The San Francisco 49ers host the Los Angeles Chargers to conclude their preseason schedules on Thursday night.
The game is scheduled to start at 10 p.m.

The 49ers got some good news this week as tight end George Kittle, who separated his shoulder in their preseason opener, returned to practice Tuesday.
The 24-year old was temporarily derailed, but seems to be fully healthy as he's looking to make an impact this season in his second season.
Running back Alfred Morris had a solid effort rushing for 84 yards on 17 carries last week, but Jerick McKinnon returned to practice himself and is taking part in conditioning drills.
McKinnon has been nursing a calf injury, and head coach Kyle Shanahan and the coaching staff have not rushed McKinnon back just yet.
McKinnon is expected to be a bellcow type of player for Shanahan this season, similar to how he utilized Devonta Freeman next to Matt Ryan when he was offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons before taking the San Francisco job last offseason.
The Chargers enter this season as the consensus team who missed the playoffs last season, but is likely to make the playoffs this season.
Many experts have Los Angeles improving, winning nine or more games and capturing the AFC West division championship.
In order to do that, the defense needs to remain dominant, and it certainly has the workhorses to do it.
According to head coach Anthony Lynn, defensive lineman Joey Bosa (foot) will "absolutely" be ready to play Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
In addition to Bosa, the Chargers have Melvin Ingram on the other side in their 403 defense, and a formidable secondary.
Casey Heyward, Desmond King, Trevor Williams, and 2018 first-round draft pick Derwin James gives Los Angeles some of the best defensive backs in the league.
Losing Jason Verrett in July to a torn Achilles wasn't ideal, but the Chargers have the overall depth to survive the large blow.

During this festival ....everyone prepares Prasad - a devotional offering made to God, typically consisting of food that is later shared among devotees.
We will make Panjeeri today
Panjiri/Panjeri is a staple from the Punjab region. It is made from whole-wheat flour fried in sugar and ghee, heavily laced with dried fruits and herbal gums.
We will make dry Coriander panjeeri
INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE
Lets start making Panjeeri
to make it...we will take lotus puff. If you want to cut them in half you can....as per your choice
I will not cut them to half
Grind suger in mixer
we will make this panjeeri....with flour we use during fast
lets start making Panjeeri now
Take a pan and add 1/2 spoon of clarified butter
Add 1 cup of lotus puff in it
Roast it till light brown
lotus puff are very tasty and it has many Benefits
they are very good in taste and after frying these lotus puff ...they will be very crispy and crunchy
after adding it to panjeeri
Keep on stirring it
you can see color is changing
you can low the flame if you want to
Panjeeri is usually eaten in the winters to ward off cold.
If you want to buy the flour i used to make this Panjeeri...you can buy by clicking on the link given in description box.
you can add any dry fruits to it
i will add Almonds and Cashew nuts
If you don't want to add cashew...you can add any other of your choice
Take them out
you can see Clarified butter is still there in our pan
In this we will add Almonds
Stir them and add Cahewnuts
Keep it on flame until the color changes
keep it on stirring
you can also add melon seeds in it
Color is changed
we will keep it on flame for 1 minute more
take them out
we will shift it in the same bowl...
Clarified butter is still there in our pan
add 1/2 spoon of cumin
and 1/2 spoon Coriander Powder
now add the flour into it
mix it well
add 1 spoon of clarified butter to it
we will roast it ....as shown
there is no need of adding more clarified butter
keep flame on high
Roast it for sometime and then low the flame
If you want to add more coriander powder in the mixture you can add....as per your choice
Crush your coriander powder well ....while adding to mixture
first crush it properly and then we will roast it
I don't like coriander powder much...so i have added little bit...you can add as per your taste
low the flame
Some people don't add flour to make this Prasad. they only prepare it with coriander powder
if you want good tasty prasad...then
then you can add less quantity of coriander powder
Do add flour used for fasting
it will taste good
you can see color is changed
we will keep it on flame for sometime...so that it comes out crispy
When we will add powdered sugar to it
then color of panjeeri will change...it will be white in color
so we will roast it till light brown
we will roast it more...but it should not taste bitter...
stir it continuously
add 1 pinch of green cardamom (powdered)
mix it well
color is changed
roast it for half minute on high flame
switch off the flame
keep on stirring when you off the flame
because our pan is hot
now we will add powdered sugar in it
i have added 4 - 5 spoon of sugar in it
add your dry fruits and lotus puff in it and give a good mix
shift it in a bowl
Our Prasad is ready to serve

