El Parque Yoyogi en Tokio// Yoyogi Park in Tokyo【#14】 - Duration: 4:11.

Hello everyone! How are you?

Today I am at Harajuku Station to go to Yoyogi Park doing picnic!

Well if you take JR train from Shibuya Station, it is just one stop so takes less than 5 mins!

Well let's get started to go the park!

I am going g to buy some ONIGIRI

ONIGIRI is a food made with cooked rice, rice ball!!

Let's get into this store called Family Mart, a convenience store, (here in Japan we call it CONBINI)

I got some ONIGIRI here!!

We got to the park...

Look at those painting.... the quality is quite nice ahahaha

The pretty is coming....!

KAWAII = pretty, cute

She touched my arm!!! So pretty!!!

So now I am in the Yoyogi Park,

this park is quite big even it is located in center of Tokyo,

there are lot of nature as if it is forest...

there is a guys playing the guitar,

there are people also doing picnic

and over there there is a guy painting.... look! ahahaa

Especially on the weekends lot of family, couples and groups of friends come to this park,

and people enjoy their favorite things!

Well, today I am in this park with these ONIGIRI which I bought at CONBINI,

so I am going to try them!

This one has cooked salmon inside....

To open this ONIGIRI of CONBINI,

First you take this part

and take it to the all way behind,

and pull the wrap to the right and left!

It is ready to eat now!

This one is Ume (Japanese apricot)

this flavor can be a bit sour but I am going to try...!

Even it is sour, tastes good!

Now here is ONIGIRI with seaweed.

It tastes very but very Japanese....! ahahaha

I am going to try this one with tuna and mayonnaise (this is also ONIGIRI!!!!)

It tastes very nice however it tastes not very Japanese

that is maybe it has lot of mayonnaise in it....

however, this is my favorite one!

I am going to play badminton!!!!yay!!!!

Hi guys! Dolrich here for today's vlog.

I'm gonna give you some personal reasons why I love to run, but first let me get dressed, okay?

So guys as you've already known I am working full-time.

I am also doing a post-graduate course in Brussels

I am vlogging and I'm also busy doing some stuffs as well, but what I don't miss is my weekly runs. I need it

It's been like part of my DNA.

My body is looking for it.

My body is searching for adrenaline, the runner's high

And also the benefits as well of running

So guys, I'm gonna be running for only about three miles

Which is also equivalent to five kilometers, and I'm gonna do it on my own pace

but on some locations

I might stop just to take some footages for you guys

because it's autumn season and as you can see my background is so good

those leaves falling off the trees, it is super amazing

orange dark yellow color leaves

nice

I'm not living in the city. I am living like 25 minutes outside the city of Antwerp

Because it is beautiful here,

there are a lot of trees

the breeze of the wind is so good

It is also a lot quieter here

I wanted to share to you the reasons why I love running that much

first reason I could give is the

mental and physical training aspect

the more you run the stronger your heart and your muscle becomes and

Also about the conditioning part after you've run you will feel

you've been

Energized you feel euphoric

that you have that extra energy to do your other things at home a

second reason that I could give is

the runner's high

I don't even know how to explain it

But runner's high is when there is a lot of hormone endorphins on your system

Endorphins are our happy hormones

more endorphins, which means more happiness

that is it.

the third reason guys why i love running that much

and maybe the most important reason

Is the ME TIME

all of us are busy with or with our lives

we are busy at work, busy at school

busy with some other stuff busy with our family as well,

so when was the last time that you've dedicated a

time for us (yourself) alone,

so by running you dont need to think of anything or anyone

But it's just running going to your next destination

So maybe. I get the feeling of being isolated

I get the feeling of being

Alone for some time

and have some time for myself and listen to my body especially

that is the reason why

i love running!

who i am today - Duration: 2:58.

... so growing up..

I remember the stuffing always being the first thing that was done

cooking before anything else.

And before we'd sit down and start eating almost half of it would be gone

because while the turkey was cooking and while everything else was cooking;

we'd just be there taking little spoonfuls of the stuffing.

And I remember my dad saying, "Stop you're going to ruin your meal.

"You're going to ruin your meal."

He'd get all - he'd get super serious.

And so when the time did come to eat all the food that he had made; I would be too full to eat.

But I just remember stuffing my face anyways just so he wouldn't be right.

I remember those moments on Thanksgiving were always so special to me.

And looking back on them now makes me so happy.

This Thanksgiving's is a little different though because this is the first Thanksgiving

that I'm spending away from my family.

