No More Skinny Legs - Part 2 Best Leg workout for gaining muscle - Duration: 9:46.

Hi everyone, I'm Rebeca Martinez, and today we are doing the sequel for the No More Skinny Legs workout,

for all those people that have as goal to gain or build muscle mass

in legs, buttocks and in this workout shoulders as well.

When the objective is to gain muscle mass you must consider 3 points.

The first one is to work slowly, you want to rip your muscles fibers,

So do each repetitions, and count three.

The second principle you must work on is in an inverted pyramid.

We will start the first 2 rounds (series) with the heaviest weights, when your body has more strength,

and the last two rounds you will lower the weight.

And point number three, and this is the good news for this workout, is that you will have 2 minutes to rest between each round.

Remember to warm-up and stretch really really well before starting this workout.

This exercise is an olympic press, but with modifications.

For practice use very light weights, it can be 3 or 5 pounds

this is for you to practice and practice, until you dominate the movement.

Once you are ready you can switch for the weight you plan to use.

We will do 2 rounds with the heaviest weights.

Then we lower the weight and do 2 more rounds.

Ok, I will teach this exercise through 3 parts, so you can understand it.

The first part is a dead lift, keep your back straight, dumbbells are facing forward, lower in three.

Ok, you will practice this several times.

Keep your back straight.

Core stable and Abs contracted.

Now the second part.

Do a dead lift in 1, 2, 3.

Turn the dumbbells in one impulse

lets return and do it again. Turn the dumbbells.

In an impulse.

Ok 1, 2, 3, turn the dumbbells in one impulse.

The third part of this movement is an elevation or the press.

Dead lift, squat, separate my legs and raise your arms.

Again

Switching legs.

Take a step forward to return to the starting position.

Lower the dumbbells in 1, 2, 3, turn, go up, separate your legs, take a step forward.

Now we will do a duck squat with a plank.

We will work the inner part of your thigh, buttocks and quadriceps.

Separate your legs, the knees and your toe tips must face the same direction.

Knees at 90 degrees, you will go down and count three, 1, 2, 3.

Place the dumbbells, extend your legs in a single movement.

Separate your legs and up in one.

Closing your legs and you have a sipper between your legs.

Lower in three, 1, 2, 3, Place.

10 repetitions. Keep your back straight, don't bend forward.

Now we will do a swing.

Normally, we do this exercise, using a kettlebell.

But if you don't have one, you can use a dumbbell. We will use light weight to practice.

Separate the legs to the width of the hips, grab the dumbbell with one hand,

the other hand is extended behind, lower it and lift it,

Pushing from your big toe up to the pelvis and swing.

Next exercise is a Squat with tire.

Bend down with your back straight, throw and take a step, and throw.

Now we will do a sliding deadlift.

First I will teach it without adding any resistance.

We will begin with one leg standing on top of the gliding disk, the other leg is behind on your toe.

Imagine you have your dumbbells here.

I will bend down with your back straight until you place your hands on the floor.

Raise your pelvis, tighten your buttocks and pull.

The next exercise is an Hip extension with TRX and dumbbell.

We will do a practice without any weight.

Introduce the heels, place your head, hands on the side of your hips.

Lift your hip in one, and lower in 1, 2, 3. Push up, and 1, 2, 3.

Now we are going to add weight, grab the dumbbell with both hands.

Place it on top of your hips and raise, 1, 2, 3.

This will be the 40 seconds cardio interval. We will do a burpee with a donkey kick to the wall.

Separate the legs, we will do a squat, place your hands on the floor.

In one movement, raise your legs, and kick. Now jump.

The difference between this workout and the part one is...

that in this one, we combined different type of resistances.

we used, TRX, gliding, and dumbbells.

So we can provide different stimulus to your muscles so they can continue growing.

My a*s is starting to freeze

And you find yourself with two options

You either stay at home eating chocolate and turkey

Or you move your butt outside

and come train with me !

