Youtube daily report w Sep 2 2018

hello everyone its Peta your personal

face exercise coach from Facerobics

today as promised I'm going to show you

how to do the simple fascia release now

this release I would like you to do from

now on before every time that you do

your facial exercises and if you do this

every time before you do your facial

exercises you will see amazing changes

in your face so what you will need today

is a makeup pad and also some almond

oil now I want you to use almond oil

specifically because it does not detox

the skin and it's a very good oil to use

on a regular basis so I know a lot of

people will come and say can I use this

can I use that can I do this can I do

that well I'm just letting you know that

if you use most oils on a regular basis

it will detox your skin almond oil will

not do that so just my advice to you is

to go and find some almond oil and to

use that one so what we're going to be

doing using Dorian today is I'm going to

show you how what and we're actually

going to be doing so when you start the

Fascia Release we're going to start from

the back half of the head to start with

we are going to be moving to the side of

the neck and then keep moving back and

forth starting from the neck then we're

going to move from the occipital bone

and we're going to move to the back of

the ear we do the movements from the

occipital bone to the back of the ear

then we're going to be moving to the

crown of the head and we will doing the

movements to the top of the ear then

we'll go right to the very top of the

head doing the movements to the temporal

area then when we finish that which

should take about five or six minutes

we'll then move to the front of the face

and this is where we use the make up

pad and a little bit of oil but I'll

show you how to do that later we then go

to the neck and we move outwards to

under the ear we then move to the jaw

and move outwards to under the ear

we then do our chin area we then follow

the muscles all the way up our cheek we

do around the mouth again we then do our

nose we then do our eyes inside the eye

we then go ahead and release the middle

part of their eyes in the procerus area

we then go ahead and do the forehead and

then we'll move around any parts that

we've missed and we'll be out I'll show

you a technique to find out those parts

and any parts that we've missed we just

go over it gently now what I want you to

realize is this is a very gentle very

gentle technique there is no hard

rubbing there is no pulling the skin

pushing the skin or stretching the skin

it's just a very very gentle release

over the muscles so let's get started so

having our hands in this position we

place them at the nape of our neck the

nape is the back of our neck the middle

back of a neck and we just use this

motion going back and forth the motion

we are using is an up and down motion

and it's a very very gentle motion okay

we would do that for about 20 times we

then slide our fingers to the occipital

bone and then we do the same thing

through our hair because our fingers

need to be right on the scalp as we do

this and we're doing a back and forth

motion to the back of our ear and we're

also rubbing the back of our ear as well

we do that for 20 times and then we

slide our fingers up to the crown and

then we gently do the motion back and

forth to the top of our ear

we then go to the very top of our head

and do the motion down along the

temporal area

you can see how gentle it is

we then place our fingers on the

temporal and the temporal bone and we

just simply go back and forth along that

area so that would be along the temporal

to the top of the ear right up to the

crown of the head

this should as I said take about six

minutes then we start with the front

half of our face now placing the almond

oil on to the pad you would place around

a one-inch

circumference on there and do not use

too much all we want is a little bit

just to moisturize the face and to help

the muscles and the skin move more

freely it also helps with your facial

exercises because facial exercise can

dry and dehydrate the face so this is a

very good way to help stop that drying

and dehydration

we then fold the makeup pad in half and

then we place our finger right into the

middle from there we start at the middle

of our neck and we go in an up and down

motion so we would do half the neck this

way in an up and down motion and you

would do that 20 times

and when you finish that change hands

and do the other side and just gently

moving your head upwards so it makes it

a nice smooth area to release you can

also do along the collarbone and that

will also release that area from there

you would start on the chin releasing

the fascia very gently along the muscle

line as you do this move along the jaw

line and you can see how gently I'm

doing it

remembering to do under the chin now

around the mouth

across the lips

and try not to contort your face doing

sort of this sort of stuff just leave

your face relaxed as you're doing it and

then start following up the jawline

start following up the cheek muscles and

you would do that for 20 times either

side then you would follow the nose

muscles the nasalis all the nose muscles

in that area and underneath

on top and move around your eyes making

sure to do the temples

close your eye and do the inner eye

and then go the other side

making sure to do the temples all the

way up the cheekbone to the top around

your eye

okay from there you do the middle of

your eyes where the procerus is you know

the procerus is in a triangle shape so

try to get that triangle shape now when

you come to the corrugator muscle just

hold the skin back a bit and just go

over the corrugator and around the brow

and you're holding it so you're not

pushing and pulling the skin in the

middle of your eye area you're just

holding it you're not stretching it

you're just holding it so it's not

moving once you do that go to the

frontalis

okay so at this point what I would ask

you to do is just to feel your face and

feel how relaxed it is now there might

be little areas of tension if you feel

those areas of tension it means you've

missed a bit

so you just gently go back over where it

might be tense and do it until all of

your face is completely relaxed

I'm just going over areas that are

feeling like they just need a little bit

more work because I've done it very

quickly all up it will take about

10 to 15 minutes over your head the back

of your head and the front of your face

and neck so your face should be feeling

very relaxed now at this point there

should be a thin film of oil over your

face and I mean too thin and it should

not make your fingers slip if you're

trying to do your exercises if it is too

thick your fingers will slip and you

will not be able to isolate your muscles

so if it is a bit thick just take it off

with another makeup pad just take off

the excess oil and start your facial

exercises as you start your facial

exercises you will find that the muscles

will move more freely because what we've

done is we've released the superficial

fascia which is as I explained last week

in this video is the sack that sits

above and around the muscles

it holds the muscle in so it makes sense

that if you lightly release it that you

can free it up a little bit and your

muscles will work freer the one thing I

want you to understand with this simple

fascia release is the lighter you go the

deeper the fascia will release there is

no rubbing stretching of the skin it is

just a very very light release now if

you don't have a makeup pad you can see

me doing this sort of thing just go

ahead and do it with your fingers if you

don't have oil that's fine just do it

with your fingers and you'll find that

your skin will become more dewy anyway

it's just absolutely stimulates the skin

in a very gentle gentle manner make sure

you do this before every time that you

do your exercises the other thing I

would like to suggest and encourage you

is to try to get into the habit now of

doing this before you go to bed

I say this because your body and your

face and your skin and everything about

your body rejuvenates as we sleep so I

would encourage you to start doing this

before you go to sleep that would be my

recommendation if you don't do it that's

fine if you have to do it when you can

do it but that is my recommendation from

now on now please do remember to tell me

how this has changed your facial

exercises I know for me I have felt that

my face has been a much more firmer and

I have more control over my muscles when

I am actually exercising them so I would

love to hear from you in the comment box

below how this has helped you and how

much more effective your facial

exercises are if you have any comments

any questions please do ask below also

Kristen Bell Celebrates Husband Dax Shepard's 14th Year of Sobriety: 'I'm So Proud' - Duration: 4:25.

Dax Shepard has a lot to celebrate — and wife Kristen Bell could not be prouder!  As Shepard, 43, rang in his 14th year of sobriety, the Veronica Mars alum, 38, wrote a sweet tribute to her husband on Instagram Saturday that just might have fans reaching for the tissues

"To the man mocked me when in our wedding photos because I cried too many tears of joy, who wore a baby Bjorn for 2 straight years to show his girls how to be as adventurous as possible, who held our dear little shakey man pup for 8 hrs straight on the day we had to put him down, I know how much you loved using

I know how much it got in your way. And I know, because I saw, how hard you worked to live without it," Bell said

The actress, who shares 5-year-old daughter Lincoln and 3-year-old daughter Delta with Shepard, continued, "I will forever be in awe of your dedication, and the level of fierce moral inventory you perform on yourself, like an emotional surgery, every single night

You never fail to make amends, or say sorry when it's needed. You are always available to guide me, and all of our friends, with open ears and tough love when its needed most

"  Calling her husband "the fertilizer in the garden of our life," Bell praised Shepard for sharing his story

She concluded, "I love you more than I ever thought I could love anyone, and I want you to know, I see you

I see how hard you work. You set an excellent example of being human. Happy 14th year sobriety birthday, @daxshepard

"  The mother of two also shared a fun family album that included pictures of the couple's laid-back wedding and children (whose faces were covered by cartoon hearts and apples)

Bell's Instagram post particularly spoke to one fan, who commented, "This hit home for me

I'm trying to get sober…again and I hope to continue to have the same kind of support from my partner for just as many years

Thank you."  Bell replied, "It's hard and worth it. One day at a time xoxo."  Meanwhile, Shepard shared that his wife surprised him a unique present for the anniversary — a tour of the King's Hawaiian factory!  "Best sober birthday present ever

@kristenanniebell got me a tour of the @kingshawaiian factory and I ate 8 STRAIGHT oughta the oven

2 more upstairs, and 3 at home. 13 all-in for one day is an accomplishment I will not soon forget," he wrote on Instagram

"Also, the fact that Kristen looks like a scientist and @mlpadman looks like she's on a kindergarten field trip just makes my heart swell to dangerous levels

Thanks Ladies!" Shepard added.  The couple has opened up about Shepard's substance abuse in the past

Two years ago, Shepard tweeted, "12 years ago today I came out of my last toxic, life-threatening stupor

