National winners ZLU 2018 - Pau: Jurrian van Amerongen (with english subtitles) - Duration: 6:47.
In particular from Pau yes!
A Pau-drug…
I will check the winner from Pau through the Dutch WCS control system.
We have an electronic system for that.
I will do that now.
I will contact the ZLU in a moment.
I'm curious.
I have de code here.
I will call mr. Huynen now.
He has everything he needs on his computer at home
He can check it.
Hello Frans, this is Arie Heezen.
I am now with the first pigeon from Pau.
The control number of the chip is B8ED6EC5AE
Can you check it please?
Ok, then we can congratulate him!
- Great, official winner!
Congratulations Jurrian!
Here you are Jay!
Cheers!
What a party!
I had set the alarm at five o'clock.
Yesterday no pigeons arrived in the Netherlands.
So I thought, I do not have to get out of bed early tomorrow.
I had set the alarm at five o'clock
Later I have set it to 5.45 a.m.
But I decided to get out of bed anyway.
To my big surprise I found a pigeon on the loft.
When I looked at my ECS she already appeared to be clocked.
I did not see her coming
- Did you know right away that it was a very early one?
Yes, but you never know.
Two years back I won the 4th National Pau.
Then I had the fastest in the evening.
Three birds from further distances then defeated me.
So, you never know of course. And one pigeon from Pieter Woord came very close.
It is a happy surprise.
Finally it succeeded!
In 2002 I won 2nd National with my father Nico Volkens had the 1st.
Two years back the 4th National.
And now the 1st through the new calculation system
Here were are in my loft. I only race marathon. Preferably zlu
Also a few NPO marathon races.
The first races I play my pigeons on total widowhood.
And later on I race them on the nest. The winner has been coupled 4/5 weeks ago.
I basketed her on yougsters of 2/3 days.
She has been entered in all races so far.
In the last week before basketing I did some private trainings with her.
About 2/3 times.
Also on the day of basketing in the morning.
- What distance?
Meerkerk, that's about 20 kilometers from here.
So before basketing.
At the moment the training at home is very good then you do not need to go on the road with them.
I will go on the road with my pigeons when the training diminshes.
- So, that's necessary when you race on the nest?
Yes, I think so. On widowhood everything is easier
When I race on the nest I like to drive (road train) with my birds.
No they are training very well, it's not necessary very often.
This is the first national Pau.
I got up at five, but she was already waiting for me.
I am very happy with this victory.
I entered her on the marathon three times.
Two times as a yearling, she won good prizes from Agen and Perpignan.
Perpignan about the 40th National, she was the 2nd yearling.
And now the 1st National!
It's a hen, raced on the nest. She had youngsters of 2/3 days old.
16-1352421 is the bandnumber.
She did not lose a flight yet.
'Laura Pau'!

Jose Mourinho orders Mateo Kovacic release clause to be triggered | Manchester United Transfer #mufc - Duration: 1:42.
Jose Mourinho is eager to beef up his midfield options ahead of the new campaign, and Kovacic
has reportedly emerged as a target.
According to Don Balon, who are renowned for their outlandish transfer rumours, Mourinho
has ordered Manchester United chiefs to trigger the 24-year-old's release clause.
It is claimed Kovacic can be signed from Real Madrid for £44.2m (€50m) under the terms
of his current contract.
Kovacic has admitted he would consider an exit from the Bernabeu after failing to nail
down a regular starting role.
Kovacic was limited to 21 starts in all competitions last term amid competition from Luka Modric,
Toni Kroos and Casemiro for a place in the team.
The midfielder, currently on World Cup duty with Croatia, fears his progress will stall
if he remains stuck on the bench.
Tottenham, Inter Milan, Juventus and Roma are all reportedly interested in signing Kovacic.
But, according to Don Balon, he has his heart set on a move to United.
Meanwhile, Stoke goalkeeper Lee Grant is set to join the Red Devils on a one-year deal.
The 35-year-old stopper will act as third-choice behind David De Gea, and Sergio Romero.

