Members of a girl gang from Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria have been jailed after they posted

a video on Snapchat in which they sexually humiliated a man.

The amateur footballer met the women at a bar on 28 November 2015 and went back to one

of their apartments where he was plied with vodka till he passed out.

The assailants then went on to strip him.

In the video, gang leader Brogan Gillard, 26, Paige Cunningham, 22, and Shannon Jones,

20, danced around their naked victim.

They used a pair of scissors they cut his hair and suggested using them to sexually

assault him.

oh yeah so didn't record anything last

week I feel bad but last week was a bad

week and I know that's the point and I

should have kept recording but I've been

having a hard time with all the stuff

that I've been going through and a lot

of what I just needed to do was focus on

school because it was the only thing i

could do... But then this weekend my cousin

came and visited for the weekend, and we

went to the mall. And that was a really

interesting experience because all

weekend I really really struggled- like

we did a huge photo shoot, and then we

went to and from the grocery store, and

that involved a lot of walking, and to

normal people

it's not a lot of walking but for me

those two days were a lot of walking- And

then yesterday, Sunday we brought her to

the bus station and its really it's

beside a really big mall so before we

left and said goodbye

we decided to go shopping in the big

mall and have a walk around. We got there

around three thirty, like 3:45 and we

didn't leave until seven-thirty and it

was just like constant walking the whole

time. And I got to lean and sit a couple

times but for the most part we were

walking and

near the end I kind of was losing my

momentum and my ability to be like a

normal person. I was losing spoons

basically. And I normally keep that under

wraps. And normally the only person who

notices that is Elijah and he's usually

the only person who can see that because

he notices the little changes in my

attitude that are just so slight because

i just put on a brave face and go about

my day. But halfway like later on the

night as we're walking my friend says "Katie,

why are you limping?" and I was like

"limping?" and he was like "yeah I've

noticed for the past like hallway you've

been limping the whole time, are you okay?"

and just kind of was a realization for

me that I should take break but also

that you know things are harder for me

that I'm even letting on to myself and

other people are noticing.