I now have a wife & babies & some self-esteem."  In 2016, Bell told E! News that her husband changed how she views the world

"Seeing the world through his eyes has really opened mine to knowing that it is a disease and nobody is choosing to drink more than others," she explained

"They are doing it because of a variety of reasons and they deserve the attention of a mental health professional, and not the county jail or however else we're choosing to pretend we're fixing the problem

Superficial Fascia Release to take Your Facial Exercises to the Next Level | FACEROBICS® - Duration: 13:01.

hello everyone its Peta your personal

today as promised I'm going to show you

we do that for 20 times and then we

slide our fingers up to the crown and

then we gently do the motion back and

forth to the top of our ear

we then go to the very top of our head

and do the motion down along the

temporal area

you can see how gentle it is

we then place our fingers on the

temporal and the temporal bone and we

just simply go back and forth along that

area so that would be along the temporal

to the top of the ear right up to the

crown of the head

this should as I said take about six

minutes then we start with the front

half of our face now placing the almond

oil on to the pad you would place around

a one-inch

just to moisturize the face and to help

and dehydration

we then fold the makeup pad in half and

then we place our finger right into the

way in an up and down motion and you

would do that 20 times

and when you finish that change hands

and do the other side and just gently

moving your head upwards so it makes it

a nice smooth area to release you can

also do along the collarbone and that

will also release that area from there

you would start on the chin releasing

the fascia very gently along the muscle

remembering to do under the chin now

around the mouth

across the lips

and try not to contort your face doing

sort of this sort of stuff just leave

your face relaxed as you're doing it and

then start following up the jawline

start following up the cheek muscles and

you would do that for 20 times either

on top and move around your eyes making

close your eye and do the inner eye

making sure to do the temples all the

way up the cheekbone to the top around

your eye

okay from there you do the middle of

your eyes where the procerus is you know

the procerus is in a triangle shape so

try to get that triangle shape now when

you come to the corrugator muscle just

hold the skin back a bit and just go

over the corrugator and around the brow

and you're holding it so you're not

pushing and pulling the skin in the

middle of your eye area you're just

holding it you're not stretching it

you're just holding it so it's not

moving once you do that go to the

frontalis

okay so at this point what I would ask

you to do is just to feel your face and

feel how relaxed it is now there might

be little areas of tension if you feel

those areas of tension it means you've

missed a bit

so you just gently go back over where it

might be tense and do it until all of

your face is completely relaxed

I'm just going over areas that are

feeling like they just need a little bit

more work because I've done it very

quickly all up it will take about

10 to 15 minutes over your head the back

of your head and the front of your face

and neck so your face should be feeling

very relaxed now at this point there

should be a thin film of oil over your

face and I mean too thin and it should

not make your fingers slip if you're

trying to do your exercises if it is too

thick your fingers will slip and you

will not be able to isolate your muscles

so if it is a bit thick just take it off

with another makeup pad just take off

the excess oil and start your facial

exercises as you start your facial

exercises you will find that the muscles

will move more freely because what we've

done is we've released the superficial

fascia which is as I explained last week

in this video is the sack that sits

above and around the muscles

it holds the muscle in so it makes sense

that if you lightly release it that you

can free it up a little bit and your

muscles will work freer the one thing I

want you to understand with this simple

US Navy vs US Marines - What's The Difference & How Do They Compare? - Army / Military Comparison - Duration: 7:05.

The US Navy: the world's most powerful fighting

force on the surface, beneath the surface, and in the skies above the sea.

The US Marines: tip of the spear of American military power.

How do the two services compare to each other though?

That's what we'll find out, in this episode of The Infographics Show- the US Navy vs the

US Marines.

The US Navy was officially established on October 13, 1775, when the Second Continental

Congress passed a resolution creating the Continental Navy.

Mostly a token force that met with little actual success during the American Revolutionary

War, the Continental Navy was disbanded shortly after the war with its last ship auctioned

off in 1785.

Almost ten years later, with threats to the new republic's merchant shipping from north

African Barbary pirates, first American president George Washington created the Naval Act of

1794 which created a permanent standing Navy.

Often forgotten by politicians, the navy would languish throughout the 1800s with outdated

and few ship designs, until the start of the 20th century, when by the end of WWI, the

US Navy had more sailors and an equal number of capital ships as the vaunted British Royal

Navy.

Earning stunning victory after victory during World War II in the Pacific against the powerful

Imperial Japanese Navy, the US Navy would go on to become the world's most powerful,

and important, naval force.

Although technically a detachment of the US Navy, the US Marines trace their founding

to a resolution passed by the Second Continental Congress on November 10, 1775, ordering Captain

Samuel Nicholas to raise two battalions of Marines capable of fighting both in ship-to-ship

battles and land actions.

Also disbanded after the Revolutionary War, a need for a shipborne fighting force arose

towards the end of the 18th century, as the fledgling US prepared for the Quasi-War with

France, waged exclusively on the high seas between 1798 and 1800.

The US Marines would come into their own during the War of 1812 against Britain, where during

the Battle of New Orleans, they were directly credited with holding General (and future

President) Andrew Jackson's center defensive line.

Leading US actions in the Pacific during World War II, American marines would conduct an

island-hopping campaign against entrenched Japanese forces, leading to the bloodiest

and most violent battles of the second World War.

So how do the two services compare?

For starters, the US Navy maintains an 8 week basic training course for new recruits, while

Marine basic training lasts for 13 weeks.

Navy basic training focuses on shipborne operations, with recruits undergoing classes in fire fighting,

ship-to-ship communication, and ship and aircraft identification.

Marine basic training, meanwhile, focuses on marksmanship, battlefield first aid, and

combat tactics.

This training focus directly reflects each service's mission statement, with the Navy's

mission being to maintain, train and equip combat-ready naval forces capable of winning

wars, deterring aggression and maintaining freedom of the seas.

The Marines' mission, on the other hand, is to act as America's expeditionary force, forward

deployed to win battles on land, sea, and air.

In terms of size, the US Navy has nearly 326,000 active duty personnel with nearly 99,000 reservists.

They operate a total of 480 ships and 2,600 aircraft.

The Marines on the other hand are about half that size, with 182,000 active duty personnel

and 38,500 reservists.

Other than a few patrol craft, they operate none of their own ships and instead are attached

to US Navy vessels, but they do operate 1,300 aircraft.

Marine aviation is split up into helicopter and fixed-wing attack aircraft squadrons.

For helicopter-based close air support, forward air control, escort and reconnaissance, the

Marines are equipped with the AH-1W SuperCobra, AH-1Z Viper, and UH-1Y Venom light attack

helicopter.

The AV-8B Harrier II combat jet gives the Marines the flexibility to also provide close

air support, air interdiction, and surveillance operations; as a 'jump jet' design capable

of Short Take Off/Vertical Landing (or STOVL) operations from amphibious assault ships or

remote, rough airfields, the Harrier perfectly suits the Marine Corps' expeditionary nature.

Beginning in 2016, the Marines began replacing their vaunted Harriers with a STOVL version

of the F-35 Lightning II.

To provide air superiority for their ground forces and to strike at surface targets, the

US Marines are equipped with the F/A-18 Hornet and now, the F-35B Lightning II.

In effect, the US Marines are a ground combat force with their own air force, more than

a match on their own for most other nation's militaries.

The US Navy has no attack helicopters, but does operate a large fleet of choppers for

search and rescue, anti-submarine warfare, anti-mine countermeasures, and transport.

To establish and maintain air superiority over a nation's coastal areas, and to defend

US forces at sea from enemy air attack, the Navy operates the F/A-18 and F/A-18E/F Super

Hornet.

As multi-mission platforms, the navy's Hornets and Superhornets can also be tasked with strike

missions against enemy land targets or ships.

While the navy is slowly phasing in the F-35C Lightning II, it does not plan to completely

eliminate its fleet of Super Hornets, and to date has a further 10 new Super Hornets

on order.

Tasked with ensuring free-trade for all nations across the world's oceans, the US Navy deploys

very frequently.

Sailors can be deployed between 6 and nine months at a time aboard a ship, and return

home for four to five months before deploying again.

As an expeditionary force, Marines have to be constantly ready to deploy to anywhere

the US needs manpower fast, and their deployments can range from 30 days up to no longer than

2 years, depending on the state of global affairs and the threat or prosecution of an

ongoing war.

The US Navy is the most powerful sea-based fighting force in history and ensures that

nations around the world have free access to the open sea.

American Marines have for over two centuries been the tip of American firepower, fighting

in every climate and settled continent in the world.

While their missions and equipment may differ, both services are indispensable arms of the

US military that work closely together to achieve victory.

So, would you ever consider joining the US Navy or Marines?

Let us know in the comments.

