Hi! I'm János Karancz and in this video I'm going to show you how to adjust the string tension of your modern yoyo.
After using the yoyo for some time you will notice that
your string gets twisted very easily. Like this.
In this case the easiest method you can do is to take the tie of the string off your finger
and then you release the string.
During this process the string gets back to its' original state.
What you can also do is to stroke the string over like this.
So the twists will completely disappear.
You can also use the trick called "Sidewinder".
You can find the link of a more detailed tutorial on this trick in the description of this video.
As you could see you can do this trick into 2 different directions.
You need to use these directions depending on the direction of the twists on your string.
If you use an unresponsive yoyo
- which means that your yoyo doesn't come back to your hand if you just pull up your hand -
In this case you can make your yoyo come back only with the trick called "Bind".
The tutorial of this trick is also linked in the description of this video.
In this case you can combine the trick called "Bind" with the trick called "Sidewinder". It looks like this.
The required direction of this trick also depends on the direction of the twists on your string.
We can adjust the string tension without binding the yoyo as well.
In this case we can use the following method.

Donald Trump bans refugees, 7 Muslim countries - Duration: 5:08.
US President Donald Trump says he is
keeping radical Islamic terrorists out
and keeping America safe
critics say he is trampling on the u.s.
tradition of welcoming immigrants Friday
mr. Trump signed sweeping order barring
people from seven predominantly Muslim
nations from entering the u.s. for three
months those countries you see them
they're Libya Sudan Somalia Yemen Syria
Iraq and Iran the order also suspend the
u.s. refugee admissions program for a
hundred and twenty day that for months
syrian refugees are barred from the US
indefinitely
also people holding certain beans will
now have to undergo in-person interviews
in order to renew their visas are Jim
Acosta is joining us now senior White
House correspondent Jim Donald Trump
campaign on controlling borders and a
tougher vetting of people coming into
the u.s. he's delivering on that promise
but that's right Cheryl he is but make
no mistake these are some very sweeping
actions coming from the new president I
sign this executive order earlier in the
day over at the Pentagon we just got our
hands on the executive order this is it
right here but the actions are are
fairly dramatic he's talking about
suspending visas for people coming into
the United States from seven countries
that have links to terrorism Iran Iraq
Syria the Sudan Somalia among those
seven countries of those visas have been
suspended for 90 days as part of this
action there also implementing what
they're referring to as extreme vetting
methods for people coming into the
United States from from Terra phone
parts of the world of that that would
include biometric scanning a more
lengthy interview process it's going to
be a much more draconian step that's
being taken as part of that extreme
vetting process and then I think that
the part that is really going to send
shockwaves around the world and that is
the suspension of the u.s. refugee
program this is for political refugees
religious refugees coming into the
United States of that program is
suspended for a hundred and twenty days
a while they get these new measures up
and running and permanently ended by the
Trump administration is the Syrian
refugee program which was bringing in
people from that part of the world
under the Obama administration that
program now and and so you will not have
Syrian refugees coming into this country
as part of this executive order so it is
a very sweeping decision coming from the
President and Jim you mentioned a
religious refugees during the campaign
Donald Trump raise a lot of eyebrows and
got a lot of criticism for advocating a
ban on Muslims entering the u.s. to what
extent is this executive order a Muslim
bad where all the countries listed in
that that temporary ban on those pieces
coming into the country for 90 days
those are all muslim-majority countries
and so you have critics are already
coming out and making statements about
this senator kamela Harris from
California she's a brand new senator but
she's been talked about as a potential
2020 candidate in the next election if
you can believe it we're still talking
about that even though Donald Trump has
just entered the White House but she
said make no mistake in a statement
tonight this is a Muslim band of the
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer put
out a statement saying that there are
tears are rolling down the cheeks of the
Statue of Liberty so Democrats are
really up in arms about this but as you
said this is something president Trump
campaign Don repeatedly throughout the
election he is delivering on that
promise but it would we have to find out
what the details are in the coming days
of the white house issued this executive
order to put out this paper statement to
everybody detailing somewhat what is it
here but they're so lots of open-ended
questions that the White House did not
sit down with reporters and give us a
briefing that is something you would
have seen in the previous administration
we did not get that today so lots of
questions about what the president
decided to do with this executive order
syrup and look Jim just before I let you
go to be clear different categories of
immigrants refugees are barred from
entering the u.s. for different periods
of pine wild procedures are reviewed
that's what it says in the executive
order is it possible in your mind that
you know in two three four months things
will be back to business as usual once
that review is complete it's possible it
is possible we just don't know at this
point and and one thing that we should
point out about this 90-day suspension
of visas coming in from seven product
countries that have ties to terrorism
those
seven countries may not be all of them
that we've been talking to white house
officials this evening
who said that there may be more
countries added to this list and so I
make no mistake this is a very
aggressive action that's been taken by
the Trump administration they talked at
length during this executive order at
the top of this executive order about
911 something that occurred 16 years ago
and so a president Trump campaign during
that election cycle and such as someone
who is going to crack down I and and
ramp up the war on terrorism the war on
Isis and this is just the beginning of
that process I think so Jim Acosta
senior White House correspondent thank
you very much for your time thank you

How to Make a Match Cube (Updated) - Duration: 10:45.
