Youtube daily report Sep 11 2017

Hi, I'm Heathcliff and this is Lions Ground.

I hope you have a fantastic day.

Kenneka Jenkins A 19-year-old girl was found dead in a walk-in freezer in a hotel in Rosemont.

A sad story but also a strange story.

The freezer worked and it was cold but it was not used to store food.

What, are they suggesting she was murdered?

Jenkins left on Friday at 11:30 p.m. her home to attend a party with friends in a hotel

room at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel & Conference Center in Rosemont.

On Saturday at 1:30 am, Jenkins' sister had contact with her.

Jenkins was also witnessed at the party on the 9th floor of the hotel.

On Saturday at 4 am, her friends called her mother Tereasa Martin that she's missing.

What happened between 3:20 AM and 4 AM?

Because she was seen on video around Saturday 3:20 pm.

"Around 10 a.m.

Saturday, police told Jenkins' relatives they had spotted her on video from about 3:20 a.m.

that day, "staggering" drunk near the front desk," says Chicago Tribune.

An hour later, Miss Martin decided to go to the hotel to find her daughter.

But, according to her, the staff were not helpful and refused to watch the surveillance

cameras ...

"we require first missing person report from the police," she told Miss Martin with a lack

of urgency in the face.

When Martin wanted to report her daughter missing they explained that she had to wait

a couple of hours.

Because, according to the police, she could still show up.

So everyone was looking for the girl and eventually she was found in a walk-in freezer.

Who found her and reported the girl is unknown.

Her mother doubted she was drunk because you need to use an amount of force to open the

freezer doors.

They are very heavy and are not easy to open.

She would also notice that this is not about elevator doors.

Jenkins is officially declared dead on Sunday at 12:48 am.

The autopsy has been performed last Sunday and it is not clear if foul play was involved

at this point.

I find it a very strange story the way she was found dead.

Is the freezer on the same floor?

Where is the freezer located?

Why would she leave the party?

Some of her precious stuff has been left behind.

Why would you leave valuable stuff behind?

Was she so drunk?

But if you're so drunk it's very impractical to open a walk-in freezer while the doors

are hard to open.

That in a drunk state?

That's a lot, or did she received help?

Strange story and I don't trust it.

What do you think?

Talking Doorsteps: I Can't Not - Duration: 1:56.

I can't not write about it because I've held too much dust that never turns

solid because we carry hurt into our homes, because over all this time we have

stayed the same and on we just now found out what that meant, because my house is

quiet and songbird mornings and yours paint stained carpet and cacophony

windows. hese are the places we veneer ourselves because every poem is a

floorplan of her burnt house

my uncle nailed his rib cage of a gas cupboard shut,

his father must have buried matches in his lungs. Love is not their combustion

I can't not write about him it's only fair because he wrote so much about me

told my dad to tell me how to be, wrote poetry describing the treachery awaiting

me because I disagree and then made everyone around me worship it, because it

shifts faster than I can keep up with it, because you told me what my religion was

and you said to cut my hair. Because I hold flowers like I used to hold my

brother's hands, because I was shaped when Dad converted the garage into our

bedroom, bunk beds like shoulders like stepladders folding, there is an angry

staircase in each of my uncle's thoughts, or do they not see that their arms are

the corridors that make them all whole, He teaches me how to swim, but not how to

be comfortable in water. So I backstroke like baptism, like backwards, like darkness

like do, this I said so. I hope the water that doused the fire was holy, I hope

that there is holy in the hoot. I learned how to float how to make my body

and phantom limb, learn how to have conversations silently. Every pen stroke

is a prayer for forgiveness. Forgiveness I give myself.

thank you so much for waiting for my video.

As many people wait for the next video,

I would like to make a new video as soon as possible,

but unfortunately it will take more time...T.T

Hmmm

After graduating I suddenly thought,

'What am I living for?'

'Why am I doing this?'

I do not know my thoughts.

I do not have a lot of motivation and fun at all

to say that I will know if I do it once...

I need time to think about my life to live...!

It is not good to worry so deeply,

but I think that it will be ineffective to live without considering anything else.

Goals, reasons, directions, whatever

I will come up with something that I can move with my own will.

I want to live happily.

How do you live?

Bye bye~

Success with Bipolar 2 Disorder is What You Make It - Duration: 3:51.

Good morning guys! It's Hannah and today it's my birthday I am 28 years old.

And I received this amazing gift in the mail the other day.

But I need y'all to comment below.

Do you think I should go out in this tonight or is it too much?

Because if it's too much, I'm going out in it tonight.

Hello...

Whoo y'all. I had to take that wig off.

Good lord, my head was a damn sauna.

So I thought it would be the perfect time to share a success story

of living with bipolar two disorder

and, hopefully, encouraging you guys to give me a gift,

which is to do a response video

or comment below and share your experience

about what has been a big success in your life.

And that means even something like getting out of bed

or anything you want.

Please share that with me.

I think those of you who live with a mental health condition,

you can feel me when I say,

Man! You're just constantly told to doubt yourself.

You know. Doubt your happiness.

Doubt your sadness. Doubt your beliefs, your ideas.

Every single thing you do or say is questioned.

And you're insecure.

And when I hit that publish button on my personal blog,

"Halfway 2 Hannah," in January of 2016,

I didn't know what was going to happen.

People told me that it would fail.

Career counselors told me it was a horrible idea.

