Today we will make Dry fruit Burfi
It is Specially made on the Occasion of Krishna Janmashtami...we serve it to lord Krishna
It is quick recipe and very tasty
INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE
Lets start making our dry fruit burfi
Take 1 small Cup of lotus puff
and half cup of Almonds
Pistachio for Garnishing
We will cut them now
Take lotus puff and cut it in small pieces
Lotus puff are Ready
Now we will cut our Almonds and Pistachios finely
Switch on the Flame now
Our Pan is nice and hot
add 2 spoons of Clarified butter (Desi ghee) in pan
Take a plate in which you will keep your Burfi..and grease it with Clarified butter
Grease it on all sides of the plate...so that our burfi comes out nicely
Now we will add 1 cup of lotus puff in our pan
If you don't want to cut your lotus puff...you can avoid
Roast it until Golden brown
they will become crispy and crunchy after roasting them
Our lotus puff are golden in color now
we will take them out now
Add 1 spoon of Clarified butter in Pan
Reduce the flame
Now add Almonds in Pan and Roast them so they come out crispy and nice
Roast them to make it crispy
Almonds are roasted nice and Crispy
we will take them out now
switch off the flame for 2 minutes
Our Pan is hot
Add Mawa in the Pan
Crush mawa with help of spoon
Mawa should be fresh
Switch on the flame now
Roast mawa on medium flame
Roast it till color changes
you can see mawa has the color in golden brown now
It is Perfectly Roasted
Switch off the flame now
and stir it well for 1 minute
Add all the dry fruits and lotus puff into mawa
Mix it well
Add 2 big Spoons of Powdered Sugar in it
Give it a good mix
Now we will take the pate which we greased and pour all the Burfi batter into it
You can see we have shifted it to our plate
we will press it nicely and refrigerate it for half hour
Put little bit of Clarified butter on your spatula and spread it all over
Garnish it with Dry Fruits
You can add dry fruits of your choice
We added Pistachios and Almonds for Garnishing
Burfi is Ready now
Now we can serve our burfi prasad to lord Krishna happily

Hello, welcome to Swaad Anusaar.
On occasion of Janmashtami (Indian religious festival) we are gonna make some sweets.
And that is Ragi (finger millet) kheer.
To make Ragi kheer we will first take ghee (clarified butter).
As the ghee gets hot we will add half bowl of Ragi flour.
We will lower down the flame.
Let's roast it well.
We will roast this for 5 minutes.
And till the time it roast we will make jaggery water.
To this we will add some water.
After the water is heated we will add half bowl of jaggery to it.
You can add jaggery as per your taste.
As some likes is less sweet and some likes it more.
We will boil this nicely till the time jaggery don't melt completely.
You can see that the jaggery has melted completely.
Now we will put this in a cooking pot.
And we will mix it well.
Now we will add milk to it.
It is 1 litre of boiled milk.
We will mix it well so that there remains no lumps in it.
We have mixed it well and now there are no lumps in it.
And now we will add the leftover milk.
We will let this cook too.
To this we will add finely chopped almonds.
And grounded cardamom seeds.
Mix it well.
Now we will serve it.
Lastly, we will add some chopped almonds to it.

Today on the occasion of JANMASHTAMI we are going to make 2 different types of Panjiri
Today we would make panjiri from wheat flour and coriander powder
lets start with wheat flour PANJIRI
add 4 tbsp clarified butter and keep the flame between slow and medium mode
Once the clarified butter melts add 1 cup wheat flour and roast till it turns goldenish in color
Once it turns goldenish in color remove the flour on plate and let it cool for 2 minutes only
Once its little warm add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
same proportion of sugar should be added similar to wheat flour i.e 1 cup sugar
add 2 tbsp sugar crystals
chopped almonds
chopped cashew nuts
few raisins roasted in clarified butter
Few lotus seeds roasted in clarified butter
you can any dry fruits as per your taste too
now lastly the important ingredient i.e Holi basil leaves
So wheat flour panjiri is ready
Now lets start making Coriander powder panjiri
add 2 tbsp clarified butter and keep the flame between slow and medium mode
add 1 cup coarsely grinded coriander powder and roast it till it turns brown in color
So once coriander powder turns brown in color add 2 pinch of green cardamom powder and roast for next 1 minute
So after a minute it is ready now remove it on plate and let it cool down
now again add 2 tbsp clarified butter in pan
add lotus seeds and roast it
after roasting it remove it on plate
again add 1/2 tbsp clarified butter
add 2 tbsp edible gum and roast it
Once it inflates remove it on plate
add 1 tbsp clarified butter and keep the flame between slow and medium mode
add 1 cup almonds and cashew nuts and roast it
add 1 tbsp poppy seeds
roast it till it turns goldenish in color
once it turns goldenish in color remove it on plate
now let the ingredients cool down
Once everything cools down add it in mixer grinder and grind it
So coriander powder is cooled down now add 1 tbsp sugar powder
since we have taken 1 cup coriander powder so we are taking 1 cup sugar, it should be same ratio
after mixing sugar add the roasted dry fruits which we have grinded
mix it properly
now lastly add the holy basil leaves
without the holy basil leaves the recipe is incomplete

Well, the best part of being an NESOP
is the diverse amount of work that we get to do.
We do anything from electronic warfare to firing
the main armament on board HMC ships.
We will put the war and warship. That's the best part of the job.

