The Benefits of Drinking Oat Milk Natural Cures Tips - Duration: 2:28.

The

Benefits of Drinking Oat Milk In addition to being easier to digest than

cow's milk, oat milk provides us with vitamin B which helps to protect and regulate our

central nervous system

1.

It cleanses the body If you want to eliminate toxins, stop abdominal

bloating and enjoy a healthy, clean body, you shouldnt hesitate to drink vegetable

milk.

2.

It prevents aging

Its large amount of antioxidants also help to protect from the damaging effects of free

radicals (the cause of many diseases, including premature aging).

This benefit is also thanks to the essential amino acids that this drink provides.

These help our body to function correctly and it keeps your cells healthy for a longer

period of time.

3.

It fights bloating If you have intestinal issues, oat milk is

very useful for regulating your flora because of its great amount of vegetable fiber.

Dont hesitate to drink it in the morning with breakfast (with coffee, for example).

4.

It regulate sugar levels

People that suffer from diabetes notice an interesting improvement in their sugar medication

when they drink oat milk.

This is because oats have the ability to control blood sugar.

5.

It lowers bad cholesterol By offering a good dose of omega 3 and 6 unsaturated

(or good) fats, oat milk can reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides, while simultaneously

increasing good cholesterol.

Also, drinking this beverage various times a week could help to improve your cardiovascular

health by eliminating the accumulation of fats in the walls of your arteries.

L'blend Creative Space | INTRODUCTION - Duration: 3:21.

Hi, my name is Aimane Idhajji, 22 years old, and I am the Co-Founder of L'blend

Hi, my name is Youness Idihoum, 20 years old, and I am the Co-Founder of L'blend

And today, we are going to talk to you about

L'blend

"L'blend", a Moroccanised version of the english word: "The Blend"

We blend art, technology and entrepreneurship

In my city of Tiznit, there are a lot of youngsters who

express themselves through music and theater

which are two beautiful and very important artistic shapes

but, we, in L'blend, want to expose them

to a diversity of arts forms for them to realize

that they can express themselves through them

so they don't block themselves

and create restriction for themselves, by themselves

In our daily life, technology is changing our lifestyle

and in the future it is expected for it to radically change

the way humans interact

and how they conduct their lives

and among the World Economic Forum stats

says 65% of children attending school today

will work in jobs that don't currently exist

that's why, we, in L'blend

will use technology to prepare those future generations

to the changes the world expects

and according to a statistic conducted by

the High Commissioner for Planning

says 45% of youth in the urban area are unemployed

and when we analyze our entourage

we understand that one of this issue's reasons

is waiting on external factors to create job opportunities for them

that's why, in L'blend, we adopted entrepreneurship

as a result to this problem

because we will encourage youth to create their own job opportunities

for themselves and their peers

for our project to succeed

and especially during our first year

we need to cover all fixed expenses of the space we are trying to create

and to cover those expenses

we are looking for 30 donor members

who will donate an amount of 1200MAD each

for the total sum to cover all year expenses

rent, water and electricity bills, internet

and then we will focus on securing sponsorship and funding

from private companies and, international and national funds

that will allow us equip the space

for it to be adequate to the activities we try to organise

our goal in L'blend is to produce the type of youth

that is balanced, motivated, and passionate

and we expect to reach that through around 200 activity

that will, of course, be held along the year

divided on the pillars we mentioned earlier

which are: art; technology, and entrepreneurship

and these activities that we will hold in L'blend

will help youth develop and strengthen certain, important, skills

Such as the ability to analyze

and critical thinking

and the ability to build a personality and an identity

all this can be resumed to three keywords or steps

the first is: Expose

as we try to expose our youth to knew things

the second is: Reflect

as we give youth the time to choose what is suitable for them

and come up with their own results

and the third is: Produce

meaning we will not stop at the education step

but our youth will be producing their own stuff

DIY How to make Christmas greeting card with kanzashi Christmas tree (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #422 - Duration: 3:16.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make Christmas card with kanzashi Christmas tree.

I made it by request from my viewers.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Cut a square out of ribbon. 25mm x 25mm.

Burn the edges.

Fold it in a half,..

...again in a half...

...and one more time in a half.

