Sin embargo, parece que al público español lo que más le gustan son las noticias sobre personajes patrios porque el Socialité de Telecinco;

Además el programa de Patiño cayó con respecto a la edición del sábado en la que registró un 11.3% de share.

Game of Thrones Season 8 Teaser- FIRST LOOK BREAKDOWN! - Duration: 4:02.
Hello Everyone.
Welcome to UBM.
Your one stop for book and TV series reviews.
HBO has released a new video with clips from Game of Thrones and a few other shows.
So I've compiled all of the Game of thrones clips from the video, and slowed down the
last few clips for you, since it went really fast in the video.
I post another videos every Saturday at 07:00 pm IST or at 09:30 am EST.
So make sure to subscribe this channel and also click on the bell icon to get notifications
from my channel.
And I want to thank you Aaron Arguelles for contributing to my channel on Patreon.
So, as you can see, most of these clips contain scenes from season 7, like the scenes of Dany,
Jon, Davos etc at Dragonstone, or Gendry fighting the Goldcloaks in King's Landing or Jaime,
Drogon, & Dany in the spoils of war.
You can also see a glimpse of Cersei, Bran, & Jon coming out of water in Beyond the Wall
episode.
But aside from these clips of season 7.
We also got see the very first clip of season 8 in this video.
As you can see, there is ONE clip where Jon is hugging Sansa.
The last time Jon had met Sansa, they were at Castle Black.
But behind Sansa, you can see the balcony from where Sansa and LF watched Jon leave
in season 7.
Also, the first time they met, Winter was only arriving in Westeros, so Jon wasn't
wearing any cloaks but in this clip, you can see Jon wearing the same cloak he was wearing
in the episode in which he left Winterfell for Dragonstone.
The last time we saw Jon, he was on his way back to Winterfell on a ship with Dany and
Tyrion.
I've already discussed the possible routes they will take in my "Dany's journey & Predictions
part 2" and my "Winterfell Updates" videos.
I discussed in those videos how Jon and Dany will go to White harbour first and then will
meet the Dothraki on the king's road before heading towards Winterfell.
Either this will happen on screen or off screen.
Either way, Jon will and Dany will arrive together at Winterfell.
A lot has happened since Jon was last in Winterfell.
In the end of Season 7, Sansa has killed Little Finger, and Sam and Bran have figured out
Jon's real name and his true parentage.
So I guess it's not too far to assume that Sansa also might know that Jon is a Targaryen.
Now is it just me or does Sansa look really unhappy in this clip?
I don't think the fact that Jon is a Targaryen would be enough to make Sansa unhappy after
his safe return.
So I guess it's safe to assume that her unhappy look might have something to do with
Dany and Tyrion arriving with Jon.
So, what do you think of this new clip and what do you think the look on Sansa's face
means?
Don't forget to tell us your thoughts in the comments.

Liverpool fans are sharing post about Alisson's dribbling after Brighton performance - Duration: 4:22.
Alisson Becker couldn't have made a more perfect start to life at Liverpool.Signed under great fanfare this summer and to the tune of a then world record fee, there was great expectations that the Brazilian would succeed where Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet failed
After three games in the Premier League, Alisson has kept three clean sheets and has impressed Liverpool supporters with everything from his shot stopping to distribution
Something that was particularly apparent during the 1-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, though, was his impeccable dribbling
In fact, Alisson actually completed more dribbles in the game than Andy Robertson, Naby Keita and Roberto Firmino all put together
And the highlight of his flamboyant football came with an audacious chip over Anthony Knockaert that caused plenty of debate after the game
Liverpool fans certainly took a sharp intake of breathe during the skill and Klopp voiced some concern by noting: "I didn't have kittens but of course there was a different heart-rate at that moment
"Too often in the second half we put him in a situation where we needed him in a similar situation by playing back passes in the wrong moments, stuff like that, it made no sense
" Obviously, there was no harm done against Brighton but could Alisson overplaying come back to bite Liverpool this season? It's perhaps hard to tell when we've seen so little of him in the Premier League, but somebody who could offer a solution is a certain AS Roma fan
Reddit user /u/Alajarin gave his insight on Alisson when he originally signed and now Liverpool fans are sharing his analysis once again after the Brighton game
The supporter told fans back in July: "The other thing [ball control]: the first few times, you'll get scared when he tries something ridiculous on the ball under pressure from an opposition player: trying to dribble around them, feint, backheel it past them, he does it all
"And we've all got in our mind at the moment even more than normal just how badly it can go after that World Cup final
"But when you see him do it each time and always, always pull it off, the fear completely disappears
I had complete confidence in him to never f**k up, no matter how dodgy the situation looked; and he never did
"Basically because I saw a few people say stuff like "he needs to cut it out" etc, thought it might be interesting to provide a different perspective on things - not saying he won't make any mistakes or anything
" Coming from somebody who had watched Alisson week in, week out in Serie A, they can reliably inform that he makes very few mistakes despite all his ball control
That's certainly substantiated with a couple of searches of YouTube with Alisson's 'sweeper keeper' tactics almost perfectly executed
Check out one example below: All this considered, Liverpool have one of the most well-rounded goalkeepers in world football right now
Not only can he dig out the Reds with a last minute save and pick out the deadly front three from a goal-kick but he can also make himself an eleventh outfield player
And if his opening three Premier League games are anything to go by, Liverpool have struck gold, even if they'll need to hide behind the sofa every now and then
Do you think Alisson will be a success in the Premier League? Have your say in the comments section below

Trump Stuns Nation – Announces Identity of Obama's White House Mole
Ever since President Donald Trump took office, his White House has been plagued by a series
of damning leaks.
Now, Trump has finally caught one of the main leakers, and he's about to make him pay
in a huge way!
The Daily Caller reported that James Wolfe, the former director of security for the SSIC
panel, targeted former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page when he made contact with three
reporters as they published articles about the adviser.
Wolfe has been charged with lying to the FBI during a December 15, 2017 interview about
whether he knew the journalists and had contact with them on certain dates.
Wolfe denied knowing one of the reporters even though he was actually engaged in a relationship
with her at the time.
He has been charged with giving this reporter, Ali Watkins, classified information about
Page.
"I always tried to give you as much information that I could and to do the right thing with
it so you could get that scoop before anyone else," Wolfe wrote to Watkins, whom he dated
from December 2013 to December 2017.
Wolfe slammed the leak allegations on Twitter, writing, "Too bad misleading [SSIC] leaks
brought more terror threats."
Trump spoke out to praise the Department of Justice for charging Wolfe.
"It's very interesting that they caught a leaker — it's a very important leaker,"
Trump said, according to Breitbart.
The president added that he is still getting information about what happened.
"It could be a terrific thing," he added as he left the White House to head to Canada
for the G7 summit.
Trump explained that though he supports freedom of the press, it was wrong of Wolfe to leak
classified information.
"I think you have a double edge," Trump said to reporters.
"You cannot leak classified information.
At the same time, we need freedom of the press."

Should I Be Drinking a Superfood Green Drink? The power of Carotenoids. - Duration: 9:41.
