Anti-Judaism is not to be compared to anti-Semitism.
We must not mix them up.
On the 19th century,
the idea of hatred and hostility against Jews emerged from a racial basis.
The term "anti-Semitic" appeared in 1870,
creating a race opposed to Arians.
The idea of Semitics against Arians is a fable, a legend.
Semitics and Arians never existed.
Therefore, Christian anti-Judaism became a form
a form of anti-Semitism that was not Christian at all,
that was a purely racist stand.
Of course, that's another thing. In hindsight,
I wouldn't link the word anti-Semitism
to Christian anti-Judaism.
I wouldn't say that Saint Louis,
Louis IX, king of France, who was canonized,
who was the great persecutor of Jews in France,
I wouldn't link...
I wouldn't link him to the modern anti-Semitists,
as he believed that, once converted, a Jew ceased being a Jew.
It was a religious question, a religious war.
Even so that anti-Semitism drew on
all characteristics of anti-Judaism.
But anti-Semitism had a racial ingredient
that led directly to Nazism.
I believe that, nowadays,
they are both mixed up. Another way to say it
is that anti-Judaism is deeply anti-Semitic,
because they got mixed up.
When you hear something against Jews,
even when it's something religious, it evokes anti-Semitism.
And there was also a rebirth of anti-Semitism,
something that was traditionally linked to the far-right.
In France, traditionally that came from the far-right.
It has been reborn in France,
and there is also Arabic anti-Semitism,
anti-Semitism from Islamic people. We have a new religious war going on.
So, anti-Semitism is everywhere.
Anti-Semitism is like a mental illness,
it is a disease, anti-Semitism. And, of course,
it's everywhere. To the point, by the way, that there are Jews who are anti-Semitists,
we call it "Jewish self-hatred", the rejection
of your own Jewish identity, the hate against yourself.
Due to the conflict between Palestine and Israel,
we have racist Jews, Arabic Anti-Semitics,
it's terrible. In spite of the Shoah,
we can see that Anti-Semitism is everywhere.
We must not get paranoid,
we must study its History, know it well,
we must not label every single person
who criticizes Israeli policies as an anti-Semitist.
It has already happened to me, when criticizing Israeli policies,
to be called an anti-Semitist. It's totally ridiculous.
But anti-Semitism is a thing that exists,
and I would say...
I studied this issue in my book about the revival of the Judaic question,
anti-Semitism is a unknowing phenomenon. There are a lot of unknowing anti-Semitists.
In my book I analyzed, for example, a very well-known sentence,
I am not sure if it is well known here, from Raymond Barre.
At the time of the Attempt against Copernic St. synagogue,
Raymond Barre said: "It was an attempt against Jews,
but innocent French got killed."
He didn't notice it,
I don't know if he didn't notice it, but the whole press noticed.
Unknowing anti-Semitism is even stronger today,
in France and maybe here too,
the more laws we have to condemn anti-Semitic statements,
the incitation of racial hatred.
In France, we don't have the right anymore to call someone a "dirty Jew",
to say anti-Semitic things. Of course,
this is becoming more and more repressed, unknowing.
So, it's being expressed through other channels.
That's happening in France.
Jean-Marie Le Pen is an anti-Semitist. It's that simple,
he won't officially make Anti-Semitic statements.
But when he says that the Shoah is a detail in world history,
when someone like Dieudonné says frightening things…
But anti-Semitism is playing on a new field, because,
once anti-Semitic discourses became illegal, it acquired new forms.

Our house is on fire.
I am here to say, our house is on fire.
According to the IPCC, we are less than 12 years away
from not being able to undo our mistakes.
At places like Davos, people like to tell success stories.
But their financial success has come with an unthinkable price tag.
And on climate change, we have to acknowledge we have failed.
All political movements in their present form have done so,
and the media has failed to create broad public awareness.
But Homo sapiens have not yet failed.
Yes, we are failing, but there is still time to turn everything around.
We can still fix this.
We still have everything in our own hands.
Now is the time to speak clearly.