GOLF: Add More Rotation To Your Golf Swing With These Upper Body Feels - Duration: 7:24.
hey guys in today's video we're going to talk about upper body feels for more
rotation for all of you that can't get your torso open enough during the
downswing follow through keep watching here I'm going to show you some ways to
do that alright guys so upper body feels for more rotation now some people
watching this are gonna be able to get their lower body open enough but will
struggle with the upper body being open enough now
I think first things first let's go over how open should you be there's some
different theories about how open your chest and shoulders should be versus how
tilted they should be you know in general from the down-the-line
what we're looking for as a stock average this is for sort of at an elite
level obviously this will you have to scale this but like to see the hips
typically somewhere between like forty to forty five degrees open would be like
a stock elite model and the shoulder line would be roughly thirty degrees now
sometimes you don't see the shoulder line open right because the where your
actual how your left shoulder moves in space and iams it can be forward like
this so it doesn't look like it says open as actually is but as measured your
shoulder line would be open I've seen people from square 10 15 20 30 degrees
I'd say 40 to 45 with the hips maybe 15 to 30 degrees with the shoulders would
be somewhat normal the point of me saying that is that an elite level most
of the players do have their shoulders open to the target again it might not
look like it cuz your shoulder can move a little bit it might be in here
everything retracted as the term I'm gonna use there and protracted back is
what I'm gonna go with but it doesn't look like my shoulders are open when
this shoulder was forward even though as measured they would be to the left there
so you do want to get your upper body open to the target is the point so as a
whole right I'm typically looking for people to have their entire body open I
get a lot of question I will should I rotate my hips or my chest my sure well
most of you want to just open everything you want to be as open as possible
across the board would be the idea we did a lower body feels this is
particularly upper body when I do upper body feels I usually just have three
general parts one being left side one is chest and one is right side so pretty
simple left side feels to be the first things
we would go with now from the top of the backswing a left side field to have your
body more open would be you'd go from wherever you are at the top and try and
get your left shoulder I sort of always imagine there's something right behind
me back here so I sort of imagine there's something here and I'm getting
my left shoulder to hit that object from the top I'm going from here and I'm
hitting something behind me with my left shoulders that is the image that I
imagine so from the face on I would be here like so I'd take that left shoulder
and I would hit an object behind me that's that's the feel take my shoulder
and ripping it back behind me so I'll go ahead and demonstrate one like that so I
take my normal set up and I'm feeling like my left shoulder he's gonna rip
back to the left and that would be one of my fields from the top left shoulder
ripping up and back ii feel would be time with my chester shirt buttons so
the same sort of thing from the top from the top of the backswing i'd have a feel
like i'd get my shirt buttons or my chest
pointed to the target sooner from the top of the backswing house soon whoa I
can go from the top and I almost have a sensation like my shirt buttons are at
the target even before my arms and hands start moving down now again that's not
reality my arms are actually moving a little bit as I do it but the
exaggeration would be I go from here and have that opening before my arms and
hands even come down I'll go ahead and demonstrate that as well
so I'll go to the top of my backswing chest to the target before I start down
is my feel that would be the second one and then the third feel that will go
with would be the right side right shoulder so similar similar pieces from
the top I want to have a sensation that my right shoulder some people say you're
kind of covering the ball I feel like the right shoulder goes down and forward
almost like I get my shoulder to and past the ball before my club head would
get there again these are feels here right so from the top my right shoulder
gonna feel it goes down and forward here before my club head gets to the ball as
the feel with that one so we'll go ahead and give that a shot so I'm here my
right shoulders down and forward shoulder to the ball kind of
a door before my club head is the feeling that one felt pretty good so for
me that left shoulder working back and out felt the best out of all of them
these are three different ways to do the exact same thing if you're trying to get
upper body torso rotation I'm not telling you go to the top and feel
shoulder out chest forward right shoulder down through not three things
pick one of them that you like right I just did all three
I like the shoulder from here I feel like my left shoulder goes out and back
behind me before I start down I'm going to do that one again up to the top left
shoulders hitting something behind me is the feel gonna take my right is wide
open yeah so that one feels the best for me out of all of them that's not right
or wrong just what I like you might like something different you do that one and
I'll do the shoulder the point is just that I get more open with my torso now
inevitably some people watching this you're gonna have a pattern during your
downswing where your club gets too steep too vertical too over-the-top
and for you yes your torso opening more is gonna make you go more over-the-top
it's not a good idea how do you fix that well ideally you don't want to not not
how's that you don't want to not not have your body more open you do want to
have your body more open you need to fix your downswing stuff over the top by
