How Is Kissing Different Around The World - Duration: 6:47.

If you've been following Japan-related news over the last decade, you'll know an interesting

phenomenon is taking place there: a lot of young folks are just not getting into relationships.

Anti-dating might be a little extreme in Japan, but it seems the single trend is becoming

widespread all over the developed world.

A recent Pew report states that in the U.S., the number of under 25s that have never been

married is at its highest level since we started recording such statistics.

It seems we are still kissing, though, with the UK and U.S. media citing reports that

say at about the age of 15 more than 70 percent of teens have their first kiss.

Nonetheless, an American Anthropologist study tells us that only 46 percent of cultures

kiss romantically.

How we do it is also different, and that's what we'll explore today in this episode

of the Infographics Show, How Is Kissing Different Around the World.

Don't forget to subscribe and click the bell button so that you can be part of our

Notification Squad.

Kissing can mean a number of things, such as an expression of faith when kissing a religious

object, a greeting, or even an act of showing respect.

Today we are going to focus more on the romantic and affectionate type of kissing.

This type of kissing has been around for some time, with anthropologists claiming that it

either evolved from kiss feeding – mothers passing food to babies with their mouths – and

other academics stating that the act is entirely instinctual - meaning it's just what happens

naturally when passions run high.

Anthropologists have unearthed instances of romantic kissing in ancient Sumerian and Egyptian

poetry, and historians agree that the Romans were quite fond of the act.

Historians also agree that after the fall of the Roman Empire, kissing went out of fashion,

only for literature to bring it back again.

Who could forget the sweet lines of Romeo talking to Juliet in Shakespeare's Italy-based

play: "My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand.

To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss."

This brings us to what many western cultures believe to be the ultimate romantic kiss,

something we call the French kiss.

Such a kiss is a step-up from the peck, the kiss with pursed lips.

In the French kiss the mouth opens and tongues touch.

Also known as a deep kiss, it was actually first called a Florentine kiss.

Here we can give the Italians some credit again for their introduction of this intimate

act.

Some researchers say it was only until American and British troops fought in France in the

early part of the 20th century that it was popularized in those nations.

Apparently the Brits and the Americans were very impressed with this act of passion, and

soon the amorous tête-à-tête could be seen on the silver screens all around the world.

As we said earlier, many cultures don't have romantic kissing.

A recent study of 168 cultures revealed that only 77 of them did indeed kiss the passionate

way.

At the same time, some cultures have their traditional methods of kissing which are being

replaced as a younger generation grows up in a more globalized environment.

Such is the case in Thailand, a country where the record for the longest romantic kiss was

performed.

Guinness World Records reports that that kiss lasted 58 hours, 35 minutes and 58 seconds.

The couple beat 8 other couples in the kissing contest, including a rather energetic couple

in their 70s.

What's strange though about Thailand being the home of the longest kiss, is that French

kissing is relatively new in the country and still sometimes left out of relationships.

Reading expatriate forums in Thailand you can see that the sniff kiss confuses quite

a lot of foreigners in the country.

"My wife does this to me quite a lot and only in private," wrote one expat.

But what is it?

Apparently the intimate gesture requires that you rest your closed lips on another person's

cheek and with your nose also touching the cheek take in a good sniff.

One expat remarks that the kiss is "really beautiful...much more delicate than the usual

kiss."

He also said he took it back to Europe and it worked a charm with the women there.

Sniff kissing, or cheek kissing, is common in many Asian cultures.

In fact, in 1897, anthropologist Paul d'Enjoy remarked that kissing lip-to-lip in some Asian

cultures he studied was even seen as a form of cannibalism.

A form of kissing you've probably come across but perhaps not practiced in a relationship

is what western cultures call the Eskimo kiss.

This is an Inuit traditional act of warmth in which two people lightly press their noses

together.

It was given the name Eskimo kiss after Arctic explorers noticed Inuit people rubbing their

noses together.

Such an expression of warmth though is also practiced in the New Zealand Māori culture,

as well as in parts of Bengal and Timor.

It is thought to have developed in the Inuit culture since all your body is covered up

to keep warm, the end of the nose is about the only place you can use to kiss.

The similar Māori kiss is known as the Hongi.

This consists of not only touching noses but also foreheads.

The Hongi is traditionally practiced as a greeting and a sign of respect, but can also

be very intimate when performed by people who are close.

When you are doing the hongi you are actually sharing your soul with another person.

According to various media, one country that has an exceptional kissing culture is Brazil.

One blogger calls the country's traditional deep kiss, the beijo, "a full-on facial

and salival assault".

The writer describes it as a kind of intense French kiss in which more fluids are shared

than usual.

This could be an exaggeration, though, but what most commentators of Brazilian culture

agree on is that Brazil is a kissing culture.

You might be expected to kiss when you greet in Brazil, although there seems to be a system.

One blogger writes that in Rio de Janeiro people kiss both cheeks while in São Paulo

they just kiss one cheek.

Cheek kissing, or air-kissing the cheek, is common in many parts of the world, although

not always do men do it to other men as a greeting.

In the Arab world you'll find that men kissing men as a greeting is very normal.

Try that in the UK and you might create an awkward moment, although just across the English

Channel in France men kissing men is quite ordinary.

In Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro it is also quite common for men to kiss other

men as a greeting, but again, do that in the United States and the recipient of the kiss

may feel a threshold has been crossed.

As you'll already know from our other shows, such up-close affection is frowned upon in

many parts of Asia, although find yourself at a hi-society party and things can soon

change.

In fact, in some Asian cultures there was no word for kissing until recently, such as

in Japan where the English word is used: Kissu.

In China if you were to kiss someone in public you would certainly cause a lot of distress.

For this reason web forums are full of people asking if the Chinese actually kiss at all.

Do they do it?

Of course they do, although you should remember that this intimate act is reserved for private

areas and only after you've formed a decent bond.

In India it was reported that in 2014 conservative folks marched in the streets as a protest

against kissing.

But India is the home of the Kama Sutra and ancient poems in Hindu texts describing the

art of kissing.

The India Times asked in one article how some people in India could be outraged over an

act it practically invented.

Therefore, kiss away in India, but be aware some people might not like it.

In some cultures, there is just no such thing as kissing.

This includes sub-Saharan Africa, New Guinea, and Amazonian foragers, regions where anthropologists

are yet to see an instance of a romantic kiss.

