The smell of spring onion is lovely. Well, I found it lovely smell just don't know.

The fell out tomatoes I will leave them on the ground cuz there's few in here that fell out!

So hopefully next year they'll grow cuz this there are few that grow right here from last year

So I am hoping that next year will have a good crop

Good news mga palanga(my love. Well, probably its not a good news for you but for me this is good news

cuz finally my mother in law's decision is made up!

Cuz my mother in law keep changing her mind. It was her birthday and she said that she'll go to John's sister for Christmas

So its like few times she change her mind. Like last minute she says that will spend Christmas here and minute not!

So finally yesterday she called John and said she'll be spending Christmas here

John said to her, you really make up your decision now cuz we have to make plans and she said it's final!

I'm so glad for that. Because it's only me and John will spend Christmas in the house

and now there is additional. The more the merrier. The more the happier for me!

Cuz I'm used to spent my Christmas with my big family, we all get together! But here it's so different.

5 Useful Verbs to Boost Your Oral Expression in Italian - Duration: 4:23.

Hi. It's Mara from MosaLingua. Welcome to our series of grammar

tips to quickly learn Italian.

Today, we'll be learning 5 verbs that will greatly increase

your ability to speak Italian. With our lessons, you should have

learned the modal verbs "potere, volere, dovere". These are verbs that are used very often in

Italian, but they are irregular. If you're not sure or can't remember how

these 3 verbs are conjugated, it's not a big problem as the 2 auxiliaries

"essere" and "avere" can come to your rescue, which can be

used as substitutes of "potere, volere" and "dovere". Auxiliaries

are very important because they'll allow you to create many phrases

and get by simply using the infinite form of the verb after them.

Let's see how the verb "potere" expresses being able to (do something)". If you can't remember how to

conjugate it, you can substitute it with the expression "essere capace di" +

the infinite form of the verb of your choice. For example: "Posso parlare in italiano" becomes "sono

capace di parlare italiano". Or "Puoi scrivere una email in

italiano?" becomes "Sei capace di scrivere una email in italiano". The verb "volere",

in turn, can be substituted with "avere voglia di" + the infinite form of the verb. For

example, "Oggi, c'è un sole bellissimo. Voglio andare al mare" becomes "Ho voglia

di andare al mare", or "Voglio mangiare una pizza appena

arrivo in italia" becomes "Ho voglia di mangiare una pizza appena arrivo in

italia". Even the third modal verb can be substituted with an alternative expression.

And that's "avere bisogno di" + the noun or verb at the infinitive. For example,

so just give it a nice whack and then just twist.

Okay, so we cut up our avocados.

Now, we need to like mash them up.

Something I like to do if I'm gonna mash avocados,

before I even scoop it out, just take the spoon

and kinda cut it into slices.

It just makes it a little easier to work with

when you're actually mashing it in the bowl,

and just scoop all that out.

Just gotta do each one.

Avocados is like one of my favorite things.

Okay, so all of the avocado is scooped out

and it's ready to be mashed up.

I've got my trust masher, now we're gonna mash.

Hey, so I'm just mashing up my avocado.

Usually I don't actually mash the avocado

before I put it onto avocado toast,

I actually mash it on the toast.

Almost there.

Okay, that's looking pretty good.

Now we're gonna put in just a little bit of lemon juice.

The only reason we're doing that is because

we're making this Christmas tree with avocado toast,

and anyone that's ever used an avocado knows

they love to turn brown as soon as they can.

So to prevent that oxidization, we're gonna use

just a little bit of lemon juice,

not the kind of amount that you would use in guacamole,

but just a little bit to keep it from

browning as we work with the avocado,

and just go ahead and mix that in.

Super, super tasty. I'm very excited for this recipe.

You know what, I'm gonna add a

pinch of salt too, just because.

So I've mashed the avocado, step one,

now we need toast, because you can't

have avocado toast without it.

So I'm gonna go ahead and use my trusty toaster here,

which I really like by the way.

I just love the way it looks and the way it works.

Go ahead and toast that and wait for that to happen.

So our toast is done, so I'm gonna take that out,

and now we're gonna get ready to cut it into squares.

Super simple.

Okay, so now we're gonna build our Christmas tree.

This is the fun part because you take the avocado

that you made, the mashup, and the toast,

and put it all together for something

really festive and tasty.

