Game of Thrones 3x6 REACTION "THE CLIMB¨ - Duration: 14:42.Hello everyone! Welcome to my reaction channel!
My name is Pilar.
And today I'm going to be reacting to 3x6 of GoT.
Before going straight to the reaction don't forget to subscribe if you haven't done already,
And to click that little bell to make sure you know as soon as I post a GoT reaction.
I upload them every Wednesdays and every Sundays.
Ok, here we go and I hope you enjoy this reaction :)
Aww baby.
Her father got killed and they escaped right?
What was that?
I think I already saw that somewhere.
Where have I seen it before?
Oh God!
Does he have seizures?
Bran grows older every episode.
I wouldn't say enemies cause he is pretty happy there...
I'm scared
No I don't want them to fall
Aren't there any animals they can climb the wall on their back or something?
The red lady?
That bitch.
I hate her
Don't hurt Gendry please.
I love him
They like her? oh god
Oh yeah, cause he is the one true son of King Robert.
Dear God, this is too much
%&%$#$&%
That's psychological torture
Leave him alone.
Oh no, stop this.
Oh his father got killed right?
They cut his head off.
Stop it.
And what are they going to do with Brienne?
Shade thrown.
This reminded me of the Ice Age movie.
swing side to side
You are growing older and older my dear. It's over for you.
Shae got jealous of Sansa the other day and now he wants to tell Sansa they are going to get married
He is so obsessed with power.
Aww they are holding hands.
Wait whats their plan now? I don't understand.
I mean what was the purpose of crossing to the other side of the wall?
Ok I think this was a chill episode. I liked it.
Nothing too tremendous happened, besides Ross death of course.
That way Joffrey was sitting and staring. Omg.
But in addition to that, we had a lot of info that I'm sure is the key for all the important things that are coming.
For example: the fact that Jon Snow got to climb the wall
But as I said, I forgot which was the purpose of that...
I mean, what do they want exactly?
We saw again Bran and Osha and the rest of them, who are heading to the wall as well right?
I think that's going to be the meeting point for everyone.
Also Sam and that girl with the baby, they are heading to the wall too.
So yeah I think everyone it's going to meet there in the next episode or the following one.
Oh and they took Gendry! I didn't want him to get captured.
Oh and I've forgoten that Gendry was King Robert's last son alive.
So that makes him the legitimate heir to the throne, right?
You guys, it's incredible how much I hate Melisandre
I can't stand her, I just can't.
She appears on screen and I'm like: aaghhh someone please kill her or something.
What else? Oh yeah that scene where Theon got tortured again.
And I don't know yet who is that guy, cause at the end he was lying so..
So yeah I'm dying to know who he is. What he wants.
It's like this episode left me with so many questions.
I want to see the next episode right now.
oh and I swear those torture scenes are too much for me...
I need to cover my eyes cause they make me sad and scared
They also showed us how Robb and Lord Fray made a new pact with new rules. So we will see how that goes now.
If everything turns ok, Robb will count on a new army and family who is behind him against the Lannisters.

Why am I Getting Wrinkles on my Face | FACEROBICS® Face Exercise Program - Duration: 9:33.have you ever looked in the mirror and been confronted with somebody in that
mirror that you don't know who it is it absolutely has happened to me and one
day I woke up and saw that and all that time I had been aging and didn't realize
it because I thought I'd look like that but I didn't and it was confronting and
shocking when I realized that my skin was wrinkling that my skin was drooping
and that I was aging so what is a wrinkle what happened why do we get
wrinkles? now a wrinkle is where the skin starts
to depress or drop into a crease and sometimes wrinkles get so deep that they
become scar like so you do need to treat wrinkles as if they were scars there are
other ways to get rid of wrinkles but that's not we're talking about today
we're talking about what is a wrinkle and why do we get them now here is a
schematic that shows you what wrinkle is it shows you a picture of you of young
skin versus mature skin and you can see in that picture how the skin in the
mature skin starts to depress and starts to cave in you can also see how what
happens is that the collagen elastin the harmonic acid the layer of hyaluronic
acid starts to deplete and what happens is that when all of these things start
depleting in our body that's when the skin starts caving in now the reason why
we get wrinkles are varied and many and it would be from medications from
exposure to sunlight from exposure to excessive drinking excessive drugs you
know cigarette smoke and generally not looking after yourself causes wrinkles
now I know that it is a dilemma and I know that it is a gazillion dollar
industry to help people stop wrinkle so the way you can stop them is
obviously by having fillers injections by having a facelift by doing facial
exercises there's a many many many different ways to help support softening
wrinkles some are very drastic and some are very gradual obviously the picture
gives you a representation of our skin and in reality our skin is only very you
know the layers of our actual skin is just minut there are some six layers in
the skin and it's quite a miracle what our skin actually does our skin is the
largest organ on our body and it's designed to keep out the environmental
elements it's designed to also hold in all of our organs and anything else that
needs to be held in it's designed to help hold up our skeletal features our
skeletal system so the skin is truly truly an amazing organism but we do need
to look after it so when you do look at this picture this is a representation of
what the skin is because if I put a real picture of it you know it's pretty
revolting really when you put you know a picture of actual skin so it's good to
have drawings you know because it's much better representation and much easier to
look at but you can see how the collagen and the elastin and there is also a
layer of hyaluronic acid or in our skin and that is depleted over time as well
so what I'd like to show you by this picture to represent it is that there
are six layers of the skin but then it's broken up into three different levels
the first one is the epidermis the second one is the dermal layer and the
third one is the hyper dermal now all of these different layers have different
specific functions of supporting your skin
and each of these functions feed the next function and each of these
functions in these layers hold different levels of compounds that support our
skin looking young now if we don't feed our skin with the proper food with the
proper nutrients this is when you see it caving in and start aging now it is
these days it people are starting to aging at such a young age like they
start aging at even 20 there I start getting puffy they start getting lines
in those puffiness and it does cause wrinkles and this is specifically
because people are not putting the correct nutrients into their body you
know we're like a plant you know imagine if you had a beautiful rose and you
wanted to keep it and make it look gorgeous and feed it and look after it
you have to feed it the proper nutrients it's the same with our body you have to
give it the proper nutrients for our skin and our body to function properly
and because that we are so entrenched in processed food sugar in eating just
awful food these days this is what's causing the premature aging onset it
truly is premature aging all of this stuff is what we're putting into our
body and we're not looking after ourselves so here's another picture and
this picture shows you the actual levels of the epidermis and the epidermis
actually is where the cells are formed at the basal layer of the epidermis so
what happens is that the little cells start growing and as you can see in this
picture here the cells are at the bottom and they're all plumped up and they're
all wonderful and they're all juicy and they're all growing and then as they
push up through the layers of the skin of the epidermis they get flatter and
flatter and flatter until they push right out the very top and then come off
the skin now our skin rejuvenates itself every about every 28 days so what
happens is every 28 days there's new cells coming through the epidermis
coming through and releasing off and it's in that area also
that you need to help that area to be nourished so you need to be maybe taking
some sort of nutrient some sort of vitamins some hair skin nail vitamin
that will definitely help your skin just google it on the internet you know
there's many many and many of them so just google look at the vitamin shop
health healthy skin healthy nails you know whatever and you'll be able to find
something like that but we do need to put these nutrients into our body to
help out to help support our skin so following on from this what you can see
is how the cells travel up now as they travel up through the epidermis what
happens is as they get flatter the water component and the hydration component of
the skin gets less okay and it actually as they flatten and flatten and flatten
to the 30% of your lips depth of your skin there is no water there's no
hydration no water and the reason for this is because we need to have this
layer that's going to be strong and it's going to give this strong layer across
our skin that is going to keep out the elements and that's the reason why we
use moisturizers it's is it also to moisturize the skin but it's actually to
keep out the elements remember in the old days in the 50s when they used to
use ponds barrier cream that's why they called it barrier cream is because it
keeps the elements out now the other thing that really super helps hydrate
the skin is if you do a fissure release now a superficial facial release will
actually hydrate your skin and make it look very jewy here's a link to my
facial released and you will find that if you do that regularly that your skin
will start to glow and it will start to be much more healthier because it will
stimulate your skin to start doing the things that it should be
doing now I'm really encouraged you guys to start eating properly to start
cutting out those refined sugars to start cutting out all the processed
foods that you might be eating and I know it's really difficult because our
Western food is just based on all of that but I really encourage you to start
adding some really good food some fruit and vegetable to your diets and water
look even if you can't drink too much water try coconut water it's so
hydrating and so good for you so there's so many things that you can do to start
supporting your skin health and not having it start caving in like this
picture and not having you prematurely aged you you don't this should not be
happening and it doesn't need to happen to you if you look after your skin
alright guys well I hope that's helped you today I hope it's something that's
been informative and I hope it's something that really encourage and
inspire you to go out and start eating healthfully and start looking after your
skin health all right where you have a lovely day wherever you are in the world
and I'll see you next time bye

