NickSplat Streaming Channel Includes CatDog, Doug & More | Heavy.com

NickSplat, a 90's cartoon streaming channel launched by Nickelodeon, is now available on VRV, a fandom-focused digital streaming service, and offers fans access to nearly 30 classic series, including CatDog, Doug and Kenan & Kel.

 The service is available today.

Its lineup includes nostalgic 90's classics, such as AAAHH!!! Real Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life, Are You Afraid of the Dark? and The Wild Thornberrys, among many others.

More series are expected to join the service at a later date.

According to Polygon, there will be some favorites missing, such as Hey Arnold, Rugrats and Invader Zim, most likely due to the three shows returning to Nickelodeon, whether as a full series reboot or a made-for-TV movie.

Excited 90's kids (now adults) can subscribe to NickSplat for $5.99 a month, according to a press release.

The premium bundle, which is available for $9.99 per month, would include services like Crunchyroll, Funimation, Rooster Teeth, Shudder, Nerdist, Mondo, and Cartoon Hangover, among several more.

The premium package also includes access to exclusive series like HarmonQuest, Killjoys, Thundercats, and Gary and His Demons, according to Tech Crunch.

"VRV, with a sophisticated user base that loves the best in animation, is the perfect platform to launch our NickSplat channel," said Sam Cooper, Viacom Executive Vice President of Distribution and Business Development Partnerships, in a statement about the launch.

"Viacom's content – including our deep library of genre-defining television – is highly in demand, and our audiences are always looking for new and innovative ways to enjoy our programming.

We're committed to finding the best partners to bring our individual brands direct to the consumer, and this relationship with VRV is an exciting step forward in our strategy," Cooper added.

According to Tech Crunch, VRV isn't targeting a mainstream user base, and is more focused on serving various fandom favorites – anime fans, gamers, comics fans, sci-fi and fantasy fans, and others.

Some classic Nickelodeon shows can be found on Hulu or Amazon Prime, with the latter allowing the user to purchase per episode or for the full season or series, so if you are nostalgic for just one or two older series, it may be worth it to check it out elsewhere before ordering NickSplat.

However, for those of us who crave all of our old favorites, NickSplat is a great place to binge watch all of the cartoons we grew up watching.

VRV is available online and as an app on Xbox One, PS4, Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Chromecast, Android and iOS.

The dilemma - it is the condition that we often experience.

The point of the dilemma is that, on the one hand, we are drawn to some good, drawn to fidelity,

to living God's commandments, God's truth, God's beauty; and on the other hand, we are drawn by the taste

of some imagined pleasures, of what might happen if for a moment I broke

God's Word that calls me to fidelity.

You never know what will happen to such a dilemma.

Similarly, when I look at a neighbour and within I feel respect towards them fighting against an intense dislike.

Again - the dilemma, tension. You never know which way it will go.

It is not worth letting such a dilemma inside us last for too long because we may find ourselves surprised

that suddenly a thing will pop up and we will do something monumentally stupid.

This is the story about Herod, who was in such a dilemma for too long and suddenly a sick woman appears

and under the influence of her an impulse causes some horrible evil that Herod will have regretted until the end of his life.

Blowing Hair for Glamour Portraits & Best Fans For Your Photo Studio - Duration: 12:13.

In this video we're gonna talk about FANS!

No - not you guys - I mean I appreciate you and all but - I really love seeing a calm

beautiful face of the middle of the chaos created by wind blown hair!

Stay tuned and I'll share my best tips and tricks for managing the chaos!

Hey gang!

If you like working with models or photographing beautiful women at some point you're going

to want to try a blowing hair shot.

The problem as we all know is that hair often has a mind of its own so adding wind is definitely

a recipe for disaster - UNLESS you have the right tools and are willing to put in some

practice.

So let's get real before we dig in… don't think that you will watch this video and spend

some money on the right fans and suddenly be doing shots like this - even with all of

my experience - I still get shots like this one - and this one - and even this one.

