This year, VidCon was held, wich is a gigantic YouTube event
Where the YouTubers and their fans can meet together
and also the YouTubers and the experts held stage performances.
This year's VidCon, YouTube held a Keynote
where they are presented a lot of new and interesting features
This is "INSIDE - The YouTube Explorer"
and in this video, I show you the new YouTube features.
* INTRO *
Before I start the video, I want to thank the "Banggood.com" webshop
for supporting the channel with a green screen kit.
I really want this (for months), and I was very happy, when they are contact me.
Unlike other websites, they are sent me this very quick (to Hungary)
It was about 2 weeks.
In the description, you can find links
and you can visit the website, where you can search or buy what you want.
If many people click the links, and they see that you are an active audience
maybe later they will make an another cooperation with me
So thank everyone, if you click the links!
Now the ad is over, so let's start the video!
More than 1.9 billion users visit YouTube every month
in nearly 90 countries and 80 different languages.
The YouTube Keynote was about to show what new features will try to increase content creator's earnings and viewers access.
And now I will talk about them in detail.
I think you saw that, many channels have the "Sponsorship" function.
Wich means that the viewers can pay a small fee ($4.99) every month (to a YouTube channel)
And they can get unique badges and emotes (related to that channel)
And they can access posts under the "Community Tab" directed to them.
Also the content creator can make live streams or videos to them.
The rewards are different in every channel.
The "Sponsors" can see their names green at the live streams chat.
And they can use the unique emojis here.
The YouTube is cut off 30% (and the Local Traffic Taxes) from the "Sponsorhip" revenue.
But if someone is at a Multi Channel Network, they can also cut off from this revenue.
The "Sponsorhip" (or Channel Membership) costs $4.99
But later, this can be changed.
This function was in beta mode, and only the gaming channels can access it,
but now, every channel (wich is reached 100.000+ subscribers) can turn on this funtion.
YouTube sees that a lot of channels have a merchandise shop,
and YouTube wants to help these YouTubers
with that they will add soon a shop system
and the fans can buy merch from the YouTube App or website
YouTube teamed up with "Teespring", wich is a merch manufacturing company.
Right now there is 20 different products, and the YouTubers can make graphics to them.
This function will be released in a couple of months,
and only U.S. based channel can access it with over 10.000+ subscribers
Content creators want to engage their audience,
YouTube made a new function, called "Premieres",
wich means that, if a YouTuber upload a video,
they will not release immediately.
But they can schedule a live stream,
where they can view that video with their fans.
This can be good for audience retention
and also this is good for channels that are not making live streams,
because they (and their audience) can take advantages from the "Membership" and the "Super Chat" function.
The "Premieres" function can be access by channels wich reaced the 10.000+ subscribers.
This function does not affect our country (Hungary), but It can reach us about 5 years later, as it used to be.
So this function called "Ticketing"
and It's purpose to help the bigger music channels and their audience,
because they can buy tickets for the artists' concerts.
YouTube teamed up with the "Ticketmaster" ticket office, and they will handle this system.
This function is only access by U.S. Music Channels.
Channels, wich reached 10.000+ subscribers, can put "Stories" to YouTube.
The "Stories" are few second long, low-grade, vertical videos
That's all I can say about this.
The viewers can access this function in the YouTube App, at the "Subscriptions" tab.
And near to this video's end, I have some toughts about this whole YouTube Keynote.
The YouTube's purposes with these functions is that,
if someone came to this place, they will not go to any other websites.
YouTube tries to integrate other social media websites' functions,
and the interesting thing is that, other social media sites also try to integrate the YouTube's functions
The functions that I show you in this video, exists on other platforms
Right now if a YouTuber is on Facebook or Instagram,
and wants to move with this age's expectations and with these new functions
and want satisfy their audience's needs,
they will need to post twice more.
