el día de hoy quiero hablarte de cómo

puedes utilizar estos webinars en tu

empresa para incrementar sus cifras de

negocio decir alineado directamente con

las ventas

empecemos definiendo qué es un webinar

no los cuales podemos definir como

obsesiones online donde como si de un

curso corto se tratase un presentador

ovarios comparten ciertos contenidos con

una audiencia y hay una interacción

creando un ambiente de conocimiento

colectivo una de las mejores cosas en el

uso de los webinars en tu estrategia de

marketing es que puedes crear distintos

en función de la fase del ciclo de vida

de tu cliente con el fin de utilizarlo

como impulsor de cada uno de los

usuarios

a lo largo del embudo de ventas que

tengas marcado hasta llegar a la

conversión es decir empujar al usuario

hacia la compra incrementar la base de

posibles clientes

quieres conseguirlo cuando las empresas

trabajan en estrategias de marketing de

contenido

usualmente vemos que generan poseen los

blogs contenidos para las redes sociales

pero como decía son muy pocas las que

apuestan por los guaridas por lo que

puedes por ejemplo crear un webinar

recurrente todos los meses donde abordes

determinados temas que sabes que a tu

audiencia a tu posible público objetivo

le puede interesar y a lo largo de 45 ó

60 minutos

hablar de ese tema y permitir a la

audiencia que te hagas preguntas no es

decir buscar algo interactivo con esta

estrategia conseguirás captar datos de

las personas que quieren atender este

webinar con lo cual a partir de ese

mismo momento puedes comenzar una

estrategia de eliminar tan y no es decir

empezar a nutrir

esos contactos con contenido de valor

llegado el día d el webinar habrá

contactos que acudan o pero habrá otros

que por alguna razón no puedan atender

a ese webinar en directo pero luego ese

contenido lo dejarás grabado y lo

podrás volver a enviar a todos incluso

subir alguna plataforma como puede ser

youtube para que todas las personas

puedan acceder a él posteriormente algo

muy importante es que no utilices los

webinars como una herramienta puramente

comercial importantísimo

mi recomendación es que no vendas en un

webinar no en un webinar de contenido no

vendas absolutamente nada

úsalo simplemente para aportar valor y

crear estrategias posteriores con los

usuarios que han atendido o se han

inscrito a tu webinar sé que hay otros

muchos profesionales que los usan para

vender en ellos y no digo que no les

funcionó pero al final cada uno sigue

su propia estrategia lo que considera y

en mi caso nunca recomiendo usarlos como

arma de venta directa aunque al final

tú tienes la última palabra

existen numerosas herramientas tanto

gratuitas como de pago para hacer estos

guabinas por ejemplo puedes hacerlo

directamente desde un facebook live un

google hangout youtube live o utilizar

herramientas específicas como son el

zoom como son bolt webinar lu webex por

lo tanto mi recomendación es que

planifiques mínimo un webinar al mes

con el contenido más relevante en ese

momento el cual puede ser impartido por

alguien de la propia empresa o puedes

invitar a alguna figura relevante o que

pueda aportar valor de tu sector

y no olvides en crear la estrategia que

haga que el webinar sólo sea el primer

paso pero no a cabeza y a continuación

montó una estrategia para gestionar

esos links recibidos y que todo el

esfuerzo y trabajo que ha supuesto la

creación y promoción del webinar

realmente te ofrezca resultados

te ha gustado el video dale me gusta y

que deja de los comentarios con el

hashtag marketing de contenidos

si consideras que los webinars son una

eficaz herramienta en el marketing de

you put non-drinkable water and there is drinkable water who goes out.

This is Liquorice

garlic soy sauce, and hot wings!

Liquorice is

the taste I actually detest the most

You know what it is? The black stuff

They have jellies or candies

But they taste like a TIRE

However,

I heard the tastiest sauce here is the liquorice one

That's why we are trying it!

