My name is Ruth Croft. I'm a Kiwi from New Zealand

and I run on the international SCOTT Running Team.

For people who want to push themselves in life,

I think running is a good way. You can start off and just set yourself small goals and once you achieved them

you start thinking of the bigger picture, you can reach towards bigger goals.

And along the way you will learn a lot about yourself that you probably would never have known or discovered,

had you not started running.

When I was 18, I got offered a track and cross-country scholarship to the US.

Of course it was scary, because I was leaving my home and everything that was familiar to me.

I had a lot of injuries and so, when I graduated from the US, I decided that I wanted to give running up…

Once in my life, running didn't dictate where I was gonna go and I decided to move to Taipei, Taiwan.

When I got there I couldn't speak the language.

I started partying a lot, drinking a lot, put on a lot of weight...

And so I decided to get back into running.

Just, firstly to be healthy, but also when I moved to Taiwan I didn't know anyone.

So I use it as a way to meet other people.

And then it was just a progression really from there.

But I didn't have the right environment to train for the races that I was training for.

So that's why I moved back to New Zealand, because I just wanted to be on the right training environment.

All these experiences have taught me to see

the world not through the way that I was brought up in.

Not necessarily as your culture the right or wrong way,

but I saw a different way of seeing the world.

Daring is just giving something a go.

You've got to be willing to take that first step and not be scared,

because if you don't, you'll never know what it could be or what it could bring to you.

3. Company owners divorce - Duration: 3:16.

My wife and I have developed a successful regional network of retail stores.

Our relations have been deteriorating and we are in the process of getting a divorce.

We have difficulty separating our business.

Neither of us is ready to buy the other's share on acceptable terms, and we can not

work together.

My wife is very emotional about it and because of the struggle we are losing position in

the marketplace and the company has started to go down.

What should I do?

Well, this is a real serious problem.

You have a family problem and business problems coming together.

If you are sure you can not work together anymore and it's time for a divorce.

Ok, it's time to get a divorce.

One of you has to buy the other out.

There's no other way out.

I would suggest to you, maybe she does not want to give you acceptable terms.

Maybe you sell at her acceptable terms.

I'll tell you why.

Because why you're fighting, the company is losing position.

it's worth less and less.

Get out while you're still on your feet before you get on your knees.

Get out.

I know, "it's not fair, because the price is much higher than that and she's paying

much less".

Don't put your emotions here, put your brain here.

Because while you're fighting for another, Rupal, dollar or whatever it is, the company

is losing much more, so you're penny wise dollar foolish.

Let go.

Let go and start something else.

New, healthy, with youthful energy while you're going downhill.

Whoever is smarter with a cool hat should act.

She's much more emotional you say, so she's not able to make the decisions.

You have to take the leadership.

And if its really time for divorce, then its time for divorce.

There is nothing right and nothing more difficult than continuously being together when you

are divorced.

Who is losing?

Your children and your company, and eventually you.

Another solution is, for you to sell to a third party.

Both of you.

So third party, and both of you get out.

It might be difficult because the third party might not be able to buy without both of you

or one being involved in the company still to run it.

Because you're probably a small start-up company, very dependent on the founders.

But if you can find someone who is going to buy from both of you, and both of you go your

own way, that's another solution too.

Judgment on Zimbabwe presidential election results challenge to be handed down on Friday.

  Zimbabwe's Chief Justice‚ Luke Malaba‚ sitting with a full bench of nine judges of the Constitutional Court‚ on Wednesday said that the judgment on the country's disputed presidential elections would be handed down on Friday at 2pm.

The dispute which spilled into court was heard on Wednesday morning by the top court.

The hearing continued until about 7pm on Wednesday evening.

Nelson Chamisa‚ the leader of the MDC Alliance‚ is challenging the outcome of the election and on August 10 brought an election petition seeking that the results be set aside.

The incumbent‚ President Emmerson Mnangagwa‚ was declared winner of the poll with 50.8% of the vote.

Chamisa received 44.3% of the vote.

The top court has 14 days by law to make a ruling on the election.

The last day for this provision is this Friday.

  Earlier in the day‚ the MDC Alliance's legal representative‚ Thabani Mpofu‚ in his submissions prayed that the court nullify the result based on inflation of numbers in Mnangagwa's favour‚ ghost voters and a faulty voters' roll.

