#7-2 Luigi Biasetto Hangar78 Stories 2 - Duration: 2:08.

My name is Luigi Biasetto and I am involved

in experimenting with what is considered to be today's and tomorrow's pastry.

My idea of pastry is based on paying attention to tradition's respect,

even if this must correspond to what is the customer's expectation today;

we must give the highest quality and also have the capacity

to welcome in the right way and to put people at ease.

The ingredients for reaching a certain level of success are:

first of all humility,

the second one is the ability to team up and join a group

in order to know what happens inside of it;

always experimenting and never stop;

have tenacity, never give up;

consider the first obstacle as an opportunity

to somehow overcome it.

In this lesson, sixteen people are learning what it means to make pastry today,

also considering that technology has strongly revolutionized all this today,

not only in terms of techniques and production processes, but especially in terms of communication.

Today, being a pastry chef means knowing how to communicate,

establishing a dialogue that will be usefull to everyone,

without any doubt, and therefore it is a way of making pastry that belongs to the future.

Halsey Boyfriend 2018: Is the Singer Dating Anyone? | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:52.

Halsey Boyfriend 2018: Is the Singer Dating Anyone? | Heavy.com

H alsey is set to perform at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show tonight on ABC.

With this in mind, many pop fans may be wondering whether the singer is in a relationship.

Halsey recently broke up with rapper G-Eazy, and does not appear to have a serious boyfriend at this time.

Halsey, 24, was seen out with rock artist Yungblud, 20, in late November. "There was a limo outside Milk Studios and at about 6:30 Halsey came out," an eyewitness told E! News.

"It was so obvious there was something going on, they were so close.

She was definitely feeling him, from what I could see it definitely seemed there was an attraction.".

Despite Being Seen With Rocker Yungblud, Halsey Is  'Not Dating Anyone Seriously'.

     .

Despite the seeming attraction between Halsey and Yungblud, sources close to the singer maintain that she's not looking for anything long term. "Halsey is not dating anyone seriously at the moment," the source revealed.

"Her and Yungblud have known each other through friends and have been recently hanging out.

It's very casual.".

"She is really hurt by G-Eazy, and is still trying to get over the breakup," the source added.

"Halsey is definitely putting herself out there and is keeping busy, but is not ready to be in a serious relationship.

She is focusing a lot on her music and wants to have a really successful album and isn't rushing to be with anyone right now.".

Halsey Is Reportedly 'Still Hurt' By G-Eazy After the Couple Broke Up Earlier This Year.

     .

Halsey and G-Eazy first split in 2017 after a year of dating.

The former took to Instagram to announce the split, telling fans that she has decided to focus on her music. "I normally keep this kind of thing private but provided our public nature I feel I need to inform my fans," she wrote.

"G-Eazy and I are taking some apart.

I'm eager to continue the upcoming passage of time dedicating myself to my art and career, and the duration of my tour.

I wish him the best.

Thanks for respecting our privacy at this time.".

The couple rekindled their romance when they attended the 2018 MTV VMAs together and reportedly were seen holding hands afterwards at a party.

It wasn't long before they broke things off again, however.

According to an E! News insider, "G-Eazy and Halsey were doing well until G-Eazy performed at the Karma International party in Los Angeles… and was flirting with several girls in public." The two artists had stopped following one another on Instagram by October.

I'm talking about the Rothschild and Rockefeller families.

These are sometimes deeply, sometimes superficial let's see.

The others said the same thing.

I want to go to Le Pen and tell me about MACRON.

How the FAMILY is a mind, how plan

The most convenient person is MACRON! Rothschild family of America for 100 years

It was superficial, out of magazine sizes didn't come out!

Emmanuel Macron, 39, in 2007 Married Brigitte Trogneux.

Brigitte Trogneux is 24 years older than Macron.

OK!

That's all we know!

What about the pre?

Brigitte Trogneux is one of the most important and David de Rothschild's chosen people

So he's not his case.

Incidentally, there's no one somewhere. It is not.

David de Rothschild, Trogneux Family paved the way for chocolate and pastry.

In his spare time he is shaking the US!

That's a little something!

He sees many things that follow the family well!

If you know how to look!

And this has a rockefeller dimension.

American Jewish banker businessman David Rockefeller, the greatest confessions of the last century

he had been served a news year prior to.

These confessions attributed to Rockefeller are, in fact, historical facts that we all know hepimiz

How much of the reality of interchange is discussed even though.

Considering what is told logically The question of whether it is true or not.

Yeah, we think it's completely real then. let's go.

Consider the example of Turkey.

The Turks have been against communism for years. was war.

With our support to the country administration in the 1950s Adnan Menderes had arrived.

Actually Menderes is very nice with us. had a dialogue.

In return for his support in the election, Under the name of Marshall

investing and investing in the country was developing the industrial structure.

But so unplanned and unscheduled spending when it came to paying days,

from us, to repay the debt over and over again began to demand debt.

We, from his country to foreign capital and our companies special

concessions, in other words The capitulations imposed on the Ottoman Empire

We've demanded things like me she said she would never accept it

and began to move away from us.

For the first time, the country meets people on asphalt roads, the factories were standing in a row.

Since the majority of the country is Muslim Mosques were built all over the country.

Menderes under these conditions in the place of power for a long time, solidified

he thought.

With one blow, this job was put an end to the end we didn't want it to end

He was executed along with his friends.

Just because CELAL BAYAR survived a MASONDU and his close friend Papa Roncalli

or 23.

John executed him by pressure from the Vatican. saved.

