Youtube daily report w Nov 8 2017

The Z370 GODLIKE GAMING is not only for hardcore gamers and PC enthusiasts, but also caters

to the most extreme overclockers as well.

So underneath the heavy plated heatsinks you find right here, is an 18-phase DrMOS PWM design,

ready to deliver world-record breaking performance for the new 6-core Coffee Lake CPUs.

But next to overclocking, this is obviously a gaming motherboard.

Which means it also comes with plenty of unique gaming features to enhance your gaming experience.

So Xtreme Audio DAC comes with 2x ALC1220 HD Audio Processors, to deliver amplified

Hi-Fi audio to both the front & rear connectors.

On top of that, Xtreme Audio DAC also comes with 2x ESS Audio components (DAC & Amplifier),

to deliver a never heard before sound experience from an onboard audio solution.

So the complete audio design has been fully isolated from the rest of the components on

the motherboard, to deliver pure signals and prevent electrical interference.

Another exclusive feature for GODLIKE is the inclusion of 3x Killer LAN E2500 LAN ports,

and Killer WIFI AC 1535.

With the Killer solution you can control your bandwidth and prioritize your game traffic

over other applications on your network, making sure you have the best possible gaming experience.

You can even combine the Killer LAN solution and WIFI together to get even faster speeds.

Or, you can simply select the Killer LAN port to handle only the gaming traffic, and the

WIFI solution to handle other network applications.

But hey, there's even more!

With GODLIKE GAMING, this is the first motherboard you can extend the gaming experience by turning

your gaming rig into a gaming switch.

So this means, using Killer xTend technology you can further enhance the Killer experience

over your network and share it with other PCs, notebooks or consoles.

Taking a closer look at the heatsinks you'll notice they are heavy plated with multiple

layers, but also features Mystic Light RGB LED.

Besides Mystic Light RGB in the heatsinks, it's also covered around the board and several

other areas to further sync and change the colorscheme to what you want.

But you can also extend the RGB experience, so included with GODLIKE is the RGB rainbow strip,

which you can simply connect to the onboard pinheader and further enhance the RGB experience.

Being GODLIKE you'll notice it has the most slots and connectors you'll find on any Z370 motherboard.

Such as 3x M.2 slots, covered by M.2 Shield v2.

And M.2 Shield v2 is the next generation to prevent throttling from SSDs.

So besides the 3x onboard M.2 slots, GODLIKE also comes with M.2 Xpander-Z to take up to

5x M.2 slots at the same time.

So besides plenty of M.2 slots, GODLIKE also features a whopping 13x USB 3.1 ports, and

is also extended by an included USB Hub.

So if you're looking for the most extreme Z370 gaming motherboard,

give the Z370 GODLIKE GAMING a look.

My name is Martijn, Happy Gaming and I'll see you next time!

October Reads // This Savage Song, Like Water, Spellbook of the Lost and Found, etc! [CC] - Duration: 8:49.

hello, it is currently October 31st, happy Halloween.

this video won't go out on Halloween, who am I kidding? I have a Christmas candle

burning above me on my bookshelf, so pretty on brand. let's talk about the

books I read in October. I read five books. it felt like my worst reading

month of the year just because only one and a half of the books I read this

month were actual physical books, the rest were all audiobooks, which was weird, so I

feel like it barely sat down and read at all in October. the first book I read

was An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson. An Enchantment of Ravens is a

story of fair folk and I was told it was a story fair folk for people who didn't

like a court of thorns and roses by Sarah J Maas and I did not like that, so

I was quite excited about this story, but I'm also beginning to realise that I

might just not like stories about fair folk. in this story, humans are the only

ones capable of producing craft. So things like writing, painting, art, music, anything

like that is considered craft and thus only humans can participate it. if fair

folk do, they like burst into flames or something and additionally there are

rules surrounding what craft can depict of fair folk. so essentially fairies go to

humans for their craft. Isobel, our main character, is the most

renowned portrait artist in all of her small village, or maybe of all of the

world, I don't know, called Whimsy and so a lot

of fair folk go to her to have their portraits done. the autumn Prince who

hasn't been seen in Whimsy in years has his portrait done and she depicts a

vulnerability in his eyes, a sadness in his eyes, and as a result, he has seen as

weak and she has to go on trial for her crime of making him appear weak. I really

like the world-building and the concept of the crafts situation and also the

felt autumnal on every single page. however, aside from kind of the mood of

the story, I found the characters and the plot to be really flat. Isobel seems

pretty generic in terms of being a YA heroine who would do anything for

her family and possesses the skills not a lot of people have. aside from those

two things her ability to paint and her like, love and undying support and do

anything for her family, she didn't have much going for her to me.

I just like didn't get anything else from her character. the romance is pretty

bland almost like the core of them falling for each other was told it was

kind of a tell not show thing and summed up in like a paragraph of time passing.

which I just felt was really... like, how am I supposed to know that these people are

falling in love with each other? we don't see that transition. I don't know this

one just didn't really do it for me personally. I didn't find any characters

I enjoyed but I know a lot of other people liked it so you might like it too.

and it is a very autumnal and I do like the writing. I would like to read more

from her in the future. the next book I read in the month of

October is the Spellbook of the Lost and Found by Moira Fowley Doyle. this is

another just beautiful cover set in a small spooky, rainy, Irish town. this is

the story of things going missing. two best friends go to a party along with

the rest of their year in school and things just start going missing

everywhere. they all wake up the next morning having lost things. the two of

them meet these three misfits who are all mourning their own losses and hiding

really big secrets and they work together to find what's been lost. the

two main characters are on the page bisexual and there's another main

character who's queer, as well, and there's a lot of really good realistic romance and

representation. one of the characters is also partially deaf, which I find really

interesting representation to read about in books because you don't see it that a

lot. this has an incredibly poignant setting where you can see and feel every

raindrop. her writing has such a good job of describing... it's setting a scene. I

also listened to part of the this on audiobook which was a really great

narrator, Irish narrator, really good different voices so I recommend that.

