" The brave admission that Inglis still has to take steps to keep himself in a positive frame of mind comes after an incredibly tough year for him in 2017
After being sidelined for the season with a ruptured ACL, Inglis struggled to cope without his usual routine driven by the full-time demands of being a professional NRL player
That eventually led to a stint in a mental health rehabilitation facility after he checked himself in last May
Inglis has since become a strong advocate for speaking up when you're doing it tough, pushing the message that 'it ain't weak to speak'
"I didn't really want to speak out, but I took it upon myself that I had to," Inglis said in an interview last year
"It was weighing on my family, I wasn't feeling right in myself, so I wanted to get in there and seek the help that I needed
" .It was taught at a very young age, toughen up and play on and just get on with it
"For me to put my hand up, it had a lot of weight on my family about the mood I was in at home, so I decided there and then — the week leading into the Anzac Test in Canberra — that I wanted to seek help

hey there I am sharing 19 ish life hacks today on my Laurie pop channel
ideas that pop these tips and tricks are life hacks that I've picked up along the
way from other friends from researching and from just solving problems on my own
these are life hacks that will help you with travel life hacks for the kitchen
life hacks for cleaning and life hacks in or around your home so let's pop
into my 19 ish life hacks video the number one life hack that I have for you
today is to buy a handbag or a purse that has a light colored fabric on the
inside of your purse I found this purse life hack from a friend Shawn and she
says so when you are looking for things in that never-ending black hole in the
bottom of your purse if it is a dark fabric it's gonna be harder and take
more time to find something the second life hack for you is from my friend Desneige
and my friend Carrie if you are shredding chicken for a crowd or a
casserole or tacos you boil all your chicken breasts and then you throw in
like two or three chicken breasts into a stand up kitchen mixer and just shred
them with the regular cookie dough paddle for about one minute and it
shreds that chicken perfectly another life hack for the kitchen is to use an
apple slicer to slice a raw baked potato or like a red potato like I'm using I
highly recommend cutting off the base of your potato so that it can stand up tall
in the Apple slice blade does not have to go through the peeling on the bottom
you can tell that I am trying to like break off the raw pieces of potato
because my blade did not go all the way through but another quick hack for the
kitchen this next life hack is going to help you get through security at the
airport with peace of mind and a little faster hopefully when you get your email
with your boarding pass that's gonna get you through security with your handbag
in your carry-on suitcase what you do is you take a screenshot of that email with
the scanning part that you're going to show TSA and the way you take a
screenshot is you hold down the home button and then you hold the side button
the single button on the side and you click at the same time and it's
gonna take a photo of everything on that screen and that way when you go through
security through the TSA section you just show them that photo and you will
not spend time in security thumbing through and scrolling through emails or
hoping that you can get Wi-Fi we are an airline family so don't miss any of my
travel videos so my LauriePOP Channel I did make a travel hack video and I will
link it here there are 23 travel hacks and in that
movie one subscriber left me a comment well under that that movie a subscriber
left me a comment that they used a coat hanger from the closet of the hotel room
to hold the curtains together in a little slice in between the curtains
where the light just brightly shines in your hotel room in the morning that
solves it this life hack is for your closet and
it comes from a fellow youtuber named Benrazi I will link him below because
he has a couple of life hacks for work wear but one that I like for the closet
is to use a rubber band that you find around your house and wrap it around the
end of a coat hanger and when you have those tops that have really wide scoop
necks that barely hang on your hanger or stay on your hanger you just use that
and it helps them stay hung on the hanger my friend Tammy sells essential
oils and her life hack that she gave me is to use one drop of rosemary onto a
cotton ball and just throw the cotton ball in the base of your trash can
before you put a plastic baggie in and it I don't know what it is but it it
makes it smell fresh when you walk by like you just clean the bathroom and you
have that pine-sol or you just clean the whole kitchen you have that kind of pine
sol smell but it's not like you walk into the kitchen then you smell rosemary
or pine-sol or something like that it's just this fresh clean scent that you
have instead of food or just weird aromas when we move to Houston three
years ago we cannot wait to have fresh guacamole with avocados that were just
picked yesterday in Mexico or somewhere near here
but there is a life hack to figuring out how to pick the greenest avocado
Barefoot Contessa Worthy green avocados every time when you're in the store you
pop off the little stem section of the avocado and if it is really light like
green or if it has just a few brown spots on it that means it's gonna be
green every time you cut it open if it is brownish or grayish you are gonna
have a bruised avocado so now you know we love making fathead pizza crusts now
and on it we slather on basil from a tube of basil in the produce section of
your grocery store it's already chopped up for you and it is in that tube well
then when you get to the bottom it's hard to squirt all of it out or squeeze
all of it out so I just snip it across you can get a good two tablespoons of
that pesto tasting basil that's also a life hack for your lotion bottles in the
bathroom when you have a stand up bottle it is so hard for the lotion to get to
the top of that lotion bottle so I just used some really strong kitchen scissors
and cut it across and you know what you have like three weeks worth of lotion in
the base of this bottle so you are saving yourself money with this life
hack this other life hack is from frugal Miss Julie on Instagram she used a mug
holder and turned it into a bracelet holder I think that is so clever this
life hack is for when you were washing your hair get your hair completely
soaking wet and then with your shampoo put it on the base of your head that's
where most of the water is so all the suds are gonna start from here and
you'll have a much more bubbly sudsier hair washing experience take it from me
with this life hack I about ruined these tassels on this super cute top I had to
cut them in half because I washed my tassels and my shirt together in the
sink and you when you watch your tassel or a top with tassels don't wash the
tassels wash the shirt in the sink but keep these out if you need to wash your
tassels put them under the water and keep going like this to help the water
go through it or the suds to go through it
so that it keeps its shape it just looks like an unruly hairdo or something
anyway I don't like it now anyway take it from me by the way my name is Laurie

