Youtube daily report Sep 2 2018

In the 1870s, thermodynamics were a hot topic.

No pun intended.

It explained energy and heat in a way that made sense and it

drastically advanced the field of physics.

Everybody was talking about it and everybody wanted a piece of it.

And one particular scientist at the University of Vienna named Ernst Wilhelm Von Brücke

thought to himself,

"Well wait a second, if these laws dictate our entire world, then aren't all living

beings, including humans, just bodies of energy that would also abide by these laws?"

Ernst published his theory in 1874, which was a significant year because it was the same

year that he began advising a bright, young, first-year medical student.

Albert Einstein.

I'm just kidding, it's Sigmund Freud.

Freud really liked Von Brucke's theory, so he stole it and took it a step further.

He surmised that not only do the laws of thermodynamics apply to the human body,

but they also apply to the human psyche.

Voila!

Psychodynamic theory was born.

A lot of early psychologists became founders and devotees to this theory, including Freud

himself and Carl Jung.

And it became the basis for the first talk therapy techniques, including Psychoanalysis.

If you're interested in learning more about psychoanalysis, then check out my video for

more on that.

Around the same time, a boy named Alfred Adler was born to a

Jewish grain merchant and his wife.

Alfred developed rickets at a young age and was not able to walk

until he was four years old.

His healthy older brother was showered with attention, while his mother had

very little patience for Alfred's needs.

At one point he developed pneumonia and the doctor told his father, "Your boy is lost."

But Alfred beat the odds.

He recovered from his afflictions, grew strong, and became

fiercely competitive with his older brother.

Little did Alfred know, his illness and sibling rivalry would lead him to develop an entirely

new form of mental health treatment...

Psychodynamic Therapy.

Before we dive in, let's answer a very important question.

What do we mean when we say "Psychodynamic Therapy"?

Often Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic Therapy are used as interchangeable terms, but they're

quite different.

And a lot of people - like Anna Freud and Melanie Klein - developed different flavors

of this technique, based on different interpretations of the human psyche.

But Alfred Adler stands out as the first and most prominent psychodynamic theorist whose

impact continues to this day.

As such, today I'll be focusing on Adlerian techniques to describe Psychodynamic Therapy.

To better understand Psychodynamic Therapy, let's talk about what it believes.

Psychodynamic Therapy believes that striving for superiority is the core motivation for

all human beings.

Which...kinda sounds dark.

But superiority doesn't necessarily refer to trying to dominate other people or wanting

a leadership role or having other people admire you.

Instead, superiority means rising above what you currently are and striving to live a more

perfect and complete life.

That sounds...pretty nice!

Adler proposed that human beings truly believe that the perfect and complete life is attainable

and so we create our own fictional goals for our lives and believe that those personal

goals are the entire purpose of life.

If you realize these goals, you realize your "ideal self".

So logically, a person's life will be greatly influenced by these goals that they perceive

to be the purpose of life.

However, Adler proposed that striving towards our ideal self will bring up inescapable feelings

of inferiority, or not being good enough.

He termed this common human experience the "inferiority complex".

As we know from his story, Adler had a lot of personal experience with inferiority.

But he didn't think that that was a bad thing.

Adler believed that those feelings of inferiority have driven every improvement humanity has

developed to better deal with our world.

Like computers or indoor plumbing.

See, the belief is that areas where you feel inferior influence

where you choose to become superior.

And wherever you choose to become superior becomes your "lifestyle".

For example, let's say that you felt less intelligent than others at a young age.

You might strive to become intellectually superior.

Your routine, habits, and interactions will then change to

achieve that goal of intellectual superiority.

Essentially, your lifestyle becomes one of an intellectual and other people will start

to describe you as introverted, bookish, or smart.

So take a moment and think about your own lifestyle.

You live your life the way that you do because you find it important.

The reason you are not in the gym for hours every day is probably because being extremely

physically fit isn't your ideal self.

Or maybe you do go to the gym every day, in which case...good for you.

Psychodynamic Therapy also heavily focuses on childhood experiences and family environment

as the root of many mental health issues and disorders.

Adler developed the idea of birth order, which is the theory that your position in your family

will influence your inferiorities and also your lifestyle choices.

You know, the whole "eldest child is type-A, middle child is the rebel, youngest child

is the baby" thing.

When I first heard about birth order, I was super into the idea because it seemed to fit

so well with my own family.

But the evidence for a birth order effect on personality is actually pretty weak.

It may seem accurate within a family, but when scientists look at whole populations,

they don't really see an effect.

Psychodynamic Therapy also examines a person's level of social interest.

Social interest is the desire and capacity to coordinate and work with other people for

the greater good.

"The greater good."

"Shut it!"

See, unlike, psychoanalysis, which focuses on internal conflicts, Psychodynamic Therapy

is more concerned with interpersonal conflicts.

Adler understood that humans are inherently social beings and so, to be healthy, a person

must have real involvement and investment in society.

In childhood, social interest can be nourished in a family environment of respect, trust,

support, and understanding.

Or it can be squashed in an atmosphere of competition, mistrust, neglect, domination,

or abuse.

Children from the latter kinds of families are more likely to strive for their ideal

self at the expense of others through selfish means.

Okay, so now that we know what Psychodynamic Therapy believes,

let's look at how it's done.

Unlike psychoanalysis where the client lays down on a couch and the therapist is just

out of view, Psychodynamic Therapy happens face to face.

It's also the first form of therapy to implement the empathetic therapist, which is now

standard practice in modern counseling.

See, the therapist is not a detached, emotionless blank slate like in psychoanalysis.

Instead, the therapeutic relationship becomes an integral part of treatment.

The therapist has positive regard for the client and shows genuine interest in their

well-being.

The first few sessions will typically just focus on gathering info on the client's

concerns and building that therapeutic relationship.

The primary goal of Psychodynamic Therapy is to make the unconscious...conscious.

The therapeutic relationship with the therapist can reveal how the person

interacts with their friends or family.

The therapist then engages in consciousness raising by sharing their observations with

the client.

Suddenly, unconscious emotions, desires, and relationship patterns become visible.

And when the client examines themselves, they're more able to make

changes in problematic areas.

Consider this client who received divorce papers from his wife a few weeks ago.

After discussing the issue over a few sessions, the therapist begins to challenge him and

engage in consciousness raising.

Counselor: It sounds like you're saying your wife hasn't been emotionally present

for you in the way you would like her to be.