In fact, many hunter-gatherer or nomadic cultures such as African tribes and Asian hill tribes

do not have kissing.

They might have ways to show affection, though.

According to one report the Oceanic kiss involves no touching at all, but passing your open

mouth in front of someone else's open mouth.

Some cultures actually view the act of procreation as merely work one must endure to keep the

population healthy, so passion is not so much the norm.

You just do the job at hand.

So, what is the kissing culture like in your country?

Are there ways to kiss that we haven't mentioned.

Let us know in the comments!

[English Sub]怎样制作天然色粉植物果蔬粉 How to make natural food color powder - Duration: 2:51.

You probably noticed I don't like using food color.

I use natural food color powder from fruits and vegetables

many of you ask me where do I buy it

some of the powdered food color you can buy from nutrition food store or online

like red beet powder

black charcoal powder

brown color cocoa powder

and green color matcha powder

those are easier to find

most of the time I have to make my own

today I am going to show you how to make two different color vegetable powder

so you can use the same way to make other powders

First, lets make yellow color pumpkin powder

wash and peel pumpkin, slice thinly

then put on the tray of the dehydrator

other fruits and vegetables that do not need precook can use this way

like spinach, strawberry, beet, and carrot

you can use this way

making purple yam powder

steam or bake the yam

peel off the skin and cut into small pieces

also put on the tray of the dehydrator

similar vegetables that need precook

like potato, taro, Chinese yam and so on

you can use this way

The temperature I usually set the highest

because you want it extremely dry to make the powder

dehydrate more than 6 hours

you need to adjust according to different dehydrator and how thin you slice as well

The better way is to check them once a while

If they are already dry and crispy that means they are ready

Then you need to grind them

any kind of grinder will work

then sift the powder

the thinner the sifter the better

Then transfer the powder into a jar

If you can get some dryer that would be great

it can absorb the moisture from the air

Though we already sift it, I still suggest you sift again before you color the food

because the powder is very easily to absorb moisture

Well done. For some of you especially who have children at home

you don't need to worry about chemical food additive any more

If you like my video or channel, welcome to like and subscribe

See you next time!

Arnold Schwarzenegger - THE BEST EVER MOTIVATIONAL GYM STORY - NO PAIN NO GAIN 2017 - Duration: 12:02.

never ever think small if you're going to accomplish anything you have to think

big you have to go and shoot for the stars

the biggest challenge most people have is because they think small and the

reason why people think small and why did you choose small little goals is

because they are afraid to fail they know that if you shoot for big goal then

the chances of failing are very high and they're afraid of failing there's one of

the most common things why people are frozen and by the kidman make a move in

life because they're scared of failing I say to myself hey I'm not worried about

failing because that's part of life you're not gonna be going win everything

and how far can you fall look at this this is the ground that's as far as I

can fall and you know something that the only time you really consider the

failure is if you fall and you don't get up but if you get up you're never

considered a failure so I never considered myself a failure I always

consider myself a winner even though AFL every so often but I

always got up and I always move forward this is the important thing I never had

any patience of course for Smita thinking small little something then go

all out and do it well and this was not just the case in bodybuilding I didn't

just want to be a bodybuilding champion I wanted to be the greatest bodybuilder

four times I wondered if the most muscle the the most muscle of all times the

most definition I wanted to win the most trophies the most World Championship

titles I just wanted to be the best and the same is also in movies I didn't you

think about being in movies no I wanted to be a movie star I wanted to have a

bomb I love building I wanted to become the

highest paid entertainer I'd face if you wanted to be another John Wayne what's

wrong with that

there I go people ask me all the time what is the secret to success the thing

that can give you the long version here

and the long version is that I actually always had five rules and everything

that I did always use those five rules and those five rules helped me to become

successful in various different areas and I think I believe that those rules

can be applied to almost anyone and everyone you don't need to be a

bodybuilding champion you don't need to want to be a governor of California

whether it be an action here or anything like that if you want to excel in

whatever you do those rules are for you it's that simple

I think that we all here like to be successful and we are driven so that's

why those rules apply to you so my first rule is find your vision and

follow it you see I think it's the most important thing that we have a very

clear vision of where we go a goal where do we go because you can have the best

ship in the world you can have the best cruise liner but if the captain does not

know where to go that ship will drift around the world and out there that sea

and we'll never end up anywhere this is exactly the way it is in real life if

you don't have a core if you don't have a vision you just drift around you're

not gonna be happy this is why it is so important to have that vision now I

created that vision in Austria because I grew up after the Second World War the

problem was that everyone was so depressed because they lost the war that

there was alcoholism everywhere there was of course depression there was a

terrible economic situation there was famine there was starvation and all of

those things and also it was kind of a little place and narrow I felt kind of I

wanted to get out of there I wanted to escape and I couldn't see myself really

do work there in the stadia to work in the factory of the work in the farm

although even to follow my father's footsteps to become a police officer I

couldn't see that either and I think that's what my parents wanted me to do

but that's not what I saw this was the vision of my parents but not mine and

luckily one day in school I watched a documentary about America and I found

myself I knew exactly that is where I wanted to end up I wanted to be in

America everything that I saw in that that commander just loved everything was

so big I remember the tall skyscrapers the monstrous bridges the giant freeways

filled with beautiful cars the huge jet liners movie stars Muscle

Beach and all of those things I could not wait to get there the question was

just how do I get there how do I get the America I mean it's just not a common

thing to do way back in the 50s no one had the

I need to travel or anything but one day I was fortunate enough to see a magazine

and Dead magazine showed me the path to America and it was a bodybuilding

magazine and on the cover bust is very muscular guy then was standing there

like Hercules with the Hercules outfit his name was Reggie Park this rich Park

was undercover and I remember the cover said mr. universe becomes Hercules star

I read the article as fast as I could learning about how he grew up in Leeds

in England poor in how he trained five hours a day every single day and trained

and trained and trained and lifted weights and then he finally became mr.

Great Britain and then he could became mr. universe at any one a second mr.