Let me start with Hot first

There are forks, but I will just use my fingers

It's SO crispy

Here you go guys, this is brushed with liquorice, tire-tasting ingredient

I think it feels like it's tastier because it's my first time having liquorice based sauce

When you deep fry English chicken, it's better when they are chopped in small pieces

It taste like, the Korean Cheetos BBQ flavor!

kimchi coleslaw

It looks way more orange in real life, but it looks yellow on camera

Doesn't taste like kimchi

Josh: Taste like kimchi? -A lil' bit? It's a little spicy

just spicy

Yeah, it has a kick at the end

But I would say it's refreshing like pickled radish( In korea it's served with cold non spicy pickled radish)

This is the deep fried shrimp

This is squid ring

It's not that spicy(the kimchi coleslaw)

It just...tickles

The squid rings are so good!

Josh: Right???

-The shrimp too! -Josh: Yeah!

Josh: This was unexpected. They have the best deep fried shrimp in a chicken restaurant

Yeah the shrimp was so good

I prefer the liquorice cuz it's special

The BEST Alcohol Festival in Japan **I had so much fun** - Duration: 9:55.

What up guys

It is about 6:00 a.m.. In the morning right now. I'm off to

Hiroshima Prefecture, it's on the west side of Tokyo

So we're gonna explore there. I'm gonna basically look at some spots around that area check it out

And hopefully we can show you guys really cool and beautiful spots

So it's gonna be kind of a crazy five day adventure in four four prefectures in five days

Probably pretty hectic

But I'm gonna do my best to show you guys kind of the beauty of that area too. I'll be vlogging

Hopefully every day, but we'll see how that goes, but I guess we'll see you in the vlog

Hey guys, so we are in Hiroshima Prefecture

doing some work for JNTO and some other organizations.

We are trying to promote certain spots here. Right now we are in Takehara City.

You have probably actually heard of it if you have been to the rabbit island here in Hiroshima.

As you can see it is literally a downpour.

But we are here in this really cool old district.

Looks like I'm baby Kyoto

As you can see there are many old houses...still standing...even though they look very old.

Also

Also this place has a lot of scenes from an anime. I will put the picture of the anime here, I forgot the name.

It's in my backpack but I'm kind of using two hands so I can't get it.

Yeah, so if you guys want to check this out you definitely should. We're gonna head to a festival later I think.

If the rain doesn't continue...

But its a festival to celebrate a lot of sake and get really drunk....

So you will probably see me very hard in the next few clips...

So we are now in a sake brewery right now, and that smells like pure alcohol you could smell it from

So I can smell it from all over here, and then it's smoking - dude do you see the smoke. That's crazy

Everything smells like sake ...I guess if you like alcohol you will be in heaven.

Okay, so we're in the Sake brewery, and we're going to try some dried rice

It just tastes hard...I wish I had some natto with this rice.

So we are right now at the saijo matsuri and actually you know a Hiroshima actually produces the fourth or fifth most

sake in all of Japan and actually saijo matsuri started in 1990 near saijo station here in Hiroshima Prefecture

The reason why I sake became so popular is because of the close location to the water the clean water and as also those

They have a lot of good rice growing up north

Supposedly at this matsuri there is over a thousand different types of sake you can try

So I'm guaranteed to get a little bit red-faced this time

I suppose you have to enter like with some kind of entrance fee

You get a cup and then you can try all the sake that you want so we can have some fun and enjoy

Saijo Matsuri here in Hiroshima prefecture

If you guys like sake (Japanese alcohol) definitely come to Hiroshima Prefecture at the Saijo Matsuri.

This place is literally packed. Supposedly around 100,000 - 200,000 people come here in only 2 days.

So I just had my first one that was from Nagano prefecture, and I asked the sweet one because I like it sweet.

Oh, no my lens a little dirty. We're gonna try all the ones here I

Just had from Ishikawa Prefecture ...got the karaguchi (the spicey one)

this is probably one of the craziest festivals I've ever been to...

Easy by far...we're going to go try from the Kinki Region next.

Number three today, that's good

This is by far the best festival here in Japan if you want to come here at the saijo matsuri

definitely come to Hiroshima Prefecture

Absolutely crazy people here are going crazy. They're like drinking so much. They've like six cups...one person has like sex cups...

I don't know how he got six cups

From Fukuoka...I think that was number 4...