You're not gonna get a date. You're not gonna get a husband.

You're gonna ruin your life by doing this.

But the difference was that for the first time in my life,

I believed in myself.

Don't wait around for people to accept your condition or accept you.

Shut off all that noise around you.

If I had listened to what other people said,

what society said, what stigma said,

I wouldn't be here today. I would be miserable.

Living this, like, robotic life.

You know. Hannah do this.

And pretend I'm happy on the outside, when really I'm dying on the inside.

And that's no life at all.

On September 11, 1989, my parents had a little girl.

And little did they know that their daughter

was going to be born with a different mind

than a lot of the other children probably in that hospital that day.

And I thrived as the child.

And I embraced those differences about myself.

But as I got older, this label was attached to it

with darkness behind it.

and I lost that ability to just live.

And then along this journey, up until 28,

I've learned to embrace my disorder.

And I can say that on September 11, 1989,

I wasn't born with a thing that makes me incapable of success.

I was born with a gift.

It may not be a gift that's wrapped in the prettiest box.

It's got a lot of... you know... It's been thrown around a couple times. Rough edges.

But it's still a gift nonetheless.

That's how I have to look at it.

So here, of course, my mental health warriors.

Sending all the love in the world to you.

Especially those of you who have lost hope.

And encouraging those of you who are rocking it, to keep on rockin it.

Of course, Hurricane Harvey and 9-11.

But I'm sending you guys these balloons of spirits.

Okay, so I cannot wait to see you next week .

Tuttaloos people! I'm 28.

They all apologized for signing this way.

Don't be sorry!

Signing "Poland" on your nose does not mean that we are a snob or something else bad.

Let me tell you a story.

In the past, there was a war in America.

There were many problems going on in America during the war.

It was nearly impossible to win against England.

England tried to invade America.

America was in searching of any possibility to win the war.

America discovered a very famous General person in Poland.

His name is Tadeusz Kosciuszko.

Signing "Poland" on a nose is his actual sign name.

Tadeusz Kosciuszko came to America and identified some problems in the war.

He knew how to win the war. He shared his strategies with America.

With his plans, it has changed America's game in the war. They won!

Many people had a huge respect for Tadeusz Kosciuszko.

By that time, Deaf people had no idea what is the Poland sign.

It is a beautiful story.

Now, what is the right way to sign "Poland"

Why are we signing this way?

Poland is a strong country.

It is also a catholic country.

The way people sign for the Catholic is very similar to the way we sign "Poland"

That is why we sign this way.

Now, you all know how to sign "Poland" properly!

4 Helpful ways to Shift your Frequency - Duration: 4:46.

Hey my friend!

I'm excited you're here.

Today on this Mindset Monday I'm going to show you our ways to shift your frequency.

And why are we talking about frequency?

Well as energetic beings we are frequency so whatever frequency we're putting out

into the world is the same frequency that we're attracting back into our life so if

a human being is vibrating at a level that is discordant with the tribe that they're

around, the other people will feel it in the energy, that's frequency, so it's absolutely

one of the fundamental, most powerful forces in the universe.

So step one is to get honest.

What are you telling yourself to be true that are simply fear-based thoughts?

We can make ourselves sick quite literally with the fear that's in our minds but to

truly increase our frequencies, we have to let go of fear and start to replace it with

love.

So sit still and ask yourself in every given moment, what am I letting run my life?

Is it fear?

Or is it love?

Most people live in this place which is why `it's so easy for the people to have success

that are living love that have this mantra of love and life.

Step two is to cultivate radical awareness around your frequency.

You got to understand on what vibe you are putting out into the world and what role does

that play?

One of the fastest ways that I have come to understand to shift my personal frequency

and this should help you as well is understanding how your vision plays a role.

Your vision has to be so strong, your why, your identity, like we've talked about in

the past so attuned in for who you are in your life that in any given moment whatever

fear is coming after you, you get to be the observer and realize that your vision for

your life is far more important for this small moment and ask yourself this question in this

moment, is this going to be important ten years from now?

Twenty years from now?

See I believe the greatest amount of wealth is not in a bank but it's in the grave my

friend.

You see most people go to the graves dying with an idea inside of them.

There's' millions of ideas that people have had but you know what?

They let it go because of fear.

Are you going to be that?

Or are you going to wake up this moment and realize that you get to stop letting fear

dictate your life.

The next step is to simply say the greatest prayer that has ever been spoken and it's

only two words are you ready?

Thank you.

Thank you for these hands that I get to grasp life with.

Thank you for this breath that flows my lungs with oxygen that gives me the fuel to go out

throughout the day and make a difference in other people's life and sometimes it may

be hard to say thank you and you got to find humor in those moments like thank you for

making superhero movies, can't we all just run around in capes?

Okay and number four, simply give.

Give anything, give your time, give your love, give your attention, and get outside of yourself.

When you're in this act of giving, it'll shift your frequency.

You want to change your frequency?

Open up a door for somebody today.

Hug somebody, reach out to somebody that you haven't talked to in a while.

Those things will all change your frequency, change your energy, change your habits, change

your destiny and change your life.

Be the difference, start to smile, give love to yourself.

When you give love to yourself it can transform who you are from the inside out.

Rumi said you start to walk the way and the way appears so transcending this fear-based

mentality, the situation that you might find yourself in of worrying about tomorrow, maybe

living paycheck-to-paycheck, once you start the way towards love and altering your frequency,

it will forever change your destiny.