The main premise of Mpofu's argument before the court was that "the numbers don't lie" and said there was an inconsistency in the tally between the votes cast and the number of registered voters.

He further claimed that in 16 constituencies‚ the results given by the electoral commission were starkly similar.

In response‚ Lewis Uriri‚ Mnangagwa's legal representative‚ argued that the case by the applicant had no merit as evidence was either not submitted or submitted late after the seven-day period in which an application must be filed to the court.

Throughout the proceedings‚ lawyers sympathetic to the two legal representatives of the MDC Alliance and Zanu-PF would clap their hands in support‚ as they watched proceedings from a giant marquee outside the court.

Inside the marquee were three large TVs from which proceedings inside the courthouse were live streamed.

The proceedings were beamed by the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation.

Douglas Mwonzora‚ the MDC's secretary-general‚ told TimesLIVE on the sidelines of the court proceedings that they were "very confident" that the court would rule in their favour.

4. Short-term profit vs long-term profit. Conflict of owners - Duration: 3:10.

I have been in business with a partner for the last three years, which is a very short

period of time.

And we have a very big misunderstanding.

Our situation is not easy.

We need to make significant Investments....to upgrade our obsolete equipment.

Obsolete equipment after three years? What equipment did you buy? Old equipment?

My partner is not directly involved and he is not ready to accept the argument for investment

in renovation.

On the contrary, he demands that we withdraw company profits so that he can use the money

for his personal needs.

If we don't do the reconstruction/renovation we will go bankrupt.

What do we do?

With a high level of loans, how can I convince my partner?

Warren Buffet, one of the biggest investors in the American economy says, even a great

business is a bad business with a bad partner.

You don't share the same values, you don't have the same interest, the economic interest

I mean.

He wants dividends and you want to grow the business.

And I've seen this many many times before.

I have children, I want to give my business to them to build it further.

You don't have children.

You want to get out and I want to continue.

Now what do I do.

I would suggest you bring in a consultant from the outside.

And Adizes may be the right one or maybe not.

But you need someone who is going to come and make a real honest evaluation of what

the needs of the company are and if it doesn't get done the company is going bankrupt.

So the guy is going to lose all his money.

So you need somebody whom he trusts because apparently he doesn't trust your motives.

Somebody whom he trusts who is going to come in and present information and make him realise

he is taking the company down the drain and he is going to lose his investment.

So you need the third party to convince him.

If he does not work, I think its time to say goodbye.

Yes, goodbye.

Not every marriage needs family therapy.

Some marriages require divorce.

Your values are different.

He is not involved, he just wants to milk the company.

You're involved and you want to build the company.

You're from two different planets.

Either you convince him to come and join you or you see if you can buy him out or he buys

you out.

1. How to help prepare my children to become the general manager of my company? - Duration: 4:14.

How can I prepare my children to take over the reigns of my business?

My dear associates, collegues, consultants and CEOs, managers, worldwide.

I am flattered that I can give some answers to your questions.

There aren't going to be too long, because complicated questions require complicated answers.

I'm going to give a point of view. If you want to know more, and to get deeper,

you should be able to get the services of adizes associates from around the world.

The first question is here from Alexander.

Who says, I have a son, who is currently 32 years old. He received specialized education, probably in business,

and has been working in my company for over 5 years. As a head of A department.

How can I help him develop quickly, so that he can perform to the level of Managing Director,

In other words, succession planning.

And the next question is, how can I determine if and when he has reached the needed level to manage the company?

First of all, how to prepare him?

The mistakes that people do is, they put the people in sales.

Sales, sales, sales, sales, sales. Managing Director.

You will fail. It will be very difficult.

He doesn't know anything about production.

Nothing about operating, nothing about finance.

Nothing about human resources.

The way to prepare people to ascend the organization hierarchy,

is to go horizontally, like this.

Not like this.

So what you should have your son do manage different departments.

Every department, for say, one year, so that he can learn that department.

He can learn that business. He can learn the people. He can understand the complexity of that specific role.

If you want him to be a general manager, he has to cross all four subsystems.

Marketing and Sales

Interface

The production, engineering.

Technology interface

The financial accounting interface

And the human resources development and management interface.

He must do all the four before he can be a general manager.

But he's not so versatile, you might say.

