Falcon BMS - ICP Tutorial #8 - Boton 6 TIME/E(EAST), 7 MARK - English Subtitles - Duration: 11:08.

Hi and welcome to Revientor Reborn, this is Falcon BMS and we are speaking about the ICP buttons , let´s go to the cockpit

let´s continue with the number 6 TIME and have the letter E from east, as you must know you can use that East to introduce coordinates

in this menu, the scratchpad is in the system time, but you can not change it, I suppose in the real plane you can to update the time or whatever

you can set the deltatos to edit that value, but befor that we are going to speak of hack function

with the previous/next icp function,

the hack star the counting

If I hit next again, let´wais a few second to easily see this

look the ded, now I hit the next again, and the hack jump from 11 to 23, that is because it is not a pause function, just a freeze

we can stop it again and use the previous and the clock will be reseted

the same happen if I activate the hack, and the use the previous function again is reseted

then you can freeze the timer or reset it, just two options

with Delta Tos, is going to change the time in all waypoints, this is good for the rolex calls

if you have to make a delay in all the rout of 3 minutes,or arrive sooner you can do it from here

to arrive 3 minutes before, firs prest 0 to get a negative symbol

and then the time desired, 100 means 1 minute

and then hit enter, and now all the rout has changed the time

let´s see some waypoint, wp tos is 19:13, go to time, and Iam put a -10 minutes

01000 is -00:10:00

let check the steerpoint

19:03 minutes, now If i want to put a delay of 30 minutes, again go to time pag

3000

now I do not have - symbol... hit enter

and now I have to arrive at 19:33 and this happened to all the route,

each time you go in and out of the time page the delta tos is reseted, but if you want to put 15 minutes

but you hit enter and you want to change by mistake, because it was 30 minutes, and you type it again

here the problem is that you had intruded 2 modification the 15 minutes and the 30 minutes, you can not make corrections once you hit enter

now it time for the number 7 mark, will be covered more in detail with all the systems in the tutorial of datalink sending marks

the marks can be done in HUD mode like now, FCR, HUD , TGP , 0fly and are stored from the waypoint 26 to 30, once all those waypoint get marks they start again overwriting the 26 an so on

the default mode is going to depend of what avionic status you have

look the manual diagram is very good

in nav mode or AG, will follow the same rule, in AA always will be the default mode the OFLY,

the ofly is a mark under the plane, this mar in aa is automatic one entered in mark function,

in a manual ofly selection will be not auto, before in BMS the marks was with the enter, now is like the real plane using TMS UP

one I hit tms I get the mark data

in the wp26 with that info

you can select this waypoint hitting the button 0 in this menu

now in navigation or CNI page you can see the waypoint selected is the 26

the des tos is the time when I get the mark in the system

once i enter in the mark menu, again the dafaul mode is the HUD and the next parin in the wp 27

the HUD mode always will be showed, when you do not have the soi in the TGP slaved, or the FCR slaved

the HUD is the common mark function in nav and AG normally

to change the modes you can use seq or the number 1 through 9

the TGP mode, will be selected automatically when the TGP is the soy and is in point or area mode

then using the TGP the next tms up function will generate the mark,

in ofly we already know it, in FCR it´s the same like the TGP, but when the FRC is soy and is ground stabilized

the the next tms up will be the mark

that the way the enter in those mode automatically but you will discover more often that you need to change it manually

the marks are represented in the HSD like small cross in cyan color

that mark can looks different when it selected

look the picture

selected down, no selected up

the selected mark is a transparent cros inside a cyan box

that was the todays tutorial, very important those two buttons

subscribe if you are not one, gimme a like and comments below bye bye and be happy

HACHIKO by Sebastiano Serafini - Duration: 3:09.

Hello to you guys and welcome to a new video!

I'm wearing my father's Jacket that I took from him the last time I was in Italy

If you like it, let me know that in the comments!