Solving the climate crisis is the greatest
and most complex challenge that Homo sapiens have ever faced.
The main solution, however, is so simple
that even a small child can understand it.
We have to stop our emissions of greenhouse gases.
And either we do that or we don't.
You say nothing in life is black or white.
But that is a lie. A very dangerous lie.
Either we prevent the 1.5C of warming or we don't.
Either we avoid setting off that irreversible chain reaction
beyond human control or we don't.
Either we choose to go on as a civilisation or we don't.
That is as black or white as it gets.
We must change almost everything in our current societies.
The bigger your carbon footprint, the bigger your moral duty.
The bigger your platform, the bigger your responsibility.
Adults keep saying: "We owe it to the young people
to give them hope."
But I don't want your hope.
I don't want you to be hopeful.
I want you to panic.
I want you to feel the fear I feel every day.
And then I want you to act.
I want you to act as you would in a crisis.
I want you to act as if the house was on fire.
Because it is.

安倍首相は韓国を無視?代わりに中朝にラブコール? - Duration: 6:02.
Prime Minister Abe ignored Korea? Instead of love call in the morning? (Translated by google.com)
Korean media is stirring as Prime Minister Abe of Japan neglected Korea intentionally in the administrative speech.
South Korea media reported that Korean relations had fallen out entirely in a speech of Abe's 12800 characters, 52 minutes.
Meanwhile, he said he would clarify the intention of normalizing diplomatic relations with North Korea and work closely with the international community including the United States and South Korea.
This is the only part where the word "Korea" came out in the speech. It did not appear at all in other parts.
He said that the relationship between Japan and China will come back to perfectly by the visit last year, raising Japan-China relations to a new stage.
Abe also mentioned active diplomacy with Middle Eastern countries and aid to African countries.
Until last year, Korea was regarded as "the most important neighbor for sharing strategic interests", but this year has not been touched this year.
Last year Korean media reported that they felt deliberately cold on Korea, but said that this year is not touched.
Also, the Korean media has analyzed that it is avoiding that Japan, the United States and Korea are in disorder in the pace of the US maintaining silence although Japan is requesting arbitration to the United States .
South Korea also tried to discuss the United States, but the United States has said that it did not respond.

Korean reaction
I am not interested in mentioning or not mentioning it.
Sense to comment while not interested.
Is the media crazy? Do I have to pay attention to not mentioning Abe to our country?
We also use anti-Japanese emotions to cover other issues and increase the approval rating.
Abe stopped mentioning to Korea but is it so important? Is not that we should not mention Japan either?
I can not become a true friend of Japan. Never give up on them trying to separate the same race and pursue only their own interests.
Japan is also a problem, but the guards of the domestic troops who are domestic are even more serious.
Abe is the leader who dislikes the unification of the Korean peninsula the most.
It seems that the United States and Japan have begun to raise Korea and to nurture North Korea ....
Abe does not seem to know that North Korea dislikes Japan even more than us.
Japan has never played a war with North Korea and can be friendly, but what?
It is bullshit. How poor are the North Koreans feel about Japan? Did only Korea experience the enlisted occupation period of the Japanese emperor?
Reason why the United States is indifferent to the deterioration of relations between Japan and Korea? Because I hate Mun Jayin's administration ...
Although North Korea is firmly united with Russia and China, Korea is in bullying in the United States and Japan.
If I knew the meaning of the Korea-US alliance, I would not have compelled South Korea's contribution of the USFK forces. Korea is a buyer who buys American power, not allies.
The United States is basically a friendly force.

The idea of Japanese editors
Prime Minister Abe is still cold to Korea. Frequently it is said that apathy is more serious than likes and dislikes in relation to human relations, but it seems to be in that stage.
In exchange, Kono foreign minister touched so much that it took a balance.
Then Korean media said that "Takeshima is a territory unique to Japan". Whether touching but not touching will make noise anyway.
As a comment, Korea had to touch Japan, but it would be unrealistic.
