You Won't Believe the Horsepower this 1989 Polski Fiat 126p Puts Out - Duration: 5:35.
it's time for show-off Sunday, where everyone has a chance to show off their
own car, and here's this week's winner,
hello Scotty and hello to all the Scotty fans out there, my name is Bart and this
is my pride and joy, 1989 polish Fiat 126 or Polsky Fiat as
their called, so I'm sure you all are very familiar with the Fiat 500, original Fiat
500 or the Cinquecento as it's called, that's the car that was built in the 50's
60's, and 70's in Italy and a car motorized Italy, well this car motorized Poland
over 4 million of these cars were made, over three million, 3.6 million in Poland
it was a car meant to be a car for every Kowalski as they say, it was equivalent of
about 20 months salaries, you could buy this piece of wonderful automotive
technology, cars were rationed and we're very hard to come by and 20 months of
average salary was a lot of money, so really if
you were to get this car you felt like you won a lottery ticket, this car had a
very long production run, it started in 1972 and finished in 2000, all right so
let's quickly go through the car and discuss its technical features or lack
thereof, first I'm sure you're all dying to see
the engine, so here it is 24 horsepower in its full glory, two cylinder
air-cooled 24 horsepower engine that's been really
transplanted to this car from the original Fiat 500, there were some
improvements changed it was made and an engine was increased from 600 cc's to
650, but still a lot of the parts are shared between this engine and a Fiat
500, because of that the parts are still pretty plentiful, you can also fix this
engine very easily, the joke goes that if you have a 10mm
13 millimeter and a Philips screwdriver and a pair of pliers, who can pretty much
replace everything on this car
12 inch tires, the car body is a FL that stands for facelifted, so this car
actually got some more features then there were not present on the original
car and because this car is an export car, it also has some additional features
that were not present on the original car, such as open up rear windows
this sunroof which we actually do not know whether it's factory for export
vehicles or this is something that's been added in the aftermarket I can tell
you for sure that none of the polish cars that I remember from my childhood
had the sunroof and in Poland the son is probably not really all that important
heating is a lot more important, inside believe
it or not my brother and I and my parents would travel in this car on family trips
this actually has an upgraded interior you can see cloth as opposed to vinyl
but it's very Spartan very utilitarian, but it gets the job done, the max speed
of this car is about 120 kilometers an hour, actually this car will go that fast
it goes faster than the book value, so it's about 70 some miles per hour, it
gets about 36 to 40 miles per gallon and the zero to 60 is astonishing 45
seconds or so, it depends if you are driving by yourself or if you have
people with you, 4-speed transmission and first gear
is non synchronized, so you must come to a full stop, otherwise it will grind the
gears, but it's very very basic and very straightforward
front compartment, that's all you get, so unfortunately because of such a
limited space you had to improvise, so if you were going on vacation and you would
have to have a luggage rack on the roof and load up the car, the car actually
weighs about 1,300 pounds, so doesn't have a lot of power reserves and
everything like that, but you could actually add
rack and believe it or not people would be traveling with a front compartment
full with a luggage rack and actually a towing a little camper behind, it was
actually specifically designed for this car, I hope you enjoyed this video if you

Peruvian Fast Food Review - The Best Peruvian Sandwiches at La lucha Sanguchería in Lima, Peru - Duration: 12:32.
Alright guys it is lunchtime here in Lima.

And today we are going to take you to La Lucha Sanguchería Criolla.
Yeah.
We've been here before.
We have but different location.
Yeah.
We've been noticing there is more branches around Lima.

And so we're going to be visiting a location we've never been to before.
Ordering a whole bunch of sandwiches and maybe some fries.
Some good drinks and maybe even a dessert.
Who knows.
Maybe.
Let's see.
Alright guys so we are over at the restaurant.
We're at the location on Avenida Larco.
And as soon as we walked in they gave us like a little mini menu so that we could start
having a look at what we wanted to order.
So Sam and I have gotten three different sandwiches, two drinks and some special fries so it is
quite a bit of food.
We've just placed the order.
They gave us a number.
They are going to call us up.
And yeah I'm really excited.
Everything looks so good.
I'm super excited.
I skipped breakfast for this.
And I'm not sure if we'll be able to eat all of the sandwiches but we should be able to
put a bit of a dent in them hopefully.
Yes.
Alright so first up drinks are here.
Drinks have arrived.
I ended up getting uh Lucuma cremosa.
Yes.
Which is basically a bit like a lucuma milkshake.
Yeah.
And if you're unfamiliar with lucuma it is a local Peruvian fruit.
Yes.
It is delicious and it is actually my favorite Peruvian fruit.
It is really hard to describe.
It tastes like a lucuma.
But it is sweet in the sense that it is like it is not sweet like a mango but it is more
it reminds me more of like a durian in its texture in some ways.
It is really popular for ice creams.
Yeah.
It is really it is my favorite ice cream flavor by far in Peru.
Anyways I'm going to try this.
Mmmm.
Oh my gosh that is so creamy.
It is sweet and rich tasting.
Like that is like it is almost like a milkshake.
He's happy.
It is so good.
I'm very happy.
So this is my drink right here.
I got La Lucha Chicha de la Lucha.
And apparently this is a special recipe.
It is the restaurant's own creation.
Oh wow.
So it has a few secret ingredients obviously not listed on the menu but let's try it.
I know the main ingredient is purple corn.

