That's cause restricting yourself to the BRAT foods could deprive you of adequate calories
and important nutrients.
That being said.. if your guts are bubbling.. you may want to skip the flamming hot Cheetos
and pass on the 7 alarm challenge at the Wingdome.. just for today..
and remember that these acute causes of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are spread through the fecal oral route..
and as always your absolute best defense is practicing good hand hygiene.. that means..

This is Alok Kejriwal.
Today we are going to talk about the alphabet 'U' and I have chosen Upselling.
Selling has been done but how to take it up that is what we are going to talk about.
What is upselling?
I will tell you a story.
Many years back, we had booked ourselves for a very beautiful, exotic Norwegian cruise.
We were going to all the Norwegian countries and the booking turned
out to be quite heavy on my pocket.
When we were all set and all the bookings were done, we were about to get up from the
agent's office after finishing the deal when the agent said, "Sir, one last thing."
So we said, "Yeah sure."
He said, "Suppose, God forbid, if you are unable to take this cruise then you will lose a lot
of money." We suddenly lost heart. By God, we never thought of it.
It was so expensive for 4 of us as a family.
Then he saw our face and he said, "No no Sir, don't worry.
I have a remedy for that also.
There is a small insurance for this cruise wherein you will receive your money back if
you are unable to take the cruise.
So, I suggest you take this."What a beautiful example of an upsell.
No one in their right mind would say no.
What did he do?
What was the upsell?
First, he extracted so much money out of me, after that he made me happy, then he scared
me and said that if you take this you will have no need to fear.
Such a beautiful example!
So, I just started with an example of a great concept of upselling.
Now, why is upselling important?
It's important for three reasons.
Firstly, the regular work that you are doing diminishes gradually.
Margins reduce.
Competition arises.
You can't always increase prices or decrease the cost to be competitive.
So, you have to think of some way to increase your margin.
And, that is a great example of upselling.
Take a look at the economy airlines or regular airlines, one thing is that they sell the
business class and first class.
That is a regular sale.
But, so often when you are checking-in, the lady says, "Sir, only for so much you can
upgrade to the X-Class."
Even when you are sitting in the plane, they now tell you, "Only for this amount of money
you can upgrade."
They are upselling.
Now, if a really obnoxious person is sitting to next to you who is eating your head, you
say, "I can spend Rs. 5000 and upsell and go ahead."
This is a great example.
So, one is to increase revenue.
What is the second?
The second is, sometimes, sampling.
You know, you have a great business.
You have different products in your business.
How do you make it available to your customers without giving it free?
Take Dominos for example, when they introduced their cheese garlic sticks, when they introduced
their dessert, I remember, it used to be given away at a very nominal price.
Rs. X, you will receive this, Rs. Y you will receive this.
Almost on the phone we used to be like give it , we don't care.
We are not dying here for a mere Rs.10-20.
They were upselling.
They were giving you something which now you want and you start to order.
The third - this is going to shock you.
Upselling in itself is a business, Boss.
In our mobile games, the ones we make are are absolutely free.
100% free.
No cost.
Download for free, play for free.
Then, who will fill our pockets?
How will we become rich?
It is the act of upselling.
So, what we do is, after the consumer plays the game, a lot of ads appear.
The person gets really irritated.
We say, "Sir, pay 99 cents and get rid of ads."
Then, we provide him with only one bad car.
The poor thing is very unhappy with the bad car.
So, we give him an offer to buy better cars and we keep upselling.
Upselling becomes our business module.
So, please apply the concept, if you haven't already, to your business even to your profession.
Upsell yourself.
If you are a professional, learn some skills and offer those.
You know, if you are a lawyer, say, "I also do these things."
You can upsell anything and everything.
And, apply it in a way that you see you can enhance not just your income but also the
way you evolve because upselling is almost like a way of life.
You need to keep getting better, faster, higher and yet in a nice kind of non-cheating way.
So, think of upselling.

