Youtube daily report w Nov 9 2017

hey guys so for today's video I'm so excited to be doing this because I

actually did a video like this a few years ago and I was randomly coming

across my old videos and I was like I need to do an updated version of this so

I am bringing you guys dupes to your favorite high-end makeup so not only am

i showing you guys dupes for expensive products but I'm showing you dupes for

those expensive products that are our favorites for the ones that majority of

people love the ones that you people talk about a lot so I have the Fenty

foundation I have the Smashbox primer NARS blushes all of the high-end

products you hear people love and talk about all the time

I got dupes for so I'm gonna start off with one of my all-time favorite primers

ever the two was pretty much nearly empty I'm like squeezing it at this

point this is the Smashbox photo finish foundation primer it's just a really

great silicone based primer it leaves me feeling super smooth without feeling too

greasy and it fills in my pores really nice and I found that an amazing dupe is

the elf mineral infused face primer this one has that same a silicone base that

isn't too thick isn't too greasy but isn't too slippery either it also fills

in the pores really nicely as well and I love how this one has a pump so you

actually get a pump on the drugstore one which I love so I have it two blushes to

share with you guys that I really want to show you the dupes for so the first

one is the NARS blush I love these NARS blushes they're not overly pigmented and

they're obviously not not pigmented you just have that great amount of

pigmentation for blush because you kind of don't really want to overdo blush

that much this one is in the shade orgasm I really love this shade it looks

like a super hot pink in the pan but it's really not it's like a really nice

kind of pinky peachy with this gold sheen and the dupe that I have is the

Milani blush in the shade Luminoso now I know when you look at the two in the pan

they do not even look like dupes like when I was searching my collection for

dupes I was like no I highly doubt this is

gonna be a dupe but I just decided to swatch it and it is this one looks a lot

peachy ER in the pan and this one looks a lot pinky or in the pan but when you

actually swatch them apply them and use them on the face

they're really nice dupe they both have that like peachy pinky vibe with like

that slight gold Sheen and they both apply really nicely the only difference

is the Milani one is lately more peachy and the NARS one is

slightly more pinky but once there on the face and once there swatched they're

really really similar next blush I have is the Too Faced I will always love you

blush I really love this this is a really pretty nude that has like this

peachy undertone it looks really flawless on the skin it lasts really

long and again it's not overly pigmented which I like in a blush so the dupe that

I found for it is the wet wild apricot in the middle blush I also am in love

with this I use this blush all the time again it's that perfect nude with that

peachy kind of undertone slightly and again not too overly pigmented it just

looks really smooth on the skin and lasts really long too the formula is a

little bit drier on the wet and wild one whereas the Too Faced one is a little

bit smoother but once you actually apply them on this skin to be honest they look

really really really similar so next I want to share with you guys a dupe for

powders that I've been loving I love both of these powders separately and it

just dawned on me the other day that they're complete dupes have you ever

done that like loved the drugstore product and loved to high-end one and

then you're like wait I love them both because they're literally identical so

this is the senti invisible Ani is marketed as a blotting powder I use it

as a setting powder to though like I really like it for that it works for me

it is really nice because it's super translucent and I don't get any flash

back and I also love my NYX HD finishing powder and I find that these are really

alike one there's no flash back to completely translucent and I love how

this makes my skin look SuperDuper smooth both of them look really HD on

the skin they look really good on camera as you can see I've hit pan on my

drugstore one the next one because I use this literally all the time so next I

want to share with you guys a highlight dupe and immediately when I test it out

this new drugstore high life do you guys know I've been obsessing over

immediately when I tested it out it reminded me of Becca and Jacqueline

Hills a champagne pop it's a beautiful gold highlight but it's more of that

peach goal like if you compare this to other gold highlights like Estee Lauder

heatwave or make up forever number two if you compare it to those you'll see

the difference those are just more of a true gold whereas these two definitely

have a strong peach undertone but I love it I don't

it just looks so good on the skin I love me a gold highlight but there's

something about a nice peach undertone that just looks really flattering

especially on different skin tones peach really would look flattering I haven't

even said which one this is this is the Maybelline master chrome in molten gold

the maybelline one is also very wet looking on the skin and funny enough you

guys will see in the swatches the maybelline one has more of a reflect and

it looks a little bit more intense than the becca one which is weird right

because you would think like when I think of an intense highlight this is

pretty intense but this is more reflective more intense more metallic

they both just looks really beautiful on the skin and I kind of like this one

like I reach for this one a little bit more now than they do champagne pop just

cuz I left the formula of this one a little bit more

alright so last cheek product I want to share with you guys is one that I

already recently showed you but this is too good not to mention it twice you

guys like I feel like this is such an amazing

do you guys know I'm obsessed with Mac uninterupted bronzer it's just the most

beautiful like warm bronzer if you are a tan to medium skin tone you are going to

love this as your bronzer because it just adds such warmth if you are lighter

scan you definitely don't want to touch this as a bronzer it's gonna be way too

orange one my tan fades I don't even come like I won't even go near this

bronzer but when I have a tan on it looks so good and the Rimmel maxy

bronzer in the shade of sun queen is such a spot-on dupe you guys like a bomb

the formulas are actually really similar to like in the pan they both have like

that drier texture like when you rub them they're definitely not smooth they

have like that dry packed texture but once you apply them on the skin they are

super pigmented and super duper smooth so now let's get into some face products

I want to share with you guys a foundation dupe that I found for the

Fenty Pro filter foundation I know everyone is talking about this and

everyone wants to get their hands on this new foundation I really love this

foundation it is a little bit too dry for me for most days but if I'm having a

little bit of an I have combination skin so if my skin is a little bit oilier on

that day this is definitely a go-to and I

like to use this as a mixer or on the t-zone since I have a super oily t-zone

because this foundation is extremely to me Mac it's also very lightweight and it

drives very fast I would say it's just like an ultra matte super dry foundation

so it's definitely more for oily skin and not dry skin so last night while I

was searching for dupes I was asking myself like Amy is there a foundation

that you have already in your collection that's a dupe for this and I was

thinking thinking thinking and it really didn't take long for me to immediately

think about the Maybelline matte and poreless foundation these are so alike

and I'll tell you why they're both really thin and runny the fancy one is

definitely thinner it's more of like a really almost watery not watery but just

very very thin anyways they're both like a really light formula but they both dry

very quickly and they both dry on their own like settle down on their own you do

not need to set these with powder they really do settle and dry down to an

extreme ultra matte powder finish almost like they look like they've been

powdered without even being powdered they set down beautifully and they last

really really long without getting super oily after hours it's amazing now the

colors in these two are definitely different if you want to talk about

shade dupes this is 290 and this is a 310 to 90's

neutral olive and 310 I just find is not as olive and not as golden as the effect

g1 is this one's a little bit more neutral a little bit more neutral warm

whereas this is definitely more golden olive but either way both of them

matched me like I can get away with both of them the Fenty one is a little bit

drier and a little bit more matte than the maybelline one but either way the

formulas are really really really similar so let's talk brows really

quickly I've actually really been loving the anasazi and brow weighs which funny

enough I was never really a fan of the brows but I think that was do more to me

not liking brow pencils I didn't really like using brow pencil for the longest

time and then I fell in love with the Urban Decay brow beater which is still

like a fave of mine but then it kind of looks like

let me give brow is another try and I really love it it just applies

smoothly it's pigmented not too pigmented though the spoolie is really

nice it's just a great go-to brow pencil for me and I fell in love with after

trying for the first time a few weeks ago I think 2 or 3 weeks ago the

Maybelline brow precise micro pencil this is such a little close to dupe to

this and I'll tell you why they both apply smoothly but not too harsh and not

too intense very easy to blend out too when you rub your spoolie to through it

I'm picky with brow pencils because a lot of the times they're just too waxy

of feeling they're not smooth enough and when you go to blend the mouth they just