PerfectGreens Organic Superfood Blend By BodyHealth
Hi, Dr. Minkoff here I want to talk about something that's very interesting in our
environment we're bombarded by free radicals. Sunshine, chemicals, dyes, heavy
metals, toxins, pesticides these all of these things come in the body as
positively charged unstable molecules that's what a free radical is. So if a
free radical is molecule has a positive charge on it and it's not a stable thing.
A stable thing has equal numbers of positives and negatives and so there's
no charge and it's a net zero. So if something comes in so just as an example
if you take sodium has a plus charge and chloride has a negative charge and you
put them together they make a happy couple because the one plus equals the
one minus and they're happy they're stable they're not reactive so in the
60s a radical with someone who is reactive they were burning down
buildings and blowing things up and making protests okay I was there I know
okay now that's a radical okay now and where there's plenty of radicals now we
have radical right radical left we have people who are unstable and they're
making noise someone who has. A molecule that has equal numbers of charges isn't
a radical it's a stable molecule so those things in the environment this is
a free radical and that's thing is not stable and he will not be happy unless
he can find a negative which is an electron
as a negative charge to go to that and now he's em and he's happy cuz his
pluses equal his minuses and he won't hurt anybody or he will burn any
buildings down or he won't tear the insides of your arteries apart so what
happens if this free radical enters here our cells lining the inside of your
arteries and this free radical comes in and he's unstable he's gonna grab an
electron from something and if he tears an electron off of the cell membrane
here sorry - he will then be okay but now this guy is left with an injury and
that injury requires repair because it's going to get inflamed and in many cases
in an artery the body's going to put like some cholesterol over the top to
provide a little bandage - to make sure that the injuries handled so in nature
what happens if you have a plant sitting out here and here's the sunshine and all
day long because radiation is a free radical event is the radiation is going
to hit that plant all day long and that plant can't put up an umbrella or put on
sunscreen or hide in the shade because it can't move and so these plants have
figured out a way to produce molecules which are anti free radicals and those
are called anti oxidants and what do they have in common they
have extra electrons they can donate to cause free radicals to not be radicals
so where do we get our antioxidants we get them from plants we get them from
fruits and vegetables with color and those are called carotenoids
from carotene and it's a class of molecules which are antioxidants in our
office a couple years ago we did a study to see do people have enough carotenoids
in their body to protect them from the free radicals that they're exposed to
because if they are protected from free radicals then the free radicals won't
injure their body it won't cause them to get damaged cells and inflammation and
so we had a very kind of interesting machine where you could put your hand up
against it and it would measure the level of carotenoids in the skin which
was correlated with a number of carotenoids in the blood and if you had
a number greater than 50 you had enough you were protected so if you walked in a
store and it was full of plastics and they were off gassing and you breathed
them in you had enough carotenoids or antioxidants to protect you against it
or you went and filled your carb with gas and you can you breathe gasoline
fumes and you could protect yourself from that so greater than 50 was right
but it required 8 to 12 servings a day of fruits and vegetables to reach that
amount and practically no one is eating that amount some people who are doing
daily juicing will reach it and they were greater than 50 but our practice
which caters to people who think differently and are
more health oriented the average was 18 so even in health-conscious people low
is normal we looked at children and the average children's level was 12 so these
kids were really bad and you know what qualifies in a school lunch four four
four carotenoids for vegetables is french fries and ketchup that's your two
vegetables and that makes it a legitimate meal okay so maybe that's not
going out of your house but that's what's going on in general so here's
what we did we did an experiment we said okay let's take a green drink in a
powder that has eight to ten servings it has actually ten servings of dehydrated
organic fruits and vegetables and we said okay every day takes one scoop of
this and put it on your salad in your smoothie in your soup it didn't matter
how you got it just take one scoop every day and we had everybody come back in
six weeks and weari measured their carotenoid levels using this skin method
and everyone was above 50 100% we did this on every patient for two years like
thousands of patients literally and it always worked so I can say to anybody
with your kids and yourself take one scoop of a concentrated green mixture
every day because it will protect you from free radical damage and it will
improve your health now the good ones have all organic certified fruits and
vegetable mixtures okay one scoop should equal about ten servings the very best
ones have some probiotics in them and they include things like turmeric and
other anti-inflammatory things at the same time too the fruits and vegetables
so that you get a nice blend and some of them have probiotic mixtures added to
them and those are even better and so you get this thing all together which
just makes any food a lot more healthy and in a pinch you're getting your basic
nutrition for the day in terms of antioxidants so take away ones take one
scoop take it every day have it in a smoothie most the the lot of these
tastes really good so they're easy to take it isn't like medicine and and
you'll be better and especially on your kids you know kids 12 way too low but
this is a way that you can ensure their nutrition to protect them alright hope
this helps

Telling Time For Kids Song | Telling Time to the Half Hour and Hour - Duration: 6:24.
I want to tell you all about my Saturday,
but before I do, listen! I've just gotta say:
Sixty minutes make up every hour on the clock,
and thirty minutes is half an hour....tick-tock!
So remember, on a clock, thirty is half an hour.
Now let me tell you of the day that almost went sour.
I was headed to the park; I decided to walk.
As I left, I looked up and saw the time on a clock.
The short hand pointed to the nine, and I knew it was nine
when I saw the long hand made an upward vertical line.
When that long minute hand points right to the twelve,
the short hour hand points to the time we can tell.
When the hour hand's on a number and the minute hand's up,
we know it's "o'clock," whether breakfast or sup.
If the hour hand's right between two numbers, per se,
it's half past the hour, or six-thirty, that day.
With the long minute hand that represents the minutes gone by,
it's easy to tell time--and soon you'll see why.
Each number on the clock has five minutes in it.
If you skip-count by five, you'll tell the time lickety-split!
After hours playing, I took my sidewalk chalk...
thinking, "Wouldn't it be fun to draw the time on a clock?"
Three thirty: the hour hand is half past three.
The minute hand's at six--halfway 'round--which is thirty.
I remembered I had to meet my friend, Lexi;
her house was far away, so I left in a hurry!
One o'clock, two o'clock, three o'clock, four o'clock, five o'clock,
six o'clock, seven o'clock, eight o'clock, nine o'clock, ten o'clock,
eleven o'clock, twelve o'clock.
I got to Lexi's door and then rapped… "Knock! Knock!"
She answered the door and was pointing to the clock.
The hour hand was right between the five and the four;
the minute hand was at six, pointing down toward the floor.
So the time was four-thirty, and she looked annoyed!
"You said you'd be coming no later than four, boy."
When the hour hand's on a number and the minute hand's up,
we know it's "o'clock," whether breakfast or sup.
If the hour hand's right between two numbers, per se,
it's half past the hour, or three-thirty, that day.
With the long minute hand that represents the minutes gone by,
it's easy to tell time--and soon you'll see why.
Each number on the clock has five minutes in it.
If you skip-count by five, you'll tell the time lickety-split!
We went to the movies, and I bought us two tickets.
The movie we went to see started right at six.
The hour hand was at six; the minute hand pointed up.