there were a lot of perspectives which I know can be a drawback for many and

sometimes it took me a while to figure out who was who at the beginning of the

story but I really liked that I like multi narratives. so one thing that I

wasn't a huge fan of is the ending. It wasn't quite what I was looking for and

I feel like that's kind of a lot of people's opinions on this book, but I

just really liked it and I found it a very visceral reading experience, so this

is one of my favourite books I read this month. I super enjoyed it. it was a great

spooky witchy Halloween read. the next book I read or listened to was This Savage

Song by Victoria Schwab and you've probably seen this cover before or heard

about it in the past, but I didn't really know much at

all going into it except that it was about monsters.

in brief, the story is about monsters that were formed as a result of our, of human,

violence and human transgressions and those different things form different

types of monsters that now kind of overrun this city. and the story follows

these two main characters, a young girl who has never had a solid family support

system, her father is in charge of this organization that murders monsters,

essentially or uses monsters to defend humans, it's complicated. and it also

follows a boy who grew up with a loving family, but he is actually a monster and

doesn't know if he wants to be a monster and it's kind of this really interesting

discussion of nature versus nurture and who are the real monsters, things like

that. I super liked the idea of this story I was super into it, in fact I

think I gave this like a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I really liked this novel. I just

thought this is a really great balance between a cool urban fantasy where you

want to know what's happening but also a really great metaphor and a lot to

unpack. I really liked it. I have Our Dark Duet on my cue from the library so I'm

excited to listen to that soon. the fourth book I read in the month of October

was Like Water by Rebecca Podos. Like Water follows a girl named Savannah or Vanni

and she has grown up in this small town in New Mexico where everyone pretty much

just stays there. not a lot of people end up leaving the state or the city even

and she wants to leave but then her father is diagnosed with Huntington's

disease and has to stay at home and help her mom take care of her father.

additionally this is an exploration on sexuality and Savannah has always been

into boys and she's slept with a lot of boys she kind of uses sex and like

hooking up with different boys as a way to distract herself from her unhappiness in

her life, then she meets this girl, this other teenage girl, and falls in love

with her. and it just explored the fluidity of sexuality. and also she

works at a theme park as a mermaid, so if you're into that, it's pretty fun. I like

this book a lot. I liked what it was saying and I liked a lot of the writing.

the story itself didn't do much for me. I liked the characters and I liked

writing. I liked that it had great Latinx representation, there was a lot

in this in Spanish, which is cool and it's a really cute queer romance. and the

last book I listened to in the month of October was A Like in the Dark by

Malinda Lo. I have not read anything else by Malinda Lo, this is my first book and

I am still excited to read Ash. this one didn't really do it for me.

this is story of Jess, who is a queer Chinese-American art school student and

she's in love with her best friend. this book is really pitched as a thriller and

the second half of the novel is I suppose kind of like a thriller and it

changes perspectives and it goes into like police interviews after an event

happens and things like that. so the point of view completely changes for the

second half and like goes in and out of different perspectives and it's strange.

I usually like that kind of shifting of narrative, but this just didn't really

flow. there is like a queer love triangle where Jess is in love with her best

friend, but her best friend meets a new girl and Jess doesn't like the new girl,

so there is a love triangle, which I'm not really a huge fan of and I should

have like, going into it I knew there was a love triangle so it can't put that

against it because I could have not read it.

I do think it'd be really great for fans of E Lockhart, especially if you really

like Genuine Fraud, E Lockhart's most recent novel. A really good

unreliable narrator situation. I'm also not the biggest fan of main characters

being in love with their best friends, but the best friend doesn't notice even

though it's really obvious to everyone. it's just not for me. I think in general

it was a mix of things I thought I would like, and things I knew I wouldn't like,

and ultimately the things I didn't like overwhelmed things I thought I would

like cuz the things I thought I would like weren't great. I don't know what was

worse, that description or the sound in the background right now. it wasn't my

favorite. ultimately I feel like I didn't read a lot that I super loved this month

I think it was like a a 2 out of 5. let me know what you read in the comments. thank

you for watching. let me know if you have checked out of these books and if you

feel the same or differently. I'll see you in my next video.

Cardmaking with Dies: Gingerbread Tag Book Pop-up - Duration: 12:36.

Hello it's Karen Burniston here with my monthly designer challenge video.

This month I am making a card for the theme of "gingerbread" and I'm using one of my

brand new die sets. This is die number 1023 the Tag Book Pop-up and

you can check out all of my designs at karenburniston.com. And i'll start first

with my tag book construction. There are 17 individual dies in the Tag

Book set. The first piece I'm going to use is the pop-up mechanism. I'm going to

cut that out of red cardstock and I need two of them. From pink cardstock I'm

going to cut two of the big tags as well as one of the hinges. The tag die is such

a big open die that you will be able to cut through two layers at one time. So

I'm just going to stack up the two pieces of cardstock, add another piece

for my hinge, and roll that all through my die-cutting machine. I'm using a

Sizzix Big Shot but any die-cutting machine that can accommodate a

wafer-thin die will work with these dies. For today's project I decided I wanted

patterned paper on the front and the back of the tag book so I will use the large

tag die again to cut through two layers of patterned paper. The hinge piece scores

in three locations - right up the middle, and then two folds that are a little bit

off of that center fold in both directions. You can roll the piece

between your thumbs and fingers to find those two outer folds. Just roll it in

both directions. It will then find those two outer folds and then you'll have a

hinge that basically has a little thickness to it.

You can use a strong double-sided tape for this or glue. I'm using my Fine Tip

Bottle filled with Lineco neutral pH adhesive. We sell both of those items on

our website. I'm centering the hinge on the tag and I'm only putting the glue up

to the outer fold lines. For the second tag I'll actually place it facedown on

top of the first one, just making sure everything lines up perfectly in the

closed position, and then fold the hinge over and onto the back of that tag.