You remember these four things, they will forever alter your life.

I know because they've changed mine.

Now it' time for them to change yours.

Leave a comment below.

Let me know if you love this video.

I'm Drew Canole.

see you next week.

In Season (Audiobook)🎙️ a Supernatural Fiction Short Story 🎙️ by Kate England - Duration: 6:06.

Tall Tale TV!

Sci Fi and Fantasy Short story Audiobooks

In Season by Kate England

Platters of cheese, crackers, chopped veggies and dip cluttered all the available surface

space.

Summer maneuvered a crock of salsa onto the crowded coffee table keeping an eye on the

basket of corn chips sliding precariously close to the edge.

The timer in the kitchen began beeping at the same time that the doorbell rang.

"It's open!" she called as she flounced into the kitchen.

She could hear the door opening.

She grabbed her thick oven mitts and slid one on each hand.

She opened the oven and inhaled the heat and scents of cooking pie.

The filling had pooled up over parts of the crust and bubbles popped thickly, releasing

the scent of hot peaches and cinnamon.

"Holy crap, Summer, there's only four of us coming, you made enough for the Russian Army,"

said the voice from the living room.

Still holding the pie, Summer poked her head in and smiled at Spring, who was hanging his

coat on the rack next to door.

"I get excited when it's my turn," she said.

He looked at her pie and shook his head with a smile.

"Will you put it down, so I can give you a proper hug.

And turn off the damn oven, you're the only one who likes it this hot," he said.

Summer slid the pie onto a cooling rack near a window, and pushed the button on the oven.

When she re-entered the living room, she flipped the switch for the ceiling fan and then Spring

had caught her up in a hug.

He spun her around and she laughed.

"Well, you look wonderful, woman," he said setting her down and patting her cheek.

"Aw, thanks," she said, her cheeks turning pink.

And despite the fan, the temperature in the room rose at least five degrees.

"Stop it, or I stop complimenting you," he said, but he smiled.

"I would have thought I'd have been last.

Where're Winter and Autumn?"

"Beer run.

Sorry, bud - you're always late," she said.

"Hey, try the goat cheese spread.

I got it at that farmer's market you told me about."

The door burst open and Winter, her arms laden with paper bags that clinked as she moved.

A sharp breeze followed her into the house.

"Spring finally made it!" she cried over her shoulder.

"Ha!

I knew he'd show up when we went for the beer.

It's the only way to get him to show up," said a deep voice from behind Winter.

They put the bags down and hugs were doled out and backs were slapped.

Winter gave spring a gentle kiss on the cheek and she smiled as warmly as she was able.

"Summer, that place is amazing.

If I lived here, I'd be broke.

Did you know they had Balvenie 21?"

Autumn asked, holding up the bottle.

Summer had grabbed a platter with some tumblers, ice cubes and spritz.

"You like it neat," she said and Autumn nodded and did a small little jig.

Which was impressive for a man of his size.

"I brought you some dates from when I visited Spain.

To die for!"

Everyone picked up a small plate and filled them with snacks.

Cups were filled with beers and wine and scotch.

Finally each one plopped into an oversize chair.

Stories were punctuated by explosions of laughter, at one point Spring was clutching his stomach

trying to recover from the story Autumn had told about cows on a farm that had somehow

managed to start one of the combines and started a stampede.

Summer rested her head on Winter's shoulder while Spring and Autumn went to get the deck

of cards.

"It's been forever," said Winter, running her fingers through Summer's hair, that would

shimmer gold or green or wildflowers.

"We all get so busy," said Summer, enjoying the sensation of cool fingers playing with

her hair.

Plates were filled and emptied and filled again.

Eventually the pie was sliced and handed out.

Autumn took the first bite and rolled his eyes up and sighed.

"Summer, dear, wars will be fought over your Peach Pie," he said and Summer giggled.

They played cards and everyone got quite drunk.

And the hour grew late and then early again and Summer could feel it when it was time

to end it and had to dab her eyes on her apron.

"I know, honey.

I hate it when it's time to go," said Spring and even his eyes seemed overbright.

She hugged him too hard, but he didn't mind, patting her back and pretended not to hear

her little hiccough sobs.

He put on his cloudy coat, clasped Autumn's arm, gave Winter a quick kiss and slipped

out.

Autumn took her hand and kissed it.

"I love it when it's your turn, my dear."

His coat seemed to catch on fire as he donned it, and he waved over his shoulder as he left.

"It will be my turn next," said Winter.

Summer hugged her.

"I can't wait," she said.

1980s Debut Albums - Mike Chimeri's Music Collection - Jazz - Duration: 10:05.

Welcome to "Mike Chimeri's Music Collection."

This is the third episode devoted to debut albums by decade.

This time, we're in the 1980s.

There are a baker's dozen debut albums awaiting us, so let's begin.

The first 1980s debut album is from the first year of the decade: Dan Siegel's "Nite Ride" in 1980.

This is another album that I originally bought on LP before it became available on CD

and was released digitally by Dan when the Inner City Records copyright expired a couple of years ago.

I first bought the LP in June 2005, around the time that I interviewed Dan

for "The Mike Chimeri Show" on WebRadio WCWP and I was building my Dan Siegel collection.

I bought the CD a few years ago, six years after it became available,

along with Dan's second album, "The Hot Shot," which I talked about in my first video.

