I'll help video that you learn to

distinguish. And what happens fats

same, not the you must remove from your

feeding. The fats

are necessary, they fulfill a mission

very important in our body, but

as with carbohydrates

there are good fats and fats

bad. Here also I tell you which are

your friends and what are your enemy,

which you have to avoid. And above all

before doing crazy things to get that

body you want. Ask yourself one

What good thing to be great for

out if you're actually inside a potato?

I do not see sense truth.

Well I hope I have helped you

make the decision and please do not make

crazy trying to reach a body

impossible. The important thing really

It is health. Une wanting to see you

well with wanting to be healthy. And in today's video I

greet greet Maria Buezo, Genesis

Rincon and Limby Nava. Hi guys. I hope that

Today my video you liked, if you think you

You can help someone else share, for

Please remember that I already and I'm waiting on

the next, do not miss. Bye bye

How to Pitch Agency Partnerships? [Video Production] (w/ Script) - 📧Cold Email Teardown📧 - Duration: 4:16.

In today's cold e-mail tear-down

I wanna talk about video production.

We're gonna be going through an e-mail

for a production company.

Similar B2B service to mobile apps

but the way they sell is a little bit different

so I want to run through this e-mail from a viewer

and see what we can improve.

So, here's the e-mail that we were sent.

Rinaldo sent out a call for people

that follow this YouTube channel

and are subscribed to the e-mail list

to send their cold e-mails

to be torn down in this video.

By the way, if you subscribe to the e-mail list

Rinaldo will be happy to collect these e-mails from you

and you might even get it torn down in one of these videos.

So, please subscribe to that.

So, here's the e-mail script that Tielman sent over.

This e-mail is making two big errors

that I'm sure you can spot

if you've been watching these videos for a while now.

The first is, there's a lot of I ams.

It's very me-centric,

and then the other one is it's full of typos.

Another cold e-mail tear down

another e-mail riddled with typos.

Spell check.

Please.

Come on.

There's also not subject line here

so I'm just gonna say "Hi from Tielman".

He misspelled his own name too.

I think that's funny.

Is it Tieman or Tielman?

I guess I'll do Tieman.

Hello, Jan, I came across your website,

and I am impressed by the wide range of expertise

and consultancy you offer for the healthcare industry.

Novataris (that a client of theirs) looked

like a big challenge to me.

So, the first thing I'd change is

Just change this to Hi.

If you do Hello Jan it seems like you're spamming them,

and then we'll do a first line

that talks about their agency

but since you're a video production company

maybe talk about something related to video production.

(fast forward)

For video production specifically

they require a lot more customization

because there are so many

video production companies out there.

It's almost as competitive as SEO,

which is surprising.

So you get around that

by being more specific in your e-mails,

and then, similar to the e-mail we did last week,

the interesting part of this e-mail,

the questions, are down here at the bottom.

So let's move 'em up to the top.

Have you thought about explainer videos

for some of your clients, or a marketing video

that sets the attention of new potential clients?

These are good questions.

They're just not phrased correctly.

So, let me rephrase these real quick.

(fast forwarding)

So something like:

Looking through your client list, I noticed

that many of them could more effectively sell their products

with explainer videos - short animated vids

that clearly articulate what the product is about.

(fast forwarding)

Have you tried upselling videos to your clients before?

We've done for videos for client 1, client 2, and client 3,

and have case studies that show improved ROI

from the content that you can use to support the sale.

Does that sound worth discussing further?

Hi Jan, came across company site,

amazing attention to detail!

Loved the Novartis case study and your company culture page.

Looking through your client list, I noticed

that many of them could more effectively sell their products

with explainer videos - short animated vids

that clearly articulate what the product is about.

Have you tried upselling videos to your clients before?

We've done videos for this client, this client,

and this client, and have case studies

that show improved ROI from the content

that you can use to support the sale.

(fast forward)

What you're doing here is you're taking

all the risk away from them.