Cut off a corner.

Burn the edge.

Press it (to glue it).

Cut off a back of petal...

...and burn the edge.

We need about 50 petals as this one.

Cut a proper piece out of thick paper.

Fold it in a half.

Draw a triangle on the center.

Now glue the petals to the triangle. Start from bottom.

Make a small bow out of ribbon.

Glue it to the tip of tree.

Decorate the tree by using rhinestones.

Cut a rectangle out of decorative paper.

Glue a printed text ("Merry Christmas") to the rectangle.

Glue the 3D foam squares to the back.

Glue the rectangle to the card.

Glue 3D foam squares to the stars.

Glue the stars to the card.

And it's done.

This card is a nice alternative for traditional Christmas cards.

Of course it require more work but it is definitely worth it.

Please give a like to this video and subscribe to my channel.

That's all for today. Thanks for watching. Bye bye.

1 year of Learning Welsh - 1 blwyddyn o ddysgu Cymraeg - Duration: 15:41.

Hello everyone, what's happening?

Well, today will be a day of celebration because today my channel's birthday!

(How to celebrate)

and that means that I have been learning for

1 year

I couldn't believe it when I was looking back and trying to work out when I started my channel

but yeah, i can't believe it myself

well, a lot of things have happened since I starte with the language

i've made lots of friends since learning the language

a lot of good friends who know me only as a Welsh speaker

SIAWNS AM GEM?!

so, to speak..

English with any of them would feel weird to tell the truth

I couldn't imagine back then just what type of effect

the language would have on my life

you don't realise you when you start with Welsh

I can remember thinking "Right. I want to learn Welsh as quickly as possible"

and also, I want to be

as fluent as possible in a short time

but I just couldn't imagine how things are now

We moved to Aberystwyth in February and that was great for us

just to get the chances to use the language every day

and that made things so easy

when Lara and I decided

to try and live our lives totally through Welsh

I've had loads of highlights

over the year also.

I was on Radio Cymru three times (I meant to say S4C - No idea what I was thinking here!)

Alun: Nicky originally comes from Rhondda Valley

Alun: and he has succesfully learnt Welsh

Alun: in five months

Nicky: it's a lovely town to be honest. I;ve been coming here

Nicky: since I was young for holidays

Nicky: with my family. We just decided...

Nicky: ...to live here. I can't explain it any better than that!

I was on Radio Cymru a couple of times also

Menter Iaith Maldwyn asked me to come and give a presentation

to them in order to help other learners

and that was pretty special for me.

And also, last week - Parallel.cymru asked me

to write an article for them

about my journey learning the language

and that was cool also.

So, maybe, right now would be a good time to speak about

what I did to learn the language in a short time

1. First thing. I used "Say Something in Welsh"

on my mobile phone and also on my laptop

now, I know that

sometimes I sounds like an advert

for Say Something in Welsh - but I just canot say how excellent it is

I have used

of methods for learning languages

If it's available, then I have tried it out

but until trying out Say Something. I had never found anything that..

..was totally right for me

I found that things like "Michel Thomas"

were good to start

..languages. But it was

a bit too easy. It's good if you want to know

how to ask for drinks in a bar

or ask for help in a hotel when you're on holidays

but not much more

When I was trying "pimsleurs" out, I was finding the course just so slow

I can remember doing German with Pimsleurs

and after 15 lessons I was still..

doing things like... "I want to eat something" or

"I want to drink something"

y'know? "Say Something"is just so fast

after 15 lessons of "say something"

I was able to say things like

"I met someone in a pub last night who knows your sister-in-law" or

"I've got a son in his 30s who works for the local council"

y'know? which are

quite difficult for someone who is just starting

learning the language

but they're just so useful

because they give you more confidence

that you're actually learning useful Welsh.

not just.. y'know? "I have a rabbit"

"I have a dog" "I have a headache"

"i like football and riding my bike down the park"

things like that? y'know? I cannot recommend "say something" enough

if you want to learn Welsh, there is nothing better than that

trust me. absolutely nothing at all

2 is... surround yourself in the language.