today i'm going to show you how to propagate African violet from leaf cutting
it's a mother plant of African violet
now simply cut the healthy leaf with the petiole or leaf stem
we can also snapping it off neatly at the stem of the plant
make sure the healthy leaf cuttings and leaf stem should be cut about ½ or 1 inch for best results
next
i'm going to pot the leaf cuttings
i just take some small cups and make a drainage hole
then
now i'm just putting the coco peat in the cups
now i just trim about half inch of leaf stem
next
insert the leaf stem into the growing medium
and then water it thoroughly
keep the soil lightly moist and avoid getting the leaves wet
keep them in shady and bright light place but do not place in hot areas
after 4 weeks new leaves and plants will start to peeking through the growing medium
after 45 days
we can see the new leaves and plants appear at the base of the leaf stem
now
it's time to re pot the plants
i just remove the plants from the cups
next
re potting the plants
soil mixture for African violet -coco peat or peat moss, sand and some compost or or composted cow manure
now fill the soil mixture into the pot and re plant the new African violets
after re potting water it thoroughly
after re potting them keep the soil lightly moist and avoid getting the leaves wet
water it every two to three days
if hot summer, water it every day
fertilize every 3 weeks with a plant food in summer growing season

How my photo became a 48' wide billboard – Art Pop Street Gallery - Duration: 8:26.
In this video I am going to take you behind the scenes of this bold blue beauty shot and
show you how it wound up on a 48 foot wide by 14 foot tall ArtPop Street Gallery billboard.

Hey gang!
This is a fun shoot that I did about 6 months ago.
Because of some recent exciting events - I wanted to share its story with you and of
course take you behind the scenes of how I made the shot.
So let's start with today and then work backwards.
Today and for the next 12 months - this photo is residing on a billboard that is just off
Rt. 309 in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Yeah - a micro four thirds image - tack sharp - on a 48 foot wide by 14ft tall billboard
- pretty cool eh?
How did this happen?
I am honored to have to have been selected as the People's Choice Award Winner in the
ArtPop Street Gallery 2019 Billboard Competition in my area.
So what does that mean?
Well - there is this awesome organization called ArtPop Street Gallery who's mission
is to promote local artists work and make art accessible to communities through available
media space.
ArtPop was founded by a woman named Wendy Hickey in Charlotte, NC back in 2014.
In the years since she has grown the program to include competitions in 14 cities across
the United States.
Wendy partners with billboard advertising companies like Adams Outdoor that is the advertising
company who is hosting my billboard - and these companies graciously donate unsold advertising
space to host the winning billboards - turning roads, highways and thoroughfares into opportunities
for artistic appreciation.
The winning artwork can be seen on billboards, buses, news racks and at airports.
ArtPop Street Gallery which is a non-profit organization partners with local art organizations
to organize and promote the annual contests.
I have included a link in the description below so that you can learn more about ArtPop
Street Gallery and maybe even have your artwork featured on a billboard!
People very falsely assume that you need extremely large files and tons of megapixels to print
a photo on a billboard and they very falsely assume that once the photo is printed on the
billboard that it looks really blurry up close and then really sharp when you are a hundred
of yards away - BOTH assumptions are VERY wrong.
Printing technology has come a long way and as you have heard me say MANY times - megapixels
are highly over-rated.
I had images printed on billboards 16 years ago taken with a 2.7mp Nikon D1 that produced
an image that was only 2,000 pixels wide.
The file that was required to print this billboard…. only 7,300 pixels wide at 300dpi.
That is only 24 inches wide.
The color profile was also set to CMYK to facilitate the printing process that is used
to print the images on vinyl.
It was actually quite impressive to watch the billboard being installed - total time
start to finish - including removing the previous billboard was just 27 minutes with a three
man crew from Adams Outdoor Advertising.
After the vinyl billboard is stretched across the backing, it's held in place with PVC pipes
that are slid through the sleeves on the edge of the vinyl and then tension strapped to
the back of the billboard.
I routinely scour Amazon.com looking for costume retailers, Chinese fashion retailers - just
about any one who sells interesting and unusual and colorful things that I can use for a photo.
In this case I found this bright blue set of Cosplay wigs and that is what I decided
to build my shot idea around.
The blue material draped around my models shoulders was something I already had in the
studio and used in this photo and the white sunglasses are left over from this set of
images that I did just over a year ago.
I always look for ways to re-use props as long as it's not too obvious that they are
showing up in several images.