Superficial Fascia Release to take Your Facial Exercises to the Next Level | FACEROBICS® - Duration: 13:01.

hello everyone its Peta your personal

face exercise coach from Facerobics

today as promised I'm going to show you

how to do the simple fascia release now

this release I would like you to do from

now on before every time that you do

your facial exercises and if you do this

every time before you do your facial

exercises you will see amazing changes

in your face so what you will need today

is a makeup pad and also some almond

oil now I want you to use almond oil

specifically because it does not detox

the skin and it's a very good oil to use

on a regular basis so I know a lot of

people will come and say can I use this

can I use that can I do this can I do

that well I'm just letting you know that

if you use most oils on a regular basis

it will detox your skin almond oil will

not do that so just my advice to you is

to go and find some almond oil and to

use that one so what we're going to be

doing using Dorian today is I'm going to

show you how what and we're actually

going to be doing so when you start the

Fascia Release we're going to start from

the back half of the head to start with

we are going to be moving to the side of

the neck and then keep moving back and

forth starting from the neck then we're

going to move from the occipital bone

and we're going to move to the back of

the ear we do the movements from the

occipital bone to the back of the ear

then we're going to be moving to the

crown of the head and we will doing the

movements to the top of the ear then

we'll go right to the very top of the

head doing the movements to the temporal

area then when we finish that which

should take about five or six minutes

we'll then move to the front of the face

and this is where we use the make up

pad and a little bit of oil but I'll

show you how to do that later we then go

to the neck and we move outwards to

under the ear we then move to the jaw

and move outwards to under the ear

we then do our chin area we then follow

the muscles all the way up our cheek we

do around the mouth again we then do our

nose we then do our eyes inside the eye

we then go ahead and release the middle

part of their eyes in the procerus area

we then go ahead and do the forehead and

then we'll move around any parts that

we've missed and we'll be out I'll show

you a technique to find out those parts

and any parts that we've missed we just

go over it gently now what I want you to

realize is this is a very gentle very

gentle technique there is no hard

rubbing there is no pulling the skin

pushing the skin or stretching the skin

it's just a very very gentle release

over the muscles so let's get started so

having our hands in this position we

place them at the nape of our neck the

nape is the back of our neck the middle

back of a neck and we just use this

motion going back and forth the motion

we are using is an up and down motion

and it's a very very gentle motion okay

we would do that for about 20 times we

then slide our fingers to the occipital

bone and then we do the same thing

through our hair because our fingers

need to be right on the scalp as we do

this and we're doing a back and forth

motion to the back of our ear and we're

also rubbing the back of our ear as well

we do that for 20 times and then we

slide our fingers up to the crown and

then we gently do the motion back and

forth to the top of our ear

we then go to the very top of our head

and do the motion down along the

temporal area

you can see how gentle it is

we then place our fingers on the

temporal and the temporal bone and we

just simply go back and forth along that

area so that would be along the temporal

to the top of the ear right up to the

crown of the head

this should as I said take about six

minutes then we start with the front

half of our face now placing the almond

oil on to the pad you would place around

a one-inch

circumference on there and do not use

too much all we want is a little bit

just to moisturize the face and to help

the muscles and the skin move more

freely it also helps with your facial

exercises because facial exercise can

dry and dehydrate the face so this is a

very good way to help stop that drying

and dehydration

we then fold the makeup pad in half and

then we place our finger right into the

middle from there we start at the middle

of our neck and we go in an up and down

motion so we would do half the neck this

way in an up and down motion and you

would do that 20 times

and when you finish that change hands

and do the other side and just gently

moving your head upwards so it makes it

a nice smooth area to release you can

also do along the collarbone and that

will also release that area from there

you would start on the chin releasing

the fascia very gently along the muscle

line as you do this move along the jaw

line and you can see how gently I'm

doing it

remembering to do under the chin now

around the mouth

across the lips

and try not to contort your face doing

sort of this sort of stuff just leave

your face relaxed as you're doing it and

then start following up the jawline

start following up the cheek muscles and

you would do that for 20 times either

side then you would follow the nose

muscles the nasalis all the nose muscles

in that area and underneath

on top and move around your eyes making

sure to do the temples

close your eye and do the inner eye

and then go the other side

making sure to do the temples all the

way up the cheekbone to the top around

your eye

okay from there you do the middle of

your eyes where the procerus is you know

the procerus is in a triangle shape so

try to get that triangle shape now when

you come to the corrugator muscle just

hold the skin back a bit and just go

over the corrugator and around the brow

and you're holding it so you're not

pushing and pulling the skin in the

middle of your eye area you're just

holding it you're not stretching it

you're just holding it so it's not

moving once you do that go to the

frontalis

okay so at this point what I would ask

you to do is just to feel your face and

feel how relaxed it is now there might

be little areas of tension if you feel

those areas of tension it means you've

missed a bit

so you just gently go back over where it

might be tense and do it until all of

your face is completely relaxed

I'm just going over areas that are

feeling like they just need a little bit

more work because I've done it very

quickly all up it will take about

10 to 15 minutes over your head the back

of your head and the front of your face

and neck so your face should be feeling

very relaxed now at this point there

should be a thin film of oil over your

face and I mean too thin and it should

not make your fingers slip if you're

trying to do your exercises if it is too

thick your fingers will slip and you

will not be able to isolate your muscles

so if it is a bit thick just take it off

with another makeup pad just take off

the excess oil and start your facial

exercises as you start your facial

exercises you will find that the muscles

will move more freely because what we've

done is we've released the superficial

fascia which is as I explained last week

in this video is the sack that sits

above and around the muscles

it holds the muscle in so it makes sense

that if you lightly release it that you

can free it up a little bit and your

muscles will work freer the one thing I

want you to understand with this simple

fascia release is the lighter you go the

deeper the fascia will release there is

no rubbing stretching of the skin it is

just a very very light release now if

you don't have a makeup pad you can see

me doing this sort of thing just go

ahead and do it with your fingers if you

don't have oil that's fine just do it

with your fingers and you'll find that

your skin will become more dewy anyway

it's just absolutely stimulates the skin

in a very gentle gentle manner make sure

you do this before every time that you

do your exercises the other thing I

would like to suggest and encourage you

is to try to get into the habit now of

doing this before you go to bed

I say this because your body and your

face and your skin and everything about

your body rejuvenates as we sleep so I

would encourage you to start doing this

before you go to sleep that would be my

recommendation if you don't do it that's

fine if you have to do it when you can

do it but that is my recommendation from

now on now please do remember to tell me

how this has changed your facial

exercises I know for me I have felt that

my face has been a much more firmer and

I have more control over my muscles when

I am actually exercising them so I would

love to hear from you in the comment box

below how this has helped you and how

Jared Kushner Is Super Mad That Trump Won't Listen To Him - Duration: 3:30.

I disagree with just about everything that Donald Trump has done since becoming president

of the United States.

It's not just because I'm a bitter partisan, it's because I don't believe in anything he's

done.

He's enacted some horrible policies, he's done some horrible things with foreign policy,

domestic policy, everything, you name it.

But recently, Donald Trump did something that I actually do agree with, and I think it was

the right call and that thing, was to stop listening to Jared Kushner.

According to Vanity Fair reporter Gabriel Sherman, who we've mentioned many times, one

of the most reliable sources on reporting from what happens inside the White House.

Jared Kushner right now is super sad and he's very sad because he feels like Donald Trump

just never listens to him anymore.

He won't do anything Kushner says, he won't listen to him and he almost according to White

House insiders, takes joy in not listening to Jared Kushner.

Here's were this story came from.

Kushner was one of the people who told Donald Trump to not revoke Brennan's security clearance,

because it was gonna create a huge backlash for the president.

Now I don't agree with Brennan being stripped of his security clearance for the reasons

Donald Trump did it, I have no problem with him losing the clearance, I just don't like

why Trump did it.

But, if Jared Kushner knowing what we know about him, were to come up to you and say

you're not even the president, you're just some person on the street and Jared Kushner

says, "Hey, let me give you a free piece of advice here, blah, blah, blah."

It's probably gonna be within your best interest to do the exact opposite of what Jared Kushner

tells you to do.

This is a guy who right now is under investigation by New York City Regulators, by the FBI, by

the IRS and by the State of New York as well.

So he's under at least four different major investigations at this very moment, because

he makes horrible decisions in his own personal life.

So again, Donald Trump not listening to Jared Kushner when he gives him advice, is probably

the smartest thing Trump has done since taking office.

And again, I do not agree with why Brennan's security clearance was revoked.

Trump did it to get back at a political enemy and that is 100% wrong, potentially unethical

and illegal.

But, I don't give a damn about John Brennan having a security clearance, this is one of

the men who helped organize George W. Bush's torture regime.

Yeah, have no sympathy from him losing it, have no desire for him to have it.

Would love to see the man spend the rest of his life in prison for committing war crimes

all over the planet.

So, let's not confuse my disdain for Jared Kushner with appraise for Trump's actions,

because those are different.

But, I am happy that Kushner is sad with his position in the White House.

This is a guy who kicked out low-income, low-rent tenants from buildings he would purchase,

so that he could take their apartments and build them into multi-million dollar condos

to sell to superrich people.

If he's a little sad about the fact that he sucks at his job and nobody wants to listen

to him, I would say that at the very least, he's getting a little bit of what he deserves.