Because if they post to Facebook, they need to post that to YouTube's "Community Tab",
if they are put a story to Instagram, they need to put that to YouTube's "Stories",
also Instagram lauches their new service, called "IGTV",
so if someone put a video to YouTube, they can publish it to IGTV.
I hope you could follow this thread.
So this video is over, thanks for watching!

E.ON: edie live May 2018 Michael Lewis - Duration: 9:41.
hello and welcome back to our Mission Possible sofa here at edie live the
eagle-eyed among you will spot that this isn't matt mesas our content director
Luke Nichols I guess I'll be playing the role of Graham Wilson for the next five
or ten minutes in on a big red chair we have Michael Lewis the chief executive
of E.ON UK hello so thanks very much for joining us at the show don't suppose
this is an interview format you're particularly used to with people walking
past things like that but I mean what beyond just the
opportunity to sit on the Mission Possible so but what brought to you here
is really like to anything I think it's a great opportunity to showcase what E.ON
now is you may be aware E.ON fundamentally changed as an
organisation over the last three years we've moved from being a vertically
integrated energy company with a diverse range of generation technologies fossil
fuels included and we've moved to a customer-focused company that is about
solving energy problems in the new world split off our fossil fuel generation and
it's now about bringing sustainable energy solutions to our customers
whether they be domestic customers or business customers and that's where we
want to focus and that's why we want to showcase the new business and the
services we can offer great and you certainly had some really great input
and when it comes to this conversation around achieving a sustainable future in
edie's Mission Possible report which has been published just this week so I
wanted to just get from in your words because you contributed that report but
I wanted to just find out from you what does kind of Mission Possible look like
for E.ON's what does a sustainable future mean for energy at E.ON what we did in
the past was spent a lot of time and effort using our skills and capabilities
to drive down the cost of renewable energy we started investing large sums
of money around about 10 years ago we have a target to reduce the cost of
renewable energy we hit those targets and we delivered large volumes of
onshore wind offshore wind and solar projects now the problem is about
decarbonizing transport and decarbonizing heating and that's why
we're now focusing downstream on the customer end so we want to really drive
decarbonization of heating through various energy solutions and develop a
much more personalized relationship with our customers rather than just selling
energy we want to sell a sustainable energy solution if it's personal to the
customer whether that be providing energy efficiency advice products right
heat pumps and smart thermostats or advice on how to make better use of
their industrial processes from an energy perspective so that's what it's
all about now is decarbonizing other parts of the economy having delivered
low-cost renewable energy upstream and it's taught about the kind of I
guess the economy oh there's a lot of businesses around here today this is the
show is aimed at kind of end user businesses end user of energy and I
wanted to pull up one of the quotes from the report actually that you contributed
to the Mission Possible report because you said in that that you're still
surprised by the number of businesses that are yet to realize the full
potential of managing energy in a small sustainable way so can you expand on
that I mean what is it that surprises you what would you like to see business
is doing well I think large businesses who use a large amount of energy
obviously have a very professional approach to this and look at how much
they're using because it's very much a bottom-line issue I think more and more
businesses are realizing even relatively small business is that using energy more
wisely not only enhances their brand and their marketing and we see that various
business is moving toward a more sustainable energy system but also it
can save costs for them and I think what we'd like businesses to do is really
focus on energy not just as a sustainability issue but as a cost issue
as well and we can help them drive better solutions both long term and
short term and contribute to their bottom line and I think what sort of
gains most of the respect about what you say there is this is I mean this is
something you're really genuinely passionate about isn't it it's an area
that I mean environment and sustainability it's something that you
started your career in that indeed I I started way back in in 1993 with
Powergen as it then was which was a cold our generation company and I started as
an environmental specialist which was all about trying to reduce the
environmental impact of our activities and at that time it was very much about
mitigating the effects and that morphed over time into strategically changing