3.1 Can we make a speech without Japan on the Independence Movement anniversary? Rather, it will become conscious of Japan at full throttle anti-Japanese.
And if the US-North Korean summit was going smoothly, it would be condemning Japan by aligning footsteps in the north and south. Without Japan, Korea can not be established.
If we can talk about improvement of relations between Japan and North Korea at the US-North Korea summit meeting, we will lose that momentum. It means that there is a possibility that Korea will be in great trouble.
I was not originally aware of what bad Japan-Korea relationship would be. Relations that had been hidden without media reporting were only exposed through several incidents.
If Korea is quiet, there will be no winds as if nothing happens.
I feel that the Japanese government's response to Korea is cool and cold. The Korean government deplores emotion and makes a big fuss. Korean media is also responsible.
If there is something in Japanese media, suddenly beating out Korea. Well it's for numbers. Magazines and TVs and so on will also start to feature special features.
South Korea may be dealing with Japan - South Korea relations by regime more concerned about numbers than the media. Moon · Jayin's regime has recovered somewhat of the support rate and it is said that it went as intended.

are you having a bad day?
Swim fast!
Do you have a lot of work and stress?
Swim fast!
Are you questioning your decisions and feel like you need to make a change?
Swim fast!
Your crush doesn't talk to you?
Swim fast!
Swimming fast is not the answer to everything, but it is a starting step.
When you swim fast your arteries dilate, you heart starts working hard, your muscles activate,
your muscle memory kicks in.
Your brain cannot biologically hold worries or stressing thoughts while doing this intense
physical activity so they goes away.
Meaning your prefrontal cortex, the frontal part of your brain, temporarily shuts down
and you enter a state of flow.
Around 70% of your body is water but at that point it feels more like 100% because of the
fluidity and the automatic movements of your body.
Even if it is just for a few second or minutes your sense of confidence in your swimming
abilities are so high that they will carry over into other parts of your life.
That, if you ask me, is a good starting point to solve any problem.
so, go ahead, take a dive and swim fast!

How To Make Money Doing Very Little Work - Duration: 11:21.
Hey guys it's John Kevitz from Acquire Liberty thanks for spending your time
from here today. Today I have a website for you that's gonna show you how to
make some extra money from home whether it be a little bit of money or some part
time money but it's legit it's easy to do and you know what I actually shown
you another website where you could do the some time ago a couple months ago
but this one I think is just a little bit better but before we get into that I
want you to subscribe to my youtube channel click on that little Bell
notification so every time I make it upload you'll get to see it first
and remember if you no longer want to trade time for money and you all learn
how to make passive income click that link below on the top of the description
watch the free video you'll get to see how I started and thousands of other
people got started working from home full-time and generating passive income
that's the key to success folks all right guys all and you further ado let
me show you what I have for you today it is called phat llama dot-com right
almost anything now this is actually a really phenomenal site we all have
things are a house whether it be you know tools whether it be electrical
equipment entertainment systems whatever the case may be cameras that we don't
really use they're just kind of laying around a house we're not using it well
guess what there are people out there that could use your stuff right now
today and you can make money letting them use it because they don't want to
buy that those things and maybe they ranked and they don't have a house to
store things so they just want to use something once really cheap and you know
give it back to you cheap meaning you don't have to pay as much as going to
like Home Depot to get you know gardening tools or go to Best Buy to buy
like a $300 camera they're just gonna borrow off you for like a day or two
make a couple bucks off of them and they're gonna be happy because they will
do what they want to do sound good so let me just show you around the site
here a little bit it's really simple and there's this is the domain the main page
here and it says basically recently viewed items that I was looking at this
you know you got your drones you got your cameras you know 100 hours a day
depending on how you know awesome the camera is is a really high-end is it
lower end whatever the case may be you rent it according to the quality of the
product that you're actually letting people use now