As you can see: Tokyo 2020, the olimpic games are near

Today I would like to talk about a national hero; The Hachiko dog.

What kind of channel is this, if I'm not talking about Hachiko!

I would like to talk about this story.

They made a movie with Richard Gere

and before that they did also other movies.

I would like to explain you his story, since not everyone knows it.

The first time that I read it I was literally crying!

It's a true story, so no fantasy.

There is this man called Hidesaburō Ueno, he was a University professor,

one day he found an Akita dog,

he decided to take it home and he called it Hachiko.

They were always together,

The dog did accompany him to work and after work they returned home together, the dog was always waiting

it was a beautiful thing.

Every day the man was taking the train at the Shibuya station and so the dog waited for him every day.

The 21st of May 1925 mister Ueno did die, because of a cerebral hemorrhage during work and so he never returned back.

the dog waited for 10 years that mister Ueno returned, but without seeing him again.

The dog ended up living with the gardener, but however...

There are a lot of people watching and I hope that they aren't italian, but with my luck they are for sure.

The dog went there for about 10 years,

until the 1937 where a big magazine did publish an article about this dog,

and since that day he became our Lady D - this national hero of Japan

and since that day everybody did take a picture with this dog,

they brought him something to eat,

and they also dedicated him this metal statue

The 8th of March 1935 this dog did die.

First of all they did a monument in the cemetery of Aoyama

where the mister Ueno was buried

and then there is not so a nice thing...

they stuffed the dog and they putted him in the Ueno museum,

it's a lttle bit sad.

Anyway it went that way.

When I read this story I was feeling very bad

If you're in Shibuya don't forget to take a picture with this dog,

you can also admire a fresco of this dog,

let me know if you already knew this story,

for sure in some Anime you saw it.

We will see each other in another video, always at 2pm (italian time)

Thank you so much for the Likes, comments and so on,

See you tomorrow! CIAO

I'll Use Your Pronouns - Duration: 1:25.

I pledge to use the pronouns

that someone asks me to use

regardless of how they look

regardless of the bathroom they use

and regardless of the story behind

why they use their pronouns

I will keep trying

even when I make mistakes

I pledge to use they and them

when I do not know someone's pronouns

I acknowledge that the only pronouns

that I should use with a person

are the pronouns that person prefers I use.

I acknowledge that the ways a person expresses themselves

styles of dress, makeup, posture, etc.

do not determine the pronouns to use for that person

I acknowledge that assuming another person's gender can hurt people

and that doing so continually can create an unsafe atmosphere

I am signing this pledge

I am signing this pledge

I am signing this pledge

I am signing this pledge

because I recognize the importance of practicing the conscious

caring and compassionate use of pronouns

Changing the quality of life on campus starts with changing our mindsets

And changing our mindsets starts with respecting

the meaning of the words we use.

I encourage you to take the pledge also.

How To Become a Self-Taught Programmer? - Duration: 7:25.

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

I'm going to talk about a topic today on how to become a self-taught developer.

How to become a soft—how to become a self-taught developer or becoming a software developer,

teaching yourself to code, however you want to phrase it.

I don't have a specific question, but I get asked this a lot, and I'm going to make this

video too because I'm getting a lot of pushback from some of you that I'm promoting coding

boot camps.

I've got a book, The Complete Software Developer's Career Guide and actually in that book, I

give you the three paths.

I say college, self-taught and boot camp and I gave you the pros and cons of each one,

right?

Am I little bit biased towards the boot camp?

Yeah, but that doesn't mean that self-taught isn't a good way to go.

It's just that the only reason why I recommend boot camp over self-taught is because it provides

you a little bit of structure and it sort of cuts out the noise.

I want to tell you if you do want to become a self-taught software developer, how you

can do that because it's basically what I did and it's definitely possible, especially

today.

Here's the thing.

Let's start from the very beginning on how to do this.

