be very suitable for reducing the risk of fractures and preventing the development of osteoporosis.

- Broccoli to regulate glucose: In a study that was conducted it was found that when

the consumption of vitamin k1 is increased, the sensitivity to insulin and the concentration

of glucose in the blood is improved. - Broccoli as a natural antioxidant: the

antioxidants quercetin and kaempferol found in broccoli provide antiviral,

So, I headed to my local Build a Bear to check him out and buy Pokemon stuff animals!

They currently have a promotion if you buy 2 Pokemon characters, you can get them both

So, at the stores, they sell Meowth, but he doesn't have a sound chip.

You'll have to order him online if you want that.

Which ever four you want.

OK, so here is what we are going to do.

We're going to take all those hearts, and you're gonna put them all in one hand.

And I'm going to want you to try to warm them all up at the same time.

Get them all nice warm right there.

There you go.

Now, Go ahead and tap on each heart twice.

Just so they can have a heartbeat like yours.

And take them all in one hand and go ahead and rub them on your back, because best friends

always have each other's back.

And on your side here…

So, to make the birth certificate, you scan the tag, and fill out all the information

you want.

Once the certificate prints out, it will have information on it just like your own birth certificate.

There is the name of your stuff animal, it's birthdate… which is the date you made your

stuff animal, the height and weight of it, the eye color and fur color, and your name.

Oh, mommy, they sell teddy grahams because this is a teddy bear shop!

Alright, so, here are all the birth certificates you printed out.

I've got the one for Pikachu.

I got one for Squirtle.

I've got one for a Charmander, and I have one for Eevee.

Those are all the ones you made, right?

Pokemon cards that come with them, right?

That's right!

So, because you purchased four of them, you get one of every single card I got.

So, you get a Eevee one, a Squirtlel, a Charmander and Pikachu.

And this one is - Be GENTLE!

So think of yourself as this wild stallion whose spirit is very much alive

but whose will is submitted to the absolutes of these principles.

And if you will, then respond in light of these principles instead of reacting emotionally.

Or simply out of bad habits you've learned over time.

You'll start to see relationships come together in greater intimacy and openness

and honesty and greater power over all.

Ciao everyone, here it's Marchettino and today we're back with the M3!

I want to take advantage of the situation to talk more about the exhaust of the car

because if you've seen the previous video well you might have realized that I made

the car a bit too loud, just a little bit! I told you that the exhaust has also the valves

to make it quiet but the fact is that when I shot that video I was so excited

to hear the car shout that much that basically I drove all the time with the valves off

but I wanted to show you today that the M3 yeah it can be quiet with

his very antisocial exhaust and can you hear that?

Well, the better question would be " can you not hear that? " currently I'm driving with

the valves closed and yeah it's a good thing I have a remote that I can use to

control the valves and I'm gonna show you the difference between driving

the M3 with the valves on and off.

Right guys, I moved in a quiet place because I don't really like making so much noise with the M3 in the city so as you can

hear now the M3 is with the valves closed and yeah the idle is very quiet!

I think it sounds like a stock and M3 E92, well maybe a little bit louder

but it's really ok! If I press the magic button to open the valves well..

You can really hear a huge difference, this is with the valves closed!

It really sounds sweet, sounds like a stock M3 E92!

but obviously if we open the valves..

this is just ridiculous you may understand that if I want to give my

As much as I love the noise this car makes I wouldn't really be able to drive it

with the valves open all the time!

The difference when the valves are closed and open its like between night and day it's totally different!

Needless to say that after having driven back home more than a few times with the valves open

the neighbors really complained at me for the car so yeah it's a great thing I got this, seriously!

So now valves closed... open!

This is just way too much!

When I installed this exhaust I received some critics about the car

being way loud and well I have to admit that with the valves open the car

is really way too loud but as you can see with the valves closed this car is quite acceptable!

I don't like being annoying towards the others and makes so much

noise in the city but the truth is that I just like to hear an engine shout so

this is my response towards some critics that I received from you guys.

that disadvantage me for my first choice major?" So first question first,

do I need to select a second choice. I guess you don't need to.We don't force

you to. But we encourage everyone to put a second choice that will give you your

best chance to be admitted to the University of Illinois, especially for

some of our more competitive colleges and majors. There's simply a ton of great

applicants and not enough space for all those applicants, and so if we can't

admit you to your first choice major, we want to be able to look at other avenues

for admission at the University, because you may be a great fit for the

University of Illinois. So the second question, if I put a second choice, we get

this question sometimes, does that mean I'm not as serious about my first choice

or I'll be put at a disadvantage. Not at all. That's not the purpose of the second

choice at all. In fact, we don't even look at what your second choice is, and in

some ways don't care what your second choice is until you've already been

reviewed for your first choice. So if, you know, Sammy, you apply to your first

choice, you have a second choice.You get admitted to your first choice. Your

second choice was never even considered because you were able to be admitted to

your first choice. But if we weren't able to make it your first choice, that's when

the second choice comes into play. So it doesn't disadvantage you in any way

shape or form and we do encourage students to put a second choice down in

the application. Yeah and one thing I'll add, while students are considering

majors that they can put on their application, your second choice major can

be in the same college as your first choice major. It can be in a different

You can apply either through myIllini or the Coalition. I do advise

students if you are interested in schools that are available through the

Coalition app that you could look in to see if you're interested in those.