shallowing your arms and hands independently I get messages all the
time let's say I'm over the top because I hope my shoulders too much no you're
not over the top because you're open your shoulders too much those two pieces
might go together for you but you're not over the top at the club because your
shoulder to open you're over the top cuz you didn't shallow out your arms and
hands independently you watch good golfers what do they do they open a ton
and the club shallows okay so yes if you're too steep like this you probably
don't want to just do that unless you're gonna do the club part too okay watch
our other videos about how to hit a draw or the stations where we put something
behind you're gonna need some of that but for everyone else watching this you
do want to get more open okay and if more open calls you other problems
probably you need to fix those other problems getting more open with your
body it's not gonna cause any problems they might not fit with what you
currently have in your swing so you still put the good stuff in and take
that other bad stuff out so I know I'm gonna get some
question on that so I figured I'd address that right away
torso from the top maybe 30 degrees open with your shoulders would be good we do
want to be some amount open I don't want to get overly tilted in this fashion
there is gonna be some tilt obviously some right side Bend as you
turn that's a separate deal left shoulder hitting something behind you
out of the way chest shirt buttons to the target sooner right shoulder down
and forward and through our three different ways to do the same thing pick
whichever one you like get as open as you can match the pieces with that
hopefully that makes sense you guys haven't subscribed please do click the
like button below and leave us a comment if you guys have any questions

Mundial 2018: Krychowiak przyznaje: "ZAWIEDLIŚMY WAS, ale i samych siebie.
Zawiedliśmy Was, ale i samych siebie.

Świay potrzebuje twórców – Jan i Piotr – ASP w Katowicach - Duration: 4:21.
Your mind is not blank, but you don't think too much.
While performing together, you focus on the sound and the relationship.
The machines set the course. They run and you control them, focusing on what is going on,
the next decision, where to direct the sound, what chain reactions will follow.
At some point, you just drift away and fly.
It's a matter of awareness of the instrument and what you want to do.
You can start by imitating someone or being part of a scene,
but sooner or later you have to find your own way, otherwise, it makes no sense.
It helps when you play with others.
It releases a collective energy, people complement or adjust to each other.
It tests your skills, the ability to react to every situation and it either has flow or not.
Musicians often don't see the relations:
the public, the venue, the time, the artist, and the music; not just them and the music.
It's good to take time after you've recorded a longer piece.
Not play it straight away, but wait.
When you hear it again, you know if it went right.
When the whole room is filled with acoustic pressure,
you can introduce one sound that will cut through it like a laser.
The signal fills the room,
reverberates, people absorb it and everything becomes one.
You just modulate the frequencies.
After you've caught them and they are flying along, you control them.

Travel from Cebu to Boracay Getting to Boracay from Caticlan Airport Cebu Pacific Flight to Caticlan - Duration: 11:44.
good morning and welcome to the back of my taxi at 3 a.m. yes 3 a.m. and I'm on
the way to the airport it's farewell to Cebu, the beautiful
Queen of the South I am heading to the beaches of Boracay so come on
let's see what it's all about there
okay I'm at the airport that was a nice quick ride one of the advantages of going
early in the morning is you miss all the traffic so instead of nearly an hour ride
to the airport it only took 20 minutes so that's good went to the self check-in
checked in through security now I was gonna go get coffee at Starbucks but
they're closed
so no coffee at Starbucks for me so I'm limited
Krispy Kreme, donuts for breakfast? I'm hungry,
the question is am I that hungry?
Good question
Pusalog Center, pusalog is souvenirs, t-shirts more souvenirs
I've got to at least have a coffee
okay let's go through to the other side to the other side and see if there's
anything I can get there for breakfast
now the advantage of cheap flights, no,
the advantage of these early morning flights is they are often some of the cheaper
flights that you can get the disadvantage you get up early you go to
the airport sometimes have to struggle to arrange transport, although in Cebu that's not a problem
the advantage is that although I'm complaining now,
you and I will be sharing breakfast
on the beach, soon
quite soon, as soon as I get coffee
and got on the plane and
get on the boat and get on the bus
yeah come on lets go
we have arrived in Boracay well actually we're not quite yet we're at Caticlan
Airport which is on the island next to Boracay, because Boracay doesn't have an airport
on the island because it's too small which is nice you got no planes flying over
so when you arrive in either Kalibo which is a bit further away or
Caticlan which is right by the port then you have to go to the port get a
boat then you go to Boracay
so it's this close
let's get to Boracay now
now I'm at Caticlan and the 2 desks over there you can see they're for transfers from the
airport to Boracay Island now you can with Cebu Pacific buy it on the plane so
pre-booked, the first desk is pre-booked and I bought it for 550 on the plane if
you buy it here it's 675 so it is better to buy it on the plane you save a bit on it, you can
also do it by yourself you can walk and get a trike to the port just through there
and then you pay for the boat your terminal fee and transfer on the other
side it might work out a little bit cheaper but not much so I'm just going
to go to the desk there show them my pre-booked ticket they're gonna give me a
sticker take me the boat and take me to Boracay!
