Youtube daily report Nov 23 2017

- Hi welcome to our Cultivation section... We'll see the early growth phases of these plants.

- It has passed from the cotyledons to the first stadiums, with a really strong green.

- It's certain that we'll appreciate it indoor... It's a little bit more yellow... Don't worry about it.

- We've come to another Garden High Pro grow tent... A lot of followers work with that.

- This grower got a few quality seeds from Undergrow... Several from Pyramid and other from Mr. Hide.

- 2 nice examples of the available strains in the market... This time one sative and the other indica,

- so we'll have a little bit of chaos in our garden. What can we do to balance this garden? Let's see what the

- grower wants to do... Those satives are going to grow up much more than indicas if we feed them the same,

- so we recommend not to irrigate them with the same, not usual because it's hard to see a grower preparate

- different irrigations for only one garden so nutrition will be harder in a mixt garden.

- We recommend to cut nitrogen to satives... These Jack mass that use to give great results...

- And if this grower arrives to the harvest with plants like these, he'll get really nice fruits that will make him

- repeat growing it because these plants are really high quality... Crossed with nice fruity Critical,

- wich is really productive and makes bloom shorter and makes novices an easier work.

- If you take a lonely critical it's old fashionated, but those new crosses with other phenotypes... Really nice.

- If you take only Jack Herer, it's difficult to work, but if you choose this Cinderella99 selection,

- it includes critical so it will be easier to grow. Working a Jack Herer will not be as easier as working with Widow

- or Kush... While you control irrigations Kush is easy to work. Here we've got Purple Kush, new by Pyramid

- as we could see during all this year... Kush is easy to grow with nice nutrition to give those big Kush buds,

- indica predominance and relaxing effect. Seeds available at grows and their banks webs. A few details...

- It's been growing during 14 days so not bad... Nice growth... As Pyramid as

- Mr. Hide are really strong and it's clear they're going to grow up healthy. 100% of positive germinations

- with those seeds and it demonstrate banks quality. As a grower you can check our germination patterns

- to avoid any problem during the early development phases. If your plant starts to glean as in this garden,

- maybe you have to use a tutor with some plant... During the early phases it will be really easy. We've seen new

- products we would like to show you in a video like those Medusa, holding the seed keeping it inside,

- This grower improved this gadget... Ony tying it to a flange.

- We've got a mixt lamp this time... Hig sodium pressure with adjustable power,

- is working at 400w during this process. The first days it was working at 250... It's really important to

- enjoy 600w during growth and later during bloom, to develop the maximum flower. During the early phases

- plants will thank you if you use a not great power lamp, like a 125w compact fluorescent,

- or any pre made growth lamp... You'll avoid to glean it... Because then it will be harder to correct.

- Inter knots will not be as close as you like... But you can use Bud Ignitor, that we always recommend, because

- it make knots to stay closer to increase production later. Nutrition, as always, must focus on root at the beginning,

- We'll do this with root boosters to create live in our substract... Enzymes and fungus contributions

- as root boosters will come with those 3 products... Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha,

- wich toguether can complement themselves obtaining better results. If you're going to use simplified table,

- use Voodoo Juice and you'll get nice results, but you can optimize it using the other complements.

- As nutrition during growth, we'll recommend the same nutrition line that we always recommend...

- Inside this line you can always use B-52, strong nutritive contribution that will help in your plants growth.

- Important phases to avoid burning roots... Remain that a few nutrients could do that

- and it's a problem during bloom. This time we'll focus on root care to let absorv all it needs during bloom.

- Appart of those complement, we must use Base daily.

- We've choosen Sensi Grow base with 2 parts, that we should change later when we arrive to bloom

- to use Sensi Bloom parts. I always recommend to start using 1ml per litter and then increase it to 4 ml...

- Usually recommended depending on the kind of water, how strong it is and what Ec it has.

- If you start with 0.45 Ec level water, you will be able to follow the table strictly and all strains will give you nice

- results. Of course, every strain will have peculiar needs so try to adapt the table when you know your strain.

- When doing the irrigation mix for Jack Mass by Mr.Hide we'll apreciate a few differences... Sative predominance

- will mark a few differences that, if we don't care about it, we'll have a tall plant over the lamp

- so if we want great results keeping it on its place without doing a high prune we should do it. Avoiding to glean it,

- we should apply less nitrogen to these plants.

- This grower is not cutting any part, only variates it depending on the strain to adjust parametters.

- Getting in nutrition, we must care about ground too... We've started with a Light Mix, contributing nutrients

- during the beginning... Light nutrients perfectly completed with our litquid fertilizer line.

- This will be a good moment to start preventives application. We'll pulverize nem oil

- as preventive to avoid any kind of plague. This tent was really well higienized after starting another garden.

- He has used other preventive... Those sticky yellow tapes to attrack insects... Care about specifications

- of the grow tent like intraction and extraction... Always important, and ventilation circuit.

- It's a limited space to live so air renovation becomes unexpendable.

- You must have powerful extraction, not so necessary with intraction, but always in proportion to tent's size.

- Extraction's power is given by this Pro Fan, and intraction by this smaller Pro Fan.

- Get yours adapted to your tent's size... This one is a 1.20 x 1.20m tent with a reflection surface to redirect

- light to your plants. You can equip it depending on the season where you live with a Pro Tube to evacuate heat,

- If not, any reflector works for an indoor, but you can get a technical one to help you like Matrix,

- optimus even to evacuate heat. More sofisticated equipments with wich we can implement our tent.

- To avoid hodors problems, you can use a filter... And the bests and lighters are produced by Garden High Pro.

- If you want a heavier filter, find it in a grow... We can recommend Dutch Green in Bcn or Vallés,

- and our seed specialists... SLC, an online grow that will make you arrive everything discretely.