look I don't know they just don't blend nicely but I really love these too and I

find that they're a really close dupe okay so I'm really excited to share this

with you guys cuz this is like my ultimate favorite concealer this is the

Tarte shaped tape concealer it's concealer is extremely extremely full

coverage and it just gives you that super glam look but I personally don't

find it looks that cakey the trick with this concealer is you don't need to

apply a lot of it if you just apply like one or two strokes you do get great

coverage without looking cakey if you apply a lot it can look a little bit

cakey but once you kind of blend it up with the bu blender I find that it

really looks nice on the skin and what I really love about this concealer too is

it's super matte so it actually sets on its own you don't need to set this

concealer with powder you really don't I a lot of days don't even set it and it

looks really good in a doesn't crease and if it creases it's like the tiniest

little crease and you Pat it out and it's gone so I really love this

concealer I have mine in D shade light/medium which works perfectly for

me I want to share it this is a dupe with it for you guys now you will say

out of all the dupes these are the two dark that are I don't know how to say

this but like that are not as close of dupes as the other ones you know I'm

saying but they are really good like alternatives I'm just really picky when

I share with you guys dupes like I'm picky I want to share with you guys like

almost spot-on dupes like they got to be an 85 percent plus do and for me these

are like a 75% dupe you know I'm saying there's like that little bit that's

missing so I'm a little bit picky with dupes but I still have to share this

with you guys because this is a hard concealer to dupe I'm not gonna lie to

you guys this is really unique concealer but this

Maybelline one does come pretty close this Maybelline one is definitely a

little bit of a closer dupe to the mac prolongwear concealer I've always said

that those two are like almost identical but this is also a pretty good

alternative to the Tarte one so it's also very full coverage this is a really

awesome super full coverage concealer you don't need a lot of it the only

thing that kind of makes these two different is that this one drives down

and settles to a matte finish whereas this one doesn't really dry down it just

stays and has that really nice healthy finish so now I have a mascara dupe to

share with you guys which I know you're not going to be shocked about this this

is the Too Faced better than sex mascara and I actually got this in a PR package

a few months ago now the l'oreal voluminous last voluminous lashes

paradise of mascara and as soon as i got this in the mail i instantly thought of

this i knew for a fact that they were trying to like dupe it a little bit i

actually have an entire video comparing these two now i'll tell you guys the

similarities and the differences they both apply really dark and they have

like that a little bit of that wet or formula and they do make your lashes

super voluminous if you watch the video that I did then you'll notice that one

coat of the Too Faced equals two coats of the L'Oreal and then two coats of

this equals four coats of this so this one is just kind of double the volume

double the length but I don't really use the Too Faced one I'm a drugstore

mascara kind of girl I'm not gonna be spending thirty dollars in mascara the

only thing is that it does flake you guys it flakes and I hate that about it

this will flake if you touch your lashes so if I know I'm like gonna be touching

my lashes that day for whatever reason maybe I'm putting on falsies or if you

really like pile it on too much but if I don't need a super long-lasting mascara

for that day I still go for this because the way it applies is that beautiful

like it's worth risking the flake I wish that they would just upgrade the formula

and not have it flake but the toothpaste one does flake a little bit too so last

two dupes are two liquid lipsticks the first one is Kat Von D's lolita this is

a really beautiful kind of brick tone Mavi berry tone shade it's really really

pretty and the formula is super lightweight

if you want like a very full coverage you do kind of have to apply it twice

but it's such a beautiful color and the dupe for it is the NYX lip lingerie in

the shade exotic you guys these two are so identical in shade like the only

difference in them is that the NYX one is a little bit more a little bit more

pink like slightly more pink whereas the Lolita is slightly more muted but other

than that there are such close color dupes

in terms of the formula the cap on D is definitely more liquidy a little bit

more watery whereas the next one is definitely a little bit more fluffy a

little bit more than mu C so the next dupe I have for you guys is actually a

new purchase for me this is the huda beauty liquid matte liquid lipstick in

bikini babe now I gotta say this is like my favorite formula of liquid lipsticks

ever I do have I mean I have I really like the Stila ones - I like the Jeffrey

star and I like the dose of colors but I really love the hooda ones they just

apply so nice on the lips and they have more of a water formula so they look

really lightweight and smooth and they dupe for it is literally like almost a

spot-on color match is the NYX lip launch array the NYX lip lingeries all

of the shades are like dupes for high-end liquid lipsticks they're

amazing they came out with great shades the hooda one is like full pigment full

pigmentation whereas the NYX one you definitely have to build it up and do a

second layer but other than that they are spot-on dupes in terms of the shade

and both formulas I really enjoy actually really love the NYX lip

lingerie formula - alright you guys so that is it for the dupes for today I

hope you enjoyed seeing dupes - your favorite high-end makeup products please

don't forget to Like thumbs up if you enjoyed these types of videos and I will

definitely keep doing more in Duke's videos I also wanted to mention I know

normally I would do like a half high-end half drugstore and put the dupes on my

face but I figured I would kick it old-school for today the way I used to

do it and just do swatches and sit down and chitchat with you guys and show you

guys the dupes of course you know I will keep doing dupe tutorials too but I also

like to sit down chitchat once - so anyways hopefully you guys enjoyed this

video and as always I will see if I minutes one bye guys

little crease and you Pat it out and it's gone so I really love this

concealer I have mine in D shade light/medium which works perfectly for

me I want to share it this is a dupe with it for you guys now you will say

out of all the dupes these are the two dark that are I don't know how to say

this but like that are not as close of dupes as the other ones you know I'm

saying but they are really good like alternatives I'm just really picky when

Don't Miss Out! Deadline is Approaching for Debris Removal - Duration: 3:16.

[NARRATOR] It's now been one full month since nearly 9,000 structures were burned in

one of the most destructive weeks of wildfires in California's history.

Over the last couple of weeks, even as the debris removal process was ramping up,

many residents wondered what the operation would look like and how their

lot would look once it was clean.

[MARK GHILARDUCCI] This is what this disaster management should be

it should be on it fix it and let's move on and enjoy life.

[NARRATOR] We were able to see the first lot in Santa Rosa being cleared. This lot is now

clean, debris free and ready for the rebuilding to begin.

[LAUREL QUAST] This starts to feel

like okay there's some hope there's....

[GARY QUAST] Well, when they said the Army Corps was

gonna come in and have this cleared out hopefully early 2018, I go, I'll believe

it when I see it. Well, I'm seeing it so....

[NARRATOR] In order for your

lot to be cleaned by the consolidated state and federal program at no cost to

you, you must sign a right of entry form from your county. Over 2,000 residents

have submitted their right of entry forms in Sonoma County alone. Hundreds

more in Mendocino, Napa and Yuba Counties, but officials warn there is still a long

way to go to reach their goal by the November 13th deadline.

[GHILARDUCCI] The 13th deadline is

absolutely critical. I cannot underscore enough that the deadline to get the

rights of entry forms in on the 13th of November is an absolute critical time.

And look we need those rights of entry - - to get these lots cleared. You know

we've only got a few thousand of them we have over six thousand parcels.

[NARRATOR] This is just one example of what a clean lot will look like when finished.

What's removed off of your lot may be different based on the site by site

evaluation by debris removal experts.

[GHILARDUCCI] This is no small disaster. This is no small challenge.

[NARRATOR] Homeowners who lost their property, even those within the

firefighting community are signing the right of entry forms and hoping their neighbors do the same.

[PAUL LOWENTHAL] Hopefully we'll see a lot of our ROE's in our areas

that'll allow the Army Corps of

Engineers to quickly and efficiently do a lot of good work. Um, and it'll also give

me time to focus on other things and work towards my rebuilding and working

with an architect, working with a designer, a builder and then continue

moving forward with my own recovery process.

[NARRATOR] if you still have questions

about signing a right of entry form, we suggest you talk to your insurance agent

or drop by your local county office or right of entry center.

These centers will be open through the weekend and they are there

for you to turn in your sign forms or to answer any questions. For locations of

the center's and answers to frequently asked questions, visit our website at

lots cleared, go to our Cal OES Facebook page or YouTube channel for all of us at

Turkey Brine Gift in a Jar ~ Turkey Brine Recipe ~ Thanksgiving Survival Guide ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 6:10.

Hi everyone welcome back to my kitchen

Thanksgiving is a short time away and what I have for you today is a

really cool little gift that you can make to give in advance of Thanksgiving or give it as a

Party favor when you serve your Thanksgiving dinner this year

This is a turkey brine gift in a jar and it's perfect for the holiday season whether it's for Thanksgiving or Christmas

I know you're gonna. Love it. Let's go see how this all comes together

We're gonna go over all the ingredients and we're gonna put together our turkey Brian gift in a jar

I just thought this was really cute

And you have plenty of time to make this in advance of Thanksgiving if you would like to give this as a gift to someone

Or what?

