Today I bring a new video

These past weeks I've been very busy with work, studying for the motorcycle license and personal issues

And I didn't had the time to upload videos as regular as i wanted!

It's because of that, that I'm going to make some changes in the channel

And from now on I will upload videos once every 15 days

Because If I want to keep up talking about interesting issues I rather do it offering quality than quantity

Right?

This week I want to talk about coming out as a transgender at work!

An interesting topic for all of you that has planned to do it!

Or like in my case that already i've done it!

or me it was big step because I made public that i was trans

At the beginning I was very afraid

Especially of how the people would react about transition and transsexuality

I Even thought that maybe it could be a problem and be fired

Finally I did it because it was stupid to hide something that in the end everybody will notice with all the physical changes!

To talk about it I speak with one of my coworkers

That lived all my transition since I started working as female to today that I'm respected and recognized as male

So here's the video!

Today I'm on the place that I spend more hours: my job!

As you can see, i'm in company with one of my coworkers

Let me introduce Alma. She's one of my coworkers and we've been working together for almost 2,5 years!

And I wanted to talk with her to share her point of view and her experience about my transition here at work!

So let's begin!

Q: Before You knew me, Did you know anyone that were trans?

A: No I really never met anyone that is Trans, openly. You are the first trans person I know.

Q: What was your perception of a trans person, before knowing anyone from the trans community?

A: As I said before I've never met someone from the trans community. But I've never think something about it. Just a person like you are. A normal guy! And nothing different about it!

Q: You knew me as female (Angeles) and now male (Angel). What did you think when I told you I was doing HRT and the physical change to be male, and in conclusion I was transgender?

A: Sincerely It wasn't a big surprise for me. Maybe I thought about it some time but I didn't thought you actually was doing the physical change!

Q: Now talking about work. Did you think that being trans maybe could be a problem with the company, other coworkers or an affect to my job?

A: The first time that I met you I knew that you where serious and responsable, and yes I met you as female.

A: Not in any moment I thought that doing the transition would affect to do your job well or in your relationship with other coworkers!

Q: Now that you have seen all of my changes and you can see all of this with perspective.

Q: Did you think that really transitioning here, has affected to my work, company or with others?

A: I think that it's totally the opposite. Now seeing all with perspective i see you more confident, relaxed and more open to speak with others

A: Totally a positive experience that helped you was reflected in your work

I have an interview with immigration and afraid they won't let me out. What are my rights? - Duration: 7:14.

In what question or doubt can I help you? Ahhh what can I answer for you?

Ah, yes see my husband is adjusting my legal status he is an American Citizen

and my mom brought me when I was only two. Ok. She brought me with a Visa and a passport and on Thursday

the 20 of next week I have my appointment the interview with immigration.

Oh. And I wanted to know if I, well I'm scared that they will not let me out.

Is there an opportunity that they can do that or? Well, well, well, well no no I don't know why

you're scared, but I will do everything possible to answer all of your questions

let's start from the beginning, you said that you came in with a Visa at 2 years old right?

Yes. Ok, You said that your husband is an American Citizen? Yes? Yes. Ok and you have proof,

proving that you came in with permission at two years old?

Yes. Have you had a criminal problem? Have you had problems with the police? No. Ok. No.

Ah, You have not come back in since the 2 years that you entered? No. Ah, is there a big difference

of age between yourself and your husband? No, we are 2 years in difference.

I don't know why, I assume it's the news or what you have been hearing on the

news and that's why you're scared right now you're you're you're worried,

but everything you're telling me, you should not have not even a single problem in

immigration, not one should you have because you came in with permission.

That's good! That means that you could adjust your legal status here. That's good! Your husband in an American Citizen.

You should not have any problem, You've never had problems with the police

Ah, I don't know what other words I can

tell you or how I can explain it to you, but I do not want, you shouldn't be worried,

I could assure you. Yes. That there should not be not one single problem there in immigration and they should

approve your residency, but can you give me more, more, more

reasons why you're worried I could quickly give you a response but from all the

data that you have given me your case is very good and uh and,

there should not be any problem, ah, Is your lawyer not going with you? Or what?

I don't have a lawyer. Well I can send one of my lawyers with you so that they can

accompany you, but the truth is that it's not necessary, I say you would be wasting money

and, and I can send someone with you if you'd like, but it is not necessary ma'am

its, sure that you should not have any problem. Have you heard that other

people have had problems in this situation or why are you worried? Ahn,

problems, but of that you could still adjust your legal status you could but of.

I don't know who helped you I don't know if it was your husband or a notary of who it was

that filled out your papers. So then there, there could be a delay in

the papers, I don't think it will get to the point that they will negate your case; Because you all

didn't put correctly the information, but there could be a delay if the papers weren't filled out correctly

the papers, If it wasn't documented correctly everything, everything that you have to take in the packet.

Then there yes possibly. Ok. Could be a problem and I don't know because there

I would have to take a look. How you answered? What you submitted? What papers?

So then, now they are asking for something you didn't send so then that means that

possibly you didn't send it complete. So then, if you want to bring me the papers,

we can revise and assure that everything is filled correctly and we can be calm

sending a lawyer with you, If you would like? Ok. And what would the cost be for the lawyer

to go with me? Well it won't be the complete cost because we didn't do

the whole case from the beginning. So it would be a much-reduced rate at

the normal price complete, but the truth is that I, I right now don't remember about the prices

and It's not that I don't want to give them to you it's that honestly, I don't have them in mind.

So then why won't you come, you can talk there with my, my manager or you can talk to Conny

or go talk to Lucy with any of those two

and they can tell you ah the cost and we can revise everything and send someone with you.

They are asking me for pictures of me and my husband they are asking me

for my Income Tax. Ah ok. It is for 2016. So then so then you didn't, didn't send all of your papers, if you would of

came with us we would of, we would have sent all of that. So then come to the

office and we will finish completing correctly all of your documents and we will send

someone with you. Ah, ok, good then,

on Saturday I have an appointment anyway. Very good bring your husband.