You're showing that you've done work

for clients like theirs in the past.

You're showing that you have case studies

that show improved ROI

that you are allowing them to use

when white labeling your videos.

Basically giving them everything they need

to remove all the risk

and make it easy for them to give you a project,

and then asking for a call.

You're not asking for a project specifically,

you're just saying "Does that sound worth discussing?"

"Let me know and I can send over a few times."

"Thanks"

Very simple way to approach

this partnership e-mail for agencies.

If you found this valuable please give it a like

to encourage this type of content on YouTube.

Ode On A Grecian Urn - John Keats poem reading | Jordan Harling Reads - Duration: 3:42.

Thou still unravish'd bride of quietness, Thou foster-child of silence and slow time,

Sylvan historian, who canst thus express A flowery tale more sweetly than our rhyme:

What leaf-fring'd legend haunts about thy shape

Of deities or mortals, or of both, In Tempe or the dales of Arcady?

What men or gods are these?

What maidens loth?

What mad pursuit?

What struggle to escape?

What pipes and timbrels?

What wild ecstasy?

Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard Are sweeter; therefore, ye soft pipes, play

on; Not to the sensual ear, but, more endear'd,

Pipe to the spirit ditties of no tone: Fair youth, beneath the trees, thou canst

not leave Thy song, nor ever can those trees be bare;

Bold Lover, never, never canst thou kiss, Though winning near the goal yet, do not grieve;

She cannot fade, though thou hast not thy bliss,

For ever wilt thou love, and she be fair!

Ah, happy, happy boughs! that cannot shed Your leaves, nor ever bid the Spring adieu;

And, happy melodist, unwearied, For ever piping songs for ever new;

More happy love! more happy, happy love!

For ever warm and still to be enjoy'd, For ever panting, and for ever young;

All breathing human passion far above, That leaves a heart high-sorrowful and cloy'd,

A burning forehead, and a parching tongue.

Who are these coming to the sacrifice?

To what green altar, O mysterious priest, Lead'st thou that heifer lowing at the skies,

And all her silken flanks with garlands drest?

What little town by river or sea shore, Or mountain-built with peaceful citadel,

Is emptied of this folk, this pious morn?

And, little town, thy streets for evermore Will silent be; and not a soul to tell

Why thou art desolate, can e'er return.

O Attic shape!

Fair attitude! with brede Of marble men and maidens overwrought,

With forest branches and the trodden weed; Thou, silent form, dost tease out of thought

As doth eternity: Cold Pastoral!

When old age shall this generation waste, Thou shalt remain, in midst of other woe

Than ours, a friend to man, to whom thou say'st, ""Beauty is truth, truth beauty,—that is

all Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.""

Learn How to Crochet an Easy Baby or Child T Sweater - Collab with Underground Crafter - Duration: 6:26.

Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from naztazia.com

Today i'm going to show you how to

crochet an easy and quick sweater for a

baby or child. This is also a good

pattern for charity donations and

crocheting for those in need. I'm

collaborating with my good friend Marie

from Underground Crafter who made this

lovely Crosshatch stitch Baby Blanket

pattern that is also good for charity

donations. Be sure to check out her video

on YouTube as well. As always the written

pattern is on my website

naztazia.com To begin, I'm using this

amazingly soft and beautiful 100%

organic cotton yarn that Kristin Omdahl

sent me called Be So Tender. As you may

know Kristin donates a portion of the

sales of her yarn to Kristin Cares, a

fund that helps victims of domestic

violence. I'm using a size I hook. And in

this case a three-month loose baby shirt

to help me figure out the size. You can

use another size if you wish. To begin,

leave a long tail end for sewing seams

later. Make a slip knot and chain 28.

Measure it along the bottom to gauge

size. Use more or less chains to get it

to fit, then just single crochet in the

second chain from the hook, and in each

stitch across.