I could have chosen to attach this hinge to the inside of the cardstock. So it

really doesn't matter whether it goes on the outside or the inside. Since I'm

planning on adding another tag to the front and back of the book then I went

ahead and put the hinge on the outside. And then those patterned paper tags will

cover it. For the pop-up mechanism it's been scored right here in between the

square and the tag and that fold goes all the way across the whole piece. So

you can fold that over and give it a pinch. Then there are two folds next to

the tag and you wouldn't want to fold all the way across the piece. In other

words - not through the tag just the area around the tag - and give those a pinch.

And then tuck the tag back in front again. Next I want to reverse the folds

on the arms. So the fold that's in the center there - I want to pop it so that it

comes forward, pinch it, travel down to where the valley folds are next to the

tag and that's really what's going to bring everything forward. So if I just

pinch that valley fold and let that tag travel forward then I'll be able to

easily collapse down the rest of the piece until it folds flat. This is how it

will collapse flat. And then when the card is opened it will come up like this.

There is a tab next to the square and that can be folded down towards the back.

Now I want to attach that pop-up mechanism inside the tag book and I'll

do that by adding my strong adhesive. I'll use my glue, you could also use a

strong tape, all over that outer panel of the pop-up up to the fold line. And then

it's very easy to line this up because the corners, the rounded corners of the

pop-up, line up perfectly with the rounded corners of the large

tag. So you don't have to do any measuring or any guesswork. Just line it

up with those corners and it's perfectly placed.

Folding the other pop-up mechanism is identical, so just follow the exact same

steps. I'll do it here lightning fast but remember you're in control. You can

always pause this video. You can play it slow motion. You can reverse and play the

same thing over and over and over again until you're proficient at it. So just do

what you need to do to learn this fold but once you've got it - you've got it!

Just like with the first side, the adhesive goes on that flat area of the

pop-up. The corners line up with the tag just perfectly.

The last step will be to connect those tabs between the squares, but before I do

that I can actually do some decorating while I can still fold each side down

flat. So completely up to you. Sometimes I like to not connect them until I've done

a little bit of a decorating. This die will cut the decorator pieces for the arms

and to get enough for both halves of the pop-up then you need to cut it twice.

You can cut through two layers at once however. Rather than add the adhesive to

the back of the decorator pieces, it's a good idea to add the adhesive to the

pop-up arms and then press the decorator pieces to them. That way you can avoid

the little cutouts on those long arms. Since I want to use all four pages for

cookie sheets, I had to figure out where I wanted to put a greeting. And I decided

that I could use Word Set 3 to add "Happy Holidays" in that gingerbread brown

and then highlighted with my white gel pen, to the top and the bottom arms.

One of the decorator dies included with the Tag Book set is this one that will cut

two beaded lines. But you also have the option to use the little piece that

comes out between the lines. You just need to use scissors to isolate it.

And that also makes a great border.

Also included in the Tag Book set is a die to cut a large hole protector to fit

the big tags.

Now I'll work on those cookie sheets. I'll use the beaded square and rectangle

for this. Step one - I need a base for my cookie sheets. So I've got an embossing

sandwich set up in my die cutting machine so that instead of cutting these

two dies onto this black cardstock it will just emboss them.

By embossing instead of cutting, the beaded frame is not going to come out as

a separate piece. It will still just be a single piece, but I can see exactly how

big those two pieces together are. Then I'll just use my scissors to cut just

kind of inside the line on the outside to make those bases.

I've added strips of double-sided tape to the back of some shiny silver mirror

board and I will use that to die-cut my cookie sheets using those same two dies.

Now this time since I'm die-cutting it is going to cut into two pieces on each

one. The frame will separate from the inner part, but by having that tape on

the back of the mirror board, what I find is that if I'm careful I can remove the

strips of tape and keep the two pieces together while I add them to one of my

little black bases. Then I'll cut those shapes again, and

this time use just the outer frame to add the lip around the outside of the

cookie sheet. I'll repeat that process to make two squares and two rectangles.

I would like my cookie sheets to look like they didn't just come from the

store but that I've actually been cooking on them for years, and to do that

I'll add some black distress paint in a sponge dauber all over the cookie sheet

and then I'll immediately wipe away all the black paint using a paper towel.

And depending on how much I remove will kind of change how much aging and distressing

that you give to the the sheet. I still wanted it to look like a cookie sheet, so

I took most of the paint off. I will make cookies using the Winter

Charms die set. The small little gingerbread man has a great stencil

feature on it. After die-cutting from my brown cardstock I just used my white gel

pen, and we do sell those on our website, through that stencil feature to put all

the detail onto the gingerbread man. Then since I have double-sided adhesive tape

on the back of the cardstock it's easy to just stack those up two

high to give it the thickness of a cookie. Now since I am making this into a

cookie and not a charm, I don't need the little hang hole at the top and I can

cut that off using my scissors. And then to give them that "just out of the oven"

look, I'll add a little brown ink around the edges.

The small tree charm from that same set also makes great cookies.

To make a little bit larger cookie sheet for the front of the card, I'll use the

silver mirror board again, this time with the tag decorator die, which I will cut

off into just a rounded corner rectangle. And then I'll use that beaded strip die,

the one that cuts the two strips, and cut enough of those and trim them to go

around that rectangle. The Tag Book die also includes a die to

cut two small hearts and I can use that to make heart-shaped cookies. Each one of

the cookie sheets is going to go on a decorative tag or square before it goes

onto the tag book pop-up, so I'll get those all assembled.

When I add those tags to the tag book pop-up I can just line up the holes and

that will give me the perfect placement with a little shadow of red all the way

around. Just center the little squares on there. I can do this one half and then

the other, since I haven't attached my tag book together yet. I can still lay it

flat to be able to give things a good press.

Finishing up the pop-up assembly is just a matter of adding a strong glue or tape

to the two inside tabs, and then they'll just sit next to each other attached to

the square on the other side. So notice that you're not attaching the tabs to

each other - you're attaching a tab to the opposite square. Once the center tabs are

attached, then the tag book will be working and you'll be able to collapse

it down when it opens up, everything pops up.