That is good.

That is really refreshing.

I've been drinking this almost everyday.
Like anytime we're out at a restaurant I'm like chicha.

That is the most refreshing thing you can have in the whole world.

Like I'm very much in my happy place at the moment.

Yeah, it sure is.
This one is pollo a la leña.
So it is basically you've got your chicken, you've got your onions and you've got your
bread.
So yeah and I'm going to dip it into the aji sauce.
The spicy sauce.
And a la leña it basically means that it has been cooked on a wood burning fire.
Mmmm.
Leña is just wood.
Wow.
As good as that first one was I might even like this one more.
Really?
Yeah, yeah.
It has just got it has got some really nice sauce on the chicken at the bottom.
Chicken is so tender and juicy.
Oh man.
Oh man.
Like if this next sandwich can top this one we're in for a lot of luck with this meal.

Um yeah but I don't know if you can see the detail in that.
It looks super juicy.

Let's bite into it.

Oh that is a monster bite.

These are thin layers of beef.

From over here it almost looks like a Philly cheesesteak style.
I was just thinking that.

I went for a huge jog around the park this morning.
Along the coast and no breakfast so yeah I brought my appetite.
Look at that big chunk of cheese.

Again that is outstanding.
So different from the other ones.

I mean yeah there is so much variety here.
Like I don't want to give us too much credit for the way we ordered but I have to say we
chose 3 really different sandwiches from each other.

None of them are similar in any way.

So this great you can just alternate between the three of them and you're like in tastebud
heaven over here.

I want to come back and eat the rest of the sandwiches.

Seriously it is that good.

And aside from sandwiches let's not forget we ordered fries.
Alright so I'm going to dig into the fries.
I'm going to try two.
Different sauces.
One in ketchup one dunked in aji.
Those are nice fries.
Those are kind of like the New York fries that keep the skins on.
Yeah.
That is my favorite way to prepare fries.
And they are very salty too.
Mmmm.
Also I should mention these aren't just any fries.
No.
They are Papas Fritas Huayro Las Mejores de Peru.
Apparently these are the best potatoes.
Wow.
In Peru.
They are more starchy if you ask me.
Yeah they are more starchy.
You have to chew them well before you swallow.
I'm not kidding if you just inhaled these it would get like stuck in your throat a bit.
Oh man.
But I'm glad we just ordered the one set of fries because we've got our work cut out for
us with the drinks and the 3 sandwiches.
So I think that was quite sensible.
And yeah both sauces are delicious too.
I prefer the aji the local one.
With the spice.

I've been neglecting these fries with so many sandwiches to choose.

were on a budget and you were like I want something filling.

We still have a bit of sandwiches bits and bites left so we're just going to enjoy and
at the end of it all we're going to let you know the price for all of this food.

I'm feel estoy lleno which means I'm very full.
Stuffed to the brim.
You actually gave me some of your sandwiches to finish off.
Yeah, I couldn't finish mine.
You couldn't tackle them so I ended up probably having almost 2 out of the 3 sandwiches.
Yes.
Anyways in terms of price point that came to 73 Soles which was $22 US dollars.
That was total so basically $11 US dollars per person.
If we had of wanted to make a little bit cheaper we could have just got the 2 sandwiches.
And maybe smaller fries.
Yeah because that was so much food.
We could have done smaller fries and we also probably could have shared a drink.
That is how you could make the meal cheaper here but man if you do get all of the food
we ate.
That we have you're going to be in for a feast of feasts.
Everything was delicious.
This is one of our favorite places to get kind of like gourmet fast food in Lima, Peru.
And somewhere we'd highly recommend.
It is a chain restaurant so take a look around and see if there is a branch nearby you.