the business or at least making a contribute a contribution to changing
the business so yes it's absolutely something I've been passionate about for
many years yeah what was it then encouraged you then to make that move
over from the environmental kind of back side of the business to the kind of
commercial decision making so I think it was really you could see that with with
Kyoto in the late 90s and the drive to decarbonize the economy that this is
something a coal-fired power generation company had to take seriously as a
strategic issue not just as a short-term issue to mitigate the effects it was
going to fundamentally change the business and that's indeed what happened
and that's why I felt it was important to understand those strategic challenges
and move into the more commercial space to help shape it yeah and I imagine you
had to learn a lot more about the commercial the ways to kind of have that
conversation absolutely it was a very steep learning curve and a lot of
learning around finance and strategy and so on and so forth from my engineering
background yeah well we hear it so much to me from our audience that you know in
order to get boardroom Byam for any sustainability initiative you need to go
in then understanding the commercial side of whatever other project is that
you're trying to get by at all yeah so I'm aware we were about to go you and
I are about to go on to the keynote stage and have a longer discussion over
there so but I did just have a couple more questions one was actually around
there was another other points that was made in the report to touch to know just
now around I mean you said in the report the mission is by no means accomplished
you again mentioned transport in that as an area that needs to be kind of pushed
towards and also kind of on-site renewables and potential use with
storage and things like that and I mean we hosted another event last
week at BMWs plant in Oxford and we had a round table there with a lot of energy
managers in how sustainability fleet managers and the feedback from them on
that sort of how do we decarbonize transport was that is not quite ready
yet the industry whether it's infrastructure that needs to be
developed or the costs that are kind of much higher proportionate leads so kind
of traditionally fuel vehicles vehicles the same can be said perhaps around
energy storage perhaps still being quite a high-cost technologist isn't quite
there so I guess the question is this a little bit of a million-dollar question
but where does the responsibility lie with this when you want to accelerate
the transition and I'm a business and I want to do it but perhaps it feels like
the markets not quite ready for me to do it why can what is happen I think
phenology if you look at where renewable energy was 12 years ago a lot of
different technologies unproven some of them very expensive and what the
government did was set a strong regulatory direction clear targets at
the clear incentives to invest in the technology with a long term perspective
it doesn't mean to say the policy was set in tablets of stone it adjusted over
time but the point is we have the confidence to invest a large amount of
capital and to help drive down the cost of those technologies so I think the
responsibility doesn't lie with any one person in particular it lies with
government and industry partnership setting the right regulatory
framework setting the right long-term targets and allowing industry to
innovate around those targets and to drive the adoption of electric vehicles
and for us that means helping to provide the infrastructure both publicly in
public charging places and indeed in the home where we can encourage consumers to
take up charging at home because unlike fossil fire past petrol or diesel most
charging will probably happen at home or or in the office and not on the public
highway but you still need that infrastructure so that people are
confident when they do do long journeys it's there so it's a partnership it's
not about anyone okay and then finally then just to closes off I mean as
someone that has worked in the environment - a side of business for a
number of years I wanted to close by asking for your key pieces of advice
then for sustainability energy managers that might be here at the show that are
perhaps struggling to gain internal buy-in particularly from the board for
you know sustainability or energy project what would your advice to them
my advice would be contact us come and talk to us we can give you really clear
advice about how you can make very quick wins in terms of energy savings and how
that can lead to longer-term solutions and a partnership helped me drive down
your energy costs and improve your long term sustainability well there we go
good advice for Michael Lewis thank you very much for joining us it's been a
pleasure and I look forward to continuing the discussion on the keynote
stage later on - thank you
you

EXTREMELY DEEP CLEANING FRIDGE AND MESSY KITCHEN/ LIMPEZA PROFUNDA DA GELADEIRA E COZINHA BAGUNÇADA - Duration: 15:18.
Hi guys welcome again to my channel.
My name is Jú.
in todays video I wiwll be cleaning my fridge here behind me
and the freezer. It has a freezer.