1100 Dogs Running Free!! ♥ Territorio De Zaguates Sanctuary- Land Of The Strays - Duration: 14:51.

My name is Lya Battle

originally, I'm an educator and

Now I just run a free-range

Rescue called Territorio de Zaguates

we don't believe in euthanasia and everybody who comes in through our gates is here until it's adopted and if not

They'll just stay here

So we just pulled up to

Teta 30 days ago at this super excited everyone's I already

Trying to shoot and the puppies are excited, too. They're waiting and looking at us from underneath the fence

So about 12 years ago, maybe more I

Realized that dogs that didn't get adopted

had only

two options, they

continue living on the street and

We know what kind of life that was or they would end up in a shelter where if he's lucky he won't be put down

But he'll be caged for

the rest of his life and that just

Just didn't seem right

And so I

Decided I would I would hold on to as many dogs as possible

hopefully one day they find a home but then I mean you realize that there's lots of dogs that need help and you can only

Keep so many at your place

so we decided to move them up here this

this farm used to belong to my grandfather and

It seemed perfect. So was a place where dogs could again be dogs and

That's what we've been doing ever since start with about

120 dogs and we're up to a

thousand and more

I think we're different here because we decided it's going to be a

free-range

Operation. I mean we can have one more one. Less. We don't put them down for anything

I mean, it doesn't matter what's wrong with a dog or how much treatment

He's gonna require she's gonna require he's gonna get it. Even if they're terminal. We have a lot of dogs here in the terminal and

Yes, they will eventually die, but it doesn't have to be today. They can still go for a walk

they can still flash around in the river one more time and

that's I

Think that's everything. So I

Guess we're crazier than most others

Once you have enough space you don't have to give them a an expiration date

You just realize how many other ones still need help?

The dog pack just ran by me

It's so surreal to be surrounded by this many happy dogs

It's like a dream come true

And I know there's a lot of dogs here that won't find a home and that's fine, I mean, I think that's our ultimate

Purpose here to be a home for those who can't have a home

This is Marcel

This is Libby, and thats an angry dog.

and we are shooting an amazing video

But people are becoming more aware

Of how important adoption is at the beginning we might have given out one or two a month

I'd say we are up to about five to ten a week

So I think by now we could say thousands

All animals in creation deserve a place in this planet and they all would have it if it wasn't for human beings

But dog is extra unfair because dogs. Hello

because

Human beings

Did this to dogs we made them dependent on us, so it's not fair. We created this

species they decided that they have to belong to a family and

then they don't find it and all they get is rejection on the streets and I

Love you too

swept under the rug is a perfect perfect expression

It's so easy

to ignore this and to

just focus on more important things who says this isn't important who says the life and

The livelihood of creatures that are here because of our fault

It's something that we can just dismiss

There are so many extremely sad stories here that we keep hearing about every single dog

And every dog that comes here has a happy ending

They are loved and they are cared for and they get a meal

Twice a day and you know that no one's going to hurt them anymore

Sorry

So we we try to focus on the dogs and most need us dogs that are

Not going to be picked up by anybody else

We know a lot of people don't understand what we're doing

But here at least they're fed, they're cared for and you know, they might not look the best on the outside

But they have healed from whatever

Hurt

human

Damage has touched them. And so what if they're scratching and so what if they're hairless and so what if they're missing a limb?

They're happy and I think that's that's the only thing that they what what else does a dog?

Aspire to happiness and a plate of food, and I think we cover that here

We try to have at least three caretakers on location

24/7 we have Jose who is always here in Saturday

He's awesome - Marcela would be our longest time volunteer

She doesn't get a salary and she puts all her free time into this project

We all have our own jobs and the rest comes in from donations

So their food their medication their veterinarian expenses

Those are always a first the guys are super sweet

They know that very often. They have to wait for their paycheck and they do

because obviously our main

Target here are the dogs first and foremost of them. Hi. Hi Jujito

We're in dire needs of everything

I mean everything to these guys is a lot so old towels, old t-shirts

old tennis balls

They go a long way

nothing

Is of excess here

So, thanks

We live in a world where

We need more compassion

Because it is a dark world, but it can become lighter with more and more people joining together and spreading this

Beautiful energy of kindness and love towards all beings

And to undo the damage that others have put upon them

I've learned that there's much more than you see

that skin deep there is something about the presence of

An animal in your life something like a dog even if you don't consciously

Make that connection

Emotionally you start to feel that and you start to feel the honor

that is the love of an animal and

That will heal you that will break whatever barrier is your soul has built around pain or around

Whatever you're protecting and they will heal you

And

Everybody needs healing

So you watch this video now, you're saying to yourself what can I do how can I make a difference?

well first and foremost

There's something that you can do right here for this place and you can go to the GoFundMe link and you can donate

You can also follow this address right here

We're gonna put it down there in the description and you can send anything that you can to help that's towels. That's t-shirts

That's extra dog supplies. It's cages

It's dog food anything you have lying around the house for your dog that your dog doesn't need anymore. They can use here

So you can do that, too

Those are the two things right now you can do and other than that, please just share the message

tall enough to suit their gaming needs

it's official measurements raised these

cabinets 12 inches from the floor for

standard gaming IKEA has the lack side

table that comes in black for $8.99 this

side table has dimensions suitable for

the length and width of these cabinets

and would raise the machines an

additional six inches over the standard

arcade 1up riser one thing to note is

that IKEA states the weight limit is 55

pounds for the lack side table arcade

one up cabinets weigh over 60 pounds

however there are numerous reviews of

the side table to indicate it will hold

far more than 55 pounds so keep this in

mind if you choose to go this route also

on Amazon they have a similar styled

modern end table that is listed for $13

it would also raise the cabinet

additional 18 inches off the ground

several reviews are listed on the Amazon

Has Clare Just Been Deceived About Mary?? - Duration: 19:10.

Has Clare Just Been Deceived About Mary??

September 2, 2018

My precious Family, I long to share my heart with you.

I want you to understand how the Lord has led me for 50 years.

I want you to see that you have nothing to fear from what Jesus has given you about His

mother.

Do you all understand—I have not changed?

I have been the same person you encountered when you subscribed to this Channel.

I have not made any changes in what I believe in probably the last 25 years, other than

increasing in faith and depth of understanding.

Thanks be to God.

I am the same person, believing the same things now that I did almost five years ago when

I began this Channel as a mandate from the Lord.

When Ezekiel and I married, I was from a nondenominational background, and had just converted to Catholicism

as a Franciscan lay sister, wearing a grey habit.

(You can listen to my testimony.

It's on YouTube)

Ezekiel's mom was Church of God, his dad was Roman Catholic.

He also was a lay Franciscan Brother.

We met in Arkansas, because Ezekiel, (then Edward) was in John Michael Talbot's community

before and still lived nearby.

Both of us loved the monastic life and both of our former spouses were against our vocations.

We both felt we had to follow God, so we ended up single.

When we met, we were told by the Lord that He called us to bring the churches together.

So, we visited and had dialogues with many Russian Orthodox, as well as Greek Orthodox,

and Evangelical sects, to share what we had in common.

When we were serving in Jacksonville, Florida, Our Lady started appearing to me in a Rosary

Meeting.

Ezekiel would lead the worship and I would lead the prayers.

Word got back to the bishop about us—wearing a habit, having four children and ministering

in a Rosary group.

He called us into his office and we shared our mission with him.

He asked me to come under the supervision of the Diocesan priest in charge of discerning

apparitions and supernatural occurrences.

This was a well-seasoned, elderly priest.

We were faithful to do this, and the priest reported back to the Bishop that he believed

my writings were from Our Lady, and the apparitions were authentic.

So, we were approved by the diocese.

And let me tell you, that was no small grace.

Not long after that, the Lord led us back to New Mexico in the Albuquerque area.

While attending a parish there and running a food bank in the rural outreaches, Ezekiel

received the call to the priesthood.

We began to explore this option, and were quickly brushed off by the local parish priest,

who was also the Directer of Vocations for the diocese.

Not long after that, we made contact with a sincere bishop that was of apostolic lineage—but

not part of the RCC.

We knew we would be ostracized by the church when Ezekiel was ordained, but we had to obey

the calling on Ezekiel's life.

So, he was ordained.

We continued to serve in an area further north, providing food and sacraments to the poor

in rural areas.

So, we were no longer part of the Institution of the Roman Catholic Church.

We were considered independent.

Because of 911, we had to remove our habits from our bodies and not wear them in public.

But we never removed them from our hearts.

Because in that lifestyle, we found the life of the Early Church, Mothers, Fathers, and

hermits.

Then the day came when the Lord asked me to start a YouTube channel and bring the truths

that we had learned from all denominations—that we knew were authentic Holy Spirit teachings—to

a channel where the focus was on living and dwelling in God's Heart and accepting ALL

denominations without criticism.

Only teaching intimacy with the Lord.

There were already so many divisions, sects and arguments, and the Lord was so sick of

it all.

He wanted a channel where anyone was safe to be there, without being corrected by others—who,

as a matter of fact, 90% of the time didn't have a clue what they were talking about.

They just parroted what they had been taught by their parents and pastors, without taking

the time to examine the facts.

Now.

Bringing it into present time.

I see your struggles.

I have seen them, I have felt them.

I have wept for you!

And everything that you've shared with me has really gone deeply into my heart, and

I knew that there was more to the Faith than what you had.

Oh, how that pained me.

You see, when I became Roman Catholic, I found the remnant of the Early Church.