- We follow with subscribe a friend campaign... We want to arrive 100.000 and we want this silver button.

- Support us with this and share our videos to make them arrive to more people. We want to dedicate it to all

- assistants at Portugal, Cannadouro, and portuguese and russian public that, with our traductions,

- we feel we're approaching them thanks to our own traducers. Good smoking and see you soon.

Are You Team Henry Danger or Team Game Shakers? ft. Jace Norman & More! | Danger Games | Nick - Duration: 2:18.

Welcome to the Danger Games game!

I'm Kel, this is Cooper and we'll be your hosts.

Now, let's meet the teams.

On the left we have the cast of Henry Danger!

And on the right we have the cast of Game Shakers.

Woo!

Now every round one member from each team will join us here at the podium

and we'll ask them a question about the cross over

or, let's be honest, whatever the heck we feel like asking them,

'cause we have the cards and they don't!

Alright, you guys ready?

- Yes! - Yeah, let's go!

Let's get out first two players up here.

When Dr. Minyak sends a video message to Captain Man and Kid Danger,

he pretends to be in a specific state, which state is it?

Hawaii!

Oh my goodness, that's the correct answer.

Alright, Babe and Kenzie both flirt with Henry in Danger Games,

quick, what's your best pick up line?

[laughing]

- I wanna feel it in your eyes. - Eye contact!

Hey, you got something in your hand...

It's my hand.

- Oh, damn! - Oh!

That was good, Benji wins that one!

Moving right along.

Schwoz gets cut in half like a popular magic trick,

in what year is it widely believed that that magic trick was first performed?

1932.

No.

1945

You were closest, you get it, it's 1921.

The Game Shakers decide to make a game about Captain Man and Kid Danger

- called Crime War! - Yes!

If there were going to be a game made about me, what would it be called?

Kel War, woo!

Yeah, Kel War!

Alright!

In one scene we see Kid Danger, Captain Man and Charlotte

pulling the heads off dolls and throwing them into a bucket,

appropriately labeled 'Heads'.

How many doll heads were actually throw in the bucket?

- 37. - Incorrect.

- 50. - You have to buzz.

- I did. - You gotta buzz though.

- 50. - Incorrect.

[laughing]

- 12. - No.

Just say it, dude, we're never gonna get it.

Don't miss the cross over event, Danger Games!

Everywhere you find Nickelodeon!

- 14. - That's incorrect.

You have to tell us what's close too.

- Higher or lower? - Na, I'm not gonna do that.

Chaf, le seul français participant au Roof of africa - Duration: 5:36.

Hi Chaf Hi

It's your third participation to the Roof of Africa

Absolutely,

what made you do first step

Well, this race is a legendary race

It's the 50th edition today

It's one of the oldest enduro in the world

it makes you want it

it's something you absolutely have to do if you like enduro

How long have you been thinking of it ?

It wasn't overnight, i guess

Since the 90's and the end of the GLC (a classic enduro in France)

i wanted to do an extreme again

I moved, i live in the Indian Ocean

I absolutely wanted to redo an extreme

but something really good

After the first time, what makes you come back a second time in the Roof of Africa ?

You come back beacause it's great

In fact, these are the roots of enduro

that means you ride

you don't turn around

you go in the moutain

you pass passes

you discover beautiful places with breathtaking landscapes

you stop, you take a slap then you ride again

It's hard, it's very hard but it's so good

that's real enduro

And yet, you said you came as a tourist, you did nothing here

I don't do anything, except riding

But I can tell you that riding is hard work

Did you do some training before coming here ?

If you want to finish well, yes

What does it means to you "finish well" and what type of training ?

It means that you have to spend a lot of time on the bike

Some may spend time at the gym

but you have spend time on your bike

because here it's very specific

with many rocks

so you must have the habit of crossing

some crossing are really hard

but overall, it's pure pleasure

Does it means that it's almost closer to trial than enduro ?

we aren't far from it on certain areas

What are you training with at home?

I've got a 300cc for enduro and a 300cc for trial

So you mix both ?

Yeah

50 % each ?

No no, 90% of enduro

Riding is the pleasure

it's riding around, see the landscape

be in the nature : that is the enduro

well, this is what I like

In trial, you have to work on the technic, but it's less fun

The Motul Roof of Africa stand on three days

What are, for you, the main differences between each days ?

First day is cool, it's fast because it last 1h30 maximum

Maybe 2h if you missed a bit

The second day is the hardest

Generally, depending on each rider,

you can spend between 6h and 9h on your bike

For information, last year our French Champion Marc Bourgeois

have spent 12h on his bike

and yet it is one of the best French

then on saturday it's a little bit easier

all the pressure is gone

What is the hardest thing here ?

Is it the altitude ? The lack of preparation ?

Is it the field ?

The hardest thing is clearly the altitude

Because we'll start tomorrow at 1.600 meters

And you go up, it just goes up,

You never go down

I think we are approaching 3000 meters

As long as you ride, it's okay

As soon as you have to push or stand up the bike

there it becomes a sinecure

but afterall it's part of the fun

I guess the goal is to stand as long as possible on the bike and never fell, isn't it ?

yeah !

that's the plan

Do you count your falls ?

No, there comes a time when i stop counting them

Anyway it goes in all directions

because there's you, but there is also all the others riders

There are areas where they are stopped everywhere

You try to find a shortcut

and it's not always a good idea

Do you imagine that you will make many more ?

Oh Yes !

or is there a moment when you have to stop?

no no no

Is ther a maximum age to participate in the Motul Roof of Africa ?

I don't think so

No, this is enduro, it's quite feasible

Of course you have to prepare yourself a bit

but after it's pure pleasure

It's enduro, you ride in the nature

it's a little complicated

but this is real enduro

"old school" enduro

in any case, as I like it

Did you do any other enduro before this one?