She said, "Are we almost late?" And I was like, "Yup!"
When we finally got our seat, she told me I was cute,
but I'd eaten beans for lunch and let out a loud toot.
Twelve thirty, one thirty, two thirty, three thirty, four thirty, five thirty,
six thirty, seven thirty, eight thirty, nine thirty, ten thirty, eleven thirty.
On the way home we walked by the fishing dock.
We looked up and saw that it was now eight o'clock.
The minute hand pointed up; the hour hand, at the eight.
She said, "I'm supposed to be home by now. Oh, great!"
So we went off in a hurry; we ran, we bounded...
to get Lexi home fast so she wouldn't be grounded!
When the hour hand's on a number and the minute hand's up,
we know it's "o'clock," whether breakfast or sup.
If the hour hand's right between two numbers, per se,
it's half past the hour, or ten-thirty, that day.
With the long minute hand that represents the minutes gone by,
it's easy to tell time--and soon you'll see why.
Each number on the clock has five minutes in it.
If you skip-count by five, you'll tell the time lickety-split!

A Woman Couldn't Sleep For 9 Days. This Is What Happened To Her Colon. - Duration: 10:42.
A Woman Couldn't Sleep for 9 Days.
The medicine she used to help her sleep was less than optimal.
This Is What Happened To Her Colon.
JD is a 27 year old woman, presenting to the emergency room, unconscious.
Her boyfriend Jeff tells the admitting nurse at admission that she had been awake for the
last 48 hours before complaining of severe nausea.
You see, JD had been experiencing a strange insomnia over the past 7 months.
Some nights she would lay in bed, tossing and turning while hearing the morning traffic
build up in her window.
Some mornings, she would dreadfully watch the sun rise.
Without sleep, her quality of life began to rapidly deteriorate.
She was an attorney, and her job performance began to suffer, as she would have trouble
making court dates.
She began losing interest in her hobbies and her relationship began to suffer as she blamed
Jeff for the insomnia, but even after his absence, her sleep trouble worsened.
10 years ago, JD was diagnosed with a mild depression.
She was started on a low dose of quetiapine, with good results and never missed a dose
nor had any complaints about it.
About 3 months ago, JD began trying supplements to help her sleep.
Some nights, she'd sleep great, and others, she'd be wide awake for 2 consecutive nights,
exhausted by the third day.
Some supplements, became many supplements.
She'd mix and match, and take much more than she needed until finally, nothing worked.
She consulted a neurologist for her problems, who prescribed her cognitive behavioral therapy,
but in it, she found limited success.
She finally moved on to over the counter medication.
She started taking the PM branding of a drug named diphenhydramine, which helps with allergies
but also makes one drowsy.
It helped her sleep every night for a whole week, but she noticed that the medicine would
give her not only stomach pain, but also constipation.
Sometimes, she'd sit for 30 minutes, with limited movement, but finally being able to
sleep gave her new life.
Inevitably, the insomnia came back.
JD began to escalate the dose each night until she would take 4 to 5 times the recommended
dose each night to sleep just a few hours, before waking up unrefreshed and exhausted.
One evening, she was at dinner with Jeff.
She barely ate.
She told him that she hadn't had a bowel movement nor slept more than just a few hours for 9 days.
He stayed with her over night to make sure she'd be ok.
Her skin became pale as she started complaining of nausea and stomach pain.
Jeff fell asleep but as he woke up, he found her laying on her side, in a pool of cold
sweat, huddled up and unresponsive.
In a panic, he called 911 and she was brought to the emergency room where we are now.
Given this history of present illness, there are several clues as to what's happening.
At physical examination, JD was immediately identified to be in shock.
Her blood pressure was low and her heart, to compensate for this hypotension, was beating
at 150 beats per minute, 3 times that of average.
And she was completely unresponsive.
An abdominal CT scan finds that JD has Acute Megacolon.
Mega meaning enlargement and referring to the dilatation of the colon, or the large intestines
Acute meaning that there are no underlying pathophysiologic conditions that are leading
to this problem except for the massive doses of diphenhydramine JD consumed for her sleep,
which leads us to the first clue.
Diphenhydramine is an allergy medicine.
In most parts of the body, it blocks the chemical named histamine which is responsible for most
common allergic reactions, like itching from mosquito bites, and sneezing from pollen.
But in the brain, diphenhydramine blocks a different chemical that transmits signals.
This means that small amounts leads to mild sedation, helping with sleep, but by affecting
the brain and its nerves, diphenhydramine also slows down the digestive system, which
receives signals from the brain.
Large amounts of diphenhydramine can lead to an almost complete stoppage of the digestive
system which brings us back to the name of JD's condition Acute Megacolon.
If she had no bowel movements for 9 days, and CT scan did not reveal any mechanical
obstructions in her colon, then it means nothing was specifically blocking the way in her intestines.
But if that's the case, then why is her colon dilated?
Why is it megacolon?
Well, there's a few things to be known here.
First, the stomach and intestines form their own set of nerves called the enteric nervous
system, sometimes called the second brain.
This "second brain," controls the muscles of your bowel and cannot be actively controlled
by you, meaning you can't force your stomach to contract at will like you can your biceps.
But if the first brain in the head and the second brain in the gut both use the same
chemicals to transmit signals along the nerves, and JD's sleep medicine diphenhydramine
blocks the chemicals from transmitting signals in those nerves, then it means that high doses
of JD's sleep medicine were slowing down her gut to a high degree.
Inside the colon, because the digestive system is a giant tube from your mouth to the other
end, the pressure stays constant within, meaning that if one part is dilated, the pressure
has more or less, stayed the same and hasn't dropped.
This means that the tension at the wall of the dilated segment is elevated, and as the
colon keeps slowing down from high doses of diphenhydramine, and as tension keeps building
up, then blood can't flow through it, meaning those blood vessels will begin to crush up
against the sides of the wall, starving the tissue of oxygen as it slowly begins to necrose,
or quite literally die.
This necrotic tissue begins to lose it's muscular integrity, and as time continued
through JD's abdominal pain and distention starting from several days ago, the walls
of her colon began to weaken so much, that they finally perforated, spilling her intestinal
contents into her peritoneal cavity, causing bacteria from the gut to spill into her blood
stream, as they begin to flow freely, all throughout her body.
Just like how when you get an infection on your skin it becomes swollen, red and warm,
an infection that spreads into your blood causes your entire body to become "swollen,"
which translates to the body sending white blood cells systemically, promoting inflammation.
Because JD's situation isn't self-limiting, meaning it isn't containing itself, her
blood vessels have begun to vasodilate, causing her blood pressure to drop.
Her heart detects this and begins to beat faster in order to compensate for the loss
in pressure so that her organs can still receive blood, but as her brain starts to lose oxygen,
JD loses consciousness.
This dramatic escalation in signs and symptoms due to colonic perforation is known as septic shock
and means almost imminent death in JD's case, if treatment isn't initiated within
the next few minutes.
The notion of motor dysfunction in the gastrointestinal system is a persistent underlying theme that
has far reaching implications when it comes to seemingly unrelated causes of disease in
humans.