Robert: Yeah, I mean.

She's there, but...I don't know.

We've both made a lot of mistakes.

Counselor: I notice that whenever we talk about Rachel's responsibility in the divorce,

you seem to have difficulty criticizing her behavior.

Have you noticed that yourself?

Robert: No, I'd never thought of it like that before.

But I think you're right.

I mean, that makes a lot of sense.

Counselor: And what do you think makes you stop short of being critical?

By making the client conscious of his reluctance to criticize his wife, it opens up a new conversation

and may spur the client to further examine the dynamics of his relationship with his

soon-to-be ex-wife.

Another tool used in session is contingency control.

This is a way of reframing a selfish goal in a humorous way so that the client can mock

it rather than feel condemned by the therapist.

For example, if you are a perfectionist, the therapist might have you imagine yourself

as a mad scientist with frizzy hair, bent on taking over the world by building a giant

lego robot.

But the scientist can't achieve this goal because they're too focused on the color

and type of lego to begin with.

Not only is it funny, but the client can understand how silly it is to allow something so small

dictate such an elaborate plan.

Another technique used by Psychodynamic Therapy is choosing.

This technique allows clients to step outside of their comfortable lifestyles so they can

pursue new lifestyles.

One tool that's commonly used is the "as if".

Let's say a client says that she would really like to ask out her next-door neighbor

on a date.

But she says that she's shy and says, "I'm not really the kind of person to start a conversation".

The therapist may task the client with acting "as if" they are that assertive person

who does make the first move.

She doesn't have to become that person, she just has to act like it.

If the client follows through, she'll probably find out that it works - even if she doesn't

get the date - and that by acting in this way, she transforms fiction into reality.

With all of these techniques, the therapist can help the client understand their unconscious

desires, inferiorities, and lifestyle, develop a healthy social interest, improve interpersonal

relationships, and achieve realistic goals.

And treatment doesn't go on indefinitely, either.

Psychodynamic Therapy is relatively short-term.

While there is no set limit to sessions, it typically involves one session a week for

anywhere from three months to a couple of years.

All right, so now we know what Psychodynamic Therapy believes and how it's done.

But, does it work?

Unfortunately, not much research has been conducted on the

actual effectiveness of Psychodynamic Therapy.

And it depends on which study you look at.

It's definitely more effective than no treatment.

And it's been found to be about as effective as psychoanalytic therapy in a few studies.

Newer treatments like behavioral and cognitive methods appear to consistently outperform

Psychodynamic Therapy.

But, some recent research shows that, when you control for therapist loyalty, the effectiveness

is about the same as most other modern therapies.

However, Psychodynamic Therapy has not gone through the rigorous process of becoming an

"evidence-based practice" like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

This means that its techniques haven't been studied enough to show their effectiveness.

So it's kind of hard to give it a strong endorsement.

Regardless of whether Psychodynamic Therapy is the right choice for treatment, it has

undoubtedly changed the therapeutic landscape.

It introduced new concepts like the empathetic therapist and short-term care, while also

building the foundation for newer treatments.

So that's nothing for little Alfred to feel inferior about.

New Characters in Anthem (Anthem News - PAX West 2018) - Duration: 4:56.

Anthem, Part 2

Welcome back, I'm Ashe.

Let's get acquainted with some characters.

Several factions populate Anthem.

There's the good guys... then the bad guys.

You have the Freelancers.

Cyphers.

Arcanists.

The Sentinels.

And Corvus.

On the other side?

The Scar, the Dominion, Outlaws, and Monsters.

This time, we'll be talking about the Good Guys.

Freelancers.

That's you.

Lancers dedicated to fighting the good fight, making sure that the Shaper relics are normalized.

Fly around in pretty Iron Man looking Javelins that pack a lotta punch.

Known Freelancers.

5'8" weighing in at 235 pounds, Haluk is/was part of the Freelancers, who now holds the

role of driving the Strider, your mobile hub across Anthem.

Ambitious.

Maybe a bit cocky.

He acts somewhat of a reluctant mentor towards your Lancer, but isn't very fond of you, due

to something that happened to him and history with a previous run.

It's a very complicated relationship.

Yarrow.

He's an older, balder Freelancer that you'll meet along the way.

He believes strongly in the Freelancer Order and was present since the time when Freelancers

were symbols of respect and honor.

While he is not part of our pit crew, he will provide you missions in the quest of redeeming

the Freelancers with your help.

Cyphers are the voice in your head guiding you along the path.

Kinda like Navi in Legend of Zelda, or way more accurate Tank the Operator in The Matrix.

They have the rare ability to communicate mentally over long distances, and serve in

support roles to lancers.

Cyphers, however, do not all undertake the same education.

One may be much more competent than the other.

Known Cyphers.

Faye Navine is a very skilled, very educated Cypher who is part of your Pit Crew.

Coming into the present, you, Faye, and Haluk all have history with each other from a previous

run.

She is a long-standing friend.

She was (quote) deeply affected when she was put in touch with the Anthem of Creation,

and that's one of the things driving her character.

Owen Corley is our personal Cypher.

Past his own delusions of grandeur, he's a pretty nice guy.

Quirky, too.

He hasn't received the quality of training that Faye received, but you can't discount

that he has major potential.

Arcanists are kind of a mix of scientists and archaeologists.

They study Shaper relics to an obsessive degree, and I dare say are as close to the Dalish

of Dragon Age as you can get.

Reason why I say that is because Matthias, an Arcanist that we rescue in an early mission

of Anthem.

After we rescue him from the outside, our Lancer can talk to him in Fort Tarsis.

Matthias is driven by his research for the Shapers and has tattoos on the front of his

face.

Told you.

Dalish.

Sentinels are essentially the police, maintaining order in all the cities and settlements of

Anthem.

They don't look too kindly on the Freelancers, considering them to be inconsistent and not

dependable.

The only known Sentinel on record so far is Brynn, a mid-level Lieutenant who starts working

with the Freelancers for the first time.

Specifically, your Lancer.

She is socially awkward, but adorable in her own way.

She's one of the only Sentinels who trusts the Freelancers.

Corvus is a government-approved organization who acts similar to the NSA and CIA.

Working in the shadows, they maintain the peace, though they will hire Freelancers to

do some of their dirty work.

Tasslyn is an Agent of Corvus that our Lancer will take missions from.

Not much about her yet, but our Lancer will be able to build a relationship with her and

find out about her history over time.

