How to Make a Match Cube (Updated) - Duration: 10:45.

To make this you will need about 270 matches.

The matches I am using are about 5.5 cm long.

You will also need a small rubber band that can stretch a lot.

Start with 4 matches.

Add 2 of them together with the match tips facing opposite sides.

Do it again with 2 other matches and place them on top of the first 2.

It should look like a + shape.

The elastic band will be wrapped around the matches to hold them together.

Wrap the elastic band as shown.

Add one match in between the 4 matches held together.

Now start adding matches in an alternating pattern crossing over top each other.

When adding the matches, place them underneath the elastic band.

The pattern should be matchstick tip, bottom, tip, bottom, and then repeating.

It should look similar to a checker pattern after a while.

Another match can be used to lift up the elastic band.

Continue the pattern until the elastic band becomes tight.

Discard any bent or damaged matches.

Try to keep the matches centered.

Once the elastic band is becoming too tight another one can be added.

Unloop the original elastic from the side the new elastic was added to but keep the rest of it as is.

Add more elastics as needed.

After a while elastic bands can be added to all sides and the original elastic can be removed.

When you are close to completion you can start removing the elastic bands.

The match cube is finished when you cannot add any more matches without damaging the tips.

Fight Fire With Fire Trump Outlines His Plan For ISIS

President Trump is ready to waterboard members of ISIS.

Is he bringing torture back or just continuing the tradition?

�As far as I�m concerned, we have to fight fire with fire,� President Donald Trump

said on Wednesday night in an interview with ABC News.

In his first televised interview since being sworn in on January 20, Trump covered a wide

range of topics.

The comments regarding fighting fire with fire were in relation to the president�s

view on how to combat the terror group Daesh (also known as ISIS).

Trump was questioned about his previous statements in support of the use of torture, specifically

the simulated drowning technique known as waterboarding.

Trump said he believes waterboarding works and is considering reinstating the technique.

However, Trump did admit that he will yield to the recommendations made by Defense Secretary

James Mattis and CIA Director Mike Pompeo.

�I will rely on Pompeo and Mattis and my group.

And if they don�t want to do, that�s fine.

If they do wanna do, then I will work toward that end.

I want to do everything within the bounds of what you�re allowed to do legally,�

Trump told World News Tonight anchor David Muir.

�But do I feel it works?

Absolutely, I feel it works.�

Pompeo was asked during his confirmation hearing if he would follow orders from Trump that

called for torture.

�Absolutely not.

Moreover, I can�t imagine I would be asked that by the president-elect,� Pompeo said.

�There is no doubt in my mind about the limitations placed not only on the DOD but

on the intelligence agency, and I�ll always comply with the law.�

The president attempted to justify the use of torture as a response to violence from

Daesh, specifically chopping off the heads of victims.

�When they�re chopping off the heads of people because they happen to be a Christian

in the Middle East, when ISIS is doing things that nobody has ever heard of since medieval

times, would I feel strongly about waterboarding?

As far as I�m concerned, we have to fight fire with fire,� he said.

Trump also said he had spoken with intelligence officials �at the highest level� and they

had confirmed that torture works.

Following Trump�s interview with ABC, a report of an alleged draft executive order

began circulating.

The White House claimed that the paper was not an official document.

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said he had no idea where the document came from.

CIA director Pompeo told CNN he was �surprised� by the document�s instructions to reexamine

the possibility of bringing back certain torture methods.

Secretary of Defense James Mattis also confirmed his apparent opposition to torture.

�Secretary Mattis said in his confirmation process that he will abide by and is committed

to upholding international law, the Law of Armed Conflict, Geneva Conventions and U.S.

law, and that has not changed,� Pentagon spokesman Navy Capt. Jeff Davis told reporters.

This means that at least two of Trump�s policy advisers are maintaining a public anti-torture

stance.

We must wait to see what this actually means in the long run, but we should take a moment

to note that torture is not being reimplemented by Trump.

The corporate media and suddenly awake Democrats are feigning outrage at the supposed return

of torture.

However, torture did not end under the Obama administration.

The truth is that if Trump does continue to waterboard, he will be continuing a trend

that began under George W. Bush and continued under Obama.

Officially, the media claims that Obama ended torture and waterboarding in 2009.

The reality is much darker.

When running for president, Senator Obama promised to hold Bush officials accountable

for the crimes perpetuated under that regime.

However, in 2009, after a Department of Justice investigation was announced, President Obama

and Attorney General Eric Holder stated it was �time for reflection, not retribution.�

The DOJ would eventually close all investigations into alleged abuse and conclude that no charges

should be brought.