This is not a technique that you will nail on every frame and you're not going to master

it if you're a photographer that shoots just five frames and then you're done.

It is a technique that with some practice you will learn enough skills to experiment

with and give you better odds of achieving a result like this - which only took 42 frames.

I have 7 different fans that I use depending on the effect that I'm after.

You can find links to all of them in the description below.

Now before I show you the ones that I like - let's get rid of an obvious one - hair

dryers.

Hair dryers make horrible fans for hair blowing shots.

They really aren't that powerful so you won't get much motion out of your models

hair and hopefully it goes without saying that even with the heat turned down low - blowing

hot air at a models face from a close range - is not going to help you get good relaxed

expressions.

So hair dryers - no go!

Now I know some of you are now very disappointed because you don't have the budget to go

out and buy a bunch of expensive fans - relax.

A 1 dollar piece of foam core.

- 20" by 30" is probably one of the best hair fans that money can buy - provided that

you have an assistant to help you with the shot.

You can see here that I have my makeup artist Monae holding the foam core on camera right

just under my model.

On my cue she flips the foam core up and I take a shot.

YES - one shot per flip.

Great action shots require planning, practice and skill - not spray and pray!

We shot a total of 38 frames - which is a relatively low number that comes from lots

of practice.

I had Monae start in front of my model on camera right and then had her progressively

move more to the side of the model - which I realized I liked better and eventually came

up with these 5 shots that were my favorite.

Stay tuned until the end and I'll show you the one that I picked.

So the foam core is a very deliberate process that does give you more control but requires

an assistant to make it happen.

Experiment with your assistant using the board from different angles and at different speeds.

The possibilities are endless with this foam core fan.

Next up is my 15" black floor fan.

As you can see this is not a particularly powerful fan, but it is my go-to when I am

shooting three quarter length or full length shots and I want just a little bit of air

to keep the models hair from falling forward on her face.

This $31.00 fan is AC powered so it does need to be plugged in but I'm able to use it without

an assistant.

It also has three power settings but I find I almost always use it on full power.

If I have an assistant available - and I want just a little bit of air to push the hair

off the models face - I can use this voice activated fan.

Yes - I said voice activated and you can purchase small fans like these on Amazon for less than

twenty dollars and if you go with the USB powered versions - you can run them off a

portable battery - no cords required.

Now I can see some of you scratching your heads about the voice activated feature.

It's very simple really.

You hand the fan to your assistant and then give them directions….

like a little higher - lower - more to the left.

It is important though to find a good assistant otherwise your directions will be more like

this….

higher - nah not too high - lower stop - no - not so low - left - No No NO - your other

left!

The heavy lifter in my fan collection is this floor fan.

This fan creates lots of power with it's large blades.

This is also the fan that I use to blow around the material that you frequently see flying

around in my photos.

If your floor is a smooth surface like tile or wood - this fan will migrate while it's

running.

Place a small bathmat underneath.

The rubber bottom of the bathmat will keep it from moving around so that the airflow

stays where you want it and it allows you to work without an assistant if you need to.

These larger fans are powered by AC and do need to be plugged in.

This type of fan generally has three power settings and you will use all three settings

depending on look that you're after.

It's worth mentioning that you can buy fans that are capable of practically blowing somebody

off a chair.

Don't think bigger is better.

Especially if you are working in a small studio - working with a fan that is larger than the

one that I showed you could easily become a safety risk.

For you GearTographers that like to spend money - you can get a fan like this studio

wind machine.

The problem with this is that it's huge.

It weights 23lbs and has a price tag of $348.00.

So for my money - this is a no-go too.

This one is the Studio Hair Fan by Cowboy Studio.

It sells for $99.00.

It is AC powered with a 2,600RPM motor and it has a dial controller for speed.

I like the fact that the front is like a snoot that focuses the air into a smaller space

and gives you more control.

This is a fan that I would use in front of the model and slightly below the lens to blow

the hair backwards.

This is probably the most versatile fan in my collection.

The Blow-it Fan was originally designed for drummers so that they could attach it to their

drum kit and remain cool while playing.

