How To Never Be Sick Again And Raise Your Vibration, Simultaneously From A 5D Perspective - Duration: 8:17.
How To Never Be Sick Again And Raise Your Vibration, Simultaneously (From A 5D Perspective)
by Fred Greaves,
Alkalinity is the answer
Sickness cannot survive in an alkaline environment.
Alkalinity is the PH factor in your body.
Think of a pool and if its PH is off, it is disgusting and green.
Well it is the same here, yet we dont need chemicals to adjust our PH, on the contrary
that is one of the major reasons that the inside of our bodies look like a green swimming
pool.
We just do not see it, yet this is the cause of sickness.
There is a scale of numbers that tell of alkalinity levels and being acidic (how most humans bodies
are), yet the numbers do not matter, and is only information that is not needed.
That is like learning how a carburetor (when there was one) works, when all we need is
to put the car key in, and go from one place to another.
It is a waste of memory space.
What we need to do is be healthy, and vibrant, and from there we will be joyful and the second
part of this article on raising vibrations will be easy.
There are many ways to raise our alkalinity; fruits, vegetables, yet one easiest ways is
by drinking pure alkaline water.
Think of it, our bodies are at least 70% water.
Think it matters if it is green and disgusting inside or sparkling like a perfectly balanced
environment?
I was under the impression that drinking bottled water, was good for me.
Yet as I was to find out, that was another lie we have been told.
Actually, tap water although not recommended over pure alkaline water, is much better than
bottled.
On a PH scale, it is twice as good.
Think of it, if you leave a bottle of water in your car in the summer, in no time it becomes
rancid and not something you would ever drink.
Yet the same water is put into hot plastic as it is being bottled, and never shipped
in refrigerated trucks.
So the water is being heated, and then cooled down constantly, before you buy it.
This allows the plastic to leach into the water, contaminating it.
The best way is by putting it in glass containers, as they leach nothing.
There are many places now that sell alkaline water, just research where they are in your
area.
You can also research which fruit or veggies are best for you.
Know this, that anything that is raw/live is better than anything in a package.
They say that 90% of the food in a supermarket is unfit for human consumption.
So stay away from anything processed.
The best way to think of it, is this; if it comes in a box or package it is processed
and off limits.
I know people like their meat, although limit it because it is highly acidic, and causes
that green pool in your body.
With a sparkling clean one, sickness is impossible.
Back out of 3d
The first half of this article was about your physical body, now lets move onto your
mental body.
To back out of 3d is not a simple task, yet it is easy.
What is meant by that statement is while the steps may be something you are not used to,
and out of your comfort zone, it is relatively easy to attain.
Once you do you will begin to experience a world you never knew existed, yet has been
in front of you the whole time.
I wrote this in my last article and it proves this point exactly: This was my Twin Flame
in the higher realms speaking to me.
I remember one day we were out walking, and the subject of the illusion came up.
She said to me Fred, look up there is something I want you to see.
When I did, I saw the beautiful blue sky, with the white puffy clouds.
I now see them and they look as if they were airbrushed in, they are so magnificent.
She said OK, now look to your right.
When I did, I saw dirty clouds and in a hazy sky.
This is the same sky I would have seen only a few years ago.
I dont understand I said.
She told me it is not so much that your pollution has gotten out of control, it is
bad yesdont get me wrong, although it is more that your vibration that has been
lowered.
So most cannot see what is right before their eyes.
This is why I experience all I do, whether it be talking to animals, trees, or seeing
clearly what others do not.
Like beings mingling all around us, spaceships in the air, floating cities etc.
Some of my best friends are a bunch of fairies, who I take everywhere.
One of my mentors happens to be one, and we have developed a deep friendship.
Raising your vibration unmasks the illusion.
I was told to not watch certain shows on TV.
Why do you think they call it programing, I was told?!
What we unknowingly take in, is just as important as our dietif not more.
Horror flicks were obvious, although even simple cop shows or action adventure films,
were eventually off limits.
I was to find out anything that raised my heartbeat, and therefore my blood pressure
needed to go.
So I watched anything funny, and eventually I was told to watch only shows that had to
do with nature.
To go out into nature is more therapeutic then one may think, and I was told over and
over again, that ascending to the higher dimensions involves getting back in tune with nature.
You want to know how the higher dimensions work, observe nature I was told.
I dont even watch nature shows anymore, and go out into the real thing, and it was
there my vibration went even higher.
Plus I get more energy from the Sun.
I do not read newspapers, or listen to the radio (the commercials are programs) and I
definitely do not watch the news.
It is a joke, and not real anyway.