Yes, i've competited in the Enduro French Championship,

the GLC (Gilles Lalay Classic), the ISDE at many times

So you have some experience

yes, do not come here too much like a tourist

You can play like a tourist, but...

but you need exprience

Yes

Well Chaf, thanks a lot

Thanks to you

we wish you three good days

Huge Mistakes I Made As An Entrepreneur - Duration: 9:43.

Kris Krohn here with Limitless TV. Today, I'm going to talk about the dumbest

mistakes I made my first years as an entrepreneur.

One of the scariest moments

of my life, I had made an investment, I had borrowed a million dollars, I had put

it into an investment that wasn't working and I borrowed the money from a

Jewish Iranian which I only found out later was a scary combination because

this individual would call me up and they would have these passive-aggressive

kind of threatening conversations with me and I know what it feels like to be

behind the 8-ball with a large sum of money and scared because the person on

the other end of the line was saying these things like, "Kris, you know how

important it is for me to get my money, right? You know the kind of things that

might happen if I don't get my money, right?" And that was a period of my life

many years ago where I was living in fear and I'll never forget one day being

at my work office and I saw this black suburban pull up that it looked new,

it was all tinted windows and these four Middle Eastern men got out in sharp

dressed suits, black sunglasses and briefcases and I kid you not, the first

thought going through my mind was, "They're here to kill me. I'm getting

knocked off like my life is not worth a million dollars and I haven't found a

way to pay this thing back." And I was terrified and I remember that they came

walking in the building and I was sitting in my office and I saw them,

the four of them approached the front desk and I just kind of peeked,

literally bending down, crouching low, looking down the hall peeking wondering,

were they going to be sent my way? Should I be in this office?

Should I run? What should I do?

Only to find out that they were there during a lunch break to sell custom-made suits.

Oh, man. It was seriously one of the biggest reliefs of my life.

I've made many mistakes as an entrepreneur and there's

a lot of value that I've created for a lot of people and today I want to see if

I can share some things with you that can keep you from maybe making some of

the common mistakes, certainly mistakes that I've made.

To me, being an entrepreneur is about sales and numbers and things that you can measure

and things that you can really develop, some indicators for to determine whether

you're successful or not and the reality is everybody wants to give you advice

and if you open yourself up to listening to everybody, you're going to make mistakes

because there's a lot of people offering advice that don't have what you want,

don't know how to get what you want and they're in process just like you are,

falling on their face. So one of my first rules that I just want to share right now

is take advice from someone that has the life that you want and take advice

from someone that has the results that you want. In fact, the more they have

results beyond what you want, the better. This is going to require you to shift your

mind from an employee to an entrepreneur because the problem with employees is that,

we're just, we show up at a job, we clock in, check-in, checkout, 9:00 to 5:00,

we expect our check and what that employee mindset does is it,

instead of being open to advice from the right people, instead of going

outside the box, we just become programmed to become yes men and yes

women and saying yes to everyone around us and that's another one of the

problems. So we're getting advice when we're in the wrong places and we're not really

taking ownership of our life, we're not taking accountability, make no mistake

that when you're an entrepreneur, you're responsible for creating your paycheck

and you've got to do it in a way where you're creating value for people because

if you're not creating value, then you're not going to have the money that you want.

It's going to catch up with you if you're not doing something sustainable which is

good and useful and that's gonna require you to take ownership of your business

but more importantly of your life and here's the freedom, if you figure out,

if you can crack the code on this and really figure it out with some

of the things I'm going to share with you, that I hope will help you on your

journey, you can avoid some of the mistakes that entrepreneurs make and

more importantly, you're going to learn what it takes to be successful because if you

figure it out, you can learn to do in a fraction of time, what an employer

expects of you. Right now, here's the common math. If you're an employee,

let's say you make $10 an hour, your employer, if they're doing their job right and

have hired you correctly, you should be creating $40 of income for the company.

An employer typically wants a 4x return, that's really common to have a good

thriving business model. If you're making $40,000 a year,

then you need to be producing $160,000 a year for a company.

Make no mistake, if you would cost the company $40,000 a year and you're

only producing $40,000 a year, you're probably not going to hang out, either

because you might get fired or the company goes belly-up because it's not

sustainable. Now by the same virtue, if this is true, this means that if someone

can work you over and get four times out of you, then that means that you can work

you over and get four times out of you, which means that every one of us,

no matter the amount of money, if you're making a hundred grand here, then someone

else has likely cracked the code on how to extract $400,000

from you by employing you. That means that it's possible for you to

produce four times the income if you can figure this entrepreneur stuff out which

is why it's so important to learn from the most common mistakes and I want to

dive into that right now but just remember these first couple, only take

advice from the people that have what you want, are successful the way you want,

have produced the results that you want and the other one is to abandon the

employee mindset of waiting for someone to give you a sale, waiting for someone to

tell you what to do, waiting waiting waiting.

Entrepreneurship is definitely for you if you want to take charge of your life and I'm going to

throw out a caution real quick here, there's a lot of people that love the

dream of being independently wealthy or successful by their own measures or

leading a team or growing a company but if those are your only reasons, then you

may not be cut out for it. You really need to be ready to step up and if you

want to make four times the money, you might have to think four times faster,

you might have to make four times or 10 times the decisions, you might have to be

four times bolder, you might have to take four times the initiative and so if

you're ready for that, then let's dive into the common mistakes that people

make in the world of entrepreneurship.

So I'm going to share the three biggest

mistakes that I ever made as an entrepreneur and I'm really grateful for

the things that I learned from them and one of the first actually comes from

someone questioning one of my mentors.

He had actually hit rock bottom and lost

everything and and then he lost everything again after making millions

of dollars and then lost it all again and I remember someone asked me and said,

"Why are you learning from this individual?" It's pretty apparent that

they failed or that they've messed up or made mistakes and want to ask you

a question, do you want to learn from someone who has only ever experienced

success or from someone that has experienced both success and failure?