What is going on, welcome to a new video of Dreamwalker Fitness.
My name is antonis and this eposide 5 of my Shredding countdown series.
This may be a bit weird since the previous four episodes were in English.
An this will be the first Dutch-spoken episode.
But my previous video where I announced that I was going to switch back to Dutch
was received very well so I've decided to continue doing that.
So this update will be in Dutch as well.
A short introduction to these series.
Ive been on a summer shredding program where I made a dietplan along with my sister
Eliny from coaching aesthetics
In which I eat 2300 kcal per day.
And my carb intake is decreased a lot.
Ive upped my fat intake as well as my protein intake.
Ive eaten 2300 kcal before but cause this magical twist
in macros i've lost a lot of weight.
In 4 weeks time ive lost over 5 kg
and lost over 2 percent of body fat.
I started at 15.6 percent
that looked like this.
and my goal was to go back to 12 percent in six weeks time.
Last week I was at 13.5 percent.
That looked like this.
Unfortunately I did not lose anything last week.
I am now at 13.3 percent body fat.
And my weight remained the same.
This is a good thing cause it indicates that my fat percentage has dropped a bit.
And my weight remained the same.
But this is neglectable cause my scale shows the same fat percentage as last week when I step on in for the second time.
So I think its safe to say I havent lost anything.
Last week I decided to cut my calories even more.
I went from 2300 to 2100 kcal per day.
But that was horrible.
I got all grumpy.
And tired.
Thats why I skipped one training last week.
Normally I train 6 days per week of which 4 days in the gym and 2 days cardio.
Last tuesday I didnt go to the gym.
I was like: I will skip one day and go on Wednesday.
Wednesday: same story. I was tired.
Work was all busy.
That was a good excuse not to go
But not really (lol).
So than I was like: I'll go on thursday. But come thursday I was like ..
Nah.
Then I went for a run that evening.
That went okay, but still tired.
Friday: no gym.
I ended up going on Saturday.
So yesterday.
That really proved that 2100 kcal per day is too little for me.
So at the beginning of this week I upped them back again to 2300 kcal.
Feels a lot better.
Im not as tired, not as grumpy and I've got more energy.
So that is what I wanted to achieve with that.
But this all resulted in me not losing any more fat this week.
The kcal and macros are really specific
for 5-6 days per week of exercise. And when I don't go to the gym..
Than it's all off.
Such a pity.
But Okay I have one more week to go. I am now at 13.3 percent of body fat.
And I already altered my goal. Last week I said
12 percent is not going to happen but I will be happy to get under 13 percent.
But now I'm not sure if that's gonna happen either.
But I am not giving up. I will see this through.
This last week I will stay strict with my diet plan.
But honestly I don't think I will get under 13 anymore.
If I can get at 13 that would be sweet. And if not..
I should't complain either.
Now I look like this.
I shouldnt forget to show that as well.
As you can see there's not that much difference with last week.
Thats because I didnt lose any.
Back looks the same too.
And when I compare this physique with the first one
of 5 weeks ago.

Now you can see a lot of differences. On the front
There's more definition. And also on the back the differences are huge.
And very well noticable.
So basically I am ready to go to Crete
and make some great shots.
I am really planning on making amazing videos there.
I have a few awesome ideas for videos that I will shoot while there.
So that's going to be dope.
And honestly I think with my current physique I will make it there as well.
If I can remain looking like this untill next week I am super happy.

I must say: it's a lot more relaxed to be able to explain in my own language.
It takes like half the time to shoot a video
as aposed to doing it in English cause I do have to think that a bit more through.

hello Scotty and hello to all the Scotty fans out there, my name is Bart and this
is my pride and joy, 1989 polish Fiat 126 or Polsky Fiat as
their called, so I'm sure you all are very familiar with the Fiat 500, original Fiat
500 or the Cinquecento as it's called, that's the car that was built in the 50's
60's, and 70's in Italy and a car motorized Italy, well this car motorized Poland
over 4 million of these cars were made, over three million, 3.6 million in Poland
it was a car meant to be a car for every Kowalski as they say, it was equivalent of
about 20 months salaries, you could buy this piece of wonderful automotive
technology, cars were rationed and we're very hard to come by and 20 months of
average salary was a lot of money, so really if
you were to get this car you felt like you won a lottery ticket, this car had a
very long production run, it started in 1972 and finished in 2000, all right so
let's quickly go through the car and discuss its technical features or lack
thereof, first I'm sure you're all dying to see
the engine, so here it is 24 horsepower in its full glory, two cylinder
air-cooled 24 horsepower engine that's been really
transplanted to this car from the original Fiat 500, there were some
improvements changed it was made and an engine was increased from 600 cc's to
650, but still a lot of the parts are shared between this engine and a Fiat
500, because of that the parts are still pretty plentiful, you can also fix this
engine very easily, the joke goes that if you have a 10mm
13 millimeter and a Philips screwdriver and a pair of pliers, who can pretty much
replace everything on this car
12 inch tires, the car body is a FL that stands for facelifted, so this car
actually got some more features then there were not present on the original
car and because this car is an export car, it also has some additional features
that were not present on the original car, such as open up rear windows
this sunroof which we actually do not know whether it's factory for export
vehicles or this is something that's been added in the aftermarket I can tell
you for sure that none of the polish cars that I remember from my childhood
had the sunroof and in Poland the son is probably not really all that important
heating is a lot more important, inside believe
it or not my brother and I and my parents would travel in this car on family trips
this actually has an upgraded interior you can see cloth as opposed to vinyl
but it's very Spartan very utilitarian, but it gets the job done, the max speed
of this car is about 120 kilometers an hour, actually this car will go that fast
it goes faster than the book value, so it's about 70 some miles per hour, it
gets about 36 to 40 miles per gallon and the zero to 60 is astonishing 45
seconds or so, it depends if you are driving by yourself or if you have
people with you, 4-speed transmission and first gear
is non synchronized, so you must come to a full stop, otherwise it will grind the
gears, but it's very very basic and very straightforward
front compartment, that's all you get, so unfortunately because of such a
limited space you had to improvise, so if you were going on vacation and you would
have to have a luggage rack on the roof and load up the car, the car actually
weighs about 1,300 pounds, so doesn't have a lot of power reserves and
everything like that, but you could actually add
rack and believe it or not people would be traveling with a front compartment
full with a luggage rack and actually a towing a little camper behind, it was
actually specifically designed for this car, I hope you enjoyed this video if you