There are nine tracks and I like them all, but my favorite is the last track: "The Broadside."

John Klemmer is featured on tenor sax on "Bad Habit" while Lee Ritenour has guitar solos on "Looking Back" and "Phunkin'."

Garry Hagberg plays guitar otherwise.

There's also Rob Thomas, no relation, on bass, and Gary Hobbs on drums and percussion.

All trumpet and flugelhorn on the album was played by Bart Bartholomew.

After a couple of years with the Jeff Lorber Fusion, Kenny G launched his solo career with "Kenny G" in 1982.

Jeff Lorber co-produced Kenny's debut album along with Meco Monardo.

He also played keyboards on every track and the Linn drum machine on one of my favorite tracks: "The Shuffle."

John "JR" Robinson played actual drums on the rest of the album.

The Mac Man, Marlon McClain, was on guitar, and Steve Forman played percussion.

Bass was split between Jimmy Haslip, who's part of the latest incarnation of the Jeff Lorber Fusion, and Neil Stubenhaus.

Besides "The Shuffle," my other favorites are "Stop and Go," "Come Close," and a pair of covers:

"Mercy, Mercy, Mercy" by Cannonball Adderley and "I Can't Tell You Why" by the Eagles.

Debut album #3 has another eponymous title: "Special EFX" by Special EFX in 1984.

The late percussionist George Jinda founded the band along with guitarist Chieli Minucci.

The album was recorded in 1982 when the band was known as Special Delivery.

My favorite tracks are "Sambuca Nights," "Much Too Soon," "Foggy Streets of London," "Safari,"

and "Waiting," which would be reprised on Chieli Minucci's "Got It Goin' On" solo album in 2005.

Another 1984 debut album was put out by saxophonist Richard Elliot, and he called it "Initial Approach."

It was first issued on LP, then made its way to CD in 1987.

I incorrectly assumed that that was the original release year, making it his second album after "Trolltown."

I learned the truth in 2014 after hearing a SiriusXM Watercolors DJ say it was the 30th anniversary of Richard's solo debut.

Richard had been with Yellowjackets for their first two albums--"Yellowjackets" and "Mirage a Trois"--

and his former bandmatte Robben Ford plays guitar on the last track: "Capricorn."

The rest of the album features Carl Verheyen on guitar.

Besides "Capricorn," I also like "Sail Away," "Take Me Away," "Sarah,"

and a Tom Scott cover--"Come Closer Baby," one of a few tracks to feature Richard on Lyricon.

The third debut album by a saxophonist on this list is "Najee's Theme" by Najee in 1986.

Among the tracks on the album are the title track-- which features the "Play it, Najee" background vocal.

And then there's "Betcha Don't Know," "What You Do to Me," "For the Love of You"--

not a cover of the Isley Brothers--"Can't Hide Love"--which *is* a cover of Earth, Wind & Fire--

and "Sweet Love," an Anita Baker cover.

Also in 1986, guitarist Russ Freeman launched the Rippingtons with their debut album: "Moonlighting."

It was put out by GRP, but my copy is an import from Passport Jazz.

The artists on the album include David Benoit, Gregg Karukas, whose debut we'll get to shortly,

Steve Reid, Tony Morales, Brandon Fields, Dave Koz, and Kenny G.

Every track is a gem, making it hard to pick a favorite.

I will point out that "Mirage" was redone on "The Benoit/Freeman Project,"

David and Russ's collaborative effort, in 1994.

And I have a funny story about "She Likes to Watch."

In talking up the song one time on WCWP, after noting the title, I added "and you like to listen."

So, it was "'She Likes to Watch,' and you like to listen."

It was my attempt at a segue, and I had no clue of the double meaning it implied,

but Joe Manfredi, the director of operations, did.

I was unaware of this Freudian slip until he talked about it at the station dinner a couple of years later.

I mentioned Gregg Karukas had a debut album of his own, and it was "The Nightowl" in 1987.

I have a reissue Gregg sold through his website, Karukas.com, which I bought around the time

I interviewed him on WCWP, as I did with Dan Siegel.

It's a recurring expression, but I like all the tracks.

My favorites are "Drive Time," "Alena," "Calypso Dance," and "Talbot Street Cafe."

The lone vocal track, "Lady in My Heart," features Jeff Pescetto, who sang the "Ducktales" theme song.

The fourth saxophonist on this '80s debut list is Gerald Albright,

who debuted the same year as Gregg Karukas, with "Just Between Us."

The big hit from this album, and a favorite of mine, is Gerald's cover of Luther Vandross's "So Amazing."

Other standouts are the title track, "King Boulevard," and "Come Back to Me."

The third 1987 debut is by Acoustic Alchemy,

the band led by Greg Carmichael and Nick Webb on acoustic guitars, naturally.

The name of their debut album is "Red Dust & Spanish Lace."

Again, I'll quickly list my favorites: "Mr. Chow," "Ricochet," "The Rideout," "Girl with a Red Carnation,"

"One for the Road," and the title track, which is the longest track on the album, clocking in at 8:47.

Saxophonist #5, and #10 on this '80s debut list overall, is Nelson Rangell,

whose debut offering was "To Begin Again" in 1988.

Like "Nite Ride," I have this on both LP and CD.

Unlike "Nite Ride," both were available, but the LP was cheaper in 2007

when I was filling out my Nelson Rangell collection. So, I opted for that.