From Korean long - term unemployment to job vacancy. Since the statistics, the past maximum. - Duration: 6:17.From Korean long - term unemployment to job vacancy. Since the statistics, the past maximum. (Translated by google.com)
In Korea, I found that people who did not improve their employment status, were in unemployment for a long period of time, or finally gave up their jobs got in this year and soared.
According to a survey by the Bureau of Statistics and Statistics of the Economically Active Population, the average number of job dismissals from January to August this year increased by 5.4% on a year-on-year basis, an average of 51,000.
This has been the largest since 2014, when the statistics were started on a current basis.
A person with a job dismissal refers to a person who has worked for a job within one year but has not been able to find work and has not been doing job search for the last four weeks.
It can also be said that unemployed persons do not appear in the statistics classified into the economically active population, which is excluded from the claim rate statistics in order not to go on job search activities.
The number of unemployed long-term unemployed averaged 149,000 a month, up 6 percent from a year earlier.
This was the maximum since the statistics began in June 1999.
Long-term unemployed refers to persons who have worked for more than six months.
The increase in the long-term unemployed and job dismissal means that the employment situation is deteriorating.
Experts point out that if you end up looking for work because you can not find what you were at your level or value for a long time.
Since the number of long-term unemployed people remains high, there is a possibility that more job dismissals will increase in the future.

Korea's reaction
Are you happy with the summit meeting?
I regret to know that people are dog pigs and that they have been put to the show and show.
If union and pro-North Korean leaders are happy, is not it a communist country?
Everyone is producing, sweating, laboring, and simply throwing away, so the ending of the country is really dark. This is a reality.
What's going on?
Jobs will increase if you do business in North Korea
I do not know if you are working hard to get things done. I should be ashamed.
Wait a little for the government. Time is needed for big things. You have a policy to be good, and you work hard.
What do you expect to believe in? Do not you think that your income-driven policy might be wrong in your head?
As we begin to develop our policies, various indicators are falling down. What do you believe and wait for? Then, after the economy is full, will you be responsible?
It is funny that President Roh is defeated and the policy failed.
I am going to the shipyard for 3 years.
Foreigners are taking control ... I can not work even if I try to work
Even though the news came out six months ago, there were a lot of Alves who barked for the previous government.
It 's all over North Korea.
It is hard to live more than IMF. Is this a person's country?
President Moon Jae-in is doing his utmost to make North Korea railway construction, Kaesong Industrial Complex, and the former agreement. We must be patient in such an important period.
Comment from: http://bit.ly/2O3lQUd http://bit.ly/2O0Yj6F http://bit.ly/2O33tPy
Editing impressions (Japanese editor's thoughts)
With the effect of the summit, the Moon Jae - in regime 's approval rating has recovered to close to 10%, or about 60%.
Those who have been saying that economic employment policies are sluggish will not be supported by the people.
If the North-South economic cooperation that Moon Jae-in regime intends to push forward is realized and employment recovers, it is judged right.
However, it is thought that it takes time, and it is thought that the rate of approval falls again because the one week of enthusiasm eats.
The current slowdown in employment can not be accommodated because a short-term recovery is required. This will be a serious problem.
There is still no saying that these numbers are coming out, but the policy is not functioning.
However, maintaining a 60% approval rating means that there is a strong support base, a lack of conservative support, and a non-partisan support for improved inter-Korean relations.
It does not appear that it is the evaluation of the economy or the employment policy in the support reason, and it supports unconditionally, but the problem is the problem.
According to the South Korean government, the government will push for improvement at the end of the year, but it is estimated that the declaration to increase employment or corporate employment in recent years will be effective.
I do not know what the results do not look like, but I think it would have calmed down in an atmosphere of waiting for the recovery and waiting.
For example, if you can not get a job for the next three months, can not you think that you can not help it? If unemployment allowance continues, is it tolerable?
Thank you for watching.
I would appreciate your evaluation of the video if you do not mind.
It is fortunate that you can give me a favorable rating, bad value, and no specifications.
In addition, please register in channel if you are ok.

something like that but we do need to put these nutrients into our body to
help out to help support our skin so following on from this what you can see
is how the cells travel up now as they travel up through the epidermis what
happens is as they get flatter the water component and the hydration component of
the skin gets less okay and it actually as they flatten and flatten and flatten
to the 30% of your lips depth of your skin there is no water there's no
hydration no water and the reason for this is because we need to have this
layer that's going to be strong and it's going to give this strong layer across
our skin that is going to keep out the elements and that's the reason why we
use moisturizers it's is it also to moisturize the skin but it's actually to
keep out the elements remember in the old days in the 50s when they used to
use ponds barrier cream that's why they called it barrier cream is because it
keeps the elements out now the other thing that really super helps hydrate
the skin is if you do a fissure release now a superficial facial release will
actually hydrate your skin and make it look very jewy here's a link to my
facial released and you will find that if you do that regularly that your skin
will start to glow and it will start to be much more healthier because it will
stimulate your skin to start doing the things that it should be
doing now I'm really encouraged you guys to start eating properly to start
cutting out those refined sugars to start cutting out all the processed
foods that you might be eating and I know it's really difficult because our
Western food is just based on all of that but I really encourage you to start
adding some really good food some fruit and vegetable to your diets and water
look even if you can't drink too much water try coconut water it's so
hydrating and so good for you so there's so many things that you can do to start
supporting your skin health and not having it start caving in like this
picture and not having you prematurely aged you you don't this should not be
happening and it doesn't need to happen to you if you look after your skin
alright guys well I hope that's helped you today I hope it's something that's
been informative and I hope it's something that really encourage and
inspire you to go out and start eating healthfully and start looking after your
skin health all right where you have a lovely day wherever you are in the world
and I'll see you next time bye