Welsh is a small language to tell the truth. We've got one TV channel - S4C

there's not a lot of Welsh on YouTube to tell the truth

but yeah, you've just got to take advantage what is out there.

when we were starting to learn. Lara and I were

watching childrens programmes like: Hafod Haul,

Fireman Sam, Tref a Tryst also.

and that was a good thing for us

because... well I know that a lot of people

disagree with using childrens programmes when you're learning

but they're just so useful - after...

y'know? after a couple of months of watching things like Hafod Haul

we started to move on to watch things like:

Pobol y Cwm, Hansh

Bore Da and Heno

and other things like that Listen to the radio also.

Radio Cymru is great because they do a good mix

of music,

chat and news

and people like Owain Tudor, Tommo, Garry Owen

what's the other guys name?

HUW STEPHENS!

People like that just make interesting shows

and also, don't worry about understanding everything straight away

no-one expects that at all

when I was starting, I was using the radio as a way

of hearing the language in real-life

at the start, y'know - you understand 1 or 2 words.

(phone beep) you move on a bit and you start to understand

2 or 3 words and before

you realize, you can understand everything - just out of nowhere

trust me

3 is.. use your welsh everywhere.

now, it's so, so, so

important that Welsh becomes a normal part

of your life. So start using

it straight away. Over Facebook, Over Twitter.

over Instagram

over everything. over snapchat

over everything - over everything

when i started using Welsh over facebook

I was finding that it people came out of the woodworks

people I had known for ages, who were Welsh speakers forever.

but, I didn't realise

and they will be so useful to you

Also, I have to say that I lost a couple of friends - to be honest

because some people had had a guts full of me speaking Welsh everywhere

and unfortunately you have to expect things like that

but... y'know? who cares?

not me.

*BURN*

In the last year, I have to say that I have had

lots and lots of support from people

99% of people have been excellent with me

and for that I have to say "Thanks a lot to you all"

I really, really mean it...but

you always get one dickhead

and I remember one man who wasn't quite nice with me

when I was starting

if you've seen my first video - I was learning for something like 2 and a half weeks.

and I must say, looking back now...

yeah - I wasn't much good.

but for two and a half weeks?

in my opinion... I wasn't bad?

everyone liked that video. everyone except one guy

he saw that video and sent a message to me saying:

"WELL IT WASN'T GREAT

YOU GOT A LOT OF WORDS WRONG YOU GOT A LOT OF WORDS IN THE WRONG ORDER

*foam at mouth* YOU ALSO USED "DW I'N" A LOT AND DW I'N ISN'T

WHAT WE DO!? Y'KNOW!?! YOU;RE FROM THE RHONDDA YOU'RE FROM THE SOUTH

YOU';RE SUPPOSED TO USE "RWY'N" EVERYONE IN THE RHONDDA USES "RWY'N"

NO-ONE USES "DW I'N"

ITS A GOG THING

"Y;KNOW SO YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG"

"AND I DON'T THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA, YOU HAVING THIS CHANNEL"

"AND I DON'T THINK IT'S GOING TO GET YOU ANYWHERE" "AND YOU PROBABLY SHOULD JUST GIVE UP"

"IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT AS A CHILD - YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET IT NOW"

Good friend yeah? I didn';t let that stop me

to tell the truth - people like that

are just dickheads - don't worry about them

four...

4 is: speak with other people.

now, speaking with other people is the most important thing

"say something"is great

but you have to start chatting with other people

if you live in Wales, it just so easy

when I lived in the valleys, I went to the local Welsh shop

and I went to the local Welsh pub.

just to find chances to use the language (i don't know what's wrong with me?)

even in places like Newport and Monmouth

where not a lot of people speak Welsh

you can go to things like "clwb cloncs" over the place

where people meet weekly in order to speak with other learners

and if you live outside of Wales, why not use Skype?