When you get to the end, chain one, turn

your work, and single crochet in each

stitch across. If you need help with the

basics of crochet be sure to see my

beginner videos. Keep making rows until

you reach right under the arms. And be

sure to click on the subscribe button to

get notified of new videos from me each

week. You can see how I've crocheted a

rectangle that contains 22 rows. Now

we'll need to chain 16 for the one arm -

or any number of chains that fits your

sample. Leave a long tail and for sewing

the seams later. And then cut your yarn.

Now let's connect the yarn leaving a

long tail end for sewing later to this

side. Chain the same number as you did

before, which is 16 plus 1 more chain.

Single crochet in the second chain from

the hook and in each chain across. We

have just begun making the one sleeve

section. Continue down these chains. Once

completed, single crochet on top of the

previous rectangle. Now it is time to

single crochet along this other sleeve

section.

Once completed, chain one, turn your work

and continue making rows back and forth

and back and forth. As you can see I made

22 rows from my original rectangle and

then another 10 rows for the top arms

section. Measure against your sample to

get a good size. By the way if you're on

social media you can also find me on

Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.

Be sure to make two of these - one for the

front and one for the back. Now we'll use

those long tail ends to sew along these

areas. Thread your yarn needle with the

nearest tail end and use whatever stitch

you wish to sew these two side seams

together. I just like to go back and

forth like this.

If you wish you can add some surface

crochet using something like a heart

shape which you can find on my website. I

like to pin it down and then using two

strands of yarn. Make a slip knot, pull the

slipknot through the sweater, then just

insert your hook and draw up a loop from

underneath to make a chain on the

surface of the sweater. Try your best to

make the chain around the shape of the

heart. Once completed take the remaining

tail end and pull it through. Cut and

weave in all ends. And here is the

finished sweater. You can use any size

shirt or sweater and this method to make

sweaters for babies or children. Be sure

to check out my website for help with

other sweater sizes. And stop by Marie's

website at undergroundcrafter.com and

her YouTube channel for more patterns

that are great for charity donations. To

Top 10 Ways To Increase Your Intelligence And Improve Your Brain Power Smarter - Duration: 7:42.

Have you ever noticed that some people are able to effortlessly remember even the most mundane details,

and quickly comprehend new things,

and wished that you too could be like that?

Well, you can.

To unlock the full potential of your brain,

you need to keep it active and acute.

Wasting away on your couch watching mindless television shows is not going to help.

Besides getting out flashcards,

what can you do to help remember things better and learn new things more quickly?

Take a look:

According to Larry McCleary,

M.D., author of The Brain Trust Program,

an egg is the ideal breakfast.

Eggs contain B vitamins,

which help nerve cells to burn glucose,

antioxidants that protect neurons against damage,

and omega-3 fatty acids that keep nerve cells firing at optimal speed.

Other foods to add to your breakfast include fruits, veggies, and lean proteins.

Avoid trans fats and high fructose corn syrup.

Trans fats diminish the brain cells' ability to communicate with each other,

and HFCS can actually shrink the brain by damaging cells.

Having a healthy breakfast in the morning has been shown to improve performance throughout the day.

Studies have shown that doing either of these activities

on a daily basis not only keep your brain active,

but also help to delay memory loss, especially in those who develop dementia.

So pick up the daily newspaper and work on that

crossword puzzle, read a book, or enjoy a game of solitaire.

Reading material out loud has been shown to significantly improve memory of the material.

Expanding further upon this idea is the fact that psychologists

and educators have found that by having students teach new concepts to others,

it heps to enhance understanding and recall.

Teach new concepts and information to a friend or study partner,

and you'll find you remember the information a lot better.

In order to remember things,

many people need to visualize the information they are studying.

Pay attention to photographers,

charts and other graphics that might appear in your textbook,

or if you're not studying a book,

try to pull up a mental image of

what it is you are trying to remember.

