- I hope you're somewhere warm and watching
Custom Offsets TV on the YouTube.
I'm Shawn, and we got another vehicle spotlight for ya.
We're up here in the frozen tundra.
It's negative seven degrees,
and we've got a Silverado 2010 1500.
It's only leveled and it's got 12 wides and 33s.
Let's go.
♫ We got them mean trucks, decked out
♫ Rollin' through the woods and they flexed out
♫ Rims so big and the windows black
♫ Got the light bar lit up double chromed out stacks
♫ Yeah we love to get em dirty, but still they so clean
♫ Custom Offsets, team stance is the team
♫ We on top of it now, we ain't never goin' fade
♫ So ya better be ready we takin' over the game
(slow techno music)
(loud whirring of impact wrench)
(cutting metal)
(engine starts)
- This has been a fun one that we got to us.
It came leveled. It's only got a 2-inch Rough Country in it.
That's just the spacer down on the bottom of the strut.
I don't think you'll see it, Junior,
but it's way down there on the bottom.
So there's no spacer up top.
So that only means it's got the 2-inch level.
What he wanted us to do is jam these 20 by 12
negative 44 offset Moto Metal 962s on here.
So for the lift, you guys know the Moto Metal 962s
almost a full 6-inch lift.
12 by negative 44, so just short of 6 inches.
And basically, there's a Federal Couragia 33 12 and a half,
so it's a true 33 tall. 12 and a half wide.
And if you watched our NorCal you saw that he already had
somewhat of a trim job.
See? It'd already taken some of the liner off on this side,
so we have to kinda, you know, do what we can with what's
left, but basically we curled up this flap, tucked it back,
and then screwed what was left of the inner liner to it,
but that pushed this whole entire thing back
and made the clearance inside of there.
Same thing up front.
You'll see we had to trim the whole bottom liner off.
It used to go almost to the bottom of there,
and then we took off the bottom of the front bumper.
And if you wanna see the details on how we did that,
you'll wanna look up NorCal Chevy Silverado,
and it was the '07 and a half through 2013 NorCal.
N-O-R-C-A-L, that is.
So, now we're able to fit that with leveling kit
33 12 and 1/2s and 20 by 12s, and you'll see I talked in the
video. This isn't one that you'd wanna do if you're gonna be
jumpin' ditches. This is basically, you can get it to daily
drive and still have that big wide stance.
So, Junior, if you look up and down this thing you'll
see that he's stickin' way out there a good 3-4 inches on a
leveled Chevy, which used to be impossible,
and now you can do it with a little bit of modification.
So, the rest of this truck he's got 20% tint on the side
windows, and then he's got a 5% brow on that
front windshield, and that 20% on the front sides
basically matches the back.
I still think it might be 35% up front, Junior.
This one already came like this and these actually look a
little lighter, which would be 35% versus the stock 20%.
You can see he's got the AVS window visors on there,
and then he's got the truck box.
Looks like that's custom painted.
And then, VHT. Tail lights.
So, these are basically that VHT Tint Spray that he went
over the tail lights with.
Exhaust.
I don't know - did he have an exhaust on it, Junior?
Or is that just tips?
- [Junior] It's loud.
- Yeah, is she loud? Straight pipe, probably?
- [Junior] Yeah. - Yep.
I'm gonna take a peek just so you guys know what it is.
Yeah. There's no muffler under there, Junior.
She's straight-piped.
Is that everything?
Grill. PlastiDipped. Black.
'Cept for where the rocks hit it
That'd be a good one to put a 20 inch bar up in that
bumper slot. That's what I would be doing,
but it's a cool basic clean set up now
because it's got that leveling kit and the 12 wides
and 33s. It just gives it the stance it shoulda had.
Little bit of NorCal action to make it happen.
That's pretty much it. Another vehicle spotlight.
2010 Silverado 1500 4x4 on a leveling kit 12 wides and 33s.
Peace.
