it takes about 85 days from the time
that we first plant the seeds until we

are germinating they grow until there

we take those little pots and take them

to a week we can plant them in the
ground we farm sustainably we use and
reuse as much of the things that we
produce or add to our farming practice

your beautiful vegetables
hi I'm Nikki GOlly with Fuel Your Body and
I know you love your new tower garden
how quickly everything grows but one of
the things they don't teach you is how
harvest them so i want to go over at
least my Swiss chard is beautiful and it
needs harvesting so what I want to do is
talk to you a little bit about how you
harvest the best way to do that the best
way to do that is to actually follow the
leaf all the way down to where the plant
begin
typically they're going to be the ones
on the outside are going to be the
biggest we going to harvest the closest
he possibly can to the plants there's
not any extra energy loss use scissors
or if you have fingernails do that what
you want to have it all the way down
into the bottom of it because if you cut
it off here you would have this much
growing still so the plant would
actually try to put energy into this and
there's no reef at the top so we put
energy into this and it was energy that
it can put into new beautiful beads
I mean harvest all the difference these
are all actually different plants

harvest the big one is one behind there
you can squeeze and you harvest the
biggest leaves and then you're going to
get the best food and Swiss chard you
can actually eat the stems too and that
is how you can harvest your beautiful

hello everyone...welcome to my channel...
in this video i am sharing some tips about-vegetables and leaf vegetables maintenance
first i am sharing some tips-how to buy vegetables and leaf vegetables
while buying leave vegetables,which has bruises and insect damages.pick fresh produce
examine cauliflower/broccoli etc,if there is any fungus
separate leaves of leaf vegetables to see,if there are any worms.pick good ones
i will buy vegetables twice in a week
1.i will buy vegetables,when i go to local super markets in the week end
2.every wednesday evening, temporary veg stalls will be placed in our area,then i will go and buy
go to the market frequently,and buy only what you need.twice in a week just like me
while buying pick some vegetables,
which has a short period life and pick some,which has long period life
while picking tomatoes,pick some,which are unripe and some,which are ripe
after getting home soak these in salt water for 15 min.next wash these in normal water
next wipe these with cloth to remove moisture on top of these
for leaf vegetables,wash these before using/cooking only
if you have small fridge just like us,measure all the racks
choose perfect fit containers
in these containers,add paper towel in the bottom.
next put vegetables.
cover with another paper towel.
close the lid
place these containers in veg basket/organize these according to your need
check these containers twice/thrice in a week to see the paper towel is wet
if it's wet then change it immediately
but keep potatoes, onions, garlic and tomatoes in a cool, dry place, but not in the fridge.
how to use/consume
after buying vegetables and leaf vegetables
first use leaf vegetables
next use vegetables,which has short period life
next use,which has long peirod life
and unripe tomatoes will ripe after 3-4 days,you can use them also
i hope these tips are helpful and

Today I am going to show you easy Coral Makeup look
I didn't focus on eyeliner and used sparkly glitters that looks glamorous but very soft
Let's get started!
My nose is stuffy I am getting over a cold :/
I really love this Multi Cell Energy Serum from Tony Moly
They are very moisturizing and hydrating it's the best as a primer
I recommend this for every body
I am using primer oil as I wanted to have very dewy and fresh skin look
Don't rub or massage the oil, I only dab it on my skin
Next, I am going to apply primer
It has pinky sheen to it that brightens up my skin
Also it definitely makes my makeup last longer
I am applying foundation that is very moisturizing and hydrating for dewy skin look
It has less coverage but it makes my skin look healthy and natural
I am going to apply enough lip balm to moisten my lips
I am using very light concealer to give a little bit more coverage
I am blending out from inside to outside of my face
I love this concealer because it is very hydrating and goes very well with any other foundation
that has less coverage
It never gets cakey especially on wrinkles so I love it
Since I used oil I am going to pat some pressed powder around my eyes
I always do this in order to prevent my eye makeup from smudging out
Next I am going to fill in my brows
This powder cake is awesome for natural brows
It is not so pigmented so that I can build it up
I have been loving this brow cake for a long time
Always brush at the end to blend it well
I am using this brow mascara that not only colors but also holds up my brows
To get more pigment on my brows from the mascara I am brushing brows opposite way hair grows
Brush again with clean spooly brush before it dries
Next I am going to apply eye primer
If you have oily eye lids I highly recommend using primer before you do eye makeup
Primer makes eye shadows more pigmented and last longer
I am using an eyeshadow which had very soft peachy coral shade
I am applying it all over my eye lid as a base
to give beautiful soft coral tone to my eyes
This is my holy grail eye shadow
I always recommend this eye shadow to anyone who is new to makeup
It has very pretty coral undertone and sparkly glitters
It looks like you are wearing two eye shadows
If you like sparkly glitters, this eye shadow is all for you!
I had it on my crease and inner corners of my eyes
This is especially pretty on Aegyosal
It has more orangey undertone which gives a beautiful color to the look
But it's a cream shadow so I suggest you put primer in advance
I had it on my Aegyosal and center of my eye lid
Today I am going to have very subtle eye liners
It has gold shimmer and dark khaki undertone
which goes well with coral shade
If your gel eyeliner is dry, try to get it out on your hands before you apply it
I am going to give some more definition on my inner corner of my eyes
I had it half of my tight lines and blend it out with cleaned brush
Next I am going to do mascara
I recently fall in love this mascara
It makes my lashes look a lot longer without clumps
and it has a very slim brush which is great for under lashes
I coated second time
Suddenly the sun was too bright omg......
This is my recent discovery
It is very easy to use and blends so well
I am going to contour my face but not too strong
It has pink gold shimmer
I am having it on the bridge of my nose, Cupid's bow, and chin
and of course on color bones as I am wearing off shoulder top :-)
Etude House Cookie Blusher have very pretty colors of blushers
but also they are very easy to use
I put it right under my eyes and had it a little more than I would normally do
to brighten up my face a little bit more
Next I am going to apply lip color
I am exfoliating my lips while removing lip balm that had earlier
It's better to use cotton pad or swabs rather than just tissues
I love this lip stain so much
It's a gel type that is very moisturizing
and stains my lips beautifully
Okay it completes the makeup look!
I am still getting over a cold

Drink a lot of water and have vitamin C to prevent colds!!
