Congress Just Did What Trump Could Not – Jeff Sessions Is Done - Duration: 1:39.

GOP lawmakers have had enough of Attorney General Jeff Sessions' nonsense, so they

are finally taking action against him.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC) and his fellow

GOP Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) are giving Sessions' Department of Justice seven days to turn over

the documents that they owe to Congress.

Jordan announced on Wednesday afternoon that he is teaming Meadows to introduce a resolution

that would give the DOJ one week to comply.

"Mark Meadows and I are introducing a resolution that would give the DOJ seven days to turn

over the documents that they owe Congress.

We need to vote on this immediately," Jordan announced on Twitter.

@RepMarkMeadows and I are introducing a resolution that would give the DOJ seven days to turn

over the documents that they owe Congress.

We need to vote on this immediately.

Jordan then called out Sessions' Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

"Rod Rosenstein threatened congressional staff.

When the bully picks on your little brother, you have to respond.

It's time for House Leadership to stand up," Jordan tweeted.

Rod Rosenstein threatened congressional staff.

When the bully picks on your little brother, you have to respond.

It's time for House Leadership to stand up.

This will also send a brutal message to Sessions, who has defended Rosenstein by saying that

he does not believe he actually threatened staffers.

On Tuesday night, after hearing that Sessions defended his deputy attorney general, Meadows

said that he is "confident" Sessions did not know "what he was talking about."

"We are fed up with it," Meadows said.

Republicans have clearly had enough of Sessions, and with even President Donald Trump turning

against him, it seems like his days in the Department of Justice may be numbered!

How to Ride the WATER TAXI Between DC and Alexandria - Duration: 3:25.

I'm going to tell you how to ride the Water Taxi from Washington DC to Old Town Alexandria.

Hello! Welcome to Trip Hacks DC. My name is Rob.

I'm a tour guide here in the nation's capital.

If you're coming to Washington DC and you're looking for the best tips, tricks, and hacks for exploring the city,

make sure to subscribe to this channel and hit the bell

notification icon so that you don't miss any new videos; and if you're interested in signing up for a Trip Hacks DC tour,

head on over to www.triphacksdc.com

afterwards, to see the tours that I offer. This video is part of my Quick Hacks series, which are single

simple hacks you can use for your trip. So let's get to it...

Old Town Alexandria is a great place to take a day trip from Washington DC.

It's located only about 10 miles from downtown.

Far enough away that it kind of feels like you're going out of town, but close enough that you can easily get back and forth.

There are a bunch of ways that you can get to Alexandria,

but the water taxi is one of my personal favorites. In October 2017

phase one of the brand new Wharf development

opened up on the Washington Channel; and with it came a brand new water taxi system,

with boats to take you to destinations on the water, like Georgetown and Alexandria.

The water taxis are bright yellow, brand new boats

and if you want to ride one, here is what you'll have to do.

First, check the water taxi schedule to see when you'll want to ride.

Unfortunately, they don't run all that frequently,

so you'll want to check ahead to make sure you know when you want to go.

Next, make your way down to the Wharf. You can take the Metro to either the L'Enfant Plaza station or the Waterfront station,

and then it's about a 10 minute walk from there.

The water taxi dock is right next to the big Anthem theater; so it's really easy to find right on the boardwalk.

But if you do have any trouble, just ask anyone if you can have help getting to the Anthem and they should know exactly where

to send you. You can either

reserve your tickets online or

buy them right at the ticket window. As far as I can tell, there is no discount for booking online, and it might actually even

be a little bit more expensive because they charge a processing fee.

Also note that water taxi prices are higher on Saturdays and Sundays than they are during the week. At the time

I'm making this video, a round-trip ticket will cost you a little under $20 on a weekday,

and a little over $20 on a weekend. The ticket you buy will have a barcode on it.

When it's time to board, a staff member will scan all of the barcodes and then you can just climb on board. The water

taxis have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Indoor seating is on the bottom level and it is perfect for those hot, humid days when you just want to spend a few minutes

in the air-conditioning to relax. There are also

outlets and USB ports in case you need to charge up, and a restroom in case you really need to go. Outdoor seating is on

the top level, which is great

if you want a view or you're traveling with kids who really want a view. The ride between the Wharf and

Alexandria takes about thirty minutes.

Once you get to Alexandria, you'll get dropped off at the dock which is located on their waterfront.

You can explore the waterfront or you can take the free King Street Trolley to get all around

Alexandria. When you're ready to come back to DC you'll go back to the same place where you got dropped off and do

everything in reverse. And that's it!

Thank you for watching this video.

If you found it helpful, you can subscribe to this channel by clicking on the Trip Hacks DC logo

which is popping up right now at the bottom of the screen; and if you're coming to DC and want to sign up for a

Trip Hacks DC tour,

you can click on the Capitol dome on the left side of my head,

That'll send you over to www.triphacksdc.com where you can see all of the tours that I offer. Enjoy your trip!

How To Turn An Orange Into A Candle (DIY Natural Scented Candle) - Duration: 2:09.

Burning scented candles is a very common habit for several people.

They make the environment cozier, and have very nice scents.

The problem with candles, both scented and unscented, is that they can be harmful to

our bodies.

First of all, when candles are burned, they release lead and other toxic substances into

the air, almost as harmful as the substances found in cigarettes.

Secondly, they produce soot, which has been tied to asthma attacks, breathing problems,

and even premature death.

So, is there a healthier alternative?

In today's video we're going to teach you a safer way to make your home smell good.

You can make your own "scented candles", by using tangerine peel.

It's natural, safer, and cheaper.

You will need a tangerine, a little olive oil, and a candle wick.

Here's how to make it:

Cut a tangerine into equal halves.

Peel each half carefully, and eat the insides.

Don't ever use dried peel, because they will simply burn up.

Place the candlewick in the middle of the tangerine peel "bowl", and fill it at

quarter of the way up with olive oil.

This will be the base of your candle.

Don't use too much olive oil in order not to cause any accidents.

With the other half of the peel, cut out a circular or star shape.

This is necessary in order to keep the flame from burning the top part of the candle.

Next, light the wick.

This isn't always easy, so it maybe best to wait for it to have soaked up some of the

olive oil before lighting it.

Finally, put the other half of the peel with the hole on top to complete your candle.

It stays lit for about 30 minutes, looks very pretty, and smells great.

Try it out at home and tell us what you think!

The Most BIZARRE Medical Conditions!!! - Duration: 10:16.

From looking like a werewolf to growing horns out of your head here are 10 of the most bizarre medical conditions ever reported

Number ten auto-brewery syndrome

while a disease with brewery in the title may sound appealing this one is not.

If you've ever felt drunk without having so much as sipped a beer...you could have auto-brewery syndrome.

It's an isolated illness that pretty much causes fermented alcohol to form within your body, getting you intoxicated from within.

Also known as gut fermentation syndrome

ethanol becomes fermented inside the patient's body, altering the blood alcohol content as if they had been drinking all night...

Yet they never had a single drop. It turns out that our bodies already have all of the necessary ingredients for fermentation

So it's possible to get drunk without even drinking. All of the negatives of drinking with none of the benefits.

So the next time you're pulled over and the cop starts talking about giving you a DUI

He's probably right, as auto-brewery syndrome is very rare, and you probably don't have it.

Number nine: Marie Antoinette syndrome

Marie Antoinette was famous for her efforts during the French Revolutionary War in the 18th century

however

She also provides the namesake to a very rare illness. When she was captured during the war

Witnesses stated that her hair turned bright white during the time behind enemy lines

before turning back to normal.

Years later, science has proven that major stress can do such things to

Follicles on our head when the body goes through an intensely stressful event mentally or physically. The pigmentation and the hair follicles can shut off

Growing white hair on the head of anyone, even the young. After the stress goes away the next round of hair grows back

Just like normal like nothing ever happened.