So take the little tiny toast triangles,

and we're just gonna spread a little bit of that mashed

avocado, just kinda getting it all around

fully covering the triangle, and just lay it out

onto the platter that you wanna serve it on.

Just do that. Rinse and repeat.

Go ahead and spread it out there, and lay it down,

and just keep doing that over and over and over.

We're almost done, just a few more.

I guess branches, if you will.

Put the avocado on there.

It's really hard to not eat this while I'm doing it,

but, you know, I wanna be a good host,

so I'm gonna make my full tree as I promised.

This is just a great little last minute holiday appetizer.

You know, it doesn't take that many ingredients,

super fast,

super festive, and tasty, right?

Looks fun, it tastes as good as it looks,

and it's not hard to make, and it's healthy.

Like how many times can you say that during the holidays?

Now I'm gonna make a little tiny star for the top.

I'm actually gonna use un-toasted bread for that one

just to have a little bit of a

diversity in color and texture.

That looks great, place that in here.

Okay, so we made our star.

Now I'm gonna use a little bit of the toast crust,

the like crunchier part, to make the tree trunk.

Probably gonna need a few different pieces

to pull that off to get the trunk,

and I'm just gonna lay those here.

(upbeat music)

So I'm setting my Christmas tree to the side,

and now we're gonna make our ornaments.

I'm just gonna cut these cherry tomatoes in half.

Mix it up, got different colors.

And one for the chef.

This is such a fun appetizer.

You know, I think the holidays. they're always filled with

like so many get-togethers and parties,

sometimes you want something just really quick as a snack

or something really healthy, and this can be either, right?

Like it can be something that you put out as an appetizer

or it can be something that you serve with brunch

just to kinda get your day going, you know?

It's avocado and whole wheat bread,

so super tasty, super healthy,

and at this time of year, super needed.

Okay, got my ornaments goin'.

I think it's time to decorate our tree.

This is gonna be the easiest time

you ever had dressing a tree.

And now we're just gonna decorate our tree.

Look at all the little ornaments on.

Mixing it up.

And just keep adding on those ornaments.

Super easy.

Another fun thing that you could do,

if you wanted to do like a string of popcorn,

you could add in a little bit of like crumbled feta

to use as a string of popcorn,

really making it fun and festive.

There you go, looks like the last one.

This is the tastiest time I've ever had trimming a tree.

Fun little festive appetizer.

Not too bad, right?

A few slices of bread, an avocado, some lemon,

some cherry tomatoes, pinch of salt,

and mix it all up, toast it, smear it on, chop it up, bam!

Maybe I shouldn't say bam, maybe that one's trademarked.

Lala Kent's relationship with Randall Emmett has been scrutinized for several seasons on Vanderpump Rules, though he hasn't appeared on the show.

Emmett was reported to be legally married, though separated when the two started to date and now he is divorced.

Emmett and Kent have since gotten engaged and have been more public about their relationship.

They even appeared on an episode of Flipping Out, designing the inside of their home together.

Emmett proposed to Kent in September 2018, a few months after the sudden death of her father.

Fortunately, just before Kent's dad died, Emmett reportedly asked him for permission to marry his daughter.

Kent revealed on "The Jenny McCarthy Show" that, "My mom told me that Rand had asked my dad for my hand before he passed away over the phone.

So that just like — that makes me so happy because I — I'm struggling with the fact that — like I won't have a dad to see me, you know, have babies or get married, so that means a lot to me that Rand did that before he passed." Page Six reported that Emmett was previously married to Ray Donovan star Ambyr Childers and their divorce was finalized in December 2017.

He has one child, a daughter named London Thea Emmett.

Emmett reportedly first filed for separation from Childers in April 2015, but asked the court to dismiss their case in May 2016.

Page Six reported that this was "around the same time our insider says Kent met Emmett.".

Interestingly enough, the couple actually met when Kent was filming her first season of VPR.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan Kent said they met at SUR Restaurant, where much of the show takes place.

Kent recalled, "He came in for a Christmas dinner and sent his assistant up to me and asked me if he could get my manager's contact info because he wanted me in a film.

And so then we started that whole process, I booked the film and then we just had this instant connection.

It was my first season of [Vanderpump Rules].

I think only like, three episodes had aired of Season 4 … And we've been together almost three years now.".

Emmett works in the film business.