'I'm not going to answer that' Kavanaugh REFUSES to answer some questions on private life in prep - Duration: 16:52.Afrustrated Brett Kavanaugh was refusing to answering some questions on his private life during mock practice sessions for his upcoming Senate testimony, it was revealed, as Democrats are preparing to grill him about the drinking and partying culture of his prep school days
Kavanaugh, who was accused by Christine Blasey Ford of sexually attacking her when they were teenagers at a high school party in the 1980s, bristled when asked about his private life
Questions about his drinking habits and his sexual proclivities saw President Donald Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court get visibly frustrated, sources told The Washington Post
He declined to answer some of the questions altogether, saying they were too personal
'I'm not going to answer that,' Kavanaugh said at one point, The Post reported. But a senior White House official told the paper the questions were designed to go over the line and Kavanaugh struck the right tone in his responses
Kavanaugh joined White House aides playing the role of senators on the Senate Judiciary Committee in mock sessions in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building designed to prepare him for this week's high-stakes showdown that could make or break his Supreme Court nomination
His hours of practice are designed to prepare him for tough questioning from Democrats about his days at Georgetown Prep, a private all-male Washington D
C.high school he attended. On Tuesday, Kavanaugh was reported to have spent more than two hours practicing his responses with aides, where he condemned sexual assault while trying to avoid placing blame on Ford
The eyes of the public will be on him and his answers as will the eyes of Republican senators
Kavanaugh has complained about the stories focusing on his family and has grown 'incredibly frustrated,' The Post reported, but he is not looking to withdraw his nomination
And a show down is being set as Ford has agreed to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee with a date tentatively set for Thursday at 10 a
m.Republicans going into the hearing have to consider the optics: all 11 members of the judiciary panel are white males, leaving the GOP to considering having some female staffers on the committee pose questions to Ford as they try to avoid a spectra reminiscent of what Anita Hill faced in her testimony against Clarence Thomas in his 1991 confirmation hearing
Republican senators in particular have a delicate balancing act - wanting to confirm Trump's conservative candidate to the Supreme Court while not angering female voters ahead of the upcoming midterm election
'She will be treated respectfully but she will be challenged. As will Judge Kavanaugh,' Republican Sen
Lindsey Graham, a member of the Judiciary panel, told 'Fox News Sunday.' He also said he wouldn't ruin Kavanaugh's life over an allegation
'What am I supposed to do? Go ahead and ruin this guy's life based on an accusation?' he said
'I don't know when it happened, I don't know where it happened. And everybody named in regard to being there said it didn't happen
I'm just being honest.Unless there's something more, no I'm not going to ruin Judge Kavanaugh's life over this
' Democrats, meanwhile, have been pushing for extra witnesses to testify along with Ford to help her comfort level and her credibility
However, if only Ford and Kavanaugh testify they are considering letting witnesses - such as trauma experts - speak at news conferences
Democrats have also been researching Kavanaugh's prep school days and plan to ask him about the culture of drinking and partying described in his friend Mark Judge's books
Ford said Judge was in the room when the attack happened, which he has denied and also has declined to testify
'I would be wanting to hear what kind of environment it was in high school.Apparently there was a lot of drinking and partying going on,' Democratic Sen
Mazie Hirono, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said on CNN's 'State of the Union' Sunday morning
'We have before us a nominee that is under a cloud. There's not even a modicum of investigation
And so we are left basically with he-said, she-said.This happens a lot in the context of sexual assault
We know this,' she said.'I put his denial in the context of everything that I know about him in terms of how he approaches his cases,' she noted
Democratic Sen.Patty Murray said Hill got an FBI investigation before she testified
'I have said many times, that the Anita Hill hearing was a disaster, but they did have an FBI investigation
They did have other witnesses. There were other ways to judge this. The Senate republicans have predetermined the outcome of that this will be a he says, she says by taking that away,' she said on NBC's 'Meet the Press
' Negotiations on testimony are expected to continue over Sunday, with Ford's team and the panel still not able to agree on crucial details of the hearing
While all parties have agreed on only using pool cameras, keeping Ford and Kavanaugh separate and providing police security for the renowned psychologist, there is still no consensus on whether alleged witness Mark Judge will be subpoenaed
Ford described to The Washington Post in detail how, when she was a student at the all female Holton Arms she was at a teenage party in the 1980s, when Kavanaugh and his high school classmate followed her upstairs when she went to the bathroom and pushed her into a bedroom
She alleged Kavanaugh held her down, tried to rip off her swimsuit, and put his hand over her mouth when she tried to scream
She said she escaped when his friend, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them.'I thought he might inadvertently kill me,' Ford told the newspaper
Kavanaugh has repeatedly and strongly denied the allegation.'This is a completely false allegation
I have never done anything like what the accuser describes—to her or to anyone,' Kavanaugh said in a statement provided by the White House
Kavanaugh said he 'had no idea' who made the allegation until Ford identified herself Sunday in a bombshell Washington Post interview
'Because this never happened, I had no idea who was making this accusation until she identified herself yesterday,' he noted
Judge, a classmate of Kavanaugh's at Georgetown Prep, has written several books about his experiences at the elite Catholic high school near Washington, D
C.Judge does not mention witnessing - or taking part in - any sexual assaults in his autobiographical books Wasted and God and Man at Georgetown Prep, which describe his struggles with alcoholism and eventual recovery
But he does detail the hard-partying exploits of his classmates and friends – a group that included Kavanaugh - often in houses where parents were absent, matching the circumstances described by Ford of her alleged attack
'[Georgetown] Prep was a school positively swimming in alcohol, and my class partied with gusto – often right under the noses of our teachers,' wrote Judge in his 2005 book God and Man at Georgetown Prep
'Senior year, my class of eighty decided that by the end of the year we would drink a hundred kegs of beer,' wrote Judge
'I'm sorry to say that we succeeded.' Kavanaugh is not named in the books and in both the author uses pseudonyms, in the first book even calling Georgetown Prep 'Loyola', a reference to St
Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit order of Catholic priests who ran the school
Judge declined to testify before the Senate panel and said he doesn't remember the incident in question
'I have no memory of this alleged incident,' he wrote in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee sent via his attorney last week
'I do not recall the party described in Dr.Ford's letter,' added Judge, who wrote a book about his high school days describing heavy partying, drinking, and teenage sex
He also defended longtime pal Kavanaugh, saying: 'I never saw Brett act in the manner Dr
Ford described.' Ford has named four other people allegedly at the party but all have said they don't remember it
On Saturday night, Leland Ingham Keyser, who CNN describes as a 'lifelong friend' of Ford, issued a statement denying any recollection of the party itself or Kavanaugh
'Simply put, Ms Keyser does not know Mr Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr Ford,' her attorney, Howard J
Walsh, said in a statement sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee.Keyser separately clarified to the Washington Post she believes Ford, but does not have any personal knowledge of the assault
Three other people, two of whom are Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge, have also denied any knowledge of the alleged assault
The third, Patrick J Smyth, issued a statement on Wednesday denying any knowledge of the party, and going on to praise Kavanaugh as a 'person of great integrity'
'I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question; nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh,' Smyth declared
The White House, which has said repeatedly Kavanaugh denies the allegation and is prepared to testify at any time, released a statement pointing out the denials from the others alleged to be at the party
'One week ago, Dr.Christine Ford claimed she was assaulted at a house party attended by four others
Since then, all four of these individuals have provided statements to the Senate Judiciary Committee denying any knowledge of the incident or even having attended such a party,' White House spokesperson Kerri Kupec said in a statement late Saturday night
But Democratic Sen.Dick Durbin said it was no surprise others didn't remember the night in question
'It's no surprise, if another person was in the room or not in the room, but in the house that night and had no occurrence like the – the one that was stated by Dr
Ford, there's no reason why they wouldn't even remember that party scene 36 years ago,' he said on ABC's 'This Week' on Sunday