So Naval Electronic Sensor Operators,
we are kind of the early warning guys on ships.
So we identify target radars and vessels of interest
and we gather information and intelligence and use it
to build the maritime picture around the ship to help
the command team decide how we are going to fight the ship.
I am Leading Seaman Joseph Bowker.
I am a Naval Electronic Sensor Operator on board HMCS Ottawa.
So I joined the Navy a couple of years ago,
but before that, I was in the Army Reserve
with the British Columbia Dragoons.
After spending a few years with them, I kind of figured out
where things were going in my life and where I wanted to be.
And the Navy seemed like a great opportunity to see the world
and do some fun things.
The best part of my job is the people.
Honestly, being on a ship is great.
There is so many different people from all around Canada.
And they are all on this tiny little ship and you get to know
each other really well. Sometimes, a little too well!
You really... You build a big bond
and comradery between each other.
So, supporting global engagement and training
is really important to us as well.
And that is why we are here at RIMPAC.
You know, it is the world's biggest exercise.
And you know, we got 25 different navies out here.
Not just navies, armies as well, military forces,
participating together in joint exercises
to really grow and develop the global community
as far as maritime security.
RIMPAC is an awesome time for me as an Operator.
There will be a lot of working together with other navies,
a lot of communicating, some more gaming going on.
We are going to be doing some missile shoots,
some harpoon shoots, so be doing a SINKEX.
So they got
an old American Oliver Hazard Perry-class,
which we're going to be towing out to be shooting
a couple of missiles at the SINKEX,
which is a unique opportunity.
So I am hoping to maybe do some crossbow training, get on board
some other ships and see how they like to fight the fight.
Canada works very closely with our allies,
especially the Five Eyes: the United Kingdom,
the United States, New Zealand, Australia and ourselves.
We share a lot of information.
So one of the best parts of being
a Naval Electronic Sensor Operator was being
so heavily involved in the intelligence community.
Everything from electronic warfare to fire control.
What we are doing is we are always preparing
for the next exercise, the next big thing.
Next year, HMCS Ottawa will be deploying on Op PROJECTION.
So there is a lot of work that needs to get done with that,
learning about who we are going to be working with,
because we are doing a lot of exercises with other navies
as well. So we've got to gear up
and practice and get ready to go.