And being away from them and kind of being, you know, by myself in a sense.

We had freindsgiving but it kind of made me realize everything that I'm thankful for.

Thankful for my parents.

For always supporting me in everything that I do.

Especially when I first got into this whole acting thing.

You guys really supported me and really rooted for me and I couldn't be more thankful for that.

To my brothers, for always being there for me.

And for showing me how to take of myself.

I love you guys so much.

For my little sister who's getting older now.

Which is kind of weird.

She's in her freshman year of high school and she's so beautiful.

And it's weird not being there especially cus I know I was crazy as a freshman and I'm

hoping she's not as crazy as I was, but it's hard seeing her grow up and me not being there.

But Arabella thank you for showing me how to keep working hard.

You're always doing something, whether it's cheer or school.

But you're always working hard at something and it shows me a lot so thank you for that smelly.

I'm thankful for my friends both here and back home for always motivating me and pushing me

to be the best person that I can be.

A rather large box of LEGO 📦 #211 - Duration: 12:50.

hello again I has a box as you can see so let me get right to it to get into

this box and get to the Lego stuffs inside it has a knife and I've got a lot

of cutting to do because the length of this thing the width of this thing the

depth of this thing just everything about it is pretty tremendous with the

sake of scale you can just do that so hey there you go there's even more down

beneath this is one single order from one single brick link vendor one single

brick link store oh my goodness I can't even reach around just doing it kind of

blind back here box kind of beaten up it's definitely reused not gonna hate on

the reuse but man it's pretty massive this has parts in it and sets haven't

gotten old sets in quite a while I want some need some I have some ah

so this says a lot of wow dude what are you doing for real who does

that my this is made from two different boxes

it's actually put together and yet there's so much space in here it's

filled up with just air that's a lot of air would have been much more efficient

to keep this smaller also would have been safer because all this air can be

moved around and ultimately crushed so tip for people packing this is I mean I

appreciate the effort I absolutely appreciate the effort and the care this

person definitely cared about the stuff that's why they put in all this packing

material but tip from someone who has shipped a lot of stuff to other folks

who may be interested in shipping stuff the tighter a packages more tightly

things are held together so they're not able to move the less damage you're

going to get in general there's a pack of parts I'll

get to that man they're just so many bags of air I like to pack things with a

cushion around the sides keep everything nice and close together within do use

air when it makes sense I actually tend to prefer crushed paper like butchers

paper or newspapers and stuff because they try to hold things in place but

they do deform when you get major impacts from drops these not so much

these tend to just slide against each other but more packing material doesn't

always lead to better results

well this shockingly is okay it's gonna say this is not a new box come on yeah

no I didn't pay for a brand new version of this but hey one of the big xo4 sets

that I never got so that's good and speaking of big xo4 sets and I

appreciate these bags because the bags help to keep parts in in case there was

any big mess up with the boxes kind of coming apart at the seams a little bit

these help to keep parts in even if they're not completely sealed but

speaking of big EXO force sets that's a big EXO for set if ever I've seen one

yes I think there might be more in the EXO force department in this box this is

a heavy box Wow even for its size the big atlantis themed bass got this

here

masculine aqua raiders there we go not quite the same sorry about the glare

and everything I'll move things into more reasonable positions want to suck

it into this but the box is just so big it it's limited my my options

haha Star Wars a couple bags here double bagged sort of kind of this is not

generation this old style when they used the huge UFO quarter pieces about this

being good and I've never owned one of these sets but based on what I saw I

thought that the idea of this being better than the modern style that

they've been doing you know for quite a number of years now what a decade almost

this just seems so simple and weak to me the cockpit area and the colors and

everything but I got this to actually see for real in person because I

shouldn't make too much of a judgments without actually having tried the thing

out so this gives me a chance to try the thing out and give it a chance to

actually be good to give myself a chance to find out what is good about it

because I'm sure that there will be some stuff about it that I didn't expect that

