Youtube daily report w Feb 4 2019

Here's a big big map.

A unique, interesting, large map our part of the world from the beginning of the 18th century

The "Map of Poland and Russia" contained the following note:

"To His Most Serene and August Majesty Peter Alexovitz, Absolute Lord of Russia & c.

This map of Moscovy, Poland, Little Tartary, and ye Black Sea & c.

is most Humbly Dedicated by H. Moll Geographer ".

We therefore know that the map has been prepared through Moll for the needs of Tsar Peter the Great.

Published in London around 1729 copperplate engraved

with a very decorative cartouche was extremely spectacular,

a large-format map of Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Finland and the Baltic countries,

plus an area Balkans and the Black Sea.

It also contained a note about the preparation of the map by Cornelis Cruis, John Thesing, Captain Pamburg

and on the corrections of Captain John Perriego, made in the map design in accordance with the Tsar's guidelines.

The first one, Cruis, was an important collaborator of Tsar in the field of building the naval power of Russia this period.

The creator of the map, Herman Moll (c1654-1732),

he was one of the most important English figures cartography of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries

He worked as an engraver, map creator and publisher.

In 1707 Moll started working for 10 years

on his famous publication 'The World Described',

being one of the best known English atlases of the 18th century

He also participated in the preparation of other atlases "Thesaurus Geographicus" (1695),

'Twenty Four New and Accurate Maps of the Several Parts of Europe '- 1706.

Fully convinced of the exceptional value presented cartography of the eighteenth century

U.S ARMY'S SUPER GUN - STRATEGIC LONG RANGE CANNON (SLRC) - Duration: 7:17.

The U.S. Army could soon have a cannon that can fire much further than any gun in the

world.

As per Military.com, General John "Mike" Murray, the head of the Army's Futures Command

has told Congress that the work is ongoing on developing a new cannon named as The Strategic

Long Range Cannon (SLRC).

The cannon is being developed to have a range of 1,150 miles or 1850 km.

This will be uncharted territory for artillery guns and if it comes to fruition, the cannon

will one of a kind with no match.

In this video Defense Updates analyses why the U.S Army's Strategic Long Range Cannon

(SLRC) will be a nightmare for Russia & China?

Let's gets started.

Currently, U.S Army is dependent on U.S Navy and especially the U.S Air Force for long-range

strike.

This is how the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria have been conducted.

Air strikes were made available on demand for U.S Army.

But going forwards this tactic will be harder and harder to implement since American rivals

like Russia & China are developing long-range air defense systems.

For instances, the Russian S 400 air defense system can strike airborne targets at ranges

up to 400 km.

This technically means the U.S Army's artillery fire will have to take the lead.

At present U.S artillery platforms are not in good shape since they have long been neglected

as most of the heavy lifting was done by Air Force's 'close in ground strike' missions.

In 2016, former National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster told Congress that US field

artillery is "outranged and outgunned" by its Russian and Chinese counterparts .

Viewers may note that keeping this view, in 2017, the Army Chief of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley,

officially made Long-Range Precision Fires (LRPF) the US Army's No. 1 priority.

LRPF is an umbrella program of which Strategic Long Range Cannon is a part.

1,150 miles or 1850 km range for a cannon is enormous, to say the least.

At present U.S Army's largest gun are M109A7 Paladin self-propelled howitzer and the M777

towed howitzer.

Both of these are 155 mm guns and have a range of 18.6 miles or 30 km.

The Long Range Land Attack Projectile, a shell especially developed for the Zumwalt-class

of destroyers which was ultimately canceled due to high cost has a range of 85 miles or

135 km.

To give the viewer a perspective, it is to be noted that even the massive 16-inch guns

of the Iowa-class battleships had a range of only 23 miles or 37 km.

In the 1960s, Canadian artillery engineer Gerald Bull developed the High Altitude Research

Project or HARP.

HARP was designed as a satellite launch vehicle so that it could propel projectiles up to

111 miles into space.

HARP was created by end to end joining of 16-inch naval gun barrels and had a weight

of 100 tons.

The gun never saw operation, as it was canceled in 1967.

In the 1980s, Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein roped in Gerald Bull.

He wanted to have a massive cannon, so that shells could be lobbed at Iran & other rivals.

The prototype was named "Baby Babylon" and was intended to be a test bed.

It had a bore diameter of 330 mm and was 100 feet long.

It is estimated that the gun could fire shells unto a range of 400 miles or around 640 km.

The actual gun was named Big Babylon and was to be far massive in structure to the prototype.

It had a bore diameter of 914 millimeters and was expected to launch a 1,322 pound shell

to a distance of 528 miles or 850 km.

Gerald Bull was killed by suspected Israel agents and the gun was never completed.

The supercannon will basically be a supersized version of current guns and in all probability

use a traditional explosive charge to hurl the shells.

In Oct 2018 Col. John Raffert told reporters, "I don't want to oversimplify, (but) it's

a bigger one of those.

We're scaling up things that we're already doing"

The shells in all probability will be much smaller than that of the 1,322 pound shell

of proposed Big Babylon, gun so that it can attain greater range.

The shells will most likely be GPS enabled so that they have high precision.

According to Secretary of the Army Mark Esper, who says the fantastical weapon would "open

the door" for the other services, blasting enemy defenses before they have a chance to

open fire on U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps forces converging on the region.

Esper was quoted in Task & Purpose having said that the gun could sit in a "gun pit"

on the edge of the South China Sea.

As per him, the gun could destroy Chinese warships and military targets on islands across

the South China Sea, destroying air defense sites, radar installations, anti-ship missiles,

and even air bases.

A supergun deployed in Philippine archipelago on the eastern edge of the South China Sea

could hit Chinese military installations in both the Spratly and Paracel Island chains,

including air bases on Subi Reef and Fiery Cross Reef.

This could severely degrade Chinese defense and enable U.S forces to mount offensive.

The gun could be handy against Russian too.

A gun like this based in southern Germany could potentially hit Russian military assets

in western parts of Russia.

I don't actually say I'm tired.

It makes me feel good to be on the road in search for photography.

My photos should belong to anywhere and any time...

So they should not belong to a place.

Especially in the cold and snowy weather, I get closer to it in the highs.

I'd like to be isolated from everything and stay there.

Mostly the winds.

A stiff wind can transform even the harshest geographies into unique emotions.

On the roads…

I see the ones who have lost their way,

those who are cold,

those who have to go and those who have to stay.

Sometimes I leave myself to the excitement of the moments I never knew,

and sometimes

to the warmth of the faces, I always know in the houses I've never been.

When I am faced with photographic moments, I add it to my own feeling world mostly using narrow angles.