Marie Antoinette's hair supposedly performed this magic trick three separate times during the war, each time happening during an intense

Stressful event in her life. If there was ever a good reason to avoid stress. This would be it and, oddly enough,

This wasn't the worst thing that would ever happen to Marie Antoinette's head.

Although now, I think I need to remove some stress from my life.

Number Eight: hypertrichosis

We've all seen the movies about it a million times over...a full moon, a wolf bite, chaos in the streets.

Movies are way different than reality, but not completely false on the topic of the wolfman disease.

At least in relation to the wild growth of hair. Before we talk about the Wolfman disease though,

Take a moment to like this video and subscribe to our channel here at Zero2Hero

We'd really appreciate it if you'd click that little notification bell, too, so you can stay up to date on all of our newest videos.

Hypertrichosis is the disease of overgrowth of hair on the body

Sometimes a patient's whole body will be covered with thick fur like hair, while other times just certain, smaller areas are affected by the ailment.

The condition can be caused by genetics, other health issues, or even medications. Even creepier...

It could kick start at any time not just early in life and not just for those with a family history.

Sadly people with hypertrichosis were famously used in circus events as sideshows for many years.

And today treatments are available that will curb the amount of hair that grows...and then there's always the option of just Shaving

daily

over and over again

Number seven: Methemoglobinemia.

Say that one 10 times fast. Well, everybody loves the Smurfs, the Blue Man Group, and a dozen other famous blue characters.

No one really wants to be one though, if you're unlucky enough to end up with Methemoglobinemia,

however, you could end up looking like your favorite woodland cartoon characters. Known as the Blue Man disease

Methemoglobinemia is an illness where the blood receives high levels of Methemoglobin.

Basically, this messes with the body's ability to spread oxygen properly

This leads to skin that looks like you're suffocating or turning blue.

Not a good look on anybody.

Fortunately very few people in the world have this disease and most can be treated and looking normal within just a few weeks.

So don't worry about becoming a smurf and having blue skin for the rest of your life as it's very uncommon

Thankfully

Number six: Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis

Another tongue twister, but did you ever dream that when you grow up that you'd become a tree? Most people don't?

strangely enough

There is a disease that can sort of do just that it's called Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis

or the tree man disease.

Tree Man disease is an illness that leads to large warts growing on the body

The wards can grow so large that they look like bark or branches of a tree

Sticking out of a person. Most commonly, it appears on the hands and feet, but anywhere on the body is susceptible to the illness.

Luckily, it's another incredible unique illness that almost nobody has and it's treatable with surgery.

Although the warts can grow back over a period of weeks or months much like tree branches

Basically, if you have tree man disease, you just need a trim from time to time

Number five: asymmetrical conjoined twins.

Most siblings at one point or another

complained about the other one being parasitic. This condition is very much different from that, though. While not actually

poisonous, asymmetrical conjoined twins is also known as the parasitic twin. It's a real condition and it's weird to say the least.

Sometimes in the womb two babies form and one overtakes the other becoming one child

Sometimes the second child isn't fully absorbed into the survivor though in these cases a baby is born with extra limbs

The remains of his or her very own twin

most of these cases are easily fixed with surgery at an early age and

asymmetrical conjoined twins are very rare. Other times, the situation requires the extra parts to stay for the person's

survival due to vital organs being involved.

Number four: Vestigial Tail

Yes...humans can have tails just like our fellow mammals do. Although cases are few and far between it's very true and

sort of cool how it works. In fact, we all have tails at one point as we grow

hence, our tail bone.

As with all mammals,

Humans have tails at some point during their life. Ours grow early on in the womb, around the one-month mark of the pregnancy. The human

Tail fades away soon after that, leaving the newborn baby with just a tailbone.

Humans have long since evolved to the point of not needing a tail for balancing us while we move,

but the tail bone remains because it connects tissues muscles and tendons. In a few instances, though

babies have been known to be born with their tails still attached to their tail bones.

Only a few dozen cases in the past 100 years have been reported and it's easily removed with a quick surgery.

Sorry to break it to you, but if you're looking to meet someone with a tail... you're gonna have a hard time finding them.

Number 3: Cutaneous Horn.

Demons and devils aren't the only ones to have horns...people can have them too! A

relatively uncommon condition called cutaneous horns make it possible for humans to grow

what seems to be a horn. Cutaneous horns is a

condition where excess keratin grows on the surface of the skin leaving a hard horn like growth.

The horns are usually slightly sharp and pointed looking very much like a small horn similar to a ram or a deer.

Even creepier they can come in a wide variety of colors and shapes, and can grow nearly anywhere on the body. Luckily

there are many easy treatments, just like removing a mole

Cutaneous horns can be frozen or cut off from the surface of the skin.

The condition works very much

like any mole or skin growth where doctors will monitor the area in case it grows back,

and then test the growth to check for cancer.

Or you can just keep your horn and show it off to people...whatever works for you.

Number 2: Systemic Capillary Leak Syndrome.

This one sounds like a syndrome that causes humans to leak or something and I guess it kind of is

Weirdly enough this leaking disease usually makes people puff up and gain weight though rather than getting smaller due to the leaking

Overall, this one is complicated systemic capillary leak syndrome involves issues with the blood vessels throughout the body these vessels hold all

Kinds of good fluids for our bodies that sometimes they break and leak these fluids into the body

This leakage causes problems for the tissues muscles and tendons that are nearby if enough blood vessels start to leak

Systemic capillary leak syndrome is diagnosed. This disease causes everything from weight gain to low blood pressure to fatigue and weakness

even worse

systemic capillary leak syndrome is more common than the other conditions on this list and this does is very

Untreatable some medications and procedures can be used to ease the pain but this long-term issue can cause a lot of problems

Number one: Sarcophagid Fly Larvae Infestation

This one is by far

The creepiest crawly is condition on the list

Just like the name implies

And just like the horror movies you've seen from decades ago the victim pretty much becomes the host for bug larva

more common in sheep than in humans

Sarcophagid Fly Larvae Infestation tends to begin with open wounds and unsanitary conditions

Flies are always looking for warm cozy places to plant their eggs

So why not an open wound on a warm blooded mammal right once the eggs are in and the wound is shut the host

Inadvertently offers a nice warm maternity ward for the babies to grow once the eggs hatch the Flies crawl out and go on their way

symptoms include itchiness pain redness and yes

buzzing noises

Keeping wounds clean and sealing them quickly is the only good defense against Sarcophagid Fly Larvae Infestation

Just be sure to call your doctor immediately if you hear buzzing noises coming from underneath your skin

The Secret to Building Muscle as a University Student - Duration: 15:17.

Hey people, if you've seen the

title you know what it's about, today's

video we're gonna be covering the

secrets to get in shape and building

muscle for students. So I'm going

to basically through out this vlog

sprinkle tips, that I'm gonna

advise you that you can do in the event

you feel like I've missed out any tips

that you'd like to suggest, comment down

below and if the stuff I have suggested

it is good it helps you out be sure to

thumbs up the video and give it share!