This is an AC powered three speed fan with a 3,300 rpm motor.

It clips on to any lightstand or pole and has a flexible arm that provides both directional

and angled adjustments for precise targeting.

I love the fan because I can quickly adjust the angle or height and even get it right

under a models face to blow hair up.

This is that part where you want me to show you - place the fan here - use this setting

and voila - perfection.

I'm sorry - it doesn't work that that way.

If you want great results - you'll need to put in the effort to practice and be creative.

But here are some really important things that I can share with you.

Let's start with consideration for your subject.

When you purchase your first fan - set it three feet in front of you, turn it on and

aim it at YOUR face.

Now see how long you can keep your eyes open without tears starting to run down your face

or without having to force your eyes open to stop from blinking.

Why should you do this?

So that you understand what your model is experiencing while you have that fan blowing

at her while you take 30, 40, 50, 60 or even more shots.

For starters, put a small space heater nearby.

The fan is cold and your model will get cold - and trust me - models are no fun when they

start whining and shivering.

Always ask your model in advance if she wears contact lenses.

Regardless of the answer it is important to let your model know that they need to try

and blink naturally.

If they don't blink - the fan will dry their eyes out and then the tears will start.

If they wear contacts - their eyes will dry out even faster.

Part of the way you avoid this problem in the first place…

always use the least amount of air blowing straight at the models face as possible.

Tell your model that if she feels her eyes starting to tear up - she should turn away

from the fan and tell you.

Always explain to the model that they don't win any prizes for toughing it out because

you don't want the tears to flow and ruin the makeup.

Make sure you have tissues at the ready or better yet if you are working with a makeup

artist - be sure that he or she is ready to blot the tears when needed.

Having this conversation in advance will prepare your model and help to keep her more relaxed

and it will save you lost shots or lots of retouching after the fact.

You should also pay attention through your viewfinder.

If a model is starting to tear up - you'll begin to see an additional catchlight from

the extra fluid pooling in the corner of her eye.

Also, when I am testing with the fan and trying to figure out the best placement - I will

tell my model to keep her eyes closed.

That way I'm not causing additional stress and drying the eyes out.

Remember - no matter how much of a diva your model may be - her comfort comes first because

her comfort gets you better expressions and better body language.

So where do we put the fans.

My fans are almost always below eye level.

If I am trying to blow hair off the models face - it will be one fan below the camera

in front.

If I want more drama I'll have my floor fan behind the model aimed up and then I'll use

a smaller fan in front of the model to keep the hair back off the models face.

Sometimes I'll take the fan to the side.

There are no rules.

Here is a recent set-up with the floor fan behind my model pushing her hair up and forward

with the Cowboy Studio hair Fan in front of her to keep the hair off of her face.

Here is another shot with that same set-up.

You can see that we are continually making adjustments to the hair while we are shooting

Here is a shot that I did with just the Cowboy Studio Hair fan on camera left, pushing the

hair across my models face.

I shot this with LED lights so that I could use a slow shutter speed to get motion in

the hair.

This shot took nearly 60 frames to get.

Shots like this require patience.

Lots of patience.

Remember keep your model comfortable - take breaks if necessary.

Here is a shot using the floor fan behind my model - aimed up blowing material to create

this aviator look.

I'll talk more about blowing the material in a future video.

Hopefully I shouldn't need to tell you this - but fans cause turbulence and the bigger

the fan the greater the potential of it knocking something over or blowing something in your

models eye.

Take your time.

Like I said in the beginning - practice and planning and then slow deliberate execution

are the best way to create these very cool "calm in the middle of chaos" fashion and

beauty portraits.

So if you were paying attention - I told you I was going to show you seven fans - but I

only showed you 6.

And I told you I would share my favorite of those 5 flying hair shots.

This is my favorite one of the five.

And for Fan number 7 - stay tuned - next week I'll show you a DIY glamour fan that is great

for portraits and modeling shots and it's inexpensive to make - works on batteries and

doesn't require an assistant - which means you can use it in the studio or even on location.