I;ve got friends right over the world, in places like:

America

Germany, Canada

Argentina, Netherlands - and all of them

I know through Welsh. They are all excellent

with the language also. That was key to my success

to tell the truth, just speaking the language

at every chance you can get

5 is: don't be scared at all

now, I know a lot of people who can speak great Welsh

but they're just too scared to chat for some reason: for example

I met a woman in "Siop y Pethe" a couple of months ago

who had been learning Welsh through night classes

for years - but

she was just great with the language but she had not spoken

with anyone outside of the class or "clwb clonc"

I asked her why?

and she said she wasn't confident enough

for some reason. and whats the point of that?

why learn the language at all? go out and speak with people.

fuck it! no-one cares if you say things wrong

or if you have to use English words in order to get the message over

or something. bloody hell!

ask my friends about me. I'm guilty of using English words

all of the time and also don't be afraid

of making mistakes the more mistakes you make

the better off you are going to be trust me

speaking with other people is the only way to improve, to tell the truth.

and you will speak, how people speak on the street

no-one says things like "rydw i'n" (I am) and things like that

like the books say - and real people use things like

well, my favourite thing is...

"i watched" "i watched football last night"

"i watched X Factor on SATURDAY"

"i watched YouTube on the weekend" y'know?

it's not in any dictionary at all

but real people use it

so, yeah! without speaking with other people

you'll be "textbook Welsh" or something like that

a bit boring isn't it?

your language will develop with time. look at me.

I'm a Rhondda boy, right, right, right in the south. but i learnt

from a man from Llandysul

so, I say "Milk", not "milk", or "milk" (i feel this subtitle doesn't really tell the whole story)

but, because I live in the Midlands now (Mid Wales, that is!)

I have found myself starting to say Gog things.

like "with", "i have"

and "Like", sometimes

my friend Llio is at fault for that

but yeah, let your language grow with everything

I'm still a hwntw, really.

I can remember after giving a presentation in Powys

and a guy said to me

"you don't sound like a Rhondda boy to tell the truth. You sound more like.."

.....Proper Cardi"

so, yeah

English - I'm a Rhondda scumbag

Welsh - Proper Cardi. I'll take that

6 is: keep the language alive.

that was the most important thing for me. every person that starts learning

the language is someone who is helping to keep the language alive

and safe for the future, especially with people of Wales

we have a responsibility

to keep the language safe for the future

it's our language, why not use it?

right then, I've spoken enough for now. i've got to say a big thanks

to everyone that has helped me over the year.

there are too many to mention by here

so, yeah. I'll try

if I have forgotten about you. I've got to say, I'm so sorry

I;ve got to say thanks a lot to Lara, my beautiful wife

for putting up with me over the year

Aran and Iestyn for being a big help

my friends down Y Cwps.

my friends from "Siop Y Pethe" like: Emily,

Heulwen, Aled, Lowri, Marc

and also the best Gog in the world: Llio

I couldn't understand any peopl from the North until I met Llio

now, they're just so easy. Finally thanks a lot

Wow, He Is A True Hero.

Let's Show Him Our Support.

Inspiring Wounded War Veteran Opened A Business For The Sole Purpose Of Employing Other Vets.

These days, it is hard to find someone as resilient and inspiring at Bobby Henline,

a veteran who survived a devastating explosion in 2007.

The tragic incident killed the rest of the men in his Army vehicle in Iraq, and burned

more than 38 percent of his body.

He will be left with the physical and emotional scars of that incident for the rest of his

life.

"I was in the lead vehicle," Henline recalls.

"The only thing I remember is having coffee that morning."

Within 72 hours, the staff sergeant was inside the specialized burn unit at Fort Sam Houston

in Texas.

That is where he began a long and painful treatment process, and lost part of his left

arm to amputation.

Today, after nine years and 40-plus surgeries, the 44-year-old has made it his mission to

show his gratitude by opening a restaurant that will employ other veterans and serve

the community.

"I'm trying to give back," Henline told reporters at PEOPLE.

"This is a great way to do it, through empowerment and food."

Henline is in the process of raising capital to fund the restaurant, and is asking for

between $130,000 and $300,000 thousand.

He has already raised tens of thousands of dollars on his GoFundMe page.

1 year of Learning Welsh - 1 blwyddyn o ddysgu Cymraeg - Duration: 15:41.

Hello everyone, what's happening?

Well, today will be a day of celebration because today my channel's birthday!

(How to celebrate)

and that means that I have been learning for

1 year

I couldn't believe it when I was looking back and trying to work out when I started my channel

but yeah, i can't believe it myself

well, a lot of things have happened since I starte with the language

i've made lots of friends since learning the language

a lot of good friends who know me only as a Welsh speaker

SIAWNS AM GEM?!

so, to speak..