Around the time that I bought "Nite Ride" on CD, I also found "To Begin Again" at a decent price on CD on eBay.

So, now, I have both formats.

My favorite tracks are "New Country," "Heroes," "Draw The Line," and two compositions by Nelson's

New England Conservatory Friend, Jay Rowe: "A Little Sweetness," where Nelson plays flute,

and "I Hope We Meet Again," where he plays alto sax, which what he plays on most of the album.

He opts for soprano on "What a Heart Feels" and goes with piccolo on the title track,

which is also known as "The Island" on David Benoit's "Letter to Evan."

Nelson covers "A House is Not a Home," and would reprise that cover on his "Destiny" album in 1995.

Keeping with saxophone and in 1988, we have Eric Marienthal and his debut: "Voices of the Heart."

Eric joined the Chick Corea Elektric Band the year before and Chick played a role in four of the tracks,

including his composition, "Blue Space."

Other Elektric bandmates on "Voices of the Heart" are Frank Gambale, who plays guitar on "Being With You,"

and John Patitucci throughout the album on bass.

Other tracks include the title track, "Tippin'," "Harvest Dance," "Written in the Wind,"

"Someone Said," and "WALK Like an Emu."

I emphasized "walk" because that's how it's shouted at times on the track.

We'll close out this list with two men named Kim.

First is Kim Pensyl, who debuted with "Pensyl Sketches #1" in 1988.

Kim is a one-man band on this album, playing everything on his keyboards.

My favorite tracks are "Are You Ready?," "The Moroccan Junction," "Calida,"

and "The Doctor is Out," which has the feel of a news or sports music bed.

We've reached the end of the decade, the end of the list, and our second Kim: saxophonist Kim Waters.

His debut album was "Sweet & Saxy."

Also, that was the title.

Of the ten tracks, my favorites are "Cruisin'"-- not a cover--the title track, "Where Can She Be,"

"Soul Serenade"--a King Curtis cover-- "Stand By Me"--a Ben E. King cover--

and "Don't Stop Now," which starts out with a talk track with Kim and his sisters.

Kim's brother James plays bass on a few tracks, and in addition to sax and background vocals,

Kim, along with Cyrus Chestnut, worked the keyboards.

There you have it: 13 debut albums from the 1980s.

Let me know in the comments below if any of those are in your collection.

Until the next episode, thanks for watching. So long.

My Lash Lift & Lash Tinting Experience - Duration: 6:11.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel.

Today I look a little bit strange, I have no eye makeup on and there's a reason because

I am here with Amanda and she is going to be doing a lash lift and tint on me which

I have never done before.

So I'm going to ask her a bunch of questions because I am sure you guys all have them as

well.

So if you could please explain exactly what is a lash lift and a lash tint.

So what it is, it's kind of like an old school eyelash perm but it's new school.

So it actually does not wreck your lashes.

It uses a keratin solution that actually strengthens your lashes.

The lash curl can last about 8 weeks and the tint lasts about 4 weeks.

But I do like to do them together so you get that darkness, you don't have to wear mascara

and then you get that curl so you don't have to curl them everyday with an eyelash

curler.

Awesome.

Is it safe to use?

I think there is, from what I read, some chemicals that you have to put on the eyelashes.

It is safe for the eye area.

It's been tested for the eye area, so yes it is safe for the eyes.

It's made for the eyes.

How long does each procedure take to actually complete when doing it.

The whole procedure takes approximately 45 minutes.

Each step is about 8 minutes long.

So it does not take that long at all.

And you did mention earlier, sorry what again, how long do the effects last for each?

The effects totally, the lash curl can last up to 8 weeeks depending how often you are

washing your eyes, and the tint lasts only about maybe about 3 or 4.

Again that depends on how often you're washing your eye area.

If you don't wash it a lot it might last a little bit longer.

If your wearing mascara everyday, which you can still wear mascara.

That's one of my next questions.

So I can still wear mascara after, do you have any other kind of aftercare suggestions?

We do put on a special oil that does help to hydrate it afterwards.

You can still keep wearing your regular eye routine like you normally do, eyeshadow, mascara.

Just do the same thing you normally do.

So there's no change.

That's why it's great because it actually doesn't wreck your lashes like eyelash extensions

can.

So that's why we use your own lashes so it's a great option for people who don't want to

go the route of eyelash extensions.

And that's a great segway for the next question.

What exactly is the difference between a lash lift and lash extensions?

Extensions is where they are actually adding on a lash with glue which can be very strong.

All I'm doing is using your own lashes and curling and lifting them so your eye looks

more open and they look longer.

Perfect.

How much do these procedures typically cost at an average salon.

They can range anywhere from $50 to $75.

My charge is $65, so I'm kind of in between there.

You think that's it for questions?

You think that covers it?

Let's do it!

Alright we're going to go ahead and do it.

I will show you the before and after of course, so let's go ahead with the procedure then.

So your lashes will stay underneath here because we do do the top and bottom get the tint.

Only the top gets the curl.

So now what I'm going to do is glue those down.

So from now on your eyes are going to be closed for the rest of the procedure, okay?

Yup.

I'm going to take some glue here which is also safe for the eyes and I'm going to glue

down those pads.

So we're going to start lifting your lashes.

I'm going to start this eye first.

So this is, there's no chemicals or anything on your eye right now.