Universe title in the third mr. Universe title and then all of a sudden he landed

in Rome in cinecittà doing Hercules movies and yeah he made

millions of dollars and this this money he took he bought himself a gymnasium

chain in South Africa he became a successful gymnasium owner in a syrette

I became more and more certain about my own future as I read this story I was so

excited so interested I knew exactly that I wanted to become another reg Park

I know he laid out the blueprint for my life basically

I could see myself I could visualize myself clearly to be a champion on that

same stage where he wanted mr. universe and then the move to America then get

into movies and then become rich and famous I had that vision very clearly

laid out I was so happy that I knew exactly where I was going

from that moment on everything that I did no matter how hard I had to work or

how much I had to struggle it didn't matter

it was a wonderful joyride because I knew what the purpose was and I found my

passion the simple truth is if you don't have a vision

if you don't have a goal if you don't see your future laid out in front of you

you're just floating around without a purpose and I think that the numbers

speak for themselves this is why so many people around the world are unhappy with

their jobs I mean in America 74 percent of the people hate their job and would

like to change jobs but think about that that means that only a quarter of the

Americans love the life's work I mean that is a very depressing statistic I

always smile when I worked the matter how hard I work I always had a great

time no matter what I did it didn't matter if I was in bodybuilding or if it

was in the movies of it was as governor I remember in the pumping iron days

people asked me in the gym all the time why are you smiling all the time why are

you so happy you have to lift 50 tons of weights you have to Train five hours a

day I mean I look at the other bodybuilders faces and lifters faces and

they look kind of depressing they look sour they're miserable that they have to

lift weights you don't look miserable you look happy and I'd tell them always

they say I smile because I know exactly did every rep that I do there every set

that I do every weight did I live to get one step closer to turning that vision

of mine into reality and becoming that mr. universe I could not wait to lift

another 500 pounds in the squats I could not wait to do another thousand sit-ups

I could not wait to do bench press more bench press and more girls until I

couldn't move my arms anymore because I knew that every rep got me

closer to standing on that stage as a champion as a matter of fact when I

lifted weights I didn't really feel like I was lifting weights I felt like I was

lifting a trophy over my head each time I lift it and they'll have all those

bodybuilders around me and thousands of people screaming

and I tell you that this vision didn't just help me in bodybuilding and help

living everything like I said I remember in the movie business there was many

times stunts that they had to do we I got hurt

that was in pain the agony had to do it over and over again I remember one

incident specifically and Conan the Barbarian there there I was crawling on

all four unwaxed over rocks and gravel holding my sword right in front of me

and as I was crawling the camera followed me it was around thirty feet

that the crawlin does rocks in his gravel and eventually after ten takes my

elbows my knees started bleeding and hurting and the director came to me

sheepishly and said to me sis do you mind if we do another take I need a

close-up of you and I said him no I don't mind at all I said going to as

many takes as you want this is none I don't want to do that because I know

you're in pain you're beating I said no no I don't feel any pain I say the only

thing I see is is the finished scene

this is why I did not feel that pain I did not care if I was bleeding on my

knees because I know that pain is temporary but the film is permanent and

I explained that to the director so this is why I try to tell you always discover

your vision and the rest will follow

you

What wants to be shared here is not a way to prepare the "café", but to show

that life can be equal to "coffee"

since the planting of the coffee plantation, its harvest, its processing, its moement

and its preparation in liquid form for consumption

Now apply this to your life. Our "soul" (if you believe that there are souls) was planted in our bodies, but ...

(but as I like to call shells or carcasses, as you prefer)

and passed us the basics of life, (like always making the right choices in life)

and we unknowingly end up passing this learning on to our children (or friends if you are a person who does not want children)

and we unknowingly end up passing this learning on to our children (or friends if you are a person who does not want children)

and its processing is when we stop and reflect as for example

" How can I apply this in my day to day? Or was that the right choice for my life? "

" How could I apply this in my day to day? Or was that the right choice for my life? "

just like they did not do us there at the beginning

And you must be wondering ...

" And the preparation in liquid form? What would it be like or where does it fit in? "

This is an answer that only each of us can answer because it can

have multiple paths or ... Final results.

once again today and we are going to be doing photo assignment number 11 which

deals with something called sub framing sub framing is a technique where you use

elements within your composition to frame up your subject so the end result

is a picture within a picture one of my favorite photographers who uses this

technique quite a bit is Robert Frank now Robert Frank does street photography

and because street photography is improvised you're going to see him using

sometimes literal objects that will frame something in whether that's a car door

or maybe that's a window and then other times it's very subtle like he'll use

buildings in the background to frame in the subject and send them up to draw

your eye in

another photographer whose work I greatly admire is actually somebody that I

know through making these videos because he participates in photo assignments

religiously and fanatically I always get like 20 entries his name is Craig

Whitehead you might know him by his moniker online which is sixstreetunder

what I like about Craig's work is that he takes a lot of the ideas and the

approaches from what we saw in the 1940s and the 1950s in terms of street

photography but then he adds a modern aesthetic into it he shoots with longer

focal length lenses he has a wonderful wonderful sense of color that he likes

to use check out how Craig uses sub framing

so for this photo assignment I thought it would be a good idea to start by just

showing you some images so you would begin to get a feel for what I'm talking

about with sub framing but I want to dig a little bit deeper into it and talk

about why it works let me illustrate okay

this is a blank sheet of paper this will represent a photograph I'm going to make

a point of something that occurs within visual composition it is time for some

of Ted's patented bad drawing skills bear with me folks this is not an

interesting photograph this is just a little drawing that I'm using to make a

point here and that is is this still works in the sense that your eye is

drawn to the subject which is this poorly drawn stick figure down here and

the reason that is we talked about this in the last photo assignment this is

negative space and so what you have is you have this extreme juxtaposition

between a very low activity that's going on here

and the stick figure who's down here so first of all the scale but also the use

of negative space this obviously isn't very practical when we're talking about

photography because photography especially if you're shooting street

photography you're not in a studio situation you are dealing with what's

around you and typically for instance out on the street you're gonna have

buildings and cars and other people and signs and logos and advertisements and

more logos and more advertisements and it becomes very difficult to actually

isolate your subject enough to create that type of interest so for example

I've got a good one that I'm going to show you here what if you wanted to

shoot the Chrysler Building in New York the Chrysler Building is an amazing looking