Outside the factions, there are the people of Fort Tarsis.

The Custodian, who works in a bar, will be able to give you things to do or provide advice.

Vendors around the Fort will also be available.

Not only will they sell you their wares, but they will also converse you about different

topics.

Lastly, Layton.

Layton is an ex-Dominion who defected at an unknown time that we can get to know.

That's what we know about said characters so far, but the information is always adding

and ever changing.

Subscribe for more Anthem, not only just for news dissections but also my fair take on

Anthem as we continue to launch.

Take care, I'll be back here soon with an update on the channel.

But for the time being, thanks for watching.

See you soon!

Hey.

This is a secret message that I <3 you.

Thank you for watching.

I can say it a million times and you've probably heard it a million times from me and other

content creators or Youtubers or what have you, but I personally am happy you not only

ended up getting this message but you're still around to watch.

I'm not okay, we're never okay, but we get by throughout life by trying to make things

okay.

I'm going to try better with this channel and make real concerted efforts to do better

mentally and with creating content that either stimulates your mind, gives you a chuckle,

or both.

Take care.

I hope to see you soon.

By Vilain Wax Zero vs. Da'Dude Da Wax | Brand Battle - Duration: 8:14.

By Vilain's Wax Zero versus Da'Dude's Da Wax.

This is Brand Battle.

Hi guys, how are you?

I'm Robin.

Welcome back to my YouTube channel and welcome back to Brand Battle; the series that puts

two competing products head to head in the ultimate showdown.

We're into week 5; we're quite literally whizzing through this and I have all these products

that I still want to try.

I'm still fully taking on all your suggestions so do keep those coming.

You guys control the shots on this one.

Now, as you know, we do have different weighting for different categories.

They're not all as important.

And as we saw last week, it can change and sometimes I want to take away points.

So, the first product that we have on this one is By Vilain.

It's their Wax Zero.

Now, this is a brand new product.

It's so new that it's not out yet.

And I actually was trying this and I thought, "Am I being premature with this?"

And I thought, "No.

Let's really see firsthand what this is like."

This new Zero range is an organic line so I was excited to try this.

And this is going up against Da'Dude Da Wax.

Quite literally one of the worst names; I don't know if there's a lost in translation.

It is a Swedish brand.

The USP of Da Wax is that it's supposed to have an extra strong hold.

So I thought this would be interesting to take these two European brands that say they

have strong and extra strong holds.

Looking at ingredients, By Vilain is really pushing those organic credentials with a 54%

organic hair wax.

That kind of confused me a bit.

I kind of want to drill down into that; what makes it organic, what is it.

But at the top here, we have aloe barbadensis leaf extract (aloe vera juice) and that is

full of water so it's water based.

Then we go down into shea butter, carnauba wax, you have almond oil and beeswax and they're

various other things.

Then looking into Da Wax, again they're saying that they're sulfate and paraben free and

also that they've not been tested on animals.

Again, guys, you have water at the top here, then into beeswax, you have carnauba again,

and then various other compounds.

Now, into packaging, I don't go wild for either but just normal sort of black tub and then

the sticker around it.

Da Wax actually comes in a little box, a cardboard box - a bit flimsy, not too bothered - and

then this wooden jar which is different.

This is not my style.

I don't really want it sitting out on my shelp but it is different and they're saying that

they want people to keep this and reuse it.

So again, they can appreciate those renewables.

So I'm not bothered by either of them but the point goes to Da Wax.

The smell, By Vilain says they are adding no perfumes and really, you get that in the

scent.

It kind of smells like nothing.

It almost actually feels incomplete which is bizarre because I'm not bothered by smells,

versus the Da Wax which doesn't have an overpowering scent.

It's kind of citrusy, kind of a bit nothing but it has something.

I'm not making much sense.

So, really, I'm going to give the point to Da Wax.

Now, into consistency, the By Vilain one is so soft, really creamy, easy to scoop out

and get into the hands.

Also, it's really easy to emulsify.

It has a slight resistance to it versus Da Wax which again is really easy to scoop out.

It's fairly creamy but it's a lot harder to emulsify.

You really need to push through that stiffness and resistance.

So the point goes to By Vilain.

Now into ease of application, the By Vilain one is easy.

Again, you do have that slight resistance.

It's not nearly as easy as some other products we've tried, but I often think that with a

bit of resistance we are going to get a better hold, hopefully, versus the Da Wax which again,

from that consistency, it's harder, it's sticky.

You really need to work through and as you're applying the product you do feel like your

hair is starting to piece slightly.

So the point for application goes to By Vilain.

Now into styling, the By Vilain is again easy, it's malleable.

You can manipulate the hair, you can piece it, you can separate it and you can build

great volumes.

So really that stickiness and resistance does translate into volume; I'm able to move the

hair versus Da Wax which when they say a little goes a long way, they really do mean it.

If you make any sort of mistakes it's very hard to change the way that you're styling

your hair.

That said though, I do like how much volume you can build in.

So I'm going to give three points to By Vilain and one to Da Wax.

Now into finish, I actually liked how they both looked.

The By Vilain one has a sort of natural gloss to it.

The hair sits very well versus the Da Wax one which again I do like, but I think because

the styling has always been slightly harder, the finish isn't quite how I'd like it.

Also, I find when using this that my hair can feel quite sticky throughout the day.

So, the points for finish go to By Vilain.

Now hold, this is how it went.

Right, it's been good.

It's dropped.

I sort of popped it back in.

What I found is it still feels like it has some resistance and tackiness in it so you

can build that back in.

Totally forgot this was even in my hair which is because my hair hasn't moved.

It's seriously been one of the, if not the firmest hold product without hairspray I've

ever used.

This is literally one of the strongest hold hair products I've ever used.

It's quite literally like glue.

So the points, without a doubt, for hold, probably against most other products I've

got, go to Da Wax.

Like, both products are water-based so they should and did was out fairly easily.

That said, I mean I was pleasantly surprised with this.

I thought it would take a lot more but it did require a little bit of shampoo to fully

remove the product.

So the point goes to By Vilain.

Now we all know by now that price and value is very much a personal thing; where we live,

postage and packaging, import taxes, also, the fact that this product isn't out yet.

So, it is on their site but it's not yet being sold.

But this 65 ml tub is going to be retailing at $22 or £18.50 versus the Da Wax which

is 100 ml and this retails on their site at £19.99.

Also, this product is all over Amazon and it retails again for about £20 mark often

with free postage and packaging.

