hey yall so I wanted to come on here and do this video so you want to be a future
entrepreneur right but you don't know where to start first before we get
started I just want you to erase every negative thought that is in your mind
erase it remove it stop caressing it stop grabbing ahold of it drop it let it
go don't think about it don't encourage it don't nurture it let the negative
thoughts go let the fear go so many times we fear getting started and when
we fear getting started it causes us to be paralyzed this causes us to be stuck
where we're too afraid to move forward because we're too afraid that we're not
going to do whatever it is we've come up with in our hair to do here's the
problem with that we get these thoughts we get these fears but instead of us
building on the good positive ones we build on the fear and we become
paralyzed and we build on the negativity like oh well no one's gonna like my
status no one's gonna watch me no one's gonna subscribe no one's gonna do these
things and then it causes us to lose sight of the bigger picture and then you
start allowing that stuff to it starts to kind of take over and it becomes an
action and then it shows off in your business and it shows off in the way you
carry yourself as an entrepreneur and it just causes you to get sunken into that
and then when people don't give you whatever high expectation you came up
with in your head now you're sitting there with low confidence and stuff let
that stuff go it's not healthy it's not worth it it's not beneficial drop it I
remember years ago I posted a you to video and I posted their YouTube
video and I posted it where my friends and family can see it and when they did
not respond to it and they did not support me and they didn't share I took
the video down and I stopped doing videos for a long time me as an adult I
will post a video I would ask somebody to share it I'll post it on my timeline
I posting it here I'm my biggest cheerleader it does not matter who watch
me who subscribe who likes who shares who support I'm gonna support myself I'm
gonna be my biggest cheerleader I'm gonna make sure that I put my all and so
whatever it is I'm doing and I'm gonna do it my best whatever that looks like I
usually set my bar so high out of reach so even when I don't make that all the
way up there I still made that goal of more than I want to another piece of
advice I would like to give you all is when you set your goals don't set them
like I want to make I want to get 10 leads today instead know what I do in my
business I got 10 leads this week by doing by posting ads whatever whatever
your business is doing from that dead angle but you see what I'm saying like I
make it where it it's already real to me it's already reality to me I can already
see it I can already feel it like that's helped me so much when I started doing
these YouTube videos I could not stand looking at that little light and I'm
like oh I can't get started I don't have a camera well I'm using my phone I use
what I have until I can get better but I'm not letting anything stop me I'm
building on my positive tivity I'm getting to the point where I don't let
no negativity if anybody has something negative to say
I shoot it down instantly I have no space or room for negative thoughts not
one I don't let a single one in because when you do that stuff manifest it grows
it gets bigger and bigger and it will stop you from living it would stop you
from dreaming it would stop you from stepping out of your comfort zone and
doing things that you love to do because you're afraid and that's not okay don't
allow fear to paralyze you don't allow fear or negative thoughts to stop you
from doing what it is that God has chosen you to do like whatever it is
that you're supposed to be doing do it now don't be like me and just kind
of quit your job in now really haven't planned but that's what I was allowed to
do so I mean whatever but you figure out what it is that you're supposed to be
doing you perfect it you nurture that and you grow in it and you do it well
and you do it with all you guys I don't know if you all noticed but it's a
picture of me right there starting out doing these videos I had to look right
there at that picture to make you feel like I was talking to people so it
wouldn't be awkward to me but now I'm at the point where it's somebody out there
that I'm gonna reach and it's somebody out there that I'm gonna help and it's
somebody out there that needs this message stop allowing fear to paralyze
you stop allowing your dreams to be put on hold because you're afraid you're
gonna fail as entrepreneurs we fail we make mistakes we learn but it teaches us
and it causes us to grow and it causes us to eat be even better entrepreneurs
so I want you all to kill those negative doubts
lift up those positive doubts and let's be entrepreneurs and let's do
it let's do it well let's do it great and if you have any questions please
