I have received a potted poinsettia plant one year ago
as Xmas gift.
I was thinking what to do with it and I have planted it in a
very large pot and let it grow.
After some times it grows up nicely.
I am thinking to make a bonsai out of it.
Now, I am removing the plant from its old pot.
To make bonsai from any plant you have to
you have to think about it's branch structure, root structure
soil,and pot etc.
So I will cover every thing in this video.

Poinsettia leaves turns red in winter
so it looks amazing as bonsai.
First of all you have to remove old soil using a fork
just how am I doing this.
In this way you will tear up the tangled roots.
Which have grown in wrong direction and keeping the
good radially outward roots intact.
Friends, all plants in nature get very large space
to grow roots .
So, all roots grow in radially outward direction.
By this way tree can get nutrients and supplements from all around it.
But in case of potted plants , they does not get
large area to be spread roots.
So, roots grows in wrong direction which you have to correct
to make it in radial pattern.
Now lets talk about bonsai soil making.

how a large bonsai tree survives in a small pot
with small amount of fertilizer and water
The main secret remains in
soil making of it's. The soil must drains very well
so soil does not get root rotted
in water logged soil
And it also must keep enough moisture to keep it healthy.
Now, lets talk about bonsai pot.
Friends, bonsai pots need a very large drainage hole at the bottom.
So water can drains very quickly.
To prevent the soil from draining out of drainage hole
you must have to place a window screen over the drainage hole
and then you have to build soil mound gradually upward.
Now I am pressing the soil with a spatula
and removing all the air gaps or bubbles in
the soil media. Now I am going to plant the plant
over it.

It can tolerate
very cold weather as well as very hot weather too.
And it produce very beautiful looking red leaves
in winter.
So, Poinsettia is a very good choice for bonsai.
Now I am filling the rest with soil.
Now, if you are making bonsai for the first time ,

Because by skipping any part of the video you may
damage your plant
or you plant may even die.
Now I am pushing soil all over it carefully.
Any air gaps must not be there
and you have to push the soil even deeper with
fork or some tools in the gap of the roots.

bonsai pots are too costly and isn't available easily.
So, I thought myself that why should I wait for
gathering a large amount of money to spend it on
a bonsai pot which is very expensive
or it may be broken in shipping process.
So, I thought I should make my own pot and
design it with my own wish.
So, here comes the pot making tutorial.
Bonsai pots can be made using marble or granite slabs
If you don't have the experience to cut the slabs
then you must have to take help of the professionals
or you can buy
already cutted pieces.
I am gluing all parts together
with 5 minutes epoxy.
It is two parts epoxy. Mix it well and use quickly
otherwise it hardens up quickly.

hello everyone welcome back to the massage mentor channel as always my name
is Aaron I own needed tranquility in Pittsburgh I wanted to do a quick video
today hopefully keeping it under three minutes long on fingers and wrists
hand care if you missed the original video I'll put that up on the link on
top of this video as well as in the description below if you're new to this

also if you want to see something in future videos by all means put that in
the comments as well below so today we're going to talk about a couple tools
that I've picked up along the way to help keep the longevity of your practice
going one focuses mostly on your hands and fingers where the other one is your
forearms and wrists so I recommend both of these tools. If I was to get one I
would probably recommend the fingers and hands massager. I just think that keep
taking care of that is more important but if you're suffering from wrist
tension or possible carpal tunnel then definitely opt for the other. So the
first tool we're going to talk about is the finger massager it's made by gaiam
G A I A M it has two roller heads here that you just stick your finger in and
you can put your fingers on both sides here for different kinds of pressures
depending on how painful it is for you and what kind of pressure you're looking
for and you're doing this without any kind of stress on this hand which is
great because you know as massage therapists we would rub our fingers but
then this hands tired it doesn't happen with this machine so definitely kudos
for this design. It also has the roller on the back,
and this helps to get into the carpals and the metacarpals
if you want put your hand on a table obviously you can add more pressure to
this. This is a great little tool it's ten bucks on Amazon I'll put that in the
link below as well but I definitely recommend picking this up if your
fingers are getting too tired. The other tool that we have here is by roleo
it has a knob on top that you can adjust the pressure to tighter or looser again
depending on how much pain or tightness is in your wrists and your forearm and
what you all you would do is just stick your hand in there and you just roll it
up and down it does have suction cups that comes with that you can put in the
bottom there to suction it to a table if you want I just lay my hand on top and
just stick my hand all the way through.
This one's a little bit more expensive you can find this at massage warehouse
or Amazon, again I'll put the links in the bottom so that if you guys want to
look into it you can click on it. So I recommend everyone checking out these
tools that you saw in this video today share this with other professionals that
use their hands more than they should let's keep those hands wrists forearms
doing good so we can keep taking care of other people and our clients. IF you have

in the redeveloping at as part of what's happening in Detroit just a major Resurgence of business
and so many cool things are happening down there this property is going to be used by
ford to develop their driverless technology Going to be a retail space and things for
the community and I'm very excited about it because this building has always been on my
mind Wanted to see it open I think that's true of many people who live in Detroit if
you're not from Detroit I think you'll dig this what they did down there last night that's
attracted everybody there Ford Motor Company had a projected show that they used the building
as a backdrop for and it turned out really cool by being there a person was far more
than what the video will convey so I thought today's Vlog would be cool just to show you
that I'm just show my support for Resurgence of People moving business back to Detroit
and Detroit being a place where people can go and they can bring money back into the