So it is more readily available, unsurprising, but it is a bigger tub, 100 ml.

So, price per use is going to be better value.

So the point goes to Da Wax.

So verdict, with nine points is Da'Dude's Da Wax versus By Vilain's Wax Zero with 11

points.

I often say this, but I did enjoy using both these products and I would use them in very

different ways.

I think younger Robin, who you may remember from YouTube, would have liked this product.

I really wanted my hair to stay up and I didn't want it to move.

It had to stay there all day, probably into the next day or probably into the next week.

This sort of a glue-like product, I think so many of you will like, especially if you

have slightly shorter hair.

It's not going to move.

You don't need that much.

It's not necessarily a product I'll probably...to be honest, will I ever use it again?

Probably not because they're so many other products I love versus the By Vilain one which

again I'm not a huge creamy wax fan so it's something that I wouldn't normally use, but

I think it's an exciting launch and I think the whole Zero line that they're doing is

a step in the right direction, really looking at more of those sort of organic ingredients.

I'm also intrigued by what they're going to do with packaging and plastics.

But thank you very much for watching.

I really hope you've enjoyed this one.

If you have and you've not yet pressed subscribe, then please do press subscribe right now.

Confirmed: The Arsenal starting XI to face Cardiff City - Mesut Ozil starts - Duration: 2:31.

The Arsenal starting XI to take on Cardiff City has been confirmed.. Unai Emery's side go into this afternoon's game looking to make it back to back wins in the Premier League following last weekend's 3-1 success against West Ham at the Emirates.

But to do that they will have to improve a miserable away record which saw them win just three times on the road last season.

Speaking ahead of the game, Emery said: "My thoughts are only on how we can win," Emery said

"It is not to think about the past. My concentration with players is the next match, focus only to work for the next match and how we can win

It's clear, the data, but I want to write a new data, a new present, a new future with Arsenal and players."

There will be no Sead Kolasinac for Arsenal today due to his knee injury, while Laurent Koscielny (Achilles), Ainsley Maitland-Niles (fractured fibula) and Carl Jenkinson (ankle) also remained sidelined.

The confirmed Arsenal starting XI vs Cardiff. Arsenal: Cech, Bellerin, Mustafi, Sokratis, Monreal, Guendouzi, Xhaka, Ramsey, Ozil, Aubameyang, Lacazette

What the manager says. Unai Emery: "We need to adapt to their idea. But all the respect from me for this idea

In Spain I played it often in moments like that because I thought it was the best way for us to win

It depends on the squad, the players.. He [Warnock] is very competitive and I like it

I like this spirit. I think in football you need to be competitive, you need quality, you need to be organised and to push

His career is a good career for that

SMALLEST Animals In The World! - Duration: 10:12.

From the smallest living primate to the tiniest turtle, if you don't look closely, you just

might mistake these fully-grown animals for babies!

Here are 9 of the smallest animals ever!

9.

PYGMY RABBIT

The pygmy rabbit is the smallest rabbit in the world!!

They are native only to the great basin area of the United States and are extremely rare

since they are hunted by everything and are limited to where they can live in the winter

based on the type of grass they can eat.

They usually live about 3-5 years but are often eaten before they can reach their full

lifespan.

Bunnies in the wild rarely die of old age…

They usually only weigh around 1 pound with females growing slightly larger than males.

How can you identify a pygmy rabbit?

Well, they are small for one and essentially look like a fluffy baby bunny!

It also doesn't have any white fur on its tail, it has short ears, small hind legs,

and is usually gray.

One subspecies is listed by the U.S. Federal Government as an endangered species.

Fun fact, they are one of only 2 kinds of rabbits that dig their own burrows in North

America.

Most rabbits use burrows made by other creatures.

8.

ETRUSCAN SHREW

The Etruscan shrew goes by several aliases, including the Etruscan pygmy shrew and white-toothed

pygmy shrew.

It's the smallest known mammal in the world by mass and only grows to about 4 centimeters

(1.6 inches) long - just a bit larger than the average bumblebee!!

Surprisingly, however, the Etruscan shrew's brain is largest in ratio to its body size

compared to all other animals, including humans!

This big-brained, miniature rodent is also surprisingly big eater, consuming between

one-and-a-half and twice its body size daily.

Probably to support all the energy its brain is using!

Plus they use up a lot of energy keeping themselves warm.

They are also extremely fast and effective predators, often killing crickets that are

as big as they are!!!

Etruscan shrews can be found mostly in warm, damp climates between 10 and 30 degrees North

latitude, in places such as Malaysia, North Africa, Europe, and the Maltese Islands.

They're uncommon and even endangered in some countries, but are widespread and not

considered threatened overall.

Relatively little is known about the Etruscan shrew - no pun intended..

They go into frequent but short periods of hiding that typically last no longer than

a half hour at a time, and when they're not hiding, they're moving.

And they usually live alone, except during mating periods.

If you scare them, they can drop dead.

And now for number 7 but first if you are a returning subscriber welcome back!!

If you are new here welcome and be sure to subscribe so you dont miss out on the latest

videos!!

7.

PYGMY MARMOSET

The pygmy marmoset is the world's smallest monkey and the 2nd smallest primate on Earth.

Do you know what the smallest primate in the world is ?? Leave your guess in the comments

below!!

The answer is coming up!!

This tiny monkey species can fit in the palm of your hand and weighs about the same as

a stick of butter.

They are only about 5-6 inches long, including the tail!

Native to the rainforests of the Western Amazon basin in South America, it can be found in

Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Brazil, and Colombia.

These tiny monkeys are gummivores, meaning they feed primarily on the gums and saps of

trees.

They travel in troops of two to nine members, usually consisting of two parents and up to

four litters of their offspring, and an occasional other random adult or two.

Like the pygmy rabbit, due to its uniqueness from other marmoset species, the pygmy marmoset

is classified according to its own genus.

Their tail is longer than their body, and while they can't use it to grab onto things,

it helps them keep their balance.

You can actually have pygmy marmosets as pets but it doesn't mean that you should.

At least in the United States they are only allowed in a few states but they need a very

special environment to thrive and if they are kept in a small space with not enough

stimulation they can get aggressive.

6.

BEE HUMMINGBIRD

Like the Etruscan shrew, the bee hummingbird is known by several names, including the zunzuncito-

after the sound their wings make in Spanish- Zun-zun!!

It's the world's smallest bird and the world's smallest warm-blooded vertebrate.