Day 44: Online Business Vs Real Estate Investing - Duration: 4:40.

I want to talk to you about the power of two particular business models and to

potential investment vehicles and

they're both the same and

The reason I can talk to you about them is because I'm doing both of them

I've been doing real estate now for at least the last 20 years but more so in the last 12 years or so

by coming here to America from Australia and

investing in real estate here and

Seeing the power of that model and the power of that generating consistent income cash flow each and every month

In the last two years. I've been building online businesses and

The power of that is incredible and I think I can sort of correlate it or make that connection to

Having an online business to real estate because building an online business is very similar to real estate investing

Except you're doing it in the internet world or the digital world. But what you are doing is you are building pieces of real estate

pieces of digital real estate and you're doing that through your websites and

I've got multiple websites now, but I'm also doing that through a YouTube channel

Which has now been building for two years that YouTube channel holds a lot of value for a lot of people

It holds a lot of content and this is content that's been generated by me through

my experiences and my stories and

You know everything my business dealings everything that's been going on has really been

Captured on this YouTube channel. This is a valuable piece of digital property now

internet property and

I call it digital real estate. So those websites that I have - that generates income

they -

Like digital real estate. And so I think it's a very very powerful model for me. Now. I

think to be able to generate income and revenue from a business and to invest that income or cash flow into

Real estate is extremely powerful because what the real estate gives you is something very solid and consistent

consistent cash flow that you can receive each and every month which you can pretty much rely on and

The business then can give you that return

buy and then invest in that and if you listen to any entrepreneurs or any

real estate

Individuals, they've made a lot of money through through real estate and building real estate

I do that through rehabbing properties sourcing them rehabbing them

so adding that value just like you do in an online business adding that value and

then putting tenants in to rent and give you a return on your

Investment and you do exactly the same when you're building your websites. You're building your online businesses

You're investing in the building of those but then you're also investing in the marketing of your business

And then you expect a return on that investment. So in other words for every one dollar that's invested

You might expect two three five or six dollars back

In return for that one dollar that's been invested and it goes exactly the same for real estate

What's really powerful is the quicker?

That you can build your online businesses the more cash flow the more income that you can generate from your online

Businesses the quicker you can invest into real estate that's going to give you a really solid

Stream of income month after month after month and that's what I'm doing building

the business the online businesses

but at the same time investing into a real estate here in America at the moment because the opportunity is still available and

I just love what's available here in America and the and I think it's the

Opportunity that provides me the ability to be able to travel halfway across the world from Australia to here and experience

Another culture is pretty exciting. But that's my share just sharing with you the power of two very powerful

investment vehicles, but also

Businesses that can really really create a certain lifestyle for you and that's what I'm all about is lead

alright everybody so this first fish is the Placidochromis Phenochilus Mdoka white lip

as you can see by the lips look at the size of those lips on this fish this fish is from

Cissi Pettersson I seen her posting this bad boy on one of the Facebook groups Ben o�cichlids

and I just couldn't believe what I seen so I reached out and asked her if I could use

a clip for this video for you guys to see this absolutely stunning stunning fish with

humongous lips it's definitely something that you do not see that often I had one before

that had some pretty nice sized lips but it definitely didn't have lips the size of this

ones I mean it is just to me drop-dead gorgeous Wow so thank you again Cissi for the footage

of this beautiful fish yours I appreciate you letting me show the audience this beautiful

big lipped cichlid this is from African cichlids_malawi this is her Protomelas Ornatus look at the

lips on this guy Botox this is an Ornatus as well this is from Chad Mowery and as you

can see the lips are definitely coming in on this fish just an absolutely gorgeous fish

yeah and again from what I understand because they hunt for food in between the rocks that's

