Wow, now I can start my story.

A very long time ago

(in 2007)

peppy created osu!

(not for Nintendo, for PC)

And after a bit he realized that he don't have money to pay for the Internet.

And after this I have a question for you: "Do you think that's fair that you pay

for literally nothing?".

I think no.

But without these money osu! won't be running anymore.

That's why I tried to create modern, attractive and more efficient system for osu! and I decided

to create a Battle Pass

(this is a concept, not real gameplay)

I took an experience from such successful games like League of Legends and PUBG, so

my new Battle Pass system just can't fail.

But what Battle Pass is?

A battle pass is a type of video game monetization that provides additional content for a game

usually through a tiered system, rewarding the player with in-game items by playing the

game and completing specific challenges.

Okay, cool.

Let's start making osu! great again.

At first we delete Supporter Tag from the game at all and replace with Battle Pass system.

Also we will delete levels from osu! (because they are pretty useless) and replace it with

Battle Pass stats.

Every season will last 4 months

(with 2 week pause after each season)

And this is perfect,

because everyone can afford to spend 10$ per 4 months for his favorite game.

And yes, Battle Pass will cost 10$, because it's not very expensive for 4 months, but

pretty much to keep osu! running.

Second thing is how Battle Pass would work.

Easy.

The maximum level of Battle Pass would be 50, which is quite well for game like osu!

and there are would be 5 ways to get exp for your battle pass:

everyday you'll get a random pool of 5 maps based on your skill

every day you enter osu! you'll get 100 exp

if you rank one mapset you'll get 2000 exp for each mapset

(but not more than 10 maps per season, because we all know who Sotarks is)

and you can change Kudosu for Battle Pass exp like

25 exp for each Kudosu.

Also you can get some exp points for wining in osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament, but

a bit later about this.

The next thing are rewards.

osu! is a game where all cosmetic are free, like cursor, circles, other stuff…. but

I have some ideas.

For reaching level 25 players would receive a new splendid seasonal Interface.

Every 3 levels players will receive new background which we can change in special menu.

Every 5 levels player will receive a map, for which only Battle Pass owners can get pp.

Every 10 levels player will receive a osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament ticket, but

a bit later about it.

With purchasing Battle Pass players will receive all Supporter Tag benefits, but also they will receive

a pack of 3 maps, a season-themed background and 1 osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament…

Okey. Okey.

I… I understand how you hate me now…

Okey.

Now about osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament.

I think that osu! multiplayer sucks.

And it sucks not because I don't like multiplayer.

It sucks because all players do in multiplayer lobby they can do solo.

That's why, I want to introduce you osu!

Ranked Matchmaking system.

Since player reach 2k pp, he'll get access for osu! Ranked Matchmaking.

There are would be some skill brakets like 2k pp - 3.5k pp or 10k pp+.

And, here would be 3 modes: Solo, Duo and Squad.

After finding a match, system will randomly generate mappool with 11 maps, which are based

on skill-bracket and how many victories players have.

Both teams will have 10 minutes to talk about pick/bans, to check maps and to pick captain,

who will pick/ban.

Then they just roll for pick/ban and ban 1 map and after it play "Best of 7" Match,

like OWC or other tournaments have.

Due to this system, it would be pretty easy to implement in-game weekly tournament for all skill-brackets.

Also would be cool if every Battle Pass owner will get

osu! AI Assistant.

*osu! Artifictial Intelligence Assistant, mazafaka bich*

who will review your plays

(*this map is shit and you low-skill trash noob.

Go die mazafaka bich*)

tells you your all stats like stamina, speed and others

(*even my grandad plays better than you and your fat mom mazafaka bich*)

and recommend you maps for improvement

(*you so noob, go play Sotarks or Hitorigoto, mazafaka bich*).

We have tillerino with huge base of maps and ability to suggest them for players,

basing on their skill.

We have osu!Skills with stats and really cool calculations…

Just combine them, implement into the game and we will get

osu! AI Assistant.

But what will receive players, who achieve

50 level of Battle Pass?

Every player achieved level 50 will receive a profile badge,

which means that he got maximum level of Battle Pass

and it would look like this.

What is the city doing in response to the housing shortage.

So what nonsense is happening in Reykjavík?

When discussing politicians that aren't capable of managing the affirs that have ben entrusted to them one undeniably thinks of the city council of Reykjavík.

The citizens that elected them must have assumed that these representitives would be capable of doing their jobs and and endevour to do some good. It is however apparent now that the city council, whether the minority or the majority, can't manage to even do that. They spend inmeasurable amount of time accusing one and other of all sorts of things and words such as "leaks" "bullying" breach of confidence" are commonplace. One appeal to emotion follows the other and the city council members seem unable to compose themselves.

This nonsense reaches it's peak when city cuncil members want to build their narrative around whether or not one council member put out his tongue towards the minority. The people of Reykjavik look upon is dismayed and must think to themselves whether or not these uncomposed people are fit for politics. Are these people able to take decisions that serve the interest of the people of Reykjavík? There are reasons to doubt that.