Hello Namaskar and welcome back again to our cooking channel PAN TO PLATE
Today again I am going to make a Gujarati snack recipe
It is fav gujarati street food and its made in very less oil
today we are going to make "Amiri Khaman" recipe

lets start making Amiri Khaman
we have 1/2 cup chickpea
wash it properly and soak in water for next 5-6 hours
after 6 hours drain the water, the chickpea has become soft now
add this soaked chickpea in mixer grinder
add 1/4 cup curd in it
make sure the curd is not sour
make a paste of this
So the chickpea paste is ready, keep it aside at warm place for fermentation at least 7-8 hours
So its night at this time so I would be checking it tomorrow morning
So its next day morning and we can see the chickpea is properly fermented
Now transfer this batter in bowl
now add coarsely grinded 2 green chili and 1/2 inch ginger
Pinch of asafoetida
Pinch of turmeric powder
mix everything properly
add little water in grinder and clean everything and add that water again back in batter
add little salt
add 1 tbsp sugar powder and mix it properly
add 1 tbsp peanut oil, this will make the Khaman fluffy and soft
add 1/2 tsp Eno and mix it well
grease little oil in the container and pour the chickpea batter
set it properly
In a pan/Kadai we have boiled little water and placed a stand
now keep the khaman batter container on the stand
Close with lid and steam on slow flame for next 20-25 minutes
Its been 25 minutes lets check the khaman
the corner are lossen up automatically that means its cooked
now with help of skewer we will check the center whether its cooked or not
As we can see there is nothing sticked on skewer that means it is cooked properly
now switch off the gas and let the khaman cool down a bit
after 2 minutes khaman has cooled down little bit
with help of knife give cuts horizontally and vertically
we are done with cutting
as you can see Khaman is very much soft and spongy
We wont temper it directly at this stage since AMIRI KHAMAN is a bit different
Now with soft hands crumble the khaman's
Once the khaman's are crumbled now add 2 tbsp sugar powder
mix it properly
add 1/2 lemon juice and mix it again
add 2 tbsp oil in small sauce pan
keep the flame on medium mode
once oil is heated add 1/4 tsp asafoetida
add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
add 1 small chopped green chili and switch off the flame
now add the mixture above the crumbled khaman and mix it very well
add fine sev/aloo bhujiya as per your taste
fresh grated coconut
fresh pomegranate
chopped coriander leaves
we have prepared the green chatni also, if you want the recipe related to chatni then do comment I will surely upload a video on this

