Pero si hacemos caso al sentido común, a la terca realidad que regalan la experiencia y la honestidad de los cuatro aspirantes, tendremos que concluir que el mejor y el nuevo Presidente debiera ser José Antonio Meade
Sin embargo, la decisión está en el aire; en manos de caprichosos ciudadanos que si no quieren ver lo que tienen y menos ven lo que pueden perder
Por eso las preguntas: ¿seremos capaces de apostar por el pasado, de coquetear con experiencias como la cubana o la venezolana?, ¿seremos una sociedad que entiende que el puntero en las encuestas no sólo es el más peligroso de los candidatos –como lo reportó la influyente prensa extranjera–, sino que podría llevarnos a la ruina? ¿Negaremos que nunca habíamos llegado a casi cuatro millones de empleos creados en un sexenio; que, como nunca, la expectativa de vida es la más alta; que la inversión externa es la mayor en la historia; que el ingreso por turismo es histórico y que México es el lugar siete del mundo en visitantes; que tenemos el mayor ingreso de la historia por exportación de manufacturas? ¿Desdeñaremos que gracias a reformas como la de telecomunicaciones somos una de las sociedades con el mayor número de ciudadanos con acceso a Internet, en donde la telefonía y los datos representan el menor costo; una sociedad con más automóviles per cápita, con el menor desempleo de los países de la OCDE? Sí, vivimos uno de los momentos más cuestionables en seguridad y violencia
Sin embargo, el puntero en las encuestas no es garantía de mejora en ese rubro. ¿Por qué? Porque cuando gobernó el DF, la misma sociedad que hoy lo tiene en la cresta de las encuestas se movilizó en la manifestación ciudadana más numerosa en la historia, contra la inseguridad, el secuestro, los delitos patrimoniales
¿Qué clase de sociedad somos si a pesar de todas las señales y todas las advertencias –de que habrá "chingadazos", que deambulará "suelto el tigre" y podríamos "ver al demonio"–, votaremos por quien promete llevarnos al populismo de Luis Echeverría y López Portillo, al clientelismo de Chávez y Maduro y que cancela libertades fundamentales como la de expresión? ¿Qué sociedad somos al enmudecer cuando frente a nosotros la claque del puntero presiona a los medios para despedir a los críticos del que encabeza las encuestas? No es caso aislado el de Rubén Cortes, de La Razón
En la mira están todos los críticos del puntero y en algunos hemos sido purgados mediante el linchamiento y la amenaza a los medios
¿Qué sociedad somos cuando callamos ante el penoso espectáculo de Televisa, Azteca, Milenio, Reforma, La Jornada, La Razón y muchos otros medios en donde la línea editorial es la sumisión al dictador que viene? Por lo bajo, periodistas, analistas e intelectuales se avergüenzan, pero en público todos callan; silencio de complicidad

Luego de que se dio a conocer que el Ayuntamiento de Torreón ya pagó con recursos del Fortaseg la mayor parte del costo de los cursos de capacitación para nuevos policías municipales en contratos firmados desde el mes de abril, pero que no se impartieron, este miércoles instructores de la Academia Regional de Seguridad del Centro de Tlalnepantla México supuestamente iniciarían con la Formación Inicial de Aspirantes
Ya se pagaron 4 millones 600 mil pesos para capacitar en esta fase a 200 elementos, pero presuntamente sólo iniciaron con 38
Además de acuerdo con el calendario denominado "Ficha de Validación de Programas de Capacitación del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública para aspirantes", este programa debió comenzar el 28 de mayo y terminar el 25 de noviembre 2018
El desfase es de un mes y el pago realizado ampara un total de 972 horas de instrucción que se tendrán que justificar
La prueba de que la Academia Regional de Seguridad Pública del Centro apenas comenzará a trabajar con aspirantes, fueron las declaraciones del instructor Alberto Cabrera Mérida quien aseguró: "este es el primer grupo de cadetes que estoy capacitando, los cursos son para armamento, conocimiento del armamento, constitución política
es la primera vez que yo vengo a Torreón no había venido. orita tengo a los cadetes de recién ingreso la inicial son 38
trabajo para la Academia Regional de Seguridad del Centro". Ya platicamos con el director de la Academia, caen en puras contradicciones y todo esto está confuso, las personas no saben para que las llamaron y Néstor Villarreal dice que el tampoco sabe"
Carmona González acudió al lugar acompañado por la Notaria Pública Carla Romo Ramírez para que diera fe de lo sucedido