We are starting with food! Because when you're a student

that is probably one of the crucial

things, they need to make sure it's on

point is your budget, as i assume you don't

have a big budget play with so right now

The one thing i actually

came here for was some crunchy salad

which they ran out of so i ended up on getting

some baby speech instead, it's more less

to go in the burger, I'm about to

create...yes you can eat burgers as long

as you make homemade versions and

burgers is fine usually turkey mince is

the best option today I've got beef

burger but yeah you can do that but the

reason I left happier was because a

member of staff watches my channel and

he was asking me... are you chillin with tj, and I

was like yes check the clothing, check the

camera it's definitely me, so I want to say

shouts out to him. I can't lie I did

forget your name so next time I pass

through I will be asking you again so be

warned

all right people let me show you what I

got quickly though before we carry on

you've already seen the baby spinach as

I mentioned it's going to be with my

burger. This cordial right here, is a

great thing for those you that like

students we often drink and pop and

stuff

switch out for the cordial it helps you

get your water intake which is really

good for you tranny look leaner this

really helps and also some Reggae Reggae

sauce to spice up my meats.

then also some sweet potato fries.

you guys saw I went to Lidl, and I know

there's like Lidl and Aldi those kind

of stores get a real bad reputation when

it comes to stuff. Everyone always goes

oh my god that's the cheapy poor place. I'm

gonna tell you right now, the real talk

and the real stuff when it comes down to

the essentials such as meats veggies and

drinks those those stores are perfectly

fine or affordable stuff and a lot of

the times it's exactly the same

especially it comes to the actual meats

you'll be able to tell the quality when

you eat and you look at it it's

perfectly fine don't go with the hype

and have to go to a Tesco, a Sainsbury's,

or an Asda because they are more

expensive and it comes to those three

things. Now if you're someone that

obviously loves buying the extra

things like the frozen meals and

chocolate bars and sweets yes if you go

to those big stores they do have a wider

range of stuff but if you're on that

kind of fitness journey for the most

part you shouldn't really be consuming

loads of those anyway you should be

cooking your own meals so that is a big

tip man just like if you're on a budget

try checking out those stores buy some

real food not just the frozen stuff and

actually making me when I guarantee you

won't know it's or if anything you'll

feel it'll taste back is cheaper

anything that tastes good and is cheaper

always is better in my opinion rough may

be your heed any tip in this video

definitely the one about the budget is

probably one of the top ones just

because that's something that

financially affects your pocket and when

I was a student trust me I was going to

Tesco and saves like nothing because I

really believe that those stores are

there because that's kind of the high

pay up when you're a kid anyone I shop

at Lidl and Aldi we always called

them poor but honestly all those years

for uni the stuff that buy now is tasty

exact same if not there if you know is

that in actually biting me so little

though so I'm gonna show you that right

now i buy most my meat from this store

called muscle food, it's an online

store that allows you to buy food it's

kinda like Costco for online except for

you don't have to be like an exclusive

member you just kind of buy that the

links in description box along with you

now make some homemade burgers because I

do like burgers and today's

Friday and Fridays not allowed to be a

little bit mischievous in the meals so

even though this will fit into my

calories I know some people like it

because the cheat meal or a cheat day to

me it's a normal day but yeah home may

be Fergus and here is the me I'm gonna

be having and you can't the logo if you

watch my videos regular you already know

the company if you don't muscle food

calm I'm gonna eat these right now and

devour them and then we're gonna move on

to the next tip because I want to make

sure you guys get as much information as

possible I'll probably do like a part

two because I feel like if I wasn't

going to every single thing you could do

this video be like 20 30 minutes long

sometime I make it nice easy 10 minutes

for you guys to digest and then if you

want to see more let me know the

description box and I'll do more tips

all Ryan as my meal cooks right now I

might as well go into one of the many

things that you need to be doing is

cooking your own food I don't care if

you still live with your mom or your

girlfriend cooks you need to know how to

cook your own food purely because you

see what goes in it and overall it's

just a good thing to do and plus your

learn what kind of seasonings you like

on your food to make it taste good and

that way you can apply it to various

different meats I know it seems a lot

harder than it is

trust me it's not I'm not gonna go into

massively great depth from this topic

just because it's really easy to do and

if you want to know more go on my

channel search for 4 day beating videos

or meal prep videos or even just recipe

videos and you'll find quite a lot

it's a highly beneficial tip so I would

definitely say that you need to learn

how to cook your food even if you don't

cook every single meal at least if you

know what goes into a meal you kind of

be able to watch your calories a bit

more and things like that and talking

about calories in this video I'm not

going to be talking about calories and

great depth just because when it comes

to tracking your calories and macros

you've probably already heard that tips

don't need to go into deep detail I want

to talk about the things but you can

start applying daily right now that

people don't often talk about so I'm

kind of talk about things are kind of

obvious by the same time I love people

oh shit and I wouldn't even thought to

do that or I would've thought to do this

so those are tips I'm gonna give you

guys cuz those are the ones that you

probably haven't heard a thousand times

already as I said I'm not gonna talk

about calories too much but I'm making

like a routine someone now and they are

literally six foot two and they told me

that the calories they're having is

1,600 calories right now heads up no

javi genius to figure out that you're

something along those kind of size

measurements and you watch this video

and you don't eat how many calories like

you mean under like 1800 calories that's

way too nope anyway as we're doing this

video what I've done is a poll on

Instagram if you don't follow my

Instagram

go check it actually with TJ that's what

all these questions come from so what

I've done basically I've just post on

Instagram people ask any questions or

two more or less answer throughout the

video and one question I've just guy is

what do you do if you're in kitchen

halls and the food that they provide

food shit that literally leads on to why

I've already spoke about learn to cook

your own meals I don't care what he paid

the catered if you want to make some

results and you want to actually

progress you're gonna have to cook your

own food that's why I keep saying to do

it so that is a solution cook your own

meals and not the question I just come

in it's something about how he was like

why is the best way to save money when

it comes to gym clothing and food we've

already touched food when it comes to

gym kovin realistically this is where

you have to be smart he's pulling every

opportunity I've got he responds my

clothing company but why would say is

that if you don't need the hot I'm not

going to say the brands name we all know

the biggest gym clothing brand out there

if you can't afford to buy that tank

like yourself like eating for the week

or by Mac clothing eat for the week the

end of the day gym clothing doesn't

actually help your gym performance

greatly but if you feel like that's

gonna be a confidence issue when you go

into the gym and you really do want to

have like more something more fresher to

wear to the gyms to look good then try

and get like in a more affordable brand

I rock my proteins clothing because I

feel like the quality's good and it's

affordable so that'll be my tip but

realistically don't focus on the

clothing she was focusing on the food

and the actual training performance

energy but before we came up to the next

tips and me caring on with the vlog I

want to show you something dope cuz

those you know that obviously I've been

buying philosophy which I mentioned

earlier for the probably the last five

five years and base ended up getting a

sponsorship from them about three years

ago and what they've done because I'm in

like vibe from for a long time they

actually have made me a web page on

their website which is call out the TJ's

hamper boom

TJ's hand but there's me and there's a

stuff and when it was good to see that

and here with a lot of foods I hear on a

daily basis it's a kind of shoe snippets

of each one's feel free to watch my full

Devon videos kind of see which ones I

like the most

but yeah I'm still I want to say thank

you to them guys for actually making me

a page but also thanks to you guys

because if you guys didn't support me I

guess they wouldn't even bother making

it so yeah I'm actually quite clear

though about time my food is done so

here's the burger made not really a

massive fan of making things look pretty

let's want to make sure it's edible and

taste good so I got two burgers here and

some baby spinach I also have some

barbecue sauce on the burgers to add

some more flavor to it

for the actual burger itself I find that

when it comes to beef burgers in

particular that the meats I've normally

taste pretty good but I did quite a

little bit of season on it I use some

slack cayenne pepper and Chili's and

onion a little bit of spice on it but in

essence as I said beef especially taste

pretty good things like chicken and lean

turkey mince usually I'm probably a

little bit more seasoning because then

people blander when you taste them on

their own yeah very simple meal very

easy to do and there you go that's a

nice easy meal really sickly on normal

day I'd only have one burger but today

is Friday and as I mentioned I do often

treat myself when it comes to things

like this let me just put in the

backdrop but what I want to say though

something that people often a messed up