I really think it's a cute idea for is if you're hosting Thanksgiving this year this might be a really fun

take home party favor for the people who are coming to your event and

You know if you're if you're hosting three or four families, then you can just make one jar per family

and they can take this home, and then they can use it to make their Christmas turkey or

Really any other time of year

What we are making is going to brine a turkey that is anywhere from 15 to 25 pounds

And it's gonna be absolutely perfect what you're gonna need are two cups of kosher salt

Do not use regular salt use kosher salt

One cup of brown sugar I have a tablespoon each of allspice berries and mixed peppercorns you can use regular

Peppercorns if that's what you have on hand

Two tablespoons of candied ginger that I have chopped up a half a cup or so I've dried cranberries

and we're gonna use about a quarter cup of chicken bouillon powder and

You can use vegetable bouillon powder if you prefer I have chicken on hand try to find some Veggie, but bouillon powder

But I couldn't so we're not gonna sweat it. We're just gonna go with

what we have

So this is really easy

Gift in a jar we're gonna. Go ahead and layer all of these things together give

everything a shake

Let's see I'm probably gonna need a spoon to get that out of there

Go in with your brown sugar

Okay, and then you want to just kind of tamp down a little

And I'm gonna go in here with my spoon

Then just even it out like that now it doesn't it just is so simple we're gonna go ahead with our

Boolean powder and then put that in first

And don't worry about writing down the ingredients because I'll have this available for you on my website

You go in with our cranberries

Our dried candied ginger

Our peppercorns and our allspice berries and boom you have Turkey brine gift in a jar

And it looks really pretty

We're just gonna put a lid on it look at that

really really pretty

Now this is super cheap to make at home if you look in the grocery store

Bags or jars of Turkey brine are really expensive. We're talking anywhere from seven to fifteen dollars and sometimes more

Depending on where you get it what I have done for you guys is I have created a PDF and you

Can download this on my website? I'll leave a link below

It's gonna be on the same page as the recipe and this is just a little tag

It's in like two pieces

You can cut it out and then tape it together with double stick tape it has all of the information

On how to brine your turkey, and we're just gonna go ahead and attach this to the jar

And there you have it

classic turkey brine with a cute little tag you can make the jar as

Elaborate or as simple as you like I'm leaving this simple because I'm getting ready to do a video on how to brine a turkey

and

Then we're gonna just go ahead and use this so it doesn't make any sense to make it super fancy

But if you're giving this as a gift you can totally wrap the jar in cellophane

Then tie it with a ribbon and attach this tag to it

You can go ahead and and you know put a little card with it

Just whatever you like for whoever you're giving it to I think this is a really creative gift

As a take home for a party favor, so I hope that you give this a try

And I hope that you enjoyed today's video, and if you did please consider giving me a thumbs up

And if you're new to my kitchen, and this is your first time visiting welcome

It is always a pleasure to welcome new folks and friends into my kitchen if you liked what you saw

Please consider hitting that subscribe button

And if you're already I tried in a member of the Noreen's kitchen family be sure and hit mean Bell

Notification button so you don't miss out on all the real food for real people real easy recipes that we present all the time

right here on our YouTube channel and straight from our kitchen

I hope you give this turkey Bryan gift in a jar try, and I hope you love it and until next time. I'll see

Jilted woman accused of murder after maimed ex chooses death - Duration: 8:59.

Jilted woman accused of murder after maimed ex chooses death

A scorned woman murdered her ex-boyfriend by pouring sulfuric acid over him and laughed, If I cant have you, no one can, a court heard Wednesday.

Berlinah Wallace, 48, threw the corrosive substance in the face of Mark van Dongen at 3 a.m. Sept. 23, 2015, and it ended up covering most of his body.

Twenty-five percent of his body was covered in burns and he suffered such serious injuries that he was left paralyzed. In fact, he could only move his tongue.

Van Dongen, 29, lost a leg, his left eye and most of the sight in his right eye following the sulphuric acid attack, Bristol Crown Court heard. Bristol is in southwest England about 115 miles from London.

Civil engineer van Dongen was left wanting to end his life and eventually successfully applied for euthanasia and died 15 months after the attack.

Wallace carried out the attack out of jealousy after the couple split up and van Dongen began seeing another woman, the court in Bristol was told.

In the weeks before the attack, Wallace carried out internet searches including can I die from drinking sulphuric acid? and searched for graphic images of acid attack victims. Fashion student Wallace denies the murder and applying-a-corrosive-fluid charges.

Prosecutor Adam Vaitlingam said: The defendant had bought a bottle of sulfuric acid, which she bought online from Amazon. At around 3 a. , as Mark was sleeping in bed, she poured the acid into a glass.

She then went into the bedroom and woke him up. She laughed and said, If I cant have you, no one will and she threw the glass of sulfuric acid into his face..

It covered his face and parts of his upper body and dripped onto his lower body as he moved. Covered in burning acid, Mark ran out into the street in his boxer shorts, screaming for help.

The court heard how the couple had a five-year relationship and lived together, but they hit the rocks when van Dongen began seeing another woman in August 2015.

Shortly before his death, van Dongen, a Dutch national, told colleagues Wallace had been violent toward him, and he seemed genuinely scared.

The couple appeared to rekindle their romance, exchanging loving messages promising to try to make the relationship work again on Sept. 22, the day before the attack.

Van Dongen sent Wallace a message saying: I love you, I always have. Im truly sorry for what Ive done, we need to work on our relationship..

You and me are meant to be. Ive always known that. I will treat you as you deserve to be treated. You are my princess..

Wallace replied: It means a lot hearing these words. You are the love of my life. God does not make a mistake in this. I love you with all my heart..

The couple planned to cook dinner together when van Dongen returned to work, but that evening he went out to see his new girlfriend, Violet Farquharson, the court heard.

Wallace and van Dongen argued when he returned to Wallaces apartment in Bristol at 10 p.m. and she told him she would stay in a hotel that night, the court heard.

But at 3 a. , Wallace returned to the apartment and tossed a glass of acid over van Dongen, who was lying in bed wearing just his boxer shorts, it is alleged.

In the street, horrified neighbors took him into an apartment and got him to stand under a shower on the advice of paramedics.

Van Dongen was rushed to Southmead Hospital in Bristol, and asked paramedics to please check that my girlfriend is OK because he feared that Wallace would target Farquharson next.

Vaitlingam said: They could see Mark had severe burns — they said it looked as though he had had gray-colored paint poured over him and that the acid had burned through the top layer of skin.

He kept saying he couldnt see and asked if he still had eyelids.

Police arrived to find Wallace sitting on the sofa in the living room and noted there was a glass beer mug on the floor next to a piece of cloth and what appeared to be an artists paintbrush.

Vaitlingam added: The defendant was asked what the substance was that had injured Mark and she said, Acid. I was using it to distress some fabric, and indicated to the glass, cloth and paintbrush on the floor..

A police officer who accompanied van Dongen in the ambulance recalled how he screamed in pain for the entire journey, and radioed ahead to ask for officers to visit Farquharson.

Rachel Oaten said van Dongen screamed, Kill me now, if my face is left looking like this. I dont want to live, when he caught sight of himself in a mirror.

Van Dongen was kept in an isolated ward in ICU for six months before being moved to a burns ward, spending a total of 14 months at Southmead.

The burns covered 25 percent of his body and skin had to be surgically removed. Van Dongens left leg was amputated below the knee and he lost the vision in his left eye and was partially sighted in his right eye.

He eventually regained speech but was permanently paralyzed from the neck down. Van Dongen fell into a deep depression.   Vaitlingam said: Sometimes he said he wanted to live, at other times that he wanted to die.

22, 2016, a care home in Gloucester — a city just north of Bristol — was found and it was understood van Dongen would require a lifetime of constant and dedicated care..

He told his father he wanted to return to Belgium and his father hired an ambulance to take him to the Maria Hospital in Overpelt, a small town near the Belgium-Netherlands border. Doctors there confirmed he was paralyzed for life.

He applied for euthanasia, which was approved after three consultants examined him. Euthanasia is legal in Belgium. It was decided this was a case of unbearable physical and psychological suffering, and van Dongens life was taken on Jan.