For the front of my card I'll decorate up the extra patterned paper tag that I

cut earlier using some of those beaded strips, patterned paper, the large cookie

sheet with the larger winter charm, and then there are those stringable banners

in the Tag Book set, so I'll add those on pop dots. And then I can just attach my

finished card front to the front of the tag book, just making sure everything

lines up really well. And then I'll add ribbon and twine through all of the tags.

Now my tag book ended up pretty thick because of all the layers I needed to

make the cookie sheets and the cookies. What I decided to do for a place to sign

the card is just to add a tag to the back. Now when I go to mail this I can

use just a regular A7 envelope, so that's an envelope that's sized for a 5x7 card.

My finished tag book is 3 by 6, so that gives it a little bit of room inside the

envelope. And even though this one will take a little bit of extra postage, I

think it's worth it. My YouTube videos always come with a blog post. If you're

Never Ask These 5 Stupid Sales Questions - Duration: 6:37.

I've done countless videos

on which sales questions you should be asking.

But what about the sales questions

that you absolutely should not be asking?

All salespeople have received the memo

that they should be asking sales questions.

But there are really a lot of questions out there

that are simply stupid.

They're actually hurting salespeople in the sales process,

as in prospects hear these questions

and then they become turned off.

So I've made a list of the top five worst questions

that I hear salespeople using all the time.

And this way, you can ensure that you never ask them.

In this video, I'm going to show you

five stupid sales questions that you should never ask.

Check it out.

Number one, "How are you?"

"Hey, how are you?"

Oh, my God.

This one is particularly personal to me

because it is so pervasively used

as a conversation starter in 95% of selling situations.

And what's crazy is that people just say this reflexively,

and it's killing them.

The prospect knows

that you don't really care how they're doing.

It's not even really a question in today's world.

It's really just a time filler of space.

And given that most salespeople are starting calls,

meetings, and even emails with this cliche question,

you need to stop.

Just stop ever asking anyone that question,

even your friends.

You'll be better off coming up with something more creative.

Ask them anything else, or don't ask them at all.

Just stop using this question.

Now as a way to start a conversation,

instead you could just try starting a conversation

with something a little simpler, but a little bit distinct,

which is like, "Did I catch you in the middle of something?"

This will actually catch them far more off-guard

and will be more likely to actually get engagement.

Number two, "Can I pick your brain?"

"Hey George, can I set up a call

"so that way I can pick your brain

"on what you'd be looking to accomplish?"

Wow, that is the worst.

First of all, nobody wants their brain to be picked.

I mean, just like, visualize it.

But on a serious note, any question even similar to this

is a complete turn off to prospects.

Even something like, "Can we set up a call

"so I can learn more about your challenges?" is crap,

because it shows absolutely zero value

on the salesperson's part.

You need to show value.

Engage them in a conversation by email, phone, or whatever,

and show some value through the quality of your questions

and the information that you've provided.

Then just set the logical next step, to go deeper.

Brain-picking is a no-no.

Number three, "Would you be interested if?"

"George, would you be interested

"if I could show a way to double your sales?"

Of course you would.

This stupid question is not only old-school salesy,

but it's also patronizing.

Whatever you fill in the blank there is going to be dumb.

Moreover, you're already starting from the wrong place.

In a selling situation,

you're not trying to get a prospect interested,

you're trying to uncover their challenges.

Interest is old-school.

New-school modern-day selling

is all about identifying the challenges

that matter and then solving them.

Interspace selling

totally focuses on the product that you are selling,

rather than the actual prospect.

So, drop it.

Instead, ask questions to uncover challenges.

Number four, "Are you the decision maker?"

"Hey George, are you the decision maker?"

Let me ask you something.

If I asked you right now are you the decision maker,

what do you want to say?

Yes.

I've literally just challenged your manhood or womanhood.

It's way too direct

and will not get you the information you really need.

All you'll actually accomplish by asking that question

is either getting false information

or actually pissing the prospect off.

Instead, learn about their decision making process

by focusing on the process.

It takes a lot of pressure off of them

trying to show that they're the boss.

So when you dig into their decision making process,

they will inevitably tell you

who's involved in their decision,

and just as importantly

how they actually go about making that decision.

This is much more important information.

Number five, "What can I tell you at this point

"that would make you want to buy?"

"George, what could I tell you right now

"that would make you sign on the dotted line?"

Ugh, I need to take a shower just after saying that.

It's just dirty.

I feel like a creep at a bar, just catcalling.

This question is so old-school,

so high-pressure, so transparent

that I shouldn't even have to explain what's wrong with it.

But the biggest problem here

is the pressure that it's actually putting on a prospect.

You're going to get a shitload of think-it-overs

if you ask questions like this, so just stop.

Instead, help the prospect uncover challenges,

show how your offering will actually solve them,

and then set clear next steps.

No ninja headlock closes.

So there are the five stupid sales questions

that you should never ask.

I wanna hear from you.

Five reasons to not overstock your aquarium - Duration: 3:00.

Five reasons why you do not do stocking

Lotation, what it is, how to avoid

Looting in aquarism is a polemic subject, filled with doubts, conflicts and myths.

In marine aquarism, even worse and there is not a single serious aquarist who admits this.

We will see why.

Each fish has a territory, each fish occupies a specific space.

There are fish like tangs that any aquarium, regardless of its size, will be your space.

Other fish like clowns will take refuge in anemones or corals, or burrows and whoever arrives

too close, even his hand will suffer his attacks in the defense of his territory.

An ofiurus for example will be attacked even if he does not have the slightest interest or represent

any threat, the clown will expel him from there at any cost.

That said, an ideal aquarium can not have more fish than territories, this should

be measured, calculated and determined.

In addition, the size of the fish in adulthood has to be taken into account.

There are fish that are very small, in less than a year the animal will have multiplied

its size being no longer possible to keep it in the aquarium.

For small marine aquariums that are my specialty in this channel, I should reinforce

who do not buy fish beyond the space they need to swim and to take refuge, everyone also

must have access to food.

Overcrowded aquariums will fatally kill some by competition as we can not

overeating and the faster fish will devour all available food.

The copepods in this type of environment will be immediately predated as there are many fish

soon will not complement, at the most occasional snack.