Botox man this is another Mdoka White lip this is my friend Jason B this actually was

one of mine he is a local hobbyist to me and I was selling off some of the males quite

some time ago and he picked one up so it's kind of cool to see one of my old fish still

doing well but this guy also has some pretty nice-sized lips on him again not all African

cichlids have lips like this it's a it is kind of specific to a few of them look at

that he was just kind of going after that fish but it's super unique I'll tell you this

it did take me time to get used to the big lips at first I wasn't for it but man it grew

on me over time definitely one of my favorite features of these fish the Mdoka white lip

this is the Moori blue dolphin this is from Billy Smith now some Blue Dolphins have big

lips now this guy especially I mean look at the size of these lips on this fish and when

he gets in an angle where he's straight on with you it's look at that look at those lips

man that is crazy That is super insane what do you guys think do you guys like fish with

big lips like that it's definitely different definitely unique in those comments down below

Blowing Hair for Glamour Portraits & Best Fans For Your Photo Studio - Duration: 12:13.

In this video we're gonna talk about FANS!

No - not you guys - I mean I appreciate you and all but - I really love seeing a calm

beautiful face of the middle of the chaos created by wind blown hair!

Stay tuned and I'll share my best tips and tricks for managing the chaos!

Hey gang!

If you like working with models or photographing beautiful women at some point you're going

to want to try a blowing hair shot.

The problem as we all know is that hair often has a mind of its own so adding wind is definitely

a recipe for disaster - UNLESS you have the right tools and are willing to put in some

practice.

So let's get real before we dig in… don't think that you will watch this video and spend

some money on the right fans and suddenly be doing shots like this - even with all of

my experience - I still get shots like this one - and this one - and even this one.

This is not a technique that you will nail on every frame and you're not going to master

it if you're a photographer that shoots just five frames and then you're done.

It is a technique that with some practice you will learn enough skills to experiment

with and give you better odds of achieving a result like this - which only took 42 frames.

I have 7 different fans that I use depending on the effect that I'm after.

You can find links to all of them in the description below.

Now before I show you the ones that I like - let's get rid of an obvious one - hair

dryers.

Hair dryers make horrible fans for hair blowing shots.

They really aren't that powerful so you won't get much motion out of your models

hair and hopefully it goes without saying that even with the heat turned down low - blowing

hot air at a models face from a close range - is not going to help you get good relaxed

expressions.

So hair dryers - no go!

Now I know some of you are now very disappointed because you don't have the budget to go

out and buy a bunch of expensive fans - relax.

A 1 dollar piece of foam core.

- 20" by 30" is probably one of the best hair fans that money can buy - provided that

you have an assistant to help you with the shot.

You can see here that I have my makeup artist Monae holding the foam core on camera right

just under my model.

On my cue she flips the foam core up and I take a shot.

YES - one shot per flip.

Great action shots require planning, practice and skill - not spray and pray!

We shot a total of 38 frames - which is a relatively low number that comes from lots

of practice.

I had Monae start in front of my model on camera right and then had her progressively

move more to the side of the model - which I realized I liked better and eventually came

up with these 5 shots that were my favorite.

Stay tuned until the end and I'll show you the one that I picked.

So the foam core is a very deliberate process that does give you more control but requires

an assistant to make it happen.

Experiment with your assistant using the board from different angles and at different speeds.

The possibilities are endless with this foam core fan.

Next up is my 15" black floor fan.

As you can see this is not a particularly powerful fan, but it is my go-to when I am

shooting three quarter length or full length shots and I want just a little bit of air

to keep the models hair from falling forward on her face.

This $31.00 fan is AC powered so it does need to be plugged in but I'm able to use it without

an assistant.

It also has three power settings but I find I almost always use it on full power.

If I have an assistant available - and I want just a little bit of air to push the hair

off the models face - I can use this voice activated fan.

Yes - I said voice activated and you can purchase small fans like these on Amazon for less than

twenty dollars and if you go with the USB powered versions - you can run them off a

portable battery - no cords required.

Now I can see some of you scratching your heads about the voice activated feature.

It's very simple really.

You hand the fan to your assistant and then give them directions….

like a little higher - lower - more to the left.

It is important though to find a good assistant otherwise your directions will be more like

this….

higher - nah not too high - lower stop - no - not so low - left - No No NO - your other

left!

