And spend some time with your friends too

But how to do it if you cannot talk

Lorella has find the way to resolve the problem of acoustic pollution

How?

Thank to this sound absorption panel

Let me explain how it works

Arsenal entered this weekend in fourth place in the race to qualify for next season's Champions League

With 25 minutes remaining and the match effectively over, Unai Emery threw on Denis Suarez for his club debut

Suarez had signed on loan from Barcelona on transfer deadline day and was returning to Man City, a club he spent two years at from 2011-2013

Of course, coming off the bench when you're 3-1 down against this Man City side on your Premier League debut was never going to be easy

And it certainly wasn't easy for Suarez. And a video has emerged showing the 25-year-old's performance at the Etihad

SUAREZ'S ARSENAL DEBUT VS MAN CITY Take a look: Certainly not the greatest debut in the world but we can't draw too many conclusions from Suarez's first appearance in an Arsenal shirt

However, there will undoubtedly be a fear that he's not physically ready for the Premier League just yet

On numerous occasions, Suarez was pushed off the ball far too easily - including against diminutive players such as David Silva and Sergio Aguero

However, the Spaniard did look comfortable with the ball and will no doubt add some creativity to this Arsenal side

At least Suarez can be safe in the knowledge that it won't get any tougher than it did on his debut

Sony Michel's College Stats Don't Tell Entire Story of Dominance | Heavy.com

Sony Michel has left his mark on the NFL during year one with the New England Patriots.

His impressive rookie season shouldn't be considered all that much of a surprise, especially considering how his college career played out.

While Michel played collegiately for the University of Georgia, he did so while consistently dealing with a crowded backfield.

Michel was with the Bulldogs from 2014 to 2017 and racked up 590 carries for 3,613 yards and 33 touchdowns on the ground.

For good measure, he also added 64 receptions for 621 yards and six additional scores through the air.

But whether it was his first year or last, the Patriots' new starting running back always dealt with competition.

Let's take a deeper dive into the crowded backfield Michel was a part of throughout his four seasons at Georgia.

Sony Michel's Battle for Touches at Georgia.

Although Todd Gurley, who left school to enter the NFL draft after the 2014 season played in just six games that year due to injury, it obviously impacted the team's rotations early.

Specifically, it played a role in Michel seeing a limited workload.

He took a back seat to Gurley at points that year and finished up the season with 64 carries for 410 yards and five touchdowns as a freshman.

But Gurley wasn't the only one who Michel had to battle for touches with, even as a freshman.

Current Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb came to Georgia the same year Michel did, and both players shared the backfield over the four-year span.

In comparison to Michel's numbers in 2014, Chubb racked up 219 carries for 1,547 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Michel's College Breakout Comes During Senior Season.

Chubb played just six games during the 2015 season, giving Michel his first opportunity to see a big workload.

The Patriots totaled 1,136 yards and eight scores that year, but it was his senior year in 2017 that really stood out.

The Georgia duo dominated in their final year at school, both posting superb stat lines.

Between Michel and Chubb, the two backs received 379 combined carries (Chubb 223, Michel 156), and racked up 3,572 rushing yards with 31 touchdowns in 2017.

Although Michel's 1,227 yards fell just behind Chubb's 1,345, he scored more touchdowns and had an exceptional 7.9 yard-per-carry average.

With all things considered, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Michel has been able to impress while playing in a crowded Patriots backfield.

Although he's taken over a decent amount of the workload, the likes of James White and Rex Burkhead are still there and battling for playing time.

But the rookie has left his stamp on year one and the arrow is clearly pointing up.

Frontman Adam Levine worked his way through the numbers before Travis descended onto the stage to join the performance after being bizarrely introduced by SpongeBob Squarepants and Squidward. He ended his section by stage diving and crowd surfing.

Adam took the reins back, backed up by a choir. The lead singer wandered through the crowd as he sang She Will Be Loved.

Big Boi and Sleepy Brown rolled up onto the field in a convertible to join Maroon 5 on stage. Adam took centre stage once more with the band's hit Sugar.

The frontman even stripped topless for Moves Like Jagger. Sadly, viewers watching from home weren't impressed. One said: "This weak ass b***h singing like he's asleep". "This sounds nothing like Maroon5," another commented.

While one said: "The sound is awful. Dear god make it stop.". And one posted: "Maroon 5 are gash". One asked: "Are you kidding me with this halftime s**tshow?". And another commented: "Maroon 5 sounds awful".

Gary Neville feels that it is only a matter of time before Maurizio Sarri and Chelsea part ways, and suggests that it will happen at the end of the season

Amid reports of dressing room unrest at the club, the Blues have seen a resurgent Manchester United move to just two points behind them in the challenge for a place in the top four

And Neville thinks Sarri won't be at the club at the start of 2019/20. "I don't think Chelsea will sack him during the season but the warning signs are there which make you think it would be surprising if it went past the summer," he told Sky Sports

"Not because I want him to leave – I think he's doing a good job – but looking at it he probably realises the job he is in

"He's had a look at the players and sees the players are not doing what he wants them to do

"They never probably will. The maximum any manager gets out of those Chelsea players is one year

That's the nature of the club. "No manager can maintain that job for a long time

No manager has control. The manager should have control and be the voice of the football club

But there's so much politics going on."

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed Marcus Rashford rejected his advice before scoring for Manchester United at Leicester

Rashford was on target for the eighth time in 13 games as he scored the winner at the King Power

The England star latched onto Paul Pogba's fine lofted pass before firing past Kasper Schmeichel

It was his 10th Premier League goal of the season but Solskjaer had offered some advice to the United striker on his finishing

Asked if he enjoyed the goal, the Norwegian said: "Very much so! But then again I told him (to put it) through Schmeichel's legs, because he opens up "But it was a great finish so I can't complain, can I? Rashford suffered a dead leg at the King Power but was not replaced until the closing stages

And his manager admitted the striker had to play through the pain barrier. "He's played a lot of games and he got a dead leg earlier on but he struggled through it so well done," he added

United's victory coupled with Arsenal's defeat at Man City saw the Red Devils climb to fifth in the Premier League table

They are yet to taste defeat under the interim boss and are now just two points off the top four

The Frenchman turned in another instrumental display as United won 1-0 at Leicester

Pogba played a pinpoint pass to release Marcus Rashford who finished with aplomb, which was the eventual winner at the King Power Stadium

The 25-year-old has turned his United career around since the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and is likely to stay put at Old Trafford beyond this season

BeIN SPORTS anchor Richard Keys asked Andy Gray after the match whether Pogba is the right role model in the dressing room

The former Everton man responded: "I've obviously worked with you far too long, I knew you were going to ask me that

"Listen, he's a modern day footballer in every aspect. "He's huge on social media, he's up there with [Cristiano] Ronaldo and the very best of them

"His importance to United off the football pitch is huge. "We've already touched on it many times in the last few months, is he the right role model? "It's a difficult question to ask somebody as old as me

" Keys then said: "In this modern day, is it more likely that people around Pogba are more likely to want to talk about his car and his watch and his trainers and clothing lines

" Gray then made a claim about Pogba and United team-mates when they meet up away from football

"I'd like to think these boys care passionately about the game like we did, talk about it when they get together," he said

"I would hate to think they get together for a drink or meal and the conversation doesn't turn to football, it just turns to cars and clothes and bling, I would hate that

"I hope they care passionately enough that they don't just talk about other things, apart from families, football should be the most important thing in their lives

"It's the thing that's given them everything. Without football they wouldn't be there

I hope they care about it in the right way."