building and if you've ever been in New York City and you've seen that skyline

you know that it's cluttered with a lot of other stuff so how would you use a

technique to be able to isolate that to draw your eye into that as your subject

okay check this out this is a photo I'm talking about of the Chrysler Building

and it's been isolated now what is the technique that's been used here well it

is sub framing Baril has used an empty office building to actually create a

secondary frame within the composition to show you the Chrysler Building and to

isolate it from its surroundings Tom Baril is one of my favorite

photographers and another thing I want to point out is on the Chrysler Building

is check out the scale that's involved there in juxtaposition to the size of

the photograph it's really pretty small and my point that I want to make is

that when you use sub framing this is a way to start using scale to your

advantage to create interest within a photograph bring

interest to your subject now using scale especially smaller scales within the

photo is hard to do and that's why most people don't use it that's why people

use longer lenses and they tend to get up closer to things to isolate it from

its surroundings but when you do this and you put the effort in it can be very

effective one other point that I want to make about a photograph is a photograph

is a two-dimensional object so we see photos on two dimensions whether it's on

a sheet of paper in a book on a screen whatever but a photograph is a

representation of a three-dimensional world and photography does this so well

because you have depth of field you can use blur to knock things out of focus to

create that depth but I also want to point out that the deal with sub

framing is is that you can create sub framing by using something that is in

front of your subject to frame it in you can also use something that is behind

the subject so let's go check out a couple examples of this so we're gonna

look at some portraits that were taken by Arnold Newman who is one of my

favorites and Arnold Newman is typically associated with the environmental

portrait so the environmental portrait is you take your subject and you put

them in an environment that supports who they are what they do and so this first

one is a very extreme example of sub framing but this is a sculptor this is

Isamu Noguchi and his head is literally stuck in the middle of this

sculpture and I think this really proves the point but it also supports and it

has a way of bringing your attention into the subject and it supports who

they are and I think another example of that that uses sub framing that is

probably a little more conventional is this which is I.M. Pei who the famous

architect and we are seeing him through a little window but it's using a lot of

black space so what he has done is through sub framing he has created the

whole idea of negative space in its relationship to the subject and so draws

your eye in and it also supports the fact that he is an architect we don't

actually see the architecture but if we did it would be distracting so I think

this is a great solution that and he came up with for that another one this

is of the famous pop artist Roy Lichtenstein again we're using sub

framing but the thing I want you to notice here and this is something that

Arnold Newman did quite a bit of which is use something behind the subject for

your sub framing so you can see that there's a canvas behind his head and

what that does is it draws your eye and it creates more contrast it's a black

and white photo between the background and the subject and it's very subtle

but this is sub framing from the backside and another example of this is the

famous painter Josef Albers who did all these color studies that were kind of a

square within a square and he used that as a contraption or a device to

sub-frame against the subject so again it creates a little bit of interest if

it were an all black background it's not necessarily distracting and it would

work but this creates more interest because it's one of Albers paintings

again you see this with Georgia O'Keeffe as she is standing against an easel that

has a skull on the top of it but anyway… these are pretty classical

examples of sub framing the way Arnold Newman did it another photographer that

I want to look at that is one of my favorites is Dan Winters now this is not

a style that Dan Winters is typically associated with he typically is known

for his work shooting portraits of celebrities against flat backgrounds

and these are some of my favorites and what I like about these first of all the

subject in this photo is these little figures clear out at the water on the

beach and you're seeing these taken between the legs in the foreground okay

so first of all this is breaking rules putting subjects out of focus in the

foreground is a no-no it's distracting it shouldn't work but he's using it as a

compositional device and this is what is really interesting he's using this to

draw your attention and he's using that depth of field with the camera that

photography is inherited of I mean it's not like painting where you have to

create that it exists with the camera and it's drawing your interest in and

it's a really interesting use of sub framing another one that I think is

really subtle is this pointing hand and it's just framed up between two people

again in the foreground out-of-focus but where's your eye drawn I think it's

pretty obvious and then finally another one which is the Statue of Liberty and

you have tourists in the front and I think much like the environmental

portraits that we're looking at that that Arnold Newman had done you're

looking at a technique and the importance here is that you're drawing

the attention into something that in this case is small and scale but in both

cases Arnold Newman and Dan Winters is the subjects or whatever is doing the

sub framing is there to support the subject and the intent of the

composition I think that is very important so that is sub framing and

that is your assignment for this segment of photo assignments if you are new to

the show and you have no idea what photo assignments are these are these weekly

challenges that we do to that are designed to improve your creative thinking and

your overall skills as a photographer essentially these are designed so you

can go back and do them at any time but if you want to participate in the moment

as we are doing them basically what I do is that give the assignment on a Monday

and then the following Monday I do the recap video and people who have

submitted work during that week I will feature the best ones on the show so if

you want to know how to submit your work I have an entire video explaining how to

do that that I will link up here or in the show description wherever you're

viewing this so go check that out if you want to participate and as far as a

deadline people always want me to put the deadline in here and let's do that

so today is September 11, 2017 let's go for September 18th is when the next

video will go out and I'll give you until - I'll make the video on Sunday

which is the 17th so September 16th that is your deadline that is Saturday by

midnight or whenever - or by the time I start doing it I mean sometimes like

literally I sit down and there's a couple things that just flew in and I'll

consider them so anyway I will make that video on the 17th to just make sure you

have your images submitted before then and if you have any questions please

leave them in the comments below and if you enjoyed this video please remember to like it

share it subscribe to the Art of Photography for more videos I will see

Is Online Scheduling Software A Security Risk? - Presented on Light Board - Duration: 2:39.

One big misconception that plagues lots of technologies (not just online scheduling)

is that 'It's insecure because it's in the cloud.'

The concept of cloud based computing has exploded over the last two decades, and for good reason.

Most organizations couldn't afford to operate the way they do if they had to rely on local

computing.

The cost to acquire and maintain the hardware is just too great.

Luckily for us, some very smart people have figured out how to consolidate these resources

into a large network of computing power.

This grants users around the world access at any given time, and does so at a significant

reduction in cost.

And so the cloud was born.

However, by doing so, this has introduced the need to restrict who can access the cloud,

how they access the cloud, and what they do in it.

This is where the need for security comes in.

All of today's major online scheduling providers view the security of their system as a top

priority.

As larger companies and even government organizations rely more and more in online scheduling, providers

have had to continually invest in the security of their systems.

This means they're doing everything to stay at the forefront of industry standards, and

even beyond this, to ensure they protect the data they store for their clients.

This is great news for small businesses who want to maintain high security while reducing

costs.

By using the same scheduler as one of these larger or government organizations, you gain

high-level security without having to fork-out the extra cost.

So, when you're shopping for online scheduling software, be sure you choose a product that

is trusted by these larger organizations.

Chances are, by using a scheduler like this, you'll be more secure than what you're doing

today.

9 benefits that lemon can do for you that surely you did not know - Duration: 3:54.