All I'm doing is, I'm lifting them.

So I'm taking them and lifting them onto that pad that I put onto your eyes.

It shouldn't hurt at all.

You should feel it a little bit, but it's really really light pressure.

It justs feels like you're brushing my eyelashes.

Yup.

The main thing that I need to make sure that I need to do is to make sure that they're

really separated.

We don't want them looking clumpy.

So the way that I do this step is how they're going to look.

So this is kind of an important step.

This does have a little bit of a smell.

And then we're going to be applying it to the middle and the bottom.

We don't want it applied on the ends because that's not where we want the curl

to be.

The curl should be in the middle and the ends of your lashes.

So it does smell a little bit like perming solution.

It smells like sulphur and rotten eggs.

But it works.

That's all that matters.

And it's not on for long.

Sorry this is the tint or the curling.

Oh no, this is the first step in the curling.

So it's actually called a Perming Dose.

We want it to be on the close to the root and the middle of the lashes only.

So what we're going to do now is the second step which is going to neutralize everything.

And this solution is actually blue in colour.

And we're applying that just to the lash line and the middle of the lashes, not at the ends.

And this solution will stay on for about 8 minutes.

So our last and final step, we have removed the last step and now we're going to be doing

the tint.

So we are including the bottom lashes in the tint and we're doing a really dark black tint,

so that they look amazing.

Okay guys, here is the final look.

I am actually super impressed.

Here are some before and after pictures.

I notice a major difference in definitely the colour and my eyes seem to really pop

now.

I'm going to leave Amanda's information down below and thank you guys so much for watching

and I'll see you next time.

Saving money and euroShell card - Duration: 7:05.

Delivered, arranged...

But how much work it needs to deliver such a load...

And how many people have to work on it...

Good question, how many people? Isn't it just me with a pilot?

But we can't say that transport industry is only about drivers

To realize the transport, you need to get the load first.

so we need forwarders, dispatchers and managers

We need mechanicians who will take care of our trucks

We need accountants who take care of invoices, payments and financial liquidity

so the salaries are on time and the company gets profit

because transport is a business, not charity work

So many people have to work in order to carry a load with a right truck with a proper trailer

because there are plenty of different types of trailers

and so the load arrives to right address on time

But the final effect depends entirely on drivers

The driver has to arrive to the loading place on time

Sometimes finding the loading place is not easy and takes much time and energy

The driver has to take care of the load from the beginning

We have to check the quantity of the load, we have to look for damages and mark them in papers

If we don't find damages, the company will bear the costs

Then, the driver has to protect the load

so the load don't move and don't take any damage during transport

and so it can pass any possible police controls etc.

And the driver has to move on, plan the route

So they have enough time and don't arrive late

They have to plan where to stay for a break to be safe, on a service station for example

They plan refueling and they have to arrive on time to the unloading place

The load can't be damaged

And when unloading, they also have to take care of all the documents

and prepare the trailer for another load

So a driver have enough responsabilities

enough stress and thinking

how to do everything so it goes well

That's why it is great when a driver disposes a fuel card that lets him settle all the possible payments

so they aren't stressed about money and can focus on their work

I use the Euro Shell fuel card which looks like that on the road

And it's valid in all the countries in Europe

A fuel card is often associated with fuel and maybe AdBlue

But it's not a regular fuel card, it gives much more possibilities

What can we pay with this card?

First, fuel, second, AdBlue

as well as wash or service

This card lets you get polish-speaking assistance

You can also pay the tolls with it; highways, tunnels, bridges

you can book your ferry and do much more other things

But of course, the company can choose the option ofthe card

Between a basic one which you can only use to pay for fuel and AdBlue

and the cool version when a driver can even pay for groceries

or even a coffe on a service station in the night

Honestly, when I was preparing this video about the Euro Shell card for you

I realized how great invention a fuel card is

I started my work as a driver in 2011

when a fuel card was already a standard

and I have never imagined how my work would look like without it

Would I be able to work as driver as a woman?

Before, drivers carried all the cash with them

It was a big amount of money for fuel and charges, tolls etc.

Would companies want to hire women?

Can you imagine that you go take a shower in the evening on a parking with a bag full of cash?

But it looked like that before

Drivers carried cash with them

And they had much more work with that

There were borders, every country had their own currency

Every country had a fuel limit on the entry

The tolls were different everywhere

How much the drivers had to think

how much of every currency did they need

It is so easy now that I can't even imagine how it was before

From a driver's perspective, this card is for me a kind of phisical comfort

that no metter what happens to me on the road, I have the card

I don't have to explain when my boss will make a transfer

I don't have to waste my time on the road waiting for anything

because I have the card and I'm cool

It's also a question of bills and invoices

I don't know if someone still imagines asking for an invoice on a service station

I doesn't work like that anymore

But not only a driver but also a company has less work thanks to the fuel card

First, it gets one collective invoice

So instead of many invoices, there's only one

It's also a fast way for getting your vat and excise back

And of course, it's a better expenditure control

Because the company can decide what the driver can pay for with this card

So everything is clear and you don't worry

But OK, I see that the pilots arrive and I have to prepare for leaving

It's my last route with a blade today

I go to Canada soon

So thank you for warching

You can also watch the material in the link below

It's a video made by Shell, in which an expert tells you how the fuel card works

and what are the advantages or having one

So if you're courious and want to understand the thing, enjoy

And now, I go on route! Cheers and bye!