1980 coup in the same country it was done in accordance with our wishes.

At that time in the country leftists, one right coming to power and in line with our wishes

they were guiding the country's economy.

But the developed countries in America and Europe markets are satisfied and we have enough

We couldn't sell the goods.

On top of that, other less developed countries We apply the plan to apply them as well

we want and move to a free market economy and demand for the release of imports

We have.

They seem to have accepted what we want, but they were extending the job.

In the end, this dilemma, Solved with Ordo Ab Chaos.

So chaos first, then layout.

Right through our Provocators left ideology fights started.

Actually, we seem to have approved the beginning. Applied to the country after the Cyprus War

the embargo on the people are disgusted, The oil and salt in the country had not even been found.

- * - * - * - * - * - ***

Black people grow rich he was miserable.

For our provocateurs sent to the country it was not difficult to provoke the people.

Right to the right of the people of the country they broke up and began to clash.

Events came to such a degree that every day fifty-sixty people in street clashes

he was dying.

The whole country was crushed under terror.

In the evenings people couldn't get out.

Every moment had become the target of a stray bullet.

Thousands of Turkish youths for the sake of fitting ideologies had died.

Governments come to power one behind the other but they could not prevent the events.

Then came the blow and all the events knife cut off

The people of the poor country they saw it as a result of the coup.

Because the terrorism has ended, peace had come.

Actually, the mission of the provocateurs is over, they were taken off the stage.

The game played here, the people desperate and helpless bring them to a state and give them a mek savior bir

to provide; after that what is this savior If you do, you will accept immediately.

Military government for a period of state management to a person

management overturned.

This was Turgut Ozal.

Özal, exactly according to our wishes the country has opened its doors to us.

Our companies are wolves in this untouched market they attacked.

Keeping prices too low at first they reduced the competitiveness of the domestic industry.

The country now has American and European-made goods She has expired.

Our industrial companies melt their stocks Our finance companies are also increasing the country's imports

high interest rates they were dragging them into the debt.

Thus, as developing countries these countries are

applied in all and launched in the 80s With this project, all countries, both of us

our industrial companies with the goods they receive they continue to enrich

payments of these goods To be able to do our finance companies

with high-interest loans, each they are dragged into an increasing debt swamp.

Meanwhile, Özal can do all this the laws needed to remove slowly.

This country is so wild with the capitalist system it fit quickly, we can't even think

they discovered methods of emphasis, such as imaginary exports.

People are now the shortest and easiest way they went after wealth.

Bribery, a variety of state-owned banks intrigues, banker scandals

several examples.

Friends, friends, family, such as forgotten concepts and only benefit to those who see reputation

started.

Meanwhile, the domestic industry is agitating, small Starting from businesses slowly large

a wave of bankruptcy was spreading towards businesses.

State enterprises are what we want damage

He ettiriliyor.

In the end these businesses are either shutting down, or also with customization story, cheap prices

were seized by our companies.

Cleanse for brainwashing Ozal, who started work at the end of this system

capitalism he has lost his wheels.

To make his family and his close circle rich. started.

They came to such a state that around Özal princes and princesses began to appear,

we worry that the country is turning to monarchism we started.

Actually, he was playing a full comedy.

Anyway, to measure the reaction of the country man the Kurdish state ideas from him

we wanted to mention.

But these thoughts cost him It costed.

We are also implementing our Kurdish state project an organization called pkk was created.

To deal with this organization to the national economy very big damage and is currently huge

Remaining from the Ottoman Empire survivor

Turkey, we want our no return not to translate.

I think in the near future a little more, after a while for us

in accordance with the current Treaty of Sevres sacrifice

will have to.

TURKEY IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR US ...

IMPORTANT PART OF WATER RESOURCES HERE Rockefeller also begins by taking over the promise;

I want to stand a bit more about Turkey; because in the most strategic position in the world

is your country and it is very important for us.

As for the reasons: Once the territory of the State of the Great State of Israel

a significant portion of water resources now it belongs to Turkey.

Second, a Muslim and democratic country as a pioneer in this field.

If we want to destroy Islam before Turkey We need to start.

Third, between Europe and Asia is the bridge.

Rich underground such as mine, oil, natural gas resources to the Middle East and the Caucasus

if we want to dominate this country in our hands should be.

The Middle East is almost counted.

Caucasus and other Turkish in Central Asia states soon too soon with blows

they will drown and fall into the palm of our hand.

If these Turks actually converge and come together no power can stand.

So for such a possibility, Our agents are always on the alert.

Our men in key positions in Turkish states, the slightest rapprochement between them

with immediate events and blows they prevent it.

THE MOST IMPORTANT, THE TURKS OF THE CIVILIZATION OF THE CIVILIZATION AND THEIR ORIGINS ARE UP TO THE UNIONS

Fourth, in terms of country boron mines It is the richest country in the world and it is mine

in the near future in the world, even from oil it will become more important.

Fifth and perhaps the most important Turks the cradle of civilization.

Turks, 4,000 in the Middle A big disaster from Asia

then abandon the places where they live, to Mesopotamia. and Aryans coming to Europe through Russia,

that we accept as the most civilized in the world The Ari are from the race and the Finns in Europe,

Some nations, such as Hungarians, are of Turkish origin.

Great civilizations in Anatolia the Hittites and Assyrians

are likely to be of origin.

Mesopotamia in BC 3,500 The Sumerians who lived,

The first laws to ensure justice in society first

and collect tax, first school opens and wheel that is: the beginning of the world civilization

point and the lineage of our historians According to researches, people of Turkish origin.