I'm not wearing any makeup in this video, so I'm not gonna use any makeup remover here
The first thing I do is to go straight to cleansing using my face shop Herb Day 365 Cleansing Foam
It has a cherry scent to it which smells really good.
After that I use the Missha Time Revolution Facial Treatment Essence
This is dupe for the SKII Facial Treatment Essence
It works well for my skin and it's a lot cheaper as well
hence why I keep going back to this product instead of the SKII one.
Next I use the COSRX Blackhead Power Liquid.
This helps to remove blackheads as well as control excess sebum.
I'd usually wait for a few minutes before moving on to the next skincare
just to give some time for the product to sink into my skin
During the weekend I like to use facemask which I bought from the drugstore.
I leave it on for around 15-20 minutes while doing other things like reading books, watching TV, etc.
Once 20 minutes have passed, I remove the mask and continued with my final skincare
which is the Nude Fantasy Whitening face cream.
I heard that this cream is good to brighten up genetic undereye circles
but I honestly haven't seen any difference from wearing it every night.
But I like the way it moisturizes and brightens my skin so I'm still using it until now.
Finally, I moisturize my lips using this lipbalm from Maybelline.

Photography Roadtrip with Morten Hilmer & BvS | Chania, Crete - Duration: 11:18.
today we're off on a little bit of a road trip we're going to Chania on the other
side of Crete everybody's been telling us you have to go to Hanyu so we're
gonna go for one night and I guess it's gonna be kind of like a photography road
trip a mini photography road trip I'm going with Brendan who you guys
obviously know and we're gonna be joined by Morten, Morten Hilmer he's a Danish
wildlife photographer and I think it's gonna be a really fun mix because
Brendan's into travel and landscape photography morten's just used to
photographing wildlife and apparently has never done landscape photography and
then I'm not a professional photographer I just need to get some photos for my
blog and I kind of dabble in everything so I think it's gonna be pretty fun
should be interesting to see how it goes and yeah let's hit the road