It was STILL ALIVE!

But all the rules and regulations of the Institution—nd the corruption — was obscuring it!

My heart latched on to that Early Church.

Now, Jesus was no longer just my brother, but now He was my Betrothed.

The fundamentalist, Bible-banging tendency and the big desk in front of Jesus—with

all the study guides on it… disappeared.

And the Word took up residence in my heart.

And I yielded to His pure embrace as His Betrothed.

When Mary became my prayer partner...

(Which, by the way, I cover in another message.)

I began to soften and not be so legalistic.

Jesus truly was living in my heart—not just Jesus, but the Father, Son and Holy Spirit

had taken up residence.

And now, after years of knowing and studying Scripture, I became "Married" to the Word

of God.

And I had a mother-in-law who was Heavenly.

I saw your struggles and I begged the Lord, "Please can I tell them about our Mother?"

But He repeatedly told me, "No, it's not time yet."

And I continued to receive the teachings from Him that He had for you.

But all the while, I knew you were missing major graces to live your faith to its fullness.

And that was the Lord's Supper, the power of the Bread of Life, the True Presence of

Jesus' Body and Blood.

And the intercession of the Saints—especially Mary.

So you see?

I have not changed what I believed.

You have discerned correctly that these messages are from Him.

And I have had this relationship with Mary and the Bread of Life the whole time you have

known me.

You have discerned correctly.

So, understand.

What I believed three years ago.

Four years ago.

Five years ago—has not changed.

You just didn't know the things I was not allowed to tell you about.

That is why I defended Catholics.

That is why I told you many times I see no problem with invoking the intercession of

the saints, and especially Mary.

I was witnessing to what I believed—but not putting a 'Catholic' label on it.

The Lord didn't just drop Mary on you last week, guys.

We have been waiting for you to be able to receive solid food before we introduced her

to you.

Everything I have ever shared with you has come from a background of knowing Mary, both

in Heaven and on Earth, and living in intimacy with her Son.

Everything is the same.

Nothing is new or changed on this Channel.

You just didn't have all the facts.

So, this is not some new teaching that some familiar spirits dropped in our laps!

This is what Ezekiel and I have found to be true, and what we've lived with all our

hearts.

One thing to help you understand.

I have been in Heaven, and can go there at will.

And speak with Our Lady and Our Lord.

And believers.

And believers in Heaven are NOT RESTRICTED from acting or praying on behalf of those

on Earth.

This is Fundamentalist error at its worst!

And the few books in the Bible that did speak of this were removed by Evangelicals, so they

could say it wasn't in the Bible.

God did not divide His Body.

It is One Body under One Head.

This Body has believers on Earth and believers in Heaven who are fully functional, completely

dedicated to saving souls.

There are no superstars in Heaven.

In fact, the most highly revered saint is the most meek, and hidden, and humble of all.

It's not Hollywood—it's Heaven.

And we all work together in the Body of Christ.

Now, many times.

More than I can count!

Comments like "Go to Jesus alone."

"We are not to pray to statues!"

"Christ alone is our mediator!"

OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

No sooner do I answer one remark like this-which is a twisted lie!

Than in the next moment, another one exactly like it appears—and I want to shout out,

PLEASE!

READ MY LIPS!!!

They are not hearing me.

Rather, they are putting words into my mouth from their own heads.

I will say it again:

We don't pray TO Mary.

We Pray WITH Mary.

She is my prayer partner.

And as the Mother of Jesus, a mentor and example of holiness.

I pray TO Jesus, Who is My Savior.

Mary prays TO Jesus, Who is also HER Savior.

Please don't get weary with me...

Let me repeat this...

I hope that clarifies something for some of you...

Just like Smith Wigglesworth and other great evangelists are a good example to us, so is

Mary's example a good one to follow.

And many DO follow her apparitions and the writings that come from them, which unmistakably

point always to personal holiness and seeking Jesus, living for Jesus alone.

Her examples are spotlessly pure and lead many Christians in a holier way of life.

God has given her this mission and allowed her to appear on Earth to work miracles through

the power of the Holy Spirit.

Just like a man would work a miracle, through the power of the Holy Spirit, on Earth.

She is soft, gentle, kindly, approachable, meek... tender of heart.

She respects and loves each of God's creatures, just like others in Heaven.

Now, let me say this one more time.

God has given her this mission, and allowed her to appear on Earth to work miracles through

the POWER of the Holy Spirit.

In the same way that other ministers work miracles through the POWER of the Holy Spirit.

Everything comes FROM GOD.

And God gives anointings to different people.

And He has anointed Mary to not only teach, but work miracles.

Now, some of you are going to say, "But that's necromancy!'

Nooo...

It's NOT necromancy!

Mary is not buried in the Earth.

Mary is in Heaven.

Glorified.

When they opened her tomb on Earth—she was GONE.

The Lord took her to be in Heaven.

And isn't that fitting??

After all, she was the First Fruit.

The very first Believer in the Lord.

And she's an example to all of us.

So, taking her to Heaven is showing us all what OUR reward is when we're Raptured.

All of this fits into Scripture.

Perfectly.

And for those who have been beaten with Bible-Banging Christians, she is a breath of pure oxygen

sent from Heaven.

Her main concern for you is that you fall deeply in love with her Son and live for Him

alone.

To that end, she instructs through her apparitions; she instructs us in holiness.

OK, I am going to publish the first message that she gave me, from her apparition.

And you, yourself, can judge and see exactly what I am talking about.

That'll be the next video.

But there have been abuses of the Marian devotion, guys.

Excessive focus on her that seem to leave her Son in the background.

In honoring her place in history, some go to extravagant lengths, which make it look

like they have made her their god.

Yet, if you ask most of them, they will tell you, "I worship God, but I revere Mary."

It just looks that way to others.

There are, of course, some who DO carry it to ridiculous extremes—but you can be sure

Satan is behind that to discredit her legitimate role in the Church.

And I want to make one last comment about statues.

This is what Scripture says.

This is in Exodus 20, and it is the second of the ten commandments.

"Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is

in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water underneath the earth.

Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them nor serve them."

Now, exactly what is a graven image?

Graven Image: an object of worship carved usually from wood or stone; an idol.

So, here the Lord is saying you will not make anything resembling any created thing that

is in Heaven above, or that is in the Earth beneath, or that is in the water under the

Earth… and WORSHIP it.

Okay?

So, two things have to be evident here.

First of all, it's something you made.

And second of all—you worship it.

Now.

If you don't worship it, it's NOT an idol!

He didn't say not to make ANYTHING, He said do not make AND worship anything.

Now, to prove my point, when He gave Moses the directions for building the ark of the

covenant, the Lord said:

"You shall make a mercy seat of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half

cubits wide.

You shall make two cherubim of gold, make them of hammered work at the two ends of the

mercy seat.

Make one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end; you shall make the cherubim

of one piece with the mercy seat at its two ends.

The cherubim shall have their wings spread upward, covering the mercy seat with their

wings and facing one another; the faces of the cherubim are to be turned toward the mercy

seat.

You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony

which I will give to you."

Exodus 25:17-21

Now, when the priest went into the Holy of Holies, he didn't worship the cherubim.

He worshipped God.

And when you see someone kneeling beneath a statue of Mary, they are not worshipping

her—they are asking her to pray for them.

But they are asking in great severance.

Because she IS the mother of Jesus.

Still, you would ask your pastor to pray for you!

She is a wonderful intercessor, and you will receive miracles out of season, because she

took up for you.

Another thing.

She knows quite well what her Son doesn't like, and she will make you aware, through

the Holy Spirit, that there are things you need to change.

She will also pray for God to give you those graces.

She is a wonderful intercessor and a mother to those who will receive her.

Undoubtedly, some of you are going to embarrass yourselves terribly and make a comment, "But

God said you are not to worship statues!"

I will leave it to you, Heartdwellers, to answer that one.

Because I am really tired of this...

I will go into this later, but the one responsible for such a remark has either a religious spirit

or an obtuse spirit—both of which are lying demons that twist and distort every good thing

God does, just like they do twist and distort praying in tongues and the gifts of Holy Spirit.

Same thing.

That's a Religious spirit.

Pray for one another dear ones.

Pray very much that Truth will be received in all humility; that every Religious spirit

will be exposed for what it is.

I do not in any way want to hurt you.

I love you dearly!

But some of you are in bondage to a Religious spirit, and you need to recognize its influence

on you—and renounce it.

Then you will be free and clear to study the Scriptures and receive what they truly say.

8 Crafty Plants That Have Mastered Deceit - Duration: 9:29.

[INTRO ♪]

Lots of animals are known for their wily ways, but other forms of life also have a few tricks up their sleeves.

Since they spend most of their lives anchored to one spot, plants can't exactly run away if they're attacked,

and they often need to convince more mobile critters to help them interact with their mates.

So, some species use deception to get what they want.

By dressing up like other plants or smelling like an attractive mate, the plants on this list can trick all sorts of smarter species—even us.

You might not like it when someone says you look like poop,

but if the seeds of the South African restiad could think, they would probably consider that the ultimate compliment.

An unassuming, grassy-looking plant, the restiad goes to great lengths to dress its seeds up as feces.