Look let's suppose that you didn't send the documents I don't want you to

worry it's just that we must gather them all, the worst thing that can happen at the appointment is that

they will return it you and tell you. You know what? Send me the papers through the mail

and then we will send you the decision. That's the worst that I can think of that

can happen. So then ah I say I really that isn't good either

it's not good, because well because you have already been waiting so many years right.

It's, it's important that on the first appointment might as well have them approve and then they give you the stamp

and you'll be a permanent resident. But it's not for you to be anguished, in the way

you told me at the beginning; I want to be sure they won't hold me.

They won't, have you. The people that they hold you. The people that they hold in immigration is because they

have a criminal problem, they are looking for them there's a warrant or they have an order of

deportation, they shouldn't of came back. You don't have that, they won't

detain you in the most absolute, I promise, they will not detain you, ok.

The worst that can happen is that you know that, here you are missing some documents go to your

house and send them then and we will send you the decision and so then we need to try and

avoid that so you can adjust your residency agree? Ok.

Are you calmer? Yes, I'm calmer a lot more calm. I'm sorry. I have two daughters and.

No, no, no don't worry ma'am really please do not worry they won't they won't anything

will happen to you ah, they will not hold you the worst that can happen is that there will be a

delay with your papers if you don't take them correctly filled out or right documents and well with

that its easy I could help you with that. Ok. Ok. Ok.

Hi, my name is Emily Angulo, and I just turned 26

born and raised in Arlington, Virginia

Graduated from Arlington Public Schools K through 12 just finished my third year of teaching

I'm an elementary school teacher

I'm Bolivian American and I was really excited to come back to teach in Virginia and Arlington specifically

Because I remember growing up not having a lot of

Latino teachers specifically Bolivian teachers

So I was really excited to come back and be that role model for a lot of my Bolivian students

And I always wanted to dance. I always wanted to join ever since I was a kid my parents

Would take me to Bolivia over the summers and when we'd come back

I would know all the words to a bunch of folkloric songs and my parents would say

"y tu parecese mas boliviana que nosotros", and you weren't even born or raised there and

I would beg them I'd say I really want to learn how to dance

Can I please join a group and they would say like yeah?

Yeah, well sign you up, but time, it was difficult to commit and it was expensive, so they never signed me up

I was really sad about that, but now that I'm an adult was living on my own, and I was independent had my own time

And finally had my own income I was finally able to join so

in college I majored in comparative studies in race and ethnicity also known as ethnic studies and

I learned a lot about my identity and I always knew growing up. I'm Bolivian. I'm latina

but in college I was able to really figure out what that means for me and

And whenever we had to mark off the census it throws me off because it says you know are you Hispanic?

Check yes or no and then it asks for your race white black or Native American, and I'm not white I'm not black

I don't think I'm Native American. I'm latina so

The more I learned about my identity I realized that my identity

as a Latina is Mestiza

I am I have European blood, but I also have indigenous blood so when I decided to

To finally join a dance group. I was very intentional about what dance to choose and I specifically started with Tinkus

Because it represents

the indigenous side of our Bolivian culture and

To me when I dance, it's it's almost like

It's it's spiritual. It's it's Prayer. It's it's I feel the music in my blood

I Feel pride I feel happiness. I'm in the zone

I just I go with the flow and it's it's a beautiful way to express

My emotions my happiness my my devotion and and pride for my indigenous roots

So I also chose a dance Tobas andPujllay because there other dances that represent the indigenous part of our culture and

What I feel when I dance PujllayI as

Cheesy as it sounds

sometimes

I get the urge to cry when I when I hear Pujllay and when I'm dancing it and not just

by myself because Pujllay you dance in in community in a group and

To see everyone dance it and to feel it. It's just this overwhelming sense

Of of connection of community, and it's it's beautiful

Tobas, Tobas I love because it's it's challenging the footwork you

you have to stay you know on rhythm, and you have to remember all the footwork and

Yeah, I love it. Just because it's fast-paced and it's a lot of jumping

I always wanted to dance

Since I was little I knew I knew when I was when I was in elementary school that I wanted to dance

I'm gonna join a dance group to learn to dance and for the traje and and I'm gonna dance that parades

But it's actually more than these fraternidades end up being your family you you work together you

You put on keremeses, you put an anticuchada you raise money, and then you go to

New York or New Jersey or to Baltimore and you perform, and you

You bond so it's it's more than just learning the dance. It's it's

unload the box there it has a little temple the jungle here you have the

truck pulling something out of the temple we've got the panther up there

and it looks like you'll be building two vehicles so cool let's go ahead get this

built and check it out okay let's first see what was in the box

it's up inside the box we had one big bag

three four four big bags of Legos and it looks like three instruction manuals set

stickers and square okay cool let's get let's check this up

tract because it so you've seen me put it together in a stop time animation so

let's go ahead and check it out first of all you've got this half Trek vehicle

the rope here will pop off and you could pull ah one of the characters in here to

drive it's better if they sit down so the character will fit in there and you

lock it in to the cockpit there and they fit just fine go ahead put the top back

on you've got running light you've got four running lights here that are

adjustable the mirrors are adjustable big knobby oversized tires but my

favorite part is these treads on the back it is so cool how they individually

move here so I mean it looks like real pink treads movie that is so awesome I

mean it is a lot of you see the reverse animation to where

they come off that is really cool nice lights in the front here adjustable here

you've got the walkie-talkie back here nice open area here where you could have

a carry the Panther if you want and then you've got a chain on the back so like I

said whose treads are so cool each one is made out of 22

and then let's go ahead and take a look at the other vehicle the other vehicle

it's almost like an ATV or something so this one you've got a little box of

stuff that's removable here you've got room in here for one character standing

or sitting so this guy could go there put this machetes it's a sub driving car

all he has to do is hold up the machete he's adjustable mirrors lights in the

front so it is like soup top ATV I guess it would be and then you've got little

box of stuff here you've got a campfire a metal detector you've got some chicken

and a frame and all of this it's on to the back of the vehicle here and then on

top of those awesome vehicles it comes with this cool little temple you have a

jewel in here so if you look at the box what it's showing is you go ahead and

hook this up right there you pull one of the characters out there and as the

truck pulls this forward to get the jewel off watch what happened

I believe looking poisonous red spider just fell from the ceiling right on to

you disgusting okay bye anyways let's go ahead and take a look at tests so this

piece goes in and out and that causes this top piece here to go off at an

angle which lets the spider drop from the rope

plants here jungle temple nice big jewel over there and here's a look at the back

and then it comes with this awesome Panther Wow his back legs will move all

the way up and down and look at his front won't but his head will and then

he's got room on the back there so he could carry one of the characters and

then here you got the two characters and by the way guys since you guys do like

here she's got like a more worried type look and on the back she's got

so that said two different books there and her hair does pop on and off she

comes with a cool little camera okay this was a really fun set to play with

Back And Triceps Workout Program | Muscle & Strength - Duration: 5:16.