Growing Cantaloupe--Less success than I hoped Migg's Urban Garden - Duration: 9:01.Hi folks, my journal today is on cantaloupe.
I tried growing it this year. It was one of the two melons that I tried to grow.
So take a look at my summary of my cantaloupe areas.
I tried two melons. One melon was cantaloupe. Very early in the season, like
March, I bought one cantaloupe and then I
planted the seeds in 3 different places. So this was one place and if I back up
you can see how large an area the cantaloupe took up. But when I come in
here I can see that even though it has rooted and it had spread and it has some
blooms, there's just almost nothing. Now it's possible that the squirrel is
eating the small ones. But here is one small cantaloupe. This is the first of September.
This is not gonna make it. So out of all of this area, the only one
that developed was this one here. This one's not ready yet. I can tell because
this netting effect, like you see in the stores, has to cover the cantaloupe
with these ridges. Right now it's smooth on the sides and when it becomes
this rough pattern all over it, then it will be ready to pick. So you can see
here it started on the bottom and that needs to spread all the way around it
till it's ready. So that cantaloupe is still going but out of all of this area
that's the only cantaloupe. So I am going to cut this back. "Know when to fold 'em."
I'm going to start folding up this area so I can clean that up for winter.
This is the second area that I put cantaloupe. And they seem to have sturdier leaves.
And here the end of this cantaloupe is quite sturdy. And here it has a potential
cantaloupe. But again it's September. These cantaloupe aren't going to make
it this late in the season. I planted this very early, so out of this area I've
got this little guy here and I'll leave him there. And I'll leave the plant that he's on.
There's one over here.
You can see here again the bottom has this, this ridge, this kind of a pattern
that's rough and the rest of it is smooth. When that rough pattern covers
the whole cantaloupe then it's ready to pick.
But that means that's probably the size is going to be. That's not very
impressive.
So if you watched the first video where I showed my different areas of the house,
this is area 4. Area 4 is in between the house and the fence. It gets very
little direct sunlight, only about two hours a day. It's much more sheltered.
And over here it doesn't get a lot of water either because it's the farthest from
our watering area. And yet this is the area that the cantaloupe have done the best.
So here we have a pretty good-sized one. It too is beginning to make the
pattern on the bottom. That's pretty heavy. The leaves here are much bigger.
Here's one, and it hasn't even started the pattern. So it probably will get a
little bigger. Then we've got another one developing in here. We've got one here.
Yeah, here some of the stems, including the stem
right here,
has gotten brown and you see the pattern on this.
It's over a large part of the cantaloupe. This is actually soft right here. So I'm
going to take it in and cut it open see what it looks like.
Here,
unlike the watermelon, there's no tendril here. So I'm having to look at it.
It's got pattern over a large segment.
That pattern over a large segment of the cantaloupe. It's got kind of a light
green color though. So I'm gonna wait just a little bit. But I'm gonna keep an
eye on this one because this one is almost ripe. So let's see what the
insides of these look like. Here's the cantaloupe.Iit felts a little mushy and
here, yep, sure enough, it is fully ripe. The seeds are developed. It's got a nice
yellow color, or orange color, so that tells me that the pattern on the
cantaloupe was sufficient for it to be ripe. The inside is ripe. I'll get a spoon
in a minute test it and see if it's sweet. Yeah let's try the cantaloupe.
The cantaloupe is pretty firm. So this was good. I'm surprised because the outside seemed to
be soft. I'm a little surprised that this is as firm as it is. And again here,
there's a hundred seeds in there in such a small cantaloupe. And all honesty the
flavor is not as good as store-bought ones. So not something I would try again.
I filmed all of that about a week ago and since then the weather has gotten a
little cooler. Almost all the cantaloupe have died back.
I came out to this Area 4 again to see the cantaloupe and found the largest one
had been punctured. I'm not sure what made the holes, if it was an animal or
the ants themselves. But the ants totally infested it and are living inside.
S that cantaloupe isn't even ripe. You can tell from the color, but
completely infested with ants. So that was a loser. This one still isn't ready,
and yet the plant has pretty much died out. So this is the only one I got.
One more cantaloupe. I'll cut it open, take a look inside to see what we got.
Well the color's good. Lots of seeds. I don't know that I'm even going to save
the seeds. I will probably throw them away. I may save them and give them to
somebody else. But I think I'm not going to try cantaloupe again. This just has
not been a big enough success for the price that I can buy them in the store.
And the fact that they're not really one of my favorites.
I think this cantaloupe experiment is done and we won't try it again.
Thanks for joining me!

Avengers 4 Valkyrie RETURNS With Thor To RESURRECT LOKI!? HOW Loki Is Definitely Still ALIVE! - Duration: 6:27.you
what is good YouTube Warstu here will video on Avengers 4 it's actually been a
little while since we covered Avengers 4 so if you do want to win at the Infinity
war blu-ray giveaway all you will do is message me in tell me who is the worst a
superhero you must have me down in the comment section but if you do on YouTube
drop your Instagram handle down below or drop me a message on Instagram telling
me who is the worst superhero in the MC you so there's been so much attention
recently on time travel no time travel will Captain America die will Iron Man
die will everyone die will thallus die that people are neglecting the fact that
is reshoot actually going on it's just focusing so much on Howard Stark appear
in Captain America die in Captain America having to shave the little
things slip on the rope so Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth posted an
Instagram story saying by London have recently been feeling men in black so
they are headed from London all the way to America Atlanta to film The Avengers
for reshoots so Tessa Thompson plays Valkyrie in Thor 3 she did shoot for
infinity war but she didn't actually appear infinity war so she still would
have been on the ship at the end of Thor 3 heading for the new Asghar now thanks
to commentary on the blu-ray we do know that several of guardians have escaped
and they've got a record to say that Valkyrie scaped with the Asgardians so
if you remember last year there are reports that there was a filming done at
the Cathedral in Durham which is in the north of Europe from where like England
where rocket route and rau rocket will return and Chris Hemsworth and obviously
there was always a stand-in for rocket racoon because just like a teddy bear
kind of thing and Kate button ship was seen on set now these images this
footage was never shown a during Avengers infinity war so this must mean
that the reason Valkyrie is heading back to eventual reshoots is they are going
to be extending this scene and does this mean they are going down to hell to
bring Loki back well I did a video on us a couple weeks ago saying that it could
be an author cate blanchett said during a recent press junket the
she would be open to return so is how hella secretly gonna be in this movie
so this'll ties into the theory that thought may try to open the portal to
Hell to make contact with Odin her father and Heller in order to bring Loki
back now is interesting that the Durham Cathedral scenes was never used it's the
same place where they did film the vision scene in age of Ultron and if
Tessa Thompson is actually headed into Atlanta it wasn't that clear then I
believe they're going to be expanding these scenes because you remember Mark
Ruffalo did go on record to say we're not just doing reshoots we are actually
finishing the movie so obviously we do know that there's lots of speculation
about time travel alternate timelines we've covered actually everything on
this channel we know that Iron Man Captain America and ant-man
have all been spotted during flashbacks in images from when they initially did
Avengers 4 although all of them have been spotted as set for Tom Hiddleston
Tom Hiddleston tactical hard a person to track down because he doesn't use social
media but what he is Thor heading back is he seeking answers to the Infinity
Gauntlet from his father and Heller is he gonna go down to Heller to even bring
back his brother Loki from the dead there's a really strong island I keep
said on this channel that it doesn't make sense for a Loki to be dead
Loki cannot be dead with all the tales we got now we've got the Loki kind of
news that he's gonna be getting his own TV series on the Disney streaming
service are they gonna bring Loki back but it's very interesting that Valkyrie
is potentially going to be involved in the possibility or maybe raising a dead
hit army of Heroes Asgard in inclusion have fallen Valkyries riding them once
more into glorious battle against Thanos now that could be the case because she's
a Valkyrie she's got protect Asgard Edgar as God's been under attack we do
know she's alive if she's alive how come someone else can be alive Loki could
have you know this I'm not gonna go over theories there's so many theories have
done on that but you know I don't think Loki's dead and the fact that Thor's
heading back for reshoot obviously he's one of the main stars of The Avengers so
that makes sense but Tessa Thompson she's a Valkyrie
she's an Asgardian so in theory are they going to do that Doran scene although
they shot that in UK they could easily do reshoots flat scene
or expand it somewhere else with green screen and CGI and all that kind of
stuff so guys let me know do you think the valkyrie heading for reshoots does
this confirm the theory that a Loki is coming back and we have got the news
about the Disney streaming service I really think that Valkyrie will have
each her and Avengers 4 and I really hope we do see the Durham Cathedral
scene where we had Rocket Raccoon we had Valkyrie we had Heller and we had Thor
because I'd love to see that obviously it didn't make it into infinity war so
it's gonna have to tie in somehow to Avengers 4 and we all know it's the same
place where Thor had the vision during age of Ultron anyway guys to let me know
series down below yes I know I keep butchering I keep pulling the leg in
along on that Loki theory but we've got to believe that Loki is still a lie but
actually I think it would make much more sense if he woods was in hell it really
would make more sense if he's been chilling down in hell
so anyway guys and then obviously Heller couldn't help him or maybe Thor wants to
go down there were curry so he can get some secrets about the Infinity Gauntlet
obviously I knew about them because he had a fake Infinity Gauntlet Helen knew
it was a fake infinity gone it so there's a lot of unanswered questions
that Thor has to speak about with his father and his sister and we're Loki if
he is down in hell anyway guys please like subscribe and comment make sure to
check out the spider-man far from home videos if you haven't already you guys
have been killing the sports so much so make sure you do enter the Infinity war
blu-ray giveaway but I tell me what you watch here it is and I will be joined
that later this week so obviously this has been recorded on Sunday morning and
then obviously it will be uploaded sometimes Sunday night as always anyway
guys I will get you another video very soon catch ya later