I will try to clean it, and...
and I wowuld like to say, if you are here for the first time
thanks for being here
and welcome.
and I would like to invite you to subscribe, if you like my channel
for those who are always coming back
thank you so much and God bless you all.
I will start cleaning this fridge
that is so long without being deep cleaned
and to be honest it's really dirty.
and
what I usually do is a quick cleaning.
It's long time a go since I cleaned it
I will show what how I am going to do this.
I bought this at the Action stores.
is a fridge organizer
and this one also
I don't remember the price but it wasn't expensive.
and this for the eggs, because I don't have one.
I will use Baking soda
vinegar
dish-washing liquid
And I also have all purpose cleaner.
I have a sponge
I have also some clothes,
maybe I will need more but right now I have two.
I also Have this bag.
to keep the food in a good temperature.
without saying more I will start cleaning.
Okay guys this is my fridge and my freezer.
and this is my freezer. It has so much ice that the door is not even opening
then I take everything out and put it in the bag, the one I just showed.
And bring to another fridge I have.
and I do the same with top(fridge).
and I take out the shelves
oh look there, Look how this fridge is right now.
then I check the product expiration dates
in this green storage box has all meat products, like ham
and the rest of the products that are no longer good go to the trash
then I turn off the fridge
and because I have this cabinet there, I also take everything out.
here, I'm pouring warm water with a little salt
and place a bowl of with water inside the freezer to speed up the thawing process
and here I am using water, vinegar and dish washing liquid.
and I was everything. all shelves
so, this is almost 20 minutes later, then I take the bowl out the freezer
then I clean
and I use only
only water.... I mean inside, I use water and vinegar.
the I go up, and do the same.
I am using baking soda
to remove stains and bad smell
and the sponge was wet with water and vinegar
if you have a fridge like mine,
often you can disconnect the built-in refrigerator doors from the refrigerator
so that's what I am doing here
so I can clean the doors.
and I am using action all purpose cleaner.
I'm putting the cloth in the water,
rinsing my cloth it
Okay, and here...
hubby was playing music and I couldn't control myself.
I had to dance a little.
as you cane see, I give this rubber a little bit more of my attention.
Because it also gets dirty.
okay guys, during this cleaning I stopped several times. To make the dinner and eat.
I did not spend all the time just cleaning
and here I am organizing all the papers, that belongs in the cabinet on the top of the fridge.
after trying so often to organize the fridge, I decided
to use some transparent plastics....
place mats (anti-slip)
I don't remember the name in Portuguese.
some of these things were slipping from their place
so this place mats was peeking them in place
and also it will avoid scratches
and it also will make it easy to clean
all I will need is take the place mats out
I also use baking soda in my fridge
and I change it every two days
I believe that it takes away the bad smells.
here is my fridge all done.
and this is how it turned out, and I like it.
and then, I decided to film also the kitchen cleaning
that turned so messy, after cooking and cleaning the fridge.
so this is a bonus for you guys.
for the floor I will use this wipes
they are very quick
I have it, but I don't really use it because..
I like to use the traditional way
and that's, water, soap and a mop
and because it was really late, I used this one.
so guys I wanted to show u how I wash
the thing that is used in the sink to close it (sink Stopper )
I wash it daily
because it gets dirty, sometimes we throw the leftover coffee and tea there
and it doesn't take very long to it to become very brown
I am not sure if you can see it.
I always clean it, but sometimes I take it all apart
I make an operation
I take all the pieces, so I can clean it well.
so guys here is my kitchen all clean. I hope you like the video
kisses, bye until next time.

Astros à prova: problemas de Argentina e França ofuscam Messi e Griezmann - Duration: 5:25.
De um lado, o caos. Do outro, a burocracia.
Sinceramente, eu preferia enfrentar a Nigéria – disse o centroavante do Chelsea.

Photo Credits Instagram

CONGRESS JUST DID WHAT TRUMP COULDN'T – JEFF SESSIONS IS DONE - Duration: 12:57.