De acuerdo con testimonios de algunos de los asistentes "yo entregue papeles, me hablaron hoy en la mañana porque nos dijeron que nos iban a dar unas clases y aquí estoy"
Otros de los aspirantes aseguraron que han acudido a clases pero no les han pagado la beca y los maestros son gente que les mandan de la Policía Municipal
Debido a la presencia de medios de comunicación, no comenzaron los cursos. Néstor Villarreal Castro advirtió que se retiraran del lugar: "Ya que tomaron fotos y todo, les recomendamos que se vayan por seguridad
Vamos a tratar información importante, cifras, cosas y no pueden estar presentes"
Como nadie se retiró, ordenaron a policías municipales que impidieran el acceso a otras áreas del lugar, habilitado como Academia
En el lugar y también a la espera de funcionarios municipales estuvo Roberto Hernández Rocha quien se dijo Coordinador de la Academia Regional de Seguridad Pública del Centro y expresó: "Nosotros empezamos el día 28, todos los cursos han sido aquí, venimos porque hoy vienen los que apenas se están agregando batallamos en todo el país para que nos aporten a los elementos que pasaron los exámenes de Control y Confianza… la formación de aspirantes son 6 meses
las pruebas de tiro las vamos a hacer en el lugar que marque la Secretaría o en Ramos Arizpe… todos los instructores están certificados"
Asegura que tienen galería fotográfica, lista de asistencia y de calificaciones y exámenes de diagnóstico de todos los elementos a los que se les ha capacitado y así lo harán ante el Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública SNSP

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (apro).- La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) revisará un juicio promovido por Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca, gobernador de Tamaulipas, contra el Consejo de Administración del club de golf Bosques de Santa Fe en la Ciudad de México, acusado de daño moral por discriminación por no permitirle ni a él ni a su esposa practicar ese deporte en sus instalaciones
Hace cinco años, en el 2013, el entonces senador del PAN compró un departamento en ese club, donde también tienen propiedades Alejandro Murat, gobernador de Oaxaca, y Elba Esther Gordillo, exlíder del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación (SNTE)
Para el 2014, el hoy gobernador de la entidad también compró la acción número 434 del club, para usar todas sus instalaciones, incluido el campo de golf
No obstante, el Consejo de Administración de dicho club rechazó su admisión pues alegó que el ser propietario de un departamento no lo convierte automáticamente en accionista, sino que debe ser aprobado como socio, hecho que no ha ocurrido
Ante esa decisión, García Cabeza de Vaca promovió el litigio por presunta discriminación, pero fue rechazado por improcedente según la decisión del ministro presidente de la Corte, Luis María Aguilar
El mandatario tamaulipeco tramitó un recurso de reclamación contra dicha decisión, mismo que hoy fue admitido a revisión por la Corte, cuya Primera Sala dictará la sentencia definitiva

All right, on to today's show, which is from a homeowner who wants to know, "How do I delegate
the responsibilities and how do I know which responsibilities to delegate to get the most
for my money when I'm hiring a house cleaner?"
All right, that is a great question and the answer to that question is it depends on what you need.
Now, I have worked for lots of different customers who had specific needs.
Let's say, for example, that they worked out of their house.
And so because they worked out of their house there were certain days of the week that they
had conference calls, and so they either needed things prepared for those conference calls
or they were having guests over or they were having employee meetings that they needed
specific things for.
So that would mean, "I need the bathrooms tidied up.
I need some food trays prepared, I need the kitchen cleaned."
There were specific things that a regular maintenance service does not provide.
Do you have regular maintenance service?
And if you do, then any franchised house cleaning company in the country or any independent
house cleaner can probably help you, they just come in and do their regular routine and leave.
But if you have a specific set of requirements or you have a specific set of chores ...
And with the house cleaning business there are a lot of independents that do a variety of
different tasks and they also upsell their services.
