Juan Guadó (AFP) El presidente del Parlamento y autoproclamado presidente de Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, dio este sábado "la bienvenida" al coronel José Luis Silva, quien era agregado militar del país en Estados Unidos y este mismo sábado dio la espalda al dictador Nicolás Maduro
"Damos la bienvenida a él y a todos los que con honestidad se quieran apegar a la CRBV (Constitución) y a la voluntad del pueblo venezolano", escribió Guaidó en un mensaje en Twitter
En un video difundido en las redes sociales, y cuya autenticidad no pudo ser comprobada por Efe, Silva expresa su "apego a la hoja de ruta del presidente encargado Juan Guaidó"
La Casa Blanca celebró la decisión del coronel Silva en un mensaje publicado en Twitter por el portavoz del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional de la Casa Blanca, Garrett Marquis