I knew from the beginning that I was going to do a composite background on this shot
and I was originally thinking along the lines of a Japanese anime type of feel.
While I was in the studio I remembered that I had these blue plastic balls and realized
I could use them to create another one of my calm in the middle of chaos types of shots.
I wanted this to have a bright and commercial kind of vibe to it so I went with a 28"
beauty dish mounted directly in front of and above my subject.
The white Wal-mart reflector just underneath and out of frame - serves two purposes in
this shot.
It provides some fill from below to create the faux clamshell effect and it is the reflection
that you see in the bottom half of her glasses.
The purple tint is from the sunglasses - that was not added in post - but I did add saturation
to it in post.
The real challenge was maintaining the symmetry in the glasses with the reflection of the
beauty dish and foam core - it required very slow and deliberate communication with my
model.
It was important to keep her calm and focused and to reminder her not to move.
I told her that breathing was completely optional - just don't move!
I did this shot in front of an Ocean Blue Savage Seamless paper Background and used
two lights one on either side to light the background evenly and then another two lights
- one on either side - aimed back at the model to create the rim highlights on her wig and
shoulders.
This was a total of 5 Interfit Honey Badgers - but you could easily do it with speedlights
or pocket flashes.
When I was done photographing my model - I photographed the blue play ground balls separately
so that I had several variations to be able to composite in later.
The shot was made with my Olympus E-M1 Mark II and the M. Zuiko 45mm f/1.2 PRO lens which
is a 90mm full frame equivalent.
The ISO was 200 which is the base ISO for the Mark II and the shutter speed 1/250th
of a second and the aperture was set at f/8 .
I was shooting tethered with the TetherPro cables from Tether Tools and using the Olympus
Capture software to manage the camera and downloads.
In camera my images were saved to Delkin Devices V90 Power Cards
The final image of the model required very little post production beyond the usual color,
contrast and sharpening and of course removing of blemishes - I say this just as reminder
of the importance of great hair and makeup.
My next step was to remove her from the background in photoshop and then extend the image sides
to a 16x9 format.
Then in photoshop I added the blue balls in one at a time - added some motion blur and
then a radial blur to achieve the final result.
Inexpensive props and costumes and bright colors = fun photographs - so have fun - I
sure do.

Hello I am Wanderer001 and this is my three year follow-up review
and look at of wealthfront a automated Robo advising service there are a few
things that I'm going to touch on that have been added or changed or I feel
need to be discussed but really this is just a follow up so you can see how my
accounts have been doing so with any luck this will be shorter than the other
videos that I've done in the past if this is the first video of mine that
you're seeing for wealthfront I recommend going in the upper right hand
corner there should be an I popping up and that will take you to a playlist of
the evolution and my progress using wealthfront
so first and foremost the big change that came to wealthfront at the end of
2018 currently filming this end of January 2019 is this the path tool the
path tool one not gonna harp on it change the icon again for retirement no
longer a palm tree looks like a little star but the path tool and all its
goodness is now free for everybody to use you no longer need a Wealthfront
account in order to use this particular service for other things you will but
the path tool is now free for all second new thing and or update under what if I
one they change that naming convention but you had by house safer College
received wind fall now you can take time off to travel I do believe that they
change the name of this because I played with the tool when it first came out and
I was like well this just kinda seems weird with what they had a call so the
name has changed but the idea is still the same and what is that idea well if
we click this path event it will say travel so dreaming big it will say hey
we're gonna analyze some stuff to find out the the gist of it is based on what
you have how long can you take a sabbatical from actually needing to work
now over here it will show you here are your connected accounts now it doesn't
show you all of the accounts but this is the total network because there's
Vanguard and two Merrill Lynch it's not showing the Wealthfront ones anymore
which they changed the way that UI look but no big deal you can
more for better advice and then here you can edit your current household income
this is between my wife and I so we're gonna say see how long I can travel for
so based on the current information that is inside the wealthfront system it's
like hey you can travel for six months and you would be comfortable so for
those six months we would spend twenty five thousand dollars roughly four
thousand two hundred fifty eight dollars per those six months now here you do
notice that there is a sliding scale so here it's showing you how long you could
do that now if I were to try and say I'm going to do this for a year now it's
going to change you know how much so it's not fifty one thousand still
spending the same amount and I'm gonna show you where that amount is coming