Halloween Cards: Stamp Your Own Paper - Duration: 4:22.- [Jessica Taylor] So I was making Halloween cards yesterday
and my daughter walked in, and she said,
that is really cool paper, where did you get that?
And I said, I stamped it.
Welcome to this episode of Ink it Up with Jessica TV.
I'm Jessica Taylor, and in this episode
I'm going to show you how to stamp your own
background papers for Halloween cards
or really you can use these techniques
for any cards with any stamps that you have.
So let me show you how I did that.
I'm going to start with an easy one.
This background here is just a single boo stamp,
stamped in basic gray ink.
Some tips for stamping your own paper,
and I'm starting with a three and three-quarter inch
by five inch piece of Whisper White paper,
is to start in a corner.
So for this one I'm actually going to start
in the upper right hand corner.
And you want to stamp off of your cardstock.
Because you'll notice when you buy patterned paper,
at the store,
or order it online, it always goes off the paper.
The design doesn't end inside.
So then my trick is to use just a piece of cardstock
to give myself some straight lines.
And then I also want to stagger.
So that my Boos aren't all in a line,
but so that they're kind of staggered across the paper.
And you don't have to be super, super exact with this.
I'm gonna start in the middle for this one,
and them I'm gonna go to the right and the left,
but by using this cardstock as a guide
it's gonna keep my lines of words pretty straight.
So there you have a nice background piece of paper.
If you need to come back and fill,
like maybe there could be another B here,
you can always do that at the end.
For this background piece I'm gonna stamp
some jack-o-lanterns in Pumpkin Pie ink.
Again I always start in a corner.
And I'm kind of turning my stamp,
so that it's not just straight jack-o-lanterns
all the way across.
So my tips are turn your stamp a little bit
to vary your pattern.
Go off the edges.
And also stamp in triangles.
So if I have two jack-o-lanterns here,
I'm gonna stamp one down here,
so they form a triangle.
These two, I'm gonna stamp one down here,
so it forms a triangle.
After I've stamped my jack-o-lanterns,
I'm gonna come back with some Gorgeous Grape ink
and a stamp that says, It's Halloween,
and I'm just gonna fill in.
Again I'm kind of turning my stamp,
to give it a little bit of interest.
Going off the edges.
Until it's filled in how you like it.
For this third background, I want to show you
how to use Versamark on your colored cardstock.
This ink pad is a watermark stamp pad,
and it is like magic,
because no matter what color cardstock you stamp on,
it's gonna look just a little bit darker.
So for this background I started with a stamp
that says Frights and Delights.
And I'm just gonna stamp that all over.
Now let me show you, on here it looks purple,
but look at this.
Over here it looks orange.
How cool is that?
Whatever color you stamp it on,
that's how it's going to look.
Another tip when you're stamping your backgrounds
is that you can put multiple stamps
on one clear block.
So for this one I've taken two little tiny bat stamps,
and put them on the same block so that I can
stamp them together.
I'm gonna do that with the Versamark ink again,
and you can see, it's just making the cardstock look
a little bit darker than its original color.
When I stamp on the orange, it looks orange.
Magic.
So there you go.
There were tips for stamping three different types
of background paper for your Halloween cards.
But you can really use these tips with any stamps
that you have to make cards for any occasion.
If you make cards using these background stamping techniques
please share them with us.
We'd love to see what you're making.
Happy stamping!

Duchess Meghan's 'something blue' from her wedding day was the sweetest tribute to Prince Harry - Duration: 3:22.There were plenty of moments during Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry's royal wedding that had us swooning, smiling and even shedding a happy tear or two
But it's Meghan's newly revealed 'something blue' from the big day which takes the cake as the sweetest thing of all
In some beautiful footage from upcoming ITV documentary Queen of the World, Meghan is seen being reunited with her wedding dress, and it's clear the encounter brings back a flood of memories for the new royal family member
Speaking to the production team, Meghan is shown touching the dress, saying: "It's amazing isn't it
The work that they did here is just so beautiful."She then reveals something that would make a even heart of stone melt - her something blue was a small piece of blue fabric from a dress she wore on her first date with Harry, which was stitched carefully inside the gown
If that's not the sweetest thing we've heard about the doting new royal couple, we don't know what is
Watch the full clip below:In another new clip from the documentary, Duchess Meghan speaks about how she incorporated elements of the Commonwealth into her wedding gown, which was a surprise to Prince Harry and his family
"It was important for me especially now being a part of the royal family to have all 53 of the Commonwealth countries incorporated," Meghan said
"And I knew that it would be a fun surprise as well for my now husband, who didn't know
"The Duchess had the Commonwealth emblem sewn into her veil for the big day, according to Hello!
Flora from all the Commonwealth countries also featured along the veil. Meghan said Harry was "really over the moon to find out that I would make this choice for our day together
" Could this couple be any cuter!?Watch the full clip below:The 37-year-old also mentions how her royal in-laws reacted to the tribute to the Commonwealth
"I think the other members of the family had a similar reaction, and just appreciation for the fact that we understand how important this is for us and the role that we play, and the work that we're going to continue to do within the Commonwealth countries," she said
Meghan has stepped into her royal duties in full force of late. Last week, she helped launch a new charity cookbook at Kensington Palace with women who had been affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy
The cookbook, Together, was referenced as a "labour of love" for the Duchess, and features over 50 recipes developed by the women from the community
Speaking at the event without notes, Meghan shared a poignant message: "When you get to know the story of the recipe you get to know the person behind it, and that's what we're talking about in terms of coming together to really engage and talk, and to be able to celebrate what connects us rather than what divides us
"Meghan's ability to speak on important topics and her proven dedication to charity work and her duties within the royal family is a sure sign of good things to come
We can't wait to see what's next for the Duchess of Sussex.