Well, then how is he going to be a general manager?

His role as a general manager is to know how to manage those, that manage the different functions

In order to know how to manage those different functions, he has to understand the different functions.

Not by taking lectures, but by actually having experience.

How will you know when he is ready?

You will know when he is ready. Why?

Because you will relax.

You will let him make decisions. Let him make mistakes and see whether he learns from the mistakes.

Give him the rope, so he can.

And when he makes a mistake, find out how he made the mistake.

Was it a mistake of judgement? Was it of knowledge? Was it an ego problem?

What was it?

The end goal should be, the person makes mistakes. BUT, they should be judgemental mistakes.

They made a decisions, and they did not evaluate very well because they value relations, for instance.

But he was humble, he followed through, he listened to people, he integrated the knowledge

He had no fear to try out, and he fails, to get up and do it again and do it better.

This is your example. That will be your test.

Maintenance clean versus an Airbnb clean, what is the difference?

Great question, and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Alright on to today's show, which is from a house cleaner who wants to know the difference

between a maintenance clean, and an Airbnb clean.

Alright, the big difference is this, a maintenance clean is usually you being in charge and running

the show at a house.

So you show up to a house, you bring your own cleaning supplies, you know your routine,

you go in, you're efficient, you clean the house, and you leave.

Think of it as black and white cleaning.

Then you go to an Airbnb and think of it as ultra-high def color cleaning, okay?

It's a detailed clean every single time.

Here's the reason why: the cleanliness is what bolsters the ratings and reviews, so

people have a choice when they go stay at an Airbnb, they could also stay at a hotel,

and so what you have to do is recreate the hotel experience inside someone's home.

So what that means is instead of just cleaning the house, and it's tidy, and it looks nice,

and you're good with it, you have to go over every nook and cranny of the home; and so

you have to clean all of the corners of all of the rooms, you have to clean the toilet,

and behind the toilet seat, and around the floor of the toilet.

And you have to make sure that all of the closets are vacuumed out, that there's no

dust in there, and that the hangers are returned so that the guest can hang their clothes.

There are things you're going to be doing, like cleaning out dresser drawers, that you

would not do in a maintenance clean.

But because there are guests coming in and they need a place to put their stuff, you

have to open all those drawers and make sure that the last guest did not leave something,

and if they did you'll have to turn that into lost and found, and we have to try to contact

those people and give those things back.

Also as a an Airbnb cleaner, it is your responsibility to take pictures of the place between each guest.

And this is what we're doing is checking for damage because if there are nooks that

have been dinged off like a dresser, for example, that needs to go in a damage report and we

need to tag which guest that went with.

Guest that reserve the Airbnb do put down a damage deposit, and if a damage deposit

is to be redeemed, you must have proof, and you must have proof between each guest that

it was that guest.

And so part of your job is to take pictures and document everything, and then report any

damage that you find, including like empty toilet paper rolls, and burned out light bulbs,

and stuff like that.

You've got to document everything.

So there's a little bit more work involved, but also it's a great place to get before

and after pictures with the host's permission.

Alright, another thing that you have to think about is the linens, you are going to be changing

linens because guests come and go, and in normal houses we don't change the linens unless

the customer leaves them on the bed.

And so this, you will be changing the linens for every single guest, and so you want to

make sure that you have the proper tools to do it, number one, and maybe you have agreed

with the homeowner that you're going to be doing laundry;

which in a regular maintenance, you do not do laundry.

And so you will be doing laundry, you may be doing dishes, you

may be emptying out the dishwasher.

On a regular clean, a maintenance clean that we do for homes, we don't clean the inside

of the ovens and the refrigerator, and the dishwasher.

That is not part of a maintenance clean but in an Airbnb clean, it is, and the reason

being is the guest that come often times have privileges to the kitchen, and so when they

open the microwave you want it to be spotless.

And when they open the dishwasher to put their dishes inside, you want to make sure that

the rims all around the seals are clean, because if they're dirty, or they're gunky, or have

mold on them, it lowers the ratings and reviews.

And in order for the Airbnb host to keep their status of Super Host, they have to make sure

that they get a rating of 4.8 and above, and that comes from excellent cleaning that you

are going to provide.

So it's a much more detailed cleaning, and then there are other things that have nothing

to do with cleaning that will also be your responsibility.