Hello everyone!

I'm Mario Gabud and in this video I'm going to demonstrate my workout program for back and triceps.

It consists of 4 rounds of 4 supersets. I've been doing this type of workout for the past 2-3 months

and my strength and muscle mass improved significantly. Stay tuned for more…

The first round consists of two exercises: the deadlift exercise and the medicine ball diamond push-ups.

We will be doing classic deadlift.

You may start doing this exercise only after you have already learned the proper technique

or else you might injure yourself.

Use over/under hand grip when doing deadlifts.

Since the weight distribution is slightly asymmetrical with this type of grip,

switch grip position of your hands for every new set.

Load enough weight for you to do only about 10 reps before reaching failure.

Immediately after you have finished the set of deadlift exercise,

with no or as little rest as possible move on to the next exercise – medicine ball diamond push-ups.

Keep your feet narrow in order to activate the muscles in your core – i.e. stabilizes.

Execute this exercise in this way:

lower yourself slowly over the period of 2-3 seconds and then raise yourself as fast as possible.

Do 12 reps with or without added weight.

After you complete this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

The second round consists of: t-bar row and dumbbell overhead triceps extension.

When doing t-bar rows, make sure not to use more weight than you can handle,

that way you will prevent improper technique and will be able to hit the muscles that you are supposed to hit.

Again, due to asymmetrical distribution of weight, switch hand grips for every new set of this exercise.

Immediately after you have finished with this set,

with no or as little rest as possible move on to the next exercise – dumbbell overhead triceps extension.

When doing this exercise make sure your triceps feel activated all the time. Also, keep your elbows narrow.

After you finish with this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

The third round consists of: weighted dips and resistance bands back row.

You can choose between doing dips the way I do them in this video or doing them the more classic way,

with legs and upper body in the same line. Keep your elbows narrow so you would better activate your triceps.

Immediately after you have finished the set of dips, with no or as little rest as possible

move on to the next exercise – resistance bands back row from standing position.

When doing rows make sure to place one foot in front to gain stability.

After you extend the bands as far as you can,

stay in this position for a second or two and then slowly release this position.

After you finish this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

The fourth and last round consists of: lying triceps extension and pull-ups.

When doing triceps extension, again, make sure to use the right amount of weight

in order to hit the muscles you are supposed to hit.

If your elbows keep going to the side it means you are using more weight than you can handle

and you should switch to lighter weights.

Immediately after you have finished with this set, with no or as little rest as possible move on to the next exercise

– pull-ups.

Position your grip slightly wider than your shoulder width. Use closed overhand grip.

Execute pull-ups in this way: raise yourself as quickly as possible

and then slowly lower yourself to the initial position.

After you finish with this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

When you are done with all 4 supersets, you have completed this workout session.

There you go. This is one of my workout programs for increasing strength and muscle mass.

Personally, I will be doing this type of workout for the next 2-3 months since all my tournaments have passed.

I will be increasing my muscle mass this way and, of course,

will stop doing this when it's time to cut weight for competition. I hope you liked this.

This program is designed to work on your back and triceps. We will soon upload more programs like this:

one for chest and biceps, another one for shoulders and traps and one more for legs and core muscles.

By doing this I will be giving you my complete strength workout program for the moment.

This type of workout program is designed for more advanced exercisers.

Feel free to alter a few things based on your current abilities.

NPIP Biosecurity Principle #7 - Equipment and Vehicles. Equipment and

vehicles are wonderful tools that can help you become more efficient with your

chores on your farm. Vehicles might include feed delivery trucks, propane

delivery trucks, courier services and your personal vehicles. Equipment might

include any tools: hand tools, shovels, pitchforks,

skid steers, and even UTVs or ATVs that you use on your farm. However, even

though these things help us with our daily work they can be vehicles (no pun

intended) for introducing pathogens to your farm site and transferring it from

one location of your farm to another. Restricting traffic on your site, such as

allowing only vehicles imperative to your daily operations to cross the

Perimeter Buffer Area, is a good biosecure practice. Your NPIP

biosecurity plan needs to include one or multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

for cleaning and disinfecting these pieces of equipment and vehicles that do

cross your Perimeter buffer Area. This SOP needs to include written

instructions of what needs to occur, proof of signage you have on your farm

that it is a biosecure area, and indications of training

records for any training that has taken place for the procedures of cleaning and

disinfecting. In addition to these Standard Operating Procedures, you also

need to indicate on your aerial farm map, that we worked on in Principles 3

and 4, you also need to indicate on this map where the vehicle access points

are on your farm site as well as what the traffic flow patterns are in your SOP.

You also need to explain how these access points and traffic flows are

adhered to on your farm and how they are enforced whether it's sign

or through training methods. NPIP biosecurity Principle #7 -

Equipment and Vehicles. Have Standard Operating Procedures in place for

cleaning and disinfecting equipment and vehicles and also indicate on a farm map

your vehicle access points and your vehicle traffic flow patterns.

NFL Collapse: Monday's Game Was One of Lowest-Rated in History.

It's getting a bit superfluous to state that the NFL has a ratings problem.

It's a bit like saying that Greece has a budgetary shortfall or that Lindsey Lohan

has career issues: The trope is so old and the issue so formidable that such simple language

seems unsuitable for the gravity of the issue.