We have already shown why this is a bad idea now let's summarize in five important reasons

for which you should not do this.

1.

It is not healthy for animals 2.

Overloads the system requiring better equipment and filtration

3.

Increases the level of fish mortality 4.

Increases the risk of system crash 5.

It is cruel against fish

If you have excessive aggression among fish,

fish often die without explanation, fish jump out of the aquarium,

do you have problems with ammonia and nitrites even after cycling so I have to tell you

aquarium is certainly overpopulated and should solve this by removing some animals.

Starway VS Speedway - Duration: 8:18.

Hello, it`s` ecodrift!

all of you probably know two E-scooters -

SpeedWay and Starway, but often

about the second scooter raises doubts:

it seems that this is some strange

Chinese fake, which has inside

something bad-quality.

now we will analyze

Scooter SpeedWay and StarWay to show

that inside they are absolutely identical.

by the way,

SpeedWay and StarWay scooters are available in

the same factory. but the scooter Starway

will be improved in

according to your wishes!

now I'll call Igor and he

will dismantle scooters for you.

good afternoon, dear friends!

and I'm igor. today we will try

to understand the differences between SpeedWay

and StarWay. let`s start with

little things and continue with deeper

analysis of each scooter

parallel to see

the difference between them. let`s start with

the tops of each scooter.

identical appliances with the triggers.

as you can see, there are absolutely identical

steering racks, steering wheels,

pens. the same material of brake

handles, just the same thing!

even the engraving coincides completely!

the same basic components

of brake cable. the steering is exactly like this

same.

as you can see, the triggers are identical,

only on the trigger SpeedWay

has inscription Minimotors, and the trigger StarWay

hasn`t got this inscription.

let`s consider the steering column.

they are identical! SpeedWay

has painted steering column, and the Starway is not painted.

it is made specially to the bushing

sit down better.

So, friends, we have two absolutely

the same motor of 500 watts. they differ

only by the fact that the first inscription

is closer to the axis.

and on Starway it is located

on the contrary closer to the rubber, so it was more convenient

read the middle.

let`s consider

the folding mechanism, which are identical in

its design, in its physical

parameters and materials.

there are two springs. they are attached

to the stubs. The only difference is Speedway

it is in this party - it's bolts

fastening the so-called gander.

here they are flat, and here

they go up a little.

now let`s look at the right side

of scooters. here's the charging connector.

it is the same

the power button at the same distance.

the same clamping.

Dear friends, as you

can see, the motor

practically nothing is different.

the only difference at the moment is

the fact that here the braking cable is laid there.

and here the client

independently shifted

the braking wire as he wanted.

and here's another bolt

is not painted and the bolt is painted. perhaps

this is also painted by the client.

So, friends, we have reached to

something interesting: comparing of

completing two scooters:

motors, batteries and controllers.

Let's start with the motors!

there's the Speedway motor.

there's the Starway motor.

Well, actually the batteries.

the battery from the speedway and the battery from starway.

they are identical with the same

with the same manufacturing number.

also there are two

controllers: external and internal.

they are absolutely identical!

let's analyze to show you.

this is Starway, and this is Speedway.

dear friends, today we

dismantled two scooters: Starway Mini

and Speedway Mini 4. what can be inferred

E-scooters are absolutely identical,

one to one, differ only

inscribed on them with inscriptions.

price also differs.

so ask yourself:

do you really want to overpay only for the brad?

Z370 GODLIKE GAMING - One board to rule them all! | Gaming Motherboard | MSI - Duration: 3:25.

The Truth About The Cast Of Will & Grace - Duration: 6:26.

Will & Grace is back!

The cast has reunited for the NBC sitcom that broke new ground and entertained millions

from 1998 to 2006.

If you just can't get enough of Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen, here's the behind-the-scenes

scoop on the stars of the game-changing sitcom.

"Will" he or won't he?

The entire leading cast initially passed on their roles, according to Megan Mullally,

who played the boozy, eccentric Karen Walker.

Mullally was hesitant because she felt the character was too similar to Christine Baranski's

role on Cybill.

And then I though, ' Well, I don't know how I could make it any different, because she did a pretty damn good job."

Regarding the casting of Will, she said,

"Eric McCormack had been playing a manly cowboy in a series in Canada and he didn't want to

play gay."

However, McCormack has never confirmed Mullally's claim that he didn't want to "play gay."

The A.V.

Club reported that McCormack told Will & Grace co-creator Max Mutchnick he simply wasn't

ready to commit to the series because he was still exploring options.

"Max called me, 'This is the best part you're ever gonna get in your life, you're insane

if you walk away!'

But I did, I walked away for about a month and then I said, 'I think I made a terrible

mistake.'"

Regardless of why the actors were hesitant at first, we're just happy they signed on

and created some of television's greatest characters.

"Denied.

Denied.

Approved."

Persuasion and booze

Though Karen was always the resident lush on Will & Grace…

"Honey you say potato I say vodka!"

...it was Debra Messing who required a bottle of vodka and two persuasive showrunners to

get her to sign on for the series.

Speaking with the New York Daily News, Messing said that when she initially turned down the

role, Mutchnick and co-creator Dave Kohan showed up at her door with booze — and a

lot of determination.

Messing recalled, "They poured me several shots, we spoke for several hours and they

pitched me the show.

I'm a lightweight.

I didn't need much to be a little giddy.

By the end of the evening, they said, 'Will you do it?'

I said, 'Let's talk tomorrow.'"

Obviously, she came around, and in case you're thinking she was tricked into the gig, don't

worry — Messing loved the attention.

She said,

"To come from a time when you have to beg your agents to beg their friends to get you

in the door to allow you to audition, it's a much different feeling to know people have

faith in your work.

It's really a wonderful, encouraging, exciting feeling."

In the closet

It may seem shocking today that an actor would be fearful of coming out of the closet, but

1998 was a very different time.

Sean Hayes, who plays the unapologetically flamboyant Jack McFarland, felt conflicted

about sharing his orientation.