earn up to $1,000 a month for renting out your stuff which is very possible
and very plausible and I'll show you that a lot of people actually made that
kind of money very soon I'm gonna show you that now see it says average fifty
dollars a week now out of all the thousands of people that use this
website on a weekly basis this is what they make on average fifty dollars a
week which is actually pretty respectable no I mean you got to keep in
mind you can make a lot more money doing this a week but it does take some effort
because you got to post things on here you got to be very detailed you gotta
take a lot of pictures you gotta take a lot of video there are some interactions
with people it does take effort okay you're not you know in a box where
you're doing this all by yourself you do have to interact with people and you
have to post a lot of things there in order to have success what I like about
this website - your items are protected now with that being said did some
digging on to this now let's just say you're someone who's lending things out
to people okay and this is you know your camera your you know garden tool over
the case maybe they're not going to reimburse you if there's a scratch or
ding on something they're just not going to do it but if they're basically saying
if it affects the quality or the ability for the equipment that you rent it out
to do the job it's supposed to do after you received it back from the person you
rented it out to then they will reimburse you up to $30,000 whatever the
value of the equipment is worth which is really phenomenal because the other
website I showed you which I'll leave a card up here in the video for you that
you can actually go back and look at that at that website as well but this
one here I actually just like it more just for that simple and plain reason
alone when the truth of the matter is I looked at this and honestly it does only
take a minute now the thing you have to keep in mind it takes a minute to set it
up but when you're doing these things you want it like provide as many
photographs as possible not only for the customer but you want to do it for
yourself so if there's any disputes or issues that come up as far as something
getting damaged where it doesn't work you can actually show the pictures in
your profile or in your account of the item that was rented out and the quality
that it was at and I would actually encourage you to go a little bit farther
than that if you're gonna rent out cameras or anything like that or
anything that's valuable to you I would actually take a video of that item
actually already working before you rent it out because they will look at the
time stamp and if it was working before you rented
it out that's another level of proof you'll have in order to get reimbursed
of it with anything that actually gets damaged and it doesn't happen that often
honestly after looking through this site it really doesn't but there's always
that slim chance that it does and you want to have you know your all your you
know you know t's crossed in your eyes data as they say here's a couple more
items that are just renting looking now seeing the quality of this Camrys in
that isn't as high as some of the others we saw up at the top of the page but
nine dollars a day ten dollars a day but it's free money you're letting
someone use something and you don't use anymore and you're just making free
money electric bikes you know scooters you know speakers one hundred sixty
dollars a day that's a nice one right projection screen thirty nine dollars a
day LED party light packages sixty dollars a day phenomenal stuff guys let
me look at the drones they have for sale fifty or four rental fifty dollars today
35 dollars a day depending on the quality of the drone here's actually
some of the top dogs let's go to the dealer leaderboard page and here we go
here look at this guy joined May 2018 not that long ago and he's already made
nine thousand one hundred forty one dollars now this guy is working his tail
off probably putting everything in anything he he has that he owns and he's
willing to run up there but he's probably posting every day he's probably
interacting every day he's putting tons of pictures up may possibly videos as
well but the guy's definitely a hustler you could tell and you can make some
serious cash doing this and this is obvious right there
now at the lower end of the of the leaderboard you're talking about the
lowest one sixteen forty six and this guy joined a person joined April 2017
this is actually pretty good money right guys really good money look at that nine
thousand one hundred forty one dollars he joined May of 2018 Wow
so I mean guys I mean the opportunity is there now let's browse now what you want
to do here is after you go here and look at the leaderboard I'll put all the
links in the page for you to actually take a look at this stuff you go down
here after you click on here for the top leaderboard just scroll down a little