If you don't believe it, believe the "Monday Night Football" ratings this week.

According to NBC Sports, the matchup between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers drew

a 7.6 rating on ESPN.

Not only is that lower than last year's Week Nine game between the Seattle Seahawks

and Buffalo Bills, it was also the lowest-rated Week Nine "Monday Night Football" game

since 2007 and one of the lowest-rated in history.

There's even more trouble if you look closer at those two games.

The 2007 game in question — which involved the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens

— was essentially over at halftime, with Pittsburgh taking a 35-7 lead into the locker

room on the way to a 38-7 victory.

While the Lions haven't lived up to expectations and the Packers are without star QB Aaron

Rodgers, who's lost for the season, both teams are still within striking distance in

the NFC North, particularly if the division-leading Minnesota Vikings continue to have their usual

quarterback-related problems.

(The Vikings are currently starting Case Keenum at the position.

For the uninitiated, the only more unreliable thing in the stadium on any given Sunday that

Mr. Keenum is playing would be if there were a Yugo in the parking lot.)

And while the Lions-Packers game wasn't exactly the most thrilling thing you would

ever see, it was at least closer than the aforementioned contest between the Steelers

and Ravens, with the Lions winning 30-17.

Now, we don't want to subscribe to the fallacy of the single cause here.

The NFL has a lot of problems, especially when it comes to ESPN's "Monday Night

Football."

There's cord-cutting, traumatic brain injury, ESPN's political drift to the left and the

growth (and renewal) of other sports like basketball, soccer and baseball.

However, let's face facts: At least part of the ratings freefall the league is experiencing

has to do with the anthem protests and the league's response to them.

The freefall certainly began accelerating rapidly the moment that Colin Kaepernick started

the whole kneeling trend, and the politicization of sports this year has just made things worse

for the league.

It's worth noting that Lions owner Martha Ford has asked players not to kneel, although

the venerable Packers have been one of the more active teams in terms of demonstrations.

It's gotten bad enough that one man rented a plan to fly over Lambeau Field with a banner

that read "Real men and NFL owners should stand for our country."

Week 10 might be a little better for the NFL and ESPN, at least as far as "Monday Night

Football" is concerned.

The 6-3 Carolina Panthers are involved, at least, although the unexciting Miami Dolphins

and Smokin' Jay Cutler are their opponents.

However, for fans who are boycotting the league over its perceived disrespect for the anthem,

it could be the 1984 49ers facing off against the 2001 Patriots and they still wouldn't

watch.

And that's the real problem.

You can only win by spamming.

You're going to be hearing this a lot in brawlhalla, especially at the lower ranks below platinum.

Weird enough, it'll happen when you beat your opponent more than when you lose to them.

But what does it really mean?

Did you do something really dishonorable?

Did you break some taboo?

Are you a plague on the community now that you have been labeled a spammer?

Absolutely not.

I see people asking a lot, someone called me a spammer, oh no, I don't wanna be a spammer,

how do I stop being a spammer?

Listen, you gotta chill ok?

You didn't break any laws, you're not a plague, and you didn't dishonor your family.

When someone calls you a spammer, the right way to respond is, thank you.

What it means is that you skillfully found the opponent's weakness and abused the ever

living juice out of it.

You squeezed them dry as hard as possible and made tears go down their eyes as they

find the only words they could utter after being destroyed by you, spammer.

Just think about it, do people who beat you ever call you spammer?

Why would they even do that, if they won then they knew how to beat you especially if you

were spamming a move that didn't make you win.

The only time you get called a spammer is when people keep running into the same moves

that you are doing and they get really pissed that they're so bad but don't want to admit

it.

So their first instinct is not not blame themselve, but put the blame on you.

So then they go into ego protection mode and they turn getting hit too much by a certain

move into the enemy is a spammer with no skill and the lost didn't count cause bespammers

are bad and can only win because of cheap moves duh.

No, that's just wrong on so many levels.

Listen, if I can destroy someone in a 1 v 1 just by doing one move because they keep

running into it.

I will do that, easy elo.

It doesn't make me bad at the game, it doesn't make me a cheap dirty player.

It just makes them dumb enough to keep getting hit by the same move over and over again.

So don't fall for the spammer trap.

Don't be scared of people calling you a spammer, Don't avoid doing what you think is the best

against your opponent just so you can dodge the, "you're a spammer" comment.

You want to be called a spammer.

That's how you know you're doing good.

Not that using the same move over and over is that good.

In high elo, people will adapt to all your habits, you do side air three times in a row,

you're gonna get punished.

You keep ground pounding at the same time when you try to edge guard?

You're getting reversed edge guarded.

It's just that you mostly get called spammer in lower elo when you're doing good against

the enemy, and chances are, most of the time, you're not spamming at all.

Think about it, when you got called spammer, did you really do the same move more than

3 times in a row?

If not, you didn't spam, the enemy just kept getting hit by that move and it stood out

to them, that's it.

A lot of people especially in lower elo will also argue that it's only spamming if you

use signatures like more than 3 times in one stock.

There's this common agreement among players who has frail egos that signatures are unskillful

and only noobs do it.

No no no.

Signatures are a vital part of brawlhalla, there's a button that's mostly dedicated to

it out of 4 non movement buttons.

It is the only thing that makes a legend unique.

So you bet using signatures is intended and not unskillful, it's the opposite.

You have to really know your character to be able to use their signatures effectively

because they're way easier to punish than light attacks.

So if someone calls you a sig spammer, then again, say thank you because you probably

just used your signatures skillfully to destroy your opponent.

Good job.

Give yourself a pat on the back everytime you're called a sig spammer.

But you know, obviously don't blame me if you lose because you keep using sigs for no

reason, I take no responsibility for that.

So whenever you beat someone and they call you a spammer, wear that label with pride,

you have done nothing wrong.

Don't let the people with frail egos bring you down.

Rise above and keep playing and having fun.

Let those salty people drown in their salt as they call anyone who beats them for the

thousandth time a spammer so they can feel better about themselves.

So this week is the one year

anniversary of the presidential election.

And it made me reflect on where I was a year ago, on Election night.