There's amazing things that happen from people that have gone bankrupt or people

that have learned lessons from having lost at all. You know, for me, I look at

some of my rock-bottom times and the best thing that ever happened to me is

I hit rock bottom in a number of different times and places in ways with my business.

Rock bottom is a very powerful way to clean up your market place,

to clean up your mistakes and for you to evaluate and get feedback on what didn't

go that well. Now a mistake when you're on bottom is to spend your time doing

shame and guilt and self-judgment and how I messed up. There's lessons to be

learned and that's the real value, the second thing that I've learned as far as

making big mistakes as an entrepreneur, is there's a time what I thought I knew

everything. Naturally I've got a lot of natural knowledge and there's a lot

of natural guidance that surfaces inside of me that says, "Well I know a way" but I

interpret it as "I know the way" and the reality is, I only know what I know and

what I don't know is the most dangerous information as I've shared with you in

the past, so believing that you know the way and that you got it figured out is

one of the massive stumbling blocks that's going to lead to downfall every

single time or at least getting less than was possible.

The third mistake I wanted to share today is,

you got to hold yourself accountable and if you're just

being reckless and making decisions, when something goes wrong, if you don't pause

to actually find out what went wrong, if you don't learn a lesson, then you're

going to repeat it and that's a huge mistake a lot of entrepreneurs

unfortunately, become serial failures because they don't pause to ask what

they've learned. Now I don't care if you mess up a hundred times in a row, as long

as you learn a hundred lessons, hopefully more. I think every failure, it comes

equipped with a number of things to learn but if you don't learn the lesson,

you can become sour, you can give up, you can decide that you're a failure and

a lot of this happens far too often, far too prematurely. In fact, you might be

watching this thinking, "Oh yeah, Kris, I've judged myself, I've been hard on

myself. I've given myself the third degree." When you do that, I'm not saying

that it's a wrong thing to do or that you can't do it, what I am saying is,

that I hope you move past that part and get to the valuable part. So I guess the

three biggest things that I want to share today is, learn from your mistakes.

Number two is, learn from your mistakes and probably the third one would be

learn from your mistakes and if you're doing that then you're acquiring the

knowledge of what it really takes to get where you want to go.

If you're comfortable sharing your mistakes, go ahead and comment below. I mean

seriously, I laid it all out there but share the things that you've learned

along the way because I think that's going to help everyone watching this video.

Learn from you, me and each other.

Chicken Katsu Curry Recipe | my virgin kitchen - Duration: 7:45.

- Hey everyone, it's Barry here.

Welcome to My Virgin Kitchen.

I hope you are well.

Today we are making a chicken Katsu Curry

which is not the name of a curry

named after a cat called Sue

it's actually, Katusu is Japanese term

I think for battering or breadcrumbing things.

So not just chicken, you can vegan

veggie versions, all that stuff.

Exciting times.

And I've had loads of requests for this over the years.

I'm delighted to present it to you right now.

If you wanna give this a go, the full method

and ingredients are on MyVirginKitchen.com,

an amazing website, you should check it out.

Let's do it.

So we can divide this recipe into a few different sections

and I've already done one bit

which is Panko breadcrumbing our chicken.

So what we do is two chicken breasts

in between sheets of cling film

bash them with a rolling pin to get them

a nice, even thickness so they'll cook quicker

and also nice and evenly.

You want to take that chicken and dunk it

in your flour, get it all coated on there

kind of like antiquing it

dunk it in your egg, which is gonna

give it some grip as you plunge it

into those shards of Panko breadcrumbs.

Leave it to rest and that's actually in the fridge

now while we do our sauce.

You may have heard of this recipe

from the well-known restaurant Wagadada's

and we're gonna do our own sort of

homemade twist on that.

The cool thing about that, in fact

Mrs. Barry first introduced me to that restaurant,

is we can tweak it to make it as spicy

or as mild as we like.

Mrs. Barry would like it really mild

so you just do mild curry powder, mild spices

which we'll come onto in a bit

but I'm gonna take mine up,

give it a little bit of mmm - spank.

I've got just about a tablespoon of vegetable oil there

and just while that does warm up

we've got some onion there that I've chopped.

We'll just push that in.

You don't have to absolutely obliterate the onions

we're just gonna kind of make them translucent.

The next thing we're gonna add is a garlic clove, chopped.

Nice bit of flavour, also to prevent

vampires from taking over your Katsu.

Incidentally, if you do have a cat called Sue

why not let me know in the comments box down below.

I'd love to know.

This is medium curry powder, so Mrs. Barry would hate this.

And two tablespoons of plain flour.

So what we'll do, we'll just stir that through

just to let it coat the onions and garlic at first

sort of cling those flavours to it.

Now that is starting to smell curry-ish now.

I'm now in the zone, I'm not just making garlic and onions.

Here we go, we've got some vegetable stock right here.

I'm gonna pour in half of it.

I've got 500ml in total, good math tells me

that's 250ml just for now.

Stir this through. Oh yeah.

And what we'll actually do over,

I'm on a medium-high heat,

its gonna start to simmer away, gonna reduce down.

We want quite a thick sauce

and the flour will help that happen.

This is actually a really nice sight

to look at, quite therapeutic with the bubbles

just going (bubble noise) like that,

like a spa, a curry spa.

In goes the rest of our stock,

so it's cooled it down again.

This is some medium chilli powder.

Sprinkle, sprinkle, sprinkle.

The inner Barry wants me to put paprika in there

but I avoided that today.

Some honey, a heaped teaspoon of that.

And some soy sauce.

So when Mrs. Barry too me to Wagadada's

the one thing I liked about it was

the sauce was super thick so that's what we're gonna do.