So what you might consider doing is, how many of your chores are you not good at?
And the chores don't necessarily have to be just house cleaning.
I suggest that you sit down and you take a big inventory of what are you doing on a daily basis.
Does that include laundry?
Is that grocery shopping?
Do you have a post office box where you have to go pick up your mail?
Do you have dry cleaning that you have to pick up?
Do you have groceries delivered or do you go do the grocery shopping yourself?
Do you have house cleaning that you have to do?
Do you have landscaping?
Is there something special that your landscaping needs, like fertilizer or weeding your garden?
Are there different chores or tasks that maybe you once did that now you'd like to outsource?
It really comes down to how much time do you have in the course of a day and how much are
you willing to outsource.
So what you have to decide is how much is your time worth and if your time is worth,
let's just make something up, let's say $50 an hour, if your time is worth $50 an hour
and you are trying to get more stuff done or you're trying to fit in more billable hours
to your client, then what you may want to do is hire a service that for $30 can come
in and take off some of those tasks off your plate, which frees you up then to do the higher-volume
tasks and the higher-value tasks for your business.
So it's a really great way to stop and just take a look and say, "Hey, I'm no good at
cleaning my own shower.
Let's put the bathroom on that to-do list.
I'm no good at doing my own grocery shopping because it's not a good or the best use of
my time," put that on your list.
And you can just draw a line down the page and say, "Is this for me?
Is this for someone that I can hire?" and delegate as many of those things.
Once you've put those in a delegate task list then you can start finding people that will
match those requirements.
Now, one of the most beautiful things that has happened in the last few years, with the
advent of the internet and people doing business all across the world, is that you can hire
a virtual assistant to do a lot of the things for you.
There are tasks even in my business, from a marketing or a social media or a graphic
design or a web design or transcription service or whatever, that instead of me physically
doing those things, I can outsource those things to someone else.
That frees me up to do the higher-value or the higher-volume tasks.
So my recommendation is don't just think of it in terms of house cleaning, but think of
it in terms all across the board.
Where can you free up the most amount of your time?
And if there's little tasks, even if they're small tasks, because there are companies that
specialize in one area.
For example, I have a transcription service that I hire, they don't do all of my business
work, they only do transcriptions, that's all they do.
And I hire them just to do the transcriptions that become the close captioning for these videos.
That's all they do and so I just outsource that one little task to them.
I have other little tasks that I outsource to other people and they specialize in that
one little task.
So if there are house cleaners in your area that specialize in cleaning bathrooms, maybe
they don't do the whole house, maybe they don't do organization, maybe they don't go
through your refrigerator and pull out all of the outdated food and the outdated food
from your pantry, maybe they don't do that stuff, maybe they just make your bathroom shine.
I would outsource that task to them and let them do what they do best.
Once you have decided what chores you can outsource, that will help you determine who
you're going to hire.
Because if what you need is just general maintenance cleaning and you're not specific about it,
any company will do.
But the more specific you are, the more specific of companies you can hire that specialize
in that one area, and that's where your biggest savings is going to come from.
Instead of having people come in that just do the whole wide variety of things and they
don't do any of it very well, you can outsource it to people that specialize, that are specific
and have their pricing honed and they have their skills honed and you get the best work
for the least amount of money.
But that's going to give you the most amount for your money.
Anyway, that's my two cents for today.