Because the Sumerians are locals of that region They are not; ie the nomads and our historians

According to their research "girl alar the word "prairie" means imes ox gelen

so far resolution around 1000 Sumerian words

and ğ Tight bass down your foot, Sweet promise snakes out the hole

gobble, dissolve like oil süpür hundreds of proverbs are used in Turkish today.

The symbol of the Moon God of the Sumerians Ğ The Peninsula ", today in the Turkish flag

It is used.

The Roman and Greek civilizations have benefited; for example

decorations and gods from Sumerian temples revenue.

But to cover it up, First in the year 2000, that is, the Sumerians

It started after 1,500 years and Greek civilization, the first civilization in the world

as we introduced to the world.

Even more interesting is that before the Greeks Egyptian civilization has begun; but they

but 1000 years after the Sumerian pyramids able to achieve the level of civilization.

Yeasts and Inscriptions; 2000 years of Sumerians then they made their zigurat in the same way.

THE TURKS OF THE CIVILIZATION OF THE CIVILIZATION WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM, WE MUST HELD THE HERITAGE

Accept the Turks as the cradle of civilization We could not; this

cultural heritage barbarous

we introduced it as a society we succeeded.

Sumerian Kings Urukagina and Urnammu, very between people by establishing a godly society

ensuring justice and preventing injustice by enacting laws,

as a pioneer, today is a monotheistic our work with communities in Turkey

result, prostitution, bribery, theft, unfair earnings and income distribution are excessive.

Actually, people open history books. okusalar, they will see the whole truth but

it is enough to believe what you hear for human beings, it's hard to read.

I'm the most civilized nation ever I was seeing.

When I don't like what they hear, wanted to change.

It wasn't difficult to wash down the Ottoman Empire "How to capture world countries

Do you think? "

I asked.

Rothschild speaking with a confident attitude He continued.

Rothschild: Giving you examples from history we want to show our strength; First

World War II, against us in Europe disperse the empires and most importantly

Breaking down the Ottoman Empire Oil deposits in the Middle East

pass and pave the way for the state of Israel was removed for.

Theodor Herlz, the Ottoman Sultan II at the time.

By going to Abdülhamit, with the support of our family He wanted to buy Palestinian land.

But the sultan opposed us.

For us the Ottoman Empire it wasn't too hard to break down.

Because sultans usually Turkish women as a slave from the conquered countries

Dünyanın her yerinde tamamen bizim kontrolümüz altında çalışan mafya, özellikle uyuşturucu

Why Does America Spend So Much on Israel? - Duration: 5:13.

Why do we spend so much money on Israel?

Over my decades of military service, as the Deputy Commander of United States European

Command and now as a security advisor, I've often heard people make this complaint.

The truth is we don't spend enough.

We should spend more.

And for purely selfish reasons.

Every dollar we spend on Israel is a dollar spent, in effect, in our own defense.

As a value proposition, it's all in America's favor.

Let me explain, but before I do let me say this:

I can easily defend why America supports Israel on moral grounds alone.

I've been there on numerous occasions.

It's a good and decent country.

Given the neighborhood it lives in, I find that both remarkable and admirable.

But I will make this argument solely on the basis of America's security.

Our partnership with Israel is unique.

Unlike most of our current treaty alliances -- say with South Korea -- our ties with Jerusalem

are not premised on American troops serving as tripwires on Israel's frontlines.

This is because Israel takes care of itself.

America, for good reason, remains wary of any further military engagement in the Middle East.

And this only strengthens the case for giving Israel the tools it needs to defend its borders.

Here are three things we can do – again, all in our own self-interest.

First, the United States should front load its financial commitment to Israel.

We have agreed to provide Israel $38 billion in defense assistance over ten years.

That's a big number, but it's also a great deal – for America.

In addition to giving Israel the financial wherewithal to purchase the weapons it needs,

it also benefits the American economy.

Under the agreement, Israel must spend these funds on U.S. products.

And it's happy to do so.

Without adding a cent to the total, the United States should "front-load" this assistance

to reflect the changing strategic situation in the Middle East, specifically the rising

danger presented by Iran and its proxies Hezbollah and Hamas.

An accelerated timetable would allow Israel to acquire critical capabilities like more

F-35 air attack squadrons, more air refueling tankers and more precision munitions.

It will need this hardware to defend itself and American interests against these persistent,

and growing, threats.

Second, the United States should enhance our alliance with Israel.

It may surprise you to know that the United States does not have a defense treaty with

this essential ally – lots of agreements, but no treaty.

We should.

Why is this important?

Because it will send a loud strategic signal to Israel's enemies that if you mess with

Israel, you mess with us.

Israel is not going to ask us for troops.

But we should be giving them anything else they need -- intelligence, weapons technology

and other vital information.

And we know this is a two-way street.

Israel gives a lot in return.

Which leads me to the third point.

The United States and Israel should build on their already close collaboration in research

and development.

Israel is one of the most high-tech economies in the world.

American investors understand this.

More venture capital is spent per capita in Israel than in any other country.

Nine out of the ten largest companies have R&D facilities there.

This is in a country of just 8 million people.

When we sell them military gear, they adapt it to their own special needs.

The American military, in turn, benefits from these innovations, especially in the area

of desert warfare.

Indeed, President Obama's Defense Secretary Ashton Carter made this point.

"There's no question that American lives have been saved by Israeli technology."

There are many cutting-edge projects we can work on together, such as directed-energy weapons.

This new form of cannon emits highly-focused energy to neutralize targets.