The heavy lifter in my fan collection is this floor fan.

This fan creates lots of power with it's large blades.

This is also the fan that I use to blow around the material that you frequently see flying

around in my photos.

If your floor is a smooth surface like tile or wood - this fan will migrate while it's

running.

Place a small bathmat underneath.

The rubber bottom of the bathmat will keep it from moving around so that the airflow

stays where you want it and it allows you to work without an assistant if you need to.

These larger fans are powered by AC and do need to be plugged in.

This type of fan generally has three power settings and you will use all three settings

depending on look that you're after.

It's worth mentioning that you can buy fans that are capable of practically blowing somebody

off a chair.

Don't think bigger is better.

Especially if you are working in a small studio - working with a fan that is larger than the

one that I showed you could easily become a safety risk.

For you GearTographers that like to spend money - you can get a fan like this studio

wind machine.

The problem with this is that it's huge.

It weights 23lbs and has a price tag of $348.00.

So for my money - this is a no-go too.

This one is the Studio Hair Fan by Cowboy Studio.

It sells for $99.00.

It is AC powered with a 2,600RPM motor and it has a dial controller for speed.

I like the fact that the front is like a snoot that focuses the air into a smaller space

and gives you more control.

This is a fan that I would use in front of the model and slightly below the lens to blow

the hair backwards.

This is probably the most versatile fan in my collection.

The Blow-it Fan was originally designed for drummers so that they could attach it to their

drum kit and remain cool while playing.

This is an AC powered three speed fan with a 3,300 rpm motor.

It clips on to any lightstand or pole and has a flexible arm that provides both directional

and angled adjustments for precise targeting.

I love the fan because I can quickly adjust the angle or height and even get it right

under a models face to blow hair up.

This is that part where you want me to show you - place the fan here - use this setting

and voila - perfection.

I'm sorry - it doesn't work that that way.

If you want great results - you'll need to put in the effort to practice and be creative.

But here are some really important things that I can share with you.

Let's start with consideration for your subject.

When you purchase your first fan - set it three feet in front of you, turn it on and

aim it at YOUR face.

Now see how long you can keep your eyes open without tears starting to run down your face

or without having to force your eyes open to stop from blinking.

Why should you do this?

So that you understand what your model is experiencing while you have that fan blowing

at her while you take 30, 40, 50, 60 or even more shots.

For starters, put a small space heater nearby.

The fan is cold and your model will get cold - and trust me - models are no fun when they

start whining and shivering.

Always ask your model in advance if she wears contact lenses.

Regardless of the answer it is important to let your model know that they need to try

and blink naturally.

If they don't blink - the fan will dry their eyes out and then the tears will start.

If they wear contacts - their eyes will dry out even faster.

Part of the way you avoid this problem in the first place…

always use the least amount of air blowing straight at the models face as possible.

Tell your model that if she feels her eyes starting to tear up - she should turn away

from the fan and tell you.

Always explain to the model that they don't win any prizes for toughing it out because

you don't want the tears to flow and ruin the makeup.

Make sure you have tissues at the ready or better yet if you are working with a makeup

artist - be sure that he or she is ready to blot the tears when needed.

Having this conversation in advance will prepare your model and help to keep her more relaxed

and it will save you lost shots or lots of retouching after the fact.

You should also pay attention through your viewfinder.

If a model is starting to tear up - you'll begin to see an additional catchlight from

the extra fluid pooling in the corner of her eye.

Also, when I am testing with the fan and trying to figure out the best placement - I will

tell my model to keep her eyes closed.

That way I'm not causing additional stress and drying the eyes out.

Remember - no matter how much of a diva your model may be - her comfort comes first because

her comfort gets you better expressions and better body language.

So where do we put the fans.

My fans are almost always below eye level.

If I am trying to blow hair off the models face - it will be one fan below the camera

in front.

If I want more drama I'll have my floor fan behind the model aimed up and then I'll use

a smaller fan in front of the model to keep the hair back off the models face.