Or five lost track

but who cares!

Not sure how many I drank now....from Hyogo Prefecture..really feeling it now...my 7th or 8th...

So I guess if you get really messed up, they've got a first-aid station just for you as well as a wheelchair station

We are now heading to the Chugoku region. We're gonna try some stuff, I guess from Yamaguchi Prefecture

Number nine ten eleven. I don't even know

Lost count...I think number 9.

I think if you guys really like sake, you should come to the Saijo Matsuri in Hiroshima Prefecture...

It's been quite the day...this is the 1st day of the 5 day tour I'm going to take...so hopefully I can survive...

So actually what you can do is you can buy points like this...I bought ten points and these points can be

exchanged for soft drink or food in the same area. How cool is that!

So I got toriten...from Oita Prefecture...

So we finished the sake and now we are at Fukuyama station here in Hiroshima Prefecture...

We are now eating dinner at this really fancy looking

restaurant, I wonder what kind of food were gonna get but when I check out I guess this

restaurant here in...near Fukuyama station...so please enjoy....

That was absolutely amazing the food the dinner was crazy that festival is probably the best most fun festival I've experienced here in Japan

We were first in Takehara City, and then we moved to Saijo

near Saijo station for the matsuri and then we and then we moved to Fukuyama station where we're staying currently in this hotel...

The Filmmaker's View: Priya Seth – I am a camera ma'am - Duration: 4:50.

One of my assistants said: "You know, there is a cameraman

and what we are going to call you is camera-ma'am."

So he found a new word for it.

I am Priya Seth. I am a cinematographer

and work out of Mumbai, India.

I think what happened in India, we were one

of the last few countries to go digital.

I actually shot digital very late. There was this great pride:

"I still have not shot digital. Have you ever shot on digital yet?"

"No, I am still film, I am still shooting on film".

Luckily, we were younger so it was exciting because you knew

you had the technical capability to make that switch.

Because we were constantly watching what was going on.

And the minute we switched, we were always over-lighting.

Because we were insecure about low light and shadow detail.

And ALEXA is what I shoot with. I don't shoot with any other camera.

And I think the big learning has been to reduce the amount of light.

The feel of it. The shape of it.

The form of it was nice and was so simple out of the box.

And I think the more you know it, the simpler it gets.

I feel very secure knowing that whatever I see on set

is only going to get better in the grading suite.

To me that's the greatest joy shooting on ALEXA.

For me, the way I look at action, is when action happens,

if there is something unfolding in front of you,

suppose somebody comes up and shoots someone.

Before it is over. It happens in a split second.

And then I look at it completely the opposite

of this high-speed kind of glamorised slow-motion action.

To me it happens in real time and then 40 seconds it is over.

And actually what you realise is after that.

So it's the aftermath of the action to me,

is the realisation of what has happened.

So we try to do that in the film.

We shot it all in real time. And it was all choreographed

and covered with either one camera or two cameras

but simultaneously shooting. And we used to do it in one take.

So a lot of the action sequences are one shot.

We did not do so much movement through the action.

But we let the action unfold within the frame.

I think I choose hand-held when I feel I really wanted

to say something. I was like it has to come from inside me.

So the only way to do it is to take the camera and then do it.

Cinema is changing.

And to me, the big difference which I keep questioning

is viewing things on a big device versus on a small device.

Is storytelling going to change

because people no longer feel the need to go to a theatre

and watch a film? And I question that a lot actually.

I still do not know. Because it is changing every day.

So I am not really sure as to where this is going.

But as the image-maker, I am still not sure as to how

that is going to impact my job. And will I have to learn something new?

And don't meant technology wise, because I think technology

is one section of it. But we are storytellers at the end of the day.

Songs, narrative, underwater,

action. I think as DPs you shoot everything.

I think the fear a lot of the times is that you get slotted

for doing a particular thing. And that is the problem anywhere.

Or you are good at shooting skin commercials.

Or good at shooting underwater or hair.

But I think we shoot everything.

Because you are making an image at the end of the day.

So I like a big buffet.