off the bus and into the port, go through security
then you have to come here
and …...
register
all visitors have to register so you come through security
you come to this desk and register
then you go to the boat
and I'm on the boat,
the ferry boat, it's actually quite a big ferry boat
the boats across to Boracay from Caticlan
and Kalibo
because even if you arrive in Kalibo you drive to Caticlan Airport
I mean ferry port
to get the boat across
so they can vary in size
this is actually a really big boat sometimes you go on a little pump boat
this time I've got this massive boat and I've got it all to myself so
going through the process because I can, where is Boracay?
I can't even see it yet,
so you get your plane to either Kalibo or Caticlan
then you get a bus transfer from the airport to
Caticlan port
if you don't have a bus transfer you can
get trikes there are trikes available just outside but most people get a transfer
if you get the trike from Caticlan it's about 250 pesos I believe
from Kalibo its a longer way it's 40 minutes by bus so I
don't know if the trikes do that
it'll be about five to six hundred if it does
you then have to, if you're going by yourself you play the port fee if you
paid for the complete transfer the port fee is included, Port Fee is twenty pesos
per person you then come down onto the ferry as you can see the ferry is now
moving off we're actually going to get, oh boy I can see, I can see Boracay
come on, there it is it's right over there it's just peeping around the corner
show you how close it is that there peeping out from behind that boat let me
zoom you in a little bit so you get a slightly closer look
that, that over there in Boracay Island
Sun has come up when I left the hotel
this morning it was dark,
when the plane took off it was dark
saw dawn from the plane
and now
the morning sun, breakfast on the beach
wanna join me?
thank you very much
touchdown
and I have officially made it to Boracay Island off the ferry on to the pier I'm
on the island one more stage to go to get to my accommodation go down to the
port here and then get my ride to the hotel
and then in you get here, oh, there we go
and you can only go up to a certain point with the vehicle
so a little bit of a walk but
included in the transfer is my free porter who's carrying half my bags
Island Jewel Inn
mind the step
and down we go
good morning
good morning sir
good morning
thank you very much sir
"enjoy your stay" thank you
and now arrived at my accommodation which is Island Jewel Inn at the quiet end
of Station three
let's check in and let's go check out my
room here we go put the key in the right way that will help
there we go, ahaa
okay so an air con, tiny TV, a fan, a fridge
there's a safe
my bags the bed
of course essential, a towel, by the way
there's the safe
now I have noticed the plug sockets are these style plug
sockets which will be interesting only
so I hope I've got enough plug things and
let's go and have a peek in the bathroom
nice big and clean bathroom
shower and toilet
there we go
and there we go, Island Jewel Inn station three (3)

Monsoon rain this weekend, typhoon on its way _ 062918 - Duration: 1:45.
Hello, I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update.
The climate continues to be very unstable so unexpected showers may visit the areas
outside of the central region tonight.
Meanwhile, the country is expected to be affected by the monsoon front again tomorrow.
Throughout the weekend, most places can expect between 40 and 100 millimeters of rain,...
whereas the central region and the south coast will receive more.
In the morning, most places including Seoul will have temperatures of 22 degrees Celsius.
And even without the sun, the mercury in Seoul will rise to 27,... lower in Busan at 25 degrees.
Even after the weekend, more rain is in the forecast next week with similar temperatures
expected.
In fact, Typhoon Prapiroon is expected to slam Korea's southwest coast with strong winds
by Sunday,... so keep watch on the typhoon's movement to prepare for flooding and wind
damage.
I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.

[SORI] 5-Minute Squat - Duration: 6:41.
Sori's YouTube Channel
Hi, guys, today we're gonna work on squats,
and I'll show you the squat routines that I regularly do
so you follow along with me. (You CAN try this at home.)
Shall we get started then?
So first of all, The first position that I do when I start squatting…
…Is called "wide squat."