and I'm not sure how I feel about that

because I just don't know like what it

means for me because I think even as

disabled people

there's so much internalised ableism

that you go through, so for me like I

know I'm not a normal person like I know

like walking to school everyday is so

hard and I live really close like for me

to walk to school it's about eight to

ten minutes not even but that walk like

wears me out so much and by the end of

it like if I walk to and then back home

I have to take a nap and I'm exhausted

and I'm when I'm in pain like like I

like want to cry or I do cry today I

cried and that's not normal and that's

awful

the thought of having something like a

mobility aid to help with that in my

head sounds so amazing and sounds like

such a relief and I could do so much

more if I had that but then immediately

what follows is you're not disabled

enough for that and you're just faking

and you're like full of shit and what

are people going to think of you they're

going to think you're lazy and that you

just want to be special like

and this is because I'm not exercising

this isn't because i'm not working out

her like eating well I eat wonderfully i

have a great diet normally the past

couple weeks have been a fluke because

of other health issues that are

affecting me due to allergies

that's not something I can control but

for the past six months

my health has been better than it's ever

been as far as my dietary can like

restrictions are like I've been great

my physical activity levels have been

the highest they've ever been

I try and work out as much as I can do

it by the end of the day I'm just I'm

not able to work out like a normal

person and I'm not able to be active in

the same way

and I just don't know what to ask for

and like what to be I don't know what to

huh hey guys so I just got back from my

allergist appointment and it was

something and we didn't get answers

which I prepared myself for by my

allergist did seem prepared to find more

answers which was something that I was

really happy about and something i

didn't feel like was happening last time

i went in basically last time i got a

blood test and AP test where I did a

24-hour test in order to find out if I

had any underlying diseases or disorders

such as mass cell or other things like

that when I got back from the

appointment all of that information came

back negative

I didn't have any signs of mast cells in

those results my blood results came back

normal

and I know that isn't necessarily a sign

that I should stop seeing or trying for

mast cell but he also brought up other

options to go further and test for other

things he wants to see about testing for

other things that are going on

intestinal e so he wants to set up a

referral for gastroenterologist

always said that right maybe i didn't

whatever so he's setting up a referral

for that because the stomach issues that

i've been having in conjunction with the

facial reactions or two combined and odd

to not be something so he's skeptical

and wants to find answers in that regard

and he's also going to set up a another

test where we do a full-on patch test on

my back and see if it is possible that

there is a reaction that I'm having to

something in my environment which is

unlikely but he wants to do it anyway

just to rule it out and then from there

we'll see what we can do so as much as

today kind of felt like nothing was

useful at least he seemed motivated to

do more and find out more so that was

also helpful i am wondering how I can

move forward to see about looking into

mass sell more even though these tests

were negative

if that's possible but i'm not really

sure how to go about that when he's

pretty much confident that that's not

what it is

so for now I'm going to try these and

then come back to that I'm not happy but

I'm also not like devastated so that's

good

I'm just stuck in limbo again so here we

are waiting so quick look looking

terrible because

the point of making these locks has been

to document how life is on a daily basis

the past

three to six months that's been like

this at least multiple times a week this

month has just been terrible

I haven't she'll miss part of what I've

been going through because of not

wanting to get the camera out because

it's not something you really want to

show

and because when you're in these it's

really really painful

I don't think people appreciate pain

some people are updated daily basis

and some of us can't even say what we're

dealing with yet so we can't tell you

why

and that makes because we can told that

great i haven't been this depressed it

over a year and the last time out of

this depressed it was because of a

medication so when we found out i was

taken off and I went back to normal and

I was happy again but this time it's not

because of the medication

it's because my body hates me I don't

know

stop feeling

it's really scary there

One of the places that Spirit likes to show up is in photos.

This is because the camera is able to capture things that most of us cannot see with our

naked eye.

Spirit orbs can appear in photos as balls of light, however sometimes it can be difficult

to tell whether it is a Spirit or just a dust particle.

In this article I am going to take you through the basics of Spirit Orbs, how to identify

them and what they may mean.

What is a Spirit Orb?

Orbs appear as balls of light that are captured through your camera.

Orbs can be Spirit Guides, Angels, nature Spirits, people who have passed on and even

just psychic energy.

Orbs can be a variety of colours and shapes.

Are all Orbs Spirits?

No, sometimes orbs can be dust particles, pollen, static and other airborne particles,

however many people believe that any orb appearing in a photo is a Divine message.

How Can I tell the Difference Between Dust and Spirit Orbs?

In order to determine whether it is simply some dust or a Spirit, here are some tools

you can use:

Your intuitive senses� often our intuition is best at determining whether Spirit energy

is present.

The density of the orb� the brighter and more dense the orb appears, the more likely

it is to be Spirit, the lighter and fuzzier the orb, the more likely it is to be a dust

particle.

Outer ring� Spirit orbs may have an outer ring or several rings within the orb.

The colour� dust particles are usually just one colour, whereas Spirit orbs can appear

as many colours.

Use of flash� flash photography commonly captures dust particles that look like orbs.

There is no exact science to this, which is why your intuitive senses are going to be

the most important when it comes to determining the nature of your orb.

What Does the Colour of my Orb Mean?

Lighter Coloured Orbs

Orbs that appear to be white, silver, yellowish or translucent in colour are generally considered

to be Spirits that are trying to communicate with you.

This could be Angel communication or even communication from a loved one who has crossed

over.

These orbs could also be a sign of protection from your deceased loved one.

Lighter coloured orbs are generally considered very positive and a positive message from

Spirit.

Green Orbs

Green orbs may indicate nature spirits or even Angels or Spirit Guides that are very

connected to nature.

Green coloured orbs may also indicate healing- either a need to heal or that healing energy

is present in that space or in your life.

Blue Orbs

Blue orbs are angelic and indicate the presence of powerful Archangels and Spirit Guides.

Blue orbs are also very protective, and could also indicate a Guardian Angel.

Sometimes these orbs appear in photos as a sign you are on the right track or as a confirmation.

Red/Orange Orbs

Red or orange coloured orbs can indicate the presence of a Spirit that feels protective

of the land or space where the photo has been taken.

It may also be that the Spirit is watching over that land or that space because it feels

attached to it or the people there in some way.

Darker Coloured Orbs

Darker coloured orbs can be harder to spot, but orbs that appear blackish or brown generally

indicate a stuck soul or a lower vibrational soul.

Stuck souls can sometimes have a lower energy due to the fact that they have been stuck

and are not able to move onto the next part of their journey.

Again, there is no exact science to this so your intuition will be your best guide in

determining the true nature of your