For example, usually there is a display, and the display is you setting things out for

the atmosphere.

You may end up turning on some ambient lighting, for example, and that may be part of your chore.

It might be putting out leaflets of little magazines of things that are going on in town,

or events, or attractions, or something like that, and that is going to be displaying those.

In regular maintenance house cleaning, we scoop up all the magazines and we scoop up

all the books, and we put them organized on the bookshelves.

In this particular scenario, they may have display coffee books, and you're going to

open those up and you're going to display them because this is all for show.

We're trying to create the most amazing experience, and so it might be setting a table with all

of the dinner placements, and then you need to know how to set a dinner table so that

it's fancy because fancy is what we're selling.

You may also want to learn and upgrade your skills on towel folding, a little extra touch

that we do not do in regular maintenance cleans at people's homes, are create these little

fun animals and things that you can make out of towels, and leave them on the end of the

bed or leave them in the bathroom for the customer to find.

So the good news is this, when the customers find those, they take a picture of them and

say "Wow!

I had this amazing experience."

They tweet about it, whatever, and so it's a great way for the Airbnb to get some extra

publicity, but what you want to make sure is that you understand what is involved, and

so if you are not familiar with Airbnb cleaning it's okay, even if you're a professional house

cleaner and you're supposed to know it all, it's okay to go to the host and say;

"Listen, will you clean with me the first time?

Will you show me exactly what it is you do and what meets your standard of excellence?"

Because if you have one thing in your mind, and they have something else in their mind,

you can get fired really quickly and never know why.

But if they know what they're looking for, and they have their own checklist, and they

explain to you here's how I do this, and here's why, then it makes sense and now you know.

And now you can be a long term partner and you can have the regular money coming in every

single day, or every other day, or however often they turn their guests.

Now the Airbnb gets to decide how often they turn their guests, whether they have a two

night minimum stay, or whether they have a four night minimum stay, or even a week.

That is their choice.

And so, if it's only once a week, you only have four cleanings per month, but if they

turn them daily you could have this job daily, or it can be three days a week.

So that's between you and the Airbnb person, but you need to know how they clean, and exactly

what they're looking for, and then it is your job to show up with a great attitude, and

provide the extra special touches that make their home spectacular.

So that's a little bit of the differences between a maintenance clean and an Airbnb clean.

081 - A Bonus Friday video because we didn't vlog the trip to Rickmansworth - Duration: 9:27.

So in the last cruise that we did, we didn't film anything. We had the GoPro

setup. It's the first time in forever that we cruised but didn't film anything.

I think we just needed a day off, but it was a shame because it was actually

quite a nice little trip. I think we should still put the time-lapse in there.

A little bit of it. We needed a bit of a break. I can't even remember where we started from. Was it...

Abbot's... King's Langley. King's Langley. Down to Rickmansworth.

We met quite a few different boats to travel with, and then it got really quite

congested just before Rickmansworth. So we were travelling with a.. with one boat,

and then there was a wide beam that turned around in front of us, so then we

were behind that, and then we caught it... It went through the lock backwards. Yeah that was weird. Then

we caught up with another boat, that was in front of the wide beam, so there was

like, two trips through the lock in front of us, which has never really happened, so

we joined the first boat, so we jumped in front of the wide beam... We jumped the wide beam. The wide beam for

some reason had been driving extremely slowly, and doing this sort of weaving

back and forth across the canal thing, so we kind of abandoned the boat we were

travelling with but they were fine about it. Yeah. And then the wide beam

ended up letting them go before it anyway. The second boat

that we liked jumped in with, one of the guys, he'd had the boat like six months and he was

selling it because just couldn't sustain like working. Ah okay. And his friend was there

for like one last trip, and hadn't really done it before, and he didn't

really have very good instruction, so he was letting the paddle down, and it [whistles] And it

just whipped and whipped and whipped. And nailed him in the finger, but he didn't..

It could have been a lot worse. Oh yeah, he could have completely... he could have broken bones.

But luckily... And that was a ridiculously hot day, like, still the heatwave and then we got

into this mooring, which is just opposite the Tesco, and walked across to Tesco's

and the heavens opened, and we were out dancing in the Tesco's car park. It doesn't appear to be the nicest moorning, but just

on this side, is a massive like Nature Reserve/Country Park as - there used to

be gravel pits, and they've just filled them up and made them into lakes. And mate these two big lakes.