I already liked Morten but now he's brought Frederic cappuccinos for our
road trip I think I like him even more you can come with us
the thing about road trips is you have to be really careful who you take them
with and I think I think this was a bad idea
Brendan's being really mean today we're going to been driving for about an hour
and he's already trying to find my off switch that was the off switch so
please go over to his channel and make him apologize for trying to find my off
switch the other day he stole my camera today he's being really mean we've made it
to our first stop here in Chania or just outside Chania and it seems we're not the
only ones these cars are piled back all the way around that corner and all the
way over the other side so it could be pretty busy here I think these guys
might have a bit of a challenge getting their photos here I'm just taking photos
for a blog post that I'm writing so I'm not too bothered but yeah there could be
a lot of people here
look at this guy he is so cosy
now we're here I can see why this is so busy and so popular and I'm not
surprised there's so many people here well I am surprised by is how far you
have to hike to get to Balos Beach we've come from all the way up and we're like
halfway there we still got probably like 20 minutes to go and I just can't
believe people are hiking so far in their flip-flops and bikinis
it's crazy I've never seen anything like it before and for a place that's just
full of beaches an island like Crete that is real dedication to the beach
the good thing about not being a professional photographer is that when
we get to beautiful places like this I can just kind of sit back and have a
little bit of a holiday I'm only ever shooting photography in my free time and
I think I might just enjoy it get my book out and have a little read
we're just starting the hike back up before the last the light disappears and
there were so many people when we were coming down and now it's completely empty the
beach is completely empty it's like a completely different place and it really
is beautiful here but I think it's time to call it a night we'll pick back up
tomorrow it's the morning and it's quite late already the boys went out to shoot
sunrise this morning and I'm just really tired so I didn't one of the good
things about not having to shoot photography is that I don't have to get
up early if I'm feeling a bit tired like today Chania it seems like such a
beautiful city and again we kind of wondered why did we choose Heraklion
why didn't we look at places like Hania to maybe live but honestly again I think
it might be a little bit too touristy and a little bit too busy most of the
time and that's not what we really wanted in a base but we have a few hours
this morning so we're gonna go out go explore Chania and I'm gonna do a bit of
my favorite type of photography which is street photography
I have my Canon 5d again and i have the 50mm lens on it was my favorite lens
for a long time it was the only lens I had and people
keep asking me about what gear I shoot so I've written a whole page a whole
list of everything I carry I carry it all traveling and I'll put that link
below if you are curious the I had this lens just this lens for a very long time
because I got into photography through fashion and that was because I had a
fashion blog years ago and today yeah I'm just out trying to get some blogging
photos trying to get some photos from my blog if I just get enough blog photos to
write about Chania I'll be happy today
when I say I'm trying to take blog photos what I mean is not that I'm
trying to take really good photos or a really good hero image or the kind of
things that these guys might be taking what I'm training at is I'm trying to
capture this place I'm trying to show what is honey I'm trying to find
pictures that will go with the words that I want to write and I don't always
know what those words are gonna be but I can see things like these pink flowers
they're very distinctive of the Mediterranean islands yellow buildings
behind me over here that's another great example and they might not be like the
best photos technically but they serve a completely different purpose to say
someone who's selling photos or taking photos for a client
so before I sign off from today's video I just kind of want to talk a little bit
about photography I love going out on trips like this I love shooting with
other photographers especially when they do completely different stuff I think
it's a great way to stay inspired and it's a great way to kind of just learn
from each other but I do feel a little bit out of my depth
even though Morten Hilmer said he had never shot landscape photography before and I
had I'm not a professional photographer and I'm kind of reluctant to call myself
a photographer a lot of the time except maybe when I'm at the airport and they
weigh my hand luggage and I have to explain why it weighs 14 kilos when I'm
taking photos it's either for fun or more likely it's for my blog or my
Instagram or something to do with blogging and on this trip it was a
mixture of both I was just having fun seeing a part of Crete that I hadn't
seen before and I was also trying to get as many blog photos as possible and when
I'm shooting blog photos I'm not looking for a big hero image or some amazing
photography that I can sell to make money I don't make money from
photography but I guess indirectly I do through blogging and when I'm looking
for blog photos I'm just looking for photos that help tell a story the words
are like the main event and those photos are just there to show the details to
capture the moment and get a better picture across to my readers or I might
be trying to get Pinterest images so that I can share that blog post on
social media in which case I'm looking for something completely different I'm
trying to find pictures that show a scene and also have enough white space
for the text so it's really fun shooting with people like Brendan and Morten
because we're all kind of looking for different things out of the trip and
we're all trying to take completely different photos this whole trip has
been really fun and I think that's the main thing with photography with any art
whether you do it as a professional or you're just a hobbyist like me
that you have fun with it and I've had a lot of fun shooting with these guys I
had fun at Balos beach last night because I was able to just relax and enjoy it
and think about what I want to write about rather than focusing on the
photography and I had fun shooting street photography in Chania and trying
to capture the real feel of the place and that's it for this video if you're