Sometimes I'll take the fan to the side.

There are no rules.

Here is a recent set-up with the floor fan behind my model pushing her hair up and forward

with the Cowboy Studio hair Fan in front of her to keep the hair off of her face.

Here is another shot with that same set-up.

You can see that we are continually making adjustments to the hair while we are shooting

Here is a shot that I did with just the Cowboy Studio Hair fan on camera left, pushing the

hair across my models face.

I shot this with LED lights so that I could use a slow shutter speed to get motion in

the hair.

This shot took nearly 60 frames to get.

Shots like this require patience.

Lots of patience.

Remember keep your model comfortable - take breaks if necessary.

Here is a shot using the floor fan behind my model - aimed up blowing material to create

this aviator look.

I'll talk more about blowing the material in a future video.

Hopefully I shouldn't need to tell you this - but fans cause turbulence and the bigger

the fan the greater the potential of it knocking something over or blowing something in your

models eye.

Take your time.

Like I said in the beginning - practice and planning and then slow deliberate execution

are the best way to create these very cool "calm in the middle of chaos" fashion and

beauty portraits.

So if you were paying attention - I told you I was going to show you seven fans - but I

only showed you 6.

And I told you I would share my favorite of those 5 flying hair shots.

This is my favorite one of the five.

And for Fan number 7 - stay tuned - next week I'll show you a DIY glamour fan that is great

for portraits and modeling shots and it's inexpensive to make - works on batteries and

doesn't require an assistant - which means you can use it in the studio or even on location.

Ah, About Your Boundaries! - Duration: 4:08.

I

want to share a beef with you.

It's about boundaries.

How many times have you heard somebody say,

"So-and-so doesn't have any boundaries!!"

Well, that's not exactly accurate.

The issue here is really how good are we at setting limits so that our boundaries don't feel so violated?

Now

boundaries really are, simply put, where you end and I begin. And while we're all interconnected,

I know that part of being in physical life is experiencing everything from our own viewpoints. So

we can use our skin as an initial boundary of where our bodies end.

We also do have different levels of electromagnetic fields that surround each of us, and,

while scientifically speaking,

it may be difficult to discern where one person ends and something different begins,

the boundary of our skin is a good starter for knowing

where our boundaries are and to start to feel from that

skin level on in, where

we feel like we need to set better limits. I

know what's important for me is, if I feel like somebody's coming in too much and they're kind of taking me over,

that I need to set better limits.

It's not really up to the other person. I mean, like yeah, we wish they would pay more attention to it, but

it is up to me. I'm the one that has control here.

I can do something like I can just kind of shut down. So then I'm not really taking it in.

I could start to say well, that's all well and good, but I really need to get going.

It's up to me to make sure that that gets stopped.

It could be also something like, "I don't really think that's appropriate for us to talk about right now!"

Boundaries can be

closed or they can be like wide open.

So they could be like a wall, or they could be like a screen, or they could be like big gaping holes

that things can flow in and flow out. And sometimes we want our boundaries to be wide open.

Like let's say we're with the people that we love the absolute most, and we just really want to have a lovely flow

amongst us and forth. Then we want to have those boundaries open. And then we can be around somebody who is just like a

sucker of our energy. In that case, we want to be able to close those boundaries and set clear limits,

to make sure we are not exposed to that for any longer than we absolutely have to be! The main thing

it is up to each of us to

set the limits when there's too much coming in, whether it be from another person or just too much other data in the world...

That we need to remove ourselves, either physically or psychologically,

energetically. To kind of say, "Okay. I've got to turn this volume down." I

will admit it can be very tricky to do that.

That's one of those things we want to explore and gain skills with over time--part of what we want to do here.

What I want to know from you here is first off. What do you think you're doing pretty well with regards to

managing your boundaries and how open and closed they are, and

setting limits when you really need to do that.

Then the other thing I want to know is where are you struggling with it?

What is the part about managing boundaries, setting good clear limits, that's really difficult for you?