💪 Everything You Want & Need To Know About Protein Powders - Duration: 14:19.
Hi, I'm Dr Sam Robbins,
I get a ton of questions about protein powders.
And rightly so, there's so much confusion about it.
Lots of misinformation.
And of course, this is because there are so many protein powders and types, which only
adds to the frustration.
So, today I'm going to reveal everything you want and NEED to know about Protein Powders
How much total protein you need during the day and with each meal.
What's the best and worst proteins for building muscle and losing fat.
What's the best protein for health and longevity I'll also discuss vegetarian/vegan protein
sources.
I'll tell you what I use personally.
And best of all, how you can make your own, customized protein powder, with any kind of
protein you want, flavor, taste, various ingredients you can add to it.
And the coolest part of it all - this will cost you LESS money than buying any of the
popular protein powders you see online or in the stores.
In fact, this is how I have been getting my own protein powders for a decade now - you'll
get my contacts, discounts and custom formula.
And this is the first time I making this information public, so please pay attention.
Because this is such an important topic, I've turned it into a 2 part series and most likely,
I'll make an additional 3rd part with Frequently Ask Questions.
I'm Just Like You...
And I'm putting in all this time and effort for you because I'm just like you - I used
to be totally confused about protein.
In fact, in the old days I used to buy some "crash weight gain" powder by Weider with
Arnold on the product.
It was junk, but that's all we had then.
Later I would buy these big tubs of protein - it was called something like "Mega Weight
Gainer" or "Mega Mass" or something like that.
It was by Weider again…
Anyway, it tasted good and it had a lot of calories.
Which I needed because of was really skinny.
But, it was cheap protein - mainly milk and sugar.
Sadly, I was gassy and bloated all the time because it was made with junky milk protein
and ingredients.
Then, everything changed when I met Jeff Everson and Dr. Scott Connely, who helped create Met-Rx.
It originally came in 2 bottles - Base and Plus.
Later it came in a single, convenient packets.
Met-Rx changed everything.
It contained much better protein, lower carbs and low calories.
Very little gas or bloat.
Later, similar "Meal Replacement Powders" or "Ready To Drink" (RTD) solutions came
along, such as EAS MyoPlex
However, the next big change came when pure Whey protein powder was released and one of
the most popular was promoted by one of my mentor's, Dan Duchaine called Designer Whey
When pure, whey powder was released - it was the "best" protein you could buy and at
that time, it really was.
And it's still one of the most popular protein these days.
Now, these days there are a lot more advances and better proteins.
And one of the biggest changes is vegan, no-dairy proteins which are almost as good and digestible
as whey protein.
Which is great, because you no longer have to worry about "losing muscle" if you
don't have animal protein.
Plus, in all honesty - having more vegan/veggie protein is actually better for your health
and longevity.
Now, I'm sharing all of this history with you to let you know that I've been at this
for a LONG time, so "I've been there, done that" and I want you to learn from
my mistakes.
So, what that said - let's start with the top QA's
How Much Protein Do You Really Need?
People selling you protein powders are always pushing you to eat more protein, but you don't
need to.
I've tried as little as 0.5 grams per pound of body weight (about 100 grams/400 calories)
to as high as 3 grams per pound of body weight (600 grams/2400 calories).
More will NOT build any extra muscle - especially in the long-run… and if anything, it'll
increase muscle breakdown (which I've done a video about this as well).
Plus, it's just very unhealthy to have so much protein.
What I've found is the most amount of protein you really need is about 1 gram per pound
of bodyweight.
I weigh about 200 lbs and I eat about 200 grams (800 calories).
Even if you're taking steroids and working out really hard - you do NOT need more protein.
I'd rather you ate more fat and carbs.
How Much Protein Per Meal?
I've read all the studies, listened to all the experts about this.
There are studies showing that your body can only absorb about 10 grams per hour, depending
on the type of protein (whey being the best).
Another study shows only 20 grams per meal is required for maximum protein synthesis.
Eating more didn't increase protein synthesis.
And in another study, it showed eating all the protein in ONE meal, instead of 4, made
no difference.
Granted, these were women who only ate 50 grams of protein daily.
And in an Intermittent Fasting study, eating all of the protein during a 4 hour time window
and then fasting 20 hours didn't cause muscle loss … However, it also didn't cause muscle
gains (protein synthesis) either.
Now, there are lots of factors here - age, they type of protein, your hormona profile
(being the most important) and what you're eating the protein with (fats, carbs, fiber,
etc.) all make a difference.
However, let me keep it simple for you.
Try to eat between 25-40 grams of protein, per meal, spread out evenly throughout the
day.
This is important because protein is the only macronutrient that can't be stored.
Carbs get stored in the muscle and liver.
Fat gets stored in fat cells.
But, protein needs to be replenished through the day.
So for me, eating 200 grams, I'll spread that over 5-7 meals, which comes out to about
25-40 grams per meal.
And I do this because I feel better.
I don't get bloated eating a massive meal of protein.
It also keeps my stomach flatter, than having all of this food in only 2-3 big meals.
What's The Worst Protein For Building Muscle & Losing Fat?
If I had to pick one protein source you should avoid, it's SOY.
Unfortunately, it's in everything because it's cheap and it's been Genetically Modified
(GMO).
However, the reason I don't like it is because it increases estrogen levels, which then causes
a decrease in testosterone.
Plus, estrogen is a primary causing factor for both breast and prostate cancer.
So, there's your muscle loss.
Additionally, soy decreases thyroid production, especially the primary hormone - T3, which
controls your metabolism.
So, there's your fat gaining.
What's The Best Protein For Gaining Muscle & Losing Fat?
If I had to pick one, it comes down to Whey protein.
However, not any kind of Whey because I believe most of them aren't good.
I think the best is Whey Isolate and more specifically, cold-filtration, grass fed Whey
Isolate.
And I'll tell you where to get this special blend in part 2 of this video series.
The benefits of Whey Isolate is that
It has the highest Branched Chain Amino Acids (3 most abundant aminos in the muscle).
It boosts your immune system There's almost no lactose or sugar, so there's
very little stomach discomfort.
It's easy to digest and fast absorbable.
It has the highest Biological Value (absorbable protein) at 104, whole eggs being 100
Now, there's also Whey Protein Concentrate - which is cheap, has lactose and causes stomach
problems.
Unfortunately, this is typically added into protein powders and protein bars, because
it is cheap and it gives the ILLUSION that you're getting a lot more Whey -- Don't
buy it and stay away from it.
Other sources of "milk" protein is Micellar Casein - This is slower digesting protein.
It's something you'd use before bed.
But, not before or after a workout.
It doesn't have the same immune boosting benefits, nor as high a concentration of BCAA
as Whey Isolate.
Lastly, there's Hydrolyzed Caseinate - which is also milk, it's faster and easier to
digest than Micellar Casein…
But it also costs 3x the price of it and the Whey Isolate.
It's NOT worth the extra cost.
It also doesn't have the same benefits of Whey Isolate (BCAA, immune function, etc.).
It's just expensive to manufacture, but no extra benefits.
And like I said, video #2 I'll show you exactly where and how to get the best Whey
Isolate and if you wanted to blend in other proteins, you can as well.
What About Vegetarian/Vegan Protein Powders?
As you may know from watching my previous videos, I'm NOT a fan of dairy.
Certainly NOT milk.
I think milk is for babies and COW milk is for baby COWS.
So, the most I'd suggest is 25 grams of Whey Isolate, once daily.
During or after your workout.
However, the good news is that there are a lot of great vegetable protein powders that
have almost the same benefits, digestibility and absorbability of Whey Isolate, but without
having to eat dairy.
There's Pea Protein - which is in a lot of vegetarian powders and bars.
I'm not a fan of it because it causes inflammation and it's hard to mix.
Good for a bar, but not a drink.
There's Hemp Protein - which is great, but it's hard to have it as the primary source.
It's just hard to mix and it tastes like grass and dirt.
Then we have Alfalfa Protein - Similar to Hemp, it's a "green" powder, which is
good for alkalizing your body.
However, just like Hemp, it's not good by itself.
Better to mix it with other protein types.
Finally we have my favorite - Rice Protein (non-GMO).
There's no sugar, easy to digest and here's the best part, in a 2013 Nutrition Journal
study, showed the rice protein is just as effective as whey protein in gaining muscle,
losing fat and improving exercise performance!
Now, in video #2, I'll show you ways that you can blend these vegetable proteins for
all the benefits, but still have it taste good.
But if you had to pick one veggie source - I'd go with the non-GMO Rice Protein.
What About Other Types Of Protein Powders
There are other types of proteins - other than dairy and vegetable.
There's EGG protein powder, white only or whole eggs.
I don't like only egg white, because you're missing half the aminos that are found in
the yolks.
And, I'd much rather you ate whole, fresh, pasture raised eggs.
They have a lot more health benefits.
There's also Collagen Protein, which has become popular over the past 5-10 years.
I think there are benefits for skin, hair and joints - which is always nice.
But, nothing for building muscle and losing fat… if that's your primary goal.
Finally, there's Bone Broth protein - which is has recently become very popular.
Similar to Collagen protein, it has many benefits for skin, hair and especially the joints.
All important.
But, nothing for gaining muscle and fat loss.
Go ahead and use Collagen and Bone Broth protein to increase your total protein calories during
the day, with the added health benefits of for your skin, hair, joints and gut.
So there you have it.
I think I've covered all the main protein powders.
I know there are others - such as insect protein powders and so forth.
But, I'll save the rare ones for another video.
As a quick summary - I think the best protein powder is grass fed, cold-filtration, Whey
Isolate.
The best veggie protein is non-GMO Rice Protein.
Feel free to add in some collagen and/or bone broth protein for skin, hair and joint health.
And in my next video, I'll show you how you can make your own protein powder, customized
with any % ratio of protein powder you want, flavor and other additives (BCAA, creatine,
glutamine, etc.)