from because it goes how will I fund this and it says you know here's cash
and it doesn't look like you have enough cash now there's this show details which
I will get into because that's partially where the calculations are coming from
now you will notice that it says net worth at sixty-five decreased by two
hundred thousand dollars because I shifted this from a year now if I go
back to six months you'll notice this number changes to a hundred thousand
dollars so it's saying you know based on you taking off you're not you know
adding any source of income so this will affect you in some way shape or form
which is understandable now if we select down here it's like how will this impact
my plan well here for retirement you'll say fourteen thousand dollars less and
it will decrease my net worth almost a hundred thousand dollars you know you'll
be back on track to retire planning assume assuming you return to earning
this amount and saving what I'm currently saving and you will have one
point eight thousand left by the time I'm ninety I can go back and edit my
retirement planning right from here or I can come down here and say other goals
so I can explore other goals now these are all now considered goals instead of
path events I'm going to collapse that and if we scroll down here it's gonna
set hey you can set when you want to start your sabbatical now it says I
would be starting this in July of 2019 with no income while traveling well that
is true for most you know if you're not working you're not making money and here
spending it shows 4258 now you can operate this on a sliding scale or you
can edit it here and make your changes you can also come down here and learn
about traveling costs which opens up this details area which I will show you
momentarily here it also says you know some advice so you're saving enough for
your trip you know dream of blah blah blah with some links and then digital
nomad for this much and it's like hey you can kind of budget so it will help
you with budgeting now the portion that I keep hiding or referencing but not
showing you is up here this detail so travel costs how is it assuming your
travel cost and it gives you a description of all of this so it's like
hey you want to be a cheapskate do you want to be thrifty or do you want to
live large and that's how its estimating your monthly so right now it's actually
estimating that I'm kinda into the living large so I really wouldn't say I
spend this much in a month so if I were to change this to 2,600 you'll notice
that this is comfortable and I can even say hey I want another month and it I'm
still comfortable without greatly impacting my retirement now we're gonna
close that one and say housing costs so this is hey do you have rent do you you
know during travel is this going to stay the same you can say yes it's going to
stay the same or you can say no I'm not going to be renting while I'm traveling
so you know some people just travel in an RV and they no longer have any rent
this will show you your account returns just like it does for many of the other
areas inside of wealthfront so I won't be showing you that because that's kind
of a lot of sensitive data likewise with the finances and household and down here
managing goals will allow you to mark this goal as completeness meaning you
finish your estimations here or you can delete this goal in
now coming back to the income while travelling you can actually say that you
are going to earn some income either you or your partner since my wife and I are
both listed on this particular account so I can say custom and say well since
I'm a super famous youtuber maybe I can make $200 a month and I'm gonna hit
enter and that will save that come down here and hit save and now it's added
into the calculation now granted $200 a month isn't going to do a lot but you
know hey it's $200 of gas money for my little sabbatical here so I can select
done and then either come and mark the rule is complete or done go to my
overview so we're just gonna go done go to my overview and now you'll see here's
my little sabbatical right here and thankfully I am still on track to have 6
months of being off and retiring comfortably now this is one of the big
changes to... I added a lot of extra information into my retirement because
well I wanted to make it more complete and by that I added some pension funds
and I've slowly been increasing the amount of money that my wife and I put
in I'm pushing this number up to for the total amount spending during retirement
to kind of keep me motivated because as you can see here I'm kind of on the cusp
of you will have just enough and what you need now that's not to say that I
will be super set I would like to save more because well I I kind of use it as
a motivating factor so I'll probably change it again so that I will be saving
even more now you'll notice that this number did go down a bit because well I
took six months off of not.. but you know making money or at least as much if I go
in here and delete it we're going to say delete path tool changes again and
you'll notice that I now have a hundred thousand dollars extra in my calculation
now account breakdown I want to touch on I'm not gonna show you because I don't
feel like having to blur them out but the breakdown for each account will show
you how much money is going into those accounts I recently
my IRA because well now the minimum for an IRA if we come in here I'll just pop
in there the minimum contribution is six thousand dollars as opposed to previous