DIY How to make ribbon poinsettia and Christmas centerpiece (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #416 - Duration: 4:29.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make ribbon poinsettia and Christmas centerpiece.

I made this video by request from my viewers.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Cut a strip out o ribbon. 5cm x 7cm.

Fold it in a half...

...and slightly heat up an edge.

Cut a petal.

Burn its edge and gently twist it in a few places.

Fold the petal and heat up an edge to make a fold.

Make a few folds as this one.

Fold the bottom sides to the middle.

Burn the edge and press it (this will glue it).

We need 9 petals as this one.

Now, cut a strip out of ribbon. 3.8cm x 4cm.

Make a petal in the same way as previously.

We need 4 small petals as this one.

Cut a strip out of green ribbon. 3.8cm x 8cm.

Make a leaf in the same way as petal but skip the last step - don't fold the sides to the middle.

We need 4 leaves.

Cut a circle out of felt. 3cm in diameter.

Make a hole in the center.

Take a few pearl stamens and glue them to a toothpick.

Move the toothpick through the hole.

Attach it my using hot glue.

Glue 5 big petals to the circle.

Next, glue another 4 big petals.

Make a third layer by using 4 small petals.

Glue the leaves to the back of flower.

Put a floral foam inside the flower pot and attach a candle.

Cut a piece of tulle,...

...fold it...

...and attach to the flower.

Attach the flower to the floral foam.

Add 2 more flowers.

Glue a few small baubles...

...and pine cones.

And it's done.

This centerpiece is a great decoration for Christmas table.

You can decorate it by using walnuts, rattan balls or small stars.

You can use the poinsettias to make a wonderful Christmas bouquet.

The morning after Republican Ed Gillespie lost against Democrat Ralph Northam in the

Virginia gubernatorial election, RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel reiterated the need for Republicans

competing in next year�s midterm election to fully embrace President Donald Trump.

She also appeared to suggest Northam, the Democrat candidate, had embraced Trump more

fully than his Republican challenger.

�I think what�s very interesting with the Virginia race is that Ralph Northam started

running ads saying, �I�m gonna work with this president,'� she told Fox News host

Bill Hemmer.

�He moderated positions on sanctuary cities and statues � and we started to see him

gain traction in rural Virginia,� she added.

�So, he actually moved the needle by saying, �I�m gonna work with this president.'�

When asked by Hemmer whether Gillespie had also embraced the president, McDaniel admitted

he had to some degree but seemed to implicitly suggest that perhaps he could have embraced

Trump more passionately.

�He had robocalls in, and he had tweets, but yeah, I will always say to any candidate

in our party, the greatest enthusiasm in our party right now is for President Trump,�

she said.

�We�re seeing it through the fundraising numbers, we�re seeing it across the country,�

she added.

�I see it as party chair, I absolutely think any candidate should be embracing the president

� and I think Ed did.�

Speaking Wednesday on Breitbart�s �News Daily� program, former White House strategist

Steve Bannon echoed this point but far more bluntly.

�The lesson you can learn (from Ed Gillespie�s loss) is that if you�re going to win, you

have to embrace the entire Trump agenda,� he said, according to RealClearPolitics.

�You have to do it early, and you have to be dedicated to it,� he continued.

�You can�t phone it in.

You�ve got to do rallies, you�ve got to have the president out with you, you have

to go all in with this.�

During an appearance later that evening at the Macomb County Republican Party dinner

in Michigan, as reported by NBC News, Bannon again asserted this point, saying, �One

of the things about the Gillespie campaign is that you can�t fake the Trump agenda.�

Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham has also chimed in.

�Trying to be half in, half out with Donald Trump was never going to work,� she said

Tuesday evening on Fox News.

�If you dip your toe just in a little bit, you�re going to turn out like Ed Gillespie

did, political roadkill.�

The president himself issued a tweet the night of the election, noting that Gillespie �did

not embrace� the president, or his vision for America.

�Ed Gillespie worked hard but did not embrace me or what I stand for.

Don�t forget, Republicans won 4 out of 4 House seats, and with the economy doing record

numbers, we will continue to win, even bigger than before!� Trump wrote.