Hi, everyone. In this lesson we're going to look at things that people say when they're
arguing; expressions that actually don't mean a lot; they just show that we're annoyed with
someone - and these are all British English phrases; and specifically, I would say I've
heard many Londoners say. So, this is the kind of... When things get heated and you're
having a big fight, we might hear these expressions.
Let's start with: "Having a laugh". So, if you're having an argument with someone, you'd
say this when you're in a situation, like an employee shows up for work two hours late.
Let's say you work in a really busy store; or even better, you work in a pub. And you
can't go home until the other person comes, and you don't hear from them; they don't call
or anything. You don't know if they're coming or not coming. Then two hours later, in they
come and you say: "You're having a laugh!" That means: "Where have you been? Are you
joking? I've been waiting here and waiting to go, and now you just come in." And it has
one... One cross, there, because depending on how I say it with the tone, that shows
how strong it is. With... "A laugh" is like a joke; it's not as strong as these other
examples, which mean something similar.
So, in the next example, here: "You're taking the piss! You are taking the piss!" If I say
that to you, you've done something really awful. Let's say, for some stupid reason,
I let you borrow my car for the weekend. You were going... You were going somewhere with
your girlfriend; you're my friend - I let you borrow my car. But you didn't bring the
car back nicely - oh, no. When you brought the car back, the tire was flat; it was all
dirty - you don't know where they've taken your car to; and worst of all, inside the
car there's all these empty condom wrappers and all this empty alcohol in the back. You
just... "What have you done? You took my car and you do this to me. You are taking the
piss!"
Next we've got: "Taking liberties". So, let me think of an example for this one. This
could be, like, you've got a YouTube channel and some other teacher comes along and just
starts... Just starts copying you, basically. Then: "You are taking liberties! You know
you are taking liberties by doing that. You are. You're copying. You're taking liberties."
Next one: "You're doing my head in! Can you just stop? Can...? Can you just stop? Stop
talking on and on; you're doing my head in." When someone is "doing your head in", it's
too much noise; it's too much speaking; they're going on and on and on; you don't want to
listen; you feel stressed. "You're doing my head in!" Just: "I'm feeling emotional now;
you're doing my head in."
Next is: "You're out of order! You're out of order!" Someone would say: "You're out
of order" when they would... Oh, yeah. You're having a... This is when things get serious,
right? Perhaps you're out in a pub. Things are getting really heated, and it looks like
a fight's... Maybe a fight's going to start, and someone pushes you. They actually push
you or they get in your face, and they're like... They're like this in your face. You
then say: "You're out of order! You pushed me. You got in my face. You're out of order!"
So, "out of order"... When something's in order, it's tidy and good and nice, and the
way it should be. When something's out of order, it's gone way too far; it's way too
far.
Okay, so now we can take: "Taking the piss" and "Taking liberties" and put them into nouns.
So, we can call people: "piss-takers". "You're a piss-taker. You're an absolute piss-taker."
If someone's a piss-taker, they're always taking liberties, pushing a bit, asking for
a bit too much, not doing exactly what they say they're going to do; this person, you
don't want to deal with them because everything they do is not what they say. "You're a piss-taker.
Stop it. Piss-taker."
A "liberty-taker" is the same... Same kind of thing, but it's not... It's not as strong
because we're not swearing. "Piss-taker" is swearing; "liberty-taker" is not as strong.
So, in arguments, what a person might say if they really... If I really want you to
believe me... Let's say I've given you a really big, long excuse: "I'm sorry. I'll never do
it again. You can trust me. On my mother's life, I didn't do it. I didn't put those condoms