especially in you're a beginner or

student is you trying upset over

supplements supplements are meant to

only be had when you're not getting

enough nutrients from Whole Foods that

you re in like you can t anymore you

feel full and then you want to get them

do not run supplements as a go-to

thinking and asking you massive from the

get-go

that's matter it works you can't out

train or out supplement a bad diet so

you need to get to a point where you're

actually cooking your own meals and

eating good stuff that is truly how your

body's going to progress you know I mean

like for example if you eat crap all the

time and you go to gym crazy don't think

that you're gonna look in great shape

the food is the fundamental foundation

block you can be training like a madman

you can be trained like honest Wars

nigga if your diet is terrible whether

you're not eating enough or you mean too

much bullshit you're not gonna see the

results that you would expect to see so

that is why you need to make sure you're

actually eating and training right and

then supplements are just an additional

bonus they shouldn't be the foundation

of any sort of diet plan if you have

them you feel like getting less protein

from your actual thews eat cooking

you're eating then you consider a whey

protein don't run to be automatically

just for the sake of it because everyone

talks about it that's not how it works

it's not necessary it just can be

helpful anyway so I'm gonna do now is

eat that meal I'll probably come back to

you guys later on when I'm in the gym

yeah someone

let us fire inside of Sullivan his shots

just grazed me I'm spinning and put a

hole in me my hands sort of know where

nobody can get control of me

MGK please stop trolling me get over me

you wanna be me you're mad that you're

not as big as me I'm everywhere I'm your

nightmare you can't get rid of me all

over turn on a radio match and hear me

hey man I saw my shows little Halsey say

to me came up with nobody with so much

negative energy a pillar in this game

but I'll be here until infinity ask

myself why am i entertaining a mini-me

you're so below my classroom we tell you

another all right guys we built an

expert of tips for a bit of trading

fortune obviously a survivor in the gym

right now evasive when it comes to the

training what you have to do is that

first of all the question I always get

is what time to be trained really sick

days for the TVs whatever's best for you

if you're free in the mornings and you

feel bad don't worry to them and the

mornings are bad for you and you're so

much busy 2:00 in the morning the

afternoon and you only clearly even and

you don't mind training then you have

energy things like this is very

no general time of when it's been

portrayed your confess with your

lifestyle now when it comes to the

attribute II now if we pull you down to

how much time you have really once again

for example your timetable your schedule

or like all your classes though we did

workout on average every single week

only say four days available to train

the new needs to be following a four-day

work happening one that's good to that

there's no point you doing a football

next beauty on four days work now

because give me too long to use possibly

feeling like upper body nobody saw face

they still working my lines body bus I

like twice a week

so that'd be there for you big boy

sample your if you are able to only

train your body is like space having at

West days is really one six days then

push four legs and repeat thing will be

great for you as well she opens down to

what time you're available and you have

to make it fly to that there is no point

you trying to do like that for like sex

with you can only train say

my non-value for you to like do in a

week so you have to be smart not just

like if I was the train that's going on

yeah what I'm going to do to help you

guys out is I feel like most people

should be able to work with a four day

routine so I'm going to create a brand

new plan and what we do is have a screen

for the first 50 P for the user code uni

on the website in the link down the

description box on that plan then you'll

be able to get it for free any water

that gets to you I say after like 50

people then all it will do is he'll I'll

put it down for my 2-pound that's dead

cheap you know I mean standard points to

be four-pound if you use a code you need

will be two-pound if you can't invest to

fancy games and you know warfare yet

obviously we get to the video early on

then obviously you'll get it for free

so hopefully that reteach helped you

guys now it's gonna be awful body lower

body routine I haven't made it yet I

know some of the things I'm gonna

incorporate I'll make sure that if I

have beginner to intermediate I'm level

I make sure to include a lot of compound

moves cuz if you don't know compound

moves are great for building muscle

hopefully that should help a lot of you

guys out there so yeah you can see that

you'll see the structure and how you put

together and the main thing is to follow

through with it like actually stick to

the routine for at least eight to twelve

weeks and then actually actively

progress and track your actual weights

are you moving like with sample you

should always be trying to progressed

especially be trying to get bigger

trying to bulk up one of the final tiers

of an answer from the list is someone

that says how do you continue going to

gym during exact exam time and keeping

your eating and training on point well

first you want me to give you some big

bro advice when it comes to education

with that overtraining like in the day

training is straining country low your

actual exams so people stressed over

exams yeah

at the train did you want to keep all

that supervision do that do not stress

out the game in candy tape in terms of

the diet you need to start making sure

that you prep your food and those are an

exam sees and a lot of people often go

to takeaways this spring like coal our

high walls and sweets from the library

try and avoid that mentality try and

make sure you actually in Whole Foods

where you can but it means know

carefully and bring it with you to uni

or actually just like going out and

finding better options to be there's a

lot of flights take away places that do

have better options but everyone always

those like the fish and chips this is

Ingrid

so to seek out the best option you can

try it's down progression soundtrack

okay absolutely found a question is how

would you hear a high-protein macro goal

on a uni budget well if you can't afford

to eat stuff like all the foods like you

know theories to hit that goal the nice

way and whey protein comes into handy I

kind of mentioned in the video those

instances when you should be happy whey

protein because that will say that your

daily goal proteins 180 grams they only

seem to be able to get c-160s have an

escape with protein for health care

units or those things where I actually

becomes variable

anyway to run only see what happens we

place get their protein from obviously

my protein is 21 the most affordable

ones for my people our students now

obviously but Lincoln is commuted Bart's

against a 5% off so these are views that

if you want to get it you need to buy

any supplements but yeah in terms of

might say the key supplements just to

add a lot of fun today ISM the main ones

you have to look into really is my whey

protein then pre-workout creatine BCAAs

which you better form it elicits there's

very little benefit that comes from that

oh it's more just helpful it's not as

not as much benefits the other ones

anyways people I feel that that's enough

content for you guys if you want to see

a part - let me only description box and

be sure to comment down I need up miss

yourself they made me want to see me

elaborate on anyways I'm going to bounce

now this mousse is probably of any flags

so peace out

Sports TV Changes Forever, Auto Bailouts & More - This Week In Business History - Duration: 3:57.

Twenty years ago, Google was founded, September 4th, 1998.

It may seem like Google's been a part of our lives forever,

but in fact the company was only founded 20 years ago,

when Larry Page and Sergey Brin were PhD students at Stanford University.

They conceived the idea of Google for a research project.

Their intention was to create a search engine that functioned with

an improved algorithm for establishing how relevant a website actually was.

Clearly, it worked.

Because today, we wouldn't use anything else.

Originally, they called it backrub.

If that name had stuck,

we can't say for sure where the company would be now.

Thirty nine years ago,

ESPN launched, September 7th, 1979.

Most of us can't remember a time before the 24 hour sports news cycle,

but many would say that September 7th,

1979 was the day that all changed.

Anyone having a tough time in their career path will

be happy to learn that Bill Rasmussen and his son

Scott had both been fired from their jobs when

they decided to establish the company that would become debatably,

the biggest sports media empire in history.

The Entertainment and Sports Programming Network

first aired on this day with sports center,

and has been going strong ever since.

Now, softball is one of those rare sports that everybody knows something about.

Why? We all play it on Sunday when we drink a little beer.

61 years ago, Ford introduced the Edsel, September 4th, 1957.

This is the Edsel.

The car that is all,

it's classic, vertical grill implies.

One of the most heavily marketed releases in

automotive history turned into one of the industry's biggest flops.

In the lead up to September of 1957,

Ford teased its new division Edsel with mysterious ad campaigns featuring the slogan,

the Edsel is coming.

They called it's release day E day and offered over-the-top prizes,

like a thousand ponies to people who visited the showrooms.

Sadly though, the cars couldn't possibly live up to the hype.

Only a couple of years later, the division folded.

Ultimately losing 250 million dollars,

which is the equivalent of about two and a half billion dollars today.

Thirty nine years ago,

Chrysler asks for a bailout, September 7th, 1979.

My shoes are coming into assemble.

I'm running out of money, and I'm going to have to shut down.

The auto industry bailouts of 2008 may still be fresh in our minds.

But Chrysler was actually asking for government intervention decades earlier.

In the late 1970s,

Chrysler was considered the smallest of the big three automakers,

and in order to continue operations they proposed that

the government provide one and a half billion dollars of loan guarantees.