It might also help to draw your own charts or figures,

or utilize colors and highlighters to group

related ideas in your notes.

50 to 60 percent of the brain's overall weight is pure fat,

which is used to insulate its billions of nerve cells.

The better insulated a cell is,

the faster it can send messages

and the quicker you will be thinking.

This is precisely why parents are advised to feed their young children

whole milk and to restrict dieting – their brains'

need fat to grow and work properly.

Skimping on fats can be devastating even to the adult brain.

Thus, eating foods that contain a healthy mix of fats

is vital for long-term memory.

Some excellent food choices include fish

especially anchovies, mackerel and wild salmon

and dark leafy green vegetables.

Deep-fried foods obviously contain fat,

but their lack of nutritional value is going

to help your brain or your body,

so think healthy foods and fats.

Research shows that certain types of music

are very helpful in recalling memories.

Information that is learned while listening to a

particular song

or collection can often be recalled by thinking

of the song

or "playing" it mentally.

Songs and music can serve as cues

for pulling up particular memories.

If there's something you want to remember,

writing it down can help.

Writing it down creates oxygenated blood flow

to areas of your brain that a responsible for

your memories

and literally exercises those parts of it.

You can start a journal,

write yourself e-mails,

or even start keeping a blog –

all of these activities will help

to improve your capacity to remember

and memorize information.

Getting a consistent 7 to 8 hours of sleep

each night will increase your memory.

During sleep, the brain firms up memories

of recently acquired information

and getting enough sleep will help you

get through the full

the spectrum of nocturnal cycles

that are essential to optimal brain

and body functioning during the waking hours.

Taking a nap throughout the day,

especially after learning something new,

can also help you to retain those memories

as well as recharge your brain and keep it sharper longer.

Anything that causes you major stress,

like anger or anxiety,

will in time begin to eat away at the parts

of your brain that are responsible for memory.

Amongst the most brain-damaging stressors is depression,

which is actually often misdiagnosed

a memory problem since one of its primary symptoms

is the inability to concentrate.

If you can't concentrate,

then you might feel like you

are constantly forgetting things.

Depression increases the levels of

cortisol in your bloodstream,

which elevates the cortisol levels in the brain.

Doctors have found that increased cortisol

diminishes certain areas of the brain,

especially the hippocampus

which is where short-term memories are stored.

Prolonged depression can thus destroy

your brain's ability to remember anything new.

Seek professional help to combat your

depression – your brain will thank you.

exercising doesn't just exercise the body,

it also helps to exercise your brain.

Obesity and the myriad of diseases that

eventually set in as a result of being overweight

can cause serious harm to the brain.

Furthermore, without regular exercise

plaque starts to build up in your arteries

and your blood vessels begin to lose the ability

to effectively pump blood.

Plaque buildup leads to heart attacks,

but it also reduces the amount of oxygen

and nutrients that your blood carries to your brain.

When the nutrients don't make it there,

the brain's ability to function is compromised

To prevent this from happening,

make sure you get moving every day,

even if its just a brisk walk,

it'll help you maintain

and increase your mental acuity.

Brisk walking, swimming, and dancing

are all excellent activities.

OnePlus 5 Fingerprint Sensor at Back? or Front? Oneplus CEO answers.. Giveaway in Progress - Duration: 4:32.

We spoke about OnePlus 5 headphone Jack yesterday - Today its time for OnePlus 5 fingerprint

sensor news, and some giveaway.

OnePlus 5 Fingerprint Sensor at Back? or Front? Oneplus CEO answers.. Giveaway in Progress

As OnePlus 5 release date comes closer all our questions about upcoming flagship killer

from OnePlus are being answered. OnePlus 5 Will Sport Fingerprint Sensor at

the Front, Reveals CEO. After all the speculations and leaks, we finally have

some official confirmation about the upcoming OnePlus 5 smartphone. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau

(aka Liu Zuohu) has confirmed that the flagship smartphone will come with

a fingerprint sensor at front, unlike some other Android phones like

Samsung Galaxy S8, where it is placed on the back.