President Trump Seizes Obama Slush Fund, Gives Millions Back To Taxpayers - Duration: 5:21.Since President Trump has been in office, he's scuttled a number of Obama slush funds,
saving us millions in doing so.
Every time he does something like this, a little more of the corruption that was so
rampant under Obama is wiped away.
Obama hid things like this all over the place.
People and entities were making money in a myriad of ways that straddled the legal boundaries
by doing so.
So, every time President Trump trips across one of these caches of ill-gotten gains, he
does all he can to return the money to the taxpayers.
I do not know about you, but I love that.
The Trump administration announced yesterday that it was ending what looks to be an illegal
Obama-era rule allowing unions to collect dues from state subsidies intended for home
health workers, including family caregivers.
It's another slush fund and millions are being given back to hard working Americans
thanks to President Trump.
Federal law prohibits states from skimming money from Medicaid payments bound for independent
in-home personal care workers.
But Obama changed that in 2014.
He created an exception, saying that states could divert some Medicaid money to unions.
The corrupted theory was that these workers effectively were public-sector employees.
This is how Obama twisted the law to serve his purposes and enrich his cronies.
Eleven blue states utilized the provision to raise more than $200 million a year for
unions by taking it from health workers who often did not even realize it, according to
top GOP officials.
That's called theft in my book.
I would be furious over it.
Included in the list of states are California, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Illinois.
Illinois is now at the heart of SCOTUS rulings that strip power from organized labor.
Republicans are pointing out that the Obama administration exception violates the federal
Social Security Act, as well as the rights of home health workers.
It certainly does.
No doubt about it.
Just when you think unions can not get anymore corrupt, they outdo themselves with the help
of Obama.
PRESS RELEASE: Statement from Melody Benjamin, Home Care Worker, Regarding Trump Administration's
Proposed Rule to Silence Working People and the Supreme Court Ruling to Limit Their Power.
Thanks to President Trump, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have begun
the formal process of proposing a new rule to roll back the Obama regulation.
"The law provides that Medicaid providers must be paid directly and cannot have part
of their payments diverted to third parties outside of a few very specific exceptions,"
Tim Hill, who is the acting director of the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services, said
in a statement.
"This proposed rule is intended to ensure that providers receive their complete payment,
and any circumstances in which a state does divert part of a provider's payment must
be clearly allowed under the law."
GOP Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, who chairs the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs
Committee, stated that, "Union dues skimming diverts Medicaid funds from the very people
that the program is supposed to help."
Exactly.
This is a rule that Republicans have fought against and tried to get rid of for a long
time.
It is unethical and illegal.
In a statement, Johnson said that he would continue to monitor Medicaid funding, "I
applaud the Trump Administration for taking the first steps to rein in this abuse.
My committee will continue to conduct oversight of CMS's stewardship of Medicaid funds so
that American taxpayers can have confidence the funds flow to those in need."
In 2014, a Supreme Court ruling stated that home health workers couldn't constitutionally
be required to pay union agency fees because they were not public-sector workers.
However, dues skimming by the unions continued unmolested under Barack Obama's protection
of the unions.
Now, the unions' illegal skimming is being shut down by Trump.
Last month, the Supreme Court dealt another tough blow to organized labor in Janus v.
AFSCME, which held that nonunion public workers could not be forced to pay agency fees to
public-sector unions, either.
Bummer for the communist unions.
Fox News stated: "It had long been illegal for unions to force non-members to pay for
their explicitly political activity, but the Supreme Court's ruling extended that prohibition
to the payment of the agency fees, saying even those expenditures amounted to unconstitutionally
coerced participation in the political activity of collective bargaining."
SEIU, the Service Employees International Union, is not happy over this.
They called Trump's action over this a "broad, coordinated attack against working people,"
and said it would hurt minorities.

Nightsisters and Dathomirian Culture - Duration: 7:30.Hello everyone and welcome to my podcast
Today I decided to speak about Dathomirian culture and
society and explain why the Nightsisters are a heavily flawed group and not as good as people think they are a
Alot of people may be thinking duh
We knew the Nightsisters were evil, but that isn't the case for the majority of the fandom
A lot of people took the Nightsisters and their conception as empowerment. Despite the negative
Traditions and cultures . This podcast is going to focus heavily on topics of slavery racism and rape so that is a forewarning
this meta is also compiled of information gathered from the Clone Wars TV series comic books and the star wars wiki.
A While ago I read somewhere that the Dathomiran males were native to Dathomir and the Nightsisters came later on and colonized him
Well today I found out that this wasn't true but in doing research I found out that things were a lot worse
I initially thought in the Clone Wars we are obviously given a view into dathomirian society and culture
The Nightsisters like Talzin and Ventress are "on top" and obviously in control of the planet
The nightbrothers are obviously second-class citizens. If you can call him that and the oppressed class.
In response to Mother Talzin attempting to lie about that ,obi-wan
corrects her
Stating everyone in the galaxy knows that the nightbrothers are slaves, the Clone Wars never touched up on how bad the situation of slavery was
Nor how awful the Nightsisters in general were and in fact many of the fans were unaware and started treatment of the nightbrothers as empowering
So this meant we'll get into that another fair warning this meta includes topics of racism slavery and rape
From what we are shown in the Clone Wars the nightbrothers were always treated as slaves by the Nightsisters
Used for labor or defense, etc, etc. But things are actually worse
To start off with the knight brothers were originally males a black enslaved by pirates and brought to Dathomir after a ship raid
That is how they got there the Nightsisters at the time were all force-sensitive human women
Through methods that more than likely involved non-consensual
Activity the Nightsisters discovered that the zabraks could breed with them
So in turn, they made them slaves in forced the nightbrothers to be their mates.
That is how the hybrids we see in clone wars came to be ,through forced breeding on the part of the night brothers.
And in Clone Wars that is still going on. The nightbrothers are also seen as a Nightsisters property
They cannot deny a nightsister who wants to mate with him and more than often after a knight sister has forced herself upon them
The nightbrother is killed
According to the wiki the Nightsisters refer to the nightbrothers as "maleings" and that is a derogatory term
Or even breeders because that is what they were to them
So let's put this into perspective
a group of force sensitive humans found a group of stranded and aliens
Aliens that they deemed below them and not deserving of any agency or respect
So not only did they make them slaves for labor and defense
But they also took it a step further by objectifying them
Sexually violating them and stripping them of their agency thus using them for breeding without their consent
the whole culture as
Humans was based upon raping aliens for the sake of empowerment and breeding and this rape culture is carried on throughout the Clone Wars series
That rape isn't are limited to sexual rape but mental rape as well
And we see this during the episode with Ventress savage and Mother Talzin. Both Talzin and Ventress partake in violating
savages mind wiping it clean and forcing their darkness in to him.
They take away his agency completely against his will and turn him into a monster. That is mind rape
Ventress continues to do this to savage and keeps him under her mind control to the point where he can no longer return to his
Old self. He is also referred to as ventress' mate, which also has scarier implications regardless
Savage is a victim of rape by both Ventress and Talzin, just as many of the other night brothers are.
This all paints a clear picture of Dathomirian in society while the society was rich in culture,
It was at the expense of slavery and rape of a helpless alien species and that ties
And that ties perfectly into racism because they started with humans who are entitled enough to think that they had some agency over nonhumans
They believe that these aliens were below them and because of that they took away their freedom and reduced them to sex objects
Historically this has happened countless times
during the African slave trade and even
Colonization white Europeans brought and traded black and brown slaves and many times stripped them of their agency
and reduced them to sexual objects
and it is even worse when you realize the nightbrothers are coded as men of color
Which I will speak about in another podcast
while the Nightsisters are coded as white; their accents their features and their skin tone so in conclusion
Dathomirian culture is built off of racism slavery and rape
Slavery racism and rape that was instilled upon a group of unwilling alien men by entitled humans this system still continues in the Clone Wars
That said finding the system in Dathomir as empowering isn't nor is finding the Nightsisters empowering
It's wrong and racist in addition
It is even sadder to realize that the treatment of the nightbrothers was normalized by society and even made light by the writers.
It is extremely similar to the situation of the clones where their slavery was pretty much
Normalized and accepted in the galaxy by far and looking back at the Nightsisters culture and treatment of the night brothers
I believe it was a good thing. They were wiped out
Cultures built on rape racism and slavery do not deserve to thrive. The sad thing is that Grevious is also went after the nightbrothers
Lastly there isn't anything wrong with liking characters like Ventres or Talzin, or even finding them fascinating
But please acknowledge the flaws of the character acknowledge that the night sister in the characters themselves endorse rape.
Before I close
I want to bring up the parallels between kylo and rey
Versus kylo and Poe and savage and Ventress .Ventress and kylo are similar in a sense that they both
violated unconsenting people by means of the force.
A majority of the Clone Wars fandom can agree that what happened to Rey by kylo was by definition mine rape
Which I agree with a hundred percent
This is why there are so many people against reylo because at its core it started with the kylo violating raised mind without her permission
various bloggers have made points about why reylo is problematic and why kylo should be considered a rapist .
the same isn't really done for Poe who was a very much mine raped by. Kylo
There's a ship caught dark pilot that includes Poe and Kylo Ren and is shipped on the basis of that meeting in the force awakens
Where Kylo violated Poe. The ship isn't as big as reylo but over the years it has gained popularity
it has certainly made a rise and it rarely receives critique
A good amount of people who have identified reylo as a ship built off of rape or who have identified Rey as a rape victim
do not do the same for Poe or dark pilot
and this leads me to believe that because Rey is a white woman
the Accusation of rape and the clear depiction of rape is taken very seriously
Poe a man of color doesn't have the same support or sympathy Rey gets
Especially given that his rapist is white the same could be said for savage and Ventress. What Kylo did to Rey
Ventress did to Savage, yet the fandom as a whole tends to ignore that. In addition Savage never returned to normal and
Was forced to kill his brother in the process by Ventress.
Savage is coded as a man of color color whereas Ventress is coded as a white woman
thus what she does to him as either skewed into empowerment or ignored while her character is still loved
the vast amount of fans both Ventress and Kylo have
Show a clear example of white characters being able to get away with even the most heinous of crimes and still
Get Redemption forgiveness and love by fans all over
Thank you all for listening and I hope you enjoy stay tuned for my podcast next week
Not next week the week after I'm going to a conference. So no podcast next week! <3