Such weapons will be needed to counter the spread of cheap, deadly and plentiful mortars

and drones from Iran and other bad actors.

All this explains why I find it so infuriating to see Americans, especially young Americans,

support anti-Israel groups like BDS –Boycott, Divest, Sanction – that want to weaken

and destroy Israel.

Putting aside the perverse logic of these groups -- that we should punish a free and

open democracy -- it's self-destructive.

Israel is on the front line of terror.

They, not us, are within missile range of Iran, Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas.

To the extent these enemies of freedom are held in check, they are held in check by Israel.

And, they ask from us not one US soldier -- only for military aid, which they spend on American

defense products to help defend American interests.

We should give them that aid without reservation.

Sure, it costs us treasure.

But it saves us blood.

Our blood.

It's also the right thing to do.

I'm General Chuck Wald, United States Air Force, for Prager University.

This was the terrain of Harmony of Hardcore and 7th Sunday festival

Keep the balls up

Here is Wish Outdoor every year

XTC of Peacock

What do you like the most?

Frenchcore or Hardcore

I think that Frenchcore sounds more happy

But hardcore Uptempo is just full throttle

Years ago I thought that Frenchcore was the most heavy music of this scene

When I didn't know it

I think frenchcore is more fun

because the kick is more dull

Spitnoise is a hero but

Deadly Guns is also very nice

But I don't know I can't think of what I want to say

But at Frenchcore I really like the melodies in the tracks

It has a lot of feeling in it

For example, the Q-Base anthem

This sounds so happy

and a little oldschool or something

This is the best

This is also a little bit of uptempo

What was your best party last year?

Best party last year?

I loved Qapital

if we speak about indoor parties

I enjoyed literally every minute of it

And

I think Decibel this year

I also loved Intents

Q-Base!

I think the set of Radical was the best then

I think Decibel was the best party this year

I mean that

I loved the Decibel campsite more than the festival

I also liked the Saturday of Intents

with No Fear in that truck

Tomorrowland

Hey but am I driving further or what?

Apparently so

3,5 km is a while so if you have to turn then..

Don't look

Spittle of a strawberry on my phone

As if strawberries spit

Do we have to go all the way back now?

No just to the right

We came from that way so

No we came from this way

How long do we have to drive? 20 minutes?!

We take the rebel route

No

Go away!

Oh no, I thought they were standing further from each other

Seriously we have to take that way

Can't that be a bit on the side?

Shawn Mendes Girlfriend: Is the Singer Dating Anyone? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:51.

Shawn Mendes Girlfriend: Is the Singer Dating Anyone? | Heavy.com

Shawn Mendes is set to perform at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show tonight on ABC.

With this in mind, many pop fans may be wondering whether the singer is in a relationship.

Mendes is notoriously quiet about his dating life, and does not appear to have a serious girlfriend at this time.

In a recent interview with Variety, Mendes, 20, spoke on the fact that he's not currently looking for anything serious.

"I''m not currently dating anyone, but it's not because I don't have time — I don't know if I'd be dating anyone if I was home in Pickering, [Ontario], either," he explained.

Mendes Has Said That He's Not Currently Looking for a Serious Relationship.

     .

"It hasn't stumbled across me, and I'm not chasing it," he continued.

"Of course, seeing all those other artists and people in relationships, you think, 'Maybe it would be nice; who would be great for me?' And that's when you realize: 'This is wrong.

Let it be.

I'm not supposed to be with anyone right now.'".

Mendes has been romantically linked to numerous celebrities over the past few years.

Many believed that he and fellow performer Camila Cabello were dating after they sang the pop duet "I Know What You Did Last Summer", but both maintain that they are just close friends. "Every time I try to make a move she just swears me off," Mendes said when they both appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

"It's never gonna happen." Cabello joked back, saying: "He friend-zones me! He calls me 'kid!'".

Mendes Has Been Romantically Linked to Camila Cabello & Hailey Baldwin.

   .

Mendes also sparked dating rumors earlier this year when he attended the Met Gala with model Hailey Baldwin.

Many speculated as whether they were dating, but Mendes straightened things out with E! News, telling the outlet that he and Baldwin are simply friends.

"I was so lucky for my first time going there to be able to go with someone like Hailey because she's such a vet and I really admire people like her because of how outgoing she is in such an overwhelming experience," he said.

Mendes later admitted that there was more going on between him and Baldwin than he initially let on. "I don't even wanna put a title on it," he said.

"I think it was more of a zone of limbo." Baldwin has since gone on to marry pop singer Justin Bieber.

Mendes Has Had to Dispel Rumors About His Sexuality Throughout His Career.

     .

Mendes has also had to deal with rumors about his sexuality.

He spoke about the pressures of having to prove he's not closeted in a recent Rolling Stone profile. "I'd like to say I don't care about it, but that's not true… this massive, massive thing for the last five years about me being gay," he revealed.

The singer went on to explain that he feels the need to be seen with as many women as possible to dispel the rumor.

"In the back of my heart, I feel like I need to go be seen with someone — like a girl — in public, to prove to people that I'm not gay," he said.

"Even though in my heart I know that it's not a bad thing.

There's still a piece of me that thinks that.

And I hate that side of me.".

The Top 10 Fresno Neighborhoods For Millennial Homebuyers in 2019. - Duration: 16:02.

- Hey there to my fellow millennials.

How are you guys?

I wrote this blog for you.

I'm a millennial, we are gonna be

the biggest demographic of home buyers this year in 2019.

We took a minute, but we're jumping

into the real estate market,

and it's our turn to build wealth in real estate.