He had come out to those who knew him, but remained closeted publicly for what he now

feels like was too long a time.

Hayes told the Los Angeles Times, "I didn't want the responsibility, I didn't know how

to handle the responsibility of speaking for the gay community.

I always felt like I owed them a huge apology for coming out too late."

He also noted that the show received violent threats and said, "It was a really rough time

for me, but I was also having the time of my life."

Years of bullying

In 2014, McCormack participated in My Life My Power, a mentorship program founded by

mixed martial artist Daniel Puder.

In a powerful video for the organization, McCormack, who is straight, shared some very

personal stories of how he endured bullying as a kid.

"I was called 'f--' pretty early on."

There was one particularly painful event in sixth grade when bullies restrained him and

forced him to participate in a mock wedding — with his male best friend.

"My best friend, Bill and I had been misunderstood for many years, it was of course, when two

guys are that close and play a lot of games, they must be gay."

Allergic to everything

In 2017, Messing issued a lengthy list of forbidden items before attending a swanky

Manhattan event — mostly based on her numerous allergies.

According to Page Six, it read:

"Debra is allergic to ALL WHITE FISH, chicken, mushrooms, gluten, dairy, butter (except feta

and goat cheese).

Debra does not eat game, beans, yogurt, broccoli, cauliflower.

She is lactose intolerant.

She cannot have cheese or milk (only coconut milk).

Debra is allergic to wool, cats, cashmere, down feathers, FLOWERS and gabardine [a type

of woven cloth].

The only flower she is not allergic to is orchids."

"Oh.

My.

Gah."

Messing has been open about her allergies in the past and has even credited allergy

medication for saving her career.

A complicated family

While appearing on an episode of TLC's Who Do You Think You Are?, Hayes discovered a

lot about his paternal lineage — and it turned out to be pretty messy.

His great-grandfather, Patrick Hayes Jr., did a stint in prison after being accused

of assault by his father, Patrick Hayes Sr, who struggled with alcoholism.

Additional research led Sean to believe that the strained family dynamic is what led his

great-grandfather to flee to America.

It's a sad tale of grief and attempted redemption, a pattern Sean said he repeated when he packed

his car and went to LA at age 24.

"I wanted to get away from it, and Patrick Jr. did too, I think.

I feel this sense of camaraderie with him."

Not exactly what you'd expect from the guy whose infectious energy made him the expert

of "making an entrance," right?

"Huge promotion!"

An attempt to avoid stereotypes

Though she isn't a household name, Shelley Morrison earned her comedic stripes as Rosario,

Karen's fiery El Salvadorian housekeeper.

"Listen lady, I'm gonna snap you like a twig and throw you in a bush."

Ironically, this career-changing role happened to also be a well-worn TV trope — something

Morrison had actively tried to avoid.

Speaking with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Morrison said,

"I had to change my name in the mid-'50s so I wouldn't be locked into only playing ethnics.

But obviously that didn't work.

Someone once asked me, 'Is there anything you would like to play that you haven't played?'

And I said, yes, a Swedish milkmaid."

Clearly, comedy was always going to be in the cards for her, regardless of her character's

background.

"Talk about a basket of deplorables."

Karen: The Musical

In what was probably a crushing blow to diehard Karen fans, Mullally's plans to star in a

spin-off Broadway show called Karen: The Musical got scrapped at the last minute.

According to USA Today, Mullally was all set to hit the boards in 2007, but the Will & Grace

creators got cold feet.

Mullally said, "I wasn't thrilled about it.

We had an email exchange in which they gave me written permission.

And the way that they let me know was they didn't contact me personally, they did it

through their lawyer.

And I was really creeped out by that."

"I don't think I can go on."

"Don't do it!"

"Karen, don't be ridiculous!"

"There we go, nice and cold."

Clearly, all parties involved let bygones be bygones, and reunited for the Will & Grace

reboot — but honestly, wouldn't Karen: The Musical be amazing?

"Ta-taaaas.

Woo!"

Directions - Blanks | Behind The Song - Duration: 2:55.

There's a voice in the background I did not hear, and now it is in the original.

Sometimes, before I am going to sing, I sing 'aaa' for the tone.

You hear that? I forgot to take that one out.

I created Directions in... I can just look it up, it is right here:

on the 25th of March, man, that's a long time ago.

[Bram] Holy...

The whole song started with this sound:

But I found it a bit too... ugly sounding, I'd say.

So I put a filter on it and now it sounds like this:

Cool, right? So I built everything around this sound.

So that goes on for the entire song.

I wanted a really bouncy beat this time, you know.

One that makes you drum along and makes you move.

So I added all kinds of little thingies everywhere, like:

which just livens it all up.

So when you hear it you are like: oh, yeah!

At least, that's what I get.

Seriously? I think I forgot to do a cut here too.

"Yeah", I didn't cut that.

Yes, ah! Well that makes it come alive too, right?

[Bram] professional!

You don't really hear those sounds, you feel them. So you get that ooh, yeah feeling going on. Well... Next part.

From the second couplet on I added some guitar to keep the development of the song going.

So from this couplet:

I added this crazy effect here.

It builds up... And completely vanishes.

'cause the whole song is about how I know everything, but actually I don't,

So I thought, if I have a small chorus, it feels good.

In the bridge you get the breakdown.

There I tell honestly that how cool it may seem, sometimes I just don't know.

Uhh [like now] So first I got this sensitive part:

Aw, and then this burst comes along, follwed by:

That solution! I find that so cool. I think I like it the most about the song.

Exept from the end, where we are now. It builds op after the bridge,

And I actually wanted a small chorus, but it didn't fit. So I thought:

You know what, I'll just let it go wild.

Here I added some lower octave piano tones.

That makes for an epic sound, I think, and I also have this little choir going on.

So in total, you get this:

By the way, a funny thing: I wanted to try something new.

So I got my notebook, it is not here, and I rubbed the paper.

And I put that in the background. You hear it? [Bram] Yeah, yeah.

It just adds this little extra movement and vividness.

Directions is now out everywhere! I am really proud of the end result.