The death and destruction we see, is purposely put out there to conjure up feelings of fear
and dread.
Remember the Law of Attraction (which is universal) says like attracts like.
So when they get you to feel fear and dread you bring more of it to you.
Conversely if you focus on things that make you happy and feel good, youll attract
more of that to you.
The real world is not the one you see
Once you begin to make your body healthy, and raise your vibrations by backing out of
3d, the illusion will begin to crumble.
We are headed into an awesome existence people, and this is why we have been told repeatedly
that this is an exciting time to be alive.
I remember a time once a couple of years back, after my Twin and I were reunited.
She reached out to me from the other side of the veil about 30 years after her passing.
I was with her yet in a dream state (this was at night), and we were somewhere in the
future.
I know this by what someone said to me.
He said as he shook my hand my God, you were there! Most do not realize this although
we are held in high esteem across the universe for what we are doing now.
We are looked at like heroes.
We have taken on the dark and won.
We may not realize it, because we are in the middle of it, yet this will go down as the
greatest moment in history.
Think of the greatest moments we have learned about do you think the people alive
at that time knew they were part of something historical?

Raft: Proof The Survival Genre Hasn't Run Dry | Indie Preview | Early Access Gaming - Duration: 4:09.
Look through most of the indie games out on Steam or Early Access or what have you.
How many of them are survival titles?
Quite a few, no?
It's no secret that the rise of these games is due to the explosive success of Minecraft
back in 2011.
It's no surprise either - success tends to breed imitators.
Minecraft was no original idea either.
Creator, Notch, has been very open about his inspiration from games Infiminer, Dungeon
Keeper, and Dwarf Fortress.
It is important to note that those titles inspired his game, he didn't just clone
them.
Take a look through Steam and Kickstarter again, but this time look for survival games
that strand you on a piece of wood in the middle of the ocean.
There are none.
None except Raft, and that's part of what makes it such a great idea.
The other part is that the three members of Raft Developer (yes that is their name) simply
took a good look at the survival genre and came up with an idea that hadn't been done
yet.
Raft is still in it's early stages, but the foundation already set has me excited
for the game's future.
I start the game with a hook.
I look around and there are tons of materials floating by the raft that I can bring in with
the hook.
Constantly trying to land the hook in the right spot is a fun mini-game that kept me
aware of my surroundings.
Gathering materials is nothing new to experienced players of survival games, and here there
is a lot of it.
Turning those materials into items is very straightforward.
The crafting menu states what is needed, and clicking the item creates it instantly.
Hovering over the item in the inventory provides a quick description - no wiki scouring necessary.
Where Raft really stands out is in what it doesn't have.
Most survival games have me running around searching for materials.
Raft forces me to stay in one place and wait for them.
It's a bit agonizing being one plank away from the next staircase and having to wait
for it to come rather than go searching for it - but the feeling of finally getting to
craft the item is truly worth the wait.
Though Raft does try to do a lot of things differently, I can't say that I agree with
all of the choices made.
A recurring problem of mine comes from the one enemy in the game - a shark that constantly
swims circles around the platform.
It's an intimidating and straightforward enemy.
When it does attack, it goes for the foundation and eats away at the wood until it breaks.
I can craft a spear to hold the shark off, and then kill it for meat.
I'm a fan of that, but what I find annoying is how often this shark attacks.
There were times where I had just finished repairing a piece only to turn around to find
it back at my base again.
This is likely an issue that will be balanced out in the future, but it happens often enough
that I felt it should be brought up.
It is different to have an enemy that I'm never truly safe from, and again I like that
idea.
Either the frequency of those attacks needs to change, or maybe some stationary defenses
should be included to hold it off.
Not even walls work from my testing.
I also found it a bit weird that cooking food or boiling water requires no materials needed
to make fire.
Keeping my hunger and thirst meters full was never much of a concern.
I could just keep throwing my food or water into their respective stations.
Since I can craft a fishing pole, I can gather food with a few seconds of effort, I can scoop
up water at any time.
Having a type of coal or using wood to create fire would create a bit of stress around keeping
myself full.
Elements like that also keep the game true to a survival experience.
Maybe I am used to other survival games needing cooking materials, but the lack of them here
broke the immersion.
Raft was a breath of fresh air for me.
A solid foundation with original ideas brought me into the game.
The execution of these ideas made me want to stay.
No game is perfect, and the complaints I have are minor compared to what can be accomplished
here.
This is the sort of game that the survival genre needs in order to thrive again.
I wish Raft Developer the best of luck in creating the rest of their game.