When it was finally official and Trump had won,

I felt something I'd never felt before,

which was this overwhelming... survival-based fear.

I had the sudden urge to buy a gun

and stockpile water and weapons and canned goods.

In an instant, I basically became a liberal doomsday prepper.

I really did.

Like I suddenly needed a vest

with like a thousand pockets.

And for the first time, I felt an actual kinship to the far-right

militia person who thought Obama would end the world.

I might as well build a bunker and sleep in there but, you know,

I need so many creams and... It's a whole process.

it wouldn't work.

But I realized it's that feeling or fear that makes us the same.

We are, all of us, both paralyzed and motivated by fear.

There's a famous Maya Angelou quote and it goes:

"Show me the Carfax."

That is not right...

That's not right.

It was, oh! It was... No.

"People will forget what you said,

people will forget what you did, but people will

never forget how you made them feel."

I do think she did the Carfax one as well.

But the point is that tapping into people's feelings is more

powerful than anything else. Facts really don't change people,

feelings change people.

When we hear facts that counter our beliefs,

we tend to just dig in deeper, you know?

and then the facts don't really matter do they?

If you told a climate change denier that humans contribute

to global warming, they would say that's a lie, it's a hoax.

Just like if someone tells me Obama was born in Kenya,

I'd be like, "That's simply not true."

Now granted, one of those "facts" comes from 97% of the

world's top scientists, and the other was written on, like, the

bathroom wall at the Golden Corral. But,

Still, it's hard for us to change what we believe,

unless something hits us right here. You know?

In our left tit.

It's a tongue twister you know.

Sorry. I just spiraled off into my own world for a moment.

The most successful politicians are the ones who tap into feelings.

One example is Barrack Obama, who tapped into our hopes.

And another is Donald Trump,

who tapped into something possibly even

more powerful -- our fears.

It's powerful because we all fear so much -- real things, and things

that are just, not yet known to us. We fear the unkown, and that's

why Trump's campaign was so effective.

He took our fears and our rage and he gave us a place to put it all,

and that place was each other.

And when we're divided, we're easily controlled.

So the challenge - for all of us - is to resist divisiveness and try

to see ourselves in each other as best as we can.

As the saying goes,

"Be the change you wish to see in the Carfax."

Should I Take Antibiotics - Misuse of Antibiotics - Duration: 5:31.

Should you be taking antibiotics? Should I be taking antibiotics? What about your

kids should they be taking antibiotics? And that's a topic of the video. This is

Dr. Jason West where medicine stops and I take over great information, check it

out.

I get asked all the time, "Should I be taking antibiotics?" And the answer is

maybe because let's talk about this for a second, everybody wants to know why

they got sick or an infection and the answer is because your body came into

contact with something bad, however, the only way we can make it so that your

body doesn't come in contact with something is to put you into a plastic

bubble and let not let you have any contact with the outside world.

You see, we're always coming in contact with bacteria, with virus, with fungus,

with creepy crawlers, and to everything and if your immune system is healthy, you are

healthy. Now if you break down the word antibiotic therapy, anti means against,

bio means life or life killing so really it's a life killing therapy. Now in acute

situations and things like meningitis and pneumonia and in different types of

infections, I believe that antibiotics are

absolutely life-saving. For chronic conditions, for the chronic use of

antibiotics, I don't think that that's the way right way and here's why I think

that. I think that what we need to do is focus on your immune system being

healthy and if your immune system is healthy, when you come into contact with

bad guys, that you can actually not get sick. Now, in those instances when you do

get sick, if you're not mismanaging or not if using antibiotics, they have a

better tendency to work but let's circle around and talk a little bit more about

antibiotics. Now one of the leading causes of antibiotic resistant bacteria

is the mismanagement or abuse of antibiotics because life finds a way.

If you put bacteria into an environment with continual antibiotic usage,

eventually, those are going to mutate and the antibiotics are not going to work

against the infection or the bacteria. To combat

antibiotic resistance that's occurring, the CDC, Center

for Disease Control says that we should make sure that we're using antibiotics

appropriately and there's some guidelines for that and while I do agree

with that, I again also think that the immune system is the most important

possession that you have and if your immune system is working well, it's going

to be vital for life. One of the frequent problems that we see with antibiotic

uses is the inappropriate prescribing for viruses for colds and flus that are

actually caused by a virus or other type of microorganism and isn't responding or

the antibiotic isn't appropriate for that then what happens as the bacteria

there in your system, they actually become used to that or resistant to that

and then when you do have a bacterial infection, the antibiotics are not as

successful as they could be. Taking antibiotics for viral infections, for

many types of your aches or for viral infections like canker sores and cold

sores, there's not effective and actually creates further problems and so when

you're prescribed an antibiotic, it's really important that you take it the

way the doctor recommends and that you finish off the course that you don't

stop short and then the other thing is, it's really important to not save the

antibiotics because in future infections the antibiotics, they will degrade over

time, they don't work as well and you should never ever share your antibiotic

prescription with someone else. So what are you going to do if you have an

infection? Well the first thing is the basics, rest, lots of fluids, chicken

noodle soup, sleep in a good sleep sanctuary and then I prefer to use

things that help to upregulate your immune system.

My favorite vitamins, vitamin C so if you're taking liposomal vitamin C,

it needs to be somewhere between 2,000 and 5,000 milligrams, sodium

ascorbate, ascorbic acid that you need to work up basically from a 1,000 milligrams

and Linus Pauling who was really the only Nobel Laureate and two

different disciplines would take up to 30,000 milligrams a day. Now you can't

take that much initially, it'll give you bowel problems and your body's not used

to it but you need to be way more than the 500 milligrams recommended and in

that 2,000 or 3,000 range for healthy immune system function.