Forex RSI Indicator Strategy - Duration: 10:04.

today I'm going to show you a Forex RSI indicator strategy that actually can be

used for stocks and futures and eminis as well not just for options but we're going to

use Forex examples today and it is one of the best RSI trading strategies that

I've seen you can use it for day trading and it's a little bit advanced I would

say maybe intermediate and we're not going to be using divergences so much

like a lot of people teach and I'll show you why in a minute

so the RSI is a momentum indicator just like the stochastic indicator MACD

indicator these are all momentum indicators that's the first thing to

understand so when we talk about it we're talking about strength momentum

think of a train going down the track has a lot of momentum so when you think

of that energy of momentum understand that we're looking for a sustained

energy it's very hard for a train to go down the track and just stop on a dime

right even if you apply the brake gonna keep going so that's the type of thing

that we really should be looking for here with the RSI indicator so the

strategy is this so let me bring up first my indicator so I'll show you how

I have it set they always get this question as well I should so it's very

simple the way I have it set is 14 periods that's pretty common this

particular indicator has a moving average connected to it I took that off

well I just made it one so it doesn't show up and then they set the RSI to red

that doesn't really matter but anyway okay oh and then the other two things

upper and lower where's an alliance over 30 and 70 again pretty standard but I've

seen people use different different parameters there so those are ones that

we're using for today's purpose already so now here is the concept the concept

is this that as long as the indicator red line here is between 30 and 70 we're

not seeing any super strong momentum in either direction alright so there's some

there's some but we want a lot for this particular strategy

so we're gonna look for the very first time notice this whole time here that

the indicators stay between 3d and 70 so the first time is the key the first time

that it hits in this case 70 that's showing a lot of strength to the upside

so now that train is going very very fast north and we got a lot of momentum

now look what happens again you don't want to trade an indicator by itself an

indicator is well what does an indicator do it does what it promises it indicates

okay so it doesn't tell it's not a fortune-teller it's not a crystal ball

but it is a mathematical formula and that math is meaningful and in this case

we've already discussed what that is momentum so then we look for other

things we say okay well what's going on when we hit that strength level that's

bullish strength see a lot of people interpret this as overbought overbought

and that is not normally the best way to read this the first time it comes into

here an operative word first then we are finding a very initial movement of

strength now we got a resistance level over here and we break above it so

that's very key then we come back and I've got a 20-period moving average here

that's what this black line is 20 period II know this is the yeah 20 period EMA

so mmm the key is we hit that strength here so the indication is that there's

strength to the upside and we want to do is say okay why are we doing with price

levels up we broke above it confirms the strength we retrace back to it

and we retreat retraced back to the 20 EMA in this case used your favorite

moving average if you want to and so we have a cluster of support and therefore

and we're in ace we've had our first strong impulse move up and therefore

that's where I would get in looking for the train to continue to go up that

momentum to continue alright so early why do we say the first time to

the miss named overbought line I say that

because we want to get in as early as possible into a new indication

professional traders are always getting in early amateur traders are always

getting in late so you take the first signal now sometimes these signals will

continue very long a long time other times not so much so that's where your

money management and risk management comes in in this case yep pretty dang

good we'll get that thing just go to the moon so pretty awesome all right now

let's look for a next signal now there's a next one okay boom again so this is

the first time after a long time of the RSI being between 30 and 70 here and

this is the first time boom it hits 70 again so momentum up for the first time

for a long time strength up again not overbought oversold see some people will

teach that's overbought and you should go short mmm that's napped and it's now

I would trade this so as we go forward then again what do we got we got

ourselves the first time it hits there boom we get above the previous high so

for prey structure retrace back to the moving average in and we go so you could

really break this down into three steps right step one look for the first time

it hits the upper line there I don't want to call it the overbought line but

the upper line at 70 that's step one step two do we break a previous price

high step three wait for a retrace back into our moving average and also we can

extend this price high over here we want that kind of cluster I would say this

again you can use different moving averages you can use your favorite but I

like to see it the key to me is I like to see it hold this I'll bring this

across here like this and and hold that previous high so it's a break and

retrace to it so that resistance becomes support as is commonly talked about all

right so that's really the technique step one two and three three-step

technique that you can use for this now you can

use this to the other side as well but you know and I want to just show you

this because this is very important all that is nice and neat and tidy but top

titrating here we insist on showing you all kinds of times when things don't go

as perfectly so here we get the first time that it goes down and hits the

lower line at 30 all right does it work out it does but

it's not so neat and tidy because we've already broken out through this

resistance level or support level way back there right okay and do we return

back to the movie George not quite not quick don't quite make it so we don't

get you know that perfect one-two-three setup that we were talking about but it

still works and this is what I want to point out so we get our retrace this is

what I would look for boom boom boom boom boom

we got a retrace now at this time you might want to say okay we've stayed

below the moving average we've got a nice pin bar here for our candlestick

and you can use that for your entry to go to go short all right

so and then if you want to you can even go back here and say whoa wait a minute

is there a support level that we have broken and the answer is yes let's see

so in this case we hit our momentum indication here which is bearish we

broke through a support level that we have to go all the way back here now to

find and we retrace to it so sometimes you just have to be a little more a

little more historical data because we had such a strong down move here before

we got the indicator signal okay but did principle still applies it's still there

it's still there it's just in this case we had to go back there so you might

have to when you get a big impulse move like this then you might have to look

back a little further to find the support level or resistance level let

you broke it now I encourage you to have also you know some other things here

that you're looking for but that's the step one two and three you might want to

combine with other things you're already using

and then again don't treat just one indicator left for prey structure make

sure you got your risk management your money management honed in that's very

very critical so if you liked the video if you found it helpful feel free to let

me know down in the comments if you have any questions type them there also I

have a complete trade strategy that I'd like to give you absolutely free it's my

rubber band trade and I love the rubber band trade because it has such a high

win-loss ratio and I'm willing to give it to you for free absolutely free

take it hope you can make some money with it if you treat it like I do then

you're gonna do very very well with it I love this trade is still taken to this

day and it's simple I can teach it to you in about 26 a short minutes so you

can get that absolutely free by clicking on the green box there in the top right

hand corner and we'll get that over to you with the video tutorial and my

compliments my gift to you

Alcohol withdrawal what used to be a hangover?

We used to be a headache for half a day

gradually, if you drink like I did turns into a

Medical condition called Billy Graham tremens and what is a DT?

What is a delirium tremens well around five percent of people with alcohol withdrawal get delirium tremens

Often called the DTS. This extreme reaction is characterized by a severely confused state

disorientation hallucinations with and

Alcohol withdrawal seizures. The risk is greater

If you've been drinking for a long period of time people are hospitalized and deaths do occur. There are only two drugs on earth

can

produce the outcome of death from withdrawal and that is

benzodiazepines and

Alcohol, I have a personal story in 2010. I was roughly at the middle of my

Drinking escapades and my disease had progressed to the point of drinking every day this particular

episode

started with a two-week

run of drinking and using

This time was benzos

xanax, I

Was drinking and using so much that I was blacked out and I would wake up

And I would still feel the drugs and alcohol in my body

Benzodiazepines and alcohol affect the CNS the central nervous system

This is where the danger comes in with withdrawing from them

I had decided that I was going to go cold turkey

Off of alcohol as I often did up to this point as a young man

I had many times come away from a heavy drinking weekend and come off with no problem the years progressed

The hangovers became very intense

Sleepless nights sweaty days and I began to have the shakes

After periods of drinking I would shake so so bad that I couldn't hold a beverage I found myself

Shaking more as it got closer to my mouth and I would spill beverages and martinis were out of the question. I

Early on accepted the fact that I was never going to be a martini drink because then we're teeny glass

is

far from

stable in this shaky hand

Anyway around 2010. I had been drinking for two weeks and

Sunday rolled around and that was usually the day to sober up shut myself in a dark

room with a TV and water or Gatorade

To try to stave off the two weeks or ever however long that period have been

of

drinking heavily

well in this particular instance, I

Had a week or two off from work, or I wasn't working

I had decided to go on the wagon and do it myself

this is generally a bad idea and

I'm about to clarify why that night Sunday night after not drinking all day

Was a sleepless night

tossing target

sweaty

Nightmarish visions shaking feeling just like a shell of a person. I woke up in the morning ready with the worst of it

I thought had passed and this was Monday. What about my day?