In a letter by Helga Björg Ragnarsdóttir [public official] it says that the size of the mayors office and the secretary of the city had been discussed recently. Amongst other things a list of titles and assignments of people in these offices had been put forward along with a link where you could find the names of the employees. That was in connection with discussions about costs and a bloated bureaucracy.

and that public officials are hurt by that.

On the absolute obidience that the manager seems to expect of the plaintiff it can be said that despite the management duty of one and the obedience duty of another, subordinates are not animals in a circus.

How the majority addressing the housing crisis?

If you go by the words of the mayor, Reykjavík is experiencing the biggest construction boom in it's history.

There seems to be a convienent misunderstanding among the social democrats when it comes to construction and "construction".

Also you can't build more since there is a shortage of cranes.

The industry association refutes the mayor.

In the majority on the city council there are some interesting ideas how prices form in the market.

They tried giving away one plot in Hafnarfjörður and charging for another. The apartments then sold for the same price.

When plots for houses get higher in price, let's say for example because of your fees.

Then the supply curve shifts to the left.

which means that the quantity of supply goes down and the prices go up.

Especially considering that demand for housing whether to rent or to buy is inelastic.

elasticity is a metric that shows the effect of pricing on the demand.

Necessities are inelastic so changes in prices have little effect on demand.

everyone with a high school level understanding of economics should be able to realize that higher prices for plots to build on result in higher pricing for housing.

Either these people don't possess this knowledge or they speak contrary to what they know.

So how do they benefit from this? Well you see, when housing prices go up. Then the taxes on them go up as well!

So you raise taxes without raising taxes.

If you thought this nonsense was about to end. I regreet to inform you that I kept the best for last.

That is the privilege lists.

They have been circling on the internet the past week and are the product of the "equality school" of Reykjavík.

They have really hot takes such as...

I can give my children my last name, even if I live with the other parent without being considered egocentric or extreme.

When I am hitting on someone I don't have to worry about that the person in question can't handle they way my genitalia is.

When I was a child I could explore my genitalia to a greater extent than girls around me could their genetalia.

These lists list the allaged "privileges" of men, heterosexuals, whites, able bodied and non-trans.

with privilege people don't seem to mean that some groups enjoy greater legal rights than others. Rather these lists address issues that you're supposed to imagine that other groups face.

Lists of this nature stem of Peggy Macintosh.

their goal is to reduce unconscious bias.

The thing is that test that have been made to measure them have little predictive value when it comes to behavior.

also the tests that are supposed to measure these unconscious biases little reliability.

So if the same person takes the test twice you get a different result.

These theories do non the less find popularity among intersectional feminsts.

and are cheered by the media despite their obvious flaws.

These lists are fit to be criticized for various reasons.

Firstly I would point out that it's not proven that they are helpful in achieving their goals.

Also they have really strange statements.

Thirdly they stem from ideas that group differences are primarily brought upon by social conditioning.

Fourthly the a priori assume that some groups are marginalized and others are not.

So any group differences are held to be "privileges"

That doesn't take into account opportunity cost.

So you don't even look into areas were women do better than men.

Which would be necessary if you wanted to find out whether or not the position of women was better than men's

How would a women's "privilege" list look like?

It could look something like this...

It's more likely that men will get addicted to drugs. It's more likely that men end up in jail than me. It's more likely that men die in workplace accidents. It's more likely that I get a university education than men. It's likely that I get a lower penalty for the same crime as a man.

Ofcourse there isn't a women's privilege list. Because it's already assumed that certain groups are subordinate.

Without providing any objective standard how these privileges and oppression are measured.

In short this is a propaganda tool stemming from inter-sectional feminism.

Which is the predictable product of an "equality industry"

Where facts are ignored and criticisms are ignored for the sake of ideology.

All of this is done at the expense of taxpayers.

First and foremost it is degrading to be asked to put together a list of that nature.

So you can just shove it.

their situation is different and more often than not have nothing to do with these categorizations.

And yes, Battle Pass will cost 10$, because it's not very expensive for 4 months, but

pretty much to keep osu! running.

Second thing is how Battle Pass would work.

Easy.

The maximum level of Battle Pass would be 50, which is quite well for game like osu!

and there are would be 5 ways to get exp for your battle pass:

everyday you'll get a random pool of 5 maps based on your skill

every day you enter osu! you'll get 100 exp

if you rank one mapset you'll get 2000 exp for each mapset

(but not more than 10 maps per season, because we all know who Sotarks is)

and you can change Kudosu for Battle Pass exp like

25 exp for each Kudosu.

Also you can get some exp points for wining in osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament, but

a bit later about this.

The next thing are rewards.

osu! is a game where all cosmetic are free, like cursor, circles, other stuff…. but

I have some ideas.

For reaching level 25 players would receive a new splendid seasonal Interface.

Every 3 levels players will receive new background which we can change in special menu.

Every 5 levels player will receive a map, for which only Battle Pass owners can get pp.

Every 10 levels player will receive a osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament ticket, but

a bit later about it.

With purchasing Battle Pass players will receive all Supporter Tag benefits, but also they will receive

a pack of 3 maps, a season-themed background and 1 osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament…

Okey. Okey.