bit more on the bait on the main page hit browse items and it takes you to
this page here and you can actually see all the things here on the left hand
side that you can actually categorize whatever you want to actually you know
sell or rent out rent look at your right look at this
Trump trombones Oh guys you just take it let's take a look at the yeah percussion
here we got percussions look drum set rentals $150 a day $92 a day
we got another than $35 day you know people who are just looking for drum
sets to rent them out he's using for a week or a gig they have they just need a
you know you know drum set for the day or whatever the case may be maybe they
used to play drums and now someone call them can you do this drum thing but you
got to bring your own drums you say oh I don't have the drum set right now so I'm
gonna go on this website I'm gonna rent this up this guy for 35 bucks for a $400
job hey it's money well spent for him right and plus you're making out money
making you know whatever it is $35 a day in this case and in this case getting
this really high-tech professional you'd make $150 a day if you own a drum set
but you guys get the point right so they pick it up they bring it back you check
for damages if there's any damages basically they would reimburse you for
you'd have to prove it like I said they're not gonna cover you for
scratches and dings and that kind of stuff they're just not going to do it to
list an item basically step 1 give your name item add some photos you go to next
and you you know you do a bunch of other details basically you know what you want
to rent it out for the location area and that sort of thing it's really really
simple stuff I mean filling this kind of stuff out does not take that long
probably the longest thing that will take you to do is taking the photos of
whatever it is you want to actually have them have rented out and I said I would
recommend that you actually take a video but actually working and using it as
well just for your own records in case something ever happens how long when
does lenders get paid key within 24 hours of the start of the day of the
rent oh this is normally hits your account about three to four working days
after the start date of the rental so if someone rents something out on Monday
probably by Thursday or Friday normal working business days you'll see
whatever money has coming to you at that point so that's actually not bad now
they use secure payment provider stripe I never heard of stripe before but I'm
assuming it's something like PayPal something that's very kind of rare you
don't see PayPal in here but this is actually US and UK based so keep that in
mind I don't think you do this anywhere else around the world I think it's just
for the United States and the United kingdom and that's pretty much it folks
and I mean here's a little bit more details about the guaranteed fa Q's and
a gig goes into a lot more detail but there's really not that much more detail
I basically told you the details of that but I would look into it if you're
seriously looking into get into this but guys listen that's all I have for you
today I hope this helped you out this is a good way for you to make some solid
good part-time money with very little effort involved I mean how would you
like to just set something up you know you could probably in 30 minutes you
could probably in theory setup you to anywhere between two to three of these
things then just have money coming in when you have someone come pick it up at
your house or the case maybe you wanted you know go to that house whatever the
case is nine times out of ten I would probably have them come to my house and
pick it up since they're the ones you know renting it off of me and from that
point forward there you're just making money off of it I mean that's really
awesome money and if at some point in time does not work and the functionality
of it does fail you let these guys know you show them the proof you get
reimbursed so you're really not going to lose but I think this is a really good
opportunity for those if you have a lot of stuff laying around the house is just
kind of sitting there not making any money and it can be so it's just
something keep in mind all right guys listen that's all I have for you today
if you would be so kind subscribe to my youtube channel click on that little
Bell notification so every time I make it upload you will see it first and
remember if you want to generate passive income for yourself you no longer want
to trade time for money click that first link in the bottom of the description
below watch the free video Co I got started and thousands of other people

how I make a thousand dollars a day in passive income you know actually by
having a card or in an end card and then in the video so you can watch that if
you are interested and you want to learn more and that's pretty much all I have

Vibrant Colour Blocking on an Acrylic Stiletto Nail - Duration: 15:13.