English with any of them would feel weird to tell the truth

I couldn't imagine back then just what type of effect

the language would have on my life

you don't realise you when you start with Welsh

I can remember thinking "Right. I want to learn Welsh as quickly as possible"

and also, I want to be

as fluent as possible in a short time

but I just couldn't imagine how things are now

We moved to Aberystwyth in February and that was great for us

just to get the chances to use the language every day

and that made things so easy

when Lara and I decided

to try and live our lives totally through Welsh

I've had loads of highlights

over the year also.

I was on Radio Cymru three times (I meant to say S4C - No idea what I was thinking here!)

Alun: Nicky originally comes from Rhondda Valley

Alun: and he has succesfully learnt Welsh

Alun: in five months

Nicky: it's a lovely town to be honest. I;ve been coming here

Nicky: since I was young for holidays

Nicky: with my family. We just decided...

Nicky: ...to live here. I can't explain it any better than that!

I was on Radio Cymru a couple of times also

Menter Iaith Maldwyn asked me to come and give a presentation

to them in order to help other learners

and that was pretty special for me.

And also, last week - Parallel.cymru asked me

to write an article for them

about my journey learning the language

and that was cool also.

So, maybe, right now would be a good time to speak about

what I did to learn the language in a short time

1. First thing. I used "Say Something in Welsh"

on my mobile phone and also on my laptop

now, I know that

sometimes I sounds like an advert

for Say Something in Welsh - but I just canot say how excellent it is

I have used

of methods for learning languages

If it's available, then I have tried it out

but until trying out Say Something. I had never found anything that..

..was totally right for me

I found that things like "Michel Thomas"

were good to start

..languages. But it was

a bit too easy. It's good if you want to know

how to ask for drinks in a bar

or ask for help in a hotel when you're on holidays

but not much more

When I was trying "pimsleurs" out, I was finding the course just so slow

I can remember doing German with Pimsleurs

and after 15 lessons I was still..

doing things like... "I want to eat something" or

"I want to drink something"

y'know? "Say Something"is just so fast

after 15 lessons of "say something"

I was able to say things like

"I met someone in a pub last night who knows your sister-in-law" or

"I've got a son in his 30s who works for the local council"

y'know? which are

quite difficult for someone who is just starting

learning the language

but they're just so useful

because they give you more confidence

that you're actually learning useful Welsh.

not just.. y'know? "I have a rabbit"

"I have a dog" "I have a headache"

"i like football and riding my bike down the park"

things like that? y'know? I cannot recommend "say something" enough

if you want to learn Welsh, there is nothing better than that

trust me. absolutely nothing at all

2 is... surround yourself in the language.

Welsh is a small language to tell the truth. We've got one TV channel - S4C

there's not a lot of Welsh on YouTube to tell the truth

but yeah, you've just got to take advantage what is out there.

when we were starting to learn. Lara and I were

watching childrens programmes like: Hafod Haul,

Fireman Sam, Tref a Tryst also.

and that was a good thing for us

because... well I know that a lot of people

disagree with using childrens programmes when you're learning

but they're just so useful - after...

y'know? after a couple of months of watching things like Hafod Haul

we started to move on to watch things like:

Pobol y Cwm, Hansh

Bore Da and Heno

and other things like that Listen to the radio also.

Radio Cymru is great because they do a good mix

of music,

chat and news

and people like Owain Tudor, Tommo, Garry Owen

what's the other guys name?

HUW STEPHENS!

People like that just make interesting shows

and also, don't worry about understanding everything straight away

no-one expects that at all

when I was starting, I was using the radio as a way

of hearing the language in real-life

at the start, y'know - you understand 1 or 2 words.

(phone beep) you move on a bit and you start to understand

2 or 3 words and before

you realize, you can understand everything - just out of nowhere

trust me

3 is.. use your welsh everywhere.

now, it's so, so, so

important that Welsh becomes a normal part

of your life. So start using

it straight away. Over Facebook, Over Twitter.

over Instagram

over everything. over snapchat

over everything - over everything

when i started using Welsh over facebook

I was finding that it people came out of the woodworks

people I had known for ages, who were Welsh speakers forever.

but, I didn't realise

and they will be so useful to you

Also, I have to say that I lost a couple of friends - to be honest

because some people had had a guts full of me speaking Welsh everywhere

and unfortunately you have to expect things like that

but... y'know? who cares?

not me.