Eland antelope feces, to be precise.

It's an attempt to trick dung beetles into doing the hard work of moving their seeds around.

Plants need space to grow, so seeds need some way to get out their parents' shadows, quite literally.

Many can rely on small mammals that hoard seeds, but there aren't many good hoarders in the South African shrublands where these restiad plants live.

Apparently, dung beetles are the next best thing.

The beetles in question both consume antelope feces and use it as a cozy little nursery for their babies.

So when they find a nice turd, they quickly roll it to an opportune spot and bury it for later.

The plants' seeds look and smell strongly like antelope poop—enough to fool the beetles, anyway, which roll and bury the seeds some distance from their parent plants.

The burying also protects the seeds while they germinate, so the plants can rebound quickly after fires burn through the dry landscape.

Meanwhile, the poor beetles end up with nothing for their labors.

The common lungwort also does its best poop impression, but for the exact opposite reason.

To deter animals that might otherwise munch on them, they make their leaves look like a Jackson Pollack—if he painted with bird droppings.

Most plant eaters steer clear of leaves covered in droppings for the same reasons you wouldn't want bird poop all over your salad.

Droppings don't really provide any nutritional value, might not taste so great, and could contain diseases or parasites.

And the lungwort's ruse might even work on smaller leaf-chewers like caterpillars that have a lot to lose if hungry birds are around.

It's possible the patches are meant to mimic fungal damage instead of bird poop, but either way, the ultimate message is the same:

don't eat these leaves; they're gross and potentially pathogenic.

White patches are relatively cheap as far as defenses go, though not entirely free.

The blotches can't photosynthesize, so spotted leaves can't produce as much fuel as unspotted ones would.

Even so, the plants' poop-like patterns are the most intense when they're growing in darkly shaded spots, perhaps because the lower light means they can't afford to lose as many leaves.

And a few light patches of bird poop aren't enough, I guess?

Pebble plants get their name because ... they look like pebbles.

Which turns out to be a great way not to get eaten, because pretty much nothing eats rocks.

They're a kind of succulent—juicy plants that store water in their tissues, allowing them to eke out a living in lands too dry for most plants.

That water makes them a prime target for all kinds of thirsty animals, in addition to the hungry ones.

So, they disguise themselves like rocks.

Their pebbly shape is made by pairs of leaves folded inward, creating a sort of inverted pyramid.

Those leaves are adept at absorbing water from fog, dew, and rain, which is then stored in the plant's fleshy interior.

Meanwhile, calcium oxalate crystals in the plant's outer layer give it a stony gray exterior,

while reddish pigments in its tissues help it perfectly match the pebbles around it.

This kind of simple mimicry of something unpalatable is known as Batesian mimicry, and these certainly aren't the only plants that employ it.

But they're just so much better at playing pebble than anything else.

It's not until the fall when their daisy-esque flowers bloom that they reveal their plantishness.

Blending in has lots of advantages, and no plant has mastered the art of camouflage better than the chameleon vine, a climbing vine found in South America.

Every other plant on this list is limited to one costume, whereas these vines can reshape themselves to mimic at least 8 different plants.

They can even have different leaf shapes in different parts of the exact same vine!

This rare ability to don multiple costumes is called mimetic polymorphism, and it's otherwise known only in butterflies.

The plant is somehow able to alter just about every trait of its leaves, from their size and shape to their spininess and even the pattern of veins, which does a great job of hiding the vines from hungry mouths.

The thing is… no one knows how the plant figures out what to look like.

It changes its leaves even when it's not in direct contact with the plant it's mimicking,

and it's not like they have eyeballs to see what to mimic.

Or… do they?

A 2016 paper revived an old and controversial idea that these and other plants may be able to, quote, "see" things like color and shapes through light-sensing structures called ocelli.

But no one has investigated these in the chameleon vine specifically.

Other researchers think it's more likely the vines pick up on chemical signals from nearby plants,

and somehow translate the pattern of compounds into the right leaf size, shape, and color.

But … no one has ever found an airborne chemical that induces this vine—or any other plant for that matter—to change its physical leaf traits this way.

So exactly how it pulls off its incredible deception remains a mystery.

The Asian dancing plant is a favorite of gardeners for its unique, mobile leaflets which make elliptical patterns every few minutes.

Those smooth moves are thanks to a special ring-shaped organ at the base of each leaflet, called the pulvinus.

Its cells can swell or shrink by controlling their water intake, allowing the leaflet to swerve around.

Sunlight and warmth seem to speed their movements up.

And some people swear they dance in response to music, suggesting that some kind of vibratory cue could be in play.

Why they do this at all, though, has perplexed scientists for centuries.

Today, some researchers think they're mimicking butterflies, trying to imitate the subtle wing shifts butterflies make when they're resting in the sun.

And that might be because butterfly larvae are a big problem for many plants, and butterflies don't like to crowd their young.

So it's possible the dancing leaves protect the plant by making it appear occupied to butterfly moms—

basically, pretending that this prime real estate is already taken.

Another suggestion is that the leaves attract various creatures that eat butterflies or other winged insects.

If those predators are hanging around, they can snack on any actual insects that try to munch on the plant.

Or the plants could have bouncing leaves for some other unknown reason, because the butterfly hypothesis hasn't been well-tested.

But it makes a lot more sense than the idea that they just like to boogie to a good beat.

So far, we've seen plants that deceive to disperse their seeds and others that disguise themselves to avoid being eaten.

But there's another reason a plant might want to lie, and it's one that some people can probably relate to: to find a mate.

Many plants rely on pollinators to help them do that.

And sure, they could lure helpful animals in with a tasty nectar treat, but those sugary rewards are costly.

So lots of plants employ more nefarious tactics—especially orchids, which sometimes disguise their flowers as insects eager for a mate.

Take the hammer orchids of Australia, for example.

One petal is modified into a hammer-like labellum that's shaped, colored, textured, and scented like a female wasp.

This part is connected to the rest of the flower with a hinge, so when a male wasp lands and starts mating with the decoy, it swings and slams him into the flower's pollen.

When the unlucky bachelor falls for the same trick again on another orchid, the pollen is jammed right where the orchid needs it.

Orchids aren't the only plants that trick pollinators, though.

Aroids, a family of flowering plants, have also mastered the art of olfactory deception.

And one of the most impressive examples is a species of American pipevine.

It's so named because its flowers bear a vague resemblance to an old-fashioned pipe,

but that's not what they look like to the small biting flies that pollinate them.

These flies—or no-see-ums as they're often called—feed on mammalian blood.

So they jump at the chance to nestle into a nice, cozy rodent or rabbit ear, with its easy-to-access flesh full of juicy capillaries and veins to drink from.

That's why the flowers are somewhat ear-shaped and furry-looking, they emit a musty odor, and are mottled with blood vessel-y pinks and browns.

When a fly touches down inside this fake ear, the slick surface sends it barreling into the pipe, where it's trapped by backwards-facing hairs.

It can remain stuck there for days while the plant covers it in pollen.

Then, the hairs wilt, and the fly is freed—hopefully to find another fake ear and deliver that pollen.

The last plant on this list earned its spot for one big reason:

the species it tricks is us.

This grass is considered one of the world's worst weeds, and one variety is almost indistinguishable from rice.

But it wasn't always.

Barnyard grass originated in Asia, where it was quite at home in damp habitats.

But then agriculture took the world by storm, and around 12,000 years ago, people basically everywhere started farming crops like rice.

Those well-maintained, periodically flooded fields were the perfect habitat.

But their farmers disagreed, and set about plucking the grassy weeds out by hand whenever they saw them.

Which put a very specific kind of evolutionary pressure on the weed to blend in.

If the weed was growing in a hand-weeded rice paddy, it was more likely to get missed if it looked a bit more like rice.

And over the centuries, a new growth form emerged.

This variant of the weed has seedlings that look almost identical to rice seedlings thanks to their size, coloration, and more erect leaves.

And the mimic weed's seeds are 2-3 times as heavy as the seeds of its kin—

much more like the size and shape of rice grains.

In fact, the weed looks more like rice than it does other members of its species.

This case of mimicry is especially stunning because barnyard grass isn't even closely related to the rice it pretends to be.

So unlike other crop-mimicking weeds, it didn't steal genes from the rice to look more like it.

And unlike the other plants on this list, its tricks aren't meant for some beetle or cud-chewing herbivore.

They're meant for—and work on—us.

It may not be the flashiest example of deceit, but it's certainly the most personal.

Whether they're fooling a rice farmer or a dung beetle, all of the examples on this list should give you some idea of just how tricky plants can be.

Which just goes to show that you don't need a brain to deceive.

And evolution can produce some pretty incredible liars.

Stunning Gold Find From The Woods! - Duration: 57:56.

Hello.

Let's go.

I changed my plans and came to this spot.

I don't know why...

(Please look in the description for more info)

Fist target.

One moment please.

No, this glove did not come with the shovel.

It's a lead seal.

GPS ("POI") #1.

A nice looking place.

It's a musket ball.

Probably shrapnel from the last war.

A lead bullet.

Aluminum washer.

4mm casing.

A big hole, someone was already here...

I think that's gold!

With a gem at one side.

#2

The weight is right - it's solid gold.