CONGRESS JUST DID WHAT TRUMP COULDN'T – JEFF SESSIONS IS DONE
GOP lawmakers have had enough of Attorney General Jeff Sessions' nonsense, so they
are finally taking action against him.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC) and his fellow
GOP Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) are giving Sessions' Department of Justice seven days to turn over
the documents that they owe to Congress.
Jordan announced on Wednesday afternoon that he is teaming Meadows to introduce a resolution
that would give the DOJ one week to comply.
"Mark Meadows and I are introducing a resolution that would give the DOJ seven days to turn
over the documents that they owe Congress.
We need to vote on this immediately," Jordan announced on Twitter.
Jordan then called out Sessions' Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
"Rod Rosenstein threatened congressional staff.
When the bully picks on your little brother, you have to respond.
It's time for House Leadership to stand up," Jordan tweeted.
This will also send a brutal message to Sessions, who has defended Rosenstein by saying that
he does not believe he actually threatened staffers.
On Tuesday night, after hearing that Sessions defended his deputy attorney general, Meadows
said that he is "confident" Sessions didn't know "what he was talking about."
"We're fed up with it," Meadows said.
Republicans have clearly had enough of Sessions, and with even President Donald Trump turning
against him, it seems like his days in the Department of Justice may be numbered!
SHARE this story if you want to see Jeff Sessions step down!

Girl's Dress Pattern Walk-through | McCall's 6310 Stitch by Stitch | Whitney Sews - Duration: 13:27.
Hi everyone! I'm Whitney and I post tutorials here on my channel to help sewers of all skill
levels learn new projects and techniques. This week I'll be showing step by step how
to follow along with a pattern to create an adorable dress for my daughter. I'll be using
McCall's 6310, but even if you don't have the same pattern this video will still be
helpful in learning some of the ins and outs of using a sewing pattern.
I chose these three fabrics to work with because Peyton is obsessed with orca whales and asked
me to make something for her with this fabric. I saw this pattern in my stash and noticed
how the bodice looks like the shape of a whales tail where it meets the yolk. So I'm using
view B, but leaving off the applique. The first thing to do is reference the cutting
layouts on the pattern instructions. I didn't follow the recommended layout exactly because
I'm using three fabrics instead of two. But the layout can be really useful to get the
best use out of your fabric yardage. I have a new sewing pattern reading series
coming up where I'll be going over how to read and understand every aspect of a sewing
pattern, so make sure to subscribe and keep your eye out for those
videos. This dress has a lined bodice, so when all
the pieces were cut out I had one bodice front cut on the fold for the outer and one for
the lining, two neckbands from fabric and one from interfacing, two bodice backs for
the outer and two for the lining, one loop piece, one strap piece, one skirt front cut
on the fold, and two skirt back pieces. The pattern markings on each piece needs to be
marked onto the fabric. I used a white charcoal pencil and transferred each circle marking
from the pattern. These marks show where things need to be lined up and where the zipper will
be placed later in the sewing process. The first step in the pattern is to sew the
bodice back sections together at the center seam. So I placed my two outer back pieces
right sides together, then sewed along the side that is marked as the center back seam
with a 5/8 inch seam allowance. Most sewing patterns use a 5/8 inch seam allowance for
all the seams, but double check yours to make sure before you start sewing. Since the bodice
is going to be lined I'm not going to worry about finishing the seams as I go along until
I get to the skirt portion. Now for the loop piece that attaches to the
single strap in the back of the dress. Fold the loop piece in half right sides together
and sew along the long edge. Then trim down the seam allowance so it won't be too bulky
and turn the loop right sides out. Press the piece flat and baste the short ends closed.
These dots on the back pattern show where the loop needs to be positioned for each size.
I place the loop piece between the circles for the size I'm making against the right
side of the bodice back and clip it in place. Flip the pattern over and repeat with the
other end of the loop piece. Then baste the two together inside the 5/8 inch seam area.