It's quite thin at the moment but as it heats and simmers

it's gonna reduce down so we'll let that do its thing

stirring it from time to time

and tweak it if you like but meanwhile

I'm gonna do a boring step of getting my rice on

to cook to one side, simply to package instructions.

So I've just taken my chicken out of the fridge.

It's nice and firm, in fact I should probably

have left one of them in there

because I've only got a small pan

and I don't want to overcrowd it.

I need to get a bigger pan really.

What we're gonna do is put vegetable oil

into the saucepan and make sure

that it covers the bottom fully, and a little bit higher

so maybe like a half an inch high.

I've got so many pans on the go,

I'm like a cooking DJ.

I've got my rice there, DJ Rice. (DJ noises)

I've got my sauce, and then the oil

just warming up here for the chicken.

Do be very careful when you do this,

you can actually deep fry it entirely if you wish.

Healthy.

So all I'm going to do is take my chicken

look at that mountain of chicken

we're gonna sit it into that oil.

And you can see it's starting to cook away.

If you're not sure how hot your oil is,

get a little bit of bread, dunk it in there

as soon as it starts to fizzle and fry

you know you're in a good place.

Fry the chicken until nice and browned

either side and rest it to one side on a kitchen towel

just for a couple of minutes.

The pan where we've taken the chicken from

is still warm, so we're going to use that to our advantage

and just fry up some mangetout and sweet corn.

This is only going to take

about four, five minutes in the pan.

Stir it through, doesn't need any oil

because there's already a little bit in there.

So with these all cooked through, that is it.

That's all the steps, we just do some finishing touches

to bring it all together.

Cha-ching!

So this is optional, if you want

a chunky sauce just leave it as-is

but I've got my little whizzy blender thing.

Just pouring that in like so.

Be careful and please, whatever you do,

make sure your lid is on.

You do not want to spray this all over you.

Down this goes, and then whiz away.

Hey presto, we should have a nice smooth sauce.

Woo hoo!

Smooth baby, smooth criminal.

I actually do have a little thing of making rice moulds

at home, you can do it in like glasses but this ramekin

just gives you this nice sort of dome shape.

The mold's just gonna sit there, the rice is still warm

it's good, it's doing its thing, it's shaping.

So what I'm gonna do is slice the chicken

into probably like inch size, inch and a half thickness.

Bands. Oh yes.

Loving it. Cha-ching!

Perfectly cooked through, crispy coating.

Gorgeous.

You know what folks?

I am proud of myself.

I'm not 100% health today, but we fought through

and made a stonking dish.

It's gonna taste superb, I feel like it's my reward.

So if you've enjoyed this video

don't forget to subscribe for regular recipes and food fun.

And of course let me know down below

what you wanna see next.

This comes the Indiana Jones like sand, gold, thing

right at the start of the first one, okay.

So what we're gonna do is gonna tip our rice.

We're gonna take this in the ramekin

so place the dish, our final serving dish, on top.

(blows air) it's still warm, I can feel it.

And we go (grunts)... and then...

Whoa oh oh!

That's proper Wagadada's, eat your heart out right.

We're gonna get our veg down, so sweet corn all charred

from that oil in that pan there, the mange too.

Oh you glorious, gorgeous looking thing.

Then we set down our chicken.

You know what, you guys know this

well most of you guys that have been from the beginning

I was never that good at presentation

but I like to think that it is slightly improving, slowly.

So the sauce straight from our whizzy blender thing

so if you've got one of those it's probably

the best way of serving it.

So I'm just gonna - oh my gosh,

just let it dribble all over the chicken.

Not completely coat it, we still

want it to know that it's chicken.

But that, all on top of there,

looking absolutely stonking.

Okay I have warmed it up in the microwave

because, let's be honest, it goes cold

by the time I take nice pictures of it.

I'm excited, I've got a bit of everything

on the fork here.

Mmmm!

Mmmm!

Oh wow.

The crunch of the chicken, the heat in the sauce

Mmmm that is absolutely gorgeous!

I am totally going to destroy all of that off camera.

It is phenomenally good, there's so much heat in there

just kicking a real punch.

I'd say tweak that to your liking

but I think you're gonna absolutely love it.

If you do try it, don't forget

What I'm Thankful For | 2017 - Duration: 5:29.

Thanksgiving has always been a time that meant family and togetherness and

spending time with the people that I love. Two years ago was the first Thanksgiving

that I had without being at home, or what still felt like home, California. Where my

parents are, where most...most of my family is, and it was weird. It was very strange

to not be home with them and so I made a video. I made a little Thanksgiving-ish

video talking about things that I was thankful for, trying to lift my spirits.

Two years ago for Thanksgiving, I made this video and it was kind of sad but I

was feeling kind of sad. And then the following year, last year, was the

elections and I was feeling sad again. I was feeling angry and disappointed and

scared. And that video, I remember being very serious. And I haven't watched it

since and I haven't watched that first video in a long time either. And it's

that time of year again, and I am sad to say

this Thanksgiving, this month of November, is sad again for different reasons this

time. It's been a bad month, it's been a bad year to be honest, for the country,

for many people, but also for me personally. Back to Thanksgiving...it's not

a holiday that means a lot to me other than being with the people that I

love and being able to reflect on the things in my life that I can be thankful

for. And those things are probably pretty boring, nothing super profound...