I… I understand how you hate me now…

Now about osu! weekly Battle Pass tournament.

I think that osu! multiplayer sucks.

And it sucks not because I don't like multiplayer.

It sucks because all players do in multiplayer lobby they can do solo.

That's why, I want to introduce you osu!

Ranked Matchmaking system.

Since player reach 2k pp, he'll get access for osu! Ranked Matchmaking.

There are would be some skill brakets like 2k pp - 3.5k pp or 10k pp+.

And, here would be 3 modes: Solo, Duo and Squad.

After finding a match, system will randomly generate mappool with 11 maps, which are based

on skill-bracket and how many victories players have.

Both teams will have 10 minutes to talk about pick/bans, to check maps and to pick captain,

who will pick/ban.

Then they just roll for pick/ban and ban 1 map and after it play "Best of 7" Match,

like OWC or other tournaments have.

Due to this system, it would be pretty easy to implement in-game weekly tournament for all skill-brackets.

Also would be cool if every Battle Pass owner will get

osu! AI Assistant.

*osu! Artifictial Intelligence Assistant, mazafaka bich*

who will review your plays

(*this map is shit and you low-skill trash noob.

Go die mazafaka bich*)

tells you your all stats like stamina, speed and others

(*even my grandad plays better than you and your fat mom mazafaka bich*)

and recommend you maps for improvement

(*you so noob, go play Sotarks or Hitorigoto, mazafaka bich*).

We have tillerino with huge base of maps and ability to suggest them for players,

basing on their skill.

We have osu!Skills with stats and really cool calculations…

Just combine them, implement into the game and we will get

osu! AI Assistant.

But what will receive players, who achieve

50 level of Battle Pass?

Every player achieved level 50 will receive a profile badge,

which means that he got maximum level of Battle Pass

and it would look like this.

I go every year to this event and really enjoy it.

Last year several viewers of this channel from Japan even made the journey...

it was nice to meet them and shake their hands...

I look forward to seeing even more of you this year too!

But I got a little secret I want to tell you...

I can't really talk too much about it yet...

But I've been bringing my Nissan Skyline Hakosuka to the JCCS for at least 3 years now...

But I think this year it's time for a new fresh look for this car...

I feel like doing something new and refreshing for this car...

Of course I love it the way it is right now, but....

I have a lot of plans in the works for it to be ready for JCCS.

I will have a booth at JCCS this year too! Steve's POV & Thumb's Up booth...

I will have T-shirts and stickers on sale...

È necessario capire chiaramente i sintomi della trombosi, per chiamare l'ambulanza in caso ce ne sia bisogno.

1,Trombo nei vasi degli arti; Se un coagulo di sangue si forma in una vena profonda di uno degli arti, si verifica la cosiddetta trombosi venosa profonda.

La trombosi può verificarsi dopo un lungo periodo di immobilità (ad esempio, dopo un lungo sonno o volo).

La trombosi venosa profonda è un'emergenza; in caso di presenza di uno dei sintomi sopra riportati, è necessario cercare immediatamente un aiuto medico.

2,Trombo nella cavità addominale; I coaguli di sangue possono formarsi nelle vene che trasportano il sangue dall'intestino.

A rischio sono le persone che soffrono di diverticolite, pancreatite, appendicite e anche coloro che assumono contraccettivi orali o fanno uso di terapia ormonale.

Sintomi della trombosi nella cavità addominale: nausea e vomito; dolore addominale che peggiora dopo aver mangiato; diarrea; presenza di sangue nelle feci; gonfiore addominale.

Questi stessi sintomi possono segnalare un altro problema, ma in ogni caso richiedono cure mediche immediate.

3, Trombo nei vasi renali La presenza di un coagulo nei vasi renali impedisce il normale funzionamento dell'organo e può portare a un aumento della pressione sanguigna e all'insufficienza renale.

Questa trombosi può manifestarsi con i seguenti sintomi: dolore a un fianco; presenza di sangue nelle urine; febbre alta; nausea e vomito; ipertensione; respirazione alterata; edemi delle gambe.

4,Trombo nei polmoni Se un coagulo di sangue impedisce il flusso sanguigno nei polmoni, si sviluppa l'embolia polmonare. Consultare un medico alla manifestazione di questi sintomi.

Questa malattia può portare alla morte in caso di mancato trattamento.

La causa più comune della tromboembolia dell'arteria polmonare è la trombosi venosa profonda, a seguito della quale si forma un coagulo di sangue negli arti inferiori, che poi entra nei polmoni.

Sintomi di tromboembolia dell'arteria polmonare: improvvisa sensazione di mancanza d'aria; dolore nella cavità toracica; palpitazioni cardiache; cianosi della pelle; emottisi.

5,Trombo nel cuore Un trombo nella cavità cardiaca può portare a un infarto.

Si manifesta con i seguenti sintomi: una sensazione di oppressione nel petto; dolore al petto; dolore irradiato a collo,

mandibola, spalla sinistra; respirazione alterata; sudorazione eccessiva; debolezza.

Se si verifica uno di questi sintomi, chiamare immediatamente un'ambulanza.