Let's go !

Dude, when you wanna start bodyweight training

It's important that you first lay out the muscular foundations

This way you'll have everything you need

to start tackling more advanced moves

In this video I'll show you all the basic exercises

so that you can start strengthening your beautiful little body

For each exercise, I'll also show a more advanced progression

So that you know what are goals you can set when you begin

So that you can fill your bikini next summer

You knew it, chest = push ups

If you're starting and can't do a few proper push ups yet

You can start with decline or knee push ups

in order to make them easier

Once this is all good, we can work on real push ups !

Moving forward, you can do wide push ups

In order to target your chest more

Please keep in mind not to flare your elbows

You can also go with diamond push ups, targeting the triceps more

A good goal to set when you start

is to aim for a few one arm push ups

Take note that the body position rules are the same than for regular push ups

Except that you'll have to straddle your legs

and remove a hand, obviously !

Next, let's review legs !

So yes I know, some dude that are doing street workout,

it seems like they are never training them !

So I guess that it sometimes is the case

but I strongly advice against neglecting them

It's not that complicated you'll see

and it can be pretty fun

First, you need to learn how to properly squat.

Take a shoulder wide stance

Your knees shouldn't pass your toes

and your back should be as flat as possible

Again to progress, you cna play with your stance

Like for example with close stance squats

You can also do lunges, I guess you've seen them already

I think it's very boring haha

Try to aim for a 90 degrees angle at both knees

Of course, everything you do for one leg or arm

you need to do it for both !

Your first goal for legs should be

to be able to do pistol squats

or one-legged squats

So there are a few ways to get there,

like for example with hand assisted pistols

But I'll probably do a tutorial about it another time

Another interesting dimension to explore with legs

is to add jumps after each rep

this way you'll also work your power

Uff, finally over with legs, let's do something more interesting !

Let's learn how to pull up, it's way more fun !

You can start with australian pull ups

for those you'll need a lower bar like this

Try to keep a straight line from your feet to your shoulders

Squeeze your butt tight, it'll help you

Pull your shoulders back and down

before pulling with your arms

You can again change the grip width

and the hand position

doing pull ups or chin ups

It'll alter muscle engagement

mostly between your back and arms

Once autralians become too easy

and if you have access to a higher bar

You can do assisted pull ups

In a nutshell, you'll just do regular pull ups

while keeping your feet on the ground in front of you

total weight to pull will be lower, making it easier

Then we'll move on to a proper height

A first way to try pull ups, like any other calisthenics

exercise you can't do yet

is to do negatives

meaning trying to resist against gravity pulling you to the ground

For example with pull ups, you can jump at the top of the position

before lowering yourself down as slowly as possible

Alright, once you're warm and all, you'll be doing real pull ups

You can take off your shirt

if you wanna impress your friends when it's zero degrees outside

Alright dude, show me what you got !

Dude, you need to stop trying to do the exercises by yourself !

stop stop stop !

First put your legs together

squeeze your butt

keep your body straight

pull your shoulder back and down, then pull !

Alright, way better !

All the way up, all the way down !

without busting your elbows of course !

You can also do chin ups

same rules, but with more emphasis on your biceps

Again you can change the width

with narrow pull ups

or very wide pull ups

You see, it's with this kind of stuff that

you'll be able to build a decent back

Progressing further, you'll want to work more unilateraly

for example with archer pull ups !

You can also stay with regular pull ups

but adding weight to them

For those, I like to use a weight belt

A long term good goal is the one arm pull up

Well, I can't do a proper one yet, but

I asked my friend Choubatuck if he could do a demonstration

I've heard he also is on Youtube

and that we'll be doing videos together soon !

Next, abs !

