El robo y despojo, principales delitos contra los adultos mayores: Consejo Ciudadano - Duration: 3:17.
CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (proceso.com.mx).- El robo de objetos y el despojo han sido los principales delitos cometidos en contra de las personas mayores durante el presente sexenio en la zona metropolitana del país, el cual se produce principalmente en contra de mujeres, y en personas de edades de entre 71 a 75 años, de acuerdo a las llamadas recibidas en la Línea Plateada, del Consejo Ciudadano de la Ciudad de México
De acuerdo a los mil 800 reportes recibidos en el periodo 2012 – 2018 al 5533 5533, el robo es el principal delito cometido en contra de este sector de la población, con un 35%; seguido del despojo, con el 26%; las amenazas ocupan el tercer lugar, con un 17%; las lesiones el cuarto, con un 16%; y en quinto lugar el fraude, con un 5%
Sin embargo, en la evolución del delito, el robo siempre ha estado año con año entre los dos primeros lugares, pero el despojo era el cuarto lugar en 2012; el segundo lugar en 2013; el tercer lugar en 2014; el cuarto lugar en 2015; el tercero en 2016; el cuarto en 2017, pero en lo que va de 2018 se disparó al primer lugar
Por lo que se refiere a quienes cometen el delito, en primer lugar, se ubican personas desconocidas, con un 29%, lo anterior porque el robo es cometido fundamentalmente por extraños, quienes, a través de engaños, en un 90% de los casos, los despojan de sus pertenencias, en su mayoría dinero, con montos bajos, en promedio de 3 mil pesos
Sin embargo, en segundo lugar, aparecen los hijos, con un 23%, y en tercero otros familiares, con un 22%, es decir, el 45% de los delitos cometidos en su contra son por personas de propio entorno, en estos casos, el delito es el despojo, ya que intentan quitarles principalmente sus propiedades
El delito se presenta fundamentalmente en contra de mujeres, con un 70% de casos, el resto son hombres, pero en este caso se considera que influyen dos factores: el primero, que la esperanza de vida de las mujeres es mayor y, en segundo, que se consideran más vulnerables que los hombres
El principal rango de edad reportado para ser víctima es de 71 a 75 años, con el 29%; en segundo lugar, de 76 a 80 años, con el 26%; y con el 19% en ambos casos los rangos de 81 a 85 y de 65 a 70 años
En términos generales, quien realiza la denuncia a la Línea Ciudadana es la propia víctima, con un 46%; seguida de los familiares, con un 27%; amistades, con un 13%; y en el 17% restante la persona prefiere no identificarse, es decir, se queda en anónima
En cuanto a quien realiza la denuncia, el fenómeno ha evolucionado y en tanto en 2012 no se tuvo ningún reporte de la víctima, en 2013 ya alcanzaron el 50%; en 2014 el 65%; en 2015 el 58%; en 2016 el 54%; en 2017 el 53% y en lo que va de 2018 el 62%, es decir, la persona mayor tiene claro que es víctima de un abuso o del delito y decide reportarlo, sin embargo, también es importante señalar que son uno de los sectores de población que menos quiere denunciar ante la autoridad, aproximadamente solo el 10%, por temor al proceso, a represalias y al castigo que puedan recibir sus familiares
Finalmente, por delegaciones la mayor cantidad de reportes se han dado en Iztapalapa y Gustavo A
Madero, con el 16% en cada una; Azcapotzalco, con el 9%; Coyoacán, Venustiano Carranza y Benito Juárez, con el 8% cada una

LOFOTEN - The Island You HAVE to Visit in NORWAY! - Duration: 10:15.

- So far on our Lofoten trip,
we've seen many of the incredible views.
But what if there was one that no one knew about?
My name is Cody Buffinton.
I'm an adventure-seeking world traveler,
and today we are traveling to the small island of Vaeroy.
(energetic pop music)
Now, Vaeroy is actually part of the Lofoten Islands
and Vaeroy means 'weather island,'
referring to its harsh weather climate.
It is very foggy today,
so hopefully this clears it a little bit.
We have 10 hours on this island
before we take a ferry back here later tonight.
We're pulling to Skull Island.
- Skull Island right ahead, land ho.
- We're driving up this cliff overlooking this town
into the fog.
It sounds like we're in Game of Thrones in that one scene
where all the crows are just going crazy.
(crows cackling)
(light pop music)
Everywhere we look is some insane-looking scenery.
This is the craziest scenery we have seen so far.
And it looks like we're about to go
straight through a mountain.
We've gone through some tunnels before,
but they actually had, (laughing)
they couldn't go any farther,
so they were like, "Let's blast it,"
and we're about to go through the tunnel
through this mountain; look at this.
So, this is the scenery we're looking at right now.
And then, right over here, that little hole right there
is the tunnel we're about to go through.
And this is the scenery we're looking at.