Now if you're diagnosed with the flu, antibiotics are not the appropriate

therapy, it's not the way that you should do because all it does is, it's putting

anti-life therapy into your body with a microorganism that isn't going to

respond to it, I think it's really detrimental. For conditions where you're

being prescribed antibiotics again and again and again and again, you need to

have a discussion with your doctor about other options available and if there

isn't options for that doctor, you need to find a doctor that helps recognize or

helps you to treat your immune system because if your immune system is healthy

then you really don't need antibiotics except for those certain instances where

we have an acute infection, the body can't keep up with and then antibiotics

are going to be life-saving.

updated Automega and this is initializing the temple at the minute

now the levels are the same I think you know there's not much different to them

that's the same platforms the areas are the same but the skin is completely

different and it does actually add another dimension to the game because it

just feels a little bit better and and I quite like what they've done with it so

far so we're synchronizing players now now the last video that we did the best

finish we got was fourth I think we did fifth in the first game

and fourth in the second game so hopefully we're gonna do a better and a

better play in this one but we'll see how we get them now what I want to do

early on is get into these tunnels I've got this new tactic so I wanna get into

these tunnels nice and early and start building up nice and quick now there's a

guy on here called Wang who was actually on the other day when we were playing

and he's still online now and he's like super good so we need to try and beat

him if we can he's definitely the guy to beat here we go here we go here we go

here we go so I'm trying to just like work the edge of the map it's an

This time we will go back to the year 2015

and will take you to a place that turned out to be very unique even for Poland

and one of the very few places in such good condition

which is full still today full of mystery

uncovering them took us a long time and many explorations

this is a huge factory complex spreading over many hectors of land

once employing thousands of workers

Because this is a very unique location and some parts of it remain active to this day

the factory's location as well as what it used to produce, will remain a secret

in this episode we will take you into the abandoned fallout shelter

and a storage area for civil defence supplies

and with this footage we start a new series of episodes from this area

We are entering the fallout shelter marked S-150

Civil defence storage

I am in a room with some kind of air filtration equipment

Back And Triceps Workout Program | Muscle & Strength - Duration: 5:16.

Hello everyone!

I'm Mario Gabud and in this video I'm going to demonstrate my workout program for back and triceps.

It consists of 4 rounds of 4 supersets. I've been doing this type of workout for the past 2-3 months

and my strength and muscle mass improved significantly. Stay tuned for more…

The first round consists of two exercises: the deadlift exercise and the medicine ball diamond push-ups.

We will be doing classic deadlift.

You may start doing this exercise only after you have already learned the proper technique

or else you might injure yourself.

Use over/under hand grip when doing deadlifts.

Since the weight distribution is slightly asymmetrical with this type of grip,

switch grip position of your hands for every new set.

Load enough weight for you to do only about 10 reps before reaching failure.

Immediately after you have finished the set of deadlift exercise,

with no or as little rest as possible move on to the next exercise – medicine ball diamond push-ups.

Keep your feet narrow in order to activate the muscles in your core – i.e. stabilizes.

Execute this exercise in this way:

lower yourself slowly over the period of 2-3 seconds and then raise yourself as fast as possible.

Do 12 reps with or without added weight.

After you complete this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

The second round consists of: t-bar row and dumbbell overhead triceps extension.

When doing t-bar rows, make sure not to use more weight than you can handle,

that way you will prevent improper technique and will be able to hit the muscles that you are supposed to hit.

Again, due to asymmetrical distribution of weight, switch hand grips for every new set of this exercise.

Immediately after you have finished with this set,

with no or as little rest as possible move on to the next exercise – dumbbell overhead triceps extension.

When doing this exercise make sure your triceps feel activated all the time. Also, keep your elbows narrow.

After you finish with this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

The third round consists of: weighted dips and resistance bands back row.

You can choose between doing dips the way I do them in this video or doing them the more classic way,

with legs and upper body in the same line. Keep your elbows narrow so you would better activate your triceps.

Immediately after you have finished the set of dips, with no or as little rest as possible

move on to the next exercise – resistance bands back row from standing position.

When doing rows make sure to place one foot in front to gain stability.

After you extend the bands as far as you can,

stay in this position for a second or two and then slowly release this position.

After you finish this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

The fourth and last round consists of: lying triceps extension and pull-ups.

When doing triceps extension, again, make sure to use the right amount of weight

in order to hit the muscles you are supposed to hit.

If your elbows keep going to the side it means you are using more weight than you can handle

and you should switch to lighter weights.

Immediately after you have finished with this set, with no or as little rest as possible move on to the next exercise

– pull-ups.

Position your grip slightly wider than your shoulder width. Use closed overhand grip.

Execute pull-ups in this way: raise yourself as quickly as possible

and then slowly lower yourself to the initial position.

After you finish with this set, rest for 90 seconds and then repeat the superset 3 more times.

When you are done with all 4 supersets, you have completed this workout session.

There you go. This is one of my workout programs for increasing strength and muscle mass.

Personally, I will be doing this type of workout for the next 2-3 months since all my tournaments have passed.

I will be increasing my muscle mass this way and, of course,

will stop doing this when it's time to cut weight for competition. I hope you liked this.

This program is designed to work on your back and triceps. We will soon upload more programs like this:

one for chest and biceps, another one for shoulders and traps and one more for legs and core muscles.

By doing this I will be giving you my complete strength workout program for the moment.

Sean Spicer Wants To Know Why People Are Making Fun of Sarah Huckabee Sanders - Duration: 3:37.

Sean Spicer has remained relatively quiet since leaving the White House earlier this

summer and being replaced with Sarah Huckabee Sanders, but this week he decided to kind

of break his self-imposed exile to appear on Fox & Friends to defend Sarah Huckabee

Sanders from the recent attack that she got from the LA Times.

Specifically, an LA Times op-ed writer wrote that she looked like a chunky soccer mom.

Sean Spicer, not one to let that kind of comment fly, decided to go on Fox & Friends where

he was angry about the fact that this is not front-page headline news all over the country,

why nobody is talking about it, and why this issue has just been buried by the mainstream

media.

Well, first and foremost, yes the attack that this writer gave to Sarah Huckabee Sanders,

insulting her appearance, was very juvenile, very childish, completely unnecessary, and

very, just in general, mean.

There was no need to go after Sarah Huckabee Sanders' appearance because there are so many

other things that she gives us on a near-daily basis that you could attack her for, like

the constant lying.

That's where you go after her.