I mean, life experience has taught me that when people say: "on my mother's life", they
usually are lying. They're swearing on their mother's life, but they're actually lying.
All right. That's the reality. But the words... The words mean: "Believe me."
Next we've got: "do yourself a favour". "Do yourself a favour and jog on". "Jog on" I
haven't written there, but "jog on" means, like: "Go away", in Cockney kind of talk.
"Do yourself a favour" is an expression for just to show that you're just stressed with
someone. "Do yourself a favour and grow up. Stop being childish." So, the meaning comes
from whatever you say next, really. "Do yourself a favour and get a job." So you just use that
expression and put whatever's next on it. When you do yourself a favour, you do... To
do someone a favour, it means doing something good for them or helping them. Or... When
you do yourself a favour, it means help yourself. So: "Do yourself a favour: Get a job; stop
being a bum", means: "Do something good for you."
Next one is: "Get over it!" If you want someone to get over it, it's like: "Well, this has
happened now; what's done is done. Stop talking about it now. Can we stop talking about the
same old things all the time? Let's move on. Get over it! Get over it. Let's move on; I
don't want to talk about this anymore. End of... End of; not talking about this more."
Next is: "Get over yourself! Get over yourself! Who do you think you are? Get over yourself!"
Someone who needs to get over themselves thinks they're, like, so, like... So special, and

move and I need to pack everything up
but as you can see there's so much going
on and there's like I don't know how I'm

take you along this journey because it
seems like it's never-ending

everything and I don't know where to
start but I think I just need to go room
by room so let's do it