Lemon is a citrus that when you use it can be a great ally for health, that is

why today in todo en salud we will show you 9 little known benefits of this fruit.

Lemon contains vitamins such as C, E, B, A, D and B12 and minerals such as selenium,

potassium, magnesium and iron; it also contains malic and formic acid, essential oils

d-limonene, citroneal and felandreno.

Among the main uses you can give lemon are:

1.

Lemon for the skin: The astringent and antibacterial properties of lemon can be very

useful to clean the skin and keep it healthy.

For this you only have to make a sugar and lemon scrub and apply on the skin before

going to sleep, leave for 20 minutes and remove with warm water.

This way you will get a skin of envy.

2.

Pimple Lemon: Pimples can be reduced by using lemon

in combination with crushed aspirin. This combination of ingredients will remove

bacteria in the area with blackheads, just leave the lemon

paste and aspirin on the face by 2 hours at night and then remove with warm water to notice

the results.

3.

Lemon for armpit stains: armpits can be smeared over time, lemon

can be very effective to rinse them again for that you should mix lemon juice,

ground oats and a spoonful of honey, create a paste, apply in the armpits and leave

for 2 hours and then remove with water.

4.

Lemon to moisturize lips: Lemons can be very useful for improving the appearance

of lips, it hydrates them, protects them from climatic conditions and gives them a

natural shine.

5.

Lemon Nail: Dip the nails into lemon juice can help fight

and prevent fungus, improve the hardness of these and improve their appearance.

6.

Lemon for hair: if you want to lighten the hair either by zones or in its entirety

the lemon can be a great ally, for this you only have to apply the lemon juice in the

area and expose to the sun for an hour, this process will cause the intensity of the hair

to decrease.

7

. Lemon as a natural rinse: its antibacterial components will be of great help to clean

the mouth area and teeth, if combined with baking soda the results will be

amazing, this combination should be used moderately because constant use

can damage the dental enamel.

8.

Lemon for canker sores or sores: canker sores can be difficult to remove but luckily

lemon can help you eliminate them easily, all you have to do is put lemon

juice directly in the area and let it dry, do this three times until the

sores are removed completely.

9.

Lemon for sore throat: Sore throat can be very annoying, the good

news is that lemon can be a great help to relieve it, all you need

is to squeeze a lemon into a glass of water and gargle with this during the day.

Those are some uses that the lemon can do for the health of your body, now that

you know them do not waste their properties and start using it.

I explained that to the director so this is why I try to tell you always discover

your vision and the rest will follow

you

Don't Feel Stuck in Something You Hate - Duration: 1:43.

Hey guys, I haven't done a car video in a while so I figured it was time to do one

Stella's in the back enjoying the wind so I wanted to talk today a little bit

more about complacency I've talked about this in the past and I think it's

something that becomes a cancer and runs rampant in organizations and it ruins

everything, ruins the good people in the organization and turns the good people

complacent and so what happens is you start your job in these new

places you're always pumped about it, you're always excited about what's to come

you're like fuck yeah this is gonna be a good new direction for me I can't wait

you get there it's good for about six months

and then everything falls apart and you start to feed into

everybody else who hates their job and everybody else who hates their position

and everybody else who isn't doing what they're supposed to do and what happens

in this juncture is you go from being excited and being able to actually like

make shit happen and get shit done into the mindset of: well why should I do this

no one else does it and basically you have a switch

that's flipped and when that switch is flipped you become like everyone else

If you were a positive person before, excited about everything now you're a negative

person, you're not excited about everything, people around you notice it

and this is a critical point as well because this is when you can

understand that you can be mindful, you can understand where you're at in the

present and when you figure this out this is the point in time where you need

to make the conscious decision to leave that organization and leave what you're

doing and do something else. There is no situation, no work

no amount of money or anything that can make being miserable okay so if you're

in this situation learn to be mindful understand where you're at in the

present moment and get out while you still can

don't let other people bring you down and don't fall into complacency

Thanks for watching!

The last samurai of Aizuwakamatsu / 会津若松市 - Duration: 9:45.

Hey guys. Y'know, the ten of you. Hi mom! <3

I decided to do something a little bit different this time. Especially since I don't tend to be in my own videos.

So hi! I'm Steven from Long Story Short.

So I decided today to that I'd introduce the video visiting the city of Aizuwakamatsu in Fukushima prefecture.

(humming)

This is, by far, one of the largest rooms I've ever stayed at in Japan that wasn't, of course, an Onsen.

This our view from the tenth floor.

And the bathroom.

Yes! It has a bum spray!

T: Aww, I didn't get a mushroom.

S: Hmm? T: I said I didn't get a mushroom.

S: Aww, すみません (sorry).

S: So obviously I couldn't wait to eat this, because I was starving and it is de-li-cious. (laughs)

おいし〜い (delicious)!

たぬき!

T: I'm on a bus, doop doop derp derp.

(laughs)

S: Yea crow.

S: Oh you have to pay for the escalator? That's hilarious.

S: How about I go in front this time? So I don't have yet another shot filled with just your butt.

一二三... (counting the grave markers 1 - 19)

E: I got (have) a runny nose. (slap) oh!

E: Look at that!

S: Well, you two can't be here. T: What? S: It's the CLASSY room for visitors. T: Oh yea.

Uppa Baby Vista Travel Bag: Packing your Vista - Duration: 11:46.

Hi guys Michelle here with the Baby Cubby and today we're gonna be reviewing the UPPAbaby

Vista stroller travel bag.

This is a wonderful piece of equipment for you world travelers out there who also love

the Vista Stroller for a couple reasons.

Number one you can gate check your bag.

Number two it's super easy to roll around the airport once you put it in your bag and

then number three UPPAbaby is fantastic and for and has a great warranty on the travel

bag for your stroller so for the first two years after you purchase your Vista Stroller

it is under a full warranty.

And if you travel with the stroller in your travel bag, UPPAbaby will actually replace

your stroller or broken parts if anything gets damaged so that's an awesome warranty

that we haven't heard of anywhere else which is why we wanna talk to you a little bit more

about this bag.

Kay guys so I'm gonna show you how to set up the Vista so that it can go in the travel

bag.

So you cannot do it with both seats they do have a separate bag for the rumble seat, so

we'll start first by removing it, so just unclip it right here on the edges and then

we'll remove both of the adapters as well, and if you have any questions about how to

remove these we do have a how to on our Vista Stroller on our Youtube channel so feel free

to go check that out so you can learn more about how to take everything apart and set

it all up again if you need to.

