Benefits of yogurt - Health benefits of yogurt - Duration: 5:42.Benefits of yogurt.
Traditional probiotic yogurt is made from dairy that's fermented into a creamy food
packed with beneficial probiotics and is a balanced source of protein, fats, carbohydrates,
vitamins and minerals.
Yogurt is considered a superfood.
When it's sourced from grass-fed cows or goats, then yogurt's nutrition is maximized,
supplying omega-3 fatty acids, whey protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin D,
vitamin K2, enzymes and probiotics.
10 Proven Probiotic Yogurt Benefits.
1.
Yogurt Supports Healthy Digestion.
Healthy bacteria that are added to yogurt help to improve the microflora in the gut,
which is responsible for digestion and a healthy digestive tract.
These active cultures may help with certain gastrointestinal conditions, including colon
cancer, IBS, constipation, diarrhea and lactose intolerance.
Many individuals that struggle with lactose intolerance find that yogurt is a soothing
food, not one that causes digestive distress.
2.
Lowers the Risk of Colorectal Cancer.
In a large study of over 45,000 individuals published in the International Journal of
Cancer, yogurt consumption was shown to protect against colorectal cancer.
Researchers indicated "the protective effect of yogurt was evident in the entire cohort".
The reason for this is a healthier digestive tract, due to the probiotics and healthy bacteria
in yogurt.
3.
It May Protect Against Osteoporosis.
Yogurt contains some key nutrients for maintaining bone health, including calcium, protein, potassium,
phosphorus and, sometimes, vitamin D. All of these vitamins and minerals are especially
helpful for preventing osteoporosis, a condition characterized by weakening of the bones.
It is common in the elderly.
Individuals with osteoporosis have low bone density and are at a higher risk of bone fractures.
However, research shows that consuming at least three servings of dairy foods, such
as yogurt, on a daily basis may help preserve bone mass and strength.
4.
Supports Weight Loss and Increases Fat Loss.
According to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, yogurt increases fat loss.
The study showed that three- to six-ounce servings a day for 12 weeks nearly doubled
the amount of fat lost versus others in the study.
The group that consumed the probiotic yogurt and additional calcium to reach 1,100 milligrams
lost 22 percent more weight and 61 percent more body fat.
The study also found the belly region and the waist circumference were particularly
affected.
5.
Yogurt Boosts the Immune System.
In a recent study, researchers found that probiotics found in yogurt and other fermented
milk products can improve the gut mucosal immune system by increasing cytokine producing
cells in the intestine.
Researchers stated that "Supplementation of probiotic organisms in infancy could help
prevent immune-mediated diseases in childhood."
Another study on infants found that probiotics added to formulas had a significant decrease
of number days with fever, antibiotic prescriptions, clinic visits and child care absences.
For adults, yogurt's probiotics help to keep the digestive tract free of disease-causing
bacteria.
A randomized and placebo controlled study in Sweden of shift workers found that the
placebo group reported more than twice the number of sick days than those who were taking
probiotics.
6.
Regulates Moods.
The effects of probiotics on the digestive tract and blood sugar levels have already
been discussed, but as it turns out, the health of our gut is directly related to our mood.
In a study from UCLA's Gail and Gerald Oppenheimer Family Center for Neurobiology of Stress that
studied brain scans during and after the study, researchers found healthy women who regularly
consumed probiotics through yogurt showed more control in emotions and less anxiety
when introduced to emotional events.
The group that consumed yogurt ate two servings per day for four weeks.
7.
It's High in Protein.
Yogurt provides an impressive amount of protein, with about 12 grams per 7 ounces (200 grams).
Protein has been shown to support metabolism by increasing your energy expenditure, or
the number of calories that you burn throughout the day.
Getting enough protein is also important for appetite regulation, as it increases the production
of hormones that signal fullness.
It may automatically reduce the number of calories you consume overall, which is beneficial
for weight control.