They are native to Cuba, and can be found on the country's second-largest island,

Isla de la Juventud, or Isle of Youth.

However, even there they are a bit elusive and hard to spot since they are so small.

They often have to compete with many insects for food like hawk moths and bees.

They intimidate them by darting around and can actually be aggressive for their tiny

size!!

It has a plump, round appearance compared to other species of hummingbirds, which tend

to be more slender.

These colorful little birds look like small, glistening gems.

They beat their wings 200 times in a second, whereas most hummingbirds beat their wings

about 80 times a second.

5.

SLENDER BLIND SNAKE

While nonvenomous, the next animal on this list isn't exactly snuggly.

slender blind snakes, also known as the worm snake or the thread snake, are tiny snakes

with very smooth scales.

A total of 87 species of slender blind snakes are thought to exist all over the world.

These pink, brown, and sometimes black reptiles are so tiny, they basically look like earthworms.

Like I said, not exactly as adorable as a pygmy marmoset but it's not its fault.

Their general body structure and scale pattern give them a segmented appearance.

Slender blind snakes aren't remarkable for much.

In fact, their name was inspired by the fact that their eyes are essentially useless.

They are the only snakes that have teeth on the lower jaw but none on the upper jaw.

Some species are even missing the top of their skull!!

These plain creatures are burrowers, emerging only when they get flooded out by rain.

They feed primarily on ant and termite larvae - I mean, they're so small, what else would

they eat?

4.

SPECKLED PADLOPER TORTOISE

The speckled padloper tortoise is the world's smallest turtle, and it sure packs a whole

lot of cuteness into a tiny little package.

Like some of the other species on this list, females are slightly larger than males, measuring

up to four inches long (ten centimeters).

They only weigh about 100-165 grams!

Also about the same as a stick of butter!

The speckled padloper can be found mainly in an arid region of western South Africa

called Little Namaqualand.

It forages for succulent plants that grow between the rocks, and its small size helps

them hide from predators.

They are mostly active during the early mornings of Autumn and Spring.

Padloper means "trail walker" and it refers to the skinny trails and paths that it leaves

behind.

Thanks once again to human interference, the speckled padloper is considered a threatened

species.

Although it's illegal to trade the tortoise, many are taken from their natural habitat

and sold in the black market for the illegal pet trade.

Besides poaching, they have to worry about habitat destruction, and road traffic.

Domestic species such as dogs and pigs are also pose a threat to this tortoise.

3.

PAEDOCYPRIS

The Paedocypris is a genus encompassing the world's smallest fish, which measure just

7.9 millimeters, in length.

It's so small, you can see it with the naked eye, but you would probably need a magnifying

glass to get a detailed look!

Paedocypris resides in the swamps and streams of the Southeast Asian islands known as Bintan,

Borneo, and Sumatra.

While they may not seem like much, they are major players in the food chain.

These miniscule swimmers weren't discovered until the mid-1990's.

Unlike most adult fish, it has a tiny, transparent body that lacks a bony skull structure around

its brain.

It also retains some features of its larvae stage that usually disappear when a fish reaches

adulthood.

The Paedocypris has the distinction of being the second smallest known vertebrate in the

entire world, coming in place only behind a frog known as Paedophryne amauensis, which

was discovered in 2009 in Papua New Guinea and doesn't even have a formal name yet.

Unfortunately, like many other species on today's list, the Paedocypris is no stranger

to habitat loss at the hands of human beings, especially because of its small range and

specialized habitat.

Drainage of peat swamps, along with fires, have already led to the disappearance of several

populations of this vulnerable creature which can even survive in mud puddles.

We have no idea what influence this may have on the rest of the food chain.

2.

KITTI'S HOG-NOSED BAT

I'm not even going to try pronouncing the scientific name of the Kitti's hog-nosed

bat, also nicknamed the bumblebee bat, which hails from Thailand and Burma.

Measuring only 1.1 to 1.6 inches long, the bumblebee bat is the world's smallest bat.

Both of its common names are appropriate since it has a distinctive pig-like snout and is

small like a bumblebee just like the hummingbird I mentioned before!

It lives along rivers in limestone caves, along with anywhere from 10 to 500 of its

peers.

An average colony consists of around 100 bats.

They're most active at dawn and dusk and use echolocation to navigate their flight.

Despite very little being known about these fascinating flying mammals, the general consensus

among scientists is that they're at risk of extinction.

Limestone extraction is a huge threat as it destroys their habitat.

There are no fossil records anywhere of the world's smallest bat which makes it hard

to understand their evolutionary process.

They were discovered in the 1970's and there is a lot we don't know about them.

1.

MADAME BERTHE'S MOUSE LEMUR

Answer: Like I mentioned before, the pygmy marmoset is the world's second-smallest

primate.

For those of you who guessed, Madame Berthe's Mouse Lemur, or Berthe's lemur, for short

is number 1!!

This little guy is less than 100mm long and weighing only 30g.

Berthe's lemur resides mainly in Kirindy Mitea National Park, located in western Madagascar.

This nocturnal species has very large eyes to help it see at night.

It was only recently discovered in 1992, and was only categorized as its own species as

recently as the year 2000.

Everyone at first confused it with the pygmy lemur.

The tiny lemur eats fruit and chamaleons and honeydew from larvae.

Because of their small stature, Berthe's lemurs are vulnerable to predators, including

humans, who are degrading its habitat via the illegal logging industry.

Deforestation has severely affected them and they are listed as endangered - at best.

While they are cute, scientists advise people to keep bare skin away from them because they

can be fierce!!

Jeff Sessions Picked Up The Phone And Received The Worst News Of His Life - Duration: 3:44.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is under fire.

But now Sessions is facing a crisis from one direction he never saw coming.

The Attorney General picked up the phone and received the worst news of his life.

President Trump Fulfills Campaign Promises Donald Trump appointed Jeff Sessions as his

Attorney General to implement his Make America Great Again immigration agenda.

Sessions succeeded in putting President Trump's immigration crackdowns in place.

Recently, Sessions rolled back Barack Obama's red carpet for illegal aliens.

The Attorney General announced he was ending the Obama administration's policy of allowing

illegal aliens to gain asylum by claiming they fled their native country due to domestic

or gang violence.

Illegal aliens flooded into America and drove down the wages of American citizens by exploiting

Obama's loosened asylum guidelines.

Attorney General Sessions also slammed the breaks on catch and release last month.