SO now we'll go ahead and fold it down, the handle bar does need to be at it's lowest

setting.

The toddler seat actually needs to be at it's second incline setting.

So what you're gonna do is go ahead and put it at the very top, press the button and just

let it recline until it clicks into that next setting, it will be even with the bar.

Now we're gonna go ahead and fold it.

And it will automatically lock into place.

And then this footrest needs to be at a 90 degree angle.

So go ahead and push these buttons in and then go ahead and push that down until it's

at that angle.

Now we are ready to remove the wheels and place it into the bag.

So now we'll go ahead and unroll the bag, it is rolled up in a nice like travel size

so it's not gonna take up much room in your hotel room or anything.

Go ahead and undo the velcro strap, unthread it through the plastic loop and then unthread

it through the loop as well.

And now we're gonna go ahead and unroll it.

SO I do wanna note that you do need to register both your bag and your stroller in order for

that travel protection warranty, so you we will link it below that webpage on UPPAbaby.com

and then you'll need the serial number for both of these.

The serial number for your bag is found in here- just at the edge of your zipper, it's

this little red number right here is the serial number for your bag.

So, just make sure you register it so that you can get that warranty cause that travel

protection is like one of the best things ever.

So we're gonna go ahead and remove the bag for the wheels right here.

And then if you look inside the bag, there's actually a great picture of the Vista stroller,

and so it's just really straight forward what you actually have to do to put it in.

So before we can put it in though we do need to remove these wheels over here, UPPAbaby's

made it really easy, all we have to do is press this gray button in the middle of the

wheel.

So just press it, and then pull it out.

Done.

Same thing on this side.

And then what you're gonna do, one wheel with the spoke facing up, one wheel with it facing

down and you're gonna put these together so that the spokes kinda go through the other

wheel.

And then we're gonna take these and place them in the bag.

This will just protect your wheels as well as your stroller from the spokes themselves.

So, always a good thing.

We are also going to remove the belly bar from the Vista from the toddler seat, again

if you need any information on how to do that we do have a how-to on our Youtube channel.

And this has a special pocket in the bag, we'll add it after the stroller since we have

found that it's easier to add it once we put the stroller in the bag.

Kay, now we're gonna go ahead and add it in.

So we'll just have to flip the stroller around and match the picture.

And it should be noted that you have to get the frame in just right otherwise you're gonna

have a really hard time zipping it up.

In the picture it shows the wheels being kinda upright we found that it's much easier you

can get a much better fit if the wheels are turned a little bit.

So they'll just kinda be turned in a little bit.

And then you'll just wanna shimmy as close to this side of the bag as you can.

Keep in mind that you'll know you have the right fit when these edges can go up over

the frame like this on both sides and when your handle bar is pretty even with the top

of the zipper over here.

So now we'll go ahead and add in that belly bar.

And the belly bar pocket is just at the base of the bag.

So we'll just add that in so it's nice and safe.

And then we'll also go ahead and add this wheel bag on top of the toddler seat.

Now we're ready to go ahead and zip the bag up.

Keep in mind it is a really really tight fit.

That's to protect your stroller, but it shouldn't be so tight that you like can't zip it up.

If that's how tight it is then you've probably put the frame in wrong so you'll just wanna

make sure, like mess around with it a little bit more.

Until you can get the frame in correctly.

So it's especially tight over some of these like over some of the adapters like where

the belly bar goes and things so just kinda tuck and stretch where you need to.

And you can stand it up, this one they do, Uppababy did say that it will stand with the

Toddler seat inside of it, however it does need to be at like exactly the right place.

SO it's a little hard to get, but it still rolls super easy and then what you'll do is

you'll just store this strap by putting it through this fabric loop right here and velcro-ing

it.

That's all there is to it!

So you can also put the bassinet with the stroller frame into this travel bag as well,

you can't do it in conjunction with the toddler seat this is instead of the toddler seat.

So let me show you how to do this too.

So what you're gonna do is go ahead and unzip this little foot muff cover.

And then we're gonna take out the mattress.

And then inside there's two little tabs that you can pull to go ahead and collapse this,

so we'll just pull them tight or pull them out so it collapses the bassinet.

We'll go ahead and collapse that all the way.

And you'll also need to collapse the canopy with these two inside buttons like I did obviously

because the canopy isn't gonna be able to fit in there.

We'll go ahead and zip this foot muff back on.

And then what we're gonna do is the canopy's gonna go in the same place that this seats

canopy went.

So the canopy's gonna will go up here next to the handle bar.

So we'll go ahead and place that in, there is a little trick with the bassinet you do

need to raise the Vista's handle the stroller frame's handlebar just a little bit in order

for it to lay flat in the bag.

And this one with the bassinet is does stand a lot easier by itself so it's a lot easier

to get it to stand by itself than it is with the Toddler Seat inside.

So now we're gonna show you how to put the travel bag back into storage so you can store

it in your hotel room, or in your stroller basket as you're getting to your hotel.

So first we're gonna take the wheel bag and put it right back in, then we're gonna go

ahead and zip up both sides of the bag and I always like to leave a little bit of space

at the top in the zipper just to let some of the air out as we fold it up.

Just makes it a little bit easier.

Then we're gonna go ahead and take this you'll kinda fold in both sides, and kinda fold this

at the same time.

And then you're gonna go ahead and just kinda roll it the same way you'd roll like a sleeping

bag, so just nice and tight.

And then we're gonna take this velcro strap, it's already through our fabric loop for when

we stored it once everything was in the bag.

And we're gonna put it through the plastic loop up here.

Pull it tight to keep it all tight.

And then just velcro it in place.

So if you're traveling with two kids we hear the question a lot "what do you do with your

rumble seat or with a bassinet if you have it as a second seat" The answer is this handy

dandy second seat travel bag.

So, it's just a little bit smaller than the regular size one but it's still set up the

same.

You do still need to register it along with your accessories so if you bought a rumble

seat kit you need to go register your rumble seat kit as well as this bag.

And the number you'll find in the same place it's just gonna be at the base of the zipper

right here on this little tag with the red numbers.

So, there are no pictures to guide you in this one, however, there are well there are

some pictures for pockets um so what we'll do there is a picture for adapters to go into

so we'll take our two adapters for our rumble seat and place them in this pocket- and then

we'll also take our belly bar and we'll place it in the belly bar pocket which is right

here.