Hi, I'm Dorota Freitag, from Kreatywnie.com.
Today I have for you a box for tea.
The light isn't perfect, because of the sun. But the beginning is only primer as usual.
I am painting the whole box using the white primer.
I am testing new chalk paint. It is new for me - the Spanish brand La Pajarita.
I used two colors and natural brush standarino from Stamperia, so that they blend a little bit.
Now I am using my favorite tool to create wood effect.
You have to move it very smoothly to remove some paint. Follow the shape of the tool.
I created two planks, now I make the third. It doesn't have to be perfectly straight.
I decorate the whole box in the same way.
I am using a lot of paint to have something to remove with the tool and nice structure.
After the paint is dry I am creating some altering effects with patina.
It is brown, water based bister patina from Powertex.
I want to give some color to my wood effect.
I have to cover the patina with some varnish to protect it.
Now I am blending the shapes of planks.
I am using dark brown and white color.
I need a diagonal brush to blend the color with water.
I am blending not only the edges, but also wood effect to make the patina more visible.
La Pajarita chalk paint seems to be perfect for this box, blending and covering.
I am using the decoupage classic paper from Calambour.
I have to cut everything very carefully.
I am using cutting set from Stamperia - a rotary cutting tool and pad.
You can use your scissors, it's up to you.
This tool follows the movement of my hand.
Now I am completing the background with some stencil.
The paper has to be wet before sticking.
Now I am creating the composition directly on the box. I don't want to move the elements when the glue is on the surface.
I am gluing every element.
I am covering the whole box with the glue.
Now I am shadowing the elements with white paint and some water.
I add some white points of paint with water.
The box will be finished with varnish to protect the paper. I add many layers.
At the end the wax - I love the surface and wax effect and want to protect the wood.
This is so simple - I am sure you can do it!
The box has to be finished inside - I am using tea, because I don't want my tea bags smell like stain :)

There is this one safe way of standing up at home
I use artificial Limbs
they support my legs
Because my knees doesnt have the strength to support my body
if i stand they bend so i fall.
So this is how they put me on the fake legs
On top of the legs they put me
on other shoes
because the material of the fake legs is really slippery.
After fastening it properly
Two people assist me to get upright
Yeah...
I do this once a week
Sometimes once in two weeks
or even sometimes twice a week
depends if at home i have someone to assist
and...
this exercise of standing up helps a lot
with avoiding osteoporolysis
which is very common
to people with paralysis
this exercise also helps with good circulation
all in all its
healthy.

people we have standing in solidarity
with that group and the more voices we
can lend to strengthen their own voices
the better lots of young people are
really good advocates for themselves but
they also need to know that they can be
in an environment where they're
supported I think that youth can be a
difficult time for many people and it
can be particularly hard if you feel
that there's something different about
you that won't be accepted by society
there are times when you do feel very
alone being a queer person I know that
when I was young it was difficult I
struggled with my own identity and my
sexuality it's a very difficult time
there's a lot of pressures the last
thing people need is not to feel
accepted and supported as they find
their way in the world I've got a son
who's transgender and he mainly stays at
home and hasn't found a way to engage in
work or study yet I hope that when he
overcomes his barriers he's able to find
an environment that's supportive and if
I can help provide that environment for
someone else's son or daughter and
that's really important to me we have a
responsibility to create spaces that are
safe for our youth that are places where
they feel empowered where they feel
they're able to be themselves and where
they feel included promoting inclusion
of LGBTI plus youth means these young
people can grow up without shame or
bullying
and instead put their energy towards
achieving their goals just like their peers
peers inclusion to m in the workplace
means that I can come in every single
day and be myself accepting everyone for
who they are and respecting them and
about being professional and none of
those are actually negotiable I think
wear it purple day is like a perfect
example of where something small can
show a huge amount of support inclusion
in the workplace means that you don't
have to hide and you don't have to spend
your energy dealing with bad or
thoughtless behavior people's lives are
rough enough as it is outside of work so
I think the last place you want to feel
unsafe and interrogated is in the
workplace as a manager's point of view I
like a diversity of views and a
diversity of backgrounds and so that's
something that I would say you actively
should try to promote within your team's
seeing people in senior positions
embracing diversity is really important
inclusion is about enabling everyone to
be confident in who they are and making
sure people can make the best possible
contribution to our place our community
and most importantly to who they are
themselves
I think we can ensure people are
included by having these kinds of
conversations if there's an event at
work in an LGBTQI event then it's not
just for that community it's for
everyone and you should involve yourself
in it being visible as a leader in my
support and as a champion within the
department and I'd encourage everyone to
do the same to support our colleagues
and visibly show that we do so one of
the things that I do because it's
important to my son is I put my pronouns
in my signature block I set up the pride
and allies Network in 2017 my goal for
that was to make sure that LGBTIQA+
people felt like they were included
within the department that they could
bring their full selves to work we need
to make sure that everyone at the
department feels included everyone feel
safe everyone feels like they can come
to work without the extra anxiety of if
I am Who I am that made people react to
me differently will that make people not
accept me will that make my work day
harder yeah you're gonna be able to come
to work and just be your authentic self
and just be able to perform at your best
and I think if there are great allies
around you then you can feel more
comfortable just to be here and not you
know have to worry about being judged or
threatened in any way LGBTI+ I plus people
are usually the minority in their
workplaces
so having allies is important LGBTI+
people might not feel empowered to call
out bad jokes ask for a change in
policies or correct someone when they use the
wrong pronouns we should be open to
listen and learn from our colleagues
about their experiences and try not to
make assumptions about people's
lifestyles because this is about giving
people confidence that they can be who
they are and making sure people feel
safe in who they want to be n