How to Escape from Any Restraint (Ad)

Investigations by The Nation have found the use of CIA �black sites,� or secret locations

for interrogation and torture, has increased under President Obama.

One investigation found secret prisons in Somalia and another facility known as �Obama�s

Guantanamo.� The Bagram Theater Internment Facility in Afghanistan is reportedly home

to regular beatings, loud blaring music, sleep prevention, and forced �stress positions.�

Former detainees allege that there is a second, secret prison on Bagram Air Base that organizations

like the Red Cross are denied access.

The most blatant example of continued torture under the Obama administration is the use

of force-feeding at Guantanamo Bay.

Many of the remaining detainees at the prison have been cleared of wrongdoing for years

yet they cannot leave because most nations are not willing to harbor formerly suspected

terrorists.

One of these men is Syrian citizen Abu Wa�el Dhiab.

Dhiab has been at the military prison since 2002 and cleared for release since 2009.

He is represented by attorneys with the international human rights organization Reprieve.

Dhiab and others began a hunger-strike to protest their conditions and the military

responded by force-feeding detainees.

Dhiab recently asked the federal courts to stop the forced-feedings, as well as the process

known as Forced Cell Extractions (FCE), where detainees are violently removed from their

cells.

During the hearing attorney Cori Crider presented three expert witnesses.

One of the witnesses was Boston University medical professor Sondra Crosby.

Crosby examined Dhiab and stated that he complained of bleeding and pain from the tubes forced

up his nose.

He also stated that he had been forcibly removed 1,300 times since 2002.

When Crosby saw footage of the forced-feedings she called it �disturbing.� There have

also been reports of a disturbing forced-feeding process known as rectal feeding.

It has become increasingly obvious that both parties during the Bush and Obama administrations

were aware that torture was happening.

Late in 2014, the NY Post reported that Jose Rodriguez, who oversaw the interrogations

program from 2002 to 2004, stated that all members of Congress were briefed on the programs.

Rodriguez went as far as saying that House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi was briefed

on �all of the techniques � she never objected to the techniques at all.� Rodriguez

said Pelosi was specifically briefed on waterboarding and sleep deprivation.

Activist Post also reported on the release of a previously classified CIA inspector general

report regarding the death of detainee Gul Rahman.

While in detention Rahman was shackled using the �short chain� method.

His hands were chained together.

His feet were chained together.

Then, a short chain was used to shackle his hands to his feet.

�This position forced Rahman, who was naked below the waist to sit on a cold concrete

floor and prevented him from standing up,� according to the CIA inspector general�s

report.

Trump wants to use torture to fight an enemy that was created in part by the actions and

funds of the U.S. government and Western allies.

This will completely destroy any remaining notion that America is a beacon of light,

hope, and freedom.

The continued and expanded use of torture will only hurt the people of this country.

It has never been shown to be effective and will only create more enemies of the United

States.

It�s more important than ever to remind the free hearts and mind of this world the

harsh truth about torture, especially in light of a president who is willing to waterboard.

Hey Everyone, Brandon Here, Welcome back to Plants vs. Zombies.

In this video, I will be showing you guys how to complete Survival: Pool.

So.

Okay, for Survival: Pool (Hard).

You just basically complete it the same way I showed you in Survival: Endless.

I'll still help you with this one.

But I'll leave a link in the description below of how to complete Survival: Endless to help you out.

So you need sunflowers and puff-shrooms.

Build your cattail.

Not sure why it's getting that zombie first.

Begin building your cob cannons in the pool.

So there's your first cannon.

Begin building your second one.

Begin building your third cannon.

Plant tall-nuts along this column including the pool.

Begin building your fourth cannon.

Alright, got our cannons.

For your fifth cannon, you'll be turning that cattail into a kernel-pult which will then

became a cob cannon.

Next thing, along this column here, except in the pool, replace the sunflowers with melon-pults

followed by winter melons.

Begin building your sixth cob cannon.

Careful, because on the second flag in a game, 3 zombies will appear out from underwater.

You gotta shoot a cob cannon right about when the text disappears to avoid that.

Okay, This oughta be an easy round.

I don't know how this happened.

Next thing you'd want to do, replace the sunflowers here and here with umbrella leafs.

To protect the plants around them.

Turn the sunflowers along these two columns into cob cannons.

Wall-nut first aid is very helpful.

Turn the sunflower here and here into twin sunflowers.

Next, turn the tall-nuts in the pool into sunflowers protected by pumpkins along with twin sunflowers.