You don't attack her appearance, but something Sean Spicer needs to understand is that the

guy who wrote that op-ed has already issued a retraction and an apology for that.

Members of both the Left and the Right have come out to defend Sarah Huckabee Sanders,

including some on Fox News, so why isn't it headline news?

Maybe because the issue's basically been resolved and it was the one guy at the LA Times who

most people in the world have never even heard of wrote one sentence that he shouldn't have

written, and everybody's moved on.

Most importantly, Sarah Huckabee Sanders has moved on to continuously lie about the actions

of the Trump Administration, so yeah, I'm sure when you go Google Sarah Huckabee Sanders

the attack on her appearance isn't going to show up first, because she's said probably

50 to 100 incorrect things since that column came out.

I get it.

I understand that Sean Spicer's not happy about them talking about her appearance or

her weight, because again, that is a below-the-belt attack.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders has never come out and claimed to be in great shape or whatever

like Donald Trump has.

She has never opened herself up to that kind of criticism, and therefore it is off limits,

should be off limits either way.

But Sean Spicer right now is trying to distract us from the real issue with Huckabee Sanders,

and that is the fact that she is telling more lies on a daily basis than Sean Spicer could've

ever dreamed of.

Do not fall for this Sean Spicer distraction here.

Focus on what Sarah Huckabee Sanders actually says, not what she's wearing, not what she

looks like, but what she is doing as a person to cover up some of the most egregious actions

of this Trump Administration.

Sean Spicer wants you to focus on one thing one guy said one time that few people even

paid attention to.

Focus on the lies instead.

How to Get Speaking Gigs That Get You Clients - Duration: 8:41.

Yep, today I'm speaking about speaking- again. And that's because I don't care

what business you're in, from saddles to tools to high-end

services, it's the fastest way to build credibility, attract clients, and more

importantly to make money quickly. And today I'm helping you to get those gigs.

Hello there I'm Nafissa Shireen and welcome to

all around your personal freedom and each week we also bring you extra

resources that you can use in your business right away so you can get

results faster. today I'm giving you access to an in-depth training video

that I did where I share with you my six step system to get and keep yourself

fully booked with quality speaking gigs. If you're ready to get booked and get on

stages, then give me a quick like and make sure to grab a pen, grab a notebook, and

take a lot of notes, because we have a lot of content today and you're gonna

want to watch the video to the end. There's so much training and resources

out there on why you need to speak, how to write your talk, how to craft your

talk, how to perfect the offer, how to follow up, you get the picture, right? But

beyond a few tips and maybe some downloadable directories of where to

find gigs or venues, there's really not much training out there on how to

actually get the gigs and believe me if it existed, I'd have found it. Because

when I first started my business, it took me over a year to get booked and I just

kept getting one no after another and I was experienced at speaking. It was

heartbreaking and I was desperate. I was just looking for some kind of training

to help me and I couldn't find one. And if you've been struggling to get gigs or

you've been turned down or maybe you're actually holding back out of fear that

you're not going to get booked or your fear of rejection, you're not alone.

I'm telling you, simply downloading a list of venues or reaching out casually

to places you don't know or putting some feelers out there is just a recipe for

frustration and disappointment. I know because I experienced it. The first and

most crucial step in getting speaking gigs is to really shift your mindset

about this and to view it as a key part of your marketing system and you also

want to consider that getting the gigs is a system unto itself. I kind of geek

out over systems because they're predictable and when it works you can

repeat it, duplicate it, and get the same results. And if you're willing to do the

research, the preparation, and get organized, you're

gonna find that the time you invest upfront will save you months and months

of frustration and heartbreak. And here's something else that's really important,

before you ever reach out you want to be so prepared so the event host is

excited to hear from you. Remember they get bombarded with lots of

requests for people that want to be on their stage and you want to make sure

you get noticed and that they're gonna feel like you're a really good choice. I

once shared a car ride with an event host who told me that she gets so many people

asking to speak at her networking event and she really wanted to help them and

do something for them but she just couldn't put them on her stage. You know

why? Because they weren't Speakers. You see, event hosts,

they're really nice people. However as nice as they are and as much as they

truly do want you to succeed, they don't want you to make their stage your

testing ground. And you have to understand that when it comes to their

stage three things matter: 1) will this speaker fill the room 2) will he or she

hold the room and 3) will this person be drama-free and abide by our

guidelines. That's why the most important thing you can do before you ever reach

out is to really do an online search of yourself clean up your online presence.

And I really talk in more detail about this in our detailed training that you

can access below this video. And the next thing you want to make sure is that when

the event host looks you up, and yes they're all going to do that, that all of

your branding reflects that you are a speaker. Now you don't want to be too

detracting from your main brand or your main business. What you want to do is

simply enhance it by adding speaker to it. I'm going to give you a few ways you

can do that. The first thing you want to do is optimize your LinkedIn presence to

show that you're a speaker. And if you want to see what that looks like I will

put a link to my LinkedIn page below so you can see what I've done - you want to

put pictures of you speaking on all of your social media platforms so that

you're putting a message out there that you are a speaker.

The other thing you can do too is to simply add the word speaker to all your bios

and business cards and have testimonials ready to go. And finally have a speaker

kit ready. This way when you do reach out you'll

already stand out from the masses. You'll show that you're professional and the

event hosts won't even question whether you're a speaker and I tell you

in our detailed training below how you can actually get ahold of all my

templates on how I did this so that you can use it in your business. And even if

you've never spoken before I tell you what you need to do so that it's not an

issue. You know I really think this piece about being ultra prepared is probably

the most important piece of the puzzle when it comes to getting booked and I

encourage you to really really devote some quality time to it. It's once you're

prepared is when you want to do the, to start reaching out. And you want to start

researching places when you've prepared yourself so that's when you want might

download listings or go find places where your ideal client hangs out, attend

venues and make relationships, and then when you know where your ideal client is

hanging out and you're prepared, that's when you reach out. And here's probably

the next most important tip that I can give you: don't be wishy-washy. Don't make

it all about you. You want to make sure that the event host just

feels like you know what you're doing and you want to ask them how you can

serve them. Don't ask to speak, offer them what you think is the right talk for

their audience. Don't make them decide. And that's

another important thing, you know you don't want to be coming across that you

need a favor from them. That's the last thing they need. They're busy

and they want to get their events full so study their venue, see what they need,

and offer your talk with a clear title, let them know why you think it's good

for their audience, and this is going to show them that you've done the research,

that you've done the homework, and that you're there for them. And believe me you

will really really stand out and get noticed and again I go into this in

detail in our training below and I even tell you how you can get your hands on

my word-for-word scripts that I use when I reach out and they get me booked. So

you're gonna want to watch that and learn how to get them. And here's

something to remember, every talk you give isn't just to attract ideal clients.