Florida Is Covered In Toxic Algae, And Republican Governor Rick Scott Is To Blame - Duration: 5:49.
As I'm sure everyone is aware, because obviously it's been 24/7 coverage of this wall-to-wall
on newspapers, the state of Florida is dealing with a very massive toxic algae problem here
in the state.
You didn't know about that, yeah, it's because the corporate media doesn't care about anything
related to the environment.
But trust me, the toxic algae problem throughout the state of Florida is very real, it's causing
people to get dangerously sick, it's killing marine life, it's killing the tourism industry,
it's killing the fishing industry down here.
Basically, putting a big hurt on the entire state of Florida.
For weeks now, we've had politicians going back and forth trying to blame one another.
Democratic Florida Senator Bill Nelson blames Rick Scott.
Rick Scott, our Republican Governor, blames Democratic Senator Bill Nelson.
The truth is, there's a lot of blame to go around to both of those guys and many others.
But according to a new report, we can kind of tip the scales on the blame game a little
bit, and place roughly 95% of it, I'm willing to say, on our Republican Governor Rick Scott
and his Republican policies.
Because as it turns out, Rick Scott has cut $700 million from environmental protection
groups here in the state of Florida.
Groups that were in charge of preventing and monitoring the spread of this toxic algae
that is now choking our coastlines North and South, East and West.
Rick Scott is the guy who, under these Republican austerity plans, cut environmental protection
here in the state of Florida.
$700 million.
In a state that is 99% funded via environmental activities, whether it's the oranges that
we grow here, the potatoes, those are considered environment, because they grow in the earth,
you idiots.
The beaches that attract tourists from all over the world.
We're letting them be destroyed by this Republican mad man, because he wanted to save a little
money.
Here's what happened.
Each year, Lake Okeechobee down there in South Florida, after the rain season hits, rises
up, they release some of that water through rivers back in the gulf into the Atlantic.
The two rivers that connect Atlantic and the gulf are so contaminated, so polluted, that
any marine life that swims in those rivers dies.
That's how contaminated with this toxic algae they are.
When Lake Okeechobee rises up, it's also contaminated with the algae, the algae goes through these
rivers out into the gulf, out into the Atlantic, goes up and down the coast all over the place
killing turtles, dolphins, other marine life that fisheries depend upon.
Shrimp, crustaceans, everything like that, everything dies.
You can actually get sick just from going near the water and breathing.
That's how toxic this algae is, and we do it every year.
Rick Scott decided, "I'm going to cut the programs that are supposed to prevent the
algae from making it to the beaches."
That's the kind of level of GOP incompetence and corruption we have been living with in
the state of Florida for far too long.
Rick Scott is now, since he's term limited on being governor again, is actually trying
to run for Bill Nelson senate seat.
Don't get me wrong, Bill Nelson is horrid.
This man has taken so much money from the sugar industry, who's actually responsible
for all the pollution in Lake Okeechobee and that's where the toxic algae originates from
the emissions from the sugar industry.
Most people don't realize how powerful the sugar industry is down there in South Florida,
but it's huge.
They give millions upon millions to politicians all over the South Florida area down there.
Nonetheless, Bill Nelson is a tick better than Rick Scott.
Rick Scott is corrupt.
Rick Scott is borderline a criminal based on his massive Medicaid, Medicare fraud that
his business pulled off.
[inaudible 00:04:21] largest in history at that point, by the way.
He only stayed out of prison because he had to plead the 5th Amendment more than 70 times
in order to not incriminate himself.
But now he thinks he can be our senator.
And he would be partnered up with Marco Rubio.
If that were to happen, and the state of Florida, the governorship here stays in the hands of
Republicans, this state is done for.
This state is 100% dependent on our environment.
The idiot Republicans who are being put into power by, sorry to say it, the idiot voters
here, don't seem to have a problem with that.
Even when it kills our livelihood, even when it sends our loved ones to the hospital for
doing that thing we all have to do to survive, breathing.
But yeah, keep throwing Republicans in our state legislature and our national government.
Yeah, keep seeing how that works out for you.
Because there is no one in this state, Republican or Democrat, who would say that things are
going well here.
If you want to look at the reason why, I suggest you start by looking at the fact that we consistently
elect moronic Republicans, who we assume are going to have our best interest at heart,
but at the end of the day, they will do whatever their corporate donors tell them to do.
That has essentially destroyed this entire state.

because inside this video, I'm going
to talk about the three types of exercise people over 40
should avoid.
So if you're trying to lose belly fat quickly,
and you're over 35 years old, it's
very important that you avoid these three exercises because
of the hormonal decline that happens
after people turn 35 years old.
I know this from personal experience.
I'm a 46-year-old grandfather.
And way back when I got my start in the fitness industry,
it was 1988.
So I was only 28 years old, and I
placed first runner-up grand champion
in the world's largest body transformation
contest called Body for Life.
There was over 23,000 finishers, and I was fortunate enough
to be first runner-up.
You can see, here is my picture.
I was young, and I was shredded.
And I was muscular.
Now what I did was I used a combination
of a clean diet, weight training,
and interval training.
But as I got older and started getting towards 40 years old,
my hormones started declining.
And I started using excessive amounts of interval training,
and this gave me severe adrenal fatigue.
So it's very important that you avoid the three
types of exercise that I'm going to share
with this inside this video.
And that you don't do too much interval training.
And I'm going to introduce you to a 12-minute metabolic
protocol that you can use in the morning when you wake up
or during the day or before going to bed.
It's specifically designed for the hormonal condition
of people in their 40s, 50s, or 60s.
And it's designed to reactivate declining hormones,
particularly growth hormone and adrenaline.
Now I personally use this 12-minute protocol
for the last 10 years to maintain six-pack abs.

was just taken back in June.
And I did this by avoiding the three exercises I'm going
to share inside this video.
Now I've also put this 12-minute metabolic protocol
to work on my wife's body after she was diagnosed with cancer
and forced into early menopause.
And it wreaked havoc on her hormones
from the radiation and the chemo treatments.
No matter how hard we tried, we could not
get her to lose belly fat.
She started accumulating a lot of fat in the upper belly area.
So I figured I had nothing to lose but to try
this 12-minute protocol on her because it
worked so good on my body.
I figured, I got nothing to lose.
And what we ended up doing is we tried this 12-minute protocol
after we avoided these three exercises
I'm going share with you.

And she is actually 11 years older than me.
So she's 57 years old.
And we have four grandkids, and we have one more on the way.
And people always ask us how we look so much younger
than our real age.
And inside this video, I'm going to share exactly how.