I mean, I'm thankful for my family and my partner in life, Jim, and and my friends;

those I haven't talked to in months and those that are new and I'm actually

going to see them tonight. There's a kickball... I called it a 'finale' this morning it's

not a finale it's the playoffs? Playoffs? I don't know if

it's 'playoffs' it's just a little kickball league it's the second season

that Jim's done it. I watch, he plays. It's very cold outside, I'm

going to be bundling up and sitting in a chair and watching and cheering

everybody on, but it's a lot of fun. And, I'm thankful for kickball. I'm thankful for

the Smithsonian, and I'm thankful for the women I work with; these amazing women

I'm so fortunate to be able to work with even if it's just over the phone and

through email. I'm thankful for Maryland, this weird state I'd never imagined in a

million years would become my home. I'm thankful

for the four-hour drive to New York City. I'm thankful for NaNoWriMo, National Novel

Writing Month. It's really helped me this year to escape my current day-to-day. It

helps me to dive into this world that I've created. It's gonna need a lot of

rewrites before I let anyone read it, but it's been really fun to create it. I'm

thankful that I'm here and that

I have people that love me and people that I love and even if I don't tell

everybody all the time, especially those that are not

here, especially those that are far away, that I miss them and that I love them, and that

their friendship, though slight in constant interaction, it means a lot.

A Year of Thanks (and Giving) - Duration: 1:34.

(bright chill music)

This time of year Always reminds me

Of how simple life Used to seem.

When holidays were about family and food

And celebrating the simple moments.

But even though each new year brings more joy.

There's also more sadness.

And it can be harder To be thankful

To be joyful To see the light in the darkness.

So I focus on the simple again, Capturing the moments

As best I can.

Holding onto that Childlike innocence and

Watch it grow in others.

Embracing the silly And truly enjoying the

Things I love.

Filling my life with As much color and

Curiosity as possible.

Clearing my mind and Trying to see through

The fog to new days ahead.

Remembering to fill my cup And embrace self-care

Because self-hate only Leads to an empty room

And I'm so tired of being alone.

Time wants to escape from us, Shifting through the cracks and

Ticking down the moments we have left.

And so here we are with Another year of

Thanks (and giving) And I just hope

I have given enough.

Justice League 60ish Sec Review (Spoiler Free) - Duration: 1:23.

Justice League in a word, fun which I don't say lightly when describing a DCEU

movie. Snyder's vision is still very much there but he and Whedon together

made this movie fun and funny and there's a tone shift from other DCEU

movies. Everyone's a little more relaxed now we've seen them. As big as the threat

in this movie is, the conflict feels focused and character driven. Which I loved.

We spend time with each character and each kicks butt in their own way. No one

was nerfed but they allowed the characters to play to their strengths

and they talk about their weaknesses in some meta ways. Batman isn't

super-powered, Flash doesn't really like to fight...

Turns out Aquaman is a bit of softy. Flash's comedic moments and Aquaman's...

I don't know, surprisingly genuine moments steal the show. There was a lot of CGI

some full/half CGI characters that...they weren't perfect but the CGI in the

action was amazing. On par with the rest of the DCEU. Flash's speed was dealt

with really well, we know Synder can handle slow- mo. Biggest complaint is

that it's clear WB again sliced this movie to pieces leaving it feeling...

undercooked?... Still a totally enjoyable movie, no

narrative holes or anything just slightly rushed which this movie was

gonna be anyway Either way, I look forward to seeing a longer cut in the

blu-ray. If you want to see live-action Justice League come together, fight, argue

mess with each other, you will like this movie. I personally left with a smile on

my face. So that's my ultra quick take on Justice League let me know what you guys

think let me know if you like it more than BvS or if you hated it more than

BvS and which solo movie you looking forward to the most?

alright I'll see you all next week and since you all stuck around to the end

How Strong is Shoto Todoroki? | Outside of My Hero Academia - Duration: 10:04.

SHOOOOOOTOOOOOOO

Shoto Todoroki!

Son of Endeavor and a student at U.A.

Todoroki is one the coolest characters you'll see in My Hero, and that isn't a pun I swear.

Known as one of the strongest students in U.A. rivaling Deku and Bakugo.

He does it all with his technique, intelligence, and his quirk; Half-Cold Half-Hot.

Being one of the strongest students is a title on it's own, but how strong is that?

Welcome to the 'Outside of' series where I take a character from a franchise to list

and calculate their feats to see how strong they are.

To go about this, I'm going to be going over each attribute of a character, and if

I have to bring up something that's mentioned in the manga and not the anime yet, I'm

going to save it for around the end of the video and will warn you when it's coming

up.

Now to start this all off, we're going to be going over strength.

Which can count as actual strength, attack potency, or lifting strength.

Shoto's Ice is incredibly strong when it comes to these fights.

It has height (robots), it has width (against Deku), and … both (tournament).

In the span of 7 seconds, he covers a side of the tournament with his gigantic pillars

of ice.

Compared to large buildings, the tournament is a giant.

With the distance it goes I can say that an ice attack of this caliber should be around

City-Block level.

With a feat in the manga, I can say that he'd easily be around multi-city block or small-town

level, but I'll talk about that later.

I want to talk about comparison to other characters and Shoto's quirk.

See, Todoroki can have certain city-block feats when it comes to his ice, but what does

that say about his fire?

It took Todoroki 7 seconds to freeze those large ice pillars, but it took 3 seconds to

melt the enormous ice attack he was sending at Deku.

We had established in my Deku video that he's been City-Block level, and that's with calculation.

Off comparison alone, Todoroki would obviously be above Deku around this time since he beats

Deku, and doesn't bother against Bakugo, which is someone who he could've beaten,

but he purposely didn't.

If anyone wants to combat that, Bakugo's ability relies on his sweat, he doesn't

do as well in the cold.

If Todoroki wanted to, he could freeze Bakugo or around him to where he can't sweat enough

to create potent attacks, but that's neither here nor there.

Todoroki off feats and results is the strongest student altogether during that time.

That's with him using the freeze side of his quirk, but his fire side is equally as

strong, he just hasn't had time to work on it yet, (unless you read the manga) but

even when not working on his ability, he does reasonably well with it.

Todoroki's ice is a force you don't want to mess with, but Todoroki melts the ice and

uses the shock to help impact his blast of fire.