Why am I Getting Wrinkles on my Face | FACEROBICS® Face Exercise Program - Duration: 9:33.have you ever looked in the mirror and been confronted with somebody in that
mirror that you don't know who it is it absolutely has happened to me and one
day I woke up and saw that and all that time I had been aging and didn't realize
it because I thought I'd look like that but I didn't and it was confronting and
shocking when I realized that my skin was wrinkling that my skin was drooping
and that I was aging so what is a wrinkle what happened why do we get
wrinkles? now a wrinkle is where the skin starts
to depress or drop into a crease and sometimes wrinkles get so deep that they
become scar like so you do need to treat wrinkles as if they were scars there are
other ways to get rid of wrinkles but that's not we're talking about today
we're talking about what is a wrinkle and why do we get them now here is a
schematic that shows you what wrinkle is it shows you a picture of you of young
skin versus mature skin and you can see in that picture how the skin in the
mature skin starts to depress and starts to cave in you can also see how what
happens is that the collagen elastin the harmonic acid the layer of hyaluronic
acid starts to deplete and what happens is that when all of these things start
depleting in our body that's when the skin starts caving in now the reason why
we get wrinkles are varied and many and it would be from medications from
exposure to sunlight from exposure to excessive drinking excessive drugs you
know cigarette smoke and generally not looking after yourself causes wrinkles
now I know that it is a dilemma and I know that it is a gazillion dollar
industry to help people stop wrinkle so the way you can stop them is
obviously by having fillers injections by having a facelift by doing facial
exercises there's a many many many different ways to help support softening
wrinkles some are very drastic and some are very gradual obviously the picture
gives you a representation of our skin and in reality our skin is only very you
know the layers of our actual skin is just minut there are some six layers in
the skin and it's quite a miracle what our skin actually does our skin is the
largest organ on our body and it's designed to keep out the environmental
elements it's designed to also hold in all of our organs and anything else that
needs to be held in it's designed to help hold up our skeletal features our
skeletal system so the skin is truly truly an amazing organism but we do need
to look after it so when you do look at this picture this is a representation of
what the skin is because if I put a real picture of it you know it's pretty
revolting really when you put you know a picture of actual skin so it's good to
have drawings you know because it's much better representation and much easier to
look at but you can see how the collagen and the elastin and there is also a
layer of hyaluronic acid or in our skin and that is depleted over time as well
so what I'd like to show you by this picture to represent it is that there
are six layers of the skin but then it's broken up into three different levels
the first one is the epidermis the second one is the dermal layer and the
third one is the hyper dermal now all of these different layers have different
specific functions of supporting your skin
and each of these functions feed the next function and each of these
functions in these layers hold different levels of compounds that support our
skin looking young now if we don't feed our skin with the proper food with the
proper nutrients this is when you see it caving in and start aging now it is
these days it people are starting to aging at such a young age like they
start aging at even 20 there I start getting puffy they start getting lines
in those puffiness and it does cause wrinkles and this is specifically
because people are not putting the correct nutrients into their body you
know we're like a plant you know imagine if you had a beautiful rose and you
wanted to keep it and make it look gorgeous and feed it and look after it
you have to feed it the proper nutrients it's the same with our body you have to
give it the proper nutrients for our skin and our body to function properly
and because that we are so entrenched in processed food sugar in eating just
awful food these days this is what's causing the premature aging onset it
truly is premature aging all of this stuff is what we're putting into our
body and we're not looking after ourselves so here's another picture and
this picture shows you the actual levels of the epidermis and the epidermis
actually is where the cells are formed at the basal layer of the epidermis so
what happens is that the little cells start growing and as you can see in this
picture here the cells are at the bottom and they're all plumped up and they're
all wonderful and they're all juicy and they're all growing and then as they
push up through the layers of the skin of the epidermis they get flatter and
flatter and flatter until they push right out the very top and then come off
the skin now our skin rejuvenates itself every about every 28 days so what
happens is every 28 days there's new cells coming through the epidermis
coming through and releasing off and it's in that area also
that you need to help that area to be nourished so you need to be maybe taking
some sort of nutrient some sort of vitamins some hair skin nail vitamin
that will definitely help your skin just google it on the internet you know
there's many many and many of them so just google look at the vitamin shop
health healthy skin healthy nails you know whatever and you'll be able to find
something like that but we do need to put these nutrients into our body to
help out to help support our skin so following on from this what you can see
is how the cells travel up now as they travel up through the epidermis what
happens is as they get flatter the water component and the hydration component of
the skin gets less okay and it actually as they flatten and flatten and flatten
to the 30% of your lips depth of your skin there is no water there's no
hydration no water and the reason for this is because we need to have this
layer that's going to be strong and it's going to give this strong layer across
our skin that is going to keep out the elements and that's the reason why we
use moisturizers it's is it also to moisturize the skin but it's actually to
keep out the elements remember in the old days in the 50s when they used to
use ponds barrier cream that's why they called it barrier cream is because it
keeps the elements out now the other thing that really super helps hydrate
the skin is if you do a fissure release now a superficial facial release will
actually hydrate your skin and make it look very jewy here's a link to my
facial released and you will find that if you do that regularly that your skin
will start to glow and it will start to be much more healthier because it will
stimulate your skin to start doing the things that it should be
doing now I'm really encouraged you guys to start eating properly to start
cutting out those refined sugars to start cutting out all the processed
foods that you might be eating and I know it's really difficult because our
Western food is just based on all of that but I really encourage you to start
adding some really good food some fruit and vegetable to your diets and water
look even if you can't drink too much water try coconut water it's so
hydrating and so good for you so there's so many things that you can do to start
supporting your skin health and not having it start caving in like this
picture and not having you prematurely aged you you don't this should not be
happening and it doesn't need to happen to you if you look after your skin
alright guys well I hope that's helped you today I hope it's something that's
been informative and I hope it's something that really encourage and
inspire you to go out and start eating healthfully and start looking after your
skin health all right where you have a lovely day wherever you are in the world
and I'll see you next time bye