Chairman Lee Iacocca brokered the deal,

and convinced the powers that be that tens of thousands of jobs would be saved.

By 1983, the loans had been repaid,

and Chrysler launched the Dodge Caravan which brought them back to prominence.

Buy or lease, the all new caravan from your Southern California Dodge dealer.

Fifteen years ago, the RIAA started suing individuals.

September 8th, 2003.

I spoke to a lawyer.

We're suing for millions.

The early aughts were a tumultuous time in

the music industry with illegal digital downloads becoming commonplace.

In 2003, the Recording Industry Association of America

or RIAA took action that seemed drastic.

They began to sue thousands of individual users who were sharing copyrighted material,

some of whom were children.

The president of the organization at the time was Cary Sherman who said quote,

"When your product is being regularly stolen,

there comes a time when you have to take appropriate action."

None of the cases ended up going to trial and many were settled out of court.

SMALLEST Animals In The World! - Duration: 10:12.

From the smallest living primate to the tiniest turtle, if you don't look closely, you just

might mistake these fully-grown animals for babies!

Here are 9 of the smallest animals ever!

9.

PYGMY RABBIT

The pygmy rabbit is the smallest rabbit in the world!!

They are native only to the great basin area of the United States and are extremely rare

since they are hunted by everything and are limited to where they can live in the winter

based on the type of grass they can eat.

They usually live about 3-5 years but are often eaten before they can reach their full

lifespan.

Bunnies in the wild rarely die of old age…

They usually only weigh around 1 pound with females growing slightly larger than males.

How can you identify a pygmy rabbit?

Well, they are small for one and essentially look like a fluffy baby bunny!

It also doesn't have any white fur on its tail, it has short ears, small hind legs,

and is usually gray.

One subspecies is listed by the U.S. Federal Government as an endangered species.

Fun fact, they are one of only 2 kinds of rabbits that dig their own burrows in North

America.

Most rabbits use burrows made by other creatures.

8.

ETRUSCAN SHREW

The Etruscan shrew goes by several aliases, including the Etruscan pygmy shrew and white-toothed

pygmy shrew.

It's the smallest known mammal in the world by mass and only grows to about 4 centimeters

(1.6 inches) long - just a bit larger than the average bumblebee!!

Surprisingly, however, the Etruscan shrew's brain is largest in ratio to its body size

compared to all other animals, including humans!

This big-brained, miniature rodent is also surprisingly big eater, consuming between

one-and-a-half and twice its body size daily.

Probably to support all the energy its brain is using!

Plus they use up a lot of energy keeping themselves warm.

They are also extremely fast and effective predators, often killing crickets that are

as big as they are!!!

Etruscan shrews can be found mostly in warm, damp climates between 10 and 30 degrees North

latitude, in places such as Malaysia, North Africa, Europe, and the Maltese Islands.

They're uncommon and even endangered in some countries, but are widespread and not

considered threatened overall.

Relatively little is known about the Etruscan shrew - no pun intended..

They go into frequent but short periods of hiding that typically last no longer than

a half hour at a time, and when they're not hiding, they're moving.

And they usually live alone, except during mating periods.

If you scare them, they can drop dead.

And now for number 7 but first if you are a returning subscriber welcome back!!

If you are new here welcome and be sure to subscribe so you dont miss out on the latest

videos!!

7.

PYGMY MARMOSET

The pygmy marmoset is the world's smallest monkey and the 2nd smallest primate on Earth.

Do you know what the smallest primate in the world is ?? Leave your guess in the comments

below!!

The answer is coming up!!

This tiny monkey species can fit in the palm of your hand and weighs about the same as

a stick of butter.

They are only about 5-6 inches long, including the tail!

Native to the rainforests of the Western Amazon basin in South America, it can be found in

Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Brazil, and Colombia.

These tiny monkeys are gummivores, meaning they feed primarily on the gums and saps of

trees.

They travel in troops of two to nine members, usually consisting of two parents and up to

four litters of their offspring, and an occasional other random adult or two.

Like the pygmy rabbit, due to its uniqueness from other marmoset species, the pygmy marmoset

is classified according to its own genus.

Their tail is longer than their body, and while they can't use it to grab onto things,

it helps them keep their balance.

You can actually have pygmy marmosets as pets but it doesn't mean that you should.

At least in the United States they are only allowed in a few states but they need a very

special environment to thrive and if they are kept in a small space with not enough

stimulation they can get aggressive.

6.

BEE HUMMINGBIRD

Like the Etruscan shrew, the bee hummingbird is known by several names, including the zunzuncito-

after the sound their wings make in Spanish- Zun-zun!!

It's the world's smallest bird and the world's smallest warm-blooded vertebrate.

They are native to Cuba, and can be found on the country's second-largest island,

Isla de la Juventud, or Isle of Youth.

However, even there they are a bit elusive and hard to spot since they are so small.

They often have to compete with many insects for food like hawk moths and bees.

They intimidate them by darting around and can actually be aggressive for their tiny

size!!

It has a plump, round appearance compared to other species of hummingbirds, which tend

to be more slender.

These colorful little birds look like small, glistening gems.

They beat their wings 200 times in a second, whereas most hummingbirds beat their wings

about 80 times a second.

5.

SLENDER BLIND SNAKE

While nonvenomous, the next animal on this list isn't exactly snuggly.

slender blind snakes, also known as the worm snake or the thread snake, are tiny snakes

with very smooth scales.

A total of 87 species of slender blind snakes are thought to exist all over the world.

These pink, brown, and sometimes black reptiles are so tiny, they basically look like earthworms.

Like I said, not exactly as adorable as a pygmy marmoset but it's not its fault.

Their general body structure and scale pattern give them a segmented appearance.

Slender blind snakes aren't remarkable for much.

In fact, their name was inspired by the fact that their eyes are essentially useless.

They are the only snakes that have teeth on the lower jaw but none on the upper jaw.

Some species are even missing the top of their skull!!

These plain creatures are burrowers, emerging only when they get flooded out by rain.

They feed primarily on ant and termite larvae - I mean, they're so small, what else would

they eat?

4.

SPECKLED PADLOPER TORTOISE

The speckled padloper tortoise is the world's smallest turtle, and it sure packs a whole

lot of cuteness into a tiny little package.

Like some of the other species on this list, females are slightly larger than males, measuring

up to four inches long (ten centimeters).

They only weigh about 100-165 grams!

Also about the same as a stick of butter!

The speckled padloper can be found mainly in an arid region of western South Africa

called Little Namaqualand.

It forages for succulent plants that grow between the rocks, and its small size helps

them hide from predators.

They are mostly active during the early mornings of Autumn and Spring.

Padloper means "trail walker" and it refers to the skinny trails and paths that it leaves

behind.

Thanks once again to human interference, the speckled padloper is considered a threatened

species.

Although it's illegal to trade the tortoise, many are taken from their natural habitat

and sold in the black market for the illegal pet trade.

Besides poaching, they have to worry about habitat destruction, and road traffic.

Domestic species such as dogs and pigs are also pose a threat to this tortoise.

3.

PAEDOCYPRIS

The Paedocypris is a genus encompassing the world's smallest fish, which measure just

7.9 millimeters, in length.

It's so small, you can see it with the naked eye, but you would probably need a magnifying

glass to get a detailed look!

Paedocypris resides in the swamps and streams of the Southeast Asian islands known as Bintan,

Borneo, and Sumatra.

While they may not seem like much, they are major players in the food chain.

These miniscule swimmers weren't discovered until the mid-1990's.

Unlike most adult fish, it has a tiny, transparent body that lacks a bony skull structure around

its brain.

It also retains some features of its larvae stage that usually disappear when a fish reaches

adulthood.

The Paedocypris has the distinction of being the second smallest known vertebrate in the

entire world, coming in place only behind a frog known as Paedophryne amauensis, which

was discovered in 2009 in Papua New Guinea and doesn't even have a formal name yet.