Here's how it looks at this point. Now onto the bodice front that was cut on
a fold. Unfold and place right sides together with the bodice back. As you can see there
are markings on the sides that should match up. Sew the two together along the right side
only. The left side is going to be open for inserting a zipper in later.
Make sure the skirt back pieces are placed right sides together and sew along the side
that is marked center back to attach the two together. The back is now one piece, so add
the front piece on right sides together. Sew all the way down the right side and from the
marking down to the bottom on the left side. The top few inches is being left open for
the zipper that will be added later. Make sure to backstitch at the beginning and ending
of each seam as it's sewn. At this point the upper edge of the skirt
needs to be gathered down to fit the bodice. I decided to gather mine by hand, but it can
be done with a sewing machine as well. Then the bodice and the skirt are clipped together.
It's easiest to do this by lining up the ends and seams and clipping there first. Then adjust
the gathers until they are even and look nice. To add the zipper start by sewing the opening
at the top left of the dress with a long stitch length and do not backstitch because these
stitches will be removed later. Press the seam open and lay the zipper on top with the
right side facing down. Line up the end of the zipper tape with the top edge of the dress.
I decided to try using craft clips instead of pins to hold the zipper and it worked really
well. I'll have an Amazon link below where you can find these same craft clips and some
of the other items I love using. Then I simply sew the zipper on down one side across the
bottom and up the other side removing the clips as I go. Then use a seam ripper to carefully
remove the basting stitches that were sewn earlier allowing the zipper to zip and unzip.
The next step is to sew the lining together. It is done the same way as the outer which
is to sew the center back seam and attach the front along the left side. The entire
bottom edge of the lining needs to be turned in by 5/8 inch and pressed as well as the
shoulder edges. Then line up the bodice outer and lining and clip all along the top edge.
Sew along the neck and armholes. Trim the seam allowance down, turn the lining to the
inside and press. Time to work on the neckband. There were two
cut from the fabric and one from interfacing. The interfacing needs to be fused to the back
side of one fabric piece. Press the shoulder edges toward the inside on one of the pieces,
then place right sides together with the other. Then stitch along the two curved edges leaving
the shoulder area unsewn. Cut snips at the inner part of the curve and trim down the
seam allowance then turn it right sides out and press. Mark the center front of the neckband
and of the bodice. Line up the two points so the neckband is overlapping the bodice
by about ¼ inch and pin them in place. Stitch close to the lower edge of the neckband to
attach the two together. Onto the last pattern piece which is the strap.
Fold in half right sides together and sew along the long side. Trim the seam allowance
down so it's less bulky. Then turn it right sides out. Remember how I turned the shoulder
edge of the neckband lining under earlier? That's important now because the strap is
going to get sewn right sides together with just the front part of the neckband. Trim
down the seam allowance and tuck the ends into the little gap between the front and
back of the neckband. Then sew that gap closed with a few handstitches that aren't visible
on the front. Put the other end of the strap through the loop at the back of the dress,
then sew it to the other side of the neckband the same way as the first. All that's left
is to finish off the inside of the dress. So first I hand sewed the lining to the zipper
tape, then hand sewed the bottom of the bodice lining to the seam allowance at the top of
the skirt. And lastly I serged the bottom of the skirt, turned it over the width of
the serger once and sewed the edge down, then turned it over one more time and sewed along
the edge again to form a double fold hem. I am so happy with how this dress turned out
and Peyton loves it! I only had the pattern in one size and it turned out to be a little
big for Peyton, so I just folded the back over and hand tacked it in place. When she
gets bigger I'll just take those hand stitches out to let it back out. Let me know in the
comments if you want more videos like this where I walk step by step through a sewing
pattern and any specific clothing items you want me to make. Make sure you're subscribed
so you don't miss out on my future tutorials and until next time, Happy Sewing!