so this was a two-bedroom apartment oh
my god this echo because nothing's here
okay this was a two-bedroom apartment
but our bedroom
was extremely small so I'll show
you so this is the master bedroom and we
had to throw away our bed when we moved
here because it's so small and we were
just actually sleeping on a mattress we have the other room where is the second
bedroom which we use as an office and
we've done all our editing and
everything I think I've shot some videos
in here as well but this was also pretty small
it was really nice having two
rooms so we can have the bedroom and
office be separate even though it was
really tiny but I'm really excited to
move into our new place which has a
little bit more efficient floor plan and
just like that we are moved in yay
but we have another delivery coming in just a minute
so I'm waiting for a
delivery from this service called
feather and it is basically a what do
you call it like Airbnb not not Airbnb
it's like a monthly furniture rental
service like a startup that's I think
based in Brooklyn and but they were part
of Y Combinator so kind of originated in
the Bay Area but I think there are HQ is
now in New York what it does is you can
choose like really expensive and nice
furniture and just pay like a monthly
rental fee so you don't have to like
commit to
buying like thousands of dollars of
furniture instead you can pay like 30
bucks 50 bucks per month to have a great
piece of furniture so I think the next
step for us because we've been using a
lot of like IKEA furniture that we
didn't really really love but we just
kind of had it as a temporary one but we
just kept it forever because it's really
hard to change out furniture so I'm
really excited to see how that goes we
are getting a couch of bed to side
tables and another chair so I think that
delivery is coming in like 10 minutes
so we'll see also another interesting
thing is that with the furniture
delivery they're coming with the San Francisco Chronicle and they want to
interview like our experience using
feather
all right so it's the next day I
completely passed out because I was so
exhausted yesterday but our move went
pretty well and I am loving my new place
so I want to end the vlog by talking
about what to invest in and what to save
on and also like what to commit on and
what not to commit on so we actually
bought this condo as some of you may
know real estate in San Francisco is
really really crazy but because we were
already paying so much in rent and
because real estate in general is going
up we thought it was a good investment
to buy a condo now and pay mortgage then
continue paying rent buying real estate
is a huge huge commitment it's probably
the biggest commitment I've ever done in
my life maybe also getting married but
that was really easy it's a huge
commitment and I really want to make
this place a home for me but I also was
not ready to commit on like thousands of
dollars of furniture but also I really
don't want to be only buying IKEA
furniture anymore so I have some pieces
that I really love like the tables I
have is from like this is from eq3 and
my chair is from Herman Miller but
there's there were other things that
were from Ikea there's actually a lot of
things in here that they're like yeah
that TV stand is actually from Target so
I've kind of like balanced it out with
really nice pieces and things that I
will probably replace in the future but
it's it like works for me now and so I
think I was pretty much ready to upgrade
my couch and also because I think you've
seen in this vlog that I didn't have
space for a bed in my bedroom in the
last apartment I finally have a
bad in my bedroom here which is so
amazing it's like well I feel human
again I think I love it so far
it's only been one day and one night I
have a really nice couch really nice
little chair on the side and then the a
really nice bed so I'll put up what the
brands are here but I'm really really
excited about it now and another
exciting super super exciting thing
that's happening this week is this guy