*BURN*

In the last year, I have to say that I have had

lots and lots of support from people

99% of people have been excellent with me

and for that I have to say "Thanks a lot to you all"

I really, really mean it...but

you always get one dickhead

and I remember one man who wasn't quite nice with me

when I was starting

if you've seen my first video - I was learning for something like 2 and a half weeks.

and I must say, looking back now...

yeah - I wasn't much good.

but for two and a half weeks?

in my opinion... I wasn't bad?

everyone liked that video. everyone except one guy

he saw that video and sent a message to me saying:

"WELL IT WASN'T GREAT

YOU GOT A LOT OF WORDS WRONG YOU GOT A LOT OF WORDS IN THE WRONG ORDER

*foam at mouth* YOU ALSO USED "DW I'N" A LOT AND DW I'N ISN'T

WHAT WE DO!? Y'KNOW!?! YOU;RE FROM THE RHONDDA YOU'RE FROM THE SOUTH

YOU';RE SUPPOSED TO USE "RWY'N" EVERYONE IN THE RHONDDA USES "RWY'N"

NO-ONE USES "DW I'N"

ITS A GOG THING

"Y;KNOW SO YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG"

"AND I DON'T THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA, YOU HAVING THIS CHANNEL"

"AND I DON'T THINK IT'S GOING TO GET YOU ANYWHERE" "AND YOU PROBABLY SHOULD JUST GIVE UP"

"IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT AS A CHILD - YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET IT NOW"

Good friend yeah? I didn';t let that stop me

to tell the truth - people like that

are just dickheads - don't worry about them

four...

4 is: speak with other people.

now, speaking with other people is the most important thing

"say something"is great

but you have to start chatting with other people

if you live in Wales, it just so easy

when I lived in the valleys, I went to the local Welsh shop

and I went to the local Welsh pub.

just to find chances to use the language (i don't know what's wrong with me?)

even in places like Newport and Monmouth

where not a lot of people speak Welsh

you can go to things like "clwb cloncs" over the place

where people meet weekly in order to speak with other learners

and if you live outside of Wales, why not use Skype?

I;ve got friends right over the world, in places like:

America

Germany, Canada

Argentina, Netherlands - and all of them

I know through Welsh. They are all excellent

with the language also. That was key to my success

to tell the truth, just speaking the language

at every chance you can get

5 is: don't be scared at all

now, I know a lot of people who can speak great Welsh

but they're just too scared to chat for some reason: for example

I met a woman in "Siop y Pethe" a couple of months ago

who had been learning Welsh through night classes

for years - but

she was just great with the language but she had not spoken

with anyone outside of the class or "clwb clonc"

I asked her why?

and she said she wasn't confident enough

for some reason. and whats the point of that?

why learn the language at all? go out and speak with people.

fuck it! no-one cares if you say things wrong

or if you have to use English words in order to get the message over

or something. bloody hell!

ask my friends about me. I'm guilty of using English words

all of the time and also don't be afraid

of making mistakes the more mistakes you make

the better off you are going to be trust me

speaking with other people is the only way to improve, to tell the truth.

and you will speak, how people speak on the street

no-one says things like "rydw i'n" (I am) and things like that

like the books say - and real people use things like

well, my favourite thing is...

"i watched" "i watched football last night"

"i watched X Factor on SATURDAY"

"i watched YouTube on the weekend" y'know?

it's not in any dictionary at all

but real people use it

so, yeah! without speaking with other people

you'll be "textbook Welsh" or something like that

a bit boring isn't it?

your language will develop with time. look at me.

I'm a Rhondda boy, right, right, right in the south. but i learnt

from a man from Llandysul

so, I say "Milk", not "milk", or "milk" (i feel this subtitle doesn't really tell the whole story)

but, because I live in the Midlands now (Mid Wales, that is!)

I have found myself starting to say Gog things.

like "with", "i have"

and "Like", sometimes

my friend Llio is at fault for that

but yeah, let your language grow with everything

I'm still a hwntw, really.