MCA The Top 3 thing you NEED to know about Motor Club of America - Duration: 13:28.
what's up guys if your grocery a case
player and today i wanted to keep this
video short and possible this i'm really
gonna try and I want to talk about 3p
factors that you need in order to be
successful
alright guys so I'm good I just got back
from the hospital my mom had surgery and
I've been there for about 48 hours now
so i wanted to do a quick video because
i'm probably not going to go to sleep
originally I was going to go to sleep
but after here at let me let me put some
more time to work into what I've been
doing
I mean the whole time I was at the
hospital I was basically working so i
got a lot done like I got a whole bunch
accomplished it was amazing but anyway I
wanted to make this video strictly about
three things that you need when you
first join MCA especially especially if
you are brand-new arm it like within
your first month ok
a lot of people when they first join the
you know are very anxious you know and
of course the first thing you think
about is how to make money
ok you know we all do it i thought about
two and then slowly I realized like okay
we let me treat this the same way that I
treated my printing business because
when i first got into you know the
design and printing world i have to
learn first of all how to be a
professional graphic designer
you know I had dabbled into I'm an
artist by by nature an artist at heart
so I knew how to you know troll and
painted all these things with my hands
I've never really focused on mastering
it with the the computer so it took time
alright so we have to learn what
investment means there are many type
many types of investments you can invest
money you can invest time in using the
best energy ok which all three of them
are encompassed within you know one
particular thing is all investment on
so when you learn that investment is is
not just money but also time you
are going to become so successful
because now you realize the value in it
alright so the first thing that you want
to do when you get into MCA or any
business is you need to learn everything
you can about it is that you did what
you're doing ok about if you're selling
something if you're providing a service
whatever it is that you're doing you
need to become a complete master
impression about it
alright so what I wanted to show you i
was just on facebook right and i'm going
to show you my fanpage but first i want
to show you the first thing you want to
do when you become a member you're going
to get a welcome email now this is when
you become a paid member not a free and
independent contractor because you can
join MCA for free that's another thing
that a lot of people don't mention in
their videos on in order to resell and
MCA you do not have to actually buy the
membership however you know once you
learn that the product you will have to
eventually buy a membership so that you
can explain it better because you have
to be all the products apart and so
you're going to get the first email and
in this you know it literally when you
click on the links it has all of the the
details all it all the in-depth
information that you need in order to
know everything that these services and
benefits provide ok and this isn't
necessarily things that you need to
explain to your customer because they
probably won't even ask but it's just
things that you know and you can
confidently if somebody does happen
after a random question you know these
things okay you're gonna be constant in
it on so i know i've got over it before
and in another video but i just wanted
to show anyone that might not have seen
my other videos fire and you haven't go
ahead and you know
subscribe I'm so you can see all of the
extra information because i like to go
more debt than some of these other
videos I've seen and really give you
guys some value so anyway if you look
all of these links have in-depth
information when i started what i did
was i just made flashcards basically and
I made sure that within about only like
three or four days
went down the list and I memorized and
also did my own research you know I went
into the health card when you become a
member you want to print out your
wellness card which is the well well
help well Homer i know i have to look at
it it's the well card health equity okay
and that link is is right here
ok so you're going to go into that on
website and in that was that there's a
whole nother list of benefits that we
get ok so you want to come here for
learn everything there is to know about
him seeing it may take you update it may
take you a couple weeks
ok but as long as you know this
information and you become a
professional then you're going to be
able to explain it to anybody and not
only that but we're going to go into the
second the second factor or the second
what do you call that i'm not going to
edit this either of the second the
second thing on my list
ok we're going over that second topic
the second thing you need to know when
you are empty remember is you want to
market the product without selling it
alright a lot of people are trying to
just put pictures and maybe stuff that
they find on google that just lifts off
the services of MCA you don't want to do
that you're not trying to bombard people
with a bunch of information about MCA
because then you look like you just are
desperate
you don't want to be a Salesman ok you
want people to get value out of what
you're sharing all right you want people
to feel like they are part of something
i'm going to show you some examples like
if you go to starbucks on Instagram
right all of their page you don't see
anything on their page that said you
know hey comin by
you know latte from us here and you know
if they don't even have any texts on
there all they have a picture of the
people enjoying their product you know
here you have the coffee there's like a
cool creative a picture there and then
you have you know in front of like a
little old school who you are and you
just a bunch of quality pictures on and
you feel like you want to be a part of
it you don't feel like you're being sold
to so what you want