I had top surgery in Cleveland, Ohio from Dr. Daniel Medalie. I had it on July 30th 2018.
So I'll give you guys some close-ups
I'll show you what I do for moisturizing and then I'll briefly go over
scar care
So this is my chest one month post-op. This is my left side
and this is my right side

There's still some leftover ink from when Dr. Medalie marked me up. The nurses said it's okay.
It'll wash off with time. It's a little more wrinkly than it is over here
It's much cleaner.
I can't feel anything. I can only feel very light sensations, but pressure...
I can't really feel pressure on this side, but I can on the other side. So this is what it looks like.
This is my nipple
It's usually darker, but since the skin came off, the color will regenerate later
This is my right side. I think the incisions are a little bit different. This one's more angular. And this one's a little bit smoother
I just wash my hands and I'll take about
I'll take about this much
to put
just underneath
my scar
Then I rub it in
If you look closely there are some tiny red bumps underneath incision. It's not on my right side, only my left side
I looked it up and I read that it's normal and it's just my skin's reaction to
the suture. There's also still adhesive left over
Which is fine it'll dry up and go away over time
I don't want to put alcohol or anything on it because it will dry out the incisions
and you want to keep your incisions as soft and moist as possible.
I'm also supposed to moisturize my nipple
I don't know if it's supposed to be like a thin layer or what
So
I just kind of keep an eye on it (if it's drying, just add more). I can't feel anything on my nipple.
Before top surgery I hated
when people
touched my chest
especially near my nipple
Just because I was so sensitive in that area
So I didn't get turned on or anything. I hated it. But I'm so thankful
that I don't have feeling here, or else this would be a nightmare for me right now.
I do this twice a day
My range of motion is still pretty limited. I don't have as much tightness in my chest.
Before, it was preventing me from
standing straight. So I would still hunch over because
I was scared that I was gonna rip a stitch or reopen the wound.
But now, just this week, I've been able to stand a little bit straighter.
Every day I'm supposed to do exercises that Dr. Medalie
and his nurse (Mary) recommended. If you've seen Mack
MackMan's
video, you can see that the nurse tells him to
climb up the wall
and climb down. Then do it with both hands, like this.
I added some other things. So, I like to do cross ways
Since it's still hard for me to like scratch like this. So I do cross ways.
I also go in circular motions
I still have to have pillows when I lie down because I feel like
my chest is being stretched if I lay flat. It freaks me out.
For scar care, I just took advice from
Mack. He's another YouTuber who also
had top surgery
from Dr. Medalie
You've probably seen him if you're looking for Dr. Medalie. In his nine (9) month
post-op video he recommended CicaTape

I'm not gonna try it yet
just because my incisions still look a little...
not raw, but they just don't look like
scars yet. I might wait till a month and a half (6 weeks) to two months (8 weeks) post-op because
for three months, the scars are still softening.
As soon as I see that my scars are bubbly, then I'll start using this. I'm not too worried about scars, personally.