So you stand with your feet in a wide stance, (wider than shoulder-width) (With toes pointing out to the sides)
Then you're gonna slowly sit down, then stand back up,
But when you come up, do not fully unbend your knees, exerting force on both your thighs,
But not come back up completely, exerting force on your hips, with tightening motion, and hold that position.
Tighten your glutes as much as you can.
We're gonna repeat this 20 times
You've gotta tighten (your hips) as you come up.
Make sure to maintain the wide stance, without standing up completely.
Finally, hold this stance for a little bit,
Count to 5 and then come back up, while exerting force on your hips (glutes). Mindfulness is the key.
We're now finished with that one.
So, for next…
Now that we're finished with the "wide (squat),"
So, this time around...
We're gonna place our legs just a little bit wider than shoulder-width,
Then lower ourselves and come back up.
When you're sitting down, don't lean forward, nor backward,
Make sure to lower yourself to the knee level, and make sure to press your hips back.
20 reps!
If you're knees hurt while doing this, then you're doing it wrong.
Going down again!
Use your glutes!
The last one!
As you exhale, 10!
That's how... you do it!
We're done with that, and for the next one,
this is something I learned when I was doing pilates…
Gather your heels together, but with toes pointing outwards.
We're gonna lower ourselves by bending knees slightly, then come back up, like a spring.
We're gonna try doing this, repeating 20 times.
We're not gonna lower ourselves too much,
gonna go up and down slightly.
just enough to help your hips develop.
20 times, go!
With these, our squat routine's done!
Important things about squats are
making sure you're working out the muscle that is behind your thighs, feeling tension and what not.
And,
When you're going through these two motions,
The other one is visualizing on top of your head

LO MANGI O LO SCARTI?! | EAT IT BLINDFOLD CHALLENGE! (eng sub) - Duration: 7:21.
Hi guys and welcome back to my channel!
today I have with me here my niece,
-"hi!"
Diana
You have already seen my other niece and nephew
Anna and Antonio - her cousins
We are in Calabria - 'at my house'
we came for a beach vacation, but
it's June and it's been pouring rain
so because the weather has been awful, we thought
"Let's do a video!"
given that i've already done one with Anna and Antonio,
why not
why don't I do a video with Diana!
Today's challenge: Eat it or Throw it out?
You explain it because I don't really understand it entirely
so one person has to choose for their opponent,
in my case I'll choose for Sofie some foods
6 foods: 3 good and 3 bad
the opponent has to be blindfolded and has to decide
if they want to eat the food item or throw it out
you can only throw out 3 and you have to eat the other 3
you can't smell or taste it before
ok..... get ready!
ok so if I decide to eat it...
you can't remove the blindfold
and so I have to guess what it is that I chose to eat
right, and if you don't guess then you can see it
ok 6 things- 3 good tasting and 3 bad
but the problem is that
I had such a difficult time choosing food items
because Sofie likes pretty much everything - except meat
because she doesn't eat meat
well it's not that she doesn't like it, it's that she just doesn't eat it
yes, i'm a vegetarian. OK, shall we begin?
let's begin!
ok let's start
one second
guys i'm scared!
let me tell you
it's not good at all
- so I have to decide now?
yes you choose, but i'm just going to tell you that it's disgusting
i'll...EAT IT!
ok
i'm scared!
here, eat it
gosh darn it!
Ketchup flavored potato chips
I knew it when you said,
"i don't even like eating them"
I knew you weren't telling the truth!
ok now i'm not going to be that nice!
now i'm going to get something...
ok this is something that I love
every time I see it, I have to have it
Sofie- are you going to eat it or throw it out?
i'm throwing it out... can I look?
I thought you were...
going to give me something bad!
ok goodbye, Oreos!
ok now you have 2 things left to eat
only 1 good thing left
well...
no peaking!
i can't see anything!
so gross!
it's the most awful thing
that i've ever eaten
i'll only tell you this
Sofie- are you going to eat it or throw it out?
i'll eat it!
how do I eat this?
drink some water!
drink drink drink!
you were bad!
ok now i'm going to throw the rest away
now that she has the taste of chilli pepper in her mouth....
how's the rest going to taste?
can I eat a potato chip?
good job, you were naughty!
i'll be worse in our next challenge that we do together
"drink it or throw it out"
i'll be adding that video here when it's up!
so we have two other things? i'm scared!
the pepper hurt my mouth!
ok now you can throw out two other things and you have to eat one
but please tell me the truth- the next thing is not spicy right?!
no....
it's worse!
so I can throw out 2 more things
only two things... - and i have to eat one more thing
ok, now let's see what I can get out next
wait a second
ok, now i'm going to tell you
it's delicious, i bring it to school for a snack
i'll eat it
alright
and now after this I can throw out the rest, right?
nope
you have to eat one more thing
no, I've already eaten two things
really? wait..
the potato chip, the pepper
right, well you're super lucky
can i see what it is? oh wait no I have to try it
what is it?
a cracker
yup
listen, you were so lucky
what were the last two bad things that you chose?