To make this you will need about 270 matches.
The matches I am using are about 5.5 cm long.
You will also need a small rubber band that can stretch a lot.
Start with 4 matches.
Add 2 of them together with the match tips facing opposite sides.
Do it again with 2 other matches and place them on top of the first 2.
It should look like a + shape.
The elastic band will be wrapped around the matches to hold them together.
Wrap the elastic band as shown.
Add one match in between the 4 matches held together.
Now start adding matches in an alternating pattern crossing over top each other.
When adding the matches, place them underneath the elastic band.
The pattern should be matchstick tip, bottom, tip, bottom, and then repeating.
It should look similar to a checker pattern after a while.
Another match can be used to lift up the elastic band.
Continue the pattern until the elastic band becomes tight.
Discard any bent or damaged matches.
Try to keep the matches centered.
Once the elastic band is becoming too tight another one can be added.
Unloop the original elastic from the side the new elastic was added to but keep the rest of it as is.
Add more elastics as needed.
After a while elastic bands can be added to all sides and the original elastic can be removed.
When you are close to completion you can start removing the elastic bands.
The match cube is finished when you cannot add any more matches without damaging the tips.

Pediatric Physical Therapy for Babies #35: Cruising Between Furniture - Duration: 2:19.
Hello!
My name is Amy Sturkey.
I am a pediatric physical therapist.
I am here with Tatum who is a 7 month old who is pulling up to stand but not cruising
yet.
I want to teach the skill of cruising between furniture.
Unfortunately, I have wiggly furniture, but I would do this with stable furniture.
Looks like he is really into this, so I am going to take this and put it behind him.
Whoop!
Alright.
I want to start working on cruising between.
I can actually do right angles first.
Whoa!
Oh boy!
Oh boy that was work.
But that was difficult to set up with the camera.
So I do right angles first.
After I do right angles, I do all the way around to the opposite side.
So start here.
If it were stable it would be better.
You can encourage one hand on to the other side and get him to turn and come around to
it.
He is a little young for working on this skill.
He needs to be a little more steady, but he is really close to doing it.
I bet within a week, he will be doing this.
Nice job.
Want to go the other way, cutie?
That is how I do it.
I start...
You've got to bring that foot.
Nice job.
It would help if they were stable.
Nice job.
Come on.
Nice work.
Right now I am having to give pretty high support, especially with the wiggly furniture.
I am holding up at shoulders.
If this was stable, I think I would be all the way down at hips.
This is a good idea for you to work on at home, if your child is of the right skill
level.
I hope you enjoyed this simple idea.
And, I'll talk to you later.
Bye!

Getting The Sound Right At The Source - Interview Excerpt #2 - Duration: 6:01.
Ah could you expand on the importance of getting the sound right at the source, implications
of this approach, as opposed to fixing it later in the mix?