Opioids for pain control in the hospital can often cause gastric hypomotility.
This is a time when constipation becomes a common occurrence leading to fecal impaction.
If the patient is elderly and doesn't receive a stool softener, then it means they will
have to strain to pass a movement.
If they strain hard enough, their heart will temporarily stop and they can rupture blood
vessels in the brain causing a stroke, which leads to cerebral vasospasm days later, which can starve
the brain of oxygen leading to brain damage.
In the case of gastroesophageal reflux disease, stomach acid commonly splashes into the esophagus,
which isn't equipped to handle the low pH.
While laying down, this acid can enter the bronchioles of the lungs and trigger asthma
as well as damage the larynx and erode the enamel of the teeth.
The integrity of the esophageal mucus membrane is disrupted and the cells are damaged, leading
to Barrett's Esophagus which predisposes the patient to esophageal cancer, which can then undergo
a malignant transformation and then spread all throughout the body.
A common inflammatory bowel disease known as Crohn's Disease affects any part of the
digestive tract, at all layers of the bowel walls.
This is a state of mucosal inflammation that can seep into the smooth muscle of the colon,
paralyzing it, causing it to dilate.
The deep ulcerated parts of the intestines begin to degenerate and necrose as white blood
cells begin to swell into the tissue, causing it to rupture, giving way to toxic megacolon,
a more chronic condition with an underlying pathophysiology compared to JD's acute megacolon.
Her history of present illness all point to this.
The prior stomach pain.
The nausea.
The high doses of diphenhydramine in a desperate attempt to finally fall asleep.
Since the onset of shock appears to be relatively recent, it may not yet be too late for her,
she could still be resuscitated.
The first line of treatment is to remove the source of bacteria spreading into her blood.
She is admitted immediately to surgery and at laparotomy, or incision into the abdominal
cavity, massive colonic distention was found with evidence of perforation.
Her small intestines, and distal parts of her rectum were found to be viable and her
entire colon was removed.
Admission into the intensive care unit led to immediate initiation of antibiotics and
early goal-directed resuscitation as her condition began to stabilize over the following days.
The final thing to note here, is that JD's condition sould have been easily caught by
any health care provider, at any point.
Diphenhydramine as a medicine is a well known anti-cholinergic.
If a cholinergic does things like promote smooth muscle movement in the digestive system
and promote a "rest and digest" state of the body, then an anti-cholinergic prevents
digestive system movement.
Do you remember that quetiapine that JD was taking for her depression?
Well, quetiapine is also a well known anti-cholinergic, meaning the dangerous dual blockade of diphenhydramine
in large, prohibited doses in combination with quetiapine, which also exhibits anti-dopaminergic
and anti-serotonergic activity, both important neurotransmitters in "both" brains, virtually
stopped her digestive system from moving completely, and caused her colon to swell, crushing the
blood vessels, starving it of oxygen and causing the walls to perforate, leaking enteric contents
including gut bacteria into her blood.
JD's anticholinergic excess, produced from a drug interaction that should have been caught
by physicians, nurses and the pharmacist at the store where she bought the medicine, caused
this set of symptoms.
Luckily for her, it wasn't too late to begin early goal directed resuscitation in the intensive
care unit, and over a few weeks, her septic shock was resolved as she regained consciousness,
and her gut was surgically anastomosed, or rejoined together, without her colon.
And upon arriving home, a good nights sleep in her own bed, was waiting for her.
Thank you so much for watching.
Take care of yourself.
And Be well.

Modcloth Plus Size Mega Haul: Fall vibes giving me all the feels. - Duration: 29:36.
hey everybody today I have a new haul for you hey everyone today
I have a new haul for you today this haul is from ModCloth one of my personal
faves now this haul is sponsored by ModCloth but I will tell you when I was
shopping for the items that I would feature in today's haul I had such a
hard time because I wanted everything so it's a good good good haul one of my
personal favorite hauls as of recent times because of how excited I am for
everything I am gonna unbox most of it with you there were two items that came
in a separate package so I'm gonna do those first and then I'm gonna jump in to
what's in the huge huge box of ModCloth stuff I have so let's jump right in the
first item I'm obsessed with is this black skirt with an elastic waistband
and it's got fun little silver sparkles there and then goes down to a black
tulle with silver stars look I'm so obsessed with it it's soft it's light
it's comfortable who doesn't love a tulle skirt in the
fall and it's sparkly it's so sparkly and I love sparkle I don't care how old
I am I will be wearing sequins until I die
quote me now you heard it here I will be 80 years old rockin purple sequin
jumpsuits if they exist because I it's my aesthetic sparkle it is made out of just
like a soft tulle here and then the lining is a little bit thicker it's like
a you know I don't know what this is exactly it feels like a rayon but it's
like a nicer rayon it's not that sticky one maybe acetate-y but it feels really
nice and it's also really light I've actually already tried it on and I am
obsessed with it so excited I'm obsessed with this skirt it is so light it's like
I'm not wearing anything it's just so fun
the next t-shirt I got because it just spoke to me I've been going through some
pretty rough times right now my grandmother is really sick she's on
Hospice and I've been battled with this feeling of like feeling you know sad and
upset about her passing and then also feeling guilty because I know that she
wouldn't want me to be sad and upset but rather like celebrate her life by
continuing to live mine so I saw this shirt and it just it really spoke to me
and it just says strong as hell and I kind of feel like it's my shirt for
living right now I need to be strong as hell where I am in life right now and
you know sometimes wearing words helps you feel and live those words at least
for me it does so I absolutely love this it's on a standard white t-shirt it's
from a brand that they purchase from called cz natives and I have had their
shirts before and they are very comfortable very soft and I got this in
a 3x and I just love it it's cute and pink and it's gonna give
me some good vibes as I go through some challenges right now which is like what
we all need just a little cheer up when we're going through challenges so this is
the t-shirt it's pretty much a normal t-shirt just a cool phrase
just a real cool phrase now this box I wasn't kidding it's a big ol box I just
also want you to know that there's something in this box that I have been
so excited for that when I get it I'm gonna squeal like a little girl you'll
see in a second okay I got the Box open the first item
lot of noise I feel pumped for this I love plaid I also love vintage plaid
and I saw this skirt and I was like yeah it is an olive green orange and mustard
yellow plaid skirt it has nice little pleating not too heavy a pleat just a
light pleat so this would actually wash really well because the pleats should
hold in the wash it also has this fun little corresponding belt that goes here
you can also swap this for a different belt if you want like a slightly
different look the lining on it is a really soft shiny acetate but not the
crappy acetate but good acetate and the top feels like it's a cotton flannel
now I'm gonna look and confirm yeah so I'm right the shell is 100% cotton and
the lining is polyester I just think this is so cute definitely vintage
inspired but so on-trend with this season which is really about plaid and
kind of that rustic I'm gonna go milk a cow ride a horse and shuck a barn look
but I'm gonna do it real fancy and I'm just obsessed with this skirt so excited
about it literally so excited so I absolutely adore this skirt the only
thing it's like a little irritating is there's no pockets so this shirt comes in
a couple different colors I only say that because I tried for a really long
time to decide which color to get and I went with this cream because I felt like
it was the most versatile the one I could use the most and it's a silky
blouse with a little bit of a puff sleeve which you know I love collared
and then it has a nice little sheen to it comes down to a nice little cuff here
with three buttons which is adorable and looking at the actual construction
of it it feels so silky but I'm trying to find what it's made out of it's a
hundred percent polyester but it really does have that like silky feel to it and
just a beautiful little Sheen which I don't know if you can actually
see on camera but it's got this lovely like not quite um satiny where it's like
so shiny but just like a little glow to it like I like my cheek with a little
bit a highlight that's how this shirt is looks like they weren't dressed for the
occasion oh man this is bringing out rude step
wife vibes oh my god I feel so luxe I feel like I just got a whole bunch of