So here your guys go.

I know what we like.

We like it easy, we like it simple, right?

These are the top 10 neighborhoods

that most millennials are buying in in the Fresno area.

Check it out, let me know what you think.

Okay, I'm back, it's Kaitlin Peck

with Peck Real Estate Group,

your fellow millennial and a realtor here in Fresno.

I've been a realtor for six years now,

have a pretty successful career.

I'm a homegrown girl, so my experience

working with many millennial home buyers,

I actually have these pretty active social media accounts,

and I actually ran some pretty extensive polls

to millennials about their neighborhoods

they're most interested in buying a home in too,

just so it wasn't just on my opinion,

and also, I went off the key factors

that millennials consider when choosing a neighborhood.

Now, what are we considering as a generation?

We're considering different things than other generations.

We want affordability, we are not gonna be house poor.

We're being very smart about it,

because we watched the 2007 real estate collapse,

we saw what our parents went through,

and we're scared, we know that's

never gonna happen again,

because there's regulations in place,

and that was kinda crazy,

but that's not gonna happen again,

you're doing the right thing purchasing a home,

it's a very smart thing to do,

and now's the time to start

building your wealth in real estate.

We are gonna dominate the 2018 real estate market.

We're gonna do so smartly,

we're not gonna, we make get pre-approved

for a certain amount of loan,

but many millennials, I'm watching them say,

uh, I just don't wanna spend that much,

because, you know, I still like to travel,

or I just wanna make sure that

I have a year's worth of expenses in the bank.

So smart, I love it.

Walkability, we're active, we like to be active.

We like a sense of community,

we like neighborhoods that have a sense of community

that kinda brings people together.

Diversity, we like diversity.

Location's important, is it close to the schools

or work or whatever is going on in our life

that we go to all the time?

Nightlife, we like a nightlife.

I like a nightlife, nightlife's great.

And good restaurants,

and so, we consider different things than other generations,

but I have something for all of us,

because we are all going through

different phases of our lives, I should say.

So, there's family friendly neighborhoods.

There's neighborhoods for the people

looking for the energy efficient brand new homes.

There's neighborhoods for the people

looking for, like, a cultural arts district,

a lot going on, festivals,

and custom old homes that they can

really have a great time and live their life to the fullest.

All kinds of neighborhoods,

and I'm gonna explain why I picked each

and why you guys picked each,

because this is really kind of

the people's choice awards, along with my input

of the top 10 neighborhoods for millennial home buyers

in the Fresno area, let's go.

I can't really even pretend that my background

isn't awkward today, my house has crazy lighting,

it doesn't have the best overhead lightings,

and then it's a dark day,

and I'm working from home today,

so usually I film in my office.

I'm trying everything, as you saw, I brought in

this light here, there's a light back there,

but it gave a weird glare, so let's just

rock it out, let's rock out the top 10 neighborhoods.

Number one on the list for millennial home buyers

is a neighborhood called the Tower District.

The Tower District is really an amazing, amazing area,

I think it's like a little beach town.

It's so unique, it's got a big arts scene,

a big live music scene, a great local foodie scene.

The people that live there have a major sense of community,

the homes are very very affordable,

they're cute little charming homes.

Some are big multi-family homes

that you can invest in,

there's lot of opportunity in the Tower District,

and what I'm seeing there,

my sister just moved there and I've been

spending more time there recently,

I'm seeing a lot more, there's some

great new restaurants and bars opening,

and a lot more money being invested in Tower District,

and I really think that your money

is well spent in Tower District.

Excuse me, Tower District.

So, Tower District is for the millennial

looking for that nightlife, fun, diversity.

Yeah, it's a great neighborhood.

Number two is Fig Garden.

Fig Garden is centrally located.

You can get custom homes on bigger lots,

and there are older homes with mature landscaping,

and usually pretty charming too,

or a lot of cool mid-century moderns

available in Fig Garden.

And they just have great restaurants

and shopping and conveniences next door.

You're next to all freeways, and like I said,

it's a very affordable neighborhood

and it's a great option.

Number three is Copper River Ranch.

Now Copper River Ranch is for

more of your high-end millennial home buyer

that is looking for a new construction

to newer construction home,

in a master planned beautiful community

centered around a great golf course,

and tennis court facility, big pool.

There's a gym there.

There's lots of local parks.

There's eight miles of walking trails around it.

It's really close to Woodward Park.

It's the active lifestyle community.

It's safe, it's just a great community

with the top schools.

Clovis North, feeds into Clovis North,

and so, it's a very family friendly neighborhood

that a lot of millennials choose.

It's very safe, a lot of millennials

that may be buying a home on their own

choose that area as well.

Copper River Ranch is a great neighborhood.

Number four, close tomy heart, Woodward Lake.

Woodward Lake, I grew up in Woodward Lake.

Woodward Lake is very close to Copper River Ranch.

It enjoys the convenience and location

of being very close to Woodward Park and San Joaquin River

and many many walking trails.

Actually, the Woodward Lake itself

is centered around a lake,

and it is a two and a half mile walk around

that there is a major sense of community

in Woodward Lake that people

walk around the lake all the time,

that's their exercise.

There's a clubhouse at Woodward Lake that has a big pool.

There's paddle boats.

I grew up going out on the paddle boats.

Fishing, and there's basketball courts, tennis courts.

Feeds into Clovis Unified School District.

Woodward Lake is custom homes

that were built in the nineties,

and they're great buys actually.

Woodward Lake was a wonderful, wonderful neighborhood

to grow up in and I encourage

many people to buy homes there

that are raising families.