whose previous years where it was 5500 for the longest time my wealthfront IRA
was not displaying the correct amount being deposited and I'm not sure why but
after I told it well I'm going to be increasing my contribution it changed it
and has been holding on to that new number quite well coming back to the
main page here what I also want to talk about is linked accounts this is
something new that wealthfront has done and they have added support for coinbase
so if you are into cryptocurrency you can come up in here and you can say
there you go coinbase so if you like crypto you can now have that as part of
your path total okay so now let's get into some of the actual returns because
hey that's kind of what you want to know I've been using this for three years so
how well are your accounts doing now I will start off by saying 2018 was rough
like you can see over here there is a dip and that dip is definitely in 2018
where I actually had for the first time in my IRA my account balance be worth
less than my initial deposits now I'm not saying that that's bad it's it was a
rough year all around but I had noticed a severe drop-off in people who are
using wealthfront because I can keep track of my referrals
even even my friends who are using my referral code we're saying hey you know
it's not performing like I thought it would and part of that is again it's
based on when you come into the market like I've been using this for three
years and I was doing pretty good until 2018 when all screwy yes we had super
market returns towards the beginning of the year but for me like when I would
put in or when I had my auto transfer going on it felt like the next day the
the market would go down so kind of wish there was like a pause button where it's
like I still want to do my deposit but maybe just hold off for like a day
because I can see things are coming I realized that takes away some of the
automation that wealthfront offers but I figured it could give you like some more
control and and again it's all about the long game with wealthfront so just keep
that in mind yes you're gonna see ups and downs this is probably the first
time that the that wealthfront has actually seen a down market so I did see
a lot of people abandoning ship and and I'm just trying to say stick it out it's
well worth it for the long haul now coming to my returns here we can see our
money way to return now in comparison to previous six months this has gone down
it's still in the green but it has gone down previously we're at twenty three
point four percent we are currently at seventeen point eight three if we check
our time-weighted return this one's actually pretty good because it was
thirty one point six the previous six months and currently it is only
thirty-one point zero eight so in the long haul this is doing pretty good
and again time-weighted is what you want because that'll give you a better
overview of your portfolio and coming down here again still wish they had
dividends somewhere still wish they would do fractional shares still wish
that they would pull my other outside institutions a little more often because
you know it's like three days sometimes before they actually bring that
information into wealthfront and I just wish that was a little more regular so
coming back up we're gonna go back to my overview and we are going to go into my
investment account now this is the one that really hurt because this one hasn't
been as active for as long as my IRA and you can see I've slipped well below my
deposit for awhile there at the end of 2019 now the other thing to consider
with your taxable account is tax loss harvesting if you notice back in 2017
because that's the first full year that I was using wealthfront's taxable
investment account tax-loss harvesting only $21.91 if you
come to 2018 you will notice that just for 2018 it tax-loss harvesting one
hundred and seventy four dollars and 92 cents that that is what this is good for
in a turbulent market it will save you some long-term and short-term capital
gains by tax loss harvesting your losses so even in 2019 it tax loss harvesting
you can see also in 2019 it has come up now above my deposit threshold
thankfully but looking at our all-time you could see two hundred and nine
dollars worth of tax I was harvesting but let's talk about returns again this
one has taken a hit so money weighted previously was 13.04 is currently three
point eight so that has taken a bit of a hit like I said this one has been open
for less time than my IRA and time-weighted was sixteen point nine six
it is currently thirteen point seven four so again it has taken a bit of a
hit but time-weighted shows not as bad as I would have thought now the one
issue I do have with tax loss harvesting and it's a personal issue I want to say
is because it's it's selling at a loss and buying similar stakes I have found
that if it does that close to when you're supposed to receive a dividend
quarterly you can be getting dividends from those less profitable assets and I
do realize that dividends are not the make and break of your accounts but it
kind of did upset me a little bit where I'm like oh I could have been getting
Vanguard this this or this and instead you know it put me into a Schwab so here
you can see because of tax loss harvesting I'm currently in Schwab which
is the lowest of their recommended ETFs instead of the Vanguard so I I was
getting Schwab dividends instead of Vanguard dividends which tended to be
a little higher and again that's just me putting out information there it's not
terrible tax loss harvesting in the long run will save you and and that's what