money if only my feelings were reality I would like lots of money thank you the
next item is a lovely pair of green corduroy pants I love corduroy I
don't know why more people don't like get on the train for corduroy but I
am here for corduroy I find it super comfortable I love when it's like
corduroy with a little stretch like these are you that's a nice stretch
there they're comfortable and they're warm and in New York when it is cold in
the winter you want to be wearing corduroy or velvet anything that's like
a thicker pile fabric aka girthy these are so soft also can we talk about how
corduroy and velour always have like the best feeling against your legs I
don't know why the reverse sides of those fabrics feel so dreamy but they do
these are no exception they do have a little split down at the ankle which is
fun makes a little bit easier for shoes but still definitely could work with
boots and yeah they're just super cute and I'm excited about them look so fall
everything is so fall in this haul it makes me really happy
speaking of which I got really excited and bought a whole bunch of pumpkin
scented candles yeah it's August I don't care my house smells like delicious
pumpkin pie what is your house smell like well maybe you're burning the same
candles but if not you should get on that because it's festive season or at
least I'm like pre-empting it I think I preempt fall more than I preempt
Christmas because I just want like fall fall is my season it's also where my
birthday is October baby okay these are ridiculously
comfortable they are a little big in the waist for me so probably what
I'll do is just wear a belt with them and they have belt loops so that makes
that fairly easy but otherwise super comfortable super comfortable looking at
this up close and my eyes are just going ah so I saw this on site and literally
I don't think I've fallen in love with an item as much as I fell in love with this
plaid just look at it this is amazing plaid with orange blue and yellow just
so you guys whoa if you guys didn't know orange is my favorite color I also
really love the combo of orange and blue together so when I saw this I could not
resist it's got two cute little front pockets here not super functional but
definitely design wise adorable it's a nice little a-line so it gives you a
little bit more room as you go down the hips it is shorter and it too is pretty
heavy weight which is great as we get into the fall season looking at what
it's made of oh get over here it is polyester and wool
on the topper so this is like a thick warm topper and then the lining is
polyester and spandex and the lining does have a little give to it
I just am obsessed with this and the only thing that makes me more obsessed
with this is that it has a matching jacket so in just a second here I'm
gonna show you that so it's definitely really short which I knew it would be
but looking at it now I'm not in love with these pockets maybe it'll look
better with the jacket on but like this feels weird so this is the jacket I was
talking about the same adorable plaid and it is it's just equally as
good this jacket with the skirt obsessed I'm about to work while I work but it's
a little bit shorter on the cut cuz that's the style of this look it's got I
believe this is like a 3/4 length sleeve on it so definitely am a little a hip
modern look if you did not know this plaid coordinated suits super in this
season like it's a style aesthetic that's coming so if you are not on the
plaid train woop woop get on it this is just a really good fall
weight blazer it's got a nice little stand-up collar here it's lined in the
same dramatic blue color as the skirt was same fabrics wool wool and polyester
top and then a polyester lining and it's just gorgeous darling
it has the same kind of pockets here they're a little bit more useful on the
jacket because in the skirt they're kind of in a little weird spot but here they are
sewn shut so I'm not gonna open them yet but they're right here and they're just
fun little pockets and those do actually function as pockets so I'm really
excited about that set it was the thing I was probably most excited about in the
haul actually not true there's one thing that I'm really excited about but it's
kind of lame but it's not lame to me so when we get there I'll talk to you
about it so this dress I'm sorry I'm like so excited bout this haul cuz I
love everything hahaha this dress is so if you don't know I'm going to Shanghai
in October and I've been watching a lot of Chinese dramas because I like to like
learn about the culture and what way to like learn about the culture than
their popular television shows so I saw this and I was just like this is
perfect for Shanghai it's modest but dramatic and ah this is a velvet burnout
dress it's got these amazing batwing loose sleeves that go out and then it
falls at a mid-length not super clingy the print is to die for
I'm obsessed with it now it's it's it's a burnout velvet which means here is a
little bit sheer and I'll just show you through here these flowers right
here like where my thumb is that's sheer underneath it it has a black tank so you
could effectively wear this without the tank or with the tank depending on how
scandaloso you want to be I'm gonna wear it with the tank and I'm just I'm
so excited to go to like a fancy cocktail bar and wear this on the front
it's got this nice little knotted detail right at the bustline so and also it has
like a modesty button so if you want to be scandaloso you leave it open if you
want to be slightly more conservative you can
button it shut and then it comes down again to that knot to detail right here
and you probably can see most of these details a little bit better in the
try on side of the the video just because it's kind of one of those things
the fabric is hard to show on camera without it like being stretched over a
body so one thing about this dress I didn't even notice until I put it on is
that it's a wrap dress that this comes across it gives you like a tulip shape
here at the bottom I will say tulip shaped skirts always give me a ton of
nerves but it's okay because this one has like a little lining underneath it
so even if it were to like stretch open when you sit down which is what happens
there's that lining there to protect you so I was like thank you mustard yellow
parade because I always love mustard yellow and I don't have a mustard yellow
sweater so I got one and I'm not gonna lie I got it to go with the suit cuz I
just thought mustard yellow shirt and that suit bananas so this is a waffle
print mustard yellow top it's a lightweight sweater so it's got a fun
little detail and pattern to it but it doesn't add a lot of weight to the
outfit it is full length sleeves so if you're wearing it underneath a
three-quarter length top it'll be kind of nice cuz you'll get a little peek of
the yellow down below where the jacket ends which is maybe why I picked it
maybe it's just a nice lightweight sweater very versatile very comfortable
but again that pattern is gonna add a little bit of fun and if you look at the
waffle print there is some pointillism detail in there as well there's just
little spots around each waffle section so I think it's really really cute in a
very interesting sweater but also very accessible because it's one color it's
not like a crazy print its basic but it's beautiful I really love this on me
it's probably just cuz it's mustard yellow
here's another blouse that I wanted in 18 colors
seriously it comes in like red and black and white and blush which is what I
finally decided on cuz of my hair which who knows how long I'll have this hair
but I'm making decisions based on my hair these days it's okay it has an
adorable little dolly Dobby collar or Paperboy collar with a little ruffle
around it and a dobby color looks like that so it's not it's more of a
rounded color versus a straight collar we've got a little bit of ruching here
at the shoulder to add a little bit of a puff and it comes down to not much of a
flat like it's not like a full mutton arm like the other one but it comes down
to a cuff that matches what's done on the collar so there's a little bit of
ruffle detail there as you can see and a single button closure and it's a solid
button-down shirt what I will say is it's not actually undone like you can't
unbutton it it's sewn together and there's a little bit of a pattern detail
to the shirt which you can see up close it's a little bit of a dot detail in the
sewing it's a little extra detail that kind of brings the shirt to life and
gives it a little bit more tszuj which I just learned is a Yiddish word I've
been saying it forever but it's a Yiddish word to means to add to or like make
better and it's also spelled super weird so if you want to know how to
spell it just put on the closed captions because I had to explain how to spell it
because in the last haul I used it my close caption person is like what is
this word and I was like it's tszuj it's Yiddish here you go
so other than this being a wrinkly hot mess cuz I just took it out of the bag
and it definitely needs like a little steam ironing I love it it's so cute
is it sad that I like it just cuz it matches my hair cuz that's what my
feelings are right now I'm like oh it looks so good with my hair there's so
many things in this haul I went crazy crazy over clothing oh my gosh I forgot
I got this okay I got this because I just wanted something fun that was