This was far more than a hangover. I

Didn't have an appetite. I was exhausted but couldn't sleep

When I closed my eyes, there'd be this

flashing busy thoughts running through my head

Just confusion

racing thoughts

Really?

dark thoughts and just

Not well, well, that was Monday and then Tuesday came and I'm expecting a better day now

this this was

Slightly I felt slightly better was forcing myself to eat soup and stuff at this point. I

Was in a medical condition I was sick

But this is day two now. It takes about three days for any substance to clear up nicotine alcohol

Around the third day it's past

well the second day was

Because I'm comfortable first and then the third day came around and I fully expected to be better. Now. I

Felt better in ways, but there was one particular way that I was not feeling better in this particular way was different

This day I had planned to go over to my sister's house

My my mother was babysitting my niece my sister's daughter while she and her husband

Well my sister and her husband went out on a dinner day and I was gonna go hang out with my mother and my niece

Well during the day I remember of sunny out and I was in my apartment

getting ready to go over there in a few hours and I was

Going through my mail and I remember there was a blank spot in the form of like this black cloud

Over my right eye and I couldn't focus or see

what I was reading in my mail and I would try to cover my right eye and look through my left and

It still wasn't disappearing because this this black spot was as I later found out was in my head. I

was basically having

blank spots in my vision this was

This was alarming confusing

But I have done it many times before so I thought I'd do it this time too, although this was new so

I couldn't see for the life of me. I couldn't focus and I was starting to worry because in this particular

run of drinking and eating xanax I had

Fell flat on my face. My mother said I was at one point standing in her living room and

I was standing straight up. She said I'm six four. I was standing straight up and I

She said I fell over

Directly and she said shook the house with my this front part of my face and head hit the floor

This was upstairs stripped the house and I

Was worried now seeing black spots. I was worried that I had a concussion. I've had concussions before having spent a life

drinking and using

Behaving recklessly, I've had five concussions. So I

Fully expected that I had a concussion. I also was aware of the dangers of alcohol withdrawal

but having never had a seizure or

Delirium tremens to an extreme nature. I

Thought I could get away with it

One more time. Well, I couldn't see I called my sister. I told her

she

You know recommended I go see the doctor. I said no, I'm just gonna come over and I made the

Irresponsible decision to drive with a black spot over my vision now. Luckily. I

Made it to her house, but on the way I remember

Driving with one hand over my eye

trying to close one eye and driving trying to see and

simultaneously

reciting the Our Father I grew up Catholic and I remember the Our Father prayer and that's all I can say because

I was seriously scared. This was a feeling I hadn't felt before

this was the third day without drinking and

I knew something was happening

It was about a 20-minute drive to my sister's house. And I took the highway. I remember saying our father over and over

And closing one eye and I made it. No, I'm not religious but

It is suggested that sometimes for fools and drunks. God does for us what we cannot do for ourselves

Well, I didn't make it to my sister's house and I get in the door and I I immediately let my mother my brother-in-law and

My sister knit all of it sums up

When I sit down she gets me an ice pack and I tell him my symptoms. I just sat on my ice pack and waited

Then just like a thousand times before hoped that it would pass

They one other day my brother-in-law and my sister and my mother and my niece and I sat down to watch

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. I

Remember, my niece was on the floor. I was sitting here watching

And my mom was on the couch back there folding laundry. I

remember thinking as I watched this

Erratic animation with flashing colors and lights that

Computer-generated images at a high rate. The high speed wasn't too good for my condition

And it was making me feel

very uneasy and very uncomfortable and very

Scared I remember shutting my eyes and just hanging out

At this point I knew something

Something was pending was coming and it was a very scary feeling

My niece was into the movie

My mom whether or not she was watching the movie was folding laundry

Probably keeping an eye on me. But you know, I'm a big boy. I've handled things

None of us expected what was about to happen? I

remember

After having my eyes closed for a while just getting up and deciding to go

Into the kitchen and do some dishes

This was probably just like that our Father prayer in the car another foxhole

attempt

of a man in a desperate situation

To cleanse my spirits by doing something for another

Human being doing something good for a change. So I was doing my sister's dishes

and

I remember while doing the dishes

out of nowhere

The most vivid hallucination I have ever had

in my right eye there was a black and

negative white light pinwheel right off of dead center and I remember seeing it and putting the dishes down and

Standing up not standing up but backing away from the sink and looking right at it

And saying am I seeing this I am definitely seeing this. This is a very this is definitely a hallucination I later found out

After all of this occurred that this is called the aura

epileptics and people that experienced seizures

Report an aura which is different for every individual for me

It was this black and negative white light pinwheel clear as day. This was the alarm. I

Dropped everything I'm doing walked into where my chair was in the living room. My mom was there

Karras was right there and I sat down

my

chin

it felt like it was being pulled towards my

Shoulder and as it was I remember saying mom?

And this inflection of my voice this

accent she later told me was one she's heard before and it is one of

It means I'm in trouble. That was the last thing I remember was saying that woke up on the stretcher and

I looked at the paramedic or and whoever was carrying me and they said you've had a grand mal seizure and

He handed me a bucket and I knew immediately that was to throw up in because I was about to throw up

I threw up in the bucket. I

Remember the ambulance ride

Saw the aura and luckily. I wasn't behind the wheel. Luckily I wasn't in a pool swimming luckily

I wasn't holding a child or operating machinery. These are the ways people died from seizures. That was my one and only

seizure from alcohol withdrawal and I'll remember it I

„Mapa Polski i Rosji" Hermana Molla wydana w Londynie ok. 1729 r. - Duration: 2:25.

Why Arguing is Good | We The Internet TV - Duration: 3:06.

[LOU] I went to NYU and I think the most important class that I ever had in college

was called "Belief and Skepticism"

And I think one of the first days that we were there, we had to split up into believers and skeptics.

And of course all the cool kids were on the skeptics side.

So they all went over there.

And I decided, I was like, "Well, I think there is some truth out there, so I'll be on the believers side."

And we were supposed to have a debate.

And the first question that I posed, or the first statement I said was, "Rape is wrong."

And this was back in college, where I don't think you could have that conversation.

And the other side, the skeptics, had to challenge that.

And were trying to refute that.