This confirmation from Lau came on Chinese micro-blogging website Weibo, spotted by GizmoChina,

in response to a user. Notably, this new information goes in line

with earlier leaks that have suggested that the phone will come with fingerprint

scanner embedded in the home button at front. In a tweet posted on Monday, the company teased

the colour variants that will be offered with the OnePlus 5. Among

the regular colour choices, the company added a seemingly odd choice that was

referred to as 'Unicorn' by OnePlus later in the comments.

Recently, OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei teased the position of headphone jack on the OnePlus

5 by saying, "Why did the headphone jack cross the road?" As the audio

jack has not been seen in any of the leaked images till now, there was

speculation that it might be removed from the phone entirely. However, this tweet from

Pei seems to indicate that it might have been moved to the top of the smartphone.

Apart from these two aspects, the design and orientation of the

dual camera setup at the back of the OnePlus 5 has also been in question thanks to contradicting

leaks. It seems like we will have to wait for the smartphone's

official launch, expected in Summer, till we get any confirmation

of its design, specifications, and colour choices.

The new information sits in line with previous leaks

The phone will be launched in Summer There have been many speculations about the

phone's design

Oneplus 5 has headphone jack or not? who is a better person to answer other than Oneplus

co founder Carl Pei. Also there`s a giveaway! Oneplus 5 rumors and leaks about its 3.5mm

headphone jack may not be true. Also here comes 1st giveaway from Technology Gym.

Headphone jack on OnePlus 5 is safe, a cryptic tweet by Carl Pei suggests.

Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, is engaging fans on Twitter, but he is crafty with his

words. When questioned about the headphone jack

on the OnePlus 5, he simply answered: Why did the headphone jack cross the road?.

One of the prototypes that weve seen so far didnt

have a jack on the bottom, but we never did get to see the top side of that device. It

seems that this is what Pei is hinting at, the

jack will be on the other side of the handset (perhaps to make room for an extra speaker?).

Some prefer the headphone jack to be on the bottom, but thats a relatively minor issue

compared to not having a jack at all (which is

the current trend). Mr. OnePlus also plays with peoples minds when it comes to a potential

red version of the OnePlus 5.

OnePlus 5 may have four color versions, teaser reveals. Not content with just making waves

today regarding the presence of a 3.5mm headset jack (or lack thereof) on its next

phone, OnePlus has seemingly outed another teaser. This time around things aren't as

cryptic, but that doesn't mean this teaser is (very) straightforward.

Using the number "5" instead of the letter "s" can be thought of as a dead giveaway revealing

that this is all about the much-hyped OnePlus 5.

So you can take this two ways - either the Chinese company wants to pick one or two colors

from those four and is asking for help in that

process, or it's revealing all of the choices you'll get when the OnePlus 5 hits the market.

At this point it's impossible to tell which of those explanations is true. But while colors

1, 3, and 4 (black, red, and gold) are pretty obvious and wouldn't be surprising to see

in a flagship smartphone in 2017, we're not so sure about No.2. It's certainly different,

so much so that it's quite hard to define. Is

this a hint that the OnePlus 5 will have a glass back and we'll get a very very reflective

This Corrective Exercise allows you to strengthen your obliques through rotation, and because

you are lying on your back it doesn't put any pressure through your disks.

This exercise is perfect for those who have lower back pain and really need to strengthen

9 Gadgets and Tech From Star Wars That We Wish Were Real Now - Duration: 5:24.

There are a lot of films that either take place in the future or feature technology well ahead of reality, but few fictional universes hold a candle to that of Star Wars. Although their history occurred a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, much of what was portrayed even in 1977 has yet to become readily available for us humans. With that, this is less about smashing up droids, and more so about surviving global warming or maybe North Korea, but with a few fun ones thrown in.