Yeah you can move a microphone an inch and that ah gives you all the top end you were
missing or all the bottom end you're missing and um that's far better than eq'ing it, because
it doesn't put - as soon as you start eq'ing it you start putting phase shifting into it
and all that sort of stuff so you know, if you just move the mic a little
bit, it sounds much better and you haven't had to add any EQ and um it's a truer sound
and it's a more solid sound because it's not got phase shifting going on it because of
the equaliser so...
I was very fortunate to work with really good people when I began, and that's how it seemed
like a perfectly logical thing to do, you when I started it was tape, and you know you
had 20 odd tracks or 16 tracks or things like that.
So you always had to record everything live and people reacted to what they were hearing,
so if it sounded good, they played better and had more fun and the record sounded better
- the concept off fixing it later, it you know is a kind of joke really ah you know,
whereas the final thing is "don't worry we'll fix it in retail".
You try and get it right in the beginning, you try and get the sounds right, you try
and get the song right, you try and get the mood right, you try and get all those things
right at the beginning and then capture that on tape or on the hard disk as you do now
but that should be your goal.
If you've got great players, they have a great sound, and that's one of the fundamental lessons
I learnt very early on was that, all the sound comes from their hands and all you gotta do
is put the right microphone in front of it and make sure it doesn't overload anything
and it'll sound great.
I've had the same kit same mics you know, and you put the drum tech playing the drums
on it, and then the real drummer comes in and sits down and it's chalk and cheese.
It's like, one of those sounds like the drum tech, and the other one sounds like a motherf*****
drummer, and you haven't done anything, you know it's - and same with guitars, I mean
great guitar players, the sound just oozes out of their hands and doesn't matter what
you do, if you've got a bad guitar player, it sounds crap and it doesn't matter what
you do it'll always sound crap.
But if you've got a great one all you got to do is not f*** it up
You know I'm very fanatical about making sure everything is correct, so that when you press
record, ah you know - and that was one of the things with working with people like Elton
and stuff like that, is they only, they expect it all to be working first time, ah because
they value their performances and I think that's one of those things that has been lost
with the ability to be able to record endlessly.
They only expect to sing it once or twice, or you know Johnathon Moffet on the drums,
he's only plays one take. and also I do a lot of Jazz stuff where, you know, it's a
performance that might go for an hour and um, you got to make sure everything is right.
So I'm very fanatical about making sure everything is working and right and correct and it's
gonna have enough headroom, and I've tested everything, and rather than try to eq stuff,
moving a mic a tiny little bit makes all the difference and um there are all those sort
of things so that when you press record and somebody is playing then you're gonna capture
it and there's not gonna be a problem And I think that, I try and still now, try
and record, when I record bands and produce bands, try to get them to value their performances,
don't, don't go ah it's alright we'll do 40 takes and comp it later and I think this whole
Pro Tools thing has really changed that philosophy in a lot of the people and a lot of young
guys who never grew up with tape, where the decision to go over something was irrevocable.
You know if you went over that solo, that solo was gone forever, there was no oh well
we'll just go back to the one we had before Apple Z, you know, it was gone
So it was a different sort of philosophy, and I try to instil that in people now, because
I think it makes people play better if they value their performance more and if they see
you valuing it more by making sure that there's never a situation where you go "oh can we
do that again?
It went into the red" or you know "ah sorry I didn't press record or, I mean f*** that,
the people I was working with in the early days, it just wasn't an option, and that's
why I got those sort of gigs because I was particular about making sure everything was
working and right and ah I don't think I ever had any of those situations.
I loved that because that pushes you and your abilities and um, and they really respect
and are grateful for you valuing what their work is as well, I mean if some engineer goes
"ah yeah you know, sorry I have to do it again because I didn't have it plugged in right"
It means you're not giving them the respect that they deserve for their performance, so
I think it's a two way street and um, ummm that's what I enjoyed with working with people
like that, um because (yeah), they do really appreciate it that somebody else also is trying,
on the other side of the glass, is trying to give it as much as they're trying to give
it.
In a (laughs), in a long way around, eh that's my answer to that question (laughs).