it's meant to do it's just personal personal pet peeve now speaking of if we come
over to the your investment strategy area again there is no dividends sadly
on this page I remember talking about this area so if we come up to change
this looks much different than it did previously because there was like all
these information there was just a little drop-down arrow
no real recommendation to hey go up here and change it now they've changed it
totally so you can see a clear progression as you go up you either are
not doing any tax loss harvesting you are doing tax loss harvesting you're doing
half tax loss harvesting at the stock level and smart beta but you need to
reach these particular thresholds and then recommended they did have
recommended on the other one all of that smart beta plus the risk parity and then
you can continue so I'm happy that wealthfront did make that a little
easier to understand for people who may be trying to figure out if that's
something that they need now I will also say that wealthfront
while it is a newer and growing company has had a few little missteps this year
first was with risks risk parity but then it was you know news was reported
that the SEC had slapped wealthfront with a $250,000 fine based on some of
the practices that they were doing so from October 2012 to mid 2016 so about
May while they stated that they were daily tax loss harvesting and checking
for wash sales for all accounts they really weren't doing that I guess they
were only doing it for some accounts I'm assuming once you got to a certain
certain threshold so they weren't doing it for all accounts which kind of got
them in trouble with the SEC because you're saying you're doing that and you
kind of need to be doing that the other thing was compliance with social media
usage and that was kind of hey they were not saying that things that they were
promoting on their Twitter account were pretty much like people who were hey
we'll give you some money to put this out there and then they were using it as
like a testimonial so it's kind of like truth in
disclosure type of stuff so realistically for me
I didn't start using wealthfront investment account until after 2016 so
my account was always daily tax loss harvesting and checked for wash sales
and that's part of what you're gonna get with fine tech it's it's growing it's
learning it's evolving there are going to be some missteps do I think this
makes it so that I wouldn't use wealthfront
no they're small missteps they're learning they improved they paid the
fine there was another Robo advisor who was listed as having not similar issues
but we're also fined by the SEC for something else entirely
so in the long run I still like it as a fully automated investment service I
will be continuing to use it as my primary retirement and investment
vehicle so with that said wealthfront no longer offers $10,000 for a signup bonus
if you happen to use somebody's referral link like the one that I will have in

The self-proclaimed 'dirty trickster' was arrested by the FBI in a raid before dawn Friday at his home in Fort Lauderdale
A one time confidant of Donald Trump, Stone, 66, was charged with lying about his pursuit of Russian-hacked emails damaging to Hillary Clinton's 2016 election bid
On Saturday, Stone sought to make light of the charges leveled against him and appeared at his home wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with the slogan: 'ROGER STONE DID NOTHING WRONG!' on the front
Wearing a beret and jeans, Stone also gave the double 'V-for-Victory' sign in a nod to his political idol, former President Richard Nixon

' Donald Trump defended his Presidential election strategist, and the man who was seen as pivotal in him winning the 2016 race, by claiming his arrest was the 'Greatest Witch Hunt in the History of our Country!' On Saturday, he again tweeted his support for Stone, this time saying: 'If Roger Stone was indicted for lying to Congress, what about the lying done by Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Lisa Page & lover, Baker and soooo many others? 'What about Hillary to FBI and her 33,000 deleted Emails? What about Lisa & Peter's deleted texts & Wiener's laptop? Much more!' Stone faces charges of tampering with witnesses and obstructing a House intelligence committee probe into whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia to tip the election
Last month it was reported that Stone had to give up health insurance because he couldn't afford it as the Russia probe has dried up his consulting business
In numerous interviews he has mentioned the fundraising website as it is thought that his legal costs could be substantial
Stone has decried the Mueller indictment against him as 'thin' and 'fabricated' and said he's gearing up for a fierce legal battle as he hit the talk show circuit hours after his high-profile arrest
Speaking to Fox News' Tucker Carlson on Friday night, the former confidant to President Donald Trump declared: 'I intend to plead not guilty
I believe I will be vindicated.'The indictment is thin, indeed.So what is this about? It's about silencing me
' Stone continued: 'There is a war on alternative media.There is a war where they are trying to criminalize political expression
There is a war where they are trying to criminalize free speech.' FBI agents clad in bulletproof vests arrived at Stone's Fort Lauderdale mansion with guns drawn on Friday morning after Special Counsel Robert Mueller unsealed a seven-count indictment from a grand jury impaneled in his sprawling probe of Russian election meddling