- lemon - but I like Lemon!
yea but I was going to cut it
and have you eat an entire slice
so lucky
the last thing- Sardella!
I hate Sardella!
i've tried it before! and I just don't like it
i met it in here
guys, this is 'Sardella'
I have to say I was pretty lucky
thank you, Diana, for coming on my channel!
and thanks to all of you for stopping by
and if you guys want to see our next challenge,
the blindfolded drink challenge
i'll be sure to link it down below when it's out!
see you soon!
bye!

Bom tempo, boas pessoas, a minha família.
Continuo a adorar.
O meu pai estava sempre a incentivar-me a melhorar.
had spare time I would go practice by myself or if my dad wasn't at work we
would practice together but I was always in love with football I'm proud of my
culture I'm proud of my American side which is my mother and my my father's
side of New Zealand and I can perform the haka but I won't do it even at my
school we had to learn a different haka so yeah I know some moldy words which is
the the native language that not very many people speak but I know a couple of
words and I'm proud of my culture I try not to keep it too superstitious I
believe in God and I pray before the game I just thank God that I'm able to
do it another day I pray for protection and mostly I just thank him that I can I
can play this beautiful game but the rest I I get confidence from preparation
during the week training hard I don't I don't think luck and doing your boots a
certain way will do anything you know I like to work hard prepare for the game
during the week thank God before my game and just go out and play and enjoy I
started in the Bay of Plenty which is telling her where I was actually born we
moved back there to be closer to my my family and I started playing there and
quickly a an Academy coach saw me playing and he invited me to his Academy
and his name is Declan edge and he's a huge part of my career I can't thank him
enough for what he did for me and he created the first Academy in New Zealand
that that trains full-time we all studied together we had a schooling
system so it allowed us to train twice a day so from the age of 1415 I was
training twice a day every day doing my schoolwork in the middle of the day and
I was able to to maximise my growth and getting better as a player I think it's
I think it's a great system to allow the the player to to get better but
schooling is also important in education and being able to
go through life and maybe you can go to college or university I think it's
important for young players to be educated but also I wanted to maximize
my ability to get better and training twice a day I need I needed to train
twice a day to do that so I worked seven years with declan edge he was amazing he
taught me so much and then our professional Club in New Zealand the
Wellington Phoenix saw me and they put 12 young players on a trial they called
it in an academy and they said to we'll get a contract a professional contract
and I was the first ever to get a professional contract from that Academy
and yeah my doubt my debut was against del Piero and I remember how nervous I
was I had I had goose bumps I was I was so proud of myself and proud that I
could do it for my family and for everyone that believed in me or the
people that said I couldn't do it I was so happy and I was nervous to the the
atmosphere was great the stadium was was good and watching
Del Piero play was was amazing he was older at the time but you could see the
quality you could see the intelligence and the way he touched the ball was
beautiful no I didn't and I didn't ask for his
shit either I wish I did but I was I was young and I was I was nervous I was
scared it was great Rickey Herbert another coach he signed me and he gave
me my opportunity and the first season the second season I played almost every
game whether it was off the bench or starting I got a lot of game time and
the third year I only played two games and I actually scored two goals and in
the reserves I played six games and I scored ten goals but for whatever reason
I didn't get playing time and my plan was to go to Europe and I think they
knew that so things happen in football all I had to do was work harder when
they weren't allowing me to play I worked through it I worked even harder I
worked when they weren't watching I would wake up before training I would go
run I would go train and then I would Jim in the afternoon I worked through it
and I think it made me a better person adversity creates character and it made
me a better person and it prepared me for Portugal my agent saw me playing
against one of his players Adama traoré he played for Victoria game
arrange but before he played for Melbourne and I played against him and
he saw me and liked me and we started building a relationship and he brought
me over to Victoria game at age and at this moment he's like my my second
father or my uncle he's like my uncle in Portugal he's been amazing for me he's