In one study, subjects who snacked on yogurt were less hungry and consumed 100 fewer calories
at dinner, compared to those who ate lower-protein snacks with the same amount of calories.
Yogurt's fullness-promoting effects are even more prominent if you eat Greek yogurt,
which is a very thick variety that has been strained.
It is higher in protein than regular yogurt, providing 22 grams per 7 ounces (200 grams).
Greek yogurt has been shown to influence appetite control and delay feelings of hunger more
than regular yogurt with less protein.

Ewangeliarz OP - 30 stycznia 2017 - (Mk 5, 1-20) - Duration: 2:11.When I go from house to house,
I meet very different reactions.
Sometimes, someone very suprised says -
- O, priest?
- O! Please come in, you are welcome.
And sometimes, some people say -
- I have been waiting for three hours!
Finally, the priest is here.
This todays Gospel,
tells that immediately,
when Jesus came out of the boat,
the Gerasenes, man who on the one layer of himself,
was possessed with some kind of madness and was enslaved.
With some huge suffering.
The same man,
In his second layer,
with all over himself,
homesick and sore,
was waiting for Jesus.
So immediately when Jesus was walking out of the boat
the man felt down into his knees.
This is really important,
when we look at humans suffering,
that we could see that underneath,
of things which are disgusting,
of something that we would like to escape from.
That we would be able to hear huge calling,
and huge longing,
for salvation and deliverance,
for love.
For hope, which we can bring into people.
Yes, someone who seems to be disgusting,
someone possessed,
somewhere deep in his is a huge calling,
Come with help to me,
Bring me hope,
Give me your hand!

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie - Duration: 3:40.Hi I'm Laura Numeroff author of If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.
If you give a mouse a cookie, he's going to ask for a glass of milk.
When you give him the milk,
he'll probably ask you for a straw.
When he's finished he'll ask for a napkin.
Then he'll want to look into the mirror to make sure he doesn't have a milk mustache.
when he looks into the mirror, he might notice his hair needs a trim.
So... he'll probably ask for a pair of nail scissors.
When he's finished giving himself a trim he'll want a broom to sweep up.
He'll start sweeping, He might get carried away and sweep every room in the house.
He may even end up washing the floors as well.
When he's done he'll probably want to take a nap.
You'll have to fix up a little box for him with a blanket and a pillow.
He'll crawl in and make himself comfortable and fluff the pillow a few times.
He'll probably ask you to read him a story.
So you read to him from one of your books and he'll ask to see the pictures.
When he looks at the pictures he'll get so excited he'll want to draw one of his own.
He'll ask for paper and crayon.
He'll draw a picture.
When the picture is finished he'll want to sign his name with a pen, and then he'll want
to hang his picture on his refrigerator.
Which means he'll need scotch tape.
He'll hang up his drawing and stand back to look at it.
Looking at the refrigerator will remind him that he's thirsty, so
he'll ask for a glass of milk, and chances are if he asks for a glass of milk he's going
to want a cookie to go with it.

Dangan Ronpa V3 with English Voice Translation Episode 15 (Second Trial Part 2) *TURN ON CC* - Duration: 3:46:42.I met Hoshi during the nightime.
That's unbelievable
The only person you met was Hoshi-kun?
Yeah... I didn't meet anyone but him
Did no one see the two of you!?
If there is they should call themselves out.
If no one can provide proof the two met...
There is no way to believe her testimony.
Just as I thought Harukawa chan is a liar.
If we can't prove it happened
Everything she said was a lie!
I'll sub the third and final go around
When was the corpse put in the piranaha tank?
The next morning!
During nighttime!
The culprit could have carried the corpse right after the announce?
We were in front of the gym before the announce!
It's possible that you missed the culprit?
We were right in front of the door, we couldn't have missed them!
Is that even a real rule that you can't go in the gym at night!
The rule wouldn't be applied to the corpse right?