Mueller asked a judge Thursday to keep Stone's indictment sealed until his arrest, aguing that 'law enforcement believes that publicity resulting from disclosure will increase the risk of the defendant fleeing and destroying (or tampering with) evidence
' The indictment does not charge him with crimes directly related to Russia or with conspiracy to skew the 2016 election, but with what legal experts call 'process crimes'
He also claimed the heavily-armed manner of the arrest was unnecessary given that he doesn't own a firearm, doesn't have a valid passport and doesn't have a criminal history
'Frankly, they just could have contacted my attorney and I would have voluntarily turned myself in,' Stone told Carlson
'The proof of this is that only hours later the judge granted me a $250,000 surety bond because I'm not a flight risk
'And as far as the government's contention that they were concerned that I would destroy evidence, they have been in my email and my text messages and my phone calls for two years - probably longer because the New York Times reported on January 20th, 2017, that I was among three people in the Trump campaign under active surveillance
'Hopefully we will learn something about that in discovery of this case.' Addressing the allegation that he lied to Congress about his communications with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, Stone said: 'It's really simple
I did forget that I had text messages from an old cell phone that were entirely exculpatory, which proved everything I had said about [friend Randy] Credico being my source regarding the significance and the October release date of the Wikileaks material was accurate
' He is referring to the leak of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's emails prior to the 2016 election
Text messages showed correspondence between Stone and Credico about the emails days before they came out
Stone has maintained that the only information he had about Wikileaks came through Credico
On Friday, he said: 'I believe [Credico] lied to the grand jury about that.That's been reported
But he appears not to be being prosecuted for perjury.But, I forgot exculpatory information and, therefore, I will
' Stone continued: 'Look, Tucker, I think we both know the game here.Wear Stone down financially, make sure he is broke so he has to plead guilty to these charges, even though he didn't commit them
And then try to flip me against the president.He added: 'I'm in for the fight of my life
I will not quit.I will not fold.I will not bend.I will not bear false witness against the president
I intend to fight because this indictment is fabricated.'This indictment is thin as can be
My attorneys are highly confident that they can win an acquittal.If I can get a fair trial in the district of Columbia
' Just as he had on Fox, Stone closed the interview by reminding that he could use financial help in fighting his upcoming legal battle
Stone emerged from the federal court building flashing a V-for victory with both hands raised, Richard Nixon-style, after appearing in front of a judge Friday afternoon
He addressed scores of reporters outside the court to say: 'I am falsely accused' while protesters around him shouted 'lock him up' and supporters chanted 'Roger! Roger!' 'I will plead not guilty to the charges,' Stone said, shouting over the protests
'I will defeat them in court.I believe this is a politically motivated investigation
' He added: 'There is no circumstance whatsoever under which I will bear false witness against the president, nor will I make up lies to ease the pressure on myself
I look forward to being fully and completely vindicated.' The FBI also raided Stone's Manhattan apartment, seizing hard drives and other materials

Two bombs exploded outside a Roman Catholic cathedral on a southern Philippine island where Muslim militants are active, killing at least 19 people and wounding nearly 50 during a Sunday Mass, officials said
The first bomb went off in or near the Jolo cathedral in the provincial capital, followed by a second blast outside the compound as government forces were responding to the attack, security officials said
Philippine National Police chief Oscar Albayalde said that at least 19 people died and 48 were wounded
Police and military reports said the casualties included both troops and civilians
Photos on social media showed debris and bodies lying on a busy street outside the Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, which has been hit by bombs in the past
Troops in armoured carriers sealed off the main road leading to the church while vehicles were transporting the dead and wounded to the hospital
Some casualties were evacuated by air to nearby Zamboanga city. It came nearly a week after minority Muslims in the predominantly Roman Catholic nation endorsed a new autonomous region in the southern Philippines in hopes of ending nearly five decades of a separatist rebellion that has left 150,000 people dead
Although most of the Muslim areas approved the autonomy deal, voters in Sulu province, where Jolo is located, rejected it
The province is home to a rival rebel faction that's opposed to the deal as well as the Abu Sayyaf group, which is not part of any peace process
Western governments have welcomed the autonomy pact. They worry that small numbers of Islamic State-linked militants from the Middle East and Southeast Asia could forge an alliance with Filipino insurgents and turn the south into a breeding ground for extremists

This is Alok Kejriwal.