The heat of the fire must be ridiculous to melt that much ice in that short of time.

I focus on the melting due to how crazy that is.

You can see for yourself that even if you put lava on ice, it won't melt all the ice

immediately.

To do it in 3 seconds is a thing of its own.

Now, I'd want to talk about speed next, but I want to go over durability.

Not just durability of Todoroki, but the durability in My Hero.

This is something that I didn't seem to take into account due to something not making

sense, but it's anime so it's going to do that.

And since that it's anime it means that things in there that do happen are possible

for said characters.

Meaning when it comes to getting hit by things that blow away buildings, and it doesn't

destroy the person, they have that level of durability.

Todoroki had taken a full on punch in the stomach from Deku, who was flicking away Todoroki's

blasts of ice.

While his fingers were damaged, his punch at that moment had been potent enough.

If the flicks alone destroy large portions of ice like it's nothing, then that means

he should be strong enough in that moment.

If this isn't enough, which I wouldn't think so, think about the fight between Uraraka

and Bakugo.

Where Bakugo can completely atomize a large quantity of big rocks, he doesn't completely

disintegrate Uraraka.

The argument could be that he's holding back, but when it comes to further chapters

in the manga, you can tell that not everything can be solved with "holding back", even

though people go through worse attacks and aren't affected in the way a normal person

would be.

So, what I'm trying to say is, getting hit by a city-block level attack and being fine,

probably means that you have city-block level durability.

I mean, that's not the first time that's been said or used.

Though you do get somethings that show sense and take it away at the same time, but I've

learned to let go with things like that.

The next thing to go about is Speed, which is also different with Todoroki since he doesn't

have to run anywhere.

With access to his ice, he can skate anywhere needed, but how fast can he output ice.

I actually want to challenge what I said on the whole 7 seconds output, and I ended up

going about My Hero again and then I got into the Aizawa fight where in the blink of an

eye, he creates an ice pillar around the same size or larger than the one from the tournament.

Which means that it was probably faster than how the anime makes it seem, because they

made a blink of an eye into 5 seconds, and I'm sure you don't blink for that long.

So, that means that not only is Todoroki fast with his quirk, he's fast and potent with

it.

Because imagine blinking and a pillar of ice the size of an Olympic stadium had just gone

right through your chest.

I wanted to call Todoroki sub-sonic off comparing him to Deku, but the feats on his own protects

himself on how he stands.

Finalizing his stats, and adding on his other information in the character book.

Strength: City-Block / Multi-City Block / Small Town (I'll bring up the manga feat at the

end.

Speed: Sub-sonic.

Durability: City-Block.

Potential of Multi-City Block.

Power: 5/5.

Speed: 4/5.

Technique: 5/5.

Intelligence: 4/5.

Cooperativeness: 3/5.

Since we're done on stats, I want to talk about Todoroki's quirk.

While I don't like Endeavor as much as some (except for when he fights because that's

massively entertaining for me), the man knew what he was going to create, and how strong

this ability was going to be.

With being a skilled fighter and raised by the second-best hero, that says a lot about

what Todoroki is capable of.

Speaking on the fire that Todoroki produces.

Since he takes away from his father, it means that he can control what level of fire he's

producing.

The fire that is used regularly isn't meant to completely burn enemies, but it's fire

that hurts enough to incapacitate someone.

If either Todoroki needed fire that completely disintegrates someone, they could produce

that level of fire.

If you remember the fight between Endeavor and the Nomu's, he produced fire the level

that it had disintegrated the Nomu's head, and had carbonized the regenerative cells

of the Nomu's.

Though I'm not that sure on how powerful Todoroki's fire is on first use since he

had melted his gigantic pillars of ice in the span of time it takes you to charge and

blast a sneeze.

That was terminology for that, but you get my point.

I also want to remind you of his blast of fire that was helped heavily by the immediate

melting of the ice which had cause some sort of thermal shock that would help contribute

into the blast of fire.

I can see Todoroki in the future mastering his quirk to where he's doing things like

messing with thermal shock in his fights.

Todoroki is a strong character and I hope to see a lot more of him in the future, I

also hope that those waiting on Season 3 for the anime that's coming out in April read

up on the manga a bit.

So, this is where I'm going to talk about a manga feat.

If you guys don't want to be spoiled, have a good day, follow my twitter and twitch,

and I'll see you all in the next one.

Now, for the manga feat.

It doesn't seem like much, but it's during the School Trip Arc where the villains are

coming through and attacking the students on their trip.

This must be Todoroki's largest blast of ice, and this is done in a life-threatening

situation against Mr. Compress.

My thing is that Todoroki hasn't gone out of his way before to do something as large

as this due to the situations he's been in.

The other blasts were in areas where you would want to keep damage on a low-scale to not

affect any places of importance or residence.

Since this was happening in the forest, this is Todoroki giving a lot of what he has in

that instance.

While I'm not sure how much time it took to create this ice and what it looks like

as a whole, different parts of the manga keep it in the background which makes me think

it's going to be shown off more when it comes to the anime, so I'll be waiting on

that.

If you guys want to see another character to be featured, leave a comment.

Until then I'm going to be reading up even further, so I hope you guys enjoyed that all.

If you want to support the official release or you're interested in things like Jojo,

Yu Yu Hakusho, or even video game stuff that I would recommend you can check out my Amazon

store where if I see myself getting it, I'm adding on the list as a recommendation.

If interested you can join my discord, that's where you can probably find some people that

share the same interests in anime or games.

Follow me on twitter if you haven't, because I don't really bring it up on videos and

you can follow me on twitch if you want to see me play some games, I recently finished

Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland and I'm going on to Kirby and The Amazing Mirror next.

I'll see you guys in the next one.

Until then peace out and God speed.