But the piranaha tank was too far from the entrance to the gym.
You could get there from the window above the stage...!
But you weren't allowed in the pool at night right?
Only swimming was not allowed at night, not going inside.
But can we believe the testimony of Harukawa-san?
It's ok because we have Saihara's testimony as well!
First let's figure out where the crime took place.
Could it have happened in his room?
He was attacked while he was relaxing in his room.
But Hoshi-kun was drowned?
There isn't a place with a lot of water in his room.
It's there a toilet!
It's not possible to drown in the toilet!
Places with a lot of water are suspicious!
There's only the pool.
I'm magically unmistaken!
So it's decided it's the pool!
No that piece of shit drowned in the toilet!
You loud toilet pig.
Toilet pig!
I cut out some failed attempts here, sorry if it skips
It's obvious I didn't do it.
The crime took place during nighttime...
You don't have an alibi right?
A alibi for nighttime...
Most everyone doesn't have one.
But there's proof... right?
Are you going to believe that lie?
The trick required many preparations...
It would have been easy for you right?
Anyone could have set it up.
But Kirumi is thin with good style...
So you could ride in the float with Ryoma!
Anyone but Gokuhara could.
The Rope or the partition board...
5 minutes would have been enough.
but put them together...
and your theory is just your imagination
On top of that don't just make up what you think is the truth.
The root of your theory is your imagination...
Your whole theory is based on things which cannot be proven!
What is the root of my theory? What am I imagining?
For example the rope.
Sure that rope
Could get from the third floor to the gym
But there's no evidence anyone used it
In other words its not just imagined...
the basis of your whole theory...
has just misled everyone!
You are wrong!
What is the truth!
If we come to this empty result...
You will have misled everyone!
these are repeats...
This trial...
Everyones lives are riding on this!
But becasue of this trust you've created...
Everyone will die!
That's enough of your opinions...
but I won't believe them
if you make me the culprit
You still don't have any evidence!
You are pushing an unproven theory!
I wanted to protect everyone...
Why are you getting in the way?
He transfered her his full power.
I should have translated the yellow: "unprecedented crisis"
The country was headed for "unprecedented crisis" and he entrusted me with his full authority.

We suck at bikepacking - Key West Trip Day 1 - Duration: 6:48.We suck at bikepacking - Cycling to Key West EP1
This, is mile marker 0 off route US-1. It symbolizes the Southernmost point in the continental
US, but clearly the house behind it is further South. To me, the real reason to visit mile
marker 0 is to drive through the Florida Keys. From downtown Miami, it's an epic 3 hour
drive, starting with skyscrapers and ending in 7 mile long bridges through the Caribbean—or
the Gulf of Mexico depending on which car window you're looking out of.
The final stop is Key West, and it's worth the trip. If you like coconut trees, flip
flops, and stiff drinks, you may find no better place. Of course, relaxation was the last
thing on my mind when I agreed to pedal to Key West from my house in Fort Lauderdale.
I'm pretty sure it was Alex's crazy idea, and who could blame him? The poor guy has
been off his mountain bike since November, when he dislocated his shoulder. A road bike
adventure through the flattest state in the nation would be a piece of cake.
So we threw caution to the wind, did absolutely no research, and retrofitted our road bikes
with racks and luggage. Alex had a lot of camping experience, and I went through a road
biking phase a few years back. I was no stranger to high mileage. 200 miles in 3 days would
be easy. So the goal for day one would be a campsite 90 miles away in Key Largo. As
we set out from my house in high spirits, we had no idea how humbling of an experience
this ride would be. Alex and I fell short of Key Largo by over 40 miles on day one.
Allow me to summarize why that was the case.