The very first thing that you want to do is you want to figure out what it is exactly

that you want to accomplish because a lot—this is a mistake, right?

I coach a lot of developers.

By the way, if you want my coaching, you can check it out at simpleprogrammer.com/coaching.

It's expensive but I don't need to.

I don't need a personal coach.

I could just tell you this if this is what you're trying to do, okay?

A lot of developers that I'm coaching, one of the biggest mistakes that they make is

that they're trying to learn so many different things and they're scattered in their approach.

I talk about this a lot but this is really, really important.

If you're going to be self-taught, the key thing is focus and discipline.

This is why that it doesn't work out for a lot of people, especially today because

there's a lot of distractions, a lot of noises like the squirrel over there.

In order to do this, you got to start with a very, very clear goal in mind.

There are so many different things you could learn, so many technologies.

What I want you to do is I want you to just work backwards and I want you to go and pick

a job description for the kind of job that you'd like.

Maybe you do some research and kind of get some general idea of what kind of field, what

kind of technologies you'd like to use.

Once you've figured that out, then you go and you look for jobs and you look at the

job descriptions and you see what they have in common.

You see what technologies and languages like what would it take to get this job instead

of—because if you're looking to become a software developer, that's a very amorphous

term.

What does it mean to become a software developer?

When have you arrived?

If you say, "I would like to get this kind of a job," that's a better question.

If you say, "I would like to get this specific job.

What would it take for me to get this exact job?"

Now, we've got—now, you can even call up to hiring manager, you can just say, "Hey,

what would it take to get this job?" or you can call someone at the company or you can

email them or ask them and say, "Hey.

You know, I'm not applying for this job right now, I'm not ready, but I just want to know

like if I were trying to get this job, what would I need to know exactly, like I read

the job description.

I have some questions about the job description.

What do I need to know exactly?

Like if I knew this, this and this, would that be like what you're looking for?"

You see what I'm saying?

You might even be able to get them on a Skype caller phone call and get them to give you

some of the information.

Now, you've got somewhere to go.

Now, you've got a goal in mind.

Another way to do this would be to say like let's say that you want to be able to build

an app.

Well, if you think, okay, I want to be able to build an Android app and I want it to be

able to do this stuff and you envision or you see an app out there that's already on

the app store and say, "I want to be able to create that," that's a goal.

Now, you can work backwards from there.

From there, now you work backwards and you have a skillset.

You know exactly what you need to learn and now you can make a plan to learn that.

That's what's key.

I know it's not free and it's not maybe what you want to hear.

You want to explore these different technologies and learn all the stuff, but that's how you

do it.

That's how you become a self-taught software developer and that's where you start.

That's not where you finish.

I'll give you a couple resources.

One of them, my favorite resources, Pluralsight.

You can check it out here.

I'm an author on the site.

I did 55 courses for them and I taught a ton of topics.

You can find a lot of courses.

I mean for like 30 bucks a month, I think is what it costs now.

You can get access like thousands of courses.

Just sign up for that so that you can have the resources that you need.

Obviously, books.

My book, The Complete Software Developer's Career Guide, talks about all this, getting

started as a software developer, getting your first job, all of these things.

If you want to become a self-taught software developer, you probably want to get that as

well.

There's ton of YouTube tutorials and free stuff out there.

One resource a lot of people have been recommending is freeCodeCamp, in which it has a ton—it's

basically self-taught.

It's not really a code camp because you're self-teaching yourself.

You're getting a little bit more guidance.

There's plenty of resources.

I don't really need to recommend the resources.

Instead, like I said, the key thing is just focusing on having that goal and then I'll

tell you, once you do that and once you have the skills required and you start applying

for those jobs and you finally get that job, it's not done.

Now, you go when you fill in the rest of the stuff.

Now is where I start to learn some of the computer science stuff and the algorithms

then now is where I would start to like broaden my skill set a little bit.