That would be definitely a good way to apply to multiple schools if you're

gonna go through that route. Or you could just go through the myIllini account. One

thing you would need to do if you do create...go through the Coalition

application. You will still have to create a myIllini account, so you can

review your application process.

That's our early action deadline. Just quick list of benefits: first and

scholarships, honors programs, and also for admission to some of our most

competitive colleges and majors. I don't want to overstate that too much. Most

whatever the reason, December 1 is the final deadline, so you want to

from your high school counselor? You know, devoting some time to that process

is really important. But as soon as you are able to,

Great question. So when you're looking at different schools,

But you're gonna want to make sure that it's a good fit for you. So the first thing to look at would probably be your academic

program. Does that institution offer what you want to study? And it also might have the name of the program you want to study,

but it might not include all of the experiences that you're looking for. So do a little bit of research.

Find out what that program is like, what types of experiences

are you going to get? What type of advising are you going to get if you're really

set on doing an internship? Is that something that they really help to

assist you in, in landing that type of position later down the road as you're in college?

So do a little bit of research in that area.

You're also going to want to, you know, figure out,

What are you looking for in terms of experiences on that college campus? Are you interested in doing research?

Do you want to do a study abroad program?

Where do you want to do your study abroad program?

That's a big thing too. Not every institution offers the same types of programs or in the same locations.

Also,

you know, are there certain activities that you want to be involved in? Are there specific

leadership roles that you want to have experience in? All of these things can vary from campus to campus.

So make sure that you're trying to learn about what those opportunities are going to be for you at that institution.

Another great thing to keep in mind, of course, because in the long run

you're going to college to help you prepare for your career, is looking at those types of resources as well.

So do they have a Career Center? And what types of

assistance do they provide? Are they really going to help you with, you know, your resume, with your interviews?

Do they have the career fairs set up for you already?

How does that type of advising work out as well. So that will vary from campus. So,

make sure you find the right fit for you. In terms of how many schools to apply to,

again, you're gonna hear a lot of different

types of advice in that area.

I would say the general number, or around the number you want to shoot for, is about five schools.

Typically they say that you want to have the schools that you know that you are more likely to be admitted to, a reach school

and then a safety school, as well.

So it's gonna vary from each person based on what your interests are and how many schools you've also, you know, looked into,

liked and are still deciding between. But you want to have a good number of schools

so you can, in the end, make that decision your own.

Telling us a little bit about why you want to study a particular area, or what

areas you're exploring if you're not sure what you want to study. I think

essays that are really obviously connected to what you want to do in a

really an authentic voice, and not trying to be something you're not in order to

Alright, April. The next question is, how do I write an admissions essay?

That is a great question.

It's definitely something that you want to take time on.

It's not something you want to write the night before, and then just

submit it to that admissions office. Typically

admissions offices will post their question, or questions,

ahead of time. At least a month or so in advance before

they are releasing the application. If you're filling out

applications, like the Common Application,

those are typically the same each year and you have

a variety of questions to choose from. So, make sure that

you know what that question is. The goal is to always

answer that question. So, I know that a lot of students

are going to be reusing their essays for different applications.

We know that that happens.

But you have to at least still want to make sure to tailor it and really

personalize it to that institution that you're submitting the application

for. And again, making sure that you answer

that specific question. Best way to do it

is to really

do a rough draft first. And, you know,

talk about yourself. You want to make sure to emphasize your story

not just tell somebody else's story. Not just write us a

school paper, just based on research,

and facts about what your major is.

We want to know why you are a good fit, typically,

for that program, or for that institution.

And what makes you a strong candidate

to experiences that you have.

So, in addition to the application that students submit, what supplementary

materials can they send to us? Sure, so sometimes I like to say that we

are deceptively simple in our application process. So yes, you have the

application. Then you'll submit an application fee or a fee waiver, you

would work with your school before that, and then your test scores, so that's the

ACT or the SAT I, not subject tests. So, just as important as what we do have

you send, is actually what we don't have you send. So students really aren't

sending things like letters of recommendation, because they're

advocating for themselves in the admissions process. So they are the only

ones that's going to be recommending themselves. We also don't use

transcripts. We use a self-report, so that's it really, those three things the

application, application fee, or fee waiver and test scores. And I just point

out the only exception to that is if you're a student applying to visual or

performing arts. So if you're a music student or an art student you're gonna

have to do an audition. If you're going to School of Music or submit a portfolio

for art and design, so with those few exceptions again, like Sammy said, pretty

easy to apply to Illinois. But it's sort of a trick question, no supplements

unless you're applying to one of those visual and performing arts.