So let all of us know below because we're all in this together, and

this is a really important thing for us to figure out where we're struggling and

where we want to get to. So for now,

Back in April, she talked to Delish about her exercise routine, which explains exactly how she manages to keep her body in great shape.

"I love shocking my body by doing different things.  go through different waves of where I'm at, personally and mentally.

Sometimes, I'm more relaxed, doing yoga and low-intensity things about two or three times a week.

Usually, I'm like a five-to-six-times-a-week person, and it's very high intensity," she told the outlet.

Hough has been having a lot of fun this summer.

It's unknown if she has any plans to return to Dancing With the Stars.

Last year, she chose to focus on other aspects of her career, taking some time away from the popular competition show, according to Entertainment Tonight.

The Sun recently reported that AGT 2018 judge Mel B was going to be checking into rehab.

Mel B opened up to The Sun, revealing that, "The past six months have been incredibly difficult for me.

I've been working with a writer on my book, "Brutally Honest", and it has been unbelievably traumatic reliving an emotionally abusive relationship and confronting so many massive issues in my life.

I am being very honest about drinking to numb my pain but that is just a way a lot of people mask what is really going on … Sometimes it is too hard to cope with all the emotions I feel.

But the problem has never been about sex or alcohol — it is underneath all that.".

She continued, "I am fully aware I have been at a crisis point.

No one knows myself better than I do – but I am dealing with it.

I have made the decision to go into a proper therapy program in the next few weeks, but it has to be in the UK because I am very, very British and I know that will work best for me … I am still struggling but if I can shine a light on the issue of pain, PTSD and the things men and women do to mask it, I will do.

"I am speaking about this because this is a huge issue for so many people.".

Now, Mel B is appearing on The Ellen Show and sits down with Lea Michele to clarify her rehab issue.

Her biggest point is that she does not have an alcohol abuse problem and she is not an addict.

She said that her interview with The Sun was "a little bit skewed".

Mel B explained, "I'm not an alcoholic.

No, I'm not a sex addict.

You know, I was with the same person for 10 years and that was quite a turmoil, very intense.

That's all I can say about it.

I'd like to say a lot more, but we're on this show—let's keep it P.C.

But yeah, I address a lot of those issues [in the book] and I did kind of have to ease my pain … I do suffer a lot from PTSD," according to E! News.

The Spice Girls singer has reported that she details her PTSD and struggles in her book "Brutally Honest".

Gary Madatyan, a close friend of Mel B, backed up his friend to People, saying, "Yes, she has some issues she's working on, but it's emotional issues stemming from everything she's been through with her divorce.

She has some stress, but she's getting help and she's a fighter — she's Scary Spice.".

Mel B has three kids – Phoenix, Angel, and Madison.

Previously, she was married to ex-husband Stephen Belafonte and reportedly went through a very tumultuous ending to the marriage.

In fact, in June 2018, Mel B was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex.

Mel B said she is battling post-traumatic stress disorder and wants to better herself for her children.

myself and letting letting you guys get to know who I am starting from the

beginning I mean my name is my name is Limepally that's my handle Morgan Limepally

Hunt, I have been gaming pretty much all my life I can't think of think

of a time that I wasn't whether you know it was the start of a stupid like

treasure Cove learning games on my big old gateway PC or missed and eventually

into you know kind of classic n64 games Legend of Zelda banjo kazooie Super

Smash Brothers all sorts of stuff like that that there has not been a time in

my life where I haven't been playing video games it's a huge part of who I am

a huge part of my identity and so it was a really logical choice a couple years

ago when I when I decided to I guess what back in late 2016 in the early 2017

for me to kind of start streaming it's been a blast

and I look forward to continuing to do it with you guys I am 24 currently I'm

gonna be turning 25 this November I'm a mechanical engineering student at the

University of Alabama love all sorts of different stuff outside of video games I

love to travel, meet new people, dancing, music, sailing all sorts of different

passions I'm all about experiencing what life has to offer you know we have a

very limited time here to be able to experience the world and I plan to

experience as much of it as I possibly can