Halloweeny but like not too much effort and it's a jumpsuit that has a
ribcage and a heart and what I love about this talk about like the most easy
jumpsuit to get into because it's got two buttons here on the sleeve so you
just put it on and then button that so it's super easy to get into it's a
lightweight jersey fabric and bum bum bum bum bum pockets
it's so cute so fun so festive without having to go crazy I'm obsessed with it I mean how cute is that
for all my summer Goths you need to get on this because this is perfect wear
for the warm weather that still exists with a little gothy vibe to it I'm obsessed it's so
cute I love it so much I just want to wear this to the airport like it's so comfortable it's
like wearing a onesie it's very pajama like it'd look cute with
like a bandeau top or even like a little crop top underneath but for real tho
this is awesome well okay this is an adorable little blouse to be worn under
like a suit coat I put it as an alternative for the suit I got to see if
it would work out but I loved the bright red color I think it's a super
fun color for fall red could sometimes be too much for people this would be a
red here but this berry color usually works on most skin tones so it's kind of
like you're safe red if you're afraid of wearing a red it has a nice little
slightly darker contrasting detail with the tie here in the front and then again
it is a little bit sheer and it's in a dot pattern so as you can see here the
dot pattern is like that so you can kind of see me so it is a sheer shirt so
if you're afraid of showing a little skin though not much because the dots
are pretty close together this may not work for you but I think it's super rad
so I really like this I will say for me I'm probably always gonna have to wear
it tucked in just because here is just a little bit tight on my hip so I'll
probably always wear it like so but it works perfectly for like tucked in with a skirt
oh I know what these are and I'm so excited about them too okay what happens when you take my two favorite
things corduroy / velour fabric and / also put them together
corduroy overalls in this lovely maroon ish brown color
oh my god and the lining is cats meow I'm so excited about it I'm like literally nuts again these
have buttons down the side which allow you to have more of a fitted feel on the
waist they're a straight long leg corduroy overall so these are bananas and I'm
obsessed you might hear that a bunch this haul
because I was literally like I can't wait till this stuff gets there I can't
wait to try it all on I'm so excited and you know it was great because I was kind
of having a bad day Data's staying with my parents well oh
I just knocked a whole bunch of stuff over Data's staying with my parents right
now so it's weird cuz I come home and he's not here and this haul is making me
feel better because it's just like nice to open a box of stuff you love when
you're feeling kind of like a little sad inside data I miss you mommy loves you
oh my gosh I would wear this exact look out this is
legitimately probably an outfit I will wear in the future here's what I like about
these I like that the bib is smaller I think it's interesting and different and
they are so unbelievably comfortable like I could sleep in these overalls I might
tonight I have an early flight tomorrow I might sleep in them but yeah they're
Super Duper comfortable and I just think they look unique which I'm always
looking out for
this skirt I picked because it's just in my favorite color it's such a rich
floral do you see how awesome that floral is and I just thought I need it
it's gonna look great with my hair it's so fantastico and the colors are just
alive and well and you know a girl loves a skirt with a pocket the lining is
that same kind of upgrade polyester lining it's got a little shine to it
because this is a fancy skirt and fancy skirts need to shine anyway I just
thought it was so cute it's got a little bit of an elastic back here in the back
so it's gonna make it more of a comfort waist the zipper though is located here
on the side so if you know me I just put it on over my head because I don't have
any resistance in this area but if you've got a larger chest and actually
have to do the whole zip unzip thing this is pretty easy because it's on the
side super hard when they're in the back is that just me cuz I feel like it's a
struggle to put something on when the zipper is in the back like seriously
it's like an intelligence puzzle and I'm not smart enough to figure it out
so this skirt is exactly how I imagined it would be it's comfortable it's cute
and it's pocketed plus I think it just looks so fancy
this lovely sweater and I got the colors to match the overalls
not gonna lie and it's got three little buttons here this is our Charter School
sweater that they typically have it's a staple for them they've got a bunch of
different colors but I have not seen this stripy pattern before it just came
out for the season and if you look oh it's gold and burgundy so mustard yellow
and burgundy stripes on a cream base we got kind of burgundy color here around
the neck comes down to a three-quarter sleeve and then that burgundy piping
down at the end and then again to finish in kind of the ribbing at the bottom of
the sweater it's lightweight it's comfortable
I believe it is made out of viscose nylon and polyester it's super soft like
ridiculously soft and colors wise it screams fall
just throwing out there it looks like I'm cheering for Gryffindor when I'm solidly
a Ravenclaw I know Gryffindor's cooler I'm just a nerd
now we get into the non clothing items if you did not know this I love hats and
I've actually been wearing hats a lot and I don't know why I'm not taking
pictures of them but I saw this one and I was like yes Queen oh actually looks
really good on ooh so I got this maroon hat and it's just
Baker boy style Baker hat style I have a black Baker boy hat that I wear a lot
and love and so I was like oh I need to get this in another color because I just
I do this one is super comfortable it looks really great it has the triangle
detail that comes down to that button it's one solid color and it does have
elastic in the back to be very comfortable on your head I will say if
you're looking for hats always look for that elastic because if it doesn't
it didn't really feel tight and uncomfortable on your head especially if
you have a big head like me like I have a really big head so I was kind of a
little nervous this wouldn't fit but it actually it fits really well do I look
cooler now like how much cooler coolness did I go up PS remember when I was talking about
pumpkin candles I wasn't lying there's one two burning right now that's a fall
scent in the kitchen and a pumpkin scent as you can be ......on the first day of
Christmas my true love gave to me not even Christmas what this is a pair of
shoes big surprise because it's in a shoebox like you'd expect it to be a
pair of shoes this pair of shoes gosh I forgot I got these they're so
cute they are a mustard yellow wedge heel pointed adorable what I also love
about this shoe that I noticed when I was taking out of the box
we gotta get this ah got you when there's still a little
thing in that boopy boopy what I noticed when I was taking them out of the box
that was really impressive to me is that when you wear this type of heel this
does get worn down fairly quickly you can usually get it replaced at a shoe
cobbler yes cobblers still exist but they actually gave you a additional like
little rubber thing so you can pull this one off and put a new one on should you
need to so you're gonna get a lot of wear before you have to take them to a
cobbler here's why I like this this whole thing is elasticized so it's gonna
go on your foot but it's also gonna move with your foot it's a nice little kind
of Swedish fabric though it is vegan so if you are concerned about that it is a
vegan suede and it's really cute and it's gonna go with all the things that I
just got that have this color which is like half of this haul oh these are
great too these are along my lines with favorite types of shoe ever it's
velvet these are a velvet flat with a little tie here on the front and let me
tell you I love these if you've heard me heard me complain about buckles and
straps how they drive me nuts this is got that lovely zipper entry you
just unzip slip zip and zip away to fun I'm rhymed a lot I did it I was
wondering what my last rhyme was gonna be and then zip just came to my mind I was
like good job girl they're very very cute and they're like a nice neutral
kind of Mauve-y gray they can kind of go brown or black or whatever hmm the
little detail there again I got it to go with all of this stuff this has been the
one thing that I was most excited about for the whole haul and it's not even
clothing hold on I need to get any open it properly okay I'm just gonna have to
you have to brute strength rip this cuz I cannot find any scissors
are you guys ready I want you to know but in 1993 I desperately wanted one of
these and I did not get it and I have waited since then for this moment when I
would finally get a caboodle it's like straight-up vintage style caboodle Im going to give you guys a moment to marvel at what this is
this is dreams coming true literally this is twoah I am old... twenty years in the
making 20 years in the making more than 20 years 25 years oh my gosh

WHAT I DISCOVERED THAT GROWS YOUR HAIR SUPER QUICK|CUCUMBER|HOW.. - Duration: 7:16.