Reason 1: Roady miles and bike packing miles are not the same. When you ride for training
of for the sake of riding you choose your favorite route. We were forced to ride through
Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Hallandale, all of Miami, and Homestead, encountering ridiculous
amounts of stop lights, traffic, glass, and general treachery. City miles are slow and
frustrating. We were moving at a snails pace, which leads into…
Reason number 2: The worst route ever. I used Google maps to plan a route and tapped
the little bicycle icon. This is great for finding the closest bikeway, but terrible
for finding directions. Rather than have you ride for a mile on a less than ideal road,
Google would rather you get on a ferry. Sometimes it would want us to take a bikeway for a few
miles, make a u turn, and backtrack a mile to get on another bikeway—this instead of
just hopping over one median. For the record I now know the best route, but I can't go
back in time to Wednesday afternoon, which brings us to…
Reason number 3: A late start. We did some preparation in the morning and moseyed on
down to the coffee shop. We didn't start pedaling until around 11, since we wanted
to wait until rush hour was over. I don't know why it didn't click that we'd be
in South Miami during the second rush hour. Since my calculations were based on roady
miles, I figured we'd be in the keys by then, but I didn't account for all the stops,
craploads of extra weight, and….
Reason number 4: Mechanical problems. For the record I did one thing right, and that
was buy two really good brand new tires, and a reasonably sturdy rack with panniers. Alexander's
bike was f*cked. His tires were really old, and his rack consisted of 9 bungie cords and
some backpacks. The only thing on his bike that worked consistently was the horn. Alex
kept getting flats on his rear tire, and it took forever to take on and off the bike due
to the rear rack. Between stops to fix the rack, multiple flats, and a detour to restock
our supplies, we burnt through 2 hours of daylight, which brings me to…
Reason number 5: Bad luck, which I admit is sort of a cop out for bad planning. Google
Maps led us to a really jagged and rough fire road, which was out of the question considering
Alex's tire issues. So we tried to find a way around it and found ourselves trapped.
I
was going to do it, but Alex was actually the voice of reason. He might have saved both
of our lives. During the day, maybe. At night, it was sketchy.
So, 40 miles from Key Largo we decided to throw in the towel. Luckily, motels in Homestead
are about the same price as tent sites in the keys. We were pretty bummed out, and admittedly
doubtful that we would get to Key West on time. Both of us were on a time constraint,
and the next day was looking grimmer and grimmer by
the minute. After 50 miles of arduous urban pedaling, we needed something to boost our
spirits.
Our goal for the following day would be to make it to Key Largo and keep pushing all
the way to Marathon by the end of the day. That was a lofty 80 mile goal for day two.
Would we make it? Find out in the next video. Thanks for riding with me today and I'll
see you next time.

Julie Sondra on Finding Your Character Voice - Duration: 14:34.Hi everybody, it's Julie.
Today we're gonna talk about finding your character's voice.
You may have seen some publishers and editors and agents talking about how they really want
their stuff that's being submitted to them to be more "voicey," to be, to really nail
the voice of the characters, and that that's really what they're looking for, a certain
flavor, and some newer writers or people who don't have a whole lot of experience writing
in their genre may be a little bit intimidated by that, because they're not really sure where
to start.
And I've talked to more than one person recently where they felt like they had an idea of what
their character does, and what their plot is like, but maybe just don't know who their
character is or how to have them act.
They feel like they're not really ready to jump in and have them interact before they
knew who their character was.
So I'm going to offer you a list of ten exercises and little projects you can do to try to get
to know your characters if you're having trouble nailing your voice.
Suggestion 1: Have your character write a letter to another character or a group of
characters.
If that's something you can imagine, what would they say, do it in their voice, have
them say "Dear So-and-So," and figure out what they would write to another character.
It doesn't have to be anything plot-relevant, it can just be about what's been going on
in their life, and just try to figure out what kind of letter would they write and how
would they write, what would they sound like.
Would it sound more like they're passing notes in class, or would it be soulful and long,
would it be involved, would it have a whole bunch of song lyrics in it, you know, get
an idea of how your character would write a letter, and you may be able to start your
quest of understanding how they write and how they talk.