I mean, that's your primary focus. It's also an advertisement to help you

get more gigs so you can attract more clients. So on the day of your talk keep

that in mind. Show up early, be helpful, stick to the

rules, and please don't use the f-bomb. I don't care if it's your brand.

I mean look, I've got a potty mouth, but I always respect someone else's stage

and even if you think it's okay or safe, just don't do it. Like at worst is

disrespectful, at best-- I mean at best is disrespectful, I would say at worst it

can kill your speaking career. And you know, finally, when your talk is over, make

sure you get someone to take pictures of you so that you can put them up all over

social media and shamelessly self-promote yourself as a speaker. That way

people will see you out there speaking and you'll get noticed by other other

event hosts and you will become sought-after.

Why Empaths Act Strange around Inauthentic People

BEING AROUND INAUTHENTIC PEOPLE IS CLOSE TO EXCRUCIATING, IF YOU'RE AN EMPATH.

By definition, empaths are emotionally sensitive people who absorb the emotions and feelings of others-

even the ones other people don't know they're emitting.

Sounds like an exhausting job, right?

Well, imagine being able to soak up all of those feelings, and being around a fake person.

It's perplexing, frustrating, and yes, excruciating, for an empath to be around an inauthentic person.

Have you ever spent time with someone who seemed quite pleasant and kind on the surface,

but when you were physically near them you felt…gross?

You could barely form a sentence; you immediately went from 'okay' to 'blah'.

In a manner of speaking, this is because your empathetic antenna is picking up on something that just isn't right.

You know that what you are seeing and what is really going on doesn't match-

and that usually means someone is hiding something.

Highly sensitive people need honest, deep, meaningful relationships with others.

If you're not genuine, they're not up for the relationship.

HERE'S WHY EMPATHS ACT STRANGE AROUND INAUTHENTIC PEOPLE:

Empaths are gifted at reading body language and energy.

They do not put up with lies or deception.

And yes, even empaths have to fake things in order to cope with the world and everything in it.

We've all done it.

So, if an empath catches on to this trait about you, it might just mean that he or she sees that characteristic in

themselves, as well.

IF YOU'RE AN EMPATH, YOU WILL RECOGNIZE THESE SITUATIONS THAT CAUSE YOU TO FEEL DRAINED:

Someone acting like a pushover, so others will automatically accept them.

Someone who smiles and acts friendly, but is really seething with anger and hatred.

Someone who feels vulnerable and insecure, yet tries to act tough.

Someone who forces themselves to act a certain way, which goes against their personality.

Someone who constantly says nice things (without meaning them) to gain acceptance.

Someone who lies or exaggerates stories so others will like them.

AFTER EXPERIENCING THAT, EMPATHS REACT LIKE THIS:

You avoid them.

It's not that they did something wrong, you just don't get good vibes from them.

Forming logical sentences, and speaking clearly is exceedingly difficult.

You get a sense of impending dread and feel uncomfortable around them.

This only dissipates when you leave.

Feeling physically ill after spending long periods of time near them.

Feeling a sense of helplessness and becoming drained easily.

EMPATHS DON'T THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE- BUT SOME PEOPLE ARE NEAR-IMPOSSIBLE TO TOLERATE.

Having a heightened sensitivity to the world makes them physically and emotionally sick.

That's just how it is.

For most people, their biggest cause of unhappiness is due to not knowing themselves.

When we hide a side of ourselves from the world without knowing why, it causes us pain.

Be your true and authentic self- it's emotionally freeing!

Quakers as "Publishers of Truth" - Duration: 4:40.

Early Friends called themselves many things.

One of the labels that they gave to themselves was "Publishers of Truth".

They meant that in the most basic form of making truth public.

It could mean being what was called in the 17th century a "public Friends," one who

was led to preach, to public ministry, to declare the word of the lord anywhere they

could find an audience.

I'm am Tom Hamm.

I am a resident of Richmond, Indiana, a member of West Richmond Friends Meeting in the New

Association of Friends and I am professor of history and director of special collections

at Earlham College.

The Quaker movement arose in the 1640s and the 1650s when controls on the press in England

had been abolished so it was fairly easy to get into print.

Many different religious groups, many religious leaders and would-be leaders took advantage

of that situation to publish the truth as they perceived it, and so you had hundreds,

thousands of pamphlets appearing every year.

Friends knew that they were competing with other religious groups for attention and in

order to compete effectively in that religious marketplace, they knew they had to get into

print.

And so they did, turning our dozens of pamphlets and books every year beginning in 1653.

We are fortunate that one of the rules that early Friends set for themselves was that

they would collect two copies of every Quaker publication that was issued and one copy of

every anti-Quaker publication that was issued and bring them together in London.

That of course was the basis for the world's largest collection of Quaker literature that

you would find at the Friends Library in London now.

Those two forms of publishing truth—through the vocal word and through the printed or

written word—have continued to be true of Friends right down to the present day.

What we've seen of course in the last twenty years or so is a revolution in how publication

takes place.

I think that the line between the vocal word and the written word is becoming increasingly

mushy almost every day.

But certainly I think that with the advent of the internet and the World Wide Web we've

seen the greatest revolution in the Quaker publication of truth in 350 years.

Certainly there are traditionalist technophobes like myself who are always going to prefer

to have things on paper but we have to accept that if Friends are to remain a presence publishing

truth in the world, that's going to have to be done digitally as well.