There's more than two lakes, but we're right by two. It's a nice place to walk the dog. Yeah. But it definitely

feels... don't you feel like, it feels like we're, we're in London now?

Because we passed under the M25, there's a tube station here, and like I know

like we're way on the outskirts. But like it just feels like we're just... I haven't

quite gotten that yet but then I, I associate London with like

nothing but concrete. The city. You know, but... There's more boats, there's more liveaboards.

More liveaboards. These mornings are really busy, I think we were quite lovely to

actually get this spot. Yeah 'cos there's this great big sign over here on the

Tesco's that says 'Tesco's customer mooring only, strictly no overnight

mooring' and there's been overnight boats like almost every night. Yeah. And just up here,

is the canal centre just behind us. Yeah we had to walk round there which is really...

Oh its really nice. Because as you come down the last look into where we are now

I think it's good bitch were yeah there's a lot next to it which we leave

up the river chess not cheese I keep saying to you that's burger chest

so this is rich needs work the town we're in this is back to earth where

we're sitting where the rocks are and there is the past the Bedford Canal

Center beside the lock that goes up the river chests and the lock that goes up

the Grand Union so we're gonna walk up the river chests here a little bit it's

kind of a neat place I've never seen this where walk sort of join up and give

you two different options the river chest I keep calling the river cheese

because I keep thinking that's funny but it's not really that funny but it looks

quite nice and it's got a basin up there so we're gonna walk up and take a look

so if you're coming down the river chests or cheese there is the lock there

is the we're walk we're walk Wow don't get that one wrong because big big big

stones big fall big nasty sounds

no idea fascinating bridge

for the living rich

so that's the basin you come to at the end of the river chess it's a nice

little market down here but you aren't able to get here except for through a

large lift bridge and that lift bridge seems to be powered by a mechanism that

has a faded sign on it says it's not to be opened by anybody British waterways

and it has its own keys but there's this really cool bridge it's like 90% organic

stuff up there as well you kind of get the impression they don't come in and

out no there's not a lot of movement around I think it'd be nice Laurie

it would be beautiful there's like a whole row of little gardens and then

there's this very long what used to be a train line and is now basically just one

continuous walking path every path I think it is and and we started walking

up that and ran into almost immediately ran into a couple of girls who were

looking for a lost Husky we found they did find they were like can you guys if

you see a husky can you call the number that's on the dog we go walking along

lose sight of them and then almost immediately get sight of this husky but

the husky won't let us near then runs off the other direction so so I'm I'm

I'm running after it but George beside me knowing if I can catch this Husky why

didn't they rip the number in bigger letters on the dog to go and I had kept

all of Joe's I had her phone in their purse and

everything and then while I was with them looking for you and the Husky their

mum called to say that someone had called the house to say the dog was up

at their lot but then the next look anyway it's quite adventurous and then

we went into Rickmansworth which is a really nice little town oh yeah and in

the last video we cut judges hair and we never did it like an after shot and it's

okay it's a little bit tough tea but

that's George he is sort of oldish is that look on his face that text but

there's at least that was his Willie besides these Tufts that we didn't do we

didn't do his head or his neck because you didn't want to shave all the curvy

DIY Acne & Acne Scar Removal Cream That Really Works (CLINICALLY PROVEN) - Duration: 4:06.

Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share

an amazing acne gel that is so effective in reducing the inflammation.

It helps both prevent and treat acne breakouts greatly. Usually store-bought

acne gel contains ingredients like alpha hydroxy acid which is effective in

removing dead skin, benzoyl peroxide that helps kill bacteria and removes excess

oil, salicylic acid a powerful exfoliant that helps clear pores and reduces

inflammation. But most of these ingredients does not agree with everyone.

They might cause skin peeling, burning, crusting, itching and in worst cases

swelling. What if there is a natural anti acne gel that does not have all the side

effects? In fact, there is and you can make it easily at home. The only con

about this homemade acne gel is it does not smell good but considering how

effective and natural it is, I don't mind the smell at all.

The first ingredient we need for making the gel is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil has antibacterial and

anti-inflammatory properties making it very effective for treating acne.