hey guys there's something that I had to share with you guys um well I discovered
something that I just I mean just
figured out that was helping grow my hair like to the point that I couldn't
even explain it myself what the hell was going on beside me
using this liquid biotin that I do believe also played a role in my hair
growing as well he is a mess right now I'm gonna actually do a video really
soon it's gonna be an awesome video I'm gonna do a video where I take my head
out excuse me oh my god I take my hair down it's gonna
be in a silky silk wrap and I want you to see the texture and the natural shine
that I do contribute beside me haven't naturally shiny here and healthy here
that I contribute to making my hair even more healthier but I discovered and now
I'm gonna use it and I do use it it's not now I'm going to use it let me
rephrase that but I'm gonna make sure that every juice that I use beside the
base of my juice is always being celery and cucumbers always I mean always
making sure that I have the base of my juices to be cucumbers as well I
couldn't quite put my hair why am i here was growing like a wheat and
continuously does and I had looked up what fruits and vegetables cause you
here to grow I couldn't look up anything or couldn't find anything on like
juicing and I found a couple of juicing videos and it was a combination of what
you can use to make your hair grow and in those two or few videos that I find
was cucumber was one of the ingredients I looked on Google I said what
um fruits and vegetables can grow your hair out when juicing I did some type of
research and then I think I put canned cucumbers were you here and those kind
of searches and long and behold one of the because cucumbers have seen so it's
a fruit and some people look at it as vegetable because it's not sweet but I
look at it as fruit vegetable whatever you wanna call it it's a raw produce
that I use in my juice I just found out that it must be the cucumber that's
growing my hero quickly fast I mean like a weed I'm not gonna make a video on
something that I think that is contributing to my hair growing but it's
at this you know you know lease of hair growth you know I'm just not gonna make
a video about something that's not worth talking about when I made this video it
was a conscious decision to make this video to let people know that if you are
here you know journey you want to grow your hair out or whatever the situation
might be using the base of all your juices being cucumbers you I'm telling
you do this for 30 days making sure that you have a cucumber a day I would do it
juicing not smoothie because it goes directly in the bloodstream when you do
juicing but using a cucumber a day for 30 days I guarantee you come back to
this video your hair will be wicked mom not long wicked long and wicked means is
another way of saying really long so I just want to share that beauty tip with
you guys that I just discovered myself figured it out it is my biotin yes
that's helping because my body's not all clogged up but the cucumber that I'm
putting in all my juices is the culprit the good culprit that's growing my hair
out like a weed and this is another reason
I'm doing a hair loss I mean I hate lost I hear I don't want no lose no more here
a hair journey all my channel as well as because I want to let you guys know that
you do not have to wait a whole year for your hair to grow even to the middle of
your back I'm going to be living proof that within a year you can still get
your hair to shoulder length and touching your back and by maybe a year
and a half to the middle of your back it's not going to take you years to get
shoulder length hair it doesn't if you if you're eating and drinking and
certain supplements but I'm talking about raw stuff things that you consume
in your daily eating habits if you're eating the right foods because juicing
is a form of eating just in liquid form you will grow your hair out faster
alongside cleansing the body in the blood and the lymph and the kidneys and
everything the whole body out the skin but yes keep that in mind that if you
are trying to grow your hero cucumber juice if you just want to drink cucumber
juice all good it's just like drinking water but it has I think it has a better
flavor than water what has no flavor to it but just cucumber juice or mixed
cucumbers with the fruit or vegetable of your liking and honey you're here
disguises the limits depends on how long you juice for I I say the only way I
would recommend that you do it to get optimal results is juicing it not
smoothies or not eating it in a salad I would juice it so that it goes
directly in the in the bloodstream so the nutrients whatever those nutrients
are and that cucumber that causes that hair to grow you'll be able to get the
nutrients like that and get that hair growing so I'm gonna show you guys my he
has been up for a few weeks and then also in a lot of videos but I'm gonna
show you that you definitely can grow your hair
out and the main ingredients that I use I buy at least 20 to 25 cucumbers a
month though in celery and I don't really see too much reading on celery
growing you're here I'm quite sure it has nutrients in it and it also plays a
factor too but cucumber which I use in the base of all my juices alongside
celery is why my head is growing so with all that being said please subscribe to
the channel like and share this video and make it a favorite and I'll see you
guys in the next video bye for now

Rocket Man - Elton John Cover - Duration: 5:04.
She packed my bags last night pre-flight.
Zero hour: nine AM.
And I'm gonna be high as a kite by then.
I miss the Earth so much, I miss my wife.
It's lonely out in space on such a timeless flight.
And I think it's gonna be a long, long time 'till touch down brings me 'round again to find.
I'm not the man they think I am at home. Oh, no, no, no ...
I'm a rocket man, rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone.
Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids.
In fact it's cold as hell.
And there's no one there to raise them if you did.
And all this science I don't understand.
It's just my job five days a week.
A rocket man, a rocket man.
And I think it's gonna be a long, long time 'till touch down brings me 'round again to find.
I'm not the man they think I am at home. Oh, no, no, no ...
I'm a rocket man, rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone.