Democrats were furious.

But swamp Republicans quietly seethed.

The Swamp Fights Back Kansas Republican Kevin Yoder – chairman

of the Defense-Homeland Security Committee – struck back at the Trump administration.

Yoder allowed an amendment by North Carolina Democrat David Price to pass that defunded

immigration officers from enforcing the new asylum rules.

30 Republicans joined Yoder in supporter of this border betrayal.

Immigration was the central issue in the 2016 campaign.

Donald Trump defeated 16 other Republicans and then Hillary Clinton because of his hard-line

stance on illegal immigration.

The Republicans that voted to defund Trump's immigration agenda spit in the face of their

voters.

But the worst was yet to come.

Attorney General Sessions called the 30 Republicans on the committee – including Yoder – to

urge them to reject the Price amendment.

Yoder refused the request.

Breitbart exclusively reported: SESSIONS' TELEPHONE PLEA WAS DELIVERED DURING

THE MARKUP SESSION FOR THE 2019 HOMELAND DEFENSE BUDGET, WHERE YODER – WHO CHAIRS THE HOUSE

HOMELAND-DEFENSE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE — ENSURED PASSAGE OF A DEMOCRATIC AMENDMENT

TO REVIVE OBAMA'S CATCH-AND-RELEASE POLICIES.

YODER'S SURPRISE VOTE AND REBUFF OF SESSIONS CAME ONE DAY AFTER YODER FLEW WITH PRESIDENT

DONALD TRUMP IN AIR FORCE ONE DOWN TO A JULY 24 KANSAS RALLY.

SESSIONS IS TRUMP'S MAIN ALLY IN FIGHTING ILLEGAL MIGRATION, WHICH IS PLAYING A LARGE

ROLE IN THE NOVEMBER MIDTERM ELECTIONS.

Yoder faced intense blowback for spearheading this betrayal.

The Cook Report – an outlet that handicaps elections and rates the competitiveness of

races – downgraded Yoder's re-election campaign to a "toss-up."

Yoder sensed he was in danger and engaged in full-scale damage control mode.

The Kansas "Republican" posted an explanation to his Facebook page and pledged to work with

President Trump to fix this problem.

Yoder wrote: THERE HAVE BEEN CONCERNS ABOUT AMENDMENTS

THAT WERE ADOPTED INTO OUR BILL REGARDING ASYLUM.

THESE CONCERNS ARE LEGITIMATE AND I AM COMMITTED TO CONTINUING TO WORK WITH THE PRESIDENT AND

THE ADMINISTRATION TO FIX THIS AS OUR BILL MOVES FORWARD AND ENSURE THAT ANY LOOPHOLES

ARE CLOSED AND THAT WE HAVE STRONG AND HUMANE ENFORCEMENT OF ALL OF OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS.

Yoder stabbing President Trump in the back comes on the heels of Sessions successfully

implementing the new asylum policies.

Only 14.7% of illegal aliens won their asylum claims in the first six months of 2018.

That is half the number of migrants who had won credible fear claims during the last six

months of 2017.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this story.

I've found so many language tutors over the years they have over 110 different

languages there and you can take the classes via Skype that's what I did

one-on-one to learn languages like Russian I've also learned Ukrainian

using teachers that I found on italki and there they also have a function

called italki classroom where you can actually take them outside of Skype

there's actually a classroom feature that they've added to the service that's

a great platform you also get $10 credit if you go through my special link below

there in the description gets you started on taking your first class is gonna be

one-to-one tuition that's what I use and that's what I found to be really

effective of the years in all the languages I've been learning like French,

Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian and lots more so best

of luck go check it out!

Welcome back to part two of this episode the travel

journey episode on the Tsar Experience podcast with me Conor Clyne if you

haven't listened or watched part 1 go back and do that now before you start

this part 2 so you don't miss out and you actually follow what I'm what I'm

talking about how my journey is let me took here this city which is Odessa,

Ukraine on the shores of the Black Sea go back as I said to the previous video

on YouTube and or the previous episode or the previous upload on SoundCloud or

iTunes wherever you happen to be listening to this if you're listening to

it as opposed to watching it on YouTube and you'll get part 1 this is part 2

let's get into it let's get into part 2 of my travel story.

For example I got accused of being on a fake passport who actually crossed into

Ukraine yeah and I was taken to an interrogator accused of being Russian

even though I hardly spoke a word in the language but anyways in the end that was

all fine I didn't I was allowed into the country at least

then throughout that trip a girl here in Odessa tried to steal my my new cell

phone and your smartphone I was like a rival to the iPhone at the time. It was

actually a Nokia I know they don't exist anymore

and I managed to miraculously get it back she actually left the club, Ibiza

club, which is a famous nightclub here with my phone but I did get it back

by complete a complete miracle I managed to find her and retrieve it before she

returns to disappear. I got drugged yeah that actually

happened to me I was unconscious for 36 hours in Crimea in Sevastopol or

Sevastopol and unfortunately nothing bad happened to me

I wasn't robbed or anything I just woke up a day and a half later in my

apartment you know my wallet was there my passport was there my phone was there

again I was extremely lucky so why was all this happening to me? Well

it was in part because I was actually very naive and I was really suffering as I

said from this culture shock because I didn't really know much about how the

country operated the people how they interact with each other and my Russian

was so poor that you know the people who want to take advantage of a visitor they

were all seeing me and targeting moi here yours truly and that was something

that became more and more important ... I had a problem with a taxi driver like he

basically ripped me off I mean it wasn't a huge amount of money it was like 50

euros for a trip between two cities but again because I didn't really understand

and you know I felt very vulnerable I actually felt intimidated a lot

because I couldn't understand things. I was disorientated you know I couldn't

read things that were written everywhere very easily. I had all these unfortunate

experiences with girls trying to rob me as you can tell so it was really like I

left the trip extremely philosophical and I headed back to Brussels and I was

determined I was determined to come back and conquer this region metaphorically

speaking of course not violently and you're probably asking yourself Conor if

you had this kind of like awful experience and traumatic experience

coming here why would you ever want to do that again to yourself are you like a

sucker for punishment why bother just stick to

Western Europe everything is great there everything is set up as you said for

tourists why bother coming back here? Now I've described some of the things that

went wrong because I wasn't prepared for the trip correctly but I also had a lot

of really cool shit happen to me as well like I'm still friends with a guy I still talk to occasionally,