In a police interview, Wallace claimed van Dongen assaulted her and she poured the liquid over him as a response to his aggression.

She said it was he who had poured the acid into the glass, encouraging her to drink it with her pills, but that she had not realized it was acid, Vaitlingam added.

When she threw the contents of the glass over him, she believed it was water she was throwing. The court heard both Wallace and van Dongen were HIV-positive.

The defense said: It is Berlinah Wallaces case that that evening as he had often done before, Mark had encouraged her to consider drinking the sulfuric acid they had bought for clearing the drains.

Cairns Botanic Gardens Art Inspiration - Duration: 9:40.

Look how big some of these leaves are. They are absolutely massive. Wow!

Hi and welcome! Here I am in the gorgeous Cairns Botanical Gardens and I've got a really

special guest for you today. Welcome Richard to DrawPj. Thank you Cindy. Thank you

very much. Now Richard works in the most amazing style. It's so beautiful and

filled with light and colour. He's a multi award-winning artist,

gallery represented and it's a real privilege to have him here with me today.

You've spent a lot of time in the Botanical Gardens haven't you. I started visiting

here in 1991, so I watched the gardens grow, things change, the effects of

cyclones and how the landscape recovers so quickly. Here things grow hugely

quickly. It's amazing that the recovery that the land has here after such things

as a cyclone. So Richard how would you describe your

art style. I like to analyze. I like to look at layers. I like to look at objects

devoid of detail. Jeffrey Smart, an Australian artist, his work appeals to

me. Fred Williams's work appeals to me. How they have taken their subject and

reduced a lot of the detail but still retain the atmosphere. One of my friends

Kevin Crais who is a master photographer in Tasmania did or still does

photographic cleansing where he analyzes a subject and removes all the

superfluous detail. In fact it was 2006 I remember when Kevin and I were getting

together and sharing each other's ideas and work. Up until then I'd still been

part realism, part semi abstraction, part abstract, but I wanted to see something a

little bit simpler, so I take an idea and I just let it develop and that often

results in semi abstract work or in the case of the Flecker Gardens some quite

interestingly, for me anyway, abstract work. So it's another way of looking

at something that's real but breaking it down. How do you

capture that idea of layering in your work? When I first look at something I

always, to me anyway, what's important is how I feel about what I'm looking at. I

will spend five or ten minutes in the place and I just sit there and I listen,

I don't look, I actually listen. I try and capture the mood for the place and in

this case here quiet... The odd chainsaw and whatever in the distance, but birds

coming and going, but fairly natural and I like to feel the smell of the

place, in this case the heat of the place and then I look at the light and

the light to me is really important. It's all green. Look how much green is around

us. There's the occasional bit of colour of flower and seed and the decay, and the

decay really interests me. I like the way things in the tropical rainforests fall

down break down really quickly, but in that process there are times when some

of the leaf litter on the forest floor is really bright, so I love the bright,

I love the contrast of bright and then the interplay of light. Here's a really

great example of what I've been talking about. Look at this submerged or

semi-submerged basically leaf here. This red one. Its gorgeous. Look at those bright colours. Look how

strong the greens are. yes! Totally foreign to any leaf around it. There's a

subtle reminder here. This is a faded version, but when I came to a place like

this I simply will get my camera out and I record that. I need to record

it because when I come back again it will be totally different.

Nothing stays the same here. Another good gush, fall of rain will come down,

and wash more leaves down and it will change totally so it's really important when

you come to a place to record as much as you can

and then revisit the place because again it'll be different.

Well something just moved there. Something swam off there. But again I just love the play of

light on this is. Is that what's exciting you then and motivating you to draw that

perhaps later? Yes I'll just wait, I liked a little bubbles the way the bubbles are

sitting there and there's a little leaf which is just gone into

there and it's hitched a ride on a bubble there. I'll just record

that. There's a small amount of water over in the corner there. When I was here

last there was a beautiful trickle of water coming down here and just lots of

semi-submerged leaves. There was a whole collection which was lined up down here

and I spent so long over on that bank taking photos. And the light

was just right. It was bouncing off the water and the water was rippling down. It

was just layers and layers. It was a fascinating place and now it's almost

totally dry, but give it another month and the water will come gushing down

again. So Richard what medium do you prefer to use in your work? Colour pencil.

Colour pencils always been for me the medium I thought I was born to have.

Because I love it, because it's clean, it's not messy. I can take it anywhere I

like. I can draw in the most weird places,

inside, outside, any time of the day or night. But it's just one of those

accessible mediums. I love painting. I'm a trained sculptor but I don't sculpt

anymore, maybe one day. I also love digital art and I've done a lot of

digital work and I've exhibited digital work. Digital work to me actually

complements my pencil because it's almost the opposite. The colours have no

texture but pencil drawing has still got it over digital art because when you

look at it you feel like you just want to pick them up or run your hands over

them. It's that little bit of texture because I don't use paper and I use

pastel board which has got that nice general texture of Mie Tientes paper on

it. It gives us slightly stand up three-dimensional look and that's what I

really like about... people have often said to me they like my gouache paintings

and I try to explain to them that I love guoache... I actually

paint in gouache too but this is not gouache it's colour pencil, and some of them

genuinely don't believe me.

Ohh! look at that gorgeous yellow orange banana leaf.

Oh beautiful. I love the red!

...and of course this is now the leaf

in its final stages of decline, before it hits the forest floor breaks up and goes

back into the soil. It's a beautiful contrast between life

death and this in-between, this breaking down, it's almost autumn look. Where as

autumn doesn't exist up here course. It's wet and dry but it's

lovely to see the decline.

I just love the colour contrast and the texture contrasts. And it's loud. It's nothing soft

and gentle up here, it's often loud colour. When I was teaching here at the

Cairns Art Escape in July a couple of years ago one morning I walked across

the bridge and I looked down and for some reason something caught my eye.

It was just a pile of leaves but the way the light was hitting the water I saw

these wonderful reflections in here so before I even started my class I

had to come out with a camera and go clickity clickity click and record it all, but after

that... after the course finished and I went back to Tasmania I ended up producing a

particular drawing which showed... it was almost sinister in a way. It was so dark yet

within there were just little pockets of colour. I just rather liked the way these

pockets of color floated around and you could just make out that was a pond and

it was the first drawing I've finished before I left Launceston to come to

Cairns last year. What's one piece of advice that you would give to artists

just starting out who might be wondering where to find their inspiration from?

Try and be yourself, find out who you are. Try and avoid copying the work of other

people. By all means look at the work of other

artists, study art history. Art history can tell us a lot about the way people

have thought in the past because a lot of the art we do today, in fact maybe

some people say all of the art we do today is based on what has been done

before but the way we do it is the way we see it. By all means take

photos but take photos of various subjects, go around in the outside, see

things, look at shadows, look at light, go out on windy days, go out on still days

early in the morning, late afternoon, look at objects in the home, those sort of

things are just simply what you see and you'll build up a lovely library of

reference material.

Well thanks for that great advice Richard and where can we

find out more about your work? My website is my main source of work

that's at artklecko.com but I also have an active blog which I post at

least once a month, I have a Facebook page and my representative gallery, Gallery

Pegean in Launceston. Fantastic and I'll put some links to all

of Richard's works below for you.

Well thanks very much Richard, it's been

fantastic meeting up with you today and chatting about your work. It's been so

interesting and loads of fun as well. It's been an absolute pleasure Cindy.

And thank you too for joining us and I'm gonna see you next time

but remember to "just show up at the table because the rest will take care of itself"

[Tarzan's jungle cry!]

Go on then! hahaha! hehehe!

OOH! WHAT'S THAT?

Ooh, I thought it was a snake!

It was my foot!

In the leaves!

ANSWERS ON CANCER, GENETICS, CHILDHOOD CANCER, CLEANSING, RADIATION (FULL) | The Wonders - Duration: 52:00.

Rene: We'll see how it goes. Maggie: Yeah. I'm gonna have to move this back up

just so I can keep the questions here. Okay. Rene: Are we all set, young love?

Maggie: Yes... just a sec, hun. Rene: In that case, I'll go back, relax, let myself go.

Okay? Maggie: All set my love.

(Takes breath)

Maggie: Please envelop this entity so completely in love that all needs wants and desires are chosen.

The Wonders: And greetings. Maggie: Greetings Wonders.