Laundry Hacks, While I Grocery Shop - Duration: 12:41.
(offscreen: not good enough) hello
I'm just gonna do like a vlog and maybe
some life hacks while we grocery shop
just to save time. fun fact about my life
when we buy cheese blocks we do it as a
deli cut and I always try to find the one
that's four dollars and 20 cents.
Oh 440 that's close.
ah shit 421. you gotta find the 420 cheese.
so while he's doing that I'm gonna start
with my life hacks. 4 21 cuz there's
no 422. cause 420 is 420 too. 4 22 is (laughing)
anyway.
oh so quick life update before I get too
far into the life hacks.
I had an ER visit on Friday and we
thought it was just going to be an
urgent care visit but the urgent care
says no you should go to the ER for that.
so we did. we ended up spending was it
five hours? five hours or more in the ER
mostly just waiting for test results. and
then ultimately found out that I have an
ovarian cyst. so that's a fun thing. and
by fun I mean awful. but fortunately I
have
I have everything in line to get my
hysterectomy anyway so I'm just rushing
on that. the list? yeah. I don't think we have
anything from this section. okay. look out.
so that's what's going on in my life. so
the life hacks. I was gonna focus on
laundry to keep it kind of succinct and
and organized and whatnot. and I can do a
different life hacks video later. eggs.
yes. so probably my number one tip for
the laundry is if you collect your
laundry in a place that is up the stairs
from where you do the laundry or if you
go to a laundromat and you have to bring
it down the stairs to get it out of the
house or whatever. I like to collect the
laundry in a mesh laundry bag and then I
literally just throw it down the stairs.
I just let the laundry roll down the
stairs so then I don't have to carry it.
I do advise though letting people know
that's what you're doing so they don't
think that you have fallen down the
stairs. I startled the roommate in the
bathroom on accident the other day. and
then we have a small little portable,
portable laundry machine (yes) and I do it
in chunks. so you have to fill the water
by hand and drain the water with a
little switch.
and so what I'll do is I'll start the
load going on the wash cycle and then
I'll go watch something on TV and at the
end of the episode, I use what I call
natural timers for most of when I'm
doing chores. it's kind of the reverse of
the Pomodoro method. because Pomodoro is
like you work for 30 minutes and then
you rest for five or something like that.
and I do the reverse. I work for five
minutes and rest for 30 because that's
what my body needs. and I'll use TV shows
as a sort of natural timer when the
episode ends I do chores. (yes those are
good burritos) so I I'll start a wash
cycle and then I'll watch a show and
then I'll do the next cycle etc. and when
the laundry is all the way done we have
to air dry our laundry at the end so
then I just use a plastic bin to carry
the dry laundry into the room where we
air dry it hang dry it. and then I'll
also use the bins to take laundry up the
stairs. and so my my advice there the
life hack there is to have multiple ways
to carry your laundry around (yes)
depending on your needs and abilities in
that moment. like the mesh bag is great
for for taking things down the stairs
but it probably wouldn't work to get
things up the stairs. at least not for me.
because there's only one place to grab
it and so all of the weight is on one
hand or one arm whereas the plastic bin
works to get things up the stairs but it
would break the bin if I put things down
the stairs in the bin.
oh one of my other tips that kind of it
works for laundry and some other things
depending on your needs what I will do
to fill the water is I took an old juice
bottle and I cut a bunch of the top off
(batteries yes) I cut part of the top off
and it's one of these the juice bottles
with a built-in handle and I cut the top
off and I use that as the jug to collect
water and put it into the laundry
machine. and that works really well for
me so that I don't have to twist and
Bend and whatnot as frequently. yes one
of these bottles with the handles on it.
because we get either the apple juice or
there's a mango juice that's also right
here that is delicious. so we end up
having a lot of those bottles.
because before we thought to use the
bottle I was just using a glass jar.
because it was something that fit in the
sink that I could use. can you think of
any other tips for the laundry? oh one
other one that I remember now that I had
meant to mention was. (oh the pumpkin is
usually with the canned stuff. we're
we're in the canned stuff I see that. um
yeah it's probably gonna be back this
way. yeah it's a good question. um I think
it's gonna be next to the sweet potatoes.
so yeah that's probably at the end. yeah)
another life hack put canned pumpkin in
your homemade coffee drinks. it's
delicious.
so my other laundry lifehack is I sit on
the bed to sort laundry.
instead of like standing at the bed or
sitting in a chair. i will sit on the
bed and then (there's the sweet potatoes
down there and I don't see the pumpkin.
it might be with the pie stuff. let's
check with the in the baking aisle.
yeah yeah) because when I sit on the bed
then I can sort the clothes around me
and I just I have all of the clean stuff
in the bin and I will just reach in or
I'll tip it over and like halfway dump
it onto the bed next to me and then sort
it into piles and then if I have help
then my my helper will do the hanging up.
(it's the, over. there you go. yeah you can
go and just grab the one. since they're
the larger cans like that. yes that's
it's just one. yeah I know I put two but
I thought they might be smaller. oh I put
three. yeah well I thought it might be
smaller. um hold on I want to look
through these mixes real quick. and look
at the ingredients on the oreo
cheesecake up there. up top over the
giant Oreo word. oh that's fair.
I'm just curious what's in this.
oh it's like a pudding okay. well jello
is a brand now like anything else.) so
yeah anyway if I have a helper than my
helper will like hang up the shirts and
whatnot and I can sit on the bed and
match socks and fold pants and underwear
and things like that. if I'm feeling up
to it. and if I'm not feeling up to it
then I can leave the piles for later. huh?
yeah, in a bin. um if I if I don't have
the energy to both sort the laundry and
get the laundry put away in the same day
then I just put it in its stacks back
into the bin and deal with it later. I
use bins for a lot of things. bins are
really great. I highly recommend using
bins. I guess it's sort of a life hack,
but sort of just because our closets are
really small. I have a portable wardrobe,
the like clothing bar from Ikea, and I
have my clothes on that directly next to
my bed.
so the the rack is like against the wall
so that it's not like blocking the bed.
(pumpkin log, Hawaiian bread. yes.)
umm and so then I can just kind of roll
out of bed grab my clothes for the day
and get going. and also when I'm sorting
the laundry it's close by to put that
and put the laundry away and I also
don't use a dresser for my folded
clothes I have a cube shelf with just
four of the the cubbies and then I have
bins in there that have my different
clothes. because dressers as they get
older they become harder to open and
close properly and with my joints being
how (sad I'm ready for pumpkin everything
but apparently Winco doesn't agree) but
yeah a dresser drawers can get more
difficult to open as the dresser gets
older and I'm not about that struggle. so
anything else you can think of? no

Speaking to the Detroit News, Knight's publicist, Jay Schwartz said that Knight was not suffering from pancreatic cancer that, "She is fine." Schwartz went on to say that he didn't know what Knight meant by the comment.
At the time of Franklin's passing, Knight paid tribute to her friend on Twitter:.