Let me spray it with distilled water.

It looks very old.

I think, it is "at least" medieval (if not older).

I will show you pictures at the end.

Let's see if that was all.

There is something that sounds like iron.

But - how would a gold chain sound?

I can't take any chances.

No, that's iron.

My friend the beetle showed up.

Hello.

There are roots everywhere.

It's like a thick carpet.

A coin.

"1 Reichspfennig" (1911).

A musket ball.

I have to check out this tree.

Oh no, directly under sharp, stiff branches.

This one would make too much noise.

It's a Roman coin.

Under a layer of soil...

Everything breaks.

Almost 8" (18cm).

Sounds like a Roman nail.

It could be one.

Just a bullet.

BTW, I'm trying the XP Deus 5.1 software (with my setting).

I think, I see iron.

Another very old nail.

One more.

A "10 Pfennig" coin (1943).

It's a tiny button.

Something "deep".

This pinpointer is getting shorter and shorter...

A nail.

A old bullet, probably from a hunter.

Anybody home?

It's a buckle.

Made of iron.

It's a musket ball.

Hmm...

Oh no, the laughing bird!

How am I supposed to find something now?

He knows it's trash...

It's iron - I agree with him.

Something from the 40's?

The hunter was here to.

It's a spoon or a fork.

Not even complete...

Someone must have been very hungry.

Let me think about what happened here...

What is this?!

A spider and...

If that thing takes off, I'm getting a heart attack.

"10 Pfennig" coin (187x)

That's a cleaver.

Left by another detectorist.

A shotgun cartridge.

Where is it?

Part of a coin?

I think, it came from a pinfire cartridge...

It has writings on it.

I will mark it just in case.

The detectorist again - he threw this out.

Maybe a buckle.

That's the thing (a pinfire cartridge) related to the previous item.

The air smells good today. It rained, the trees are creating oxygen.

A very weak signal.

Where is it?

Now I got it.

It was in the side of the hole.

Here.

A button. Probably on edge, that's why it fooled me (I mean - the detector ;).

It's broken too.

If I start running in a minute, I could catch the next train.

I could stay, but that's enough...

The metal detecting Gods were very generous to me.

Please wait for the pictures.

Two assistants (double power).

A pinfire cartridge?

A buckle.

?

The button that fooled the detector.

"10 Pfennig" coin (1943).

Musket balls and lead bullets.

A Roman nail?

The spoon (or fork).

A lead seal.

"10 Pfennig" (187x).

"1 Reichspfennig" (1911).

The "tiny button".

The Roman coin (not cleaned).

The gold.

The gem (still a little bit dirty).

The other side.

It looks very old.

Trash.

And treasure. Detecting time: 1h:55min

What's Trump's Supreme Court Guy Trying to Hide? Sept 2 Debrief - Duration: 3:04.

In a surprise move, a ban on ex-gay abuse has been pulled from consideration -- by its

own sponsor.

A judge just ordered the administration to release secret documents about the proposed

trans military ban.

And time is running out to stop Trump's Supreme Court nominee and his anti-gay past.

We'll have the week's top LGBT news and actions you can take on Weekly Debrief.

Thanks to everyone who pledges a dollar or more a month on Patreon to make Weekly Debrief

possible.

There's rewards for backers -- visit patreon.com/mattbaume or click the link in the description.

California was about to become the first state to ban ex-gay abuse with a law that would

have labelled the practice as fraud.

But this week, the bill was pulled by its own sponsor, even though it was expected to

pass.

The reason: objections from religious groups that claimed it would have banned the Bible,

preaching, churches, and more.

To be clear -- it would not have done that.

But the way the bill was written was juuuuust vague enough that someone might make that

mistake.

And that could potentially lead to complications, like a voter initiative to protect ex-gay

abuse.

So now the bill sponsor is pulling the bill to re-write it and make it less vulnerable

to a challenge down the road.

It's frustrating that we'll likely have to wait another year before it passes.

But ultimately, this will probably make its passage more secure and protect more people

in the long run.

Meanwhile: sixteen states have asked the Supreme Court to block job protections from queer

workers.

Led by Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson, the states are pushing to keep it legal for

employers to fire anyone they even think might be gay.

They include Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama -- not a lot of surprises on

the list.

We'll likely have a final ruling from the court sometime between now and June of 2019.

In Washington DC, a judge has ordered the Trump administration to release secret documents

about attempts to ban trans people from the military.

Officials had claimed that they're entitled withhold those documents because they worked

very hard on them.

The judge's response: "This is not how civil litigation works."

And pressure is increasing for Republicans to release secret documents pertaining to

Trump's Supreme Court nominee.

We still don't know what role Brett Kavanaugh played in Bush-era attempts to ban marriage

equality, eliminate hate crime protections, and fund anti-LGBT speakers.

This week a coalition of civil rights and media activists filed more Freedom of Information

Requests to access those records.

Kavanaugh's Senate hearing is scheduled for September 4.

If we don't get those documents soon, it may be too late.

Time is running out to stop his nomination.

This week's action item: call your Senators and tell them to delay the vote until we know

what Kavanaugh is trying to hide.

And as always, Let me know about stories that need covering @MattBaume on Twitter and in

the YouTube comments.

Thanks to everyone who keeps Weekly Debrief going with the pledge of a dollar or more

a month on Patreon -- head over to Patreon.com/mattbaume or click the link in the description to join

the folks who make the show possible.

And I'll debrief you next week.

Hey guys it's Daryn

Welcome to my channel, or welcome back!

I have been gone for about a year

And I just wanted to make this video

To show you guys that

Anxiety and depression can be super crippling

That's why I've been gone for so long I haven't wanted to put effort into anything

That's really been affecting me

In just my everyday life

Not even including my hobbies, like this.

I only have Luna in my life right now

I mean, I have family, but

As a pet, I only have Luna.

She will be coming to stay with me here

Obviously, as you guys can see,

I am not in the room that you just watched me clean

That video has been filmed for about a month now

But due to some software issues

-er, hardware issues, I guess-

I haven't been able to edit it or put it together until now

And I didn't know how to film an intro or an outro

Until I had it edited together

That video has probably been filmed for about a month now

And I'm back at school

Luna's back at home with my parents

For right now, she should be coming to stay with me very soon

Probably in the next couple of weeks and I'm super excited about that

But that's a whole 'nother video

I'll be explaining that in another video

There's a lot of videos that I have ideas for

with Luna, coming out

But I will say that -

I intended for this to be a pet channel

So I'm going to start making this channel about a little bit of my life

You know, being in college, being a college student, living away from home

This is my third year in college.

I'm just gonna kinda post videos about what I want to post videos about

How Whales Became The Largest Animals Ever - Duration: 3:24.

Whales are the biggest animals of all time.

Heavier than elephants, wooly mammoths, and even dinosaurs.

But they weren't always the titans of the sea.

Let's rewind the clock around 50 million years.

No, you won't find any whales here.

You have to go ashore.

Meet Pakicetus, the very first whale.

Life on earth spent millions of years clawing its way

out of the oceans.

But whales took all that effort and threw it out the window.

From 50 - 40 million years ago,

they traded in their four legs for flippers.

In fact, some whales today still have

leftover bones of hind legs.

Once submerged, their weight under gravity

no longer mattered.

So they could theoretically grow to enormous proportions.

And they did.

Today, a blue whale is 10,000 times more massive

than the Pakicetus was.

But this transformation wasn't as gradual

as you might think.

In fact over the next 37 million years or so,

whales grew increasingly diverse,

but their size remained small.

For example, one of the first whales

with baleen instead of teeth was only 18 feet long,

making them easy prey for predators, like giant sharks.

It wasn't until around three million years ago

that an ice age tipped the scales in the whales' favor.

Ocean temperatures and currents shifted,

sparking concentrated swarms of plankton,

and plankton-seeking krill.

It was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the baleen whales,

who grew larger as a result.

And the larger they became, the farther they could travel

in search of more food to grow even more.

You can probably see where this is going.

Three million years later, humpbacks, for example,

have one of the longest migrations of any mammal on earth

traveling over 5,000 miles each year.

As a result, modern whales are the largest they've ever been

in history.

Take the biggest of the bunch, the blue whale.

It weighs more than a Boeing 757,

has a belly button the size of a plate.

And its network of blood vessels,

if you laid them out in a line,

could stretch from Pluto to the sun and back,

over two and a half times.

In fact, the largest blue whales are so huge

that scientists think they may have hit a physical limit.

When they open their wide mouths to feed,

they engulf enough water to fill a large living room.

So it can take as long as 10 seconds to close them again.

Scientists estimate once a whale is 110 feet long,

it can't close its mouth fast enough before prey escapes.

So it's possible we're living amongst the largest animal

that will ever exist.

Lucky for us, they mostly just eat krill.

This was made in large part thanks to Nick Pyenson

and the information in his new book, "Spying on Whales."

Jai Wolf - Lost (feat. Chelsea Jade) - Duration: 4:02.