taught me so much about the game he's he's a genius when it comes to tactics
and in the game so he's another person that I wouldn't be here without and he
allowed this to be possible to come to Portugal this amazing country Ronaldo
was one of my idols since I was a kid I love his work ethic I loved I loved his
skills when he was younger and he's great for me he's the best player
because he's worked so hard and I admire that and I love that about him and I
want to try to to work harder when I see him you know I knew Portugal I knew that
the big teams a new game at Ange Braga and fika boards or sporting I knew I
knew it was a great country and a great country football about the culture or
how it looked I didn't know that much about it
but I got here and I love it I love the food I love the people the people are
very nice the country is beautiful the weather is great I've enjoyed it a lot
I came alone and my agent was living in Portugal so it was actually the first
time I had met him in person we had only Skyped and / - two years we had built a
relationship but it was the first time I met him and yeah him and his wife under
there have made it so enjoyable for me I they are my family here and they've made
it a great experience also it takes me a long time to get home it takes me almost
35 hours to get home with all the stops it's
it's a long way and official visa because when it's morning here it's
night there so in the middle of the day I can't speak with them they're all
sleeping but I speak to them in the morning at night the football is more
advanced here it's faster that the tactics I needed to learn tactically
they're a very very good country very smart players very good players
technically and you see in the euros they won they defensively they were very
very solid very hard to break down and for me it's a great country to learn
football in it it was difficult it's my third year and
now I'm playing regularly in the first division but I had a lot to learn and
even the language after six months I could speak the language but I think you
have to have the attitude to learn and I wanted to learn because I wanted to be
able to understand the coach understand the players speak when I need to and it
has been a challenge I do I do miss that but the beautiful beaches the beautiful
the beautiful country I don't miss compared to my family it's my family
that I miss my family and friends that I miss a lot Portugal is a beautiful
country great weather but it's definitely my family my mother my father
that I miss there are differences but it's not a huge difference the people
are nice in both countries I think it's a pretty relaxed lifestyle people aren't
too stressed they're the the patient they're nice people there's not too too
much difference I think any decision any decision that you make in life you
shouldn't regret it's always the correct decision you should work hard and and
make it be the correct decision and for me it was a great year of learning under
pepper all the coaching staff it was a great year for me it was my first year
and in the the first division consistently my first game was with
Sergio cancer cell but this year was my first year where I
consistently played and I think I showed that I have quality for this this league
and I have quality to be a good goalscorer be a good assist maker and I
still have room for improvement I can improve keep improving but for me it's
been a great season of learning improving as a person improving as a
player I think I arrived as a talented kid but now I'm more of a man I'm more
strong mentally I've learned a lot about the game and I'll keep learning I keep
on I want to keep improving keep getting better but I think I'm more of a man now
and and a better player for sure it's good both clubs I've been to Victoria
and Don della I've made good friends and almost all of the players I could I
could have lunch with or be a friend with you know so I've made a lot of good
friends in Victoria I spend a lot of time with the African boys a lot of them
speak English my agent also has as African players so we spend a little bit
more time together also here I have I had Nick answer we played against each
other in in Australia and I have Saleh here I have I've great friends that
hasn't been a problem at all every player has been great well I want to
play for Victoria I want to play consistently and I want to play well for
that club I love the club I love the fans it's it's a great club of Portugal
one of my other goals in my professional career is one day to play Champions
League oh I've wanted that since I was a young boy so whether it's in Portugal or
whether it's in another country that's that's one of my goals is to play
Champions League I just wanted to say I love you to my mother my sister and my
grandmother so love you

【MUKBANG】 THE ULTIMATE "TKG" [Egg On Rice With One Simple Touch Of Salt] 5.4Kg [7200kcal][Use CC] - Duration: 5:18.
Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )
so today! tadaa I've made eggs and rice
I tried this new recipe that tweaked things just slightly that makes things apparently very yummy
alrighty lets get cookin
These are the ingredients egg rice salt
Boil some water
Drop the eggs into the water
Let them warm for over 2 minutes
Time may change depending on the size of the eggs and pot
but generally for eggs taken right out of a refrigerator it should be 2min for large eggs and 1.5m for medium
And once they're cooked take them out
I will be using 20 eggs
Add salt to the rice according to your taste
and now for the eggs that have been warmed up
look they've been slightly cooked
tadaa thats all that there is to it
tadaa its done
they've been warmed up slightly and the egg whites have just begun to start coming together
and its flavored with just salt
things flavored plainly with salt give off a more adult feel to things
I look forward to trying this itadakimasu
So instead of mixing these up all at once I'm going to pop these yolks individually as I eat
pop the yolk and scoop up the yolk along with the rice
It looks so yummy
its super delish
You can really taste the egg and really taste the rice as well
Since its flavored with only salt it really brings out the simple flavors in this
With it covered in egg yolk its so rich tasting it
makes you really want to eat this with yummy strains of rice
I've got 9 cups of rice and 1 kilogram of miso soup for today
The egg whites are partially cooked
Rice and miso soup pair nicely together
When you flavor this with soy sauce it takes over the flavor of the whole dish
since this uses only salt it brings out the sweetness of the rice
The egg yolk is so very rich
It's so nice and mellow
( RAW EGGS TOTES SAFE IN JAPAN do not be concerned as she "not gonna die" these eggs are safe from salmonella and don't "smell" )
This tastes great with salt alone but I wonder how this would taste with some pepper
It smells amazing
you can really taste the pepper in this
the pepper flavor really shines
I had this truffle salt lying around so I decided to give it a try
It really does smell like truffles It's got such a wonderful aroma
makes me want to use it on a dish that really allows the salt to shine
well its not like what I'm doing is considered cooking
Doesn't it look so yummy
it makes it taste so exquisite
Last mouthful itadakimasu
gochisosamadeshita this gourmet take on egg on rice was so delish
I really enjoyed the slightly cooked egg in this the egg whites took on a different mouthfeel
I love popping open those rich and mild tasting egg yolks as well
And since we flavored it with only salt It allowed for the inherent flavors to come out
I'm thinking I might prefer it this way over using soy sauce
It was also so very easy to cook the eggs
It was all so yummy and EZ to make won't you all plese give it a try as well
And as always thank you for watching if there's anything You want me to do or eat please tell me in the comments

Aksaray Malaklisi is the largest of the Anatolian Sheepdog breeds, top
to the size of the Kangal dog. His name comes from from a Turkish word used in Aksaray,
"malak", which means lip, and "malakli", which means "with lips", due to the lips
blacks, fallen and remarkable of the race.
History Aksaray Malakli is the name a dog breed
pastor from Turkey, who developed in the Province of Aksaray, one of the 81
provinces of Turkey. The capital of the province is the city of Aksaray, hence the name
of the race. Although his name is Aksaray, the race spread throughout the area that comprise
the borders of its neighboring provinces. Limit with the provinces of Konya from the south and the
west, Nigde southeast, Nevsehir east and Kirsehir to the north.
Origins. There is no evidence about the origin of the dogs
Malakli Ever thought it was a mixture of the English mastiff and Kangal, or the
English mastiff and Anatolian shepherd; but the American mastiff is the result of this
last crossing and presents an appearance different. Another possibility is that most
of the shepherd dogs in the Caucasian-Anatolia area evolved from the same breed of Mastiff Dog that
is the ancestor of the Caucasian Pastor, Alabai, Kangal, Akbash, Anatolian Shepherd and Mastiff
English.
Aksaray Malakli is typically a cattle shepherd, the cattle has been the most important source
of the livelihoods of the natives during centuries, then there were many flocks of
sheep and cattle in general, and these beautiful dogs were dedicated to protection and guard
of flocks with their owners, from time immemorial
The Aksaray Malaklisi, in the native region with often he was called "Anatolian Shepherd",
the reason for calling him that is not because Aksaray (city) and its surroundings is located
in the heart of Anatolia but because being very similar to the Anatolian Shepherd breed
(known as Karabash in the area), many breeders to sell them to interested breeders
in Anatolian Shepherd specimens, they said to future buyers that it was about
that race and not Aksaray Malakli.
I mean, for many years you sold dogs Aksaray Malaklisi saying they were of the race
Anatolian Shepherd.
But that custom was coming to the ear of everyone and things changed, they started
regulate breeding programs and hardened the requirements at dog shows,
after many breeders made claims.
Those claims began to be taken account, especially because although they retain
certain resemblance there are obvious differences in the head and the big feet of Aksaray Malakli
and the hanging lips.