and when you're in sales you are going to encounter a bit of adversity and you
need to persevere through the adversity so it's not enough just to persevere you
have to persevere through adversity which is resilience so resilience is
like a higher order of perseverance now how do you get resilience
you can't take a pill you have to build it you have to step up you have to lean
in and so here's a couple of tips number one is consistently expand your comfort
zone continually do things every day that make you uncomfortable and what
that does is it tells your lizard brain that you're actually kind of cool and
that you can deal with a whole bunch of stuff and the more you push it the
better you become the more resilience you actually built I believe resilience
cannot be taught like I said it you can't pop a pill and it cannot be taught
you can't read it in a book you have to experience it you have to move through
adversity you have to persevere through adversity in life in order to be able to
build a resilience muscle now resilience serves you in a couple of different ways
as a salesperson I remember one week I was accustomed to making sort of two to
three sales a day in order to make my target or exceed my target and this
particular week for five days in a row I worked my butt off and I didn't make one
single cells needless to say by the end of the week I
was a mess I several bottles of wine on a Friday night but that's another story
on Monday I was ready to quit because I've had
enough I was like I can't do this and then eight people that day booked with
me instead of the two or three so what that tells you is that just requires
keeping on moving keeping on moving through adversity it sounds simple
because it is and but it isn't always easy so make sure you work that

Pero si hacemos caso al sentido común, a la terca realidad que regalan la experiencia y la honestidad de los cuatro aspirantes, tendremos que concluir que el mejor y el nuevo Presidente debiera ser José Antonio Meade
Sin embargo, la decisión está en el aire; en manos de caprichosos ciudadanos que si no quieren ver lo que tienen y menos ven lo que pueden perder
Por eso las preguntas: ¿seremos capaces de apostar por el pasado, de coquetear con experiencias como la cubana o la venezolana?, ¿seremos una sociedad que entiende que el puntero en las encuestas no sólo es el más peligroso de los candidatos –como lo reportó la influyente prensa extranjera–, sino que podría llevarnos a la ruina? ¿Negaremos que nunca habíamos llegado a casi cuatro millones de empleos creados en un sexenio; que, como nunca, la expectativa de vida es la más alta; que la inversión externa es la mayor en la historia; que el ingreso por turismo es histórico y que México es el lugar siete del mundo en visitantes; que tenemos el mayor ingreso de la historia por exportación de manufacturas? ¿Desdeñaremos que gracias a reformas como la de telecomunicaciones somos una de las sociedades con el mayor número de ciudadanos con acceso a Internet, en donde la telefonía y los datos representan el menor costo; una sociedad con más automóviles per cápita, con el menor desempleo de los países de la OCDE? Sí, vivimos uno de los momentos más cuestionables en seguridad y violencia
Sin embargo, el puntero en las encuestas no es garantía de mejora en ese rubro. ¿Por qué? Porque cuando gobernó el DF, la misma sociedad que hoy lo tiene en la cresta de las encuestas se movilizó en la manifestación ciudadana más numerosa en la historia, contra la inseguridad, el secuestro, los delitos patrimoniales
¿Qué clase de sociedad somos si a pesar de todas las señales y todas las advertencias –de que habrá "chingadazos", que deambulará "suelto el tigre" y podríamos "ver al demonio"–, votaremos por quien promete llevarnos al populismo de Luis Echeverría y López Portillo, al clientelismo de Chávez y Maduro y que cancela libertades fundamentales como la de expresión? ¿Qué sociedad somos al enmudecer cuando frente a nosotros la claque del puntero presiona a los medios para despedir a los críticos del que encabeza las encuestas? No es caso aislado el de Rubén Cortes, de La Razón
En la mira están todos los críticos del puntero y en algunos hemos sido purgados mediante el linchamiento y la amenaza a los medios
¿Qué sociedad somos cuando callamos ante el penoso espectáculo de Televisa, Azteca, Milenio, Reforma, La Jornada, La Razón y muchos otros medios en donde la línea editorial es la sumisión al dictador que viene? Por lo bajo, periodistas, analistas e intelectuales se avergüenzan, pero en público todos callan; silencio de complicidad

En conferencia de prensa, el consejero del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), Marco Baños, dijo que en total 21 paquetes electorales fueron sustraídos en Oaxaca, Tabasco, Veracruz y Tamaulipas; no obstante, se repondrán las boletas con nuevo folio y las hurtadas o destruidas se anularán
El reporte que yo tengo son 16 paquetes que han sido sustraídos de elecciones de carácter local y son cinco paquetes de las elecciones federales, el único caso más grave que yo veo aquí es uno que lamentablemente ocurrió en la madrugada de hoy en el estado de Tamaulipas, donde lamentablemente fue incendiado el domicilio de un presidente de casilla generándole lesiones al propio presidente de casilla y obviamente habiendo destruido la documentación
Obviamente el Instituto está apoyando estas situaciones del funcionario de mesa directiva de casilla", enfatizó