I encourage many people that want to

do a remodel and gain some equity to buy there.

It's a great neighborhood.

You're close to the top restaurants in town,

and you're buying at an incredible price.

Number five, Loma Vista.

Loma Vista is a master planned community that feeds into,

master planned communities are

thousands or hundreds of homes

that are being built by different home builders

and they're new construction,

and they're energy efficient,

and they have things like walking trails

and community centers that they're built around,

and they're really cool, they're really really neat.

This one feeds into Clovis Unified School District,

so the type of millennials

that I'm helping move to Loma Vista,

and this is so, so, so common,

these millennials are looking to

get their children into Clovis Unified School District,

and a new energy efficient home, a really nice home,

for an incredible price.

You can buy new construction that feeds into

Loma Vista and Clovis Unified School District

for incredible pricing, so these families

are enjoying the luxuries of a brand new home,

and, you know, with good insulation,

and not high utility bills, like my house, no.

But they're getting their kids into Clovis Unified,

they're getting the most bang for their buck.

Loma Vista, bang for your buck.

Okay, Harland Ranch is number six.

Harland Ranch is like Loma Vista.

It's almost, yeah, it feeds into

Clovis Unified, it feeds into Clovis North,

and the prices there are typically a little higher,

there's luxury to actually, you know,

you could get into Harland Ranch for 200000

all the way up to 9000000, I believe,

and it's a great community, also master planned

with the central, you know, pools and clubhouses

and all of that good stuff.

And newer construction with great homes

that are energy efficient.

I wouldn't say they're as affordable as Loma Vista,

but they feed into the most desirable schools

right now for parents, so Harland Ranch.

I hope a lot of people move to Harland Ranch,

all of these communities, I mean,

these are the most popular communities.

I'm sorry, it keeps fading.

Number seven is Old Town Clovis.

Now, Old Town Clovis is a very very very

affordable area to move or buy.

Those homes are older, cute, charming homes,

I mean, you're gonna be paying

2000000, 3000000, sometimes 175 or so,

and you're gonna be right next to

all the action that Old Town Clovis has to offer,

the fun festivals like the Old Town Flea Market,

the Clovis Rodeo, Big Hat Day, so much fun stuff.

The quaint little coffee shops,

the local artisan food restaurants,

just a great area, nightlife.

Old Town Clovis is great, also Clovis Unified

for an incredible price.

Number eight is the Fresno High area.

Very similar to Tower District, beautiful architecture.

It's some of my favorite architecture in town, honestly.

I just think it is so charming,

I love to drive around Fresno High area,

and just the beautiful, lush, mature landscaping,

and the homes that really have character.

You can tell that the homeowners

just love their neighborhood,

and on this blog post, I actually got

a homeowner to write what she loves so much

from her own words, and I thought

it was so special to describe the community for you,

so make sure you read the Fresno High description.

I didn't write it, someone else did.

And they have Gazebo Gardens,

and they're really close to Tower District,

so they get to enjoy all the fun nightlife

and restaurants and all that goes on in Tower District.

So, Fresno High.

Number nine is Buchanan High area.

Buchanan High area, I see so many,

so many parents.

This is kind of the, you've had your starter home,

and you're gonna move up to your second home,

and these are the family oriented,

looking for family oriented neighborhood home buyers,

usually, and they really wanna

get their kids into the Buchanan schools,

and they're just really safe, good neighborhoods

with well built homes,

and, you know, great amenities nearby,

low crime rate, so, Buchanan High area is booming.

Number 10 is not actually in Fresno or Clovis,

it's right on the outskirts of Fresno,

in Madera Ranchos area, it's the Riverstone community.

It's a brand new master planned community

that so many millennials are buying in,

it's so interesting to see.

If you take highway 41 south,

past, you know, the exit you would take,

north, I'm so sorry, you take it north,

do not take it south, take highway 41 north

past the River Park exit, the Frant exit,

and keep on going, and Riverstone community

is over there, they're building

brand new, great schools for the community.

Many families are moving out there,

first time home buyers are moving out there.

They're getting great, brand new construction homes

by all the different home builders in town.

They can choose from a couple different home builders,

and it's just, energy efficient homes,

and there's gonna be a lot of fun stuff

that goes on there, because it's

close to the San Joaquin River,

so you're gonna have access to the river,

actually, in the community across from that,

but Riverstone, I have a few friends

that are living out there,

and they have a really big clubhouse in Riverstone.

They have, like, wine nights and cheese nights,

and it's a real sense of community out there,

and like I said, they're building

really great schools that parents

are really excited about,

you're seriously 10 minutes away from River Park,

so you're not far away at all

to all the shopping and anything you could ever need,

but you're getting a sense of

being a little bit apart, but a great sense of community

and a brand new home,

so let's go through it again.

The top 10 neighborhoods that

millennial home buyers are buying in are

number one, Tower District,

number two, Fig Garden,

number three, Copper River Ranch,

number four, Woodward Lake,

number five, Loma Vista,

number six, Harland Ranch,

number seven, Old Town Clovis,

number eight, Fresno High,

number nine, Buchanan High,

number 10, Riverstone.

And those are not ranked in order

of what they're buying in, because literally,

half of these are weighted towards

your single or in a relationship or young married couple,

doing their thing millennial

that is more interested in fun neighborhoods,

like Tower District, or, you know,

Old Town Clovis, or any of those,

and Fig Garden, you know, if they want custom architecture,

Fig Garden, Fresno High, Woodward Lake.