The Wonders: Greetings Maggie. Maggie: Would you please go to where and to when you are directed.

Would you please locate your facilitator, Maggie Gaudette, on April 10th, 2011.

The Wonders: Yes, we have you. Maggie: We are gathered here at 8361 11th Line, Thornton, ON

to do a general session for the "Looking For Answers With The Wonders" event.

May we begin? The Wonders: Please.

Maggie: Thank you Wonders. Wonders, for this event, for this session

we want to focus on the subject of cancer. The Wonders: Well, good for you!

You'll be the one focusing on it, not us. So it's up to you now, dear friend, isn't it?

Maggie: Yes. The Wonders: We're just here to answer your questions.

Maggie: Okay, shall we start in with the questions? The Wonders: Please.

No, wait until tomorrow.

Maggie: (Laugh) I wondered if you had a message or anything.

The Wonders: No. Maggie: Okay. Let's see...

Why are so many choosing the cancer experience?

The Wonders: The choice to experience cancer

is a great way to harm the self. To reflect to the self the extent to which you harm yourself.

Cancer is pervasive. It moves within the body.

It begins in one point and expands from there.

So in effect, individuals who experience cancer are really saying to themselves

that, though the experience is at a certain point in time and space in their life,

really, they are saying that they have for a long period of time

harmed themselves, chosen to harm themselves, and this is just a reflection of that self harm.

Now, some people of course look at it as being simply

a physical manifestation to be resolved with a physical answer.

To that extent, this is what your allopathic doctors are doing.

Trying to, in effect, fix the cancer. But they don't really attack or expose,

or even discuss the underlying issues that brought cancer about.

Cancer is not simply a disease of the physical.

It's a disease of the mind, it's a disease of the emotions,

and it's a disease of spirit as well.

So when an individual experiences such as to choose to harm themselves

And by the way, cancer is not the only disease like this. Don't make that

misunderstanding. But we're speaking of cancer so cancer is that form of disease

Then, dear friends, you must look at all the aspects of the self, not just part of

the aspects of the self. And those individuals who have truly gone to the

depths of cancer and survived, they've survived by recognizing the

interconnection of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and as a result,

therefore, have addressed all of those aspects within themselves in order to

shift. Now, in some cases, though some individuals attempt to address all those

aspects and still die of cancer, you would say, 'Well, they addressed them,

why did they die?'

Well, they may have addressed it in the sense that they looked at it,

but they didn't address it in the sense of actually shifting the self,

not just the mind - the self. Shifting the experience that you exist in.

Shifting that manifestation that you call physical. Shifting that whole

ego, personality, mind connection. Soul connection. All of that must be shifted.

And a love of life, a passion for living, must be created.

Most individuals, you'll find most individuals who have cancer have, in effect,

set aside their passion for living. They simply live moment to moment,

day to day, on the basis of, what else is there to do?

You see? Maggie: Yes.

Before you go any further... We've obviously expanded on that question

quite a bit. So now we'll see how many questions really come up.

Maggie: Yes.

Maggie: What are the effects on people worldwide with the Japanese nuclear plants' meltdown?

The Wonders: Well, what you're going to find is that from a world perspective

many individuals will begin to experience radiation poisoning to their bodies.

Now, of course, most of those will be those individuals near and around the

radiation nuclear experience in Japan. However, because nuclear is really

or radiation, is really a worldwide event, it's moving through the atmosphere,

it's moving through the water, you will find that some individuals

hypersensitive to radiation, not all individuals, but there are some

hypersensitive to radiation will be affected by this.

Why they're hyper sensitive? In part, because of genetic structure.

In part, because of their own unwillingness to appreciate themselves and the choices

that they've made in their lives, the neglect that they've made to themselves,

the abuse that they've taken that they've moved to their bodies.

So the resultant is they've created a hypersensitivity, and this

hypersensitivity will manifest itself. However, having said that, most

individuals on the world will not be affected by it. In fact, if you were

to have a nuclear accident, it would be best to have it in Japan over, say,

Chernobyl, which is where you had it before, for Chernobyl created a nuclear

disaster unparalleled that affected most of Europe, whereas this is

affecting mostly Japan with some parts of the ocean

because of the way the prevailing winds are working, because of the way the ocean currents are moving,

so it's not to the same degree as when the Chernobyl

incident was. You see? Maggie: Yes.

Maggie: What takes radiation out of the body?

The Wonders: There's a number of things that will do that, but one of the best ways to

eliminate radiation from the body is to eat kelp, surprisingly enough.

Now, we would recommend you don't eat kelp from around the nuclear plant in Japan right now,

that wouldn't be a good thing to do. But kelp preferably, and, as we've said

this before, there's some really good kelp around the country of Iceland.

That kelp specifically is of the best for eliminating radiation poisoning in the body.

Now, you can derive a - you can use this kelp to eat it

which would help certain levels of radiation, but to derive in intense

levels of radiation, you would have to get a derivative of that kelp. In other words,

make it a concentrate from the kelp and that would then help the high dosage

of radiation in individuals. You see? Maggie: Yes. A question,

Is there a core belief that all who have cancer share?

The Wonders: Not really. It is not... You cannot...

Cancer is not a disease of singularity. You can't take cancer and narrow it down

to one aspect. It could be said that some individuals are prone to cancer because

of genetics - there's certain weaknesses in their genetic structure. Some of that

weakness comes from the parents. The sperm and the egg were weak to begin with

and created a genetic mutation within the embryo itself.

So as a result, therefore, some individuals are becoming more prone to cancer

from that perspective. Having said that, genetics does not in and of itself guarantee cancer.

What guarantees cancer, of course, is the setting aside of the self,

the lack of proper nutrition to the body, exposure to a great number of toxicities

within the body - chemicals, some radiation, but mostly chemical toxicity,

and as a result of that then, added in a mix of genetics and

you've got a great formula guaranteeing that you will get cancer in your lifetime.

So it isn't a question of one solution for everyone.

It must be individualized, from one perspective, but as we can assure you,

however, there are certain herbs certain call them techniques

that can be used to assist the body in replenishing itself, and as a

result, removing the incidence of mutations in the body that is viewed as cancer.

You see? Maggie: Yes.

How does EMF waves affect the body with regards to cancer growth?

The Wonders: Well, electromagnetic frequency is no different than radiation of some sort.

What you have in some cases, not all cases, but what you have in some cases

is you have the electromagnetic frequency of the body not completely at

sync with the electromagnetic frequency of everything that surrounds you.

Your bodies... you are energy. Your physical bodies actually express themselves as

electromagnetic frequency itself. So what you have is you have basically a

frequency of your own body working against the frequency of everything around you.

And when that happens, then you have the possibility,

notice the word possibility here, and increased probability of

an incidence of mutation within the cells of the body which of course then leads

itself to cancer. However, it is not simply EMF that causes cancer.

Now you must combine this with exposure to a great number of chemicals that are in

your environment, these chemicals having reduced

the ability of the cell structures within your body to replicate themselves

freely and properly as a result creates an environment where EMS

in and of themselves, then can attack and trigger, if you want to call it that, a cell

replication that is unparalleled within nature. You see?

Maggie: Yes.

How much radiation percentage wise will the nuclear plant meltdowns add

to the already existing amount? The Wonders: On a worldwide basis, approximately 1.3%.

Maggie: How can we protect ourselves from vibrational pollution, including radiation poisoning?

The Wonders: The best way is to eliminate the toxicity in your body.

And by that we mean, quite simply, start cleaning yourselves out. This is why we

recommend a health protocol that involves minimal supplementation,

good organic food and, of course, spring water, as best as you can get it.

Now, water as we've said before, no matter where you look on the planet, is polluted in some way.

It has chemicals in it. However, the deepest spring water that comes from

the deepest mountains is the best for that has the minimal amount of pollution to it.

Having said that, once you follow that health protocol then you must clean yourself out.

Liver cleanses are excellent. Master cleanses are excellent

for they do remove a great number of toxicities within the fatty tissues of your body.

Failing that, you can also go for chelation which will remove a lot of

the heavy metals in your body as well, as well as some chemical toxicity in your body.

You can do it through chelation. You can do as well through, some of it at least,

you can eliminate some of the chemicals, some of the toxins in your body

through... one moment, please, colonics, those are helpful to remove that.