yourself this life hack has to do with makeup I was visiting my friend Noel
last week and I noticed that she too uses a Beauty Blender to apply her
foundation and when you do that they're a little wet you're supposed to get them
wet and like squeeze out all the liquid and then you have to store them
somewhere everyday and so she was throwing hers in her medicine cabinet
and then when I got home I remembered and I cannot remember who I got this
life hack from I will try to find it and link it below but anyway you store them
in the plastic Easter egg is that not so brilliant and cute I have been using
this makeup for about three or four months and I made a foundation video for
women over 40 but you can see the top is all goopy but the main negative I have
about this foundation is that it left this sticky tape where the lid like when
I opened it they had a tape all the way around the seal and when I tore the tape
off which took forever it came off like in tiny tiny skinny
strips there was all this goop left around the lip of this and the makeup is
also nasty so I'm wiping off the foundation but I found lazy budget chef
she suggested a life hack trick to remove this sticky residue left from
tape-on products and you use a cotton ball and some alcohol and just rub it
out and you can see that with with some Elgar elbow grease it really does come
off I really like that idea another life hack from her is to dip a cotton ball in
alcohol and then rub away if you get permanent marker on clothes and I didn't
have that and I didn't want to test it but that's an idea if you would like
another life hack my husband works for a Houston airline so I also have lots of
travel videos so don't miss those but he uses this gum container which is made of
high quality plastic he them to hold these little USB things for
your home so this is a life hack for your home that you could use awesome
storage and it's sealed another life hack for you is to store in your glove
compartment of your car your health insurance card copy so just take a
picture print it out of your health insurance card not I'm not talking about
your proof of insurance for driving I'm talking about your health insurance card
because if God forbid you're in an awful accident that insurance card is there as
well and then when they call your insurance or your doctor they will have
your emergency contact numbers with them like I said earlier I made a travel
hacks video and one of my subscribers left a comment saying to store in your
sports bra when you are traveling abroad money so you have your cash but each
little padding area of a sports bra has an open area so when you are packing it
in your suitcase you can put that money in the inside that would be against your
skin anyway store it in there and your suitcase to hide your money when you
travel abroad and another life hack is to when you're wearing your sports bra
in another country keep that money back in there because the pickpocketers can't
reach in there hopefully not let's see that's right
there but it won't be seen you can't even see the crease of the money because
of the great sports bra padding super lifehack thank you my fellow subscriber
this life hack I got from Brenda Kinsel who got it from Northwest mountain
living gal her name is Cheryl and I will link both of those below they're
fantastic for fashion over 40 and 50 and 60 anyway if you have a shirttail that
is way long and you just you don't want to wear a belt you something doesn't
work this life hack for your long shirt is to just punch up the base of the
shirttail and slide it through one of the belt loops this is a great life hack
for your closet another subscriber from my travel hacks video suggested using
the new free newspaper that gets thrown onto your driveway
to use that bag to store your shoes in when you're traveling inside your
suitcase another life hack that most of you have heard of is to stick a lemon
wedge down in your disposal and run it for a few seconds but you can also do
that with coffee beans just throw them down in there if you don't have a lemon
flight attendants on the airplanes will see you'll see sometimes when you go
into the lavatory they'll have the coffee filter with the
beans already ground up in there just hanging on the little coat rack in the
lavatory of the airplane and it helps absorb strange smells it doesn't give
you the smell of coffee but it absorbs a lot of strange smells that you have in

#1 - Social aversion.
Introverted narcissists do not like to be around people.
The reason is simply because they are afraid of not being noticed.
Rejection is not on their dictionary, and that is why they hate people most of the time.

When they do, they use humble words just to lift them up.

And welcome to another episode of the Weekly Wednesday Webshow, an internet show where
we dress up like Spider-Man and talk about things that are happening on the World Wide Web.

So, on this week's episode, we're going to be going over IGTV.
Now, if you're wondering, 'what is IGTV?', it's an extension of Instagram.
It's a new app but you can also watch the videos in the Instagram app.
And IGTV is allowing longer videos than Instagram allows.
So Instagram allowed 1 minute videos and IGTV currently allows anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes
and they're planning on releasing up to a full hour feature soon.
What is IGTV used for?
Well it's basically the same thing you'd be doing on YouTube or Facebook except for their
videos are in a vertical format, so more like Snapchat videos or selfie videos as opposed
to the regular videos you're used to seeing on other platforms.
In this week's episode, we're going to show you a piece of content we made for IGTV where
Spider-Man, or in this case Spider-Girl, unboxes her tickets to Comic Con 2018.

so I have to apply lower liners
combine both upper and lower liners

some people they have wide-spaced eyes
where both eyes are slightly wide
they shouldn't add shimmers
but add liners at the corner instead