And you're going to go over, and you're
going to learn all about my 12-minute metabolic protocol
called the Over 40 Ab Solution.
And you need to use this instead of these three
particular exercises.
The first one is cardio.
And it's OK to do cardio in very small amounts.
In fact, there's one particular time
that I share inside my system that studies state cardio will
work 10 times better than any other time
because it burns off free fatty acids that are floating around
in the bloodstream.
However, research shows-- and you're
going to see four published studies over
at my website showing that people
who do excessive amounts of cardio suppress the T4 to T3
conversion, which is your thyroid.
And that's the master gland of the metabolism.
A second study shows that too much cardio activity
can actually release cortisol, which
is known as a stress hormone.
A third study shows that it increases appetite,
so people who do too much cardio end up
eating 100 more calories than they just burned off
after they worked out, making it impossible to lose belly
fat because they're not keeping their body in a calorie deficit
after exercise.
And then a fourth study showed that it
increases free radicals.
These are the same free radicals inside our bodies
that age our cells faster and can
link to many of today's minor health challenges.
Instead, you should be using specific movement patterns,
specific rest periods, and specific intensity levels that
are designed for your age category.
And you can learn all about that inside my system.
The second exercise that you should
avoid if you're 40 years old is crunches and sit-ups.
And here's the thing.
Crunches and sit-ups place excessive stress
on the vertebrae of the back.
Stuart McGill is one of the world's
top renowned back experts.
And he talks about how repeated flexion of the spine by doing
sit-ups and crunches is one of the leading causes of herniated
disk.
Now not to mention, you're really
just working a muscle underneath the fat
that you want to burn off.
So instead of doing crunches or sit-ups,
if you use our 12-minute metabolic protocol,
it forces the body to release the hormones that
are responsible for releasing stubborn fat cells
into the bloodstream, where they can be burned off a.k.a.
fat loss.
Now the third exercise that you must
avoid if you're over 40 years old
is today's most popular DVD workouts.
Now listen.
I'm not here to cut down or say that P90X or INSANITY
or CrossFit doesn't work.
It's very obvious it works.
Look at how much the trends have grown,
and look at the transformation stories.
But also look at the age category.

They usually are about 45 to 90 minutes in length.

And I have a subluxation in my lower spine
and arthritis in my hip, and I'm 46.

ladies and gentleman a pretty dark story you mean it's the gravity on this story
is unreal you've just got to go see it he was able to deliver a whole lot of
comedy in this movie he's probably going to be nominated for some different
things in his movie and there was times when he would shift his voice I was
thinking with them that's Denzel number two this movie is directed and done by
Spike Lee it's not Spike Lee's traditional movie where he's kind of Pro
black power type movie he kind of done this with in a mainstream form we're
adding the humor and I'm glad he done that because the overall message of this
movie is one that everybody needs to go see considering the times we're living
in where it looks like the person that's leading the United States might be up
and creak and dealt with some racism and some collusion this is definitely a
movie that brings people together you understand some of the things that
happen to african-americans and minorities based on this movie overall
message is astounding in this movie and I think what was really really good
that's hard to do that Spike Lee was able to accomplish in this movie he was
able to mix all that dark gravity of the movie with humor and it's kind of tough
to do that when you're talking about something that's so visceral I mean just
just so the Layton and hardcore he made light of it and he did it in a very very
good way now this is a true story it's a historically true story however they did
take liberties with some of the things that happen in this movie but I don't
know any historical story that doesn't do that and they always do that for
entertainment value and those points was well made now let's
about what's good with this movie all the acting in this movie is great don't
do that play the KKK they did so good I'm thinking that their ass has had to
be racist in real life but I've read the reports on these guys they're all the
fun-loving individuals they're not racist but they played their roles so
good hell I wanted to jump through the screen and go beat up a white dude Isiah
why I mean John David Washington played his role really really good now the bad
in this movie the little bit of bad in this movie is that at times the pacing
gets very very slow at times not the whole movie but at times the pace and
get slow the movie is rather long if they could have figured out a way to cut
it down a little bit this movie probably would be 10 out of 10 but having said
that I'm gonna give this movie 9 out of 10 for everything that delivers you'll
be surprised if you haven't seen it yet this is definitely one you want to go
see in the theatres and that's going to do it for this video