hi everybody I'm Kirsty Meakin from naio nails in this video I'm gonna show
you how to do a cutout nail using. using what? a throwing star. It's not a throwing star
really the cutting out tool but I'll show you what I mean
so this little tool yes we do couple of these they do ones with a nice
sort of smile line and then this one has a weird shape that's why you know it looks like
a snowflake kind of a throwing star snowflake. don't or you might jinx us into the snow
coming so this part here this shape is like a v. See the different size is
as you go around so you've got small here and they go to big so if you
adjust that according to the size of the nail that we are going to create first
first of all I need to build this nail out so we're going to sculpt out a thin layer
of clear we're gonna go to about three and a half I'm gonna pinch this nice and
tight you can see that the form looks like it's dropping it won't drop
when we actually put the nail on it will be nice and straight at the sides we're gonna come
straight out of that side wall and create a stiletto shape I'll use
Mac's adhesion because we want the product to not set up quite as quickly
so this'll slow it down so I'm going to dehydrate the nail using the nail prep
dehydrator
then I'm gonna use the acid based primer
you can use just the normal acid free primer I'm using the acid based primer
because I know that andrea has trouble with lifting especially on these two
fingers I don't know what she's doing it is fingers so with the clear take a bead
oh with a bit of black fluff in we'll get rid of that and we will make contact
with that nail keeping everything nice and thin and then we're gonna come down
and now your so we are puting and pulling and pressing that product down
the nail to the length that we want it I'm gonna use my huge pot of the mid
viola this is one of my favorite colors love it and I'm gonna pick up a small
bead I don't want a masse bead
I'm going to go right here at this cuticle you use the tool you to this
product
I'll just dip it in the powder walk him down first and drag forward this right
is make some nice even cut you just do the cleaning off the pigment from the
nail with a little bit the monomer just on the brush then i'm going to take
natural beige go straight up to that color that you've just on get your sides
nice and neat
don't forget to keep the bulk in the apex we're going to cut again but what
I'm going to do this time is I'm going to squeeze the metal on the cutter just
to make it even thinner so it's quite good that you can do this cuz you can
slightly change the angle of your cut
so then come in you sure I really drag the rest of that away because we have a
thin layer of clear acrylic down it will want to stick to it we just will wait up
then I'm gonna use ruby red pick that up straight go straight up to the cut that
you've just done
and we're going for nice bright funky colours today cos apparently you know we
have a good spring soon even though it was snowing. I'm just hoping you see that Andrea's nails are going to
ward off the show yeah we'll try and really and we're gonna cut again just
slice off that excess
hmm gonna leave up pinching tool on for second while I get my next color and
then we're gonna use crazy coral and this is just for Andrea she's a little
bit crazy bet you love coming for a bit of abuse don't you and part of the
service. Have your nails done, get abused, perfect.
because this is little I'm going to come in with the edge on this side and just drag it
however we are going to use that colour right now we're going to go back to the vivid violet, small bead
because this is just the tip now you don't need to cut this colour
so then put the pinching tool alone
there's something very simple about this kind of work let's cut out work
because you want it to be simple but bright which makes it immediately both
funky very funkalicious I'm now going to file it and not actually going to
encapsulate it we've got enough on there to actually we've got a little product
on their strengths gonna file off this
yeah same this side you're gonna files up to that points to bring it into a
nice stiletto
what I'm gonna do now as I've discovered, you just want to put a thin layer of
clear over it but uh what I've done first of all is file it to get
everything nice and crisp and then I'm gonna cap it in clear just to add a
little bit of strength
I'm just going to smooth over but you can see that I've put that top coat to
top coat definitely not top coat. so I'm gonna pop over let's move this out
slowly yeah I like it look like it's even more
as if it was an actual ice lolly.
we've enjoyed this video if it helps you with your little nail adventure I'm
sure you're gonna have a go at it and see what you think and don't forget
everything ever used today will be listed below check it out and facebook
and Instagram don't forget to subscribe as I will be very cross. See you in
the next video
looks like that's just no idea what she's doing this is just like Oh

Liverpool transfer news: Simon Mignolet reveals when he wants to leave Liverpool - Duration: 3:04.