Stop Holding Yourself Back - Study Motivation - Duration: 10:38.

good fighters are not necessarily the greatest fighter that ever lives it's what

where you want to go a good fighter just has to be diligent and committed and

disciplined doing what you hate to do but do it like you love it

you know always testing yourself forcing yourself to the limits you know if

you know you um like if you love women then deny yourself that you know

that's what success in general is all about sacrifice from my

experience of any little success I may have had it's being willing to

sacrifice you know unfortunately sometimes you can't have fun

accomplishing your goals and when sometimes people don't have the

determination the will and the steadfastness the tenacity they

they give in under the slightest struggle many of you already have dealt with some very

difficult times so this is no different than some of you already dealt with when

you fail it's okay to get depressed it's okay to cry it's okay to go home it's

okay to blame others for a while but eventually you have to get over it and

move on the greatest people have ever walked this planet and if I'm talking

I'm not talking business people I'm talking about people like Nelson Mandela

and Abe Lincoln constantly had setbacks in life and failures constantly it happens

all the time in business and some of your success would be how you deal with

the failure not how you deal with the success when I get introduced I always

get introduced that 1998 I was the president of Citigroup and in 2000 I

took over Bank 1 I was fired in 1998 so I went a little bit of experience like

this and and it's a painful thing my boss who I has worked for 15 years called me

in and said we want you to resign which I said ok I went home I told my wife and

children I called my wife up and said Judy I'm gonna tell you something I'm

not kidding because I always make jokes about things like that

but I wanted to make sure the kids were fine I went home my three wonderful

daughters they were much younger than I said the youngest one said dad

do we have to sleep on the streets I said no hun we're okay

the middle one who just graduated Barnard said dad can I still go to

college I said yes dear you can and I knew things

were fine when the oldest one who's going to Harvard Business School said dad

can I have that little cell phone you have you won't be needing it I remind people when

you fail at something that's your I told you about Citigroup is my net worth not

my self-worth and I was able to move on and yes it was difficult I did call my

boss a year later he did not call me I called him and said it's time to break

bread we went to lunch together I told him that I don't think that he did the right

thing for Citigroup which is pretty obvious at this point but but I told him

the mistakes I made and was 40 60 or 60 40 wasn't important I wanted to learn

from the experience and move on you are enough to be who you want to be and to

create what you want to create you have to make sure that beyond the intention

that you put out there you put action to support the intention

don't say I want to be a millionaire but don't take the activities to do it or I

want to be the best at something but don't practice it it's important to

understand that you are enough pieces you know you know put in the vision have

the vision of what you want to become but you have to put consistent action

behind that vision in order for that to manifest and it has to be consistent you

know I have the good fortune bill was invited here by one of my fraternity

brothers Louie Tobias and I remember many a day Louie and I Friday night

we're going to go to the party and we went to the party and we finished the

party at 2:30 and three o'clock we were back studying so that we could do well

on an exam on Monday it is the importance of knowing that it's your own

intention and your power and your actions that can actually lead to you

know the outcome that is good that you want to have manifest the notion that we

are not enough is a lie and I think more young people need to know that that like

when you have that thought that you're not enough that that's based on a lie

that somebody said to you or a lie that somebody did to you like somebody

said or did something to you to make you feel like you're not enough and that's

not true that you are everything that you need to be that you have everything

that you need to have to be the person that you're meant to be and to be the

best version of who you're meant to be it may mean that you have to work really

hard and it may mean that you have to ask for help

but you are perfectly blessed you know you are exactly who you're supposed to

be to be joyful in this life so don't be afraid to work hard and don't be afraid

to ask for help so you can get there because that's your truth I think that's

what's uh what are the biggest lesson that I've learned in the last

three-and-a-half months is just a good life lesson and I'm not trying to sound

corny or anything but these things happen to you and you think you've been

dealt a terrible hand you've had bad luck and when you just go with it

there's a you just start improvising suddenly you realize that you stumble

upon some of the best things that have ever happened to you and so the last

three and a half months have been the most interesting time in my entire

career and I wouldn't have traded this for anything in the world and so three

and a half months ago what looked to everybody like bad luck has become

amazingly good luck and I think that is a lot of what were what relates to

everybody here you're a lot of you who are in your 20s and you take for granted

that well this is what the way the world is right now but from my perspective

it's changed dramatically in just seven years and I don't even know where we're

gonna be five years from now we can forget the reason we started in

the first place and we can get completely overcome with all of the

issues and the problems that we have so before you start or at the very early

stages of your journeys think to yourselves why am i doing this what is

my motivation and write yourself a letter because in those tough and hard

times when we've all had them we've all think I cannot believe I've got myself

into it that is the letter you need to get out and you need to remember and

also you need to remember in the times when your customers are looking at you

in a very confused way saying I don't recognize you anymore you're not what

you told me you were you need to get that letter out again and you need to

see the promises you've made yourself and you need to see the promises you've

made to your letter oh to your letter to your

customers role models are really really important I could name you a lot of

people that I meet every day and some of them are people I'm invested in some of

the people I've worked alongside with you wouldn't know any of them because

when I walk through life nobody I what I've realized is nobody has it all and

when we look at role models we tend to think that's it that's the person I want

to be trust me however many times Evan's says I'm the

expert in everything I'm not nobody has it all but what I do realize that people

in life that I meet do something extraordinary and I think that was

brilliant that was fantastic and I pick up that

information I put it in my toolbox and when I need it I'll remember I'll go

back to them and I think that was brilliant

so my role models don't have names they have moments and experiences and there

are people who I could just roll off and you think as you're talking about and

that's my tip to you don't look for that in one person that you can say that's

who I want to be look across the range and think that's the moment that's the

person that's the person I want I remember that I remember how they dealt

with that you got guys that are solid you got guys that are good you got guys that are great and