do it because you are going to become a
professional and because you're going to
learn everything that empty have to
offer you're going to be able to become
more creative with the content that
you're sharing and you're going to be
able to create your own all right arm
I'm not gonna go over how you're going
to create in this video you're gonna
have to get maybe the other where the
software that you can get I think it's
online called pics monkey and there's
different things that you can find your
free honestly I'm going to tell you guys
to google it google and you are going to
be a best friend if you don't know
something you don't know the answer
the best thing for you to do is to go on
youtube go on google and use the
information there's plenty of people out
there that have so much to offer
YouTube is the second largest search
engine in the world and usually owned by
google so anything you need to find
google youtube and um anyway if you're
going to be writing your your pictures
and your information on social medias
make sure that you're not just posting
benefits you know listed off ok be
creative you can check out my instagram
page which is actually no not that one
this is my personal page and basically
what i have is motivational like
inspirational stuff here long as she
knows when we were in the hospital but
anyway you know I just have like
interesting information things that
motivational artwork you know this one
is strictly about the test look vehicles
that kind of trying to keep it related
to auto somehow you know info on and so
forth invest in yourself you know it's
subliminal it's not right there in your
face
ok so make sure that you are you try to
and you can use that can come to my page
and if you want you know you can share
my contact line you know you're not
sharing everything that looks like you
know there's two pages out there behind
but I'm you can you know take a couple
things here and there and other pages
like this guy i like this guy and that's
it seems like an MCA because his
picture it had his pictures that have
taken da but this is perfect little bit
tell me I can't and that's why will you
know it is motivational it has the car
in there so you're kind of like okay
it's all related you know and you just
come down and it
it's just inspiring stuff people love
things that make them feel that they
don't want to be sold they want to be
motivated they want to be inspired
I thought my second tip is to just be
more creative with your content we'll
just regurgitate information they'll
just take you know MCA and please my
suggestion don't use mca don't even use
that logo don't use the main don't even
mention it
hey a lot of people have either gone
onto social medias and have seen it
everywhere already with people just
showing money and it looks like i'm
going to spam ok so don't use the logo
and not only that but if you go onto
google and somebody happens to lift a
type MCA they're going to see that the
first couple of websites that are going
to show up it's not going to your maybe
somebody else's that spent a lot of time
and money to make sure their listings on
the very top of Google so you might lose
a customer because of that i left the
second tip and then my third and my last
show off your personal lifestyle if you
go out to eat
take a picture and a nice picture you
know and post on Instagram post on
facebook if you're going out with your
family you're hanging out with friends
so just make sure its high quality is
not you know fuzzy and pixelated and the
you call it blurry want high-quality
stuff he doesn't have to be like this
but it does have to at least you know
not be blurry
ok so make sure you you're taking
pictures of having fun on and you just
want people to to light you okay people
our own people only buy things from
people that they like okay that they are
inspired by all that they can relate to
so you need to create content that
others can we make to arm and those are
my three tips you know to kind of get
you started
so if you don't have a lot of training
maybe your uh would you call that on
sponsor isn't answering you with any of
your questions on just to get you
started like I said you need to learn
the services and the benefits first you
need to know these things ok on any
other things that you have to research
on your own because if you can't
research that you're not going to make
it into
then you you have to be able to you to
do you know above and beyond what is
asked of you exist within on in order
for it to flourish you have to put in
your all you know I'm i should be in bed
right now but I'm not
and that's my own personal choice but i
know that because of the the time and
the energy that I'm putting it is i'm
going to get a lot of it
ok so i want to get too short i am ready
at eleven minutes i guess i'm not that
short but whatever it is what it is i'm
not going to edit this video today when
a poet I'm i hope you got some value
from it all look like i want to show you
two before we end this when you join MCA
what you want to do also if you want to
separate your personal and your business
me i have created my own personal
facebook account to facebook fanpage in
a later video I'm going to show you guys
the pedigree 81 but right now i'm just
experimenting with different marketing
tactics are I i am getting some
engagement with the things that I'm
doing arm so you know i'm just showing
off
funny things things that are educational

CC in Schools - Duration: 10:03.
Hello and welcome to GAYSL where all things gay and deaf come together.
Today I'm going to be talking about closed captioning in schools.
So, I attend Nipissing University and I'm in a sports literature and film class and
of course because it's sports literature and film I'm going to need closed captions to
understand what's going on.
On the first day I approached my teacher...sorry, still - I forget the word for learning...-
learning how to sign.
So I go up to her and I ask her if she could just turn on the closed captions on I guess
the Youtube video she was showing.
I figured that the actual movies that she would be playing would have closed captions
on them especially in this day and time.