Kent says she loves him because he's her best friend and he reminds her of her late father.

WHEN, and WHY "Shiny Object Syndrome" is GOOD For ENFPs - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 6:42.

Hey Dan here now but this point many of you have seen some of my ENFP advice

videos about changing direction and shiny object syndrome and I'm so happy

to hear from so many of you who've taken that advice and use it to help you stay

on track and make things happen but in this video we're gonna explore something

different are there times when it's actually really beneficial for an ENFP

to change direction all the time and is there possibly another reason so many

enfps change direction beyond just you know squirrel syndrome right now this is

your first time here my name is Dan I am the creative dreams around the world an

ENFP unleashed and here on the channel my mission is to help you become

the-best-version-of-yourself all while creating the most awesome light possible

for you and those you love now first things first if you have seen my other

videos on shiny object syndrome a changing direction as an ENFP and you're

between the ages of say 0 and 25 I want you to take that advice with a grain of

salt because there are many times when changing direction as an ENFP is

actually very good one of the ways we develop and we gain the sense of

intuition where we can really almost see the future in read situation so well is

through experience well we're born with a leg up in that department if we just

do the same thing every day we don't really develop that skill so

when we're younger and we're doing all kinds of different things and maybe

we're that extreme person who jumps all in you know we work at a bank we go all

it we go travel we go all it like everything we do we're going all in that

helps us develop our intuition faster and leapfrog ahead so if you're younger

you know you're 20 and you saw that video I don't want you to just say okay

I'm never gonna change direction again I'm never gonna try something new that

shiny object syndrome know when you're young your 20s your teens that is an

amazing time to make mistakes to travel the world to screw up to fall in love

and get married way too soon okay maybe don't get married but fall in

love way too soon and then fall out of love as well that is a really good time

to do that when I'm speaking to in that video is more when you're older when

you've been changing direction every year for 30 years probably not the best

thing to be doing and that's what I want to address in this video another reason

that I think enfps often change direction and it's not necessarily this

shiny object syndrome in terms of not being able to focus on one thing and not

having that ability it's a combination of fear and our unconscious trying to

save us from that fear let me explain what I mean to you there are things that

we probably for most of us that we really want to do some of us admit it

and say hey I really want to go after this dream this is what I really want to

do in life others we hide it we don't even admit to ourselves let alone other

people what we'd really like to be doing but deep down inside in our unconscious

we really do know what we really want to be doing if anything was possible

usually though we don't go after that so this cycle that I see a lot of enfps do

is go after a safe route right so some kind of a job that they think is safe

maybe they like it maybe they're actually pretty good at it but it is not

what they really really want to be doing so they go after the safe route and go

maybe six months a year two years but at some point they're unconscious comes up

and it's like hey this isn't what you want to be doing what are you doing dude

you really have something bigger something better you want to be doing do

that so eventually this unconscious acting kind of through self sabotage

sabotage quote-unquote really self-preservation behavior has us quit

has this either find a way to be sabotage ourselves and get fired or quit

or change direction and at that point we're almost free to start doing that

thing you really want to be doing right but then fear comes in so your

unconscious got you to the point of quitting and you're almost doing the

thing you really wanted to do but then fear comes in no you can't really be

happy no you that would be impossible to

pursue your dream no one succeeds in that right it's a tough industry no one

earns money blah blah blah that fear comes in

so you've tasted freedom you're about to do it and then fear comes in and then

you scale back and say okay yeah I quit the job I didn't like so I'm pretty

proud that but to you know go become an actor

to start my own business to be a musician no that's that's crazy

so why don't I go get another job that's better than my last job and then I won't

be so unhappy and then you go and you get that job and you work at it for a

couple years and then that unconscious comes in and say hey remember that time

you want to be an actor musician and entrepreneur why are you not doing that

yet and then the cycle repeats itself right so in my experience I have not

seen too many enfps pursue what they really want what they're so passionate

about it's so good at and give it a couple years give themselves enough time

to actually start to get successful and then have shiny object syndrome kick in

I don't think that happens I think if you as an ENFP pursue what you really

want to do and give yourself time to succeed you know the first year or two

can be tough so as long as you don't quit during that time I don't think

you're going to have shiny object syndrome I don't think you're gonna

suddenly quit a year or two into things and just bounce around I think the

reason a lot of enfps change and do what is basically perceived as shiny object

behavior is that they're not really doing what they want that they're kind

of settling for some middle ground some job that they think is okay but really

they don't want to do and then of course at some point their soul knows they have

to be doing something more and that's why they quit fear comes in suppresses

that dream and then you pick some middle ground but ultimately being an idealist

you don't want to settle for the middle ground you want something better and

that's why you end up repeating this pattern for more on this for more on

Crossing land boarders is always a bit more difficult than by airplane.