I hope you like it. Itunes, Spotify, all links are in the description. It will also appear on my YouTube channel.

Thank you for watching, streaming, liking and following. On to the next one!

What I Wish I Knew Before DATING A GERMAN - Duration: 7:39.

If only I had known!

Hey everyone, Dana here!

Mr. German Man and I have been together for almost 9 years now, so we have had plenty

of time to get to know each other and figure things out.

But looking back on it, there were definitely a few things that I feel like it just would

have just been nice to know about the German culture and kind of Germans in general before

we started dating.

Now, of course everyone is different and unique, but these are just some things that looking

back on it I feel like...it would have been helpful for me and Mr. German Man to know. Yeah.

First of all, oh how much I wish I had known that Germans can often be quite direct.

As an American, I am used to beating around the bush about things, softening the blow

before giving a critique.

I was honestly taught in school that before giving someone a critique of their work you

should find at least one or two positive bits of feedback to give first.

So for example if I was supposed to critique someone's book report in school, first I

should say "well, I really liked how much effort you put into the plot description,

and the picture on the front of your report that you drew is really beautiful.

But one critique would be...I don't know, maybe, you completely forgot to mention the

main character of the book." Or something. It doesn't matter.

The point is that I was really taught to first write down, you know, and say a few positive

things and then I could give my critique.

Yeah, apparently they did not teach that technique at Mr. German Man's school.

He can often be quite direct and to the point.

For example, maybe I show him a video that I made and he'll watch it and then, you know,

afterwards I'm waiting for his response.

And sometimes if he notices that something

is off about the video he'll just say that thing first, you know?

He'll just be like: the color's off.

Without buffering that with one or two good comments, like what I learned in school.

Or maybe he will say, like: Nice. The color's off.

And that nice at the beginning is his way of trying to be less direct.

Like, buff the critique, he'll be like, nice.

But, yeah, that's still different than what I learned in school.

So I wish I had just known about this whole being more direct thing from the beginning

because then I would have understood it more.

I also wish that I had known that generally speaking many Germans just don't seem to

show their excitement as boldly as, again generally speaking, many Americans do.

If Mr. German Man comes home with exciting news and he tells me about it, I will probably

make a big face to show my emotion very clearly, as though I'm on stage performing in a play.

And I'll oooh and I'll aaahh all dramatically to convey my excitement.

Whereas if I come home and tell Mr. German Man equally exciting news, he'll probably

just be like: oh wow, that's great.

After a while of thinking that maybe he's just not so excited, I finally figured out

he is excited, he just doesn't show it in the same way as me. And that's okay!

I just feel like it would have been helpful to know at the beginning.

Also, going along with this, I wish that I had known that when a German says something

is good, that basically often means the same as when an American says something is great.

So Americans often scale up their adjectives.

For example, if I eat some tasty ice cream, it's amazing.

For Mr. German Man it's nice.

And at first I thought that he was just kind of hard to impress or maybe apathetic about things,

but, yeah, then I finally learned that he also thinks the ice cream is delicious, the

same delicious as me.

But he often reserves words like amazing for things that are, well, a little more impressive.

Whereas I would just add more facial expressions and a few verys to the beginning.

So for me a tasty ice cream is amazing.

But the best ice cream ever is: Oh my God, this is the best ice cream ever!

It's super, super, super amazing.

I just keep getting bigger with my adjectives.

And lastly, I also would have loved to know that Germany, as a whole, is pretty into insurance.

Then I would have much better understood why my German boyfriend seemed so excited about

insurance and so interested in talking about insurance.

Like for me insurance is a necessary thing in life, but it's definitely not something

that I am excited about or I want to talk about.

Insurance is something that I get done with as quickly as possible and that I talk about

in my life for as short a time span as possible.

But this does not seem to be the case for Mr. German Man, and, apparently, also not

the case for some other Germans because I have watched Mr. German Man and his friends

have entire Friday evening conversations about insurance.

The only kinda fun part of the evening was getting to watch all their minds simultaneously

explode when I told them that none of the insurances that they were talking about and

comparing and contrasting even existed in the U.S. Or if they did, nobody that I knew had

ever purchased one of them.

They were just like: What?

They don't exist in America? But...but...but...

So my question for you is: What is your take on these things?

And what's been your experience with this in your own life?

Until next time, auf Wiedersehen!

We mean the same thing.

But he starts at okay, whereas I start at great.

So by the time he gets to good, I'm at wonderful.

And when he gets to great, I'm at amazing.

When he's at amazing, I'm at super duper amazing.

If in school I was supposed to critique someone's book reporrrt...port...book report.

So here they are.

Some of the things that I wish I had known about Germans before I started...Mr. German Man.

Which of these ideas did you find most useful?

How to Remote Program Click PLC Through the Stride SiteLink VPN Cloud - Duration: 2:43.

In this video, we will show the process of getting connected to a Click PLC through the

Stride Sitelink VPN router.

If you have not already setup your Router please see the videos for the initial setup

that can be found in the description below, then continue on to this video.

First, we must discuss the Click PLC IP address setup.

This is IP address of the VPN router on the control side and to remotely program your

click PLC it must be on the same subnet as the VPN router and have the IP address of

the Router as it's Default Gateway.

This way the Click will be communicating through the router.

Now, it is very important that everything is a static address, as one limitation of

VPN networks is that Broadcast comms will not work and broadcast communications is what

is used for auto discovery of these type of devices.

Now, let's set up the Click IP address locally for the first time.

So, go to setup and then com port setup.

Enter in the IP address as we discussed before.

Now send that project to your PLC.

Now that the PLC has been setup and shipped to the remote site, let's make our first

connection to the Stride Sitelink.

Select your device and then connect.

Once the IX client is connected.

Open up the Click software and then select connect to PLC.

For the network adapter select the Window Tapp adapter.

This is the Driver that the VPN client uses for this virtual connection.

Now select outside of the Lan and add a connection.

Give the connection a name and enter in the IP address of the Click PLC.

Here I will increase the timeout time to the max setting.

Hit Ok and then connect.