The Belgium international has fallen down the pecking order since Alisson's £67million move to Liverpool
Mignolet, 31, has only made two appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side this season, fuelling talk of an imminent departure
The former Sunderland stopper is eager to leave Merseyside and play regular first-team football, which he hasn't had since the 2016-17 season
But he's resigned to the fact the Reds won't let him leave until the summer at the earliest
"We are fighting for the Premier League and the Champions League," he told the Liverpool Echo
"I am a Liverpool football player with two years left on my contract and I do will my service for the club in the best possible way I can
Then we will see what happens. "Definitely, nothing will happen this month and we will see what happens in the summer
"Hopefully it will be a story for after we have won the Premier League and the Champions League
" Although he's desperate to end his stay at Anfield, Mignolet is more than willing to come to his team's aid if called upon
"I've said before that I don't want to be sat on the bench," he added. "I'll be 31 in March
Of course, I want to play but in certain circumstances, you have to accept the situation you are in
"It's something I can't control myself. All I can control is my training and being there for the team
"The good thing is that I'm professional, I think everyone would agree with that
"I know I have to work for myself in the first place - for my future and my career I need to stay at this level
"Secondly, the team demands that we push each other. Ali demands it, the goalie coaches want it from me
In the training sessions, we must push each other to the highest level. "If I switched off that might have a knock-on effect on the other boys, especially on Alisson
" Liverpool will next be in action on Wednesday night, welcoming Leicester City to Anfield

NFL Pro Bowl: Barkley on defense, lateral fun, Ramsey TD catch - Duration: 9:11.
9:26 PM ETESPN.com FacebookTwitterFacebook MessengerPinterestEmailprint The NFL Pro Bowl will never be confused with a serious game, but Sunday's installment took its playful nature to another level
There was an attempted no-look pass from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, an NFC defense that included running backs Saquon Barkley, Ezekiel Elliott and receiver Mike Evans on the field at the same time, an interception return that included three laterals, and a touchdown catch by Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey
And there was the added "drama" of the NFC trying to avoid being the first team in Pro Bowl history to be shut out
It got off the hook when Falcons tight end Austin Hooper caught a 20-yard touchdown pass with 9:05 left in the game
The AFC rolled to a 26-7 victory, with New York Jets safety Jamal Adams winning defensive MVP and Mahomes earning offensive MVP honors
Here's a look at the scene and the action on Pro Bowl Sunday:play0:21Adams has funny reaction when Pro Bowl trophy breaksThe Pro Bowl trophy breaks when Jason Witten presents it to Patrick Mahomes and Jamal Adams, who are shocked
Mahomes: 'It was awesome' Mahomes threw for 156 yards and a touchdown to win offensive MVP honors
"It was awesome," said Mahomes, who completed 7 of 14 passes, including a 50-yarder to Los Angeles Chargers receiver Keenan Allen
"To be in this experience and have this honor to be in this game, it really is an honor
I was glad that I won it, but credit to my teammates, they made some plays for me
" One of those teammates was fullback Anthony Sherman, who caught three passes for 92 yards and also ran for a 1-yard touchdown
Allen (95 yards) was the only player for either team with more receiving yards than Sherman
Mahomes was hoping his Chiefs teammate would have won the award, which would have made Sherman the first fullback to win MVP honors since the San Diego Chargers' Keith Lincoln in 1965

Tips to prepare your home for sale - Duration: 7:05.
Welcome to my video where I'll be covering the importance of preparing the inside of
your house prior to putting it on the market.
It sounds like an obvious thing, but you'd be surprised at the various opinions of what
qualifies as a well-prepared interior.
Let me ask you a question; what stands out to you when you compare these two photos?
Stick around as we'll dig into the topic and the answer to the question in this video
and we're starting right now!
Hi, I'm Jim Smoak with Carolina One Real Estate in Charleston, SC.
If you are new to the area or are interested in all things real estate in Charleston, then
be sure to hit the subscribe button because this is the place to be.
Also, click the little bell icon so you can receive an email notification when new videos
are published to be sure that you don't miss anything.
By the way, if you're looking to purchase a home in the West Ashely area of Charleston
after you sell your current home, then you may want to take a look at this gem.
Number one, it's a great example of what I'm going to be talking about in this video,
and number two, it's a really nice house, which is available for sale at the time this
video is being filmed.
So stick around until the end of the video, and I'll give you an opportunity to take
a video tour of it with me.
On to our topic!
I'm sure many of you love your home.
You have made great memories there, and it's become a part of you.
So much so, it looks like you!
Don't get me wrong, that's not a bad thing.
However, what you like is quite often not what potential buyers like.
When buyers come through your home, you want them to see your home through their personal
lens, not yours.