So anything that will cleanse the body has a certain degree of element of

removal of the toxicity. The more you do it, of course, the more you remove the toxins.

So really, when you're looking at it from that perspective then you are

in effect protecting yourself from the possibility of cancer in your body. You see?

That doesn't mean you'll eliminate it, but you are protecting yourself from it.

Maggie: Yes.

Greetings Wonders, do tattoos contribute to cancer growth?

The Wonders: Well, look at it from this perspective.

Tattoos in and of themselves are not really harmful. They are decorative in that sense.

However, in the inks that are used in the tattoos go into the skin.

Now, in some cases, unless you're familiar with what is in the ink

some inks are vegetable-based and some inks are not. Now, even the inks that are

vegetable-based, you have to be aware of what went into making that ink for,

in effect, what you could have is a concentration of certain chemicals

within the ink itself that, once placed in your skin, will lead eventually to the toxin

being absorbed in your body, the chemical being absorbed in your body,

which could lead - could, not guaranteed, but could lead - to you

of course, rebelling, your body rebelling against it

and then, of course, then you have the possibility of cancer. Now, as we said

and we keep saying this to all of you: it isn't one thing that will lead to

cancer but of course many things together. You tack on ingestion of

chemicals, artificial chemicals that are in your environment, that are in

everything that you use. Your clothes is covered in chemicals. What do you think

that your fire protective clothes are all about? What do you think that anything

made with polyester is about? Rayon... All of these have literally dozens

of chemicals within them. So really, all of this is exposure to yourself.

Now, we're not saying here, go around and don't put clothes on your body.

The solution, of course, would be to go around naked. You could have difficulty

in minus 30 degree below zero weather. Having said that, however, do recognize

that if you stay in certain types of clothes and combine that with certain

types of exposure to the environment, like high exposure to heat, high exposure

to other types of radiation, you could end up with absorption of certain

chemicals into your body, and that's just clothes. Then you've got food that

is packaged in plastic, you've got all kinds of chemicals in your environment

that you're using some of which, your computers, your keyboards,

your toothbrushes even are made with chemicals so really,

when you look at everything you have a high exposure of toxins in your

body already, which your liver can easily handle. Given that, then, we would

encourage you since this exposure of chemicals is rampant in your environment

the best way to protect yourself of course is to ensure that you have an

elimination system that is functioning properly. And by that we mean a liver

that is clean and fully functional. We mean a colon that is clean and fully functional.

How many people really eliminate three, four, five times a day?

Most people are happy to eliminate once or twice a day.

Some people don't eliminate except for once a week. So really,

elimination is the only way you're going to get rid of the toxins and that means

your kidneys must process your toxins, it means your colon must process your toxins,

that means your liver must process your toxins.

So the best way to do it is to support those organs of your body that really

allow toxins to be clean. Your spleen, for example, it cleans your blood so support it

as best you can. You see? Maggie: Yes.

Explain why certain individuals are born with cancer. Is this karmic?

The Wonders: No, it's not. What it is it comes from the parents.

Understand this, this is really important here.

Individuals that are born with cancer, really, it's the genetic structure of the

sperm and the egg. The sperm and the egg were flawed, and because they were flawed

literally you have cancer being passed on genetically from the parents to the

infant, to the child. In some cases, the sperm and the egg is not

flawed but the parent, the mother has been exposed to a variety of different

toxicity which of course, by its nature, flawed the embryo. Then the embryo

develops and even develops with cancer. So there's a number of different

scenarios at play here, but invariably it comes down to an exposure to toxicity

from the environment, whether it be in the embryo stage, or whether it be in the

nucleic stage of the sperm and the egg. You see? Maggie: Yes.

Greetings. The Wonders suggested we keep the one that says you cannot physically harm another individual.

Could you expand on what it would take for humanity to move towards this idea?

The Wonders: This is not about cancer right now. Maggie: Okay.

Why do young children and babies get forms of cancer?

They haven't lived so long to harm themselves.

The Wonders: Of course they have.

Do you think for one moment that because you've only been alive for two minutes

that you haven't actually gotten exposed to a number of toxins and chemicals?

Go to a hospital and have a child, and take a look at the environment

that you find yourself in. We're talking about hospital births here,

we're not just talking about home births, but hospital births to begin with.

First of all, you're supposed to be in an antiseptic environment. Right, what

do you think creates that antiseptic environment? Chemicals!

Now, you're into that antiseptic environment and you're being exposed, as a mother

and the child, to a variety of different chemicals in the blankets that are being

wrapped around the infant, in the clothes that are being held, the drugs that are

being used. You think an epidural doesn't affect a child?

Yes, doctors will tell you that there's no real proof but in actual fact

there is, they just don't want to acknowledge the empirical proof that exists.

So really, it's easy to recognize that a child, an infant, a child has been

exposed. Look at the environment that you live in. Look at the sprays that are

going on in the farms around you. Now, you don't live near a farm, you live ten

miles away from a farm. Do you think the overspray doesn't actually overspray in

the environment? And if you are in the slightest bit genetically weak because

of a weakness in the genetic structure of the sperm and the egg that formed you,

then you are more susceptible to alteration of cellular replication than

you would otherwise be, and that really is what cancer is. Do you see?

Maggie: Yes.

Which herbs help to stop cancer growth?

There's a number of them. However, having said that, there's a really great formula

developed by a number of North American Indians. A formula that is known in world around

as Essiac. That is a really great formula to use if you have cancer.

It's a benefit. However, there's a number of different herbs depending on the

cancer itself, that can be beneficial. A number of herbalist are aware of these,

traditional Chinese medicine doctors are aware of these, some are Ayurvedic so

go to an Ayurvedic practitioner, they are aware of some of these.

But recognize here that it's not, one herb will cure all cancers.

That's not the way it works. It must be me met with a proper

balancing with the physical body, which is why a herbalist, a naturopathic doctor,

a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, they are the ones that can - or an Ayurvedic

practitioner - they are the ones that can assist you in the balancing.

Do recognize, however, and we keep saying this, you can't work only on the physical

and expect that somehow or other cancer will be conquered. You must work on all parts.

And by the way, if you really want to eliminate cancer, you really want to

get rid of all the cancer in your body, go on a raw food diet of strictly

organic foods. We guarantee you you won't have cancer in your body for long.

Maggie: How long does it take for radiation contamination

to be cleared from an area bombed with nuclear warheads?

The Wonders: Well, that depends entirely on the type of nuclear material used.

In some cases, it could take hundreds and hundreds of years.

In some cases, it could take thousands of years. It depends on the half-life shelf

of the nuclear material used. You see? Maggie: Yes.

How about in Iraq and the effects on those living there? The Wonders: But there hasn't been a nuclear bomb

exploded in Iraq. Why is this question being asked?

Maggie: Yes, okay. You're right.

Is the ozone layer depletion leading to massive melanoma in the world?

Many add chemicals to the skin to avoid this. Comment?

The Wonders: Do recognize that the ozone layer does protect the environment. Yes, the depletion of it

means that there is a greater incidence of solar radiation hitting the planet.

We agree with that. Having said that, your physical bodies are quite capable of

handling most, not all but most, of this radiation. You haven't yet evolved to

handle all of it. So you're quite capable of doing this.

However, once that radiation hits your body and interacts with the chemicals that

are existing in your skin, well then you have an increased incidence of melanoma.

Having said that, most individuals use a number of chemicals to protect

themselves from radiation. The best way to protect yourself from radiation is to

cover yourself. Cover yourself with some good, organic cotton clothes

where radiation will have a difficult time penetrating.

You'll still get some radiation, but it'll get rid of most of it.

And, of course, you can always use zinc. Zinc is a really great material to protect you from radiation.

It's not very fashionable, it doesn't really look good but it does work.

So most of the products that are on the market today that talk about

solar protection, SPF protection they have some form of chemicals within them

that will protect the body, agreed. But some of these chemicals can be and are

actually carcinogenic in their own way, depending on the individual and the

susceptibility of the individual. Most individuals are not so most

individuals won't react to them. But there are the odd one who will react to

these products because they are susceptible because of their own

particular body chemistry, susceptible to the chemicals that are used in these products.

You see? Maggie: Yes.

What can we do to protect ourselves against damaging microwave frequencies?