I still remember an incident that happened few years back, I was learning

about essential oils and their uses and one of my nephew's had a severe acne

breakout. I made him apply just a tiny bit of tea tree oil only on the spots

using a cotton bud. The pain reduced considerably and the pimple dried up

very quickly. But using straight tea tree oil on the skin should be done with

great caution as it is very potent. I would suggest mixing it with other

ingredients like in this recipe. It is still effective but much more safer.

The second ingredient we need is neem oil. Neem oil is very effective in treating

acne as it has antibacterial anti-inflammatory and analgesic

properties. We get cold pressed neem oil in the markets and I would suggest using

that. Neem oil stinks badly and it is so very hard to use it on the face alone. It

is best used mixed with other ingredients. When we mix it with other

ingredients, the smell reduces a bit.

The final ingredient we need is a base gel. The best is aloe vera gel that is free of

color and perfume, you can also use cucumber gel or even homemade cream as a

base. If you are using store bought creams, try not to use anti acne creams as a base. For

best results, I would suggest sticking to aloe vera gel that is free of color and perfume.

To make the cream, take a tablespoon of aloe vera gel that is free of

color and perfume in a bowl. Add in a teaspoon of cold-pressed neem oil to it.

Finally add in three to four drops of tea tree essential oil. Now mix well with

a spoon. At first the mixture will be very lumpy but as you keep mixing it'll form

a smooth gel. Now transfer this gel to a bottle and store. This gel stores well for

two weeks at room temperature. To use, take little bit of the gel and apply on

the spots. Sometimes I get a pimple or two before my periods, I just apply this

gel over it it. It amazingly reduces the pain and swelling and treats it fairly

quickly. One amazing thing about this gel is it prevents acne scarring

greatly. When we apply this cream, the smell of neem oil be very intense but I

promise within a few minutes it will lessen greatly. If you are interested, I have

081 - A Bonus Friday video because we didn't vlog the trip to Rickmansworth - Duration: 9:27.

So in the last cruise that we did, we didn't film anything. We had the GoPro

setup. It's the first time in forever that we cruised but didn't film anything.

I think we just needed a day off, but it was a shame because it was actually

quite a nice little trip. I think we should still put the time-lapse in there.

A little bit of it. We needed a bit of a break. I can't even remember where we started from. Was it...

Abbot's... King's Langley. King's Langley. Down to Rickmansworth.

We met quite a few different boats to travel with, and then it got really quite

congested just before Rickmansworth. So we were travelling with a.. with one boat,

and then there was a wide beam that turned around in front of us, so then we

were behind that, and then we caught it... It went through the lock backwards. Yeah that was weird. Then

we caught up with another boat, that was in front of the wide beam, so there was

like, two trips through the lock in front of us, which has never really happened, so

we joined the first boat, so we jumped in front of the wide beam... We jumped the wide beam. The wide beam for

some reason had been driving extremely slowly, and doing this sort of weaving

back and forth across the canal thing, so we kind of abandoned the boat we were

travelling with but they were fine about it. Yeah. And then the wide beam

ended up letting them go before it anyway. The second boat

that we liked jumped in with, one of the guys, he'd had the boat like six months and he was

selling it because just couldn't sustain like working. Ah okay. And his friend was there

for like one last trip, and hadn't really done it before, and he didn't

really have very good instruction, so he was letting the paddle down, and it [whistles] And it

just whipped and whipped and whipped. And nailed him in the finger, but he didn't..

It could have been a lot worse. Oh yeah, he could have completely... he could have broken bones.

But luckily... And that was a ridiculously hot day, like, still the heatwave and then we got

into this mooring, which is just opposite the Tesco, and walked across to Tesco's

and the heavens opened, and we were out dancing in the Tesco's car park. It doesn't appear to be the nicest moorning, but just

on this side, is a massive like Nature Reserve/Country Park as - there used to

be gravel pits, and they've just filled them up and made them into lakes. And mate these two big lakes.

There's more than two lakes, but we're right by two. It's a nice place to walk the dog. Yeah. But it definitely

feels... don't you feel like, it feels like we're, we're in London now?