You want to have what they call as a T-shape knowledge where you have—it's like a T.

You have really deep knowledge in one area, but you've got a broad base.

First, get the deep knowledge in one area so that you can get the job.

You're going to learn a lot from just having a job and actually working in the industry

and then you broaden that base out and maybe you can pick more specialties that you're

going to go into.

Becoming a self-taught software developer is not the easiest thing in the world and

it's mostly because of the noise.

We've got so much information out there.

You've just got to be able to sort through the information, and the best way to do that

is just to have an objective.

If you have a target, you're going to be able to aim at that target and you're going to

know.

It's still going to be hard.

You're still going to have to learn.

You're still going to have to devote the time, but that's going to get you closer and closer

to the goal because you're going to know which direction you're supposed to move.

Like I said, I could give you all kinds of pieces of advice on how to do this, but if

you just do this one thing you'll figure it out.

If you have an actual target and you actually have a goal and, like I said, you're trying

to become a developer to get that job or to build that app, then you're going to know

which way to go, or if you need some help along the way, if you want to invest in some

coaching, I could coach you on the help along the way.

That would be more valuable to me just telling you to pick a damn goal because that's—most

people don't focus and pick a goal, but try it first.

If you're having trouble, if you want to become a self-taught developer, pick the goal and

see if you can figure it out.

Most people will be able to figure it out on your own.

It might take you a year.

Some people, it takes six months to get a job, honestly, like I've got plenty of success

stories on my channel where people have done that.

your music | my music - Duration: 3:37.

Script

Hi everyone!

My name is David and, if you're new to this channel, I make videos where I talk about

music, videos where I demonstrate how to use modern music production software, and videos

where I make music.

And this is one of the videos where…

I talk about music.

Specifically, this concept of my music, your music.

Many of the people who watch this channel are music creators.

And if you make music for a living or as a hobby, 'my music' often means the music that

you're making or the music that you have made.

Whether it's the jams you do with your band, or the beats you've put together in your DAW

or the songs you've written and recorded into your laptop.

For music creators, my music means the music I've made.

And, if you're involved in a music community, 'your music' means the music you've made.

But for most people, that's not true.

For most people, my music means the music that I listen to and like.

Your music means the music you listen to and like.

Have you ever been on a road trip, about 30 minutes into a dope 3-4 hour Spotify playlist

you've meticulously designed when your girlfriend says, "we've listened to your music long enough,

can we listen to my music now?"

I think this second definition of my music and your music is true whether you're a musician

or not.

I know that there is a whole lot of music that other people have written and performed

that I consider mine and I fully grant that everyone I meet has his or her music.

Unless they don't like music, in which case, they're weird.

But I think it speaks to the power of music that people would feel as if they have ownership

over the music they enjoy.

You don't really think of your favorite movies as your movies.

You don't really think of your favorite works of art as your paintings.

But you think your favorite music as your music.

And I think of my favorite music as my music.

That is the power of music.

It becomes not just art that we enjoy.

It becomes something we possess and something that possesses us.

And this YouTube channel is for music enthusiasts and creators.

But I speak specifically to the creators when I tell them that they have to make music.

The music you create and share with the world is uniquely yours and the music I create and

share with the world is uniquely mine.

But music possesses a rare magic.

In that your music can become my music, and my music can become your music.

And our music can become a stranger's.

Someone thousands of miles away in a different country with a different life who finds something

they can relate to in your music that makes it their music.

Now there's no guarantee that this will happen.

You may release music online that never becomes someone else's.

But, the only way to guarantee that it won't happen is to not share your music with the

world.

That's why it's so important to keep going.

Keep making music because you never know when you will make that piece that someone else

loves so much that it possesses them and they possess it.

So, I encourage you to share your music in the comments.

If you do, I promise, I will listen to it and maybe your music will become my music.

But, there's only one way to find out.

Thanks for watching everybody!