I can remember after giving a presentation in Powys

and a guy said to me

"you don't sound like a Rhondda boy to tell the truth. You sound more like.."

.....Proper Cardi"

so, yeah

English - I'm a Rhondda scumbag

Welsh - Proper Cardi. I'll take that

6 is: keep the language alive.

that was the most important thing for me. every person that starts learning

the language is someone who is helping to keep the language alive

and safe for the future, especially with people of Wales

we have a responsibility

to keep the language safe for the future

it's our language, why not use it?

right then, I've spoken enough for now. i've got to say a big thanks

to everyone that has helped me over the year.

there are too many to mention by here

so, yeah. I'll try

if I have forgotten about you. I've got to say, I'm so sorry

I;ve got to say thanks a lot to Lara, my beautiful wife

for putting up with me over the year

Aran and Iestyn for being a big help

my friends down Y Cwps.

my friends from "Siop Y Pethe" like: Emily,

Heulwen, Aled, Lowri, Marc

and also the best Gog in the world: Llio

I couldn't understand any peopl from the North until I met Llio

now, they're just so easy. Finally thanks a lot

for subscribing to me

I hope to bring you another year of weird videos

right then everyone: carry on with your Welsh

let me know how you find it

let me know what you think underneath the video in the comments, by here

and also: don't forget to subscribe to me

up

there

and also if you want to watch another video of me

down there

I have to say Merry Christmas to everyone

until the next time

goodbye!

She Holds Husband's Hand As He Takes Final Breath, Then Son Sees Something That Makes Him Gasp - Duration: 3:12.

She Holds Husband's Hand As He Takes Final Breath, Then Son Sees Something That Makes

Him Gasp

All love is special, but sometimes you hear a story of a love so incredible it just takes

your breath away.

Such is the story of the love shared by Raymond and Velva Breuer.

The couple was together pretty much their entire lives.

They grew up in the same town, went to the same one-room primary school, and graduated

from the same high school.

Raymond was smitten with Velva from the start, though he had a little trouble showing her

at first.

At a celebration of their 77th anniversary in January, Raymond told a reporter that in

fourth grade he tried to get Velma's attention by sticking her with a poker from the fireplace

of their schoolhouse.

He didn't realize it was hot and it left her with a scar that she carried for the rest

of her life.

Despite the rocky start, in 1940 they were finally married.

"She married me to get even with me," Raymond joked.

The Breuers happily spent the rest of their lives side-by-side, raising six children together

– four boys and two girls.

Over the years they also welcomed 18 grandchildren and so many great- and great-great-grandchildren

that no one in the family has an accurate count of how many there are!

Though their lives may not have made newspapers or magazines, everyone who knew them was struck

by the love they had for each other, their family, and for God.

"They would always hold hands and sit in the front-row pews of the church," said

Missouri State Representative Cheri Reisch, who knew the couple well.

"They never left each other's side.

It was true love."

While both of their minds stayed sharp as they entered their 90s – something their

children attribute to the fact that both were avid readers – they bodies started to decline.

They moved into Boone Landing Retirement Community where Raymond held weekly Bible studies and

slept on a cot next to Velma's bed so they never had to be apart.

He even joked that they should be buried together.

"Dad told one of the nurses before he passed, that if they went close together, that they

should just be buried together, in the same casket," their son, Bobby Breuer, said.

Little did he know that little joke would foreshadow things to come.

On August 4, as he held his bride's hand, Raymond passed away peacefully to eternity.

Just 30 hours later, Velma joined him.

Raymond was 97 and Velma was 96.

As the family began to plan the funeral, they remembered what their dad had said about them

being buried together.

Even though he had said it as a joke, the family began to think that it would be the

perfect way for them to go.

"[O]ther people heard it and we asked the funeral director," Bobby said.

"Mother was a very small woman, and Dad wasn't that big."

At the funeral, the pair was placed side-by-side in the same coffin, their hands intertwined.

While their family is heartbroken to say goodbye, they know this is exactly how Raymond and

Velma would have wanted it.

They spent almost a century living and working together; how appropriate that they should

spend all of eternity together as well.