The Wonders: Well, one thing you don't have to do is you don't have

to go around with a hat made of tin foil, stick it on your head, and pretend

that you're actually taking care of yourself. You don't have to cover your

house with copper or tin foil or anything like that to protect yourself.

Do recognize that microwave radiation exists everywhere in your world.

Presently, that radiation is affecting you.

There's a few products that talk about protection of microwave radiation,

personal products that you hang around your neck or put near your computers.

Most of these don't work. They're not really worth anything.

Your best way to protect yourself, as we keep saying, is clean your liver

clean your colon, clean your kidneys, clean your spleen.

Eat great organic food, drink good spring water, minimal supplementation take

your vitamin C, vitamin C is absolutely important to the body it does protect

the cells from further damage as well as support them in the replication.

So really, what else do you need? You see? Maggie: Yes.

How serious a factor is wireless computer networks and mobile phone networks

as for affecting development of cancer?

The Wonders: All of these networks do create additional pollution of electromagnetic waves

or electro waves, and as a result of that, they can trigger the cancer experience

if the circumstances in the body are basically there.

If you don't take care of yourself, if you eat good junk food

if your diet really is poor, or you may think it's good because

you eat good fruits good vegetables but those fruits and vegetables are covered

with all kinds of herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides,

well then, dear friends, what do you expect? All of these waves will not harm

the body in and of themselves but they will trigger

replication of cell structures in a mutated fashion if the chemical

structures that are in the body are present in the cells and they are

triggered by these particular waves. So it takes a number of different aspects

to work together here. Do you see? Maggie: Yes.

Are far infrared saunas beneficial to the body?

The Wonders: Not really. It's a great, great gimmick because, after all,

you don't have to worry about anything else but far infrared heat.

Well, it's light waves going through your body. Yes, it accelerates the movement of

your cell structures and creates heat in the body.

We would encourage you not to move towards far infrared saunas. We would suggest instead

and the old-fashioned sauna. North American Indians used to have it.

You'll find some people in the Norwegian countries do it.

There's nothing better than really putting yourself in an environment of

hot water, or steam, hot coals and basically sweating it out of your body.

The only reason you have far infrared saunas right now is for convenience sake.

It does do what it says it does, it does create heat for your body

but we can assure you, as dry a heat as this is, the dry heat is not necessarily

beneficial for your body. The moist heat is better actually it makes you sweat more,

number one, it's better for the pores of your body, number two, it's also

better for your organs of elimination, number three, where the far-infrared

radiation that comes off of these particular saunas really affects

the internal organs of your body and really are not beneficial to the real

structure of your bod. We would encourage you to move away from it as fast as possible.

Maggie: What effect does high doses of oxygen have on cancerous cells in the body?

The Wonders: Well, that's a simple one. Cancer is really a replication

of cell structures that exists in a very acidic environment. Now, high doses of oxygen,

what they do is they bring your body to a

more oxygenated state, balance the body more towards the alkaline state and

therefore the cell structures cannot continue to exist.

They don't remain capable of replicating in that environment. Ozone is much better

than oxygen by the way, but both are beneficial. You see? Maggie: Yes

How does a Asymya combat cancer?

The Wonders: Well Asymya, in and of itself, is a simple healing technique but

but it does present an opportunity to tap into energy. Now, Asymya really

helps to rebalance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Now, you'll find

that some individuals practicing Asymya, if they have cancer will

choose to use certain herbs, good food, good water, certain herbs to assist them.

While practicing Asymya, they also balance the mental, the emotional,

and the spiritual, as well as the physical, and the net result is you

have a healing technique that can support the process of really bringing

everything back into a state of balance, which is really what can exist.

You can exist with cancer, by the way, for thousands of years if you want, as long

as your body, as long as you, are in a state of balance. If you're not in a state

of balance, then the cancer takes over. Do you see? Maggie: Yes.

Some research claims that cancer is a kind of fungus growth

and lowering the pH in the cancerous area can reverse the growth. Is this correct?

The Wonders: In some cases, yes, but not in all cases of cancer.

Maggie: What role does stress play in cancer development?

The Wonders: Well, stress just releases a lot more toxins in your body. Think about it.

There you are, you're a body. You've ingested all kinds of chemicals, and we do mean

ALL kinds, approximately 6,444 chemicals per person on average.

So now you've got all of these running around in your cell structure,

some of them are parked in your fatty tissues, some of them are

parked in your skin, some of them are parked in your liver, some of them are

parked in your colon, in your kidneys, in your spleen, in your blood.

Some of them are in your lungs. Anyhow, the chemicals are all there.

Now, you're into a stressful situation.

Well, stress at that point releases a number of chemicals in your

body through your adrenal glands to bring about a state of fight-or-flight.

Now the minute you do this, what you're doing is you're creating an opportunity

for your body to respond without collapse. Great, wonderful. But now if you

have constant stress, not just stress for one moment, but an elevated stress level

that is continuous because you've got a lousy job, a lousy boss, a lousy wife,

a lousy husband, lousy family, life is lousy, whatever, whatever, whatever.

Well at that point, what you're doing is you're creating such a constant stress

level in your body, such a constant release of chemicals in your body

in order to create a fight or flight situation that really, you now have

released a bunch of chemicals that are natural in the body to work with the

unnatural chemicals that are in your body, and you now have a perfect storm for cancer.

Maggie: Prostate cancer is common in men. What is the specific cause for this

cancer, and choice to avoid it? The Wonders: Well, there's a couple of things.

First of all, interestingly enough, the prostate cancer has to do with the prostate!

Has to do with making that little... well, depending on the size, could be

little, could be long, could be big thing between the legs work better. Right?

So it's based on the male sexuality. So look into those aspects of yourself

emotionally and mentally and spiritually, first from the point of view of your own

sexuality. Secondly, look at your diet for your diet, we assure you, has affected

your prostate, has affected the blood flow in your body, and of course

if you've got any kind of hardening of the arteries, then you've affected the

blood flow into that area which is creating, of course, a perfect storm for

cancer in that particular area, along with the chemicals. The third thing to

consider is consider the underwear you're wearing. Take a look at it, some of

it is cotton, we agree, some of it is not. So take a look at the underwear, take a

look at the extent to which you wear tight underwear. If your underwear is

tight and your testicles cannot breathe, then you have a better chance of getting

cancer than you would otherwise. Your testicles were meant to swing free, dear friends.

There's an old song that talks about freely swinging testicles.

Just remember that. Let them swing free. This is why the Scots are so

good for it. The Scottish people, when wear the kilts, you don't see them having

the extent of testicular cancer or even prostate cancer that most

North Americans have. And, of course, from there as we said, it also is based

on your organs of elimination, so you must clean your body as well.

However, in order to eliminate, the best thing to eliminate prostate cancer, of course,

is saw palmetto extract, and there's a number of good ones on the market but

the A. Vogel company makes a great saw palmetto extract that is very

powerful and can be used to absolutely eliminate prostate cancer. You see?

Maggie: Yes. The Wonders have spoken about physical health today

but did also mention the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies affecting cancer in our

bodies. Can you expand on this, please? The Wonders: We have. If you've listened carefully

to everything we've said, we've actually spoken about the emotional states as well.

If you're talking about stress, for example, if you're talking about

appreciating yourself, if you're talking about setting yourself aside, so really

all aspects of the emotional as well as spiritual, because spiritual is about

loving the self, all of those aspects are intertwined with your mental, where your

mind is interfering in your body - your mind says to your body, 'Oh. Hey, it

has to be this way,' again this is where you have to say to your mind, 'Enough,

step out of the way, let the body deal with itself.' You will find, dear friends,

that the body is quite capable of balancing itself.

Often times though, the mind interferes. The mind interferes through a

perspective of emotion, which is not really the emotional self, the emotional

self has been set aside because it's really not asserting itself, and the

spiritual self is just quite content to let everything go along without actually

applying itself. So the resultant is you now have basically all aspects of

the self working against each other, or in sometimes in conjunction with each

other to force cancer into the body as a way to reawaken the self to say, 'Hey,

smarten up! There's something going on here that you're not paying attention to.'

Don't look at cancer as a death sentence, by the way. Cancer is becoming

ubiquitous with a death sentence. It really isn't. All cancer is...