I remembered I had to meet my friend, Lexi;
her house was far away, so I left in a hurry!
One o'clock, two o'clock, three o'clock, four o'clock, five o'clock,
six o'clock, seven o'clock, eight o'clock, nine o'clock, ten o'clock,
eleven o'clock, twelve o'clock.
I got to Lexi's door and then rapped… "Knock! Knock!"
She answered the door and was pointing to the clock.
The hour hand was right between the five and the four;
the minute hand was at six, pointing down toward the floor.

Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders - O'Connor Dental Health, - Duration: 10:11.
In a young baby you would see the child sleeping with the mouth open a lot or the Child having disturbed sleep
There may be a Child crawling around the bed a lot during during the night or maybe having nightmares
Our night terrors or waking up a lot. Maybe they're wetting the bed quite regularly for little toddlers
They may have some allergies that are not picked up
and if you look at some of the children when they're sitting down looking at TV or in the car seat
You might see them with their mouths open and they're drooling. Why is the mouth open?
Well their mouths open because they've never really learned how to breathe through the nose properly
And of course all little babies when they're born, they're all natural nose breathers
But they lose that at an early age if they've been picking up infections or they're sleeping in possibly
too warm a house and then they've
Eventually just created a habit to the mouth breathing and that will change the way that structure of the face is going
The face will feel will look flatter and they may have shadows under the eyes they may be
Sniffily a lot. They're rubbing their noses a lot and you'll notice that the lower jaw
the lower lip is beginning to
Slip down or maybe even the front teeth are beginning to stick out a little bit
This little muscle here if the child is unable to keep their lips together
You'll see them the odd time that they're trying to push the lower lip up to get a lip seal
You may notice as well. The child's not eating easily
They're having to gulp food down
the other impediments there would be
Things that should have been picked up at birth which is a tongue tie or a lip tie
And these are things that would have influenced powerfully how my mother would have been able to breastfeed or not
Not all children can't breastfeed if they're tongue-tied some can
That's just because they're maybe not as tight as badly and some kids will manage to breastfeed but it's the tie itself will prevent
Tongue resting in the roof of the mouth again. So the facial structure was still not grow to its full potential
Doctors may have many children presenting with recurrent ear infections
recurrent tonsillitis
chesty coughs
Irritable children that tend to be turning up to doctors surgeries quite a lot
Most of the doctors will tend to refer if they were getting recurrent tonsillitis
For instance and you know these sorts alts if they're not responding to antibiotics and they'll be referred off to her
ENT evaluation earlier on
Then they may have the tonsils removed or they may be just put the grommets in and hopefully they grow out of things like that
Dentist should be aware and when they see children turning up and there they've got mild crowding of their lower teeth
For instance at seven years of age their teeth are being worn down from grinding
They've got the lower lip falling back and the front teeth are beginning to come forward
They should be aware of stuff like that
That's really just an indication that the the structure isn't growing as it should be
And it's time to do something about us and I think doctors probably
aren't quite aware of the connection really between
the powerful effect that the tongue has and growing the face forward and
if they'll try to remember their Anatomy a little bit earlier on the airway is
Really affected by this poor facial growth in the early years and the child is going to have their protruding jaw
smaller airspace and this is what's creating those problems and mostly
If
Patients are having disturbed sleep or snoring. There's an indicator that airflow may not be efficient to the lungs
And hence the oxygen spray again to the brain if the oxygen supply isn't isn't efficient
Then of course brain cells are going to be affected here
and this has been shown in the MRI scans now that their areas in the brain are actually
obliterated and especially memory cells
We notice
The human being once we started to stand upright
the
Female the head of the child is about 13 centimeters and the cervix is only going to stretch to 10
Centimeters the human head in order for the baby to be born has to actually contract here
So once it starts to contract it can fit down to the birth canal and later onix going to expand again
so the bones of the skull have to slide over each other for the baby to be born now children that are
having difficulty being born often are
guided down by with the help of a forceps or a suction birth
So therefore they're putting other forces there that are unnatural on the skulls of those children
Which you can affect the way the cranium will go and develop later on and they can be left with trauma to their heads
Which may not be picked up or they may not get treatment for until they're later into their teens even
But these kind of things will influence how the structure of the face will make grow and develop as well because all the bones are connected
Here the top jaw has it connected to 22 other bones in the skull?
so it needs to be addressed earlier on more babies could be helped if there was
possible treatment would an osteopath at a very young age children that have
Not experienced the birth canal like c-section babies as well have not had the same
Expansion contraction of the cranium and that can also have effects on how that child grows and develops as well
When we were
hunter-gatherer people on the plains of Africa
Which isn't terribly long ago, we had much more prone attic phases
in fact, even if you go to the third world today, you will still see evidence there of
Children who had been breastfed and they've eaten pretty normal diets. They have good structure
But now we're looking at a different scenario in the Western world
Where we've had a big change and the human face has as I said been shrinking for ten thousand years and that started happening
with a change from being hunter-gatherers to
agricultural people growing crops
Eating a different diet and then we had the most rapid change since the Industrial Revolution
And that's only about 200 years ago when we had a huge change mothers had to give up breastfeeding because they were going to work
So the child was being breastfed anymore and then we had an introduction in softer foods
So it was a change in diet again, and then if we look at the Anthropology evidence again
We had a big change then when we thought structure
deteriorating more and
this has been
Well documented as well in a book by Weston Price and if anybody wants to read a little bit more about that
that's it's there for anyone to read and he was a
Dentist who travelled the world in the 1930s with his wife went to the most remote parts of the world
Looked at the primitive people of what they were eating. He identified them for cavities. He looked at their structure
They all had lovely facial form. He know that they were much healthier than have TB and they didn't have arthritis
he went back to the same places again a
Generation later and then he found us once the missionaries. Our Western diets had been introduced within one generation
You saw the facial change. They had more crowded teeth cavities were present
TB and arthritis had crept in within one generation
It's important that a child is assessed early enough because if they're not assessed early enough
then they're going to end up with bigger problems later on and
It's easier to prevent problems
developing then trying to deal with them when they become a bigger problem later on because it has adults the structure has fully
developed at that point and
You know in some adults you can't be fixed unless it's by surgery, but if children are looked early enough then problems can be prevented
It's the best way to go all we're doing now is we're treating symptoms
We're throwing lots of money at treating symptoms that could have been prevented at a much earlier age
They have already a fantastic
Health service for the school system, but really it would need to be developed in a major way here
First of all, the personnel would need to be trained and how to treat these children early enough
It may save the health service a huge amount of money in general later on
Because if you can improve the structure of their faces, it's growing. You're going to give those children better airway
they may not grow up to be children that who
develop
cognitive
Dysfunctional problems they may not develop their ADHD
They will most likely be healthier and they're not going to be writing to the doctor with their
High blood pressure and not to end up with their diabetic problems
So I think in general if you can improve the quality of those children's lives as they're growing getting them breathing better
They're getting them sleeping better. You're gonna have much healthier populations
So it's got to change the way our health services being run and stopped the hospitals being overrun