And being able to have that very harsh -- not harsh -- but discussion about something so awful,

but trying to rationalize it and come up with the best arguments possible was super helpful,

not only in that class, but what ended up taking me throughout my academics and all that.

[COLEMAN] Yeah, I'm part of this great club at Columbia called Colloquia,

and we do that every Friday.

We split the room in half arbitrarily, and just argue some proposition and then halfway through we switch sides.

It's the only club like that at Columbia, and we just started and we're trying to broaden our platform.

But yeah, it's crazy how much of the academic culture is the opposite of that.

So, when I go to Colloquia every Friday and do these meetings, it's so refreshing.

Because I don't get to do this in conversation with people, I don't get to do this in class for the most part.

So it sticks out by contrast with the formal curriculum.

[BORIS] That's great.

It just separates morality away from just intellectually sparring about a thing.

[LOU] Because there is this idea that to understand the reasons,

the arguments for terrible ideas doesn't mean that you actually have those ideas.

It means that you have the tools to actually process what those ideas are,

and then you're able to defeat them, in some way.

[BORIS] Yeah, there's a lot of really smart people with terrible conclusions.

And you can still learn a lot and improve your ability to fight against those conclusions

by arguing that type of stuff.

And obviously people avoid it all the time now.

I grew up just arguing in my family, and I feel like it made it so that I can question stuff easier.

I don't know, there's something so valuable to it, and now people avoid that kind of energy.

Ralph Northam Should Resign, And So Should Countless Republican Bigots - Duration: 4:52.

Well, it's only been a few days since Virginia governors, Ralph Northam, a medical school

yearbook page was made public showing that the governor had put a picture on his personal

yearbook page of a man in black face standing next to a man wearing KKK robes now at first

north and came out and said, ah, you know, Oh God, that's so awful.

I should've never done this photo.

And then Saturday he comes down to some not resigning.

I wasn't even in the photo.

So we've got a bit of conflicting stories here.

First he says, yeah, this is a photo I was in.

Now he's saying I was never in the photo, but honestly it's almost worse if he wasn't

in the photo because at that point he was just picking out pictures that basically embodied

him as a person to put in his yearbook thing and said, you know what really says, Ralph

Northam to me, a man in blackface standing next to a man in KKK garb.

That is Ralph Northam.

I mean, either way this guy needs to resign.

And Thankfully, Democrats all over the country, even though it's in Virginia, have told North,

I'm repeatedly you gotta, go buddy.

This is unacceptable.

Whether or not you were in the picture doesn't even matter at this point.

You have to go.

This is unacceptable.

It's inexcusable.

You're gone.

Northam says, I'm not going anywhere.

Republicans have come out had to Kevin McCarthy, House minority leader.

Say Northam.

You've got to go.

Rhonda McDaniel, Romney, the woman in charge of the GOP itself says [inaudible] got to

go.

And now to me, that's where things get interesting, right?

You know the Democrats did the right thing.

They jumped on this immediately, started calling for his resignation are still calling for

his resignation.

And then Republicans jumped in and they said, oh, we can't have this kind of racism and

politics in the United States.

This is also awful.

Northam has to go and the right about that.

But Republicans need to kind of check themselves a little bit, right?

I mean, yeah, you censured Steve King, but you didn't call for his resignation.

You kicked him off committees, but he's still a member of the House of Representatives.

You gotta do better than that.

You got to get rid of him.

You have to also purge your party of the racists.

You have been coddling for decades.

Mitch McConnell, posing in front of a confederate flag with a big old smile on his face that's

just as bad and he should go to Lindsey Graham.

All the horrible things he said over the years.

He's got to go.

You can't call for one racist to resign just because he's a different party.

And then ignore all of the ones in your own.

Especially.

I don't know if Republicans have heard of this guy, but uh, it was Donald Trump is his

name, president of United States.

Horrible.

A horrible person.

Let me read you this.

This is from the Washington Post.

It kind of just details a quick list of all the horrible, racist things that Donald Trump

has done over the years, both before becoming president and after for years.

He fueled birtherism to attack President Barack Obama.

He wants argued that a federal judge couldn't be impartial in a case involving Trump because

as Trump said, he's a Mexican.

We're building a wall between here and Mexico, early in his presidential candidacy, Trump

called for a total and complete ban on Muslims entering the country in office.

He ruminated on the United States needing more immigrants from places such as Norway

and fewer immigrants from Shithole countries referencing Haiti, El Salvador in African

countries.

How are those statements, those issues pushed by the president of the United States, any

different than Ralph Northam showing up in a yearbook from 1984 in black face or a KKK

robe or just thinking that it's a great picture he wants to remember for forever.

It's not.

There is no difference.

Racism is racism and it has no place in either party.

The Democrats were right to call for north them to resign.

Northam needs to resign, but Republicans, if they want to call for north to resign,

they've got a lot of people on their own side that they need to be calling for as well.

Sit to Stand with a Walker - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 5:24.

Hey everybody, it's Doctor Jo and sweet Kali.

And today I'm gonna show you how to sit to stand when using a walker.

So step one, move your dog.

So let's get started.

So as you can see, I followed step one and removed the dog.

And you might think I'm just kidding, but believe me, I have seen patients who have

tripped and fallen over their dogs, their cats, even little grandchildren, so make sure

you have a safe environment because lot of times, especially your pets, you know they

want to stay close to you.

But sometimes you have to be a little firm with them so that they're not gonna end up

making you trip and then hurting yourself even more.

So the biggest thing with getting up and getting down using a walker is to make sure you're

doing it safely.

A lot of times this is what I see people try and do, and it's really kind of a bad situation

cause it's gonna make it really hard to get up.

And it might even make people fall.

People will grab their walker like this and pull on their walker to get up.

They're trying to do this and they're gonna plop tight back down.

See that's kind of almost impossible to do.

I can probably do it, but I'd probably strain something and then have issues.

So when, if you're trying to help someone out, or if you need to do it yourself, and

you're watching this.

Don't grab the walker with both hands.

The easiest, best way to do it.

And if you have, are in a chair with arm rests that the absolute easiest way to do it, but

if you're not, you want to put one hand on the walker.

And it doesn't really matter which hand, if you want to use your dominant hand, you can.

But it's really just there for stability.

You're not using it to pull because then you're gonna pull that walker towards you and, again,

either you're gonna end up hurting yourself or you're just not gonna be able to get up.

Then use the other hand either on the edge of the seat, or again the arm rest is usually

the best if you're in a chair with arm rests, but obviously as you know not all chairs have

arm rests, so that's why I'm doing it without one so you can see it.

So you still want to do how you would get up normally, and I have some videos for that.

The safest and easiest way.

So you want to shift to the edge of the chair.

This is gonna help give you that momentum to get up when you go to stand up.

Whatever side is your strongest leg, sometimes I know it's not easy to decide because they

are both weak, whichever side you think is your strongest leg, maybe even your dominant

side.

You want to slide that back a little bit.

So let's say my right side is my stronger side.

I'm gonna slide it back just a little bit.

To help get me that push.