You're the mouth of the tunnel just before the dark I'm the headlights speeding through the stars

And we're lost in the spaces of who we are And we move through the nights 'till we take it too far

Hold it together when we move apart Let the landscape burn like a dying art

Driven by the energy in our hearts We were built to be reckless from the start

And the light just flickers past our faces Living in a dream 'cause we're always wasted

Never stay still when we're chasing places

And the light just flickers past our faces Living at a dream 'cause we're always wasted

Making up our minds that we're never changing

'Cause we're getting lost and found when we're carried away I feel it all around, even in our mistakes

And when we're up, we're down, in the evening space We're getting lost and found, when we're carried away

The truth gets tired when we lie awake So we dive into dreams that they can't sedate

Breathe in and out, to go all the way Trip 'till we're fixed in a higher state

And the light just flickers past our faces Living in a dream 'cause we're always wasted

Never stay still when we're chasing places

And the light just flickers past our faces Living at a dream 'cause we're always wasted

Making up our minds that we're never changing

'Cause we're getting lost and found when we're carried away I feel it all around, even in our mistakes

And when we're up, we're down, in the evening space We're getting lost and found, when we're carried away

And the light just flickers past our faces We're living out a dream 'cause we're always wasted

And the light just flickers past our faces We never stay still when we're chasing places

Meghan Markle blamed for Prince Harry missing family tradition to avoid 'upsetting her' - Duration: 3:22.

Even little Prince George took part in the Royals' traditional grouse hunt during their annual summer holiday to Balmoral over the bank holiday weekend, but the Duke of Sussex was noticeably absent

Prince Harry has taken part in hunts since he was a youngster, alongside Prince Charles and Prince William, but has been breaking tradition since his marriage to the Suits actress

The Duke's absence from the hunt came despite the loved-up pair staying with the Queen at her Aberdeenshire estate

So it's unsurprising that royal fans are speculating that Prince Harry snubbed the activity so as not to upset his wife

Prince Harry, 33, previously surprised gamekeepers at Sandringham by backing out of the traditional family grouse hunt last Boxing Day - having first participated more than 21 years ago

Grouse hunting is a known favourite pursuit of the royals, which they have practised for hundreds of years

It is known Meghan is a known animal rights advocate and Harry has made adjustments to his lifestyle as a result

A source also claimed in April that Meghan is encouraging Harry to eat less meat, telling the Mail: "She's got him juicing and he has lost at least half a stone, which is a lot for someone as skinny as he is

"They have bought a top-of-the-range juicer and she has him on fruit and veg smoothies

She's also weaning him off meat." Dad Prince Charles and brother Prince William still took part in the December annual ritual on the 20,000-acre estate

Meghan previously championed her love of animals by refusing to wear leather or fur, has adopted rescue dogs, and has said in the past she tries to eat vegan during the week days

A pal of Harry's told The Sun: "If Meghan's not comfortable with him doing the shoot, he wouldn't want to upset her

" The Queen reportedly drove her Range Rover to witness Prince George, five, make the major milestone of his first grouse shoot

Prince Charles joined for lunch, alongside Prince Edward, Sophie Wessex with Zara and Mike Tindall

A source said: "It was a very jolly family lunch. The men and Princess Anne all shoot in the morning, then the wives and children join the party for the shoot lunch on the moor

" Kensington Palace has declined to comment on the incident. Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry married on May 19 this year at St

George's Chapel, Windsor Castle. Since this time, Meghan has accompanied Harry on royal engagements, most recently for a charity performance of Hamilton

Clip from Festival with 1886 Malt House - Duration: 0:34.

[Matt] Tell me what 1886 Malt House is.

[Noel McCarthy] We're a local malt house basically looking to

source a hundred percent of our grain from New York State and malt is what you

need to make beer. [Matt] That's mostly what's in beer. [McCarthy] So this is this is roughly ten

and a half percent IPA. That's how much grain that you're going to drink in your pint

of IPA. [Matt] Is that real?

[McCarthy] Yes. [Matt] Can I eat that?

[McCarthy] Yeah. Absolutely. This is a base malt.

[Matt] It's not as good as beer. [McCarthy] It's not - because it's only

halfway there.

Cosby Actor Geoffrey Owens: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 10:33.

Cosby Actor Geoffrey Owens: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Cosby Show actor Geoffrey Owens was shamed in UK tabloid media and in a Fox News report and tweet after he was photographed while working as a cashier in a Trader Joe's market in Clifton New Jersey.

Since the reports came out in the past two days, complete with close-up images of Owens in soiled employee t-shirt, many have come to his defense and called out the media outlets for shaming Owens for working for a living.

Owens played Elvin Tibideaux, Cosby daughter Sondra's husband, on the NBC sitcom from 1985 to 1992.

Here's what you need to know:.

Headlines Read, "'Cosby Show' Actor Geoffrey Owens Spotted Bagging Groceries at NJ Trader Joe's".

Fox reported, Owens "was photographed working at a Trader Joe's in New Jersey…(he) was spotted by a local shopper at the Clifton, N.J.

store, standing behind one of the checkout counters and wearing a Trader Joe's staff shirt with a name tag that read, 'Geoffrey.'".

Fox wasn't the first to report that Owens had a gig at the market.

The Daily Mail first reported it last Thursday.

The photo was taken by the wife of the store's security manager, the tabloid reported.

Another UK tabloid, the Mirror wrote a a report.

All reports pointed out that he earns $11 an hour and the woman who took the image said he'd put on weight.

It was reported by Fox News that Karma Lawrence was shopping at the New Jersey grocery "with her wife, the store's security manager, around 7:30 p.m.

on Saturday evening when she recognized Owens and took some photos.".

Fox cited the Daily Mail report in quoting Lawrence: "I was just in Trader Joe's and I said to my wife, I said, 'Wait a minute, that's the guy from The Cosby Show.

'" She looked up his photo online while in the store and then began taking pictures.

'It Was a Shock to See Him Working There & Looking the Way he Did' Lawrence Told Tabloids.

Lawrence, who apparently provided the photos to SWNS, a UK News Content Service given each has SWNS as the photo credit, was quoted as saying, "I used to watch The Cosby Show all the time; it was my favorite show.

It was definitely him.

I would have thought after The Cosby Show he would maybe be doing something different.

It was a shock to see him working there and looking the way he did.

It made me feel really bad.

I was like, 'Wow, all those years of doing the show and you ended up as a cashier.' Other fans would be surprised for sure as well.".

People were not fans of Lawrence for her remarks.

"I post this not to shame MrOwens.

I hope you're happy and I wish you well brotha.

I want to say shame on you Karma Lawrence, for taking a picture of Owens and sharing it with Fox.

I hope you feel good about yourself.".

Reaction Has Been Mostly Incredulity With Fans, Friends & Fellow Actors Speaking Out.

And Everyday Working People.

Fox News hasn't said much about its tweet.

Or its news story about Owens' job at the popular grocery store chain Trader Joe's.

But there was quite a lot said by Fox News Twitter followers about its tweet described as mean-spirited.

"So what? This is a mean tweet.

"By the way Fox, a lot of your regular viewers work at places like Trader Joe's or Walmart, serving others and providing an honest day's work for an honest day's pay.

No one should ever criticize or ridicule any American for doing that.".

"When I was 12 my father borrowed my bike to ride across town for a new job.

That image will never embarrass me.

Isn't it ironic when a culture that allegedly cherishes hard work, enjoys calling out someone actually doing it.".

"I had plenty of "regular" jobs in my life & if needed to survive, I would do them again.

I was a waiter, customer service rep, delivery boy, sales for electronic store & there ain't shit wrong with it.

For those news sites shaming people for having a respectable steady job…".

"I am glad Geoffrey Owens's fellow actors are chiming in about the various non-acting jobs they've taken over the years.

Honestly, the more visibility there is to this in the creative fields, the better.

There's no shame in making a living.".

Yes, Owens Did the Cosby Show, But He Has Other Acting Credits From Roles in Film & TV.

According to his IMDb page, Owens appeared as 'Lou' in the award-winning film 'The Paper,' with Michael Keaton.

He stared as the 'Fake Tiger Woods' 'Fake Don Cheadle' and 'Fake Donovan McNabb' 'Always Sunny in Philadelphia,' was he was cast as 'Prince Escalus' the 2014 film version of 'Romeo & Juliet.

And a lot more: He's been in episodes of myriad TV shows including 'Blue Bloods,' 'Law & Order,' 'Law & Order SVU,' 'Medium,' 'Secret Life of the American Teenager,' 'The Blacklist,' and 'Elementary,' to name a few.

He's also slated to appear in two films both in post-production: a short where he stars called 'Fizzle,' and a movie called 'Impossible Monsters.'.

Owens began his acting career in ABC TV Afterschool Specials in 1990.

Owens Was Born in Brooklyn, Has Been Married for 23 Years, is the Son of Congressman Owens & His a Teenage Son.

Owens, born in Brooklyn in 1961 is best known maybe for The Cosby Show but he's a lot more than the character Elvin.

Married to Josette Owens nee Huber for the past 23 years.

They have one son, Jordyn, now 18.

In a Flickr image post, a friend shared an image and some details about her friend Owens and his family during a birthday part for Jordyn Owens.

Owens is the son of U.S. Rep.

Major Robert Odell Owens, a Democrat from New York who served in Congress from 1993 to 2007.

He died in 2013.