I didn't realize that will be much better than I thought

so here's another big xo4 set and it's even opens up my goodness this is

massive absolutely massive I mean the full thing is big - not as big as it

appears here but these are some of the larger wheels that Lego has has made I'm

definitely looking forward to checking out some of the parts in this one and

just seeing how it works overall does come with a neck also that's good I

didn't even realize that that was just the the mobile base thing and I think

there's another large-ish set in here Oh

probably my personal favorite for myself out of what's in here I think it's the

last one so I'll be able to reconfigure things and make the picture a little bit

more interesting for you since all these boxes are just stacking up in front of

the camera now but this is one of the old oldish news from the launch control

launch command yeah launch command version of shuttle launch set this is

pretty pretty large and beefy itself the pieces are not too yellowed looking

still give them the treatment ah look at that alternate build suggested on the

back that's so good but I've been interested in these for a

while I think there are three or four different versions or variations on this

theme that occurred over the course of five to ten years less than ten more

than five I think this is not the most classic there are some that have to the

girder pieces that are a little bit more interesting interesting shapes but this

is one of them not one of the more expensive ones some of them get pretty

crazy but I haven't I'm going to build it when I get around to it

and I think I'm gonna enjoy it we'll see ah alright got rid of that box kind of

hated that box but here we go time for the parts it's a bag with bags

inside and would you believe this actually started out as a part order

specifically looking for these small train wheels you need lots of them for

my my cargo harbor and the container gantry crane ship-to-shore crane what

everyone call it I had some of these so I got them

because they say Lego on them that's valuable to me and I also needed these

still need more than this but it was a store that had a bunch of them for my

sound walls I also got colors for an alternate color scheme version and

obviously we'll still need more still and then these are corner pieces to buy

to buy one corner light gray color they call those wedges or slow I think all

those wedges and then all these - I - bricks have the slots on the sides for

garage door type pieces these are all in dark grey plus one and black just one

just probably means I need to get more in black this is a less common color I

think oh that box though glad to be rid of that but glad to have these boxes of

things it'll take me probably some months to

get through these you know obviously right now it is new release time and

then as I get through that get past that oh there's a part that slipped out I'm

assuming from that set was it was it justice I think it's probably from that

set but once I get through the new releases which are obviously the most

important things that most people are asking for I'm going to continue to

shift focus as much as I can back to the custom stuff and harbor right now and

other stuff beyond that because that's the stuff that I'm personally very

interested in but I'll try to get some of these as I've you know done for years

now get some some older set reviews in from time to time and this is good that

I got a bunch of big ones cuz you know little ones are cool and sometimes I

personally really really like some of the

little ones but it's the the big stuff that people have most I'd say tend to

have the most nostalgia towards whether they had them as kids or just wanted

them you know saw them in stores a lot of nostalgic bill tends to build up

towards things that you may never have even had you know and that's a that's a

pretty common thing not just with toys but I guess big boy toys as well you

know actual cars that you may have really really liked as a as a kid and

then you know start to to look for once you get older and and become maybe a

little bit more capable of potentially acquiring them or at least touching them

trying them so that's that's what's going on with this and I'm gonna put the

parts away and leave the pieces of the sets just in their boxes for now and do

one at a time from time to time but right now it's back to the new set

reviews so you can get on that I'll talk to you soon

Kim's army boss begins mass PURGE as NK leader fears COUP

KIM JONG-UN has placed one of his close allies in charge of a purge in the top levels of

North Korea's army as he bids to secure power amid fears of a coup.

Choe Ryong-hae – who was himself once sent to a gulag – has been placed in charge of

the bureau that oversees the Korean People's Army.

Kim appointed him the vice chairman of the ruling Workers Party and has tasked him with

reigning in the military.

North Korea's leader maintains a paranoid grip on his rule as he fears rivals within

his own regime may attempt to unseat him.

Choe has already punished two senior members of the so-called Army Politburo – Hwang

Pyong-so and Kim Won-hong.

Hwang has not been seen in public since October 13.

Kim's regime has deemed the organisation suspected of an "irreverent attitude"

towards him.

Spooks in South Korea revealed the backstabbing in a meeting as bosses from the National Intelligence

Service briefed lawmakers in Seoul.

Choe is believed to have been sent to a "re-education" camp in 2015 by senior military members – and

he is now out for revenge.

Prof. Nam Sung-wook of Korea University said: "Kim seems to be using Choe to weaken the

power of the military."

Kim fears his military may attempt to unseat him – believing his own hold on power his

week.

North Korea's army is one of the most powerful bodies in the regime, growing in power under

his father Kim Jong-il with a "military first" policy.

South Korean spies have said the leader is trying to create a "climate of fear".

Kim began his rule with a series of purges, killing his uncle Jan Song-taek with help

of his brother Kim Jong-chol.

He appears to be closing ranks this year as he promoted his sister and ex-girlfriend to

top jobs in the party.

Former deputy chief of the North Korean embassy in London, Thae Yong-ho, said Kim feels nervous

due to his position as his father's third son.