So I'm sliding to the edge, putting that foot back, one hand on the walker, one hand on

the chair, and then I'm gonna push up and as soon as I get up, then I put my other hand

on the walker.

So see I'm keeping my had here for that stability.

Keeping it there.

And then I'm pushing up where there's something sturdy.

So that's the goal.

You're pushing up here, and you're using that stronger leg slightly behind you to get that

push as you come up.

So really, it's the same concept coming back down.

A lot of times this is where people will, they want to hold on to their walker cause

they want to stay safe, but then they're trying to sit down like this.

And that ends up again, they're either gonna just plop down, or they have all this in the

way, and they're gonna miss the chair.

So really the goal is take that one hand, leave on on the walker, start trying to find

either the armrest, which will be easier to find.

Or as you're going down, put that one foot back, start reaching for the chair.

As soon as you grab it, then you can support yourself and go back down.

But don't bring that walker with you.

Because, again, that's just gonna cause a lot of issues.

So et me go back and one more step.

I'm here.

My walker's there.

It's slightly out in front of me because when I stand up I don't want to be so close to

the chair.

So I'm gonna scoot to the edge, put mu strong foot back, put my hand on the seat here, my

other hand here on the walker to keep it steady, and then I'm gonna push up and get that other

hand on there.

And then same thing, put that stronger leg back just a little bit.

Start reaching back for that chair.

As soon as I find it, then sit down and then I can scoot back.

So it's as simple as that.

It seems simple, it looks like it should be simple, but it really is a little bit more

complicated.

If you have the walker and you're really relying on that walker for safety, but that's really

the safest way to do it.

So make sure you're practicing.

Make sure you have someone there you know with you to practice, so they can help you

safely do it.

You can have somebody else hold on to the walker over here, if they're standing here,

just to make sure they're holding it the first couple of times you do it so it doesn't come

swinging back towards you.

So that's the couple different ways that you can do it in the safest way.

I'm gonna do it smoothly without saying anything.

ok.

So there you have it.

That's how to sit to stand when using a walker.

They are very similar they aren't the exact same

So, what is the difference between folklore and mythology

in order for us to differentiate between the two we first have to really understand what makes them so similar at their very core

both mythology and folklore in basic terms are a form of

Storytelling perhaps the most ancient forms of narrative we have available to us today

You can consider folklore a subset, or a branch of mythology and even vice versa depending on who you're asking

But more often than not it does feel like folklore is the small fish in the much bigger pond that is mythology

Where the difference between them can really be seen is within the stories themselves and what they attempt to explain to us

Mythology often derives from what many consider to be sacred texts it aims to tell us about the time before we existed

How we and everything around us were created

These stories were often held as the truth and so they became part of many people's religion

They discussed deities and supernatural figures that they believed to be involved in our creation

At a time when our scientific knowledge was very limited these stories provided explanations to things that, we've only really began to understand

When these religion has lost their following or when they were absorbed into others they began to be referred to as mythology

so even today is most practice religions in a couple thousand years from now could be seen as not much more than just stories of mythology

Where folklore differs the most from mythology is in time and scale

mythology clearly focuses on the beginning of time the explanation of Civilization and culture

Whereas the creatures spirits and deities of folklore almost just exist without this need for a religious or cosmic connection

folktales are told on a much smaller scale and often tend to be exclusive to a specific village in town or city

They do at times include gods and goddesses in their stories but they often do so

With a specific meaning or moral in mind that doesn't solely refer back to creation or divinity

the way in which tales of mythology and folklore travelled was naturally quite similar

Because at the time they didn't have things like printing houses and education wasn't as widely available as it is today

meaning many people just couldn't read or write

A select few poets and writers would eventually document these stories hence why we know so much about certain mythologies on a global scale

Although some folklore was documented in poems and various stories it remained a more

Oral form of storytelling a legend that you might have heard of about a witch or some kind of monster

might be quite different or even remarkably similar to one on the other side of the globe

And it's likely that you'll never know because many of these folktales are passed down through songs and dances

We all have that one story or legend local to our town or city

Japan is quite a good example of a country that has a large amount of mythology and folklore that coexist

It has its two establish religions of Shinto and Buddhism where we get these tales of deities and Kami that attempt to explain japan's creation

But it also has a vast amount of creatures and cryptids that tie into much more local. Folklore

So to summarise mythology and folklore are quite similar in terms of storytelling

But the main difference is in intention what they aim to explain

One attempts to explain the universe to us and the other is a much smaller scale of storytelling that focuses on specific areas and individuals

Hopefully you found that explanation somewhat helpful

As always I've been your host

Steve Jobs Was Fired From Apple - Interesting Facts - Duration: 3:28.

Apple is one of the biggest companies in the world.

It has quite a history, from its products to the people that made it to what is it now.

So let's take a look at some of the interesting facts about this Cupertino company.

Apple had three co-founders.

Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and a third person that not a lot of people know.

He is Ronald Wayne.

So 12 days after Apple was founded, Wayne left the company and sold his share which

was 10 percent for just $800.

You know the most crushing part is that if he had stuck with the company his share would

now be worth nearly $100 billion.

Yes, Apple has twice as much as cash as the United States Treasury.

To be fair, Microsoft also has more cash on hand than US treasury.

But you know, the government can just print more money if they need it so it's not a big

deal but still, a fun fact indeed.

You can ask, How can someone fire the founder of a company.

Well, once a company goes public, the key decisions are taken by the board of directors.

And these board of directors are appointed by the founder of a company or based on the

shares.

If 4 out of 7 board of directors decides to fire the founder of that same company, they

absolutely can.

That's what happened with Steve Jobs.

Basically, he wasn't fired, though.

What happened was, in 1983, Jobs recruited Pepsi executive John Sculley to run Apple.

But Sculley and Jobs's visions for the company greatly differed.

In 1985, Sculley, proposed a plan to the board of directors to remove Steve Jobs from the

Macintosh group and put him in charge of "New Product Development."

This move would effectively render Jobs powerless within Apple.

Obviously, Steve tried to fight back and made a plan to remove Sculley from Apple.

But this plan got leaked and Steve had to leave Apple.

After leaving Apple, Steve built a new company called Next.

In 1996, 11 years after Steve left, Apple bought his company for $427m and thus bringing

back Steve Jobs.

The Next operating system then became the Mac OS X and the company moved back to profits

again.

But Steve was re-appointed as the CEO only in the year 2000.

Until then he used the title interim CEO and he used to joke about it and used to call

himself as iCEO.

Of course, that being said, I'm thinking about making a part two of this video so let me

know whether or not should I actually do that.

Also, consider subscribing for daily tech videos and as always, I'll see you'll tomorrow...peace

out!

Internet Destroys Maroon 5 Super Bowl Halftime Show - Duration: 4:24.

Maroon 5 were trending pretty hard last night as they played the Super Bowl halftime show...

but not in a good way.

The internet was baring its savage teeth once again as it rounded up to trash the band.

Was it a sweet sweet victory.

No it was not.

Hello and welcome back to IO!

I am your host Rebecca Felgate and It has been a little while, hasn't it!

How are you doing?