Today we are going to tackle a sensitive topic.
'T' for Target.
So, targets is a very common occurrence in all our lives.
I'm sure you have a target.
I have a target.
We all have a target.
It seems like sometimes, we are prisoners of targets.
I think in this age of large numbers, everything has to go up.
The graph should always be up.
Targets are the greatest tool to deploy.
Make a target and the person will achieve it by any means.
So, targets are a very dangerous tool.
Personally, I don't believe in targets.
I think they do more negative than positive.
So, what goes wrong in a target?
Earlier, people used to use formula - like increase the sales by 25% of this quarter.
The GDP is not increasing by 25% that you will be able to increase your sale.
They are unrealistic.
Sometimes, people just are under so much business pressure, they pass on that pressure to targets.
"Please make this much sale. I need the money. Do it by any means."
Doesn't work like that.
It is unreasonable and unjust.
And, finally, I think, people who sometimes set targets haven't understood how to achieve
them themselves.
So, that's a big problem.
It's set by people who don't know what they are talking.
What are the targets that work?
I mean, targets work, right?
So, there are targets which are not always aligned with revenue but can lead to revenue.
For example, in the product business - "Hey product manager, this quarter I don't want
any of your games to be less than 4.5 stars".
It's a quality target.
Achievable if you do a good product.
It's something that can be measurable and that can be easily attainable with effort.
Right?
"Hey HR, I don't want anyone in my company to go home after 8PM".
Great!
So, it's a quality target that helps me improve employee morale.
There are many many positives of targets if you pursue them.
Second, targets are very big science.
I would suggest this method.
I call it the arithmetic of target setting.
So, there is a formula - a*b*c*d=e.
What does this mean?
There are many variables that you assume, you hope for, you say, this should become
this leading to an output.
I would suggest, anybody who is watching and who is receiving targets to understand the
math of targets very carefully before you give them or accept them.
So, work with whoever you are working with or with yourself and say
What parts of my formula are realistic?
What parts are optimistic?
What parts are normal?
And what could be the variance on this target?"
Don't just give arbit targets because they don't work.
So, this is very important.
Finally, right, this is a very personal matter I feel.
Don't make targets a bullying tool.
It is a very very bad way to bully people - like this is your target, now you achieve
it and show. It never works.
Negatives of targets can sometimes be lethal.
You know, some companies I have seen, bill excessively in March to fulfil a target and
all those goods are returned in April.
People lie.
People do all kinds of scams.
Avoid this because it's not going to help you.
In the end, I'd love to quote one of my favourite shlokas from the Gita
"Karmanye va dhikaraste maaphaleshu kadachana"
What does it mean?
Do not always keep thinking of the fruit aka the target, believe in the effort.

Set targets carefully, Accept targets even more carefully.

diet was recommended just for the upset tum tum..
BRAT stands for Bacon, Ramen, Airheads, and Tacos... wait sorry..

Thats the point.
The idea is to have your intake be as lame as possible so your stomach doesnt get all
excited and throw a fit.
Something like that..
However the most recent recommendation is to eat as tolerated which simply means.. if you can
keep it down, go for it.
That's cause restricting yourself to the BRAT foods could deprive you of adequate calories
and important nutrients.
That being said.. if your guts are bubbling.. you may want to skip the flamming hot Cheetos
and pass on the 7 alarm challenge at the Wingdome.. just for today..
and remember that these acute causes of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are spread through the fecal oral route..
and as always your absolute best defense is practicing good hand hygiene.. that means..
wash your damn hands.