You can start working them on the floor

doing lying leg raises

It is important that

you tilt your pelvis forward

as if you sat on your lower back

you can help a bit with your hands

and you raise your legs till 90 degrees or a bit before

and you lower them, but don't touch the ground

your body and abd need to be tense the whole time

So do not stop and do not rest

If you can't keep your legs straight don't worry

it's normal, it's about flexibility

and we'll work on it on the side

Once it's too easy, you can level to the next progression

where you try to touch your legs or feet with your hands as well

Yes, just like that !

so impressive dude !

Then, or even at the same time

this progression isn't completely linear

you can also work hanging from a bar

That what I'd recommend

You can start with knee raises

Try to raise knee as high as possible

without tilting your trunk backward

You'll see yourself get higher over time

Then you'll want to straighten your legs a bit

If you can't get them completely straight at the begining it's okay

Eventually you want to be doing straight leg raises

and get them as high as possible

why not even touch the bar, right?

But know what when you lean backwards

it's your back that takes part of the load

so the abs are best trained at the beginning of the move

A good first goal for leg raises

would be to do them with one arm, straight legs, and as high as possible

Of course, switch between arms

- and add a revive to the diet to be sure and avoid all kind of stress during cloning process, or low pruning as

- you know, to keep ground away from first brotes of the plant... And make it more difficult for plagues,

- and keeping humidity far from the plant and it will be nice during bloom.

- did it and we'll see how to make a couple of clones of every strain to sex them... Rooting and growing them a bit

- to identify sex, elliminate males or keep genetics.

I am in Anvaya Beach resort

and this is a beautiful view of the sea

Today we are going to visit Ubud

Today I had Dosa, Poha, etc.. Indian breakfast

There are lot of categories of rooms in this resort

We are in Denpasar

These ladies are doing Batik painting

They are using wax for Batik art

This is a showroom where can buy things made up of Batik arts

Bali is also famous for its silver and gold jewellery

This is Celuk village, on the way to Ubud

This is also an art gallery

This is a 'must-do' activity in Bali

You can visit such showrooms and art galleries in Celuk village

Mr Dewa informed that Bali does not have a proper public transport service

So you may have to hire a taxi

But I will recommend...

to hire a bike

You can get a bike in less than 500 INR (100,000 IDR)

1 INR = 200 IDR (approx)

So its better to explore Bali on rental bikes

I saw a lot of tourists on such bikes

This animal is called Luwak

This wild animal is in captivity because it is probably wounded

This animal eats selected coffee beans

But it can not digest them

then these beans are processed to make coffee

This cost is without petrol

This place is on the Monkey forest street

If you are looking for a rental bike, you can approach them

So you can rent a bike (tank full of petrol) for 450 INR (Approx) for 24 hours

They don't require any documents for renting a bike

You are just required to share your passport number

Also your residential address

so rent a bike instead of a taxi

How I Make My Art Edits | V1 - Duration: 18:16.

I use Adobe Draw from the app store.

The picture I chose had a background but I erased that using an app called Background Eraser.

I use the first three brushes and I start with the first one for the background.

I added another layer that is BELOW the picture so the background color wouldn't go over the picture.

Now, I'm taking the second brush and making the brush size smaller.

I do that by tapping and dragging on the top circle that says size labeled underneath it.

Here, I'm picking a color to do the hair with and in my opinion, the hair is the fun part!

I do this by tapping and holding the color on the BOTTOM circle.

Then just dragging it over a color I would like.

I follow the way the hair flows and just draw over-top of the picture.

Still by using the second brush, I just simply choose a different color and outlining the hat.

I'm changing the opacity because then my hair strokes would be easier to see and draw.

Trust me, there is something happening here it's just that you cant see it well.

I turned the opacity back to 100% because then I could get the brightest color possible for the jewelry.

I'm creating lines to define the lip structure

Now it's time for you guys to see my amazing skill of eye sight, because the creases in his JACKet

Were really hard to see even with the opacity at like 50%

Just doing some finishing touches such as making the backgound a little bigger.

It sounds cliche, but if you just be yourself, people will like you just the way that you are.