Unfortunately, like many other species on today's list, the Paedocypris is no stranger

to habitat loss at the hands of human beings, especially because of its small range and

specialized habitat.

Drainage of peat swamps, along with fires, have already led to the disappearance of several

populations of this vulnerable creature which can even survive in mud puddles.

We have no idea what influence this may have on the rest of the food chain.

2.

KITTI'S HOG-NOSED BAT

I'm not even going to try pronouncing the scientific name of the Kitti's hog-nosed

bat, also nicknamed the bumblebee bat, which hails from Thailand and Burma.

Measuring only 1.1 to 1.6 inches long, the bumblebee bat is the world's smallest bat.

Both of its common names are appropriate since it has a distinctive pig-like snout and is

small like a bumblebee just like the hummingbird I mentioned before!

It lives along rivers in limestone caves, along with anywhere from 10 to 500 of its

peers.

An average colony consists of around 100 bats.

They're most active at dawn and dusk and use echolocation to navigate their flight.

Despite very little being known about these fascinating flying mammals, the general consensus

among scientists is that they're at risk of extinction.

Limestone extraction is a huge threat as it destroys their habitat.

There are no fossil records anywhere of the world's smallest bat which makes it hard

to understand their evolutionary process.

They were discovered in the 1970's and there is a lot we don't know about them.

1.

MADAME BERTHE'S MOUSE LEMUR

Answer: Like I mentioned before, the pygmy marmoset is the world's second-smallest

primate.

For those of you who guessed, Madame Berthe's Mouse Lemur, or Berthe's lemur, for short

is number 1!!

This little guy is less than 100mm long and weighing only 30g.

Berthe's lemur resides mainly in Kirindy Mitea National Park, located in western Madagascar.

This nocturnal species has very large eyes to help it see at night.

It was only recently discovered in 1992, and was only categorized as its own species as

recently as the year 2000.

Everyone at first confused it with the pygmy lemur.

The tiny lemur eats fruit and chamaleons and honeydew from larvae.

Because of their small stature, Berthe's lemurs are vulnerable to predators, including

humans, who are degrading its habitat via the illegal logging industry.

Deforestation has severely affected them and they are listed as endangered - at best.

While they are cute, scientists advise people to keep bare skin away from them because they

can be fierce!!

it's the perfect time to get a quick lesson in oyster shucking.

We have today with us

the world's fastest oyster shucker.

Please welcome Patrick McMurray.

(cheering)

Come on over here.

Come on over here.

Are we gonna shuck over here?

Oh, look! Look at these cute gloves.

I got a little glove for you, yeah.

You got one with my name on it?

I may have to go to the club and be Michael Jackson tonight.

This glove is tight.

These are oyster shucking knives.

Now, Patrick did set the world record

for oyster shucking.

And how many was that?

1,114 in an hour.

Damn. So you the, uh...

you the Usain Bolt of-- of oyster shucking, huh?

I can pop and drop.

That's what I like to do.

So when we're opening up oysters,

you put your knife in like this,

give it a little wiggle 'til it sets,

quarter turn pops the top.

Oh, look, it works perfectly.

Oh boy, is that a beautiful oyster?!

Look at that oyster! Ahh!

Should I just slurp?

Yeah, a slurp.

Slide in, chew up.

Mmm!

Mmm! It's so good!

Snoop, would you please eat an oyster?

Uh-uh, I don't want no-- nope.

I don't want no parts of that.

Slide it in, shoot it up.

Yeah, cheers.

I got all kind of grime in mine.

Mmm, that was tasty.

(laughing)

Man Utd team news: Pogba last to arrive at Lowry as four players return ahead of Burnley - Duration: 2:36.

Jose Mourinho and his Manchester United squad were spotted arriving at the Lowry yesterday as they began their final preparations ahead of today's trip to Burnley

The Red Devils manager is under immense pressure to get a results at Turf Moor with United currently enduring their worst start to a season for 26 years

The joy of an opening day victory against Leicester has soon been forgotten after consecutive defeats against Brighton and Tottenham have left United 13th in the table

Earlier this week the Daily Mail reported that Mourinho could be just one defeat away from the sack, meaning the clash with the Clarets take on even more significance

The Portuguese boss will have had an uncomfortable moment yesterday when star man Paul Pogba was last to arrive at the Lowry for the pre-match meet-up

The French midfielder pulled up at the city centre hotel 30 minutes after the rest of the squad, although he didn't look too concerned about being late

Rumours of a rift between Pogba and Mourinho have been rife this season, with the 25-year-old drawing heavy criticism for his on-pitch performances

Pogba has been linked with a return to Juventus and a move to Barcelona while his manager was forced to defend their relationship, claiming he "couldn't be happier" with the World Cup winner

Meanwhile, Mourinho will have been pleased to see Sergio Romero arrive at the Lowry ahead of his potential return to the matchday squad against Burnley

The Argentinian goalkeeper, who is firmly established as second choice at Old Trafford behind David De Gea, has been sidelined all season due to a knee injury

However, the 31-year-old started for the U23s on Friday night and has been included in the squad this weekend

Eric Bailly, Anthony Martial and Juan Mata were also seen arriving at the hotel and are back in the travelling party after being left out against Spurs last weekend

Two very good reasons Liverpool shouldn't be concerned over Alisson Becker mistake | LFC News - Duration: 2:13.

The Brazilian was at fault when conceding the first goal of his Reds career against

Leicester City

It was an horrific mistake, there is no escaping that.

But goalkeepers make mistakes and when they do, they tend to be punished.

Last week after his cheeky chip against Brighton, the shot-stopper said: "I take risks.

Fans with heart problems have to be careful!"

The only surprise is the rapidness of such an occurrence after his recent words.

The goalkeeper position has been a problem area for Liverpool for far too long, but one

Alisson error does not mean the Reds have not made still significant steps to rectify

that.

It is how he responds now that matters most.

Karius was clearly still troubled by what happened in Kiev and will not get the chance

to move on from them at Anfield after joining Besiktas on a two-year loan with view to buy

last month.

One error, and one that Alisson has already publicly vowed to learn from and not repeat,

does not make him any less of a goalkeeper.

The aforementioned shot-stoppers have all made mistakes in much more costly circumstances,

be it in cup finals or derby clashes.

And while the first goal conceded in his Liverpool career may have been of his own doing, the

Brazilian has more than played his part in the Reds retaining top spot at this early

stage of the season.

He has helped breathe a new confidence in his side's backline and been impressive

form to keep three clean sheets, pulling off a handful of memorable saves along the way.

Alisson will bounce back and he will more than play his part for Klopp's men between

now and May.

Regardless of any errors he might make along the way, he's already shown during the opening

weeks of his Liverpool career that he's far too good a goalkeeper not to.

By Vilain Wax Zero vs. Da'Dude Da Wax | Brand Battle - Duration: 8:14.

By Vilain's Wax Zero versus Da'Dude's Da Wax.

This is Brand Battle.

Hi guys, how are you?

I'm Robin.

Welcome back to my YouTube channel and welcome back to Brand Battle; the series that puts

two competing products head to head in the ultimate showdown.

We're into week 5; we're quite literally whizzing through this and I have all these products

that I still want to try.

I'm still fully taking on all your suggestions so do keep those coming.

You guys control the shots on this one.

Now, as you know, we do have different weighting for different categories.

They're not all as important.

And as we saw last week, it can change and sometimes I want to take away points.

So, the first product that we have on this one is By Vilain.

It's their Wax Zero.

Now, this is a brand new product.

It's so new that it's not out yet.

And I actually was trying this and I thought, "Am I being premature with this?"

And I thought, "No.

Let's really see firsthand what this is like."

This new Zero range is an organic line so I was excited to try this.

And this is going up against Da'Dude Da Wax.

Quite literally one of the worst names; I don't know if there's a lost in translation.

It is a Swedish brand.

The USP of Da Wax is that it's supposed to have an extra strong hold.