So we're going to place our rumble seat in here with the canopy up by the zipper just

like how it is in the regular travel bag.

And then the nice thing about this bag is it has a carrying handle but then it also

has a shoulder handle too.

Like I was saying, this has a nice carry handle, it is adjustable so if you're short like me

or tall like my husband we can all be comfortable.

Once you're all done this is your whole travel system so this one will roll with you and

this one you can go ahead and carry.

Either with the handle or with the strap.

Kay so at this point I just wanna remind you guys if you have any questions email us at

hello@babycubby.com or comment below, we are more than happy to answer questions for you

and we love finding out new information for you guys.

So I just have a few tips for you when using your travel bag system for the Vista Stroller.

So number one make sure you register it, again you need to register your stroller as well

as the bag system.

And it's good for the two year warranty that comes with the purchase of your uppababy vista

stroller.

Next, make sure that you place the belly bar in last, we found that that was a lot easier

to get the frame in rather than having the footrest get caught on the belly bar as you

were putting it in.

After that we always recommend if you do have a partner that can help you it will be a little

bit easier and faster, and then please practice before you go, we do not want you in the airport

trying to figure out how to get this in and not being able to and missing your flight

or getting stressed so it's easier to zip it up on both sides rather than trying to

zip all around like I did on the video and then as well keep in mind it will be tight,

and it's supposed to be cause that will protect your stroller the best but it might stretch

out a little bit with use so it might get a little easier over time.

If it's super tight maybe you wanna let it sit overnight before you go on your trip just

to kinda stretch out the bag a little bit.

Kay guys thanks so much for watching our video if you enjoyed it, please like it down below

and then remember to subscribe to our channel for more information reviews, how-tos for

new parents as well as experienced parents.

We loved to help you guys and we'd love to hear what you want to watch.

Remember you can shop the Vista and all of it's parts at babycubby.com as well as this

travel bag you can stay safe on your travels, if you need anymore information on the TravelSafe

Program from UPPAbaby which is that warranty information that we talked about we have linked

that below for you as well.

So we'll see you soon!

Video Games So Bad They're Good - Duration: 8:13.

Making a video game is hard.

Making a good game is even harder.

Sometimes, despite developers' best efforts, a game just doesn't come together.

But that's okay, because glitches and bad voice acting can provide unintentional comedy.

Other times, the goal is making a game as bad as it can be on purpose — and the results

are monumental successes in the realm of utter failure.

Here's a look at some video games that are so bad they're actually pretty good.

WWE 2K

Every year 2K Sports releases another WWE game.

And every year it's terrible.

But the franchise's habit of including game-breaking bugs has actually become the most popular

part of the franchise.

In WWE 2K14, characters can glitch into the stands, where they'll hover above the audience

as their bodies are twisted beyond recognition.

In WWE 2K15, the furniture got tired of being used as weapons and started fighting back.

WWE 2K16 saw John Cena fall victim to an apparent alien abduction, and WWE 2K17 fused former

NXT champion Samoa Joe with the props, creating a rampaging beast who was half man, half garbage

can.

In short?

This is one case where the bug actually is a feature.

Deadly Premonition

If you're looking for something incredibly ambitious that fails to actually deliver on

any of its ambitions, then Deadly Premonition might be the game for you.

Featuring instantly outdated graphics, terrible voice acting, and a storyline that doesn't

even pretend to make sense, Deadly Premonition takes elements of Resident Evil, Shenmue,

Grand Theft Auto, and Twin Peaks, and mixes them together into a weird mess that falls

short of all of its inspirations.

It also features controls, mechanics, and navigation systems that make completing the

game a total chore.

But despite all that — or perhaps because of it — Deadly Premonition has amassed a

cult following of hardcore fans.

At the very least, Deadly Premonition tries to do something new, and in an industry crowded

with sequels and knock-offs, sometimes that's enough.

Galactic Dance-Off

Kinect Star Wars might have been a bust overall, but the game's Galactic Dance-Off mode is

actually a lot of fun — if you don't die of embarassment first.

In Galactic Dance-Off, players control popular Star Wars characters like Lando Calrissian,

Boba Fett, and more while using the motion-sensing Kinect to dance to pop songs.

But these aren't just any pop songs — they're Star Wars-themed covers of pop songs, which

takes the game to a whole new level of awful.

For example, Instead of Jason DeRulo's "Ridin' Solo," players get "I'm Han Solo" instead.

"I'm Han Solo.

I'm Han Solo.

I'm Han Solo, Solo!"

Earth Defense Force 2017

Terrible graphics?

Check.

Even worse voice acting?

Check.

Alien corpses that disappear mere seconds after dying, a razor-thin plot, poor artificial

intelligence, no online multiplayer, and basic features that are completely missing?

Check.

Welcome to EArth Defense Force.

Oh, and this mess also has one other thing: glowing reviews from critics and fans who

love the game because it sucks so bad, saying things like "what is so incredibly endearing

about this game is that it's so technically abhorrent," and "The physics are ludicrous,

yes.

But ludicrous is a good thing."

So if you like blowing things up without having to worry about literally anything else, Earth

Defense Force 2017 might be for you.

50 Cent: Blood on the Sand

Many video games are power fantasies, but few are as specific as 50 Cent: Blood on the

Sand, which allows you to control the famous rapper as he battles terrorists in the Middle

East in order to retrieve a jewel encrusted skull worth $10 million.

50 Cent might be a once-popular Grammy Award-winning musician, but there's only one person in the

world who wants to see the rapper single-handedly win the War on Terror, and that person's name

is 50 Cent.

Still, the game is actually much more playable than it has any right to be, and the insanely

stupid storyline is worth more than a few laughs along the way.

Waiting in Line 3D

The not-so-classic game Waiting in Line 3D involves standing in place in a line that

never goes anywhere.

While there is a scoreboard, you can't score any points.

The only thing you can do is punch yourself in the face to keep yourself awake.

Fall asleep and you lose.

Punch yourself too many times, you die.

And… that's it.

Developer Rajeev Basu says that his goal while making Waiting in Line 3D was to create "a

game that deliberately undermines the very idea of what a game is meant to be,"meaning

that the game can't be "interesting, exciting or fun."

Good news: he succeeded!

I Am Bread

Bad controls usually spell doom for a game, but Bossa Studios has turned them into something

of an art form.