Because we passed under the M25, there's a tube station here, and like I know

like we're way on the outskirts. But like it just feels like we're just... I haven't

quite gotten that yet but then I, I associate London with like

nothing but concrete. The city. You know, but... There's more boats, there's more liveaboards.

actually get this spot. Yeah 'cos there's this great big sign over here on the

Tesco's that says 'Tesco's customer mooring only, strictly no overnight

mooring' and there's been overnight boats like almost every night. Yeah. And just up here,

Oh its really nice. Because as you come down the last look into where we are now

up the river chess not cheese I keep saying to you that's burger chest

so this is rich needs work the town we're in this is back to earth where

we're sitting where the rocks are and there is the past the Bedford Canal

Center beside the lock that goes up the river chests and the lock that goes up

the Grand Union so we're gonna walk up the river chests here a little bit it's

kind of a neat place I've never seen this where walk sort of join up and give

you two different options the river chest I keep calling the river cheese

because I keep thinking that's funny but it's not really that funny but it looks

quite nice and it's got a basin up there so we're gonna walk up and take a look

so if you're coming down the river chests or cheese there is the lock there

is the we're walk we're walk Wow don't get that one wrong because big big big

so that's the basin you come to at the end of the river chess it's a nice

little market down here but you aren't able to get here except for through a

large lift bridge and that lift bridge seems to be powered by a mechanism that

stuff up there as well you kind of get the impression they don't come in and

there's this very long what used to be a train line and is now basically just one

continuous walking path every path I think it is and and we started walking

up that and ran into almost immediately ran into a couple of girls who were

looking for a lost Husky we found they did find they were like can you guys if

you see a husky can you call the number that's on the dog we go walking along

lose sight of them and then almost immediately get sight of this husky but

the husky won't let us near then runs off the other direction so so I'm I'm

I'm running after it but George beside me knowing if I can catch this Husky why

didn't they rip the number in bigger letters on the dog to go and I had kept

all of Joe's I had her phone in their purse and

everything and then while I was with them looking for you and the Husky their

mum called to say that someone had called the house to say the dog was up

at their lot but then the next look anyway it's quite adventurous and then

we went into Rickmansworth which is a really nice little town oh yeah and in

the last video we cut judges hair and we never did it like an after shot and it's

okay it's a little bit tough tea but

that's George he is sort of oldish is that look on his face that text but

there's at least that was his Willie besides these Tufts that we didn't do we

didn't do his head or his neck because you didn't want to shave all the curvy

Em discurso, ele criticou o teto de gastos públicos e disse que o foco de um eventual governo petista será educação e emprego

O teto de gastos, medida aprovada pelo governo Michel Temer (MDB) em 2016, prevê que os gastos da União, por 20 anos, só poderão aumentar de acordo com a inflação do ano anterior

O objetivo alegado pelo governo é reequilibrar as contas públicas e impulsionar o crescimento econômico

"Como é que você vai congelar o estado brasileiro 20 anos? Significa dizer que não vai mais abrir uma creche, um posto de saúde

Por 20 anos, não vai abrir mais nada", criticou Haddad. "Repor a inflação significa que o servidor em 20 anos não vai ter reajuste", continuou

O evento petista foi realizado em um clube da capital paraibana. Haddad chegou acompanhado de militantes e correligionários

Antes de discursar, ele ouviu as falas de líderes de movimentos estudantis e sociais

O candidato a vice disse que um eventual governo petista vai se preocupar em proporcionar oportunidades para jovens

"Oportunidade é educação e trabalho. Se o ser humano tem acesso a educação e trabalho, praticamente tem acesso a tudo

Porque é por meio dessas portas que você abre um conjunto de realizações e se desenvolve

Então nosso foco no plano de governo está nessas duas pernas", disse Haddad. Este é o terceiro dia seguido que Haddad faz campanha em uma capital do Nordeste

Nos dois dias anteriores ele passou por Salvador e Aracaju. Haddad representa o PT na campanha enquanto ainda não há uma definição sobre a candidatura do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, que encabeça a chapa

Lula está preso em Curitiba e teve a candidatura questionada no Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE)

Pelos critérios da lei da Ficha Limpa ele é considerado inelegível, por ter sido condenado em segunda instância

Caso Lula não possa concorrer, Haddad deve ser a opção do PT para a disputa presidencial

Ele tem o desafio de herdar os votos de Lula. Pelas pesquisas eleitorais mais recentes, o ex-presidente lidera as intenções de voto

No entanto, no cenário sem Lula, Haddad aparece com 4%.