I hope you are feeling potatolicious and ready for todays tasty news.

Before we get into this video I want to ask you guys if you watched the halftime show

and what you thought of it ? What emoji would sum it up for you.

I have to admit I struggle a little with American Football but I watched it for the experience...

The Patriots were, as always, on fire.

Leave your comments in the comments box down below, hit that thumbs up button and check

our our instagram links in the description box.

OKAY....

So I think that a lot of people tune into the Super Bowl just so they can watch the

halftime show.

In recent years I have been super impressed by Beyonce's absolute banger of a show .... And

I think Katy Perry did a great job and made it really visually entertaining.

Coldplay also got the crowd riled up... but Maroon Five....

Meh.

Unfortunately for the band, fronted by the ever beautiful Adam Levine, they were already

fighting an uphill battle when 40,000 people petitioned for them to pull out and they further

riled the public by not conducting a press conference.

The band and half time show organizers, Pepsi, said that they would let the performance speak

for itself.

People were also pretty pumped that it seemed likely the petition signed by millions to

air a Spongebob song to honour the late creator was going to be represented.

So... the time came...

Maroon 5 took the stage....what approach were they going to take?

Were they gonna give it some Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson sass-troversy?

Were they going to go GAGA about it?

Were they going to get colourful like Coldplay or ride a giant golden lion?

Nope.

They basically played it like your usual stadium gig.

Good... but safe... or so the kinder critics are saying... the less kind?

URM.....

Bridger Winegar said: Maroon 5 is what would happen if your sims escaped your computer

and started a band.

Claire Suddath said: Adam Levine looks like if Target designed a rock star.

Kavitha A Davidson wrote: This is the Fyre Festival of halftime shows.

Heidi N Moore said: Adam Levine makes me mad because he exemplifies the victory of shallow

basic blandness over complicated interesting talent and he thinks his abs mitigate that,

but in fact his abs prove the point of why he is so basic and unbearable.

Adam Levine is the spiritual leads of all empty well-built douchebags.

Meanwhile, The New York Yorker Magazine wrote an article called The Artless Spectacle of

Maroon 5 at the Super Bowl.

Comedy account News Thump Wrote: News!

Maroon 5 sentenced to death.

To add insult to injury, the Sweet Victory spongebob was hoping for turned out to be

about 5 seconds long and people were pissed!

Prior to the performance, 39 year old Levine said: I think that when you look back on every

single Super Bowl halftime show... people just can't... it's this, like, insatiable

urge to hate a little bit, I'm not in the right profession if I can't handle a little

bit of controversy.

Would we call this A LITTLE bit?

Or would we call this... a lot...

So... not a sweet victory for Maroon 5 and the Pepsi Half Time show if the internet's

reaction is anything to go by.

What did you guys think?

Did you watch it?

Is the halftime show more important than the sports?

Okay, before I go I am going to read some comments from one of Charlottes most recent

videos about the Amelia Earhart plane debris...

This is what you had to say.

Suvi Tuuli Allan said: She was taken home in a spaceship by the Indigo Children.....

urm.

Alien Hunter 46 said: You should do Jimmy Hoffa ... nobody ever found him either.

WELL THAT IS THAT

★ASMR★ How to get ASMR - Entspannungsspiele um ASMR zu triggern | Dream Play ASMR - Duration: 16:45.

Hello Dreamer

It´s me, Dream Play ASMR

today I have another video for you with sister

and we thought we´re gonna play some massage oldschool games

and...

I´m going to help her and you to fall asleep (and relax)

so please enjoy

so what was really nice back then...

...was when someone played with your hair

especially this is very nice

do you feel that?

a little bit

do you want me to do it more intense like this?

so then it tickles on a few parts on the head

but you don´t know where

and very nice is ...

...when someone brushes your hair

and brushing good to the end of the hair tips

and a little bit further than the length of the hair

and also along the neck

or brushing to the top

you also can smooth out the hair over the whole back

and distribute the hair

and now I have this little massage claw

that I will let glide trough the hair

as you would...

...rake golden sand

and now...

... I´m going to use my hand and the claw and you have to tell me what is what, ok?

- ok

okay, what´s that?

- the hand

and this?

- the claw

can you distinguish so well?

- no

it both feels nice

what´s that?

- the claw

NO!

it´s my hand

- I see

yes

and this?

- also your hand

No

it´s the claw

so it´s not that easy, right?

so and now

we´re going to play another little game

A little saying that I found on the internet

in the snail shell

inside

there the snail ann-kathrin is sleeping

now she awakes

and crawls outside

she is crawling to the top - the snail ann kathrin

she is looking around

crawling around

and says:

so with this weather it´s much nicer in the bed

one by one

she is crawling back

she lies down to rest

and locks up the lodge again

what did you like the most?

the snail?

or how she crawls?

- how she crawls

this one?

of course you can crawl everywhere

also up here

and now I am going to paint a letter

and you have to guess which one it is

- an A

yes!

- a S

yes

- M

Now I´m going to do it smaller

R (not german spelling)

ASMR

correct

and now I have something new

so the color is new

so I not only have this massage glove

but also...

this one in pink

because I thought maybe it´s a nice feeling with both gloves on the back

massage a little bit

now on the opposite direction

and crawling like the snail to the top

we could do the game again with the gloves!

and now we´re going to finish our little massage with relaxing hair brushing

feel free to write in the comments if you also tried such massage games

ASMR oldschool games

so that it tickles so nicely on the back

or on the arms

now she is getting goose bumps

her hair is so unbelievable soft

we are saying: BYE

Tax Season FAQs: Do I Need to File? - Duration: 1:06.

Hi, I'm Kasey, and I'm a tax expert here with Intuit's TurboTax.

I'm here today to talk about some frequently asked questions that many taxpayers have.

Do I need to file?

Not everyone is required to file a tax return every year.

Generally, if your income doesn't exceed certain thresholds,

you don't even have to file a return.

The amount of income that you can earn before you have to file a tax return

also depends on the type of income, filing status, and age.

Your income that is equal to or less than the standard deduction is not considered taxable

and you won't have to file a tax return.

For 2018, if you're under 65 and single,

and your wages are less than $12,000,

then you're not required to file an income tax return.

There are years where you may not be required to file a federal return,

but you'll want to anyways.

If you made less than the required amount,

but you had federal taxes taken out of your paycheck,

then the only way you'll get that money back is if you file a tax return with the IRS.

To learn more about whether you need to file a return,

Why Do We Have Bad Days? (and how to turn bad days to good days) - Duration: 11:15.

Why Do We Have Bad Days? (and how to turn them to good days)

A bad day is one of the natural happenings that can ever take place in a person's life.

No full-blooded human has a complete year devoid of rollercoaster moments accompanied

by feelings of dejection, irritation and outright discontentment.

Bad days could come when you are just getting done with feeling high and lucky.

That familiar emotional wackiness that announces hormonal changes can make the day very bad.

Truly, the will to remain in bed and locked out from other humans is very strong on a

very bad day.

Mood swinging like a pendulum bulb suspended on a frayed piece of sensitive nerve could

actually hit anybody, especially those that contributed nothing in keeping one that way,

on a bad day.