You will now be able to read in the Project from the Click PLC.

Now you will be able to program as if you are local to the PLC.

But a little Safety disclaimer.

Before you make any changes to your PLC Remotely take into account what you are activating

and deactivating remotely as it may cause an unsafe condition.

It is always best to have local eyes on the equipment while making these changes.

This is where the digital input on the VPN router can be useful.

It will allow you to lock out remote changes until someone is there to monitor for safety

purposes If you have any questions about the Stride

VPN router please contact AutomationDirect's support team during regular business hours.

They will be glad to help.

How to Have More ATTRACTIVE Eyes (For Guys) - Duration: 5:48.

So it doesn't take a genius to know that having nice eyes is definitely an

attractive trait and it's one of the first things women look at, especially

when you're having an intimate interaction. However, not all of us were

blessed with blue or green eyes. You think that's gonna stop me?

Heck no. In today's video we're gonna go over six things that you can do to have

more attractive eyes, completely natural. Number one, let's cover the one area of

color you can change, and it's the whites of your eyeball. While you can't actually

change the color of your pupils, at least naturally, the whites of your eyeballs do

change colors to signal changes in your body. For example, if you have allergies

or you're tired, your eyeballs are gonna get red. If you have a lot of toxins in

your body or some sort of kidney problem they're gonna get a yellowish tint.

Your goal is to keep them as white as possible to make them pop and sparkle. I

can't just, I can't believe I just used sparkle in a men's grooming video..

I'm sorry guys..

But you get the point, wider eye balls are definitely more

attractive than having a yellow or red eye ball, so if you suffer from a lot of

irritation or dryness definitely try some eye drops, it'll add moisture back

to your eyes and remove some of that redness. If you have a yellow tint it

could signal something more serious or like you have a lot of toxins in your

body, or some sort of liver problem. If it's not that serious this just means

you should start definitely eating more vitamins, so a lot of vegetables and a

lot of fruits, what this is going to do is all those vitamins are gonna help

detoxify your body and especially your liver to make sure it's back running A-1.

Number two, crow's feet. So I remember around last year when I was like 20-21, I

was in the bathroom doing my daily checkup.. What? No one does that? Whatever,

not the point. I started doing my daily checkup and I

started laughing, I swear I'm not weird, the point is that as I was laughing I

started noticing crap I'm getting wrinkles at the corner of my eyes... I'm

only 21, how am I getting so old, ever since I saw that image it's of grain in

my head and I've been using eye creams and eye serums ever since then. Shoot, I

might be paranoid and there was nothing there but I want to make sure that when

I'm 40, I look 20 and crow's feet is definitely not something attractive that

you want around your eye. Number 3, dark eye circles. This is another thing

that's unsightly around your eyes that can make them less attractive. Usually

dark eye circles are formed from dilated blood vessels right underneath your

eyes that darkens that area and gives you those dark eye circles. Easy hack if

you suffer from this it's completely free and it works almost instantly, grab

two spoons throw, them in the freezer for around an hour once they're really cold

put them on your eyes especially around that area for around 20 or 30 minutes.

The cold metal will reduce the swelling, promote some of that blood flow to get

the blood flowing, and reduce the dark effect that you get under your eyes.

Number four, wears some sort of frame or eyewear. See the great thing is that most

of us might have some symmetries when it comes to our eyes. Wearing something

symmetrical will bring balance especially around to that region making

you look more attractive, if you find the right pair for your face shape. This has

to be my favorite hack because it's the most simple and the most visual. What I

mean? It's instant. You can see the effects of it making your eye area look

just more attractive as soon as you put that right frame on your face that fits

your face shape. If you want to see an insane selection of frames and eyewear

and sunglasses for guys definitely check out that link below where you're gonna

see where I got these. These are from Glasses USA, our partner for today. They

are running an insane offer for first-time buyers that makes these

frames almost a steel, or any frames on their store for that matter. If you want

to check out that amazing offer check out the description below, like I said

it's a steal. But if you do check that link, you're gonna see the huge selection

of eyewear they have. They have everything from the expensive brands

like Persol, and Ray Ban, to their more affordable in-house brand which in

reality it's my favorite one. Their in-house brand of eyeglasses, which

you're seeing right now, are three times more affordable than any of those

high-end brands like Ray Ban and stuff like that, and with the discount code

basically a gift. But they delivered just as much quality and are built as well as

any of those other brands with those crazy markups. Out of my personal frame

collection, some of my favorite ones are from these guys and especially their

in-house brand because just of how affordable they are, so definitely give

them a check. And the coolest part is that when you're shopping online they make

the online shopping process for eyewear super simple for us, they have a very

cool virtual try on feature, so if you see an eyewear want to see how that shape

works with your face shape you can literally virtually try them on and see

if it properly works. If you want to check out Glasses USA and

shop there modern selection of eyewear definitely check them out they're gonna

be linked down below. You'll see anything from the classic Aviator, Club Masters to

the modern stuff so I'll have it link below with that code. The fifth thing you

want to do to achieve more attractive eyes is, drink plenty of water. Beautiful

eyes rely on hydration and replenishing your body's fluids will definitely keep

it hydrated ,which will reduce puffiness and redness to things you definitely

don't want to run your eyes. Other things you can do is also cut back on the

alcohol and caffeine, both of these dehydrate your body which

increases the puffiness and the eye redness. And finally number six, pick up a

pair of sunglasses when you're going outside. These will do two things, one

it'll protect your eyes from the damage of UV rays but it'll also protect your

eyes from wrinkles. You see when you go outside without* sunglasses we tend to squit

our eyes a lot. Squinting will increase those crow's feet and wrinkles and fine

lines around your eyes, getting a sweet pair of frames will protect you from both

of those and again Glasses USA has you covered. And that's basically it

guys, you followed those six things you can naturally make your eyes look

brighter, clearer, and more attractive than they were before. If you guys liked

this video and found it informative don't forget to drop us a like down below

Also don't forget to check out our sponsor Glasses USA, they're

gonna be linked down below.

That's it for me today. See you next time!