English Intonation, Stress, Linking Words for Korean Speakers - Duration: 8:35.

English Winners. In this lesson, we're going to go into part two of our

pronunciation mistakes that Korean speakers make when learning English. So

in the last video, we did sounds, so I invite you to check out that video when

you have a chance. I'll put a link to it in the end cards. And also I'll have a

link to it in the description below. Until then, let's go to the next part of

pronunciation, which is stress: Now syllable stresses... Koreans know about

syllables - each block of text is a syllable - like annyeonghaseyo. So

syllables are the same in English, but they're written out a little bit

differently. So the stress comes in with the syllables. Here's an example: Teacher.

Notice in Korean, they would just say teacher, but in English we stressed one

syllable more than another: TEAcher. here's another one forGET. Alright for

quick and simple rules: the nouns and adjectives - if they are two syllable

words - get the first syllable stressed. KITchen. KITchen. TAble. TAble. STAble.

STAble. FASter. FASter. Okay? And then the verbs get the second

syllable usually, like forGET. conSUME. DeCEIVE.

Our three-syllable words typically stress the middle syllable, like

imPORtant or deVOted, okay? And then we have some rules with four syllable words,

which have suffixes like -tion, -cy, -phy, -gy, and in those... those usually the third to last

syllable gets the stress, like this: CarTOgraphy. PsyCHOlogy. But there are

exceptions like inforMAtion. Now also with stresses, certain words in a

sentence get greater stress than others... Usually the very important information,

like our subject, our verb, our objects, and any word that answers a question

like: 'How tall is the person?' You would say: 'This person is six feet tall.' So six

feet gets the stress. But let's look at a simple sentence to help you understand:

'The dog barks.' So with that, it's the subject that's important... the DOG barks.

When we add just a little bit more... let's say there's two dogs - one of them is in a

room, and the other is in the hallway - 'The dog in the hallway barks.' That answers

the question: 'Which one? Where? Right? And then if we're trying to give further

information, you might stress other important details: 'The dog in the

hallway barks a lot.' A lot is - you know - how often, so that should give you a

little bit more of an idea of how we stress some words more than others. Now

if you're watching this video in 2017 and you realize I don't yet have a video

about the words that are stressed in a sentence, don't worry... I will soon make

that video. Stay tuned. Until then, let's move on to intonation. Now intonation is

very important if you're Korean and you're learning English, because Korean

is a fairly monotone language, right? Not a whole lot of ups and

downs. Now don't get me wrong, Koreans can sing. Their ballads are

amazing, and as far as kpop is concerned, Mamamoo is my favorite, but that singsong-i-ness

doesn't translate to regular conversation. And so, here's some simple

rules you can use - at least when asking questions - with any question that starts

with WH questions... who, what, where, when, why, how... The question starts up and ends

lower. 'How was the game?' 'Where are you going?' 'What is it?' And then, if it's a

yes/no question, like 'Are you okay?' it starts low and ends high. 'Are you okay?'

'Are you okay.' 'Did you fall down?' Things like that... and I'll put a video about

that down in the description. And finally, we have linking words. Now linking words

is how the words connect together when you say them. Sometimes we kind of skip

past, or brush past, some words that are not very important, and then we'll focus

in on important words. I've shown you that with stress, but it's also with the

way we say the words ...one word connecting to the next. I'll show you what I mean:

One way we connect words - or link words - is with the schwa sound. Like... think about

the sentence: 'I'm going to go home.' Instead, we would say: 'I'm going tuhGO

home.' So, tuhGO. Now the word 'to' almost disappeared. I'm going to go home. tuhGO.