So, we've just been informed by these guys
that this tunnel is actually military
and it's only open on Thursdays
to go up here for some reason.
I don't even know why it would be open,
but it's for military.
And they said we can walk up there,
so we're gonna go check it out right now.
Over here is the beach where you have to walk.
It seems like there's not a whole lot
that you can drive on this island.
We've literally only driven five minutes total
on this whole island
and it seems like we gotta walk the rest of it.
So, first we're gonna go check out
what this supposed military tunnel/bunker thing is.
Josh, what are you hoping to find, some kind of secret lab?

It looks like, for some reason, it's open on Thursdays.

What it seems to be is that this island
is pretty uninhabited other than that main little town,
which probably has a couple hundred people at most.
So, this whole side of the island over here
is not paved really,
other than that path that is closed today,
so we have to hike along the whole tops of the mountains
to get to the whole side of the island,
which is a pretty big portion.
So, it looks like we're gonna be doing some hiking.
We're getting there.
It's a very muddy trail right now,
which, it's not a huge problem, just takes a little longer.
We found that this road, this path right here,
comes out right here.
So, if it's not a Thursday,
all you do is climb this little bit,
and it looks like now we're walking the trail,
the road, all the way up.
Found this little sign, which says, "Eagle house.
"The most unusual sport practiced by the Vaeroy islanders
"was to sit in an eagle house and catch eagles,
"with their bare hands."
Imagine just sitting here
and somehow an eagle doesn't see you, (laughing)
and you sneak up on an eagle and catch it with your hands.

so I don't think they caught any eagles.

The view of the valley from up here,
you can see the road we've taken,
almost kinda like the Trollstigen,
but it looks like we might be pretty close to the top.

You can tell we've made it
because there's a path that leads out to the Instagram spot.
So, as of right now, it's a little cloudy.
It's a little overcast, a little foggy.
Foggy's actually the right word.
But we don't have to be anywhere for a while,
so we're gonna sit up here and wait for the fog to clear.
You can see how it might look amazing in a little bit.

I don't think we actually can, now that I see it.
It looks pretty much untouched,
like no one has ever been there,
because you really need a boat to get there

But there's no roads, it doesn't seem.
I don't know how we would get down this to get there,
so you probably need a boat.
So, coming to Vaeroy,
this is pretty much the main thing to do.
Unless you're riding a bike around,
there's not a whole lot else to do.
This is a pretty small island.
And this is like, when you see pictures of Lofoten,
this is like one of the pictures.
But what they don't tell you
is you have to take a ferry here
and then the ferry to go back and forth back home,
it's like 11 hours in between.
And in between, the only thing to really do
is bike around and see this.
So, there's a lotta time left between there.
So, it's like, do you come here?
Is this worth it for you to be stuck here for 11 hours?
Maybe, maybe not.
So, that's why Josh and I are creating these videos
and I'm creating this Norway guide,
so I can help you guys understand this,
because most people don't show you where you start the hike.
And sometimes, if it's not Thursday, like today,
you can't just drive up, so you have to walk up.
All these little things are some of the struggles
that we go through while traveling
that don't always get shown and whatnot,
so that's why I'm creating these videos
and I'm creating this whole Norway guide,
which goes into even more detail.