If they want an active lifestyle, Copper River,

Woodward Lake, really great for that.

Clovis Unified, almost brand new construction

at a very affordable price.

Loma Vista, Harland Ranch, many times.

Riverstone for all the exciting things

that come with being a part of

a brand new master planned community.

Buchanan High area for the schools

and just the really great neighborhoods.

These are the neighborhoods that I,

from my experience, picked,

and you, from your ones, picked.

These are the top 10 neighborhoods

that millennial home buyers are interested in.

I hope you enjoyed it.

Next up is a millennial home buyer's guide to home buying.

Thanks, guys.

The Fruits 3: Healing in Connection - Duration: 7:38.

Okay I think it's installment three of my 'Fruits Series' just really a great

story okay a God story for you well a Justine story

dad and Justine so let's venture into hard conversation

where fruit is also revealed

okay so back in Galatians 5:22 one of the fruits- This is The Passion- one of

the fruits is 'kindness in action' so I had just given my keynote at Women at

the Well and you can watch the first two installments of this series will link

them below and no doubt left people curious

wondering wanting to fix it in awe my story tends to do that to people and at

the same time I think all of our stories can do that to people cuz we all got the

hard stuff right so we decided to go explore the campus at WinShape and the

college there Berry College is so beautiful and so there's a group of us

that went driving around and- the- we started walking to the car and one of

the girls said you know like I'm gonna pray like and man I just can feel like

God's gonna do something huge I'm gonna pray like I'm gonna pray for

this baby for you and I was like I don't- no like I don't want a baby I mean I

know it's hard and it's sad and I have acceptance there's both I guess I wasn't

quite there with the words yet and then we kind of all pile in and we all have

great conversation and one of the other women um you know she just flat out

asked can I ask you about your journey I said of course like of course you'd

probably be assured that I've been asked a question before but I live this life

transparently wholeheartedly vulnerably and I believe that's where our healing

will take place in connection and so yes you can ask me because I also knew she's

gonna ask me out of love and curiosity but not just this like place of judgment

and so you know she was like you know we struggled to have children and we did

treatments to conceive our children and and she just she asked all the normal

questions how come you don't adapt like how come

you don't try again all of these questions and meanwhile my new friend

Brooke who said that she really need to pray over me from the last installment

she was sitting with me we were stuck in the third row and she was just part of

part of this conversation kind of observing and I was able to like own my

truth with this car full of Christian women and as I have wrestled with my

faith over the last almost five years I mean lifetime let's be honest and I've

shared a lot of that with you all I'm not sure there's a group of people who

try to fix my pain more than Christians why don't you just adopt

Christians are supposed to adopt you know like they I think in the faith

community we are not taught empathy and I am going to change that we need to sit

beside people sit beside them with their pain and not try to fix it not tell them

that this is God's plan even though we all know it not tell them that this is

God's will or it's going to be okay or if we just pray it will get better

like you don't need to fix it that's not what people need to heal people need to

feel seen and known and loved and if you think about it Jesus did that in many

ways yeah he fixed people because he was divine and God and worked miracles

we are not so I was able to have this conversation this difficult conversation

with these Christian women about a tough topic the tough topic of infertility and

loss the tough topic of what do you do when you have extra embryos or if you

have too many babies or like the adoption is a calling all of these tough

conversations that people who have never walked infertility and loss journey

don't necessarily ever have to think about and it's not just as simple and

black and white as the Christian faith or as many of us in

the Christian faith try to make it the decisions that you have to make in the

infertility journey are brutal and cannot be checked boxed into a black or

white easy hard yes or no answer it's just not how it works let alone all the

emotions that go with it and so we just had this like holy conversation where

for honestly one of the first times I felt seen by Christian women who did it

necessarily yes they wanted to fix my pain yes

absolutely they want to take it away because they had fallen in love with me

we had forged a new friendship but because of their curiosity and my

willingness to share my story we were able to just sit with one another in our

hard big stories no longer hard BIG stories and so then it was when we got

to the to the college campus and then one of the one of the other women who

happened was she was actually like driving so she didn't necessarily hear a

lot of my story because I was all the way in the back and she kind of questioned

me a little bit before like more I'm like you know I'm gonna pray and I think

that there's a baby and I said I go here's the deal and God finally- God after

all these years gifted me the words, "I don't want a baby. I want my three babies

that would be six. I want those babies." It is oh- it's okay

to do the work for acceptance and I will forever yearn and wonder and have

sadness and I will be happy with this life I've created and that I've received

and fought for

we must get more comfortable with this 'Complicated Gray' in the Christian faith

because if we don't I fear we're only going to continue to turn more people

off faith is not black and white it is messy that's why we need it so in the

next installment of 'The Fruits' we're gonna pick up with my name identity

so I'll see you next time

How Did Behati Prinsloo Meet Husband Adam Levine? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:55.

How Did Behati Prinsloo Meet Husband Adam Levine? | Heavy.com

Behati Prinsloo has returned to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show catwalk and husband Adam Levine has attended the show to support his wife.

When the two first started dating, he appeared in the audience at the event, showing excitement for Prinsloo from his seat.

Over the years, Levine has had to sit out some of the VS shows because of his schedule on The Voice.

Fortunately, for 2018, Levine was able to attend the show, as well as the after-party events.

This year's fashion show was taped in November 2018 and, People reported that Prinsloo blew her man kisses several times from the catwalk.

Ahead of showtime, Prinsloo gushed about Levine attending the show, saying, "He's going to be here! I'm super excited.

He hasn't been able to come for a few years because there was always conflict with The Voice and this year it worked out so I'm super excited.