I'm going tuhGO home... because we're using the UH sound instead of 'to', and so

that's one difference between a fluent English speaker and someone who is just

learning English for the first time. Let's go into some other things with

linking words. We also do it with contractions. Let's go to: 'I have to go,'

again. We already know 'to go' because 'uh' is our schwa sound... tuhGO... but we can also

combine the 'tuh' to 'Have' to create 'HAFta.' I made a video about that down in the

descriptions which you can also see. We also use linking words when consonant

ending words connect with vowel beginning words. Let's look at the words

'check it.' Like, maybe you're searching for something. You don't see it. And I'll say:

'Check it again.' Except I won't say 'Check it;' I'll say 'CHECKit.' And 'CHECKit' sounds

like one word, but because the next one starts with a vowel, and the previous one

ends with a hard consonant, I combined it into one word: 'CHECKit. CHECKit. Okay? And

Then we have words that end in vowels and begin in consonants. I'll show you

those next. Like, let's look at the two word sentence: 'See it.' Like, 'I wanted to

see it.' That might change to: 'I wanna SEEyit. So, 'want to' becomes 'wanna', so we're

doing the schwa sound again, but let's look at 'See it' and focus in on those two

words: SEE IT. So I could say: 'I want to see it...' But 'see' and 'it' combined with kind

of a Y sound: 'SEEyit. I want to SEEyit.' Okay. You see that? Very good.

And so, when you learn things like that, it will eliminate any pronunciation

issues you may have if you wish to become a fluent English speaker, and you

started out learning Korean as your first language. Did you like this video?

What pronunciation issues are you having trouble with? Please let me know down in

the comments. Check out my first video on pronunciation for Koreans learning in

English, if you haven't seen it yet, and also check out my 'Koreans learning

English' pronunciation playlist; it will help you with a lot of

the issues that we've discussed today, and includes many of the videos that i

will also include in the descriptions below. See you later, English Winners.

Bye

Criando experiências digitais | Magazine Luiza - Duration: 3:42.

The digital transformation of Magazine Luiza

Nowadays, it is a great challenge to coordinate the social media for Magazine Luiza.

First off, we have Lu, our brand persona, which demands very close alignment of the teams.

We are also one of the most engaged brands in today's retail.

So this also demands that we take a great deal of responsibility for our customers,

taking great care to provide them with the best service possible.

It also requires deep insight into what customers consider to be entertainment,

and useful information, that way we can provide them with essential and assertive content.

The challenge is leading a company at a time of transformation,

moving in the same direction as the market, namely online sales

with the added challenge of being in an extremely competitive environment,

with consumers who have high expectations

and the challenge of always getting our customers the best deal, the best customer care service,

and maintaining contact with customers during after-sales, all the while, sustainably growing our business.

Black Friday is a special time of year for sales,

a time when we make nearly a month's worth of sales in just a few days.

It is essential to our business that companies like Sprinklr support this retail trend with lots of technology.

Knowing what the consumer is looking for— what they want, what they don't want

with the help of a tech partner that allows us to do this in a simple manner, is fundamental.

Otherwise I think it would be impossible for us to operate the way we are, especially right now.

The Command Center is an essential part of our strategic operations.

It helps us see what is published in the media, in real time, about our operations

—about Black Friday or the brand.

With it, we can see our brand health and the impression our brand makes.

By categorizing our tickets, we are able to have a real vision

of what people are talking about and what products they want.

This helps us decide which deals we want to release at that time,

or how to instruct staff to respond according to what the customer wants.

Black Friday is a time when the consumer has a lot of questions,

questions about products, prices, and delivery.

This means that being able to respond to these customers quickly and effectively

gives us an edge during this period, and thus more sales.

We have a rather bold goal, and without Sprinklr, we would have no way to quantify it.

That goal is to provide service to 100% of customers that talk to us, responding to every customer

within 2 hours, and being the brand with the greatest retail engagement.

I think that when brands reach operational maturity, they begin requiring more specific indicators.

That said, Sprinklr's solutions assist the managers of these brands to achieve ever more efficient operations.

Brands that are looking for operational excellence and service that is more assertive and closer

to the customer are sure to find Sprinklr to be the best solution out there.