Trump Voter Says He'd Believe Trump Over Jesus Christ Himself - Duration: 3:38.

Recently CNN decided to have another one of their little panels where they pulled in a

bunch of Donald Trump supporters.

This time they pulled in six people and they asked them what it would actually take for

them to believe that Donald Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 campaign, and

one of the people on that panel, Mark Lee, said it best.

He said, "Even if there was evidence that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians during

the 2016 campaign, even if Jesus Christ himself came down and said that it happened, I would

still take Trump's word for it."

Right now in the United States a Trump supporter, an average typical day workaday Trump supporter

will always take the word of Donald Trump even, in his own words, over the word of Jesus

Christ himself.

Now, I don't care if you're a religious person or not.

The fact that a Trump voter says that if Jesus Christ emerged from the clouds and came down

and said, "Hey, I don't know who you are, but anyway, I've got all this information

about how Donald Trump colluded with the Russians."

That guy is still going to look at him and say, "You know what?

No thanks.

I believe that he didn't do it because he says he didn't do it."

Now over the years doing this we've seen levels of stupidity that I really thought this country

would never hit, really hope we wouldn't.

But this particular statement from this Donald Trump supporter on CNN absolutely takes the

cake of one of the dumbest most closed-minded things I think I've ever heard in my entire

life.

We are dealing with an opposition side here that doesn't accept reality.

We are dealing with an opposing side that refuses to accept reality and readily admit

that they will not accept reality.

At that point in those instances what do you do?

How do you fight back against that?

When somebody admits that there's no level of rational argument, there's no level of

evidence, there is no level of anything in this world that would make them stop believing

what they believe, the short answer is you don't.

You cannot change those people's minds.

Your best bet is to work with people who are a little more pliable, a little more open

minded, people who do understand that evidence is evidence of wrongdoing.

But the people like this guy, Mark Lee, who said that even if Jesus descended from the

heavens to hand over the intelligence himself I wouldn't believe him, people like that unfortunately

have to be written off.

Don't waste your time trying to argue with these people.

Don't waste your time trying to talk any sense into them.

It's not going to happen.

If you want to talk to somebody, go talk to a swing state voter, go talk to somebody who's

on the fence, got talk to somebody who's registered as an independent.

Those are people that are still reachable.

Those are people that can be shown the light.

But this guy, Mark Lee, people like him because there's a lot of them, do not waste your time

ever trying to talk sense into somebody that doesn't believe that reality actually exists.

Cortometraggio - L'Ornitologo - Duration: 5:52.

- Good morning!

- Yeah... Yeah!

Good! Good, well done!

Yeah! Good. It's ok!

Bye!

So... You are Andrea. Right?

- Yes, I'm Andrea.

- How old are you?

- I'm 29 years old.

- Are you from Rome?

- Yes I am.

- Previous experiences?

- I've already done this kind of job...

Nowadays who didn't work in a call centre!

- What do you mean?

- I don't want to say it's a dull job,

without perspective, useless, awful...

I'm just saying:

It's a very common job

and it's easy to find someone who did that

anyway just a few love doing that!

- And you love this kind of job?

- Me?

Of course I do!

That's what I'm saying!

I put my maximum effort and...

- Are you a lazy worker?

- Absolutelly not. I'm really serious

I think it's a call...

Perhaps.

If you don't really like it, you will not do your best!

I'm a methodical worker,

so I want that kind of precision...

- Favourite colour?

- What do you mean?

- Your favourite colour! Come on!

- Red?!

- Hum...

- I think I can be valuable for this company!

Not to be overconfident but I would take me if I were you.

I'm allways on time!

Never late!

I think it's respectful...

- Leader or subordinate?

- Leader...

- Hum...

- My previous job was in another call centre, but not like this.

I used to sell food,

I decided to change to have new motivation

and bill collection is what I was looking for!

- If you end up on a desert island what would you want with you?

- I won't end up there! But if I should...

- You have to!

- I have to...

I want...

A satellite phone to call for help!

- Hum...

- Or at least a lighter to start a fire!

- Why I should hire you?

- I was expecting that!

The typical question.

So... You need me

because I can... With my experience

improve this company and...

Yes... I can...

I...

hum...

I can...

All right! Let's talk clearly!

I don't love this job as I said.

I'm desperate, like so many others.

I graduated three years ago in ornithology and I still haven't even seen a cock!

- A cock?

- I mean the bird!

Do not misunderstand...

Ornithology.

first time I heard this word I thought it was about the platypus, (ornitorinco = platypus)

then I realised what it meant

it was about birds!

- Answer my question: why I should hire you?

- I need money

I have to eat,

just with graduation you can't eat. You need a job!

in my field, if you don't know anyone, there are only unpaid jobs!

- Then why did you graduate?

- I graduated to have the appropriate knowledge for the job I want to do.

But I wasn't the only one who wanted to be an ornitologist.

That's why it's so hard to find a job.

I'm trying to do my best,

and I hope I can enter the party!

Even if I didn't understand what to celebrate...

- Move overseas!

everyone does it, you can do so too!

Move overseas!

- Yes, I thought about it

but overseas is going the same way!

I found a good opportunity in Australia

I said: why not!

I thought ornithology was about platypus (ornitorinco=platypus)

and It's from that area, could be a good sign!

I'm not too bad at English,

and it's a good chance to travel: see a different enviroment, different people, different fauna...

- Different fauna?

- Different fauna!

To be an ornitologist there I need to study Australian bird species.

More study, more time, more money...

I gave up.

I stay here.

Waiting.

It felt like I would be waiting forever.

Now I think I've lost too much time.

Passion is fine, cut one's teeth is fine.

When you have to wait, when nobody gives you a chance, when you can't do...

- Ok. It's fine. The interview was good,

you look like a good guy. You can start tomorrow.

Last question:

What's your favourite team?

- Fuck off!