Getting a visa on arrival is often not possible at all.

So we tried to get our Visa for Azerbaijan and Iran at the embassies in Ankara.

Unfortunately it didn't work out. Visas are always a problem:

We have heard of people with visa problems who had organized all their visas before they left.

And then - when they ended up in India their Visa for India was already expired.

So, however you organize or not-organize the visa situation.

There are usually always problems involved, that you need to solve.

The mouse was somewhere at the roof of the car, so we had to think of something...

We ended up buying mouse glue, the mouse was supposed to get stuck on the glue.

In the end we were happy, because the mouse decided to use our live trap, not the glue.

When we set the mouse free, we were so excited that we forgot to take a video.

What's Holding You Back? Here's The Answer - Duration: 6:05.

Hi!

I'm Sharon Jurd and welcome to my Biz Blitz video.

I want to talk to you today about what's holding you back?

And I've got the answer!

You might say, "Well, how does Sharon know what's holding me back?"

I can tell you this, that there are only just a few reasons why you're being held back

from taking yourself to the next level, earning the income that you want, having the lifestyle

that you've dreamed about or achieving some successes in your business or in your life,

having a great relationship in your personal life and in your business life.

Whatever it is for you, there are only a few things that can hold you back.

Let me explain.

One, you can have some negative emotions like fear, anger, sadness, hurt, guilt, frustration

and annoyance.

You can have all of those and you probably hear people talking about negative emotions

that you may hold on to.

And then you may have heard about some limiting decisions – "I'm not good enough"

"I don't deserve this".

Those voices in your head that you're telling yourself why you shouldn't be successful

or achieve those goals and outcomes.

They are there.

I can help you with that through Time Line Therapy®, hypnotherapy and NLP, I can help

you with all that.

I want to talk to you about your past.

Some people hang on to their past about what their parents were like, their childhood was

like or their early adulthood was like.

You can tend to hang on to that as well.

The other thing is outside influences.

It might be the community or religion or the government.

All those outside influences that you tend to look at and go, "Well, that's what's

held me back" or it's the economy or the client base or the Australian dollar, whatever

country you're in, the dollar exchange rate.

Think about what outside influences that you're saying to yourself that are affecting you

and holding you back.

We can talk about all of those things.

And all of those things are true.

Those things can hold you back but what is under the umbrella of that?

What is underlying of all of those things is you.

You hold yourself back and you're the only one that can.

You're going, "Sharon, why are you pinning this on me?"

I always say, if something's not going right in your life and in business, look within

because you are the only thing that you can change.

You can't change your past, you can't change the outside influences most of the

time but you can change your negative emotions and you can change your limiting beliefs but

you primarily have to take that action.

You have to be the one that wants to change.

You have to be the one that says, "I'm not being held back anymore.

I'm going to go where I set my goals to, where I want my outcomes to be, and I'm

actually going to move forward and make sure that I achieve everything that I've ever

wanted to achieve."

And the only person that is holding you back is you.

Absolutely you.

But if you want to change that up then you need to find someone who can help you through

those negative emotions, help you through those limiting beliefs, clear those things,

set realistic goals in your timeline and make sure that your future is planned out for you.

You can go, "I've set goals and they tell me to write them down and I put them on my

wall."

That's not enough if you've got some incongruency in your unconscious and conscious mind.

We can go around and chant all day that we're happy but that doesn't mean we're happy.

You've got to work at a much deeper level.

Find someone out there that can help you at a much deeper level and make sure that you

clear those things that are holding you back.

So my question for you today is, what's holding you back?

And sometimes we don't even know what that is.

Find someone who can discover that with you and help you through that to take you to the

next level and make sure that you're not being held back.

That's my tip today.

Make sure that you're working at a deeper level to stop those things holding you back,

whether its limiting beliefs, negative emotions, your past, your outside influences, all of

that stuff.