So I thought this would be interesting to take these two European brands that say they

have strong and extra strong holds.

Looking at ingredients, By Vilain is really pushing those organic credentials with a 54%

organic hair wax.

That kind of confused me a bit.

I kind of want to drill down into that; what makes it organic, what is it.

But at the top here, we have aloe barbadensis leaf extract (aloe vera juice) and that is

full of water so it's water based.

Then we go down into shea butter, carnauba wax, you have almond oil and beeswax and they're

various other things.

Then looking into Da Wax, again they're saying that they're sulfate and paraben free and

also that they've not been tested on animals.

Again, guys, you have water at the top here, then into beeswax, you have carnauba again,

and then various other compounds.

Now, into packaging, I don't go wild for either but just normal sort of black tub and then

the sticker around it.

Da Wax actually comes in a little box, a cardboard box - a bit flimsy, not too bothered - and

then this wooden jar which is different.

This is not my style.

I don't really want it sitting out on my shelp but it is different and they're saying that

they want people to keep this and reuse it.

So again, they can appreciate those renewables.

So I'm not bothered by either of them but the point goes to Da Wax.

The smell, By Vilain says they are adding no perfumes and really, you get that in the

scent.

It kind of smells like nothing.

It almost actually feels incomplete which is bizarre because I'm not bothered by smells,

versus the Da Wax which doesn't have an overpowering scent.

It's kind of citrusy, kind of a bit nothing but it has something.

I'm not making much sense.

So, really, I'm going to give the point to Da Wax.

Now, into consistency, the By Vilain one is so soft, really creamy, easy to scoop out

and get into the hands.

Also, it's really easy to emulsify.

It has a slight resistance to it versus Da Wax which again is really easy to scoop out.

It's fairly creamy but it's a lot harder to emulsify.

You really need to push through that stiffness and resistance.

So the point goes to By Vilain.

Now into ease of application, the By Vilain one is easy.

Again, you do have that slight resistance.

It's not nearly as easy as some other products we've tried, but I often think that with a

bit of resistance we are going to get a better hold, hopefully, versus the Da Wax which again,

from that consistency, it's harder, it's sticky.

You really need to work through and as you're applying the product you do feel like your

hair is starting to piece slightly.

So the point for application goes to By Vilain.

Now into styling, the By Vilain is again easy, it's malleable.

You can manipulate the hair, you can piece it, you can separate it and you can build

great volumes.

So really that stickiness and resistance does translate into volume; I'm able to move the

hair versus Da Wax which when they say a little goes a long way, they really do mean it.

If you make any sort of mistakes it's very hard to change the way that you're styling

your hair.

That said though, I do like how much volume you can build in.

So I'm going to give three points to By Vilain and one to Da Wax.

Now into finish, I actually liked how they both looked.

The By Vilain one has a sort of natural gloss to it.

The hair sits very well versus the Da Wax one which again I do like, but I think because

the styling has always been slightly harder, the finish isn't quite how I'd like it.

Also, I find when using this that my hair can feel quite sticky throughout the day.

So, the points for finish go to By Vilain.

Now hold, this is how it went.

Right, it's been good.

It's dropped.

I sort of popped it back in.

What I found is it still feels like it has some resistance and tackiness in it so you

can build that back in.

Totally forgot this was even in my hair which is because my hair hasn't moved.

It's seriously been one of the, if not the firmest hold product without hairspray I've

ever used.

This is literally one of the strongest hold hair products I've ever used.

It's quite literally like glue.

So the points, without a doubt, for hold, probably against most other products I've

got, go to Da Wax.

Like, both products are water-based so they should and did was out fairly easily.

That said, I mean I was pleasantly surprised with this.

I thought it would take a lot more but it did require a little bit of shampoo to fully

remove the product.

So the point goes to By Vilain.

Now we all know by now that price and value is very much a personal thing; where we live,

postage and packaging, import taxes, also, the fact that this product isn't out yet.

So, it is on their site but it's not yet being sold.

But this 65 ml tub is going to be retailing at $22 or £18.50 versus the Da Wax which

is 100 ml and this retails on their site at £19.99.

Also, this product is all over Amazon and it retails again for about £20 mark often

with free postage and packaging.

So it is more readily available, unsurprising, but it is a bigger tub, 100 ml.

So, price per use is going to be better value.

So the point goes to Da Wax.

So verdict, with nine points is Da'Dude's Da Wax versus By Vilain's Wax Zero with 11

points.

I often say this, but I did enjoy using both these products and I would use them in very

different ways.

I think younger Robin, who you may remember from YouTube, would have liked this product.

I really wanted my hair to stay up and I didn't want it to move.

It had to stay there all day, probably into the next day or probably into the next week.

This sort of a glue-like product, I think so many of you will like, especially if you

have slightly shorter hair.

It's not going to move.

You don't need that much.

It's not necessarily a product I'll probably...to be honest, will I ever use it again?

Probably not because they're so many other products I love versus the By Vilain one which

again I'm not a huge creamy wax fan so it's something that I wouldn't normally use, but

I think it's an exciting launch and I think the whole Zero line that they're doing is

a step in the right direction, really looking at more of those sort of organic ingredients.

I'm also intrigued by what they're going to do with packaging and plastics.

But thank you very much for watching.