There, now that you got both of your twin sunflowers in the pool, you'll be able to

at least, get some more sun in a way.

There, now you got all the cob cannons that you need for the round.

Since it's the second flag in the game, you gotta shot that cannon.

Plants pumpkins along these plants in the back to protect them more.

It's so much easier to afford things on this version because with the special plants like

the cob cannon, the gloom-shroom, it will increase 50 sun every time you use one in

Survival: Endless.

On this one, it won't.

So it makes it so much easier to afford them.

Next, replace the sunflower here and here with gloom-shrooms.

The only way to stop the Imps hurled by Gargantuars.

Next thing, replace the sunflowers in the very back with spikeweeds followed by spikerocks.

Darn it.

Next thing, replace the tall-nuts here and here with gloom-shrooms protected by pumpkins.

Since it's the second flag in the game, you gotta shoot that cannon.

Okay, don't really need a whole lot for the rest of the video.

Setup is almost complete.

Next, plant spikeweeds followed by spikerocks in the very front of the lawn. to slow down

the zombies and to stop those zombonis and catapult zombies.

Wow, a plant for the zen garden. Nice!

If the winter melons and gloom-shrooms are just taking care of those zombies, you don't

even need the cob cannons very much.

But now you need them once these tricky zombies start coming.

Another plant for the zen garden. Nice!

Okay, here is your complete setup.

I used this setup when I completed Survival: Pool Day the first time.

Since it's the second flag, you need to shoot that cannon.

Don't really need a whole lot in this round since the zombies are easy and the setup is complete.

Probably won't even have to use the cob cannons a whole lot.

By the way, this is what your setup should look like in Survival: Endless.

I didn't finish it in Survival: Endless, but I was close.

Glad that the wall-nut first aid works on pumpkins also.

Wow, another plant for the zen garden. Nice!

Okay, the game is about over.

This is the setup I used in Survival: Pool when I completed it.

Oh wow, look at that, completed it, all that's left is a balloon zombie.

There's the blover, that was all it took.

Stress.

Stress can affect many things in our lives, including our periods.

Sometimes we're so stressed out that our body decreases the amount of a hormone (GnRH),

which causes us to not ovulate or menstruate.

Working with your doctor or midwife can help you figure out what you need to do to relax

and get back on schedule.

This can sometimes take a few months or more to work itself out.

Change in Medications.

Perhaps you're trying a new medication and a late or absent period is the result.

Be sure to talk to your doctor or midwife about this side effect.

It is very common with some methods of birth control.

If you change medications, be sure to ask what effects this may have on your period.

This is true, even if you don't think that there will be a big change.

Illness.

A sudden, short illness or even a longer illness can cause your periods to be late.

This is usually temporary.

If you think this is the reason that your period is late, talk to your practitioner

about when they expect your period to return.

Being Overweight.

Carrying around too much weight can hormonally shift your cycles and even stop them.

Most women will see a return to normal cycles and fertility with the loss of some weight,

even if they are still considered overweight.

Change in Schedules.

Changing schedules can really throw off your body clock.

This is particularly true if you go from days to nights at work or vice versa.

If you frequently change shifts and notice problems with regular cycles, then see if

it is possible to be put on a more permanent shift or at least a shift that only varies

after a lengthier time period.

6.

Miscalculation.

The menstrual cycle varies from woman to woman.

While we say that the average menstrual cycle is 28 days long, that is not true for everyone.

Sometimes our period is believed to be late when in all actuality we have simply miscalculated.

If you have irregular menstrual cycles but know when you ovulate, look for your period

about two weeks after you ovulate.

That may help you keep an easier track of your periods.

7.

Being Underweight.

If you do not have enough body fat you will not have regular periods, sometimes you can

eve cause your periods to stop altogether.

This is called amenorrhea.

Typically a weight gain will help you have your periods return.

This is a frequent cause of a missed period in women who work out to an extreme or are

professional athletes.

Women who suffer from anorexia may also have erratic periods.

8.

Perimenopause.

Perimenopause is the time when you are transitioning from reproductive age to a non-reproductive

age.

Your periods may be lighter, heavier, more frequent or less frequent - but mostly just

not normal.

If you do not wish to get pregnant, be sure to continue to use birth control because you

are likely to still be fertile at least some of the time.

9.

Menopause.

Menopause is when you have reached the point in your life where you will no longer ovulate

or menstruate.

Menopause can be a natural life event or may happen surgically or through chemical such

as various forms of chemotherapy.

Pregnancy.