And their ultimate masterpiece is I Am Bread, where players control… a slice of bread

trying to make it across the room to a toaster.

Fall on the floor and your edibility rating degrades, but thanks to the wobbly physics

of a slice of bread, keeping yourself edible is almost impossible and most players destroy

the entire house in the process of trying it.

It all adds up to a frustratingly addictive experience, but though the controls are terrible,

they are consistent, meaning very patient and dedicated players can eventually master

it.

Desert Bus

Most designers don't set out to make a bad game.

But Penn and Teller did.

Desert Bus, part of the duo's planned Smoke and Mirrors video game compilation, is less

of a game and more of a practical joke: all you do is drive a truck from Tucson to Las

Vegas — in real time.

The truck tops out at 45 miles per hour, so it takes about eight hours to get from one

city to the other, and since the truck pulls slightly to the right, you have to keep your

hands on the virtual wheel at all times.

If you manage to get to your destination, you get….

One point.

Then you can turn around and drive back.

Originally developed for the Sega CD, Smoke and Mirrors was canceled due to a lack of

interest in Sega's Genesis add-on.

That should've been the end of Desert Bus.

But in 2007, some gamers played it during a livestream for charity and ended up raising

over $22,000.

The annual Desert Bus for Hope charity drive was born, and has become wildly popular since:

in 2016, the team played for over six and a half days straight, raising nearly $700,000

in the process.

"This is my 32nd hour of staring at this TV with this road ahead of me and it's just mindnumbingly

boring."

Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing

According to review aggregator Metacritic, Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing isn't just

a bad game — it's actually the worst-reviewed game of all time.

According to Sergey Titov, the man who programmed the engine that Big Rigs runs on, developer

Stellar Stone released the game well before it was finished, and it shows.

Of the five race courses that players can choose from, only four actually work.

Players can select to race as one of four different trucks, but they're all the same.

Opponents never leave the starting line, obstacles don't stop trucks, bridges don't keep trucks

from falling, and there's no limit to how fast you can reverse, meaning that it's possible

to propel your truck over the speed of light.

Just think how handy that would have been in Desert Bus.

Night Trap

Want to feel dirty?

Then check out Night Trap, a game allegedly so perverse that it prompted Congress to hold

hearings and indirectly resulted in the foundations of the Entertainment Software Ratings Board.

The twist is, by today's standards, it's incredibly tame.

It features low production values, shaky acting, and a ridiculous premise about helping Diff'rent

Strokes star Dana Plato stop vampires from devouring attendees of a slumber party.

Okay.

"Party!"

"Night trap!

That boy will find you!"

The game has become such a cult classic that a 25th anniversary edition was released in

2017, so modern gamers can experience all the wonderful badness of Night Trap for themselves.

"Haha!"

"Now!"

"Ahhhhh!"

"Yeah!"

C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge Soviet Fan Mission - Misfortunate Boundaries - Duration: 41:37.

C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge Soviet Fan Mission, Misfortunate Boundaries by Timbit.

Yuri's Revenge is an expansion pack for C&C Red Alert 2, released in the October 2001.

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a 2.5D real-time strategy computer game by Westwood Pacific in 23 October 2000.

That mission is rather easy, even on hard but it's imho much better than overcomplicated hard mission which abuse save/load.

You have to establish the base and take out the Yuri Prime himself hiding somewhere in the bunker.

The map layout is quite simple, you are in a very good position to defend because of the small canyon which enemy units must pass.

Close to your base, to the south are 3 Oil Derricks which can be attacked by the Allies and their Harriers, easy to fend off with Flak Troopers.

Other aerial threat comes from the Kirovs that attack from the north, but 4-5 Flak Cannons are enough for them and you won't have to worry about.

Your first objective is to capture the Radar Dish to the north of your base, rather a simple objective where you can simply assault it with ground units.

Siege Choppers are also extremely handy, they are a great unit to use when there isn't so much anti-air defense around.

And forgot... east to your base is an Allied Refinery with Chrono Miner, can't be reached by the enemy ground units.

The second task is to infiltrate an Allied Battle Lab with an Engineer, remember to capture it, not destroying it :).

After having a coordinates of Yuri's base and his bunker, you have to simply attack his base and take care of him.

You can use Siege Choppers to take out his defences, then come closer and destroy his Reactors to cut his power.

#VisitorVoices - We Weren't Thought Of To Be Humans - Duration: 1:22.

My name is Micah Ridley I'm from Maryland.

Back then, everything was unlawful being black.

Your practical existence was unlawful,

your practical existence was looked down upon.

We didn't, we weren't thought of to be humans.

But this time period being treated equally is somewhat better now

it's not exactly all the way perfect, but we're getting there. But back then oooo

it was bad. It was really really bad. Going through the museum and looking at things,

going through the exhibits.. going to Emmet Till, seeing what he went through

for something so little. It triggers your mind, it triggers your heart, triggers past

memories of your ancestors dating back so many years

I Can't Let Go Of The Past! (It's Time To Move On) - Duration: 1:41.

Have you notice how life is like a book with a limited number of pages.

God is the author and finisher of your life.

Every day is a new chapter that you grow into.

God wants you to fill the pages of your life with new experience and memories.

Once something happens, whether is good or bad, you can't go back and change it.

The problem with most people today is that they try to change there past or they stay

stuck on the same page.

We can't start the next chapter of our lives if we keep re-reading the last one.

There's those who lose their patience and want to skip directly to the end of the bookand

those who get overwhelmed by the number of pages and just quit.

People want results but they don't want to go through the proccess, you want to go to

Heaven and you want God to answer your prayers, but you don't want to follow God's will.

The problem you may be facing today is that you may have a past that is not letting you

move forward, you may have done something that continues to hunt you, you may have went

through a pain that continues to hurt you.

When you decide to follow God, when you repent from your sins and decide to live a life like

Christ, God will rip those pages from your life and not remember them again.

The reason you can't forget your past is because you haven't yet forgiven yourself.

There's no sense of punishing your future for a past that you cannot change.

Understand that in everybody's life there will be good chapters and bad chapters.

Don't stop living your life when things go bad, keep reading to see how it will end.

Grow in God's word, enjoy life, and be grateful for a new day.

Turn your book into a best-seller.

Have the courage and faith to keep turning the pages believing that the next chapter

will be better than the last... because if you don't turn the page you will never know

what blessings are waiting for you in the next chapter of your life.

Don't close the book just yet and let the Gospel give you life.