Suggestion 2: Picture what they see every day.
If your character is different from you in a certain way, even if it's something silly
like they're shorter or they're taller, if they have a different way of using their eyes
than you do, like if they're nearsighted and you're not or vice versa, if they're partially
blind and you're not or vice versa, you know, you can think about what that character would
see walking around your house, walking around your school, walking around your workplace,
and try to figure out what would they see differently from you?
Kinda start a running inventory in your head, would they be able to see the top of this
thing that you can't see, would they see the dust on top of a high space, or even maybe
if your character is from another time or another place, what would they find strange,
what would they be thinking about what they see around them.
Take a walk around places that are familiar to you and see them through unfamiliar eyes,
and start making mental notes about what that character would take note of and kind of get
into their headspace and that can help you figure out who they are.
Suggestion 3: And this is a longer-term one, but try starting a blog in character.
You don't have to make it so anybody can see it.
You could even make it private if you'd prefer.
Or you can just kinda role-play your character and talk on the blog about things they would
think about politics, current events, what they think of certain music or television,
you know, just what would they blog about, what would they think, write about their day
as if they have a blog and just start to try to get into the groove of how they talk and
what they would talk about, what they would care about, and you know, what would make
them want to write.
If they're not really the kind of character who would have a blog, you can still just
kind of pretend that this is their thoughts in another format, but you can adapt to your
character's situation and just try this for a few weeks or months and see what kind of
things come to mind.
That way you can maybe make a schedule and try to engage with your character's thought
process on a regular basis until it starts to feel natural.
Suggestion 4: Try doing an anonymous chat in character.
This might sound a little bit shady, like because you're literally pretending to be
someone that you're not, but a lot of times on these anonymous chats, they're not really
expecting to have an in-depth, truthful conversation, so you can go to something like Omegle dot
com and you know, get matched with a stranger, find somebody who can have a conversation
and then pretend you're the character.
Talk about what's going on in your life or your story, or just try to get a feel for
the personality, get a sense for what it's like to converse as them so you can figure
out what is their word choice like, what kind of subjects would they cover, do they use
punctuation or don't they, do they spell well or don't they, you'd be surprised the sorts
of things you start sliding into these habits that you can pick up and understand and learn
that will change for you if you just try to make this mental shift and talk as them, interact
as them, and do it in this kind of judgment-free, anonymous atmosphere, so you can try to figure
out who they are in situations that you're not necessarily planning yourself.
Suggestion 5: Do a character dream journal.
What kind of dreams does your character have?
Figure out two, three dreams that they might've had.
They don't, again, have to plot-relevant.
In fact, I think it's actually better for just figuring out character stuff if they're
not plot relevant.
You may be able to understand some relationships the character has with their family or their
friends, you know, what they're worried about, what their anxieties are, what their past
is like.
Things may come to you while you're trying to write about a dream that the character
had that you didn't know otherwise, especially since dreams don't necessarily tell you who
a person is, so why would they tell you who a character is.
You may be able to figure out you know, some alternate aspects of how they think, what
matters to them, what scares them, and you may try to either just write a dream or you
may write as if it actually is the character's dream journal and write about what their reaction
was to it, how they felt about this dream, or if they thought it was weird, or if they
thought it was revealing, if they thought it was prophetic, you can do a lot of stuff
with dreams.
And it doesn't have to be a work of art, because, I mean, just think about what you dream about,
what were the last few things that you can remember dreaming about, see if maybe you
can bounce off those experiences and figure out what they would be for your character.
Suggestion 6: Write your character a dating profile.
Now I do not recommend actually making it live, because dating profiles are, they're
invented to attract somebody and you know, you don't wanna be that jerk who interacts
with another person hoping to form an intimate relationship and they they find out you're
faking it or you know, you can--you can really stumble into some messy situations if you
do that.