On that day, you care less about smiling and maybe manners.

It is as though there is a gang-up in the celestials, to make your life miserable.

Bad days are real; so are good days: In this video, we will be sharing with you

the reasons why we have bad days and what to do about them.

If you're new here, consider subscribing so that you won't miss other interesting

videos like this.

1.

Failed plan It is more infuriating than disappointing

to be late for a crucial business meeting when you had outlined how you would arrive

the meeting venue an hour earlier.

Instead, you sacrificed your timeliness to an unanticipated traffic in the middle of

a major road.

The gridlock was so tight that all you could manage to do in that state was to hiss repeatedly

in irritation and out of frustration.

The climax of the badness would be getting to know that you would have to wait in the

traffic for the next 3 hours.

It would take an iron heart to not weep helplessly.

Such failed plan qualifies to cause a bad day.

What should you do about failed plans?

Remember you're human and limited.

Decide to be cheerful despite the disappointment.

2.

Stress and distress Much grinding of the body could trigger off

feelings of being used, and dumped.

We could get quite entangled with the hustles and hustles for survival, giving room for

our bodies to be over flogged by daily activities with little rest as a form of renewal.

While stress is required to get things done, getting drained mentally and physically can

cause distress, the grandad of a bad day.

Alienating oneself from fun activities all the time, inadequate rest, poor feeding pattern

or lifestyle and little sleep can make a bad day happen almost on a regular basis.

Lack of sleep has been pinned down as another factor in causing a stressful bad day.

It is humorous to consider hydrating frequently as a way to decrease the number of times a

bad day occurs.

Nonetheless, it is as serious as it can get: hydrating the body with water detoxifies the

body system, thereby taking off some disease loads that could distress a person.

Stress can lead to burnouts, situations where one has been terribly drained emotionally

and physically to the point of feeling frustrated.

Sometimes, stress is not about working for hours nonstop; it could be a pull beyond what

one can bear mentally or emotionally.

What can you do about stress?

Remember that the purpose of life is to live and enjoying living.

Identify your source of stress and think on how you could deal with them.

Can you delegate some task?

Can you avoid some meetings?

Can you say NO more frequently?

3.

Loss The death of a loved one, the messy breakup

of a relationship, relocation from a place that has been home to a person...These are

realities that could suck out happiness from a healthy life.

The attachment we develop with people, objects and places can be threatened by occurrences

which we have little or no control of.

The feeling of loss could come after a major misunderstanding with your significant other,

which led you into a messy fight and many arguments.

That day will be officially a bad day.

Days that follow such losses are uniquely filled with ill feelings.

For a period of time, grieving for the losses seems to be the most cherished thing to do.

It only takes will and determination to pick the pieces of what was left broken, in order

to overcome bouts of sadness, anger and frustration associated with dealing with a loss.

What do you do about loss?

Remember everything is temporal, including you.

Remember that death doesn't exist.

It's simply a transition from one realm to another.

Believe that things happens for your good.

Cry and mourn but don't over-think stuff.

4.

Staying lonely This is the era of social media, so, there

is seemingly no reason to be or feel lonely.

However, it appears that more people in this high-powered connection age, are getting on

by themselves in cocoons of loneliness.

Staying lonely is much more different from staying alone.

The former is possible even in the midst of a multitude of people.

There is no emotional connection or tie with these people, and this results in sad feelings

that do not always go away on time.

It is very difficult to live through a day happily when nobody cares about your welfare

nor desires to show compassion to you.Thousands of Facebook friends, tens of thousands of

Instagram followers and actively updating news on Twitter do not guarantee staying out

of loneliness.

The basic relief comes from bonding and sharing with real people who go beyond being superficial,

to getting deeply involved with one's life.

Make meaningful connections which are beyond the social media.

Visit people you care about.

Talk, dream and plan together.

5.

Depression The word, "depression" is actually depressing

to examine.

It is a feeling marked with much sadness, abandonment, loss of interest in activities

that use to be fun to do; loss of appetite and emotional pain.

Depression could be situational where something bad causes it, or clinical, where both in

the good and bad times, a person is always unhappy and uninterested.

Severe forms of depression sometimes, lead to entertaining suicidal thoughts with every

waking day.

Depression is linked with heightened levels of irritability, anger and hopelessness.

No matter how much a depressed person tries to be happy, there persists a feeling of being

down and out in him.

Nothing seems to solve the inner problems only him can perceive.

Bad days are much more frequent in depressive states of mind.

Mood swings occur at will following the reminder of a chronic problem.

The fluctuations in emotion make it a problem for a person suffering from depression to

concentrate fully on a task.

What will be paramount on his mind is to lock people out and stay alone in his dark hole.

Signs associated with depression should never be taken for granted.

Professional help needs to be sought for without any further delay because depression can kill.

6.

Bad news and anxiety Bad news makes the news.

Stories about killings, maiming, starvation, robbery, domestic abuse, suicide bombings,

and natural disasters are bad news capable of ruining an otherwise good day.

Media outlets derive satisfaction presenting bad occurrences in the most vivid way, which

can leave one with much resentment for government and society.

This feeling of resentment can climax into anxiety.

Anxiety makes one become constantly worried and afraid of the future.

An anxious person is always jittery and hyperaroused.

Every bit of information is likely to cause fear in him.

Hypochondriacs are in the category of frequently anxious people.

They fear for their lives, and always think that the latest disease reported about by

the World Health Organization, is lying somewhere on their respective doorsteps to consume them.

When they fail to find answers to the symptoms of sickness they feel, they definitely entertain

a bad day.

It is noteworthy that anxiety is not taken as seriously as depression, a condition which

makes it tasking to develop a generally acceptable treatment for it.

Anxiety can arise following a bad dream, especially in very religious individuals.

From the waking moment to the time that day becomes over, it is moodiness all the way

because of a bad dream anticipated to become a reality in no distant time.

What do you do about bad news?

Turn your face to the other side of life.

Feed your mind with positive images.

Think positive thoughts.

Dream positive dreams.

Remember that there are thousands of good things happening around the world every day

but the journalists choose bad news because it sells their paper better.

In summary, bad day is inevitable.

It is a sign that life is curvy and not a straight path of high moments all the time.

It can be an indication of an underlying psychological need that demands dire attention.

To overcome a bad day, it is important to believe that it is but for a moment, which

is indicative that it shall pass.

Rather than being passive concerning your state of happiness by letting ugly moments

to complete their cycles before you resume being happy, actively seek out ways to regain

your bouncy times even in the face of a lingering bad day.

Remember, you become what you choose to be.

Tom Brady 'Can't Wait' to Spend Time With Gisele, Kids After Super Bowl Win - Duration: 3:11.

Tom Brady 'Can't Wait' to Spend Time With Gisele, Kids After Super Bowl Win

Nothing but love! Tom Brady gave a sweet shout-out to his wife, Gisele Bündchen, and his children after leading the New England Patriots to win Super Bowl LIII on Sunday, February 3.