You want them to be able to picture themselves living in the home, and you want to position
the house in the best possible light for any prospective buyer that comes through.
From interior perspective, this needs to include decluttering living and storage spaces, de-personalizing,
as well as cleaning up and addressing any minor repairs.
First, let's talk about decluttering.
You want your home to appear spacious to buyers, but the longer we stay in a house, the more
stuff we tend to accumulate.
Here is an example of a kitchen that is obviously cluttered, and one that is not.
I'm sure it's evident to you which one is more appealing, but in case you're on
the fence, the second room will be more favorable to buyers.
You may think that is an extreme example, but you'd be surprised on how many listing
photos I've seen like the cluttered one.
There are actually websites dedicated to showing poor listing photos like this!
The idea is to remove as much household clutter that you can to create a spacious feel while
maintaining a comfortably lived in look.
Here's are the pictures I showed you in the beginning of the video of a nicely decluttered
living area compared to one in need of some help.
There are two things I want you to notice about the second photo.
First, as I mentioned, this room has too much clutter.
It's not at all that messy really, but it has so much stuff in it that it's hard to
get past the distraction of the clutter to actually see the room as something a buyer's
family could relax in.
The second thing I want you to notice is the number of family pictures on the table and
on the cork board on the right of the picture, which take us into my next topic; de-personalizing.
You want buyers to be able to see their family in the house, not yours.
You may have an attractive family and your pictures may be really well done, but they
don't show the buyer's family members, and that can create a distraction for the
buyer to be able to see through so they can see the house as theirs.
The point here is that you want to remove as many personal pictures as possible.
Another dimension to this topic is not commonly discussed, but it needs to be.
You need to evaluate any pictures or posters that may create a polarizing environment for
your buyers.
Before I continue with this, I want to be sure to state that I don't advise or advocate
that you remove any faith-based items AT ALL.
Maybe I should, but I can't as that's kind of a red line for me as a person of faith
myself.
That said, political topics is what comes to mind here, or any other materials that
are have an obvious caustic or polarizing message.
If you have any material on the walls, or framed and on tables or bookshelves that are
politically polarizing, you may want to consider packing them up so they're ready for your
new home.
After all, do you really care if someone from a different political party purchases your
house?
Assuming you don't, then you don't want them distracted by this kind of messaging.
I'll let you qualify what that may be.
Next, let's talk about cleaning the house.
I recommend you give your home a deep clean from top to bottom.
Some common areas missed when cleaning up are behind toilets, window tracks, baseboards
and door trim, under furniture, intake air vents that are often caked with dust, and
inside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets that can quickly get dirty and cluttered.
There are other common missed places, but you get the idea.
Imagine that your mother-in-law is coming for a stay, and you….
ok, that might not be a good example…
I think you get my drift; you want to show your prospective buyers a home that looks
loved and well card for.
You don't want to give them any reason to think of why they shouldn't consider your
home, and this is one area that you can easily control.
The last thing I want to touch on is repairs.
I'm not talking about major repairs such as structural issues or HVAC problems; that's
a different topic.
I'm talking about the small stuff that when not addressed can start to create a negative
image.
Things like marred walls or uncommon paint colors, old fraying furniture or carpets,
doors that don't shut or latch, lights that don't work, marred wood floor strips or
cracked tiles, or fixtures that are about to fall off.
Where you can, address these items to eliminate them as potential reasons for a buyer to remove
your house from their short list.
Almost all the items I mentioned are pretty inexpensive and easy to address.
If fixing them is beyond you, then find a handyman service to come in and take care
of them.
Rates from this type of vendor are usually pretty reasonable.
In the beginning of the video, I asked you to look at two photos and compare them.
I hope you now understand why decluttering, de-personalizing, cleaning and doing minor
repairs can go a long way to making your house much more compelling in a buyer's eyes.
If you have a big home, you may want to consider hiring a professional stager to help you with
this effort.
Your Realtor should be able to refer you to one.
Keep an eye on your email for the next video notification, where we'll be reviewing the
importance of pricing your home correctly for an optimal outcome.