Rudd met him at an airport in Simferopol which is the capital of

Crimea they actually took me to a music festival and he was managing Armin

Van Buuren, the famous Dutch DJ, there at the time so I got hang out with him ... just just

lots of people we had a crazy time at this amazing music festival Kazantip

which unfortunately no longer exists since Russia's annexation of the Crimean

peninsula a few years ago but that was really something amazing and it really

got me hooked because it was really like I loved and enjoyed the interaction with

the people who are not doing the nefarious things to me the bad things to

me and I really felt it was an adventure because Central Europe a lot people

refer to Central Europe as Eastern Europe listen Prague is further west than

Vienna that's not Eastern Europe it's probably

Western Europe let's be honest about it you can call it Central Europe or Mitteleuropa

in German places like Budapest are not Eastern Europe culturally not at all so

you know I understand I understand the history they were under communist

regimes pro-soviet regimes for a certain amount of time in the post-

second world war period but those countries like so anchored in Western

Europe today through the European Union and obviously NATO that and culturally

they look westwards and it's very different here when you come to Ukraine

I know things have changed in the last five years this country does look more

westward than it did before and it's in the process of transition but definitely

there's a big cultural difference been in coming to Ukraine and going say to to

Prague or to Budapest they're fantastic cities don't get me wrong you should

definitely visit them but it's not the same experience so when I got back to

Brussels and I think this was really the key for for you guys like I had had this

experience I was kind of in one way exhilarated by the whole thing in other

a its kind of thinking terrifying to be honest because all these like pretty bad things

were happening to me but I got away with it right I had nothing

really that awful came as a consequence but when I went up back to

Brussels I had a plan and a mission and I was first of all I made big changes in

preparation for this second trip solo trip to Ukraine the following year and

that was primarily to focus on learning Russian now that does three things for

you of course makes easier on a functional

basis if you can talk to people to order stuff read the menu for example

definitely you need to invest some time and learning the alphabet it's not that

difficult a lot of people think learning the alphabet is really hard honestly a

week of focusing on it you'll be able to read either in you'll be able to read

Cyrillic if you're not used to it so that's for Russian or for Ukrainian or

Belarusian if you have to read stuff when you're traveling in this in this

region and the second thing it does is in order to learn the language you have

to kind of go back to being a five year old make lots of mistakes it's very

humbling and you also have to put yourself in the position of a local

person and their culture there's a lot of language in ... you know not first

of all not everything is verbal there are a lot of mannerisms of you know Italians use

their hands for example and French kind of I guess that is very strong nasal

sounds is kind of aloof attitude and they communicate through that and also

just so much culture just caught up in the expressions of the language how

people formulate stuff that really helps you understand the people a lot more and

then thirdly and I think almost most importantly for the traveler like you

who comes here is when you can you know get the grasp on the language at least

up into like a high beginner low intermediate level it allows you to

distinguish yourself or maybe other tourists who come here in to and rely on

English which is very difficult to do anyways but you can survive of course in

the touristic areas of the big city like Odessa here you can do that but local

people will react to you completely different if you can kind of make that initial

conversation starter in Russian pretty convincing or if it's Ukrainian or

Belarusian or Polish or whatever you happen to be trying to speak in now I

know Poland is also in Central Europe it's in the eastern part of Central Europe

before I get trolled again I do know where it is like will take Moldova so speaking

Romanian so speaking in those language definitely distinguishes you from the

average traveler or tourist here in particular

because that's what we're looking for at least I'm looking for when I travel

around and trust a lot of you I was looking for that kind of more traveler

adventure than just a touristic experience and so that's really key to

it so I focussed on that and I appreciate a lot of you have very busy lives and not

everybody can come here for one or two months a year and hang out and really

get to know the city I encourage you to take advantage of course if you have

that possibility but I was actually working as a lawyer and a lot of pressure I

worked a lot of hours per week like eighty to a hundred there was massive

stress but I decided that for two hours a week I was going to take Skype classes

one-on-one with a native Russian speaker and really start to learn the language

and I recommend you go look for your teachers and italki or italki and

there's some starter credit I'll link them below in the show notes and in the

YouTube video description and there you get $10 starter credit if you sign up

through my link so this little gift for you guys if you decide to go go there

and look for a tutor and I really encourage that because you know it's

pretty cost effective online to do it on skype and if you were like living in

your home country wherever it is before you travel you'll have lots of

opportunity build up that routine and really get to learn the language and get

the basics down before you arrive here because arriving in a country not just

involves having to deal with the language also you know it's like me with

a culture shock it's a lot to do if you're struggling the language as well

so you want to kind of front-load that as much as possible before you come so I

have learned the language I also started another thing that you can implement at

depending on you live of course but I started to go to a lot of

Russian-speaking events now cultural events to do with the various countries of

the former Soviet Union like say Ukrainian events Russian events Moldovan

events whatever happened to be Kazakh events and that allowed me to meet local

people who were living in Brussels from those countries and that was great

because then I really got to know their culture even better because I met more

people from those countries and I was now I had the experience of traveling to

the region at least so I could discuss a few things you know it's more in-depth

our conversations and deeper and I got to know a lot more people from this broader

region and shared history and you know the differences in

their history and perspectives so that was really great that's something you

can do as well where you're living I mean I appreciate that if you don't live in a big

city that might be harder but you can do it online as well you can go into

Facebook groups or forums and start to really learn more and meet

people from the region while you have the time before so the second time I

came here it was completely different I did not experience the culture shock

this preparation period had really helped me and of course the experience

from the first trip I mean I've never been drugged again in Ukraine I've never

been robbed I don't really been ripped off I think

once maybe someone tried to shortchange me in Kiev I referred to that in another video