Cancer existed long before cancer became popular as a death sentence. The only

reason cancer became popular is because really the pharmaceutical companies

needed to be able to create a crisis whereby vast amounts of money could be

raised to support the structure that they had to basically make profit on

their particular product developments. Were it not for the pharmaceutical companies,

cancer would not be the extent to which it is today.

And certainly the interest in it would not be the extent to which it is today.

So understand that it's really more hype than substance.

Having said that, to a person who has cancer it now becomes substance.

In the allopathic medicine field, a person has cancer, their solution is to

poison you some more. Let's put some chemotherapy. Chemotherapy - think

about it, it's chemical drugs. It's chemicals going into your body to

suppress your immune system, so that your immune system doesn't attack these

particular cancer cells. Well, dear friends, isn't that why you have an

immune system in the first place is to eliminate that

which is not natural to the body? Now, an immune system run rampant, yes, you have

a difficulty. Why is their immune system running rampant? Because all of a sudden you have

an overabundance of cancer cells running through the body. So it's not a question

of suppressing the immune system, it's a question of, can you eliminate the cancer cells?

That's the key question. And so far in your cancer industry,

your cancer industry has seen the solution more as a solution of

suppressing the body's immune system while attacking the cancer cells, as

opposed to simply being a little bit more specific. That's sort of like taking

a shotgun to shoot the head of a fly. Well, dear friends,

you'll succeed but you're going to get rid of the fly while you're doing it.

Get the point? Yes. Maggie: How does MMS affect cancer?

The Wonders: Define MMS. Maggie: Yeah, I don't know, Wonders.

I'll go onto the next question. The Wonders: This session will end soon, dear friends.

Greetings Wonders, can you relate the shift that occurs in teleportation to

the shift that occurs in healing cancer? The Wonders: Good try trying to get teleportation

into the cancer equation. No, this is not about that. Teleportation doesn't

have anything to do with cancer at this stage. It will eventually once

teleportation is created, but it's not created yet, dear friends. So until it does,

no, we're not going to in indulge you in that particular conversation.

Maggie: What might be the emotional causality tied into testicular cancer, and how

would determine if the causality is emotional or otherwise?

The Wonders: Most of the emotional causality has to do with the sexuality of the male.

The male sexuality, the appreciation, and of course, we're not saying simply being a male. We're talking

about male sexuality and the balance between feminine and masculine energy.

So really, most of that is the emotional causality,

and the way to determine whether that has, as we said, it's never just one thing.

That emotional causality of masculine and feminine energy, and

balancing it within the male perspective, in the male sexuality, in effect, can as a

result of that, cause a number of different things. Testicular cancer can

be caused by a virus, for example. It can be caused by a number of STDs. So really,

that could be the cause. But again, it's all about balancing the masculine or

feminine energy with the male perspective and, from there

recognizing that you have a number of different toxicities in the body that

are presenting themselves in that area, which, of course, causes a great deal of

difficulty. Testicular cancer is an interesting one because a lot of times,

the precursor, the trigger for testicular cancer can be - we're not saying that it

always is - but it can be an STD that starts it all. You see?

Maggie: Do annual mammograms actually cause cancer through accumulative effects of radiation from x-rays?

The Wonders: Yes. Maggie: Okay.

The Wonders have mentioned cancer being a concept. Could you expand on

how shifting our perspective of ourselves would affect

our cells and likelihood to experience this concept of cancer?

The Wonders: And this will be the last question, dear Maggie.

The concept of cancer is really... Recognize here that it is a

co-creation of your society. Were it not for the advent of the abundance of

chemical structures in your society, cancer would not have been co-created

the way it is. Having said that, and the concept of cancer is much more fearful

than the actual disease itself. Think about it. How many people go around

afraid of getting cancer, and how many people actually get cancer? It's the fear

of cancer, of course, and now that creates an emotional turmoil within the body.

It creates chemical reactions in the body which triggers of course additional

chemical reactions which work with the chemicals and the toxins already present

in the body. You then have from there a setting aside of the self love of the person,

then you have all of that fear leads you to choosing to harm

yourself in some way, shape, or form. And if you don't die of cancer, well, you'll

die of something else, but you'll certainly present yourself with cancer

at some point in your life. We guarantee it.

So the key here for you to recognize is that the concept of cancer has created

in humanity such a great perspective of fear, and it is being fueled

by the pharmaceutical companies, by the chemical companies, and by even your

society, by your governments in society and by their efforts to the

Cancer Society, for example. Everybody relishes cancer. The march for cancer,

the March for Dimes, all of these things they are all designed to make

cancer and keep cancer at the forefront of your minds, and as a

result of that, of course, you now have a boogeyman in the room or an elephant in

the room that nobody really wants to talk about. And the

elephant in the room is how much energy and effort you're putting into

a discussion of a subject that really is not affecting the population to the

degree that it can be. Now, of course, since this advent of this concept, since

this propagation of information, this manipulation if you want to call it that

of the cancer perspective, well you now find yourself with an increased

incidence of cancer in your environment, all designed by pharmaceutical

and chemical companies and governments

and individuals in governments who benefit financially and otherwise from

this concept being passed on to the masses so the masses can then, in effect,

create for themselves their own perspective of cancer.

The more you fear something, the more you attract it. So what's happening is, of course, you now

have a concept that's being passed on, that's being talked about, and the more

it's being talked about the more people say, 'Yeah, I've got that, yeah I've got that,'

and the next thing you know more people have it, and more people have

it. Why? Because of course it becomes the disease of the current

time of which is fashionable to get. It's become a fashionable disease.

Heart attack is so passé, so blasé now. After all, who wants to die of a heart

attack? It's so much better to die of cancer because now with cancer you can

really die. You can suffer, you can go through all the things you have to go

through. You lose your hair, your body wastes away,

you now are a burden on on society. Medical establishments

must go to extreme lengths to save you. People can cry all around you, they

can wail for you for months and years, in fact, while you battle your cancer

You have constant examples in your your news and everything else of people

who are overcoming cancer, who are battling cancer, who succumbed to cancer,

it becomes the choice, the disease, the designer disease of choice, if you want

to call it that, by which to die. Heart attacks? No, they're just so blasé now.

You see? Maggie: Yes.

The Wonders: And this session must end, dear friends, And we do thank you.

To you all, the appreciation of all. Maggie: The appreciation of all, Wonders.

Wonders, may we move to end this session? The Wonders: Please.

Maggie: Please perform all healings that are chosen. The Wonders: Done.

Maggie: Please relax the body to its natural state now. The Wonders: And to you all, the appreciation of all.

Maggie: The appreciation of all, Wonders. I would like Rene to awake feeling completely loved now.

Rene: I came out of that session, it was kind of interesting

because I saw, it was almost like I could see a ball with all kinds of different

points on it, each one relating to everything else. And you could almost hit

any one point and everything would light up on the ball. It didn't matter where

you hit, so everything was interconnected. But the interesting thing was is that

I was fascinated because everybody was looking at this ball and saying how

wonderful this ball was and how amazing this ball was and boy, this was a great

ball and boy, you really had to get it. And everybody had to get a ball exactly like

that because if they didn't get a ball exactly like, you wouldn't be an in person.

To be part of the in-crowd, you had to have this ball. And that's it, that's what I got.

Maggie: Thank you. Rene: Hang in there, folks, we'll be right back with you

while I give my wife a lovely, little kiss.

Rene: Okay, so I hope you had a really, really good time and enjoyed yourselves.

As I said, once again, to remind everybody here that there's an amazing

retreat coming up on July the 7th - 19th called Broadening The Self. You can

register by going to our website, thewonders.com and clicking on the

link on the left hand side for retreats, and you can find out all about it then.

Don't forget the next Looking For Answers With The Wonders event is

coming up on May the 15th, again at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's a Sunday.

And of course, we have two great workshops coming up in May. The first one,

May the 6th to the 10th on Changing The World Now, which is going to be just one

of the most powerful workshops I think we've ever put on, it's going to be

powerful as heck. And on May the 27 to 31, which is going to be even more

powerful because it's got to be about absolutely nothing, and we have no clue

what that is (laugh). So I hope everybody enjoyed themselves, I hope you had a great time

and thank you for participating. And like I said, May 15th, put it on your calendar...

Maggie: The next general Q&A webcast. Rene: That's right. In the meantime, good night everybody

have a good afternoon and hope you enjoy yourselves. Maggie: Good night everyone and thanks for all your questions.

you