unpopular kpop opinions so she picked me I picked three and I'm gonna talk about
mine in this video I have definitely made some very controversial videos in
the past which I don't know why I am saying there controversial I think
they're funny as hell I keep getting such ridiculous mean comments on these
videos and then I'm like maybe we were being harsh in those videos and I look
back and I watch the video and I'm like this is funny this does not mean so
people kept getting really angry at those videos two videos in particular so
I made them unlisted because you came that's ridiculous I'm top really capable
opinion number one kpop fans are actually the worst that's actually not
part of my list but like I'm allowed to say that because I used to be that I'm
popular kpop opinion number one idols should not date publicly I used to be
that fan I used to be the fan that would get so angry if an idol started dating
do not date my oppa I would get so protective over this person that I loved
even though I didn't know them so totally understand what people come from
but my opinion is just that when you're a celebrity you have an image and people
will directly buy into that image even if that image is fake I'm gonna be
really honest with you your k-pop idols are not real that sounds so weird but
the thing is if you're in the public eye you're only showing what you want to be
seeing you know I mean there's no way you can fully know someone
by watching them on TV or listening to a music you might have an idea but people
are such complex creatures that there's no way you actually know them I am 22
years old so I have like you know a decent amount of you know life
experience and I've come to the conclusion that nothing is real when
you're an idol your sole job is to be an idol is to be an image for people to
love and people love a single image they love it because then they can imagine
themselves with that person so if that person starts dating some when that
image is completely ruined and then suddenly you're losing fans there will
be mature fans that understand that yeah you're talking a lot to love you love
but there's also other fans who are so young I cut young people a lot more
slack because I used to be like that I used to be that fan that was super
obsessive over my bias but the thing is your livelihood is completely dependent
on that image if people like you they will spend money on you and if they
don't like you then they won't spend mine you know what I mean so like your
livelihood is 100% dependent on whether or not people like you whether or not
people want to support you so now I don't think I adult should date publicly
do I think about I was due date in private 100% is a huge possibility that
your bias has a partner that you just don't know about because they know it
will grow in their image we've seen this with you know China and eat on to like
she's getting so much backlash you know I think it's a lot more acceptable if
you've been in the industry for so long but when you're so new to the industry
like what are you doing it is such a bad PR move such a bad PR move so yeah I do
think people should be allowed to love and date and all of that stuff but if
you I know you should not be doing that publicly at all it's not a good idea
in fact it's a terrible idea as we've seen time and time again let's move on
to UM popular kpop opinion number two black pink is overrated so don't get me
wrong I love black pink and love their music I just don't know why
so first of all there's a few points within this opinion so the first point I
want to make is that I find them extremely unoriginal and it's not to say
that they're copying other artists or anything like that
I find them unoriginal within their own content their songs sound very similar I
have a hard time like differentiating a lot of them their choreographies have
such similar dance moves if you watch every single one of their dance videos
you're gonna find similarities and I just find their music videos are also
super similar I don't know you could argue that this is either consistency
and that you like consistency or that it's unoriginal I believe is just more
on the unoriginal side but I do understand if you like consistency and
it's cool to see consistency within their songs music and dancing whatever
but I still think it's unoriginal another point to be made within this
opinion is that I cannot stand watching black pink speak if they're in anything
where they have to speak I can't watch them you know sometimes there's a level
of ego that's okay and it's acceptable to me but then black pink is kind of
like all the way you like up to the ceiling with their ego and it's just way
too much for me it just seems way too forced I don't know man I can't do it
I'm probably capable Million number three I wish most kpop girl group dances
were more powerful now I'm pretty sure Allison's going to be mentioning this in
her video as well we have the same opinion on this
I've actually filmed this part of the video three times I can just never
express it in a way that it doesn't sound like girl-on-girl hate I love
supporting women do not get me wrong I love supporting women and I'm not saying
that you know these cute concepts shouldn't be done I just personally wish
that there were like more powerful concepts my idea of like a really cool
concept would be a girl group doing a similar theme to you know be a peace
warrior something is super powerful super energetic because sometimes you
see girl group dances and I like they're just they're going through
the motions and you're not really feeling the performance 100% at a time
and that's not to say that boy group dances are so much better I'm just
speaking exclusively about my opinion on what I wish I would see more of with
thin girl groups don't misunderstand I love girl groups I love girl group
dances even if they're like cute and not super powerful there's so many iconic
dances that I've loved and I've learned and I've you know performed and it's
amazing I love it and I'm not saying that that's not okay like I said I'm
just saying I wish I could see more powerful dances for girl groups so the
tone of this video might be construed a little bit negative maybe a little bit I
don't know to kind of bring a little more positivity I'm going to share some
dances that I love the first dance that I really love is first love by after
school oh my god how iconic I can do that I've never seen this in kpop before
and I'm pretty sure her dancing on a pole is really difficult so I love that
dance and I wanted to share it with you guys and there's also how do you buy a
hood in what can I say she's just so amazing and I love her so
much she can sing and dance very powerfully at the same time and I love
that about her and she's a solo artist so can you only imagine I mean at least
if you're like 9 or 10 people in one group you distribute the lines so that
you can try and dance powerfully and sing at the same time and it's hopefully
easier cuz you're not constantly singing throughout the whole song but she's a
solo artist I love her and then we have breathed by Miss a I think it's just a
fun energetic dance the last one is mental breakdown by CL like her live
performances the song is just so powerful and I feel it you know you just
sometimes you just feel things in your soul and I felt that I that is basically