5 Intermittent Fasting Myths Debunked By Science - Duration: 11:40.

he goes so we're talking about

intermittent fasting myths about intamin

fasting what have you been misled about

that's what we're talking about in this

video so let's get started

okay so the first big myth about intamin

fasting is that it's a form of

starvation so for many years we were

under the impression that frequent meals

was ideal and the truth is that for many

people it actually can be ideal but

because of this Dogma that we had we had

this idea that if you forego eating for

a few hours your body goes into

starvation mode the truth is that

starvation mode I guess it does exist

but it's when your body fat runs so low

like sub 4 3%

where you don't have enough to survive

right at that point you're starving but

if the human body were to starve within

a few hours or days of not having food

we wouldn't have evolved to where we are

now that's very likely that in the past

that we would have to go days and days

without food as food may just have been

scarce because of the weather because we

there were no animals around to hunt and

our bodies that have adapted to that

when you run out of liver glycogen your

body can actually run quite efficiently

off ketone bodies which are produced

from a burny own fat and the brain can

run quite well on beta-hydroxybutyrate

at ketone body and many scientists today

actually argue somewhat better so that's

how we survive we use our own fat and we

can use that fat for fuel all you're

doing when you fast for a certain period

of time generally 1620 hours is changing

the fuel source that your body is using

so it's definitely not starving

that's the first big myth about fasting

so like I just said before in the past

frequent meals were frequently advocated

for speeding up your metabolism and you

know increasing weight loss because of

us and again I'm not against frequent

meals in any way I think it's in it's

it's fine you can lose fat and get in

shape eating six seven meals a day

that's that's perfectly possible but one

myth about this that came with the idea

that frequent meals speed up your

metabolism is that fasting will actually

slow down your metabolism and although

the evidence isn't that conclusive and

we don't have very well-designed studies

the

some evidence I'll be a kind of weak

evidence that intimate fostering can

actually speed up your metabolism

because of the response your body has

because fasting is a stress on the body

things like catecholamines norpro

nephron are released and this may

actually be the reason why some studies

have shown a 7 to 14 percent increase in

your metabolic rate during short term

fasting so more evidence is needed but

what is clear for now is that fasting or

eating frequent nails isn't really going

to have the biggest impact on your

metabolic rate in general and you should

be concerned about this when deciding

whether you want to fast or eat more

frequent Mills so where does this idea

of metabolic down-regulation come from

for fasting well there have been many

studies in the past looking at men for

example and they give them a tiny amount

of calories right and and basically

depriving them of food overall and they

see that they lose a lot of weight

obviously and the metabolism also slows

down this is actually completely normal

when you're in a calorie deficit if you

lose weight something called adaptive

thermogenesis is going to happen for

example in nature if you start to eat

less food your body realizes that food

is scarce so it decreases that your

metabolic rate in order to conserve

energy and increase your chances of

survival so it's perfectly normal to

have a naturally slowed metabolism

slightly as you lose more and more

weight and as you drop your calories but

this doesn't say anything about meal

timing because this is talking about a

calorie deficit this adaptive

thermogenesis would occur regardless of

whether you're eating seven meals or two

mils as long as the calories are the

same so fasting may decrease your

metabolism because it increases the

likelihood that you're going to be in a

calorie deficit but in and of itself

that has no direct a significant impact

on your metabolic rate so the third myth

is something I love to talk about

because it's so pervasive and there are

so many experts making very bold claims

based on weak evidence about what

intamin fasting can and can't do and one

of them is that intamin fasting is

somehow superior for fat loss because of

the effect that that

on hormones relating to fat loss in the

body so one thing you're gonna hear

about a lot when it comes to fasting is

gonna be insulin it's a hormone released

by beta cells in your pancreas its role

is basically to take the sugar the

glucose from your food and shuttle it

into cells as well as amino acids when

it's elevated fat actually can't be

released fat being released happens for

something called lipolysis a Greek word

means the release of fat and when

unsealing as elevated fat can't actually

be released so because fasting or

dropping carbs decreases insulin many

have come up with the carbohydrate

insulin a hypothesis which postulates

that if you are to decrease insulin

you're going to increase your ability to

burn fat so this actually sounds really

good in theory but when you take studies

and you look at people eating seven

meals or two meals as long as they're

eating the same amount of calories and

protein fat loss is the same because

calories and protein are the main

determining factors of weight loss it

doesn't matter how much of an impact

your food is having or your meal timing

is having on your insulin levels as long

as you're consuming the same amount of

calories and protein so what the big

myth here with intimate fasting is that

you can somehow lose fat on intimate

fasting if you're not any calorie

deficit despite it being an big

oversimplification of how fat loss and

human physiology works the calorie

deficit is required to lose fat and drop

the pounds the only exception is if you

were to maintain your current weight

build muscle and lose fat and proportion

to them on a muscle that you have but to

actually burn fat to any significant

degree and see results over the weeks as

you drop the weight you need to be

eating less energy than you consume your

body has two sources of energy it has

energy from food energy from its own fat

stores if you're not getting enough from

food that's gonna take it from its own

fat stores simple so the next myth is

that intimate fasting is somehow going

to be superior for building muscle and

losing fat at the same time so gentlemen

fasting has become popular with a wide

variety of people but it's extremely

popular in bodybuilding world where a

lot of guys as well as girls trying to

build muscle and lose fat at the same

time of course

the goal for everyone because this is

generally what most people want to

achieve and doing it simultaneously

tends to be ideal of a very difficult so

many people make the argument that

intermittent fasting is going to be

better for this however there's no

quality evidence showing that eating of

food within eight hours or two hours is

going to have any sort of positive

effect on your ability to both lose fat

and gain muscle one of the arguments is

that when you're fast

you you may intercept of ketosis when

you're in ketosis you're utilizing your

own fat for fuel you're producing ketone

bodies and these ketone bodies may be

anti catabolic meaning they preserve

muscle so this may be a reason why

people can you know fast for a prolonged

period of time

and retain on to their muscle right

because they're using their own fat for

energy but the idea that a short 16 hour

fast per day or 18 hours per day is

somehow going to make retaining muscle

while losing fat superior isn't really

based on any good evidence we don't have

any good evidence on that yet if

anything more frequent meal timing is

going to help elevate amino acid levels

in the body more consistently and that's

going to help preserve muscle overall

the research is actually quite clear

that it doesn't really matter when you

time your meals overall when you look at

long-term results if you take someone

eating 2,000 calories 150 grams of

protein and someone else the exact same

person eating the same amount one person

has it over six meals one person has

over two meals the results while losing

fat in terms of muscle of retention over

the long term over 12 16 weeks is not

going to drastically differs between

both groups because one person is

slipping into ketosis for a few hours

the difference really isn't going to be

that significant if at all so this is

another big myth about fasting so

another big myth is that intimate

fasting is superior to frequent meals

now you guys might be a bit on the fence

about me saying this because as you know

I'm a big advocate of intamin fasting

and I love doing it myself on most days

but regardless of what I do and what I

personally enjoy a water what I even see

work for the

majority of clients I work with on

people that take my program the truth is

is that the evidence is quite mixed

showing that some people you know some

studies have shown that people do really

well on frequent meals they see a

reduced appetite by doing that and other

people tend to do well on less frequent

meals so based on the evidence that I've

seen and my you know anecdotal

experience with people I've trained I

think that people either do really well

on big meals infrequently like one or

two big meals a day or more frequent

meals throughout the day and that tends

to work well for most people because

both those options can help to regulate

your appetite and other people who don't

have the biggest problem with the

appetite but do well with intamin

fasting tend to do really well on the

16-hour fast and eight hour eating

window especially guys and girls who are

resistance training so basically the

idea here is that both frequent meals

and fasting and frequent meals can work

well and it's just going to depend on

your personal response for example some

what are you doing a low-carb ketogenic

diet is going to do really well eating

one or two meals per day because they're

already in that state of ketosis they're

able to slip into that state of fasting

easily and kind of bypass the hunger

that may come within the first few hours

of fasting compare that to someone who

is in who's eating a very high carb diet

in general it may be more difficult for

them to do one or two meals per day and

they're going to experience a more

sustainable experience dieting or more

frequent meals so it's all

individualistic and it's about finding

what's going to work for you based on

your diet your genetics your

circumstances your social obligations as

well that's something to consider too so

that's the fourth myth so again if you

Don't take your love away You ain't heard nothin' yet-yet

Don't take your love away Wake up, make up, BANG BANG!

Again my screen buzzes with your "Are you busy?"

Unread talks and love calls piled high, so restless

"Don't bother me, please"

A line that returns an empty, love-lacking rejection

Still sulking about, you're still such a brat

Not speaking my true thoughts is seduction

And it's even more enticing than sweet nothings

Until I can barely stand you, keep staying close to me

A kiss just isn't enough, I'd rather kill you

Predilection Put your hands out

Infatuation Until even your breath dies

Dedication And like that

Addiction Doing this still only one mouthful is enough to "end"

Predilection Come and have a taste

Infatuation Swallow it down just like that

Dedication And right away

Addiction Do it and only one mouthful makes you want to love it "as bad as death"

Don't take your love away You ain't heard nothin' yet-yet

Don't take your love away Wake up, make up, BANG BANG!

Have it all, too much affection is good

After all, you don't have anything but me

Take it off, affection is too little

After all, all I have is you, you say

Stabbed through the chest, grabbed this hand

There's still some affection leftover, aww, this again

Selfishness

Let's call it "love" And again control it

I'm drowning in you, even breathing is difficult

Dedicate yourself to me, it's enough to go like this

Predilection Put my hands out

Infatuation Busy your lips with kisses

Dedication Not enough

Addiction Do it, and again mixed up, an illogical love

Predilection Wash it down the depths of your throat

Infatuation Throw away all your hesitations

Dedication And right away

Addiction: Do it and don't let it end with just one mouthful

Our love's continue to further evolve more.

My love is besotted with you.

You love? continue to further evolve mo

mo-more! I'm a little confused.

This is a holy war of love with you And you're always correct, right?

Aphrodite Only wanted to be loved, after all

You don't need anything but me Those sorts of words are

Expected and so worthless, and you came to know that I don't know how to love, you know

Until I can barely stand you, keep staying close to me

A kiss just isn't enough, I'd rather kill you

Predilection Put your hands out

Infatuation Until even your breath dies

Dedication And like that

Addiction Doing this still only one mouthful is enough to "end"

Predilection Come and have a taste

Infatuation Swallow it down just like that

Dedication And right away

Addiction: Good bye, bright red, the breath spitting out halted right now