But if you go to a dating website and copy out the questions that are the prompted categories
that dating sites like OKCupid ask you to fill out.
And figure out how your character would describe themselves to make themselves appealing for
a date, for romance.
I understand that in some situations, like if you have a character who doesn't do those
sorts of things, or already is in a long-term relationship, this wouldn't apply, but you
may still get something out of figuring out how that person would describe themselves
to make another person start romantic interactions with them, or to make them describe themselves
appealingly.
Suggestion 7 is very similar to Suggestion 6: Take some personality quizzes on behalf
of your characters.
You can just Google up personality quizzes, and you can take anything from an IQ test
to elemental associations to Myers-Briggs.
You can look for things that analyze a character's character, and answer as if you're them.
And then the results will often tell you some things about your character that you may not
have known, or you may not have consciously understood.
If they are more in-depth, longer, more serious, you're probably gonna find out more about
them than if, say, you're taking a test to see which character on a TV show your character
would be, or which color describes your character.
You know, try to stick to the things that the output is actually gonna tell you something,
but you know, you might, you might be surprised by what you can learn, and also it does serve
the purpose of getting you to think like your character, and would they really know the
answer to this, or how would they respond to a question like this.
So that'll be good practice for you reacting as if you're the character, and giving you
sort of an emotional palette to work with, so that can be helpful.
Suggestion 8: Come up with or draw a character's outfits.
Figure out what would your character wear if that character was invited to a date.
What would that character wear if they were invited to a job interview or an evaluation
of some kind in their chosen field.
What would that character wear to do their favorite thing.
What would your character wear if they were just lounging around the house that day.
You know, figure out what's in their closet and what kinda clothes that they would choose
to look impressive or look slobby, and you may learn some things about their mental processes,
you may learn some things about their tastes, you may learn some things about how they present
themselves to the outside world.
Suggestion 9: Find some songs that remind you of your character.
You may already have a playlist, a lot of writers do this where they collect songs that
remind them of their stories or their characters, so find some of these songs that remind you
of your character or you know, seem to be almost about your character, and then put
yourself in a frame of mind imagining that you are the character, that you're about to
write as the character, and listen to the song.
And then write a paragraph or two about what that character thinks of the song, how they
feel now that the song is over, how they relate to it, what it made them think and feel.
And you know, refer back to that if you wanna understand your character's complex, nuanced
feelings about a variety of subjects and experiences.
And lastly, Suggestion 10: Pretend your character needs to get a job or go to an academic interview
or you know, do something to be evaluated, and they have to fill out some kind of application
to get in or be chosen for something.
A lot of applications, especially for things like jobs or admissions to school will ask
you to list your talents, will ask you to list your skills, will ask you to list your
strengths and weaknesses.
What would your character put in those blanks?
And you gotta keep in mind, of course, that the way the character may describe themselves
is not necessarily how you as the writer, who knows more about them, would describe
them.
They may think they have strengths that they don't have.
They may not realize they have weaknesses that they do have.
They may think that they have talents and skills that are not as great as they think
they are.
So, if you get into the head of your character and figure out how would they pitch themselves,
I guess very similarly to the dating profile, but for professional atmosphere, what would
they list as their good points, their bad points, their talents, their skills.
So that wraps up my list of ten exercises that you can try, but I will say there's really
just no substitute for diving in and try to write as the character.
Even if you're not writing in first person, which a lot of people do write in first person,
but third person, you still need to be voicey, you still need to be able to convey a sense
of place and time and character and personality through your writing.
So if you're still getting stuck after trying some of these things, try writing a scene
that you maybe haven't gotten to yet.
You don't have to start at the beginning, but pick out a scene, one of the scenes that
made you wanna write this story.
And practice writing it, practice writing it from a different character's perspective
as they see your character.
You can try a number of writing exercises if you're just too intimidated or too dissatisfied
with what's been coming out of your pen lately, try it from different angles, just try low-pressure
practice writing as these characters.