Mr Thae claimed the US could trigger North Korea to collapse from within as the power

balance is so delicate.

War fears have raged this year as Kim takes on US President Donald Trump over North Korea's

nuclear programme.

The regime have refused to give up its quest for missiles despite growing pressure from

the US and the UN.

A Wise Man Learns More From A Foolish Question Than A Fool Learns From a Wise Answer | Bruce Lee - Duration: 6:15.

Hello everyone my name is Andrew and welcome to the video.

So today I'd like to talk about a quote by Bruce Lee.

"He says a wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from

a wise answer."

Now this is pretty interesting.

I started asking myself, "What is implied in being wise?

What is learning, actual learning?

And what is questioning?

What is a question?

What can we learn from a question?"

Now he says, "A wise man can learn more from a foolish question."

So what is implied in being wise?

Would a wise man typically approach this foolish question in a way or in the spirits of finding

an answer?

Probably not.

Because that is not learning right?

Learning in this sense of relationship between others and questioning together.

Learning in that sense, doesn't it imply the dying away of our answers, our conclusions,

our own particular idiosyncrasies, prejudices, beliefs and point of views?

Because there must be room for reception, to receive thoughts that are coming in.

When we are listening to another there must be room to really sense that and look at that

and listen to that.

And therefore we are psychologically investigating, examining, thinking, finding out for ourselves.

Versus what Bruce Lee considers a fool, who just acquires an answer and then because it's

a wise answer according to whoever, if one believes it's a wise answer, one holds on

to that answer and feels a great sense of pride that I've got it.

I've got the answer, the truth.

And therefore, there's no need or what's the point of listening to anything else?

Or questioning anything?

So learning actually stops doesn't it?

But we think that that is real learning because we always search for answers.

We come to an answer, so we have learned, but that moment that we have learned and we

have not forgot about that thought, then learning stops.

This reminds me of a very funny story that Krishnamurti talked about, he says that, "I'm

climbing up the hill and I'm seeing what's over the hill, but the fool is at the bottom

of the hill asking me what is over there, tell me, give me the answers."

So questioning is like climbing the hill and therefore you're seeing for yourself the fact,

the truth of "What is" versus, if we just accumulated wise answers then we're not

grounded in fact.

And what we're actually seeing going on, but instead we're grounded in a conceptual

illusion, a particular belief, an ideal, which opens the door to doubt, to fear, to disbelief,

of being wrong.

So I thought this was pretty interesting that a wise man can learn more from a foolish question

because questions are like challenges to find out, to discover and at the same time, letting

go of those answers, those ideas, that we have previously come to, versus if we're just

acquiring more and more wise answers, we're just kind of storing special objects into

our memory bank and repeating them.

We don't really see them.

We don't really understand them.

We're just like, "Hey I got this, I got that, I got this."

So it's more of like a bragging kind of thing or that's just how I see it, but yeah let

me know what you think and I hope everyone had an amazing and wonderful Thanksgiving

or are having a wonderful Thanksgiving if it's not over yet, but yeah other than that

On the eve of becoming Zimbabwe's president, Emmerson Mnangagwa is pledging to be a servant

of the people with a goal of progress through unity.

But many wonder if the longtime Robert Mugabe ally can bring the change the country craves.

Already, the main opposition group says it has not been invited to his inauguration Friday.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe's ruling party says prosecuting Robert Mugabe was never part of the plan in

his removal.

Mugabe and his wife Grace remain in the capital, Harare.

Iraqi military officials say they've launched an operation to clear the last Islamic State

fighters from positions in the desert bordering Syria.

In a statement, the military said troops from the Iraqi army and Shiite Popular Mobilization

Forces were taking part in the campaign.

The Reuters news agency quoted Army Colonel Salah Kareem as saying the objective is to

prevent remaining IS groups from disappearing into the desert region and using it as a base

to launch future attacks.

The Argentine navy says an abnormal sound that was consistent with an explosion was

detected in the South Atlantic Ocean around the time that a missing submarine sent its

last signal.

As the search for a missing Argentine submarine ramps up Thursday, the country's navy says

a sound consistent with an explosion was detected in the South Atlantic Ocean around the same

time the vessel sent its last signal.

"We received information of an abnormal, singular, short, violent, non-nuclear event that was

consistent with an explosion."

The navy captain said they have yet to determine the cause of the so-called explosion or whether

the ARA San Juan with 44 crew on board could have been attacked on November 15.