it's the same thing like in athletics

it's a difference between a good player and a great player you know a great

player makes those better around him you know great player somebody who's

incredibly has a god-given talent but also a unnaturally consistent work ethic

when those two things meet that's when you get

when you get greatest most people say you have to be

at the right place at the right time I always say no you have to be everywhere

all the time because your visibility is just as important as your ability so I

think you have to show up and I find a lot of times even personally people are

just not showing up anymore you can't win if you don't play so we have to show up

for example right now I find that people aren't showing up for their

opportunities you know people believe that opportunity knocks you know once or

twice or annually I would say opportunity never knocks it's something

you have to go after with the vengeance living in Las Vegas I even give credit

to people who you know hit the jackpot there because at least they showed up

and put that dollar into the machine for a chance so I think you have to give

yourself a chance and show up in your relationship show up on your job

show up in life

they don't wanna lift those weights

it's like going into the gym every day

you know how you walk in every day and you go oh jeez I've gotta do this again

a lot of guys don't wanna do it

it's brutal, it sounds like a tortured life

and you said it's not it is it is but you know what your blessing in life is when you find

the torture you're comfortable with

wait a second you have stated you would like to be

you want to go wait a minute is that too rough

that was pretty profound well that's the torture you're that's life

and that's marriage, it's kids, it's work, it's exercise, it's not eating the food you wanna eat

find the torture you're comfortable with and you'll do well I can't argue with that because even radio

I don't, it's torture for me of course it is

but yet I have to do it

it's no difference than when you're 30 minutes into your workout you're okay right

like you're okay now you don't wanna get your ass out of bed you don't wanna

sit in the awful chair again but once you get going and that's life

you've mastered that you've mastered life

My god...

-Swedish summer! -Yes!

You're so cozy with your hoodie.

I know, and I need to keep distance from you because I'm still sick.

-As you can hear on my voice. -I think your voice sounds fantastic.

Yes, it sounds sexy.

I will be in charge of the umbrella today, and you'll pick the questions.

Make sure that the patches don't get wet. Let's go!

-"Hello there poppet", okay wait... -"Hello poppet!"

"What's the stupiest bodypart you've got injured?"

I would say my chin.

Okay, and how did that happen?

-Faceplant. I've actually got a scar here. -Me two!

-You do? -Yes.

Oh my god... We are meant to be.

"What's the most "cringy" you've done/seen?"

I'm a really "cringy" person, I do things every day.

-So it's hard to pick just one thing. -Mhm...

But that would be that I start laughing at other peoples jokes that I don't know.

And then they turn around and be like... "Who are you?"

People doesn't like me.

But what's the most "cringy" you've done?

I think all my old videos that I look back at are... ouf.

Oh, that's so cringe, I'm like "What did I think?"

Because I see myself... I see in my eyes that I want it so much. I really really want it to be good and I'm like...

"Please like me!"

"Who/What inspired you to start doing videos?"

All the YouTubers that I was watching...

...inspired me and I don't remember... -When was this?

Around 2011/2012.

And back then it wasn't as usual to work with YouTube.

And the "YouTube-world" looked quite different. So most of them are not active today.

"If you could strengthen a sence to a "super sence", which one would you choose?"

I think...

...that I would choose...

...sight.

Why?

Partly because I see quite badly, and I'm kind of sick of it.

No but I would choose that partly because my sight is so bad.

But also because I think that if you see really well. I think that would give me a lot of advantages in life.

For example if you get home and it's completely dark.

-Then it takes a while, maybe up to two minutes for the eyes to get used to it. -Yes.

And it's not like that for cats.

They see directly sharp in the dark when it goes from light to dark.

That would have been nice to avoid, things like that.

I would probably choose hearing.

-I see. -I think.

Beacuse then I'm always ready and... I can hear everything...

And that's also... Isn't that what Daredevil's got? That he has so good hearing that he gets a radarsight.

-He knows when someone is behind him because he sees so well.

Exactly, because then I'm always ready.

Always redy! Ouch...

"Are you an ordinary person or messy?"

-"Quite messy, innit?" -"Innit?"

I'm a mix of both.

Some weeks it looks supermessy at my place.

And other weeks it's like...

...superclean.

-Oh, they mean like that? I tought they meant in my mind. -Oh, that's maybe what they meant.

Beacuse they maybe meant "orderly" or "messy".

I'm very orderly... I don't throw my things everywhere, but I'm messy in my mind.

Thank you so much for watching another Q&A with me and "Spuzie".

Yes, and don't forget to write your comments down below in the comment section...

...and we bring them up, they get in the bucket, everyone's happy...

We love you, don't forget to subscribe.

Yes, I think so.

-Kisses and hugs! -Bye!

-We're not getting up. -No usally we...

-No, I think we stay where we are. -We'll stay, that's good.

Chicago Teen(19) found Dead In Rosemont Hotel Walk-In Freezer - Duration: 4:35.