Try any exercise you can think of.
And if you come up with situations where you had to write something in your own life, think
about how your character would do that, and try to do those thing as your character just
as an exercise.
So those are all things that should get you started.
I don't have any specific instructions on specific voices, like, you know, good for
Young Adult, good for young boys, you know, I don't have any specific suggestions, 'cause
I feel like that would be too presumptuous for me to try to tell you what you should
be writing like or what kind of points you should be focusing on for different types
of characters.
It would just end up being kinda stereotypical.
I just recommend the exploratory approach, and you may be surprised what ends up coming
out when you immerse yourself, and try to think as the character in one of these situations.
And you should be on your way in no time.
Thanks for watching!
See you next time.

First Vlog - Sneak into Shynee Narang's life - Duration: 2:40.Hello guys, my name is Shynee Narang
and I have finally decided to do this.
So this is about my Zindagi, my life
and I have decided to call this channel
VLogging Zindagi(life).
Yes, it's about my experiences... what I do in life,
what all I have learnt, the mistakes I made, what I fear, what I love...
I am gonna tell you all...
And I simply love stories, so I am going to share lots of stories...
all my travel experiences...
So I have lots of travel experiences.
There are a lot of things I do.
I am going to tell you everything.
The first story that I am gonna share is about my first ever travel in an aircraft.
The very first time I took a flight,
I was jumping out of joy.
I remember I was going to Chennai and I was so happy.
I web checked in to get a window seat
and did the same what most of us do.
I was looking down to find my house.
I am sure you would also have done the same.
Ya, I was trying to find my house..
my landmarks.. important landmarks.. everything..
and obviously I couldn't find them.
Nevertheless, I was very happy.
So, when the aircraft took off I realized..
o dude... all these houses, people and all have become so tiny tiny...
And such small things might not even exist...
probably for somebody who lives... up there.
So if we are that small and insignificant,
then how do we give so much importance to ourselves.
Like I do this a lot of time..
my EGO...
comes in the way of lots of things.
(Hey.. I am this.. I am that.. smart Delhi girl... and all)
So all this is our Ego which
could be very dangerous at times.
Then I realized that it's not that great a thing.
It never worked in my favor.
If it worked in your case... well & good.
But most of the times, in my case some amount of ego is healthy
but lot of it...
nah.. doesn't work..
So I have decided to work on it and reduce it.
This is my personal story.. my experience...
and now i want to know your experiences because
I am definitely very interested in your stories.
If you agree with this ego thing.. please tell me...
even if you don't, please tell that as well...
whatever you have to say... plz share asap...
& thank you so much for watching this particular Vlog.
Please SUBSCRIBE because I will doing LOT more of these.
Thank you so much.. so much.. so much.. so much..
Take Care :) :)

Ewangeliarz OP - 30 stycznia 2017 - (Mk 5, 1-20) - Duration: 2:11.When I go from house to house,
I meet very different reactions.
Sometimes, someone very suprised says -
- O, priest?
- O! Please come in, you are welcome.
And sometimes, some people say -
- I have been waiting for three hours!
Finally, the priest is here.
This todays Gospel,
tells that immediately,
when Jesus came out of the boat,
the Gerasenes, man who on the one layer of himself,
was possessed with some kind of madness and was enslaved.
With some huge suffering.
The same man,
In his second layer,
with all over himself,
homesick and sore,
was waiting for Jesus.
So immediately when Jesus was walking out of the boat
the man felt down into his knees.
This is really important,
when we look at humans suffering,
that we could see that underneath,
of things which are disgusting,
of something that we would like to escape from.
That we would be able to hear huge calling,
and huge longing,
for salvation and deliverance,
for love.
For hope, which we can bring into people.
Yes, someone who seems to be disgusting,
someone possessed,
somewhere deep in his is a huge calling,
Come with help to me,
Bring me hope,
Give me your hand!