Today we will make Dry fruit Burfi
It is Specially made on the Occasion of Krishna Janmashtami...we serve it to lord Krishna
It is quick recipe and very tasty
INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE
Lets start making our dry fruit burfi
Take 1 small Cup of lotus puff
and half cup of Almonds
Pistachio for Garnishing
We will cut them now
Take lotus puff and cut it in small pieces
Lotus puff are Ready
Now we will cut our Almonds and Pistachios finely
Switch on the Flame now
Our Pan is nice and hot
add 2 spoons of Clarified butter (Desi ghee) in pan
Take a plate in which you will keep your Burfi..and grease it with Clarified butter
Grease it on all sides of the plate...so that our burfi comes out nicely
Now we will add 1 cup of lotus puff in our pan
If you don't want to cut your lotus puff...you can avoid
Roast it until Golden brown
they will become crispy and crunchy after roasting them
Our lotus puff are golden in color now
we will take them out now
Add 1 spoon of Clarified butter in Pan
Reduce the flame
Now add Almonds in Pan and Roast them so they come out crispy and nice
Roast them to make it crispy
Almonds are roasted nice and Crispy
we will take them out now
switch off the flame for 2 minutes
Our Pan is hot
Add Mawa in the Pan
Crush mawa with help of spoon
Mawa should be fresh
Switch on the flame now
Roast mawa on medium flame
Roast it till color changes
you can see mawa has the color in golden brown now
It is Perfectly Roasted
Switch off the flame now
and stir it well for 1 minute
Add all the dry fruits and lotus puff into mawa
Mix it well
Add 2 big Spoons of Powdered Sugar in it
Give it a good mix
Now we will take the pate which we greased and pour all the Burfi batter into it
You can see we have shifted it to our plate
we will press it nicely and refrigerate it for half hour
Put little bit of Clarified butter on your spatula and spread it all over
Garnish it with Dry Fruits
You can add dry fruits of your choice
We added Pistachios and Almonds for Garnishing
Burfi is Ready now
Now we can serve our burfi prasad to lord Krishna happily

In the album "Selvagem", Angela Ro Ro, who was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1949 and
whose baptism name is Angela Maria Diniz Gonsalves, features 11 songs, all written by herself or with some partners.
There is a very funny story related to the recording of this album.
It was recorded in an apartment room, outside of a conventional studio with the musician Ricardo Mc Card.
During her concert at Sesc Pinheiros, which one I attended,
she said she was lucky to record this album because no sound disturbed the recording of the album.
Talking about her concert, I can say that watching her live is something you must do.
I do not know if her production could afford a scenario or costumes, but on her concert, on the stage, there were only Ricardo Mc Card on the piano and electronic bases,

She also told stories involving some women that she dated and Caetano Veloso.
Talking about this artist from Bahia, Angela Ro Ro sang "Escândalo", which Caetano Veloso would have written for her.
There is a reason for that: Angela Ro Ro starred in many scandals in bars and other place in Rio de Janeiro.
During the release of the album "Selvagem" and in an interview in the "Conversa com Bial" talk show, Angela Ro Ro, who lost 50 kg,

Mi rendo conto che sia perfettamente inutile cercare di spiegare che il ministro dell'Interno (e prima di lui il Giornale) non ha capito nulla dell'ordinanza dei giudici di Milano e ha scritto una sciocchezza per stuzzicare il proprio elettorato contro la magistratura e gli immigrati, ma ci proverò lo stesso
Innanzitutto i fatti: un cittadino straniero è stato trovato con 5 pasticche di stupefacente in tasca ed accusato di detenzione ai fini di spaccio
Il Gip ne ha disposto la custodia cautelare in ragione dei precedenti al fine di impedire la reiterazione del reato
Il tribunale del riesame, chiamato a giudicare sull'impugnazione del difensore, ha dapprima escluso che la detenzione dello stupefacente fosse ad uso personale affermando che "l'indagato non risulta avere altra fonte di sostentamento" (e quindi non ha fatto alcun "favoritismo" nei suoi confronti, al contrario lo ha sottoposto ad un giudizio peggiore di quello che avrebbe riservato ad un italiano con un lavoro o una famiglia che gli paga tutti i vizi, trovato con la stessa quantità di stupefacente), ma ha annullato la custodia cautelare in carcere perché ha ritenuto che, in ragione del modesto quantitativo di droga detenuto dall'indagato, dovesse applicarsi il quinto comma dell'art
73 dpr 309/90 (punito fino a quattro anni di reclusione), anziché il primo, la cui pena edittale arriva fino ad un massimo di venti anni
Poiché il codice di procedura penale impedisce di tenere in carcere prima della condanna gli indagati per reati puniti con pena inferiore a cinque anni nel massimo, il tribunale del riesame ha disposto la scarcerazione del cittadino straniero (imponendogli il divieto di dimora), esattamente come avviene ogni giorno per centinaia di italiani che si vengono a trovare nella identica situazione
Naturalmente, all'esito del processo, se ritenuto colpevole, il cittadino straniero sconterà la sua pena ai termini di legge, come avviene per ogni altro condannato (e vi ricordo che le carceri sono piene, e non è vero che in carcere non va nessuno, specialmente gli stranieri)
Se pensate che non sia giusto e che la legge dovrebbe cambiare, ricordatevi che potrebbe toccare se non a voi, a vostro figlio o ad un vostro amico di finire in carcere, per lo stesso fatto o per qualsiasi altra bagattella, senza un processo e senza la possibilità di difendervi
Continuate pure ad applaudire il vostro "capitano" che vi prende in giro distorcendo la realtà in questo modo imbarazzante, ma state attenti: i vostri sogni potrebbero realizzarsi e non vi salverà nemmeno il più bravo avvocato del mondo