After two babies back to back, doing the @victoriassecret show felt like a distant dream haha.

I'm so proud to be back and proud of my body and what it can do, feeling stronger and healthier than ever with two beautiful baby girls.

#girlpower.".

So, how did Levine and Prinsloo meet?.

When Prinsloo appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live, she told Andy Cohen that Levine had been looking for a model or actress to appear in one of his Maroon 5 videos.

Prinsloo recalled that, "He got my information through a mutual friend.

He was trying to get a girl for a music video.

I couldn't do it, but we started emailing.

It was like weeks and weeks.

And then finally, I went to L.A.

for a job, and we met.

And it was honestly less awkward.

We felt like we knew each other.

It was kind of love at first sight because we had that constant back and forth." Prinsloo also told Access Hollywood Live, "When we met finally, face to face, he was shooting the boxing music video, 'One More Night,' I think it was, so he had gloves on.

And I walked through the door and was like, 'What am I doing here?' And he had his gloves on and was like, 'This is awkward, hi!'".

The couple met in 2012 and ended up getting married in 2014, though they did have a small break in the relationship prior to tying the knot.

According to Too Fab, after getting engaged to Prinsloo, Levine, who publicly said, in the past, that marriage wasn't for him, told Jay Leno, "Famous last words: 'I'll never get married.' You know, I still don't think you have to get married unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them.

And then you marry them, and it's wonderful.".

Flashing forward to today, now that Prinsloo has two little girls, how did she bounce back into shape for the VS runway? Prinsloo dished on her workout regime to People, saying, "It's definitely a whole different thing once you have kids.

You don't have that much time and there are other things that you need to think more of than working out that day.

I breastfed a lot and that helped me, actually.

Breastfeeding makes you shed baby weight so quickly, it's incredible.

It's really nature's way to help you.".

Winter Tips To Beat The Cold On The Bike - Duration: 3:44.

- It's raining, it's cold, should we just go to the pub?

- No Neil, it's cold winter and we've got

a few cool hacks to keep you guys

nice and cozy on your bike out there on a wet trail.

(booming beats)

- So the first thing to get cold,

is your extremities; your hands and your feet,

but I've come prepared Blake, I've got waterproof gloves

and socks are now a life saver.

- Yeah.

- You've got neither.

- I got summer gloves and I'm wearing summer socks.

- What are you gonna do?

- I've got a nifty little trick up my sleeve,

let me show you.

So what I've got are these rubber gloves,

basically these are like mechanical gloves.

These are also perfect as a liner

to go in between your summer glove and your hand

on those nice cold rides on the trail.

Next up, your feet, you can wrap up your feet

in plastic bags, that's gonna keep them

a little bit drier as well.

I prefer to put em over my socks and in my shoe.

Toasty!

- Always like to be over prepared in winter,

so I take a rucksack with extra layers now,

and of course wear more layers,

and if we get too hot, take one off and staff it in here.

So something also really good for keeping your head warm,

well, it's a couple of things really.

There's one of these buff style things,

great for sticking around your neck or over your head.

I don't tend to use them that much,

what I prefer is a roadie cap,

might see videos of me wearing these underneath my helmet,

really does work to keep your head warm,

or also balaclava but someone seems

to have stolen my balaclava, where has that gone?

(dramatic music)

On the coldest and wettest days, like it is today,

I absolutely love my waterproof trousers.

- I love mine as well, you can actually

get these cheap ones, you can get

on your local sports shop and stuff,

but they're not gonna be suited for riding your bike

cause you're gonna have these like big drain pipe legs.

With riding trousers they're breathable,

they're flexible, they're waterproof

and at the bottom, it kind of tail

into your ankles, so they're not flapping about

and getting caught in your chain.

- Not a cheap same, but they'll

be breathable and waterproof.

Another good alternative I like to use,

is wear my three quarter length bib shorts underneath

to padded shorts, knee pads over the top

and then waterproof shorts over them,

good layering and also pretty waterproof.

- The days do get shorter, so it's always good

to carry a spare set of lights.

They don't have to be massive,

just a little bit of light, just to keep you safe

out there on the trail, also when you have to commute

on the roads from the trail, on the main road,

you definitely need some lights

to keep you safe on those roads.

Out there on those winter months,

your body is gonna work extra hard to try and keep warm

and you're gonna burn a lot of calories,

now it's perfect to bring your favorite snack out.

I carry my bum bag with my favorite trail mix,

now this is a great source of energy

that can keep you going also can boost your morale as well.

- Go on, what else you got in this Neil?

Come on, I'm freezing. - Have you seen these things?

- No.

- Reusable hand warmers.

- Oh!

- Check it out.

- It's cold.

- Yeah, you have to do something to it.

- God they seem good hey.

Good hack for the winter.

(laughs)

- Ah!

Friends.

- [Neil] Suffer together, go for a ride with a friend or two

even if that means you have to hear them complain

the whole way through the trails,

it'll give you an excuse not to bail on the ride

and you'll have someone to complain

about how cold and wet you are afterwards

during a hot chocolate or a pint.

- Snug as a bug in a rug.

- The few hacks keep you warm hopefully.

I forgotten about south winter ride as well,

night riding could be a big part of that,

so click on there for have some tips

on how to go night riding.

- Yeah, and keep those fat levels up,

click over here for five great snacks for the trail.

- Nice.

- It's super easy to make. - So give us a thumbs up like.

1. Play Bow

Play Bow

2. Prev Bow

3. Instinst Bow

4. Greeting Bow