SPIDERMAN CAKE! - MISS TRENDY TREATS - Duration: 6:08.
Welcome to mr. Any treats, I'm Missy
And today we are making this spider-man cake with a cityscape wrapping around the bottom in a cool webbing effect along the top
This past June I made the spider-man cake for a little boy who was turning five
I was super excited about making this because I still had not made a spider-man cake to date I have however
Created a tease his cherry flavored spider-man ice cream sandwiches. They were so good
They lasted all of 10 minutes in my house. No joke
But this cake takes the cake
Spidey am I interrupting something?
Everything's good, okay
Alright, everything is good first. I began by cutting spider-man's head out of this template that I had created
I will leave a link down in the description box for you if you'd like to use this template as well
I began by rolling out some red fondant and cut around my template using a fondant cutter knife thingy. I
Smoothed out the edges because I wanted him to have more of a rounded look to him instead of just rough cut off edges. I
Removed his eyes from the template but kept his head and that sounds odd and we're going to need it in just a second
I cut each of the eyes out of black fondant and then went back and double check to make sure the piece is lined up
together
We surely do not want spider-man to have one big eye and one little eye
To create the white area in his eye. I just removed the outer black lines and cut them out of white fondant
Okay, so I now need to assemble these bad boys and the way that I did it was by placing the outer black line on
Top of the black portion of the eye and stuck the white portion to the open hole in the middle with just a little bit
of water
Once these were done I needed to stick them to his head
So I grabbed that Spidey template from before and laid it on top of Spidey's head and then of course glued the eyes
Water into the eyeholes. I
Grab my leaf veining tool and drag the smaller end of it to transfer the web lines to his head
You don't want to use too much pressure here or you'll go through your fondant and too little pressure or your lines won't show up
Do an in-between pressure?
So once all the lines were traced I have used my food writer marker to fill in those lines and to finish off. Mr
Spidey now, I know some of you thought that I was using a real marker when I did my flower cookies a while back
But I promise you these markers are essentially food coloring just in marker form
It just adds so many more possibilities to all the things that we can create to make the web on top
I first had to measure the diameter of the cake which was about 31 inches and
Then with a toothpick I made the little lines along the edge about two inches apart now
I know the lines are not exact and I did end up with lines that were just a little off, but you couldn't even tell
Unless of course you're wanting to take out a tape measure at a party. I
Marked the center of the cake and then lightly drew lines from the marks on the edge to the center all the way around
So to give you guys a clearer look of the lines that I had created
I had to change the filter to black and white which surprisingly worked
To make the great lines that are going to lay over those lines. I used my handy little fondant extruder
That's made to give you even snaked out pieces
This thing saved me a lot of time, especially with this cake
Using that black and white filter again
I applied some water to the lines and stuck those little snake pieces to that line
And then I use my ruler to make a nice straight line
So just for a cool visual effect I had to spin the cake which was awesome
I applied Spidey to the center of the cake with water and he is looking so good
Now those little dips that you see in between the lines of most spider webs
I just used the same gray fondant snaked out pieces and laid them how I wanted them
and then after that
I just cut each one down to size just to make sure that each piece was custom-made
For the little space in between each set of those lines
I need two rolls of those little dips and gave the cake another spin. I mean come on it is so cool to
Create that really cool cityscape that's along the bottom I cut strips about two inches wide out of black fondant
Somewhere a little smaller because we don't want all of our buildings to be the exact same size and that wouldn't be a realistic
Cityscape and we want to get as realistic as we can with this cake
Cutting some of the tops at an angle to kind of give them their own presence
I added little white blocks to the windows and being sure to stagger them every which way you know, because
realistic
Then I lied all those buildings up along the bottom edge of the cake with some water and our spider-man
Cityscape cake is done. I am in love with this cake and I think spider-man would approve

Paul Manafort's daughter Jessica says that the Manafort name no longer reflects who she is as a person — and she's not going to use it any more.
Jessica, an independent film maker, filed paperwork in Manhattan court on Friday to officially change her last name to Bond.
Bond is her mother's maiden name.
"I would like my new name to be Jessica Anne Bond, in place of my present name," she wrote in the legal filing.
Jessica describes herself as a "passionate liberal" and a registered Democrat, and acknowledges that she wants to distance herself from her father, the former Trump campaign manager who has been indicted amid allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Jessica Manafort/Bond is an independent film maker who's directed films including "Remember the Daze" and "A Shore Thing.
" She used her maiden name, Manafort, in the credits for those films.
But on July 17, she released a new movie called "Rosy" in which she uses the name "Jessica Bond" in the credits.
She wrote and directed the movie, which stars Tony Shalhoub.
She told the LA Times that she had used a pseudonym in order to distance herself from the notoriety surrounding her father.
In a statement, Jessica wrote that she wanted "to separate myself from everything going on because it has nothing to do with me or my work." She added, "I am a passionate liberal and a registered Democrat and this has been difficult for me.
Although I am 'the daughter of,' I am very much my own person and hopefully people can realize that.".
Until Recently, Jessica Was Married to Jeffrey Yohai, But She Never Used His Last Name.
Until recently, Jessica was married to Jeffrey Yohai, a real estate developer who has pleaded guilty to charges relating to his real estate dealing.
The terms of Yohai's plea deal are not clear, but he is expected to cooperate with investigators looking into Paul Manafort's alleged crimes.
Jessica's parents and sister allegedly disapproved of her marriage to Yohai.
She filed for divorce in March 2017.
Throughout her marriage, Jessica used her maiden name –Manafort — in her professional projects.
Jessica graduated from NYU's Tisch Film School in 2004.
She lives in New York City.