Y'know...they're pretty much available on everything.
So I spoke to her and basically her response was that she didn't know if the movies had
the closed captionings on them and that she would have to look at them.
So, okay, take your time, we're not watching any movies right now anyways.
It's just all readings so no big deal.
However, she did turn around and say that since they're old movies they probably won't
have the closed captions on them.
So, what am I supposed to do about that?
I mean, I can't really understand what's going on in the class if I can't read what's on
the screen.
Basically, this video is very briefly going to talk about the importance of closed captions
and why people like me and other deaf or other hard of hearing people need them.
I'm like off center from the camera.
Sorry.
Basically what I find that a lot of teachers don't get is that I understand and I learn
by reading the captions.
I have pretty much next to no idea what's going on if there's no closed captions on
the film.
It's the equivalent of me just paying 800 dollars to go and sit in a classroom and stare
a screen and just.
Yep.
It's useless.
What's the point?
So what really bugs me is when teachers or instructors turn around and say that there's
no closed captions and then like it's only my problem.
I mean, yeah, it kinda is to be fair.
But it's also your problem because I'm in your class.
I have paid you for me to be able to learn.
You're supposed to teach me what the content of the course is.
Seems pretty straightforward right?
I pay you, you turn on the captions, or you ask my schools accessibility for the film
with the captions on it.
My favourite is when I ask a teacher to put the closed captions on and they're like, well
do you really like need them.
I mean there's not much talking going on in this film.
Like, really?
I mean if they say like ten words I still would like to know what's going on.
Obviously they're saying something important that has some connection to what we're doing
in class, otherwise you wouldn't be showing a video.
Another good example of closed captioning awareness in my school is; I volunteer with
NuPerspective and I am so happy to be able to volunteer for my schools sexual assault
violence prevention program.
I just love being able to get out there and make a difference and one of my goals in volunteering
there is to help make it more accessible to everyone.
Because I've noticed that on the website which was made, I think a few years ago, I'm not
sure, there's not descriptive services for people that are blind.
There's no closed captioning for people that are deaf or hard of hearing.
And although there's on video on the actual website, maybe two, those two videos might
hold something that someone who is in this position of either trying to support someone
who experience sexual assault or has experienced it themselves.
Those two videos might be everything for them or they might be nothing and they won't know
unless they're able to use the closed captions or descriptive services.
I'm not sure the sign for that so I'll learn it for next time.
So just this past week I volunteered to close caption a lot of the videos on the website
and I volunteered to put descriptive services on the pictures because it's important.
Although it's something so small that maybe not very many students even go on to look
at on the website.
For the people that do it's really important for them to be able to have access to it.
And my school prides itself on it's accessibility and I agree it actually is a very accessible
school.
I think where a lot of the misunderstandings come from are from people not ever having
experienced working with deaf, hard of hearing, or -I'm not sure of the sign for blind I'm
sorry, I'm having like a total brain fart today- They've never really experienced it
I'm not in a big city.
I'm in a small town in Northern Canada where people think that we live in igloos and ride
polar bears to school.
Which, is really cool but unfortunately not true.
Obviously a lot of people with accessibility needs tend to go to the bigger universities
and learning institutions like U of T, UOIT, Western, Waterloo.
All of those.
And that's their choice and I know that those schools because they're bigger have more knowledge
and a greater understanding of the needs of their students and their accessibility problems.
Coming from a province that doesn't actually have a deaf university I think that I want
to make a difference with closed captioning and descriptive services and all of that for
the people that are up here.
For the people that do choose to come up here that might have the same mentality as I do.
To go to a smaller university to get the better experience because that way they can understand
more people and it's easier to follow conversations.
So just daily in classes, if you're in your class, and even if you're not deaf, or if
you don't require descriptive services, please, talk to your teachers, talk to your professors.
Say like, hey have you ever thought of putting closed captions on.
Because even if no one is deaf and needs them it actually builds a better understanding
of what's happening in the video.
Maybe someone beside you was talking and you missed something.
It just gets them (teachers) into the habit of knowing that this is important, there are
students that need it, and they understand what the purpose of it is and why it's a good
thing to have.
So, brief video that's all that I'm going to be doing today.
I had originally filmed another video but after going back and looking at it I realized
that my hands were kind of really off screen and the camera was off center and there was,
I was kind of all over the place.
Sorry.
Midterms do that to you.
I'm going to try to post another video next week.
I plan on making a video kind of similar to a 'Shit Hearing People Say' kind of thing.
It'll be funny.
Trust me.
Hopefully see you guys next week.
Have a good week and if you have midterms good luck!