I think after the European football championships and I recognized it and I just

got my you know my change-back I don't have any problems now with taxi apps for

example it makes a lot easier you know to order your text by the time I had to

call taxis and if you don't speak Russian you couldn't do that and

anything you basically get ripped up by the taxi drivers in any of the touristic

cities so it was also a really big help and a big bonus and you know I just even

and my interactions woke up there were a lot more deep made it a lot easier to be

friends here to meet girls here of course also part of the motivation for me to

come back was the renowned beauty of the women here and it's definitely true in

this broader region Ukraine Russia Belarus for example Moldova these

countries lots of beautiful women here and I was really of course motivated to

meet and to get to know them better and that's harder if you're just relying on

English for sure definitely the investment in learning Russian has paid

huge dividends in that and I will go on that into more detail in my dating story

in the next episode so that's basically what transformed it I have this first

experience that led to this kind of like I guess epiphany about what I had to do

you know I was lucky enough on first trip and I want to make sure that you guys

come here prepared so that you don't have those kind of experiences that

sometimes I read about like people getting mugged here or just ripped off

or they get in some like unsavory situation especially with dating apps I

have things in other videos on the YouTube channel about scammers and scams in

Eastern Europe and actually I gonna make a new video about them just specifically

here in Odessa that I can help you guys out when

come here and you can avoid all those problems so that's what I did and that's

what I recommend now if you want to go deeper into travelling in this region I

have a free training course that you just have to set up by email gonna link

that below in the show notes and in the YouTube video description so you can go

there and check that out as completely free just have to type in your email

address I do have a premium course afterwards and I do provide consulting

services if you want to you know advice some personal coaching about how to

travel here and that also includes a course meeting women how to

interact with locals in general and that kind of like intercultural differences

that you're going to need going to need to be prepared for but I know a lot of

you write to me about meeting women who subscribe to the channel and are on my

mailing list and you write lots of questions like that so definitely that's

something you might be interested in for sure you go down and sign up for the free

stuff if you never pay for anything you still have the value of that and that's

part of the reason that I make these videos especially for YouTube and now

the podcast I think it's been happening on average once a day that one of you

viewers comes up to me here on the street in Odessa in Ukraine and actually

you tell me how much you enjoy my videos and how they've helped you and actually

I'm part of the reason you came here to Odessa in Ukraine and that's really

really great for me too for me to hear so you've been coming up to me and

that's really and it keeps me so motivated and I see the impact I'm

having that I've been able to help you encourage you to come here to Odessa in

Ukraine so definitely I appreciate that and keep coming up to me if you see me

and you know drop me a message and let me know how how much it meant to you and

don't be shy about writing me on social media or an email my email is

ConorClyne@tsarexperience.com and gonna have all that there below in the description

so go and copy and paste it you don't have to figure how to spell my name like

a lot of people get it wrong and you can follow me of course on Instagram

on the Instagram stories my handle is @tsarexperience and 'tsar' is spelt T-S-A-R and

you can find it there and then you'll be able to see what I'm up to in the

Instagram stories every day here in Odessa in Ukraine so that's what I hope

you got from from watching this video podcast or if you're listening to

it on itunes or on soundcloud that you can overview of what my experience was

like you're probably gonna get to relate to that to certain extent if you're

traveling from abroad here to Eastern Europe and these are the

problems that I faced is how I opened came them ultimately it's actually a little bit of

thunder I wonder if we're gonna get a downpour here in Odessa oh yeah I might have to end

this one in a few minutes yes very very humid you probably can see that I'm perspiring a

little bit as I speak here it's like late July it's very warm it's probably

about 30 degrees and we're on the shores of the Black Sea so there is a little breeze

thankfully so yeah you want to learn from my mistakes basically and come here

prepared and I can help you that with of course the content I have my youtube

channel and if you were more as I've said than just contact me and watch the free

course and all that kind of stuff and then you'll be definitely better

prepared and that's what I see from people who I meet here in Odessa who come up

to me you guys who've come up to me over the last week or so so in the next

episode of this video podcast I'm going to be going into my dating story in

particular I've kind of alluded to it a lot obviously in this video in previous

episodes of the podcast and in my youtube videos so that's going to be

coming up here I'm probably gonna shoot it here in Odessa or in Kiev we'll see

I'm supposed to travel to Kiev tomorrow gonna meet up with a huge youtuber who's

a travel in the travel niche he's a really cool guy but more about that

coming in probably a YouTube video in a few weeks I'm really excited about it so

in the meantime I wish all of you a splendid day evening morning wherever

you are watching this or listening to it from I see I have a new friend behind me

there which is waved that's always cute and we will see each other in the next

episode of the of the podcast as I said for me about my dating story you

really want to probably listen in to that one if you're interested in coming

here for ... to meet women in particular that's gonna be pretty

interesting so you can learn from my experience and my advice about how you

should go about things here so that's it from this episode of the podcast

до свидания до побачення and I will see you and all your enthusiastic smiling faces

pumped to come here to Eastern Europe to the real raw east of Europe I in the

next episode so peace out.

While many of us are still feeling the Love Island blues, the end is nigh.

UKTV have brought in brand new mini-series, Geek Island, which sees eight hot, young, intelligent singletons looking to find love – and it's hilarious.

Miss England 2017 Stephanie Hill, 23, is one of the geniuses on a quest for romance, alongside University Challenge's Bobby Seagull, 33, and Survival Of The Fittest's Georgie Clarke, 25.

The show is a TV parody and pokes fun at the ITV2 reality show.

"I'm packing a whopper upstairs in my 19-inch cranium and I'm ready to divide the mansion, subtract the guys and multiply with the girls.".

Egg and vegetables fried rice - Duration: 3:52.

I forgot about the carrots.

Hey guys, my name is Marian!

Last night I made boiled rice as a side dish.

It probably happens to you also, I have leftover plain rice.

Let's see what you can do with the leftover rice.

I'll show you how to make eggs and vegetables fried rice.

Let's see what ingredients you need:

leftover rice, I have 80-90 grams (before cooking),

scallions, to sprinkle on top of the fried rice,

two eggs,

two carrots,

two onions,

garlic, as much as you want,

two chili peppers,

a teaspoon of turmeric powder,

a teaspoon of chili flakes,

cayenne pepper (or chili powder),

soy sauce

and a pinch of salt because the soy sauce won't be enough.

Fried rice is a stir fry,

that's why I'll first prepare all the ingredients,

because it will cook fast.

Add the onion and the chili peppers first.

Add the minced garlic.

Add the spices and the carrots.

Add the eggs.

Add the leftover rice when all things are almost cooked.

2-3 minutes later!

At the start of the video I wanted to say that when I feel sick, now I have a cold,

I make mistakes.

I forgot about the carrots.

What can I do? I will taste it. Look at it.

It would have been better if I didn't forgot about the carrots.

This fried rice is straight out of hell.

It's hot.

Now you know what you can do with leftover rice, you don't need to throw it away,

you can make eggs and vegetables fried rice.

Don't forget the vegetables.

If you liked this recipe, don't forget to press the thumbs up button,

subscribe and turn on notifications to see the next recipes.

Maybe next time I won't have a cold and I won't make mistakes.