"I can't wait to just spend some time with my family, my kids and my wife," the quarterback, 41, said during a post-game interview on CBS. "I couldn't do it without their support.

It's just been a great year. I'm so happy for my teammates. It's a dream come true for all of us.".

Brady said it felt "unbelievable to win this game," which is his sixth Super Bowl title, in a 13-3 victory over the Los Angeles Rams. He then congratulated the opposing team on their efforts.

"The Rams defense, they played their butts off," Brady said. "What a great defense. They had a great plan. They made a tough one every play. We just kept fighting and finally got a touchdown.".

The four-time Super Bowl MVP recipient and Bündchen, 38, tied the knot in February 2009. They share son Benjamin, 9, and daughter Vivian, 6. The athlete is also the father of son John, 11, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

During a second post-game interview, Brady held Vivian in his arms as she adorably held up her dad's latest Vince Lombardi Trophy while confetti filled Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Prince Harry remarked "I love that" while looking down at the picture, as the royal fan promised to send him the photo by post

In the moving footage, the well-wisher calls Prince Harry over by saying: "Harry, I've got a picture of your mum

Your mum visited Bristol 25 years ago, and my mum was so excited to meet her she wouldn't let go of the flowers

" While looking down at the picture, Prince Harry commented: "I love that. I recognise everybody in that photo

" The royal well-wisher gave a warm smile in response and said: "I'll get some sent and post it to you

" Prince Harry then asked: "Where was this?" The woman replied: "Thornbury, Bristol, '94

" Prince Harry, who appeared to be in a hurry, then said: "I love that. Look after those - very nice to meet you

Bye guys." Pregnant Meghan Markle and Prince Harry travelled to Bristol on Friday for a day of royal engagements, including a visit to the Old Vic theatre

Wintery conditions meant the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's arrival was delayed by 20 minutes

But royal fans braved the snow to catch a glimpse of the couple outside the theatre, including a group of adorable youngsters from Abbeywood Tots nursery

Meghan showed she is very British now as she chatted to royal well-wishers, commenting on the weather and adding: "I hope everyone gets a nice cup of tea after this

" And the 37-year-old thanked royal fans for waiting to greet them, saying: "Thank you for waiting so long to say hi, our train was a little bit delayed but we tried our best to get here fast

" The 37-year-old wore her hair down and she carried a pair of long beige gloves and a small clutch bag

Once inside the theatre, the royal couple practiced their parenting skills as they met three-year-old Ocean John, whose mother, Sally Cordwell, is the theatre's executive director

The royal couple toured the historic venue, which was built in 1766 and is the oldest working theatre in the English speaking world

And they unveiled a plaque marking their visit and the official opening of the theatre's £2 million re-development

It has been a busy week for Meghan, who is due to give birth at the end of April or early May

The Duchess of Sussex also attended City, University of London, on Thursday to meet students and academics from the Association of Commonwealth Universities, one of her four royal patronages

And on Wednesday, Meghan stepped out to visit the National Theatre, as she made her first official visit to the institution since becoming its patron

Meghan visited her other royal patronages - animal charity Mayhew and women's charity Smart Works - earlier in January

How much can I sell my house for? - Duration: 6:21.

Your local real estate market is changing, and those changes will affect the price that

you list your home for when selling.

It's critical that you price your home correctly when putting it on the market, and in this

video we'll be discussing how to do just that.

Let me ask you a question; is it more important to price a house aggressively to get it sold

quickly, or is it better to be more conservative and try to get the most money possible?

Stick around as we'll dig into the topic and the answer to the question in this video

and we're starting right now!

Hi, I'm Jim Smoak with Carolina One Real Estate in Charleston, SC.

If you are new to the area or are interested in all things real estate in Charleston, then

be sure to hit the subscribe button because this is the place to be.

are published to be sure that you don't miss anything.

On to our topic!

There are three primary elements that directly influence the salability of a house; location,

condition and price.

You can't influence location, but condition and price can certainly be within your control.

In a previous video, I talked about condition and gave 3 really important areas to focus

on, so click above to watch that video.

Whether its price or condition, making sure your decisions are informed is critical.

Its concerning how often uninformed sales prices are set, and the sellers end up either

leaving money on the table, or to the other extreme, the homes end up never selling leaving

confused and frustrated sellers in the wake of a fruitless process.

No matter how much personal value you put into your home, you need to know that the

market doesn't care.

I get it; you've probably made rich memories there, and you may have done many things to

the house that resulted in a lot of sweat equity from your labor.

However, when looking through that lens, we often end up applying a much larger financial

value to our house than the market will.

Generally, your home will only sell for what the market will bear, and nothing higher,

regardless of your great memories or the labor you've put into projects throughout the

years.

How the real estate market looks at your home is kind of like how the stock market looks

at a company's performance.

Stock markets don't take into consideration the company's employees memories of their

work experience, the markets only evaluate the company's performance and related industry

factors.

Likewise, real estate markets evaluate a home by its location, condition, as well as the

attributes of the home compared to close-by comparable sales, and then react favorably

or unfavorably to a list price.

Once a home seller comes to the realization that the market views their home's worth

through the lens of a business transaction and not a personal one, it'll be less stressful

to address the critical issue of pricing.

Your Realtor should perform what the industry calls a comparative market analysis report

for you that will evaluates all necessary market variables and provide you with a recommended

price or price range.

We gather recent local sales and trend data for comparable homes and come up with a pricing

strategy based on the specifics of your local market.

When these recently sold homes are analyzed by your Realtor, the condition and attributes

of each comparable will also be taken into consideration with their corresponding prices.

Although it's meaty enough to be a video by itself, I think it's worthwhile to mention

here that online automatic prices generated by websites like Zillow are good early reference

points, but they can't substitute a thorough manual market analysis.

Zillow's Zestimate, or other similar online pricing tools are computer algorithms that

are incapable of looking at the condition and attributes of market comparables that

are not documented or are documented incorrectly, which directly influence price.

Only a human can do that, and your Realtor is trained to do this.

So be careful how much you allow these online pricing algorithms to affect your pricing

decision.

The bottom line on this point is don't put your home on the market until a comparative

market analysis is done!

Otherwise, you run a good chance of experiencing one of the extremes I noted before.

Your pricing strategy will be influenced by your primary selling motivation.

For example, are you relocating due to something that has a timing requirement such as a new

job or school schedule?

Then you may want price your home aggressively to quickly attract buyers and ultimately faster

offers.

Or, are you less motivated by a schedule and have more time for an optimal offer to come

your way?

Then you may want to be more conservative in your price point.

If you remember the question I asked in the beginning of the video, you'll now realize

that the answer is neither!

Aggressive and conservative pricing approaches have their place, but you should still have

the home priced within the range of what the market will offer which is discovered through

the market analysis I mentioned before.

If you go too low on your price, you'll end up leaving money on the table because

you could've priced it higher and still received fast and attractive offers.

Or, you could price it too high with a desire of getting the most out of your home that

you can and not get any offers at all.

Keep an eye on your email for the next video notification, where we'll be reviewing the

process and benefits of a pre-listing inspection and appraisal.