Jessica first signaled her upcoming name change back in July when her latest movie, Rosy, was released.
She used the name Jessica Bond in the credits; she wrote and directed the film.

possibilities that there are in crypto
currencies even when the market is
trading relatively sideways even when we
are in a bear market there is so much
opportunity to make money and I want to
help you guys find that and see what is
actually going on so let's just take a
look at the breakdown of the trades you
guys can see we have a very steep
trendline right here
what that means is we should expect
especially with how steep it is we
should expect a big coin to have a
pullback eventually now I don't think
that's anything crazy to say I don't
think that's something a lot of people
aren't already expecting I think a lot
of people expect a Bitcoin to be having
to have a pullback eventually had a nice
little run however we are still bearish
long term for now we also or we are
still bearish let's say in the coming
month and we do still have a ways before
we do for a finally enter the bull run
so some of the stuff I was looking at
right here we enter the trade roughly
around this point it was roughly between
seven thousand one hundred and sixty two
seven thousand one hundred and seventy
dollars called that out in the trade
group and some people then join and
became part of this trade as well now
what happened was Bitcoin had a diverse
strong resistance at 7150 so to me if we
broke above that there was some big
potential for some move upwards now we
did go a few hours later all the way to
7,000 242 now I believe I closed the
trade roughly $100 up so what happened
was with the leverage in moon with the
leverage on on bit mix I actually made
$700 but bit by bit coin moving one dose
that was absolutely said like I said
super super happy with the results while
with that result could not be happier
$700 in one day in just a few hours that
was absolutely insane now I did mention
in the group when I took profits when I
when I thought it was the opportunity to
take profits and I did mention if they
were into a much riskier trade that
holding on I still saw some higher
upside potential and look at that we
pulled back a little bit below but the
buy price so there was a moment where we
were down and then obviously I was not
part of this trade I can't stand up here
like I said there was a spike upwards
and went up all the way to almost seven
thousand four hundred dollars but that's
not showing right here here's the BTC
USD T not showing that if you go to the
bit Mex chart unless they've already
removed it you will see a very sharp
spike up to 7400 roughly around here so
a great opportunity there again I missed
it I cashed out with $700 I wanted to
secure my profits and be done with
Oh with that trade on that day if people
held on longer well they had an
opportunity to make a lot more money so
it just shows how crazy the market is
and how much opportunity there actually
is going on now let's take a look
Bitcoin short so Bitcoin shorts spiked
earlier today by about twelve thousand
or eighty seven million dollars
following bitcoins five hundred dollar
hike yesterday bringing up last week's
recent low of twenty-one thousand
bitcoins so basically what this means
Bitcoin still sitting comfortably at
around seven thousand two hundred levin
at the time of writing this article and
what this means is people are expecting
that we will have a pullback eventually
obviously like i already said this is
something that probably will happen now
I did outline the day opportunity the
trade what how I'm going to be trading
today in the trade alerts group again
mention what I thought what I thought
was gonna happen what I thought was
going to happen throughout the day and
how I was going to be trading that so
again going to hopefully be making good
money when it comes today as well either
up or down does not matter now malta is
the University of Malta actually
launched it a three hundred thousand a
year old block trading scholarship fund
I want to emphasize this because I think
this is a big step towards education as
well you guys know I love the education
side of crypto and I think the education
side of blockchain and crypto currency
is going to be a key factor in driving
success a lot of people use YouTube
right now videos like these to get their
information and to learn more and I
think that is absolutely great now the
University of Malta has a fun of 300,000
euros that's going to be made available
for students who wish to pursue their
studies in blockchain and in blockchain
and distributed ledger technology so
that's absolutely that's absolutely
great I think it's going to drive a lot
more a lot more interest we're going to
be you know having something that
they're gonna be working towards getting
part of this scholarship fund people are
definitely going to assembly going
incentivize people taking this more
serious start taking some action and
again spreading awareness and just
getting more education on blockchain and
cryptocurrency I think you cannot go
wrong now Amazon has been spending a
month researching blockchain and how
they can implement blockchain technology
to their company I think this is again
great
to see this happen this just means that
yeah Amazon being such a giant it shows
how blockchain could and how companies
are actually looking at blocks you know
this isn't any cryptocurrency in
particular this is just the blockchain
technology and we've seen so many
patterns we've seen so many use cases
where it can improve now Amazon no
different the only difference is Amazon
is a huge company when it comes we've
heard some big companies actually uh
implement blockchain technology or maybe
file for a patent well Amazon is a huge
company that's going to be doing this so
again definitely just helps put the
blockchain on the radar and give it more
credibility now this I thought was
interesting because we mentioned not too
long ago
the stellar versus ripple fight for
cross-border payments while IBM IBM
launched a career a cross-border
payments platform based on the stellar
protocol so not using ripple they're
using stellar I asked this before and a
majority of people said they still
thought ripple was going to be number
one and one asked us again to see if
anybody's opinion has changed so guys
right now in the comments section let me
know ripple versus stellar who do you
think is going to win long term nice a
long term think two three four five
years down the line who do you think is
going to be the leader in terms of
cross-border payments or do you think
it's going to be none of them that's
definitely also a viable option