how are you guys
welcome to my channel
for whoever doesn't know me my name is Malynn
I live in the United States
and I am half american and half brazilian
so that is why I have a very strong accent when i speak
I know that. but it's because I've lived here my whole life
and I go to Brazil only once a year
almost every year I go there
I stay for 2 months only
but I don't
speak everything
I speak kind of slow, as you can already see
but I just wanted to do something different
and try and film a video in Portuguese for you guys
so continue watching to see
the things I bought when I was in Brazil
first thing I'm going to show you guys is clothes that I got from Forever 21
that I bought in Rio
and I will show you guys right now
first thing that I bought were these shorts
they are high-rise
and they have pineapples, flowers
I thought they were so pretty
and I'm going to wear them a lot
the second thing I bought was this shirt
full of strawberries
but it's very cute and very simple
but I liked it and bought it
I also bought this shirt here
long-sleeved, well kind of...
it comes up to here
I don't know how to say this
here in United States we say "off the shoulder''
I don't know how to call this style there
but yeah just this
It's kind of short but I just thought it was pretty
another thing I bought was this shirt here
umm no it's actually a (body-suit)
that's what you guys call it right?
here we call it body-suit
there (in Brazil) I just heard people saying "body" only
so I'm going to call it "body"
and it's just this body-suit with flowers that I thought was super cute
and yeah that's it
another thing I bought was this shirt here
I don't know what you guys call like a "graphic t-shirt"
I don't know if it's just "t-shirt"
I don't know
like a shirt that has a
picture or something here in the front
I don't know what this is
maybe it's a band. I don't know
It says "Tour of the World Van Halen 1984"
I don't know what it is but I thought the shirt was cute
and it's going to go with some pants that I will show you guys now
the last thing I got from Forever 21 were these pants
everyone's wearing them now, this style is very trendy
and I thought they were pretty
and it goes with this shirt here
and I loved this outfit
I forgot to show this bag
but I also went to the Official Flamengo Store
because I am a fan of the Flamengo soccer team
and I bought a shirt from there
It's just this shirt here, the official Flamengo shirt
and wow I went to go watch the game at Maracanã
It was packed with people
I went for the first time
and they lost but
it was a very cool experience for me
and I loved it
and I'm a big fan
last thing I got was a shirt
from a store called FARM
that I thought was so beautiful
that store
I think they only have it in Brazil. I don't know
but it's so cute, this shirt
that my aunt bought for me
It says Aquarius
my zodiac sign
and it's kind of big
but it can be worn as a dress
well... if you're short
I am not short
so I'll wear it with leggings
and I think it will be cute
but that's it, I hope you guys enjoyed the video
don't forget to subscribe to my channel
and give a like/thumbs up down below if you enjoyed
this was something very different for me
I've never made a video in Portuguese for Youtube
but if you want to see more
comment down below if you want more videos in Portuguese
and I will try and make them for you guys
It's kind of difficult but I will try

little compromised but then I got menstruated I stayed there more I lost a lot of fluid
in the exams I did a liquid diet I eliminated a lot of liquids I went through badly afterwards
of the examination I was weak that I need a lot of water right I feel I need a lot of
liquid a little hunger I have more need of something liquid than something pasty I feel
that my skin has cleared a little bit I am feeling in my waist a little lower or I'm
a little thinner you're feeling me leaner Inclusive s to comment to Katia that the wife

Electroneum (ETN) Crypto ICO Review | 70% Spike - Duration: 5:17.and it's been more than ten months since
the Barack's has crushed the
cryptocurrency market and that's why
it's refreshing to report on a
blockchain part of the SQL increasing in
value and ironically it's not one of the
big boys and big pond or serums are
suddenly doing well it's electro neom
and for those of you who don't know
electro name is a blockchain technology
project which includes a digital asset
called etn it's based on the idea of
harnessing the power of mobility and
combining it with the cryptographic
technology that lies behind
cryptocurrencies and in fact mobility is
so crucial electrum that uses mine
points using their mobile phones instead
of computers or dedicated hardware as it
happens with other my Nobel tokens
mobile micro payments are also at the
heart of electron names goals and the
project recently released its mobile
payment application in a better-tasting
stage which is exactly the reason why
electron names been doing so well and it
seems to be working quite well as
testers reported good news from all over
the world about the way the app works
and delivers the service it's as you
know supposed to do and all those good
news are driving the ATMs price up just
in the last 24 hours
etienne Rose 56 and a half percent in
price and is the thing that is
definitely worth appreciating this guy
is having a bullish run in the market in
which most other assets have been going
steadily down since last December the
scenario is always completely different
full of them now as we're seeing a lot
of greenery in the market and at the
time of the video not only the token
price is rising but also the trading
volume and very dramatically actually
and that so interesting 80 and his
reasons in such a way that volume have
gone up by 216 percent and the rise in
both price and volume has happened over
two days which is a fantastic run and it
came about as the app was released and
the world began to notice it
etienne like most other tokens is mainly
pegged to Bitcoin as means of exchange
word enforces of this acts of trade
happens on coin and crypto Pia is good
present the change of status 480 and
which will app now had been a marginal
cryptic on that gather little or no
interest from most people in the
community this year for instance it lost
85 percent in value from the second to
the third quarter with 95 percent census
all-time high but if you're interested
in acquiring some BTM tokens you don't
even need to buy them you can just
install the app in your cell phone and
in mind them yourselves I've been using
the app for a while now as doing quite
well to be for it so using the battery
life a bit too much obviously how much
he mines gonna depend on a phone that
you have as well but check out my other
video about it August was one of the
worst months for ET and that's when I
hit its lowest historical prices but the
rest of the year has not been that good
as a token value has kept fluctuating
around his lowest known values some bad
news prompted American behavior as the
electron moon system experienced a DDoS
attack which is a distributed
denial-of-service attack in the month
accosted project to freeze the accounts
of users and withhold access to the
funds while the team dealt with the
offense others bad news are behind now
but the computer market is not quick to
forgive or forget this kind of an event
as electronic relays the apps better be
diversion this week the project's Witter
feed became flooded with good comments
from both individual and institutional
uses a testing the product usefulness
and on all the Suites one of the
interesting waswas were an Egyptian
merchant showed how to set up the app
and use it to transact in the real world
other testers in red were able to
transact between the u.s. and Japan in
only a few seconds and this is very
impressive even by Kirin FinTech
standards and it's all done on mobile
phones over here guys you guys can see
there Richard else would you see project
founder and CEO have a say in a blog
about the lunch and he's saying it's the
access for users was the first step and
we've now had over 1 million app
installed and we're proud to say the
electron U app has the same attention
levers Instagram electronic post 1.6 and
increasingly every day million uses if
that's the case it's already among the
most adopted cryptocurrencies
technologies in the world
by comparison Siemens which is a blocked
in social media and counted website has
slightly more than a million
users it's been on the market for much
longer so all I'm trying to say guys
it's not professional financial advice
in any way all I'm trying to say is to
keep an eye on electron him and the et
and it's showing promise and usefulness
in real world terms and you'd be very
hard-pressed to find any other kind of
without by steady percent in a single
day this year well except triple and
stellar is actually doing really well
today by you guys
you know what I mean so if you guys
enjoyed this video remember to hit the
like button let me know if you hold any
etn have you been using the mobile miner
have you been better testing the other
micropayments
and if you guys enjoy my style then
follow me on Twitter and I'll catch you
later
have a good one bye bye
you
