Youtube daily report w Aug 5 2018

Hello hello welcome to Dibs On Blue!

I want to show off today this game.

How to play it... This game is called Costume Party Assassins.

It's a really cool game.

I want you to understand that this game is super easy to learn there's really nothing to it.

It's a party game and you can play with two to six players.

The play time is around 20 to 30 minutes but really it depends how long people

are around the table and thinking and or even how many people are playing the

game so honestly it really depends.

The concept is that all the players are invited to a costume party so that means

that everyone has a secret identity that they know and they're wearing a costume

so the players know who they are but the players don't know who anyone else is.

Everybody's identity is secret.

The goal

is that you're trying to kill everybody and eliminate them from the game.

If you're the only one left then you win!

If another player kills you, then you lose and you're eliminated.

The game has several things... it's got a game board that has

five different colored rooms on it

There's one die

that has different colors on it as well and it matches the rooms on the board

but there's one side of the die that's black

and I'll explain what that means later.

There are 20 meeples in the game they're all different they're all wearing different costumes.

An example would be like a vampire

a clown

and a ghost

There's 20 cards

and that deck of cards matches all the people all the people, all the meeples, in the game.

So to set up you have to put down the game board and then

put down four meeples in each room.

It honestly doesn't matter, you pick, just

pick random ones and put them down, four in each room.

Now,

give each player one card, like this.

That stack of cards, you're gonna need it, so just put it off to the side.

That card that you have is your secret role

Now listen up... you don't want to

tell everybody who you are, like "Oh, I'm ___" you know, don't do that, keep it a secret!

So when I get my secret role, scan the board but make sure nobody else is

really watching where you're looking you want to keep that a secret.

You're trying to find your secret role on the board.

When you see yourself be like all right I know where I am...

Now we're ready to play!

The person who goes first is really up to you you decide. The rulebook explains

that whoever has the next birthday is the first player, but really that's up to you.

You decide.

Ok, so for an example, on my turn I roll the die...

and I got green. So I look at the green room...

I have two options really. I can move a character from the green room to another room...

But, and this is important, the other room has to be right next to the green room.

It has to be adjacent.

You can't move from the green room to say the blue room because it's too far away.

So I can move from the green room to the

red room, to the gray room, or to the yellow room.

Your other option is that you still have to move a character but this time...

you can start in the room next to that room and then enter the green room.

Once you've moved, pass the die over to the next player.

Now, if on my turn I roll the die and I roll black...

What happens is that you don't move a character you kill a character

And you have to kill someone.

So again, you have two options...

Your first option is to kill a character inside the same room that you're in.

So what you do is just remove the meeple from the board.

But, that means that other players are like

"Oh! You're inside that room! Hmm... which character are you??"

So they're trying to figure out who you are.

Your other option is that you still have to kill a character...

but not in your room.

You can choose a safe option.

...you don't want everyone to know where you are.

So you pick a random card from the top.

And this time I got the astronaut so I have to kill that character.

I keep that card and the character because you can only do that three times.

That's it.

So, if I do that again on my next turn and I roll black, pick a random one again,

and I killed this time...

Frankenstein's monster... that's my second card so if we go around again and it's my turn again...

and I roll black... well I'm gonna pick a random one again...

and I got the ghost

that's my limit I've reached my three so I can't kill a random character again.

I have to kill somebody in my room.

So if we go around again, I get black, I've already reached my limit of three.

I have to kill somebody inside my room.

So you just pick somebody other than yourself like the princess.

Now I'm like "Hey did I kill you??" (any of the players). If I didn't kill anybody,

that's fine the game just keeps going, but if I actually did kill somebody,

so, somebody's the princess, then they're gone they're eliminated from the game.

Now this is a very important rule... If you're alone in the room you're the

only meeple in the room... no other meeples are with you...

what happens is that if it's my turn again and I roll black and I've already

reached my limit of three, so I can't draw a card....

You have to kill yourself!

That means you're eliminated from the game.

So that concludes me explaining how to play Costume Party Assassins.

if you want to see people actually play the game, then hang on a second!

I'm gonna have my friends come join me at the table and we'll play the game.

But, if you're just not interested in that that's totally fine.

If you enjoy watching my videos here and my explanations,

then please subscribe to this channel! Thank you for watching! Bye bye.

The BEST TRICKS to BATH your BIRDS 🐤 Canary Budgie Lovebird Goldfinch - Duration: 10:02.

Hello colleagues and peers. Welcome once again to a new video.

This time I'm going to talk about the importance of the bath in our birds, be they canaries,

Goldfinches, parakeets, lovebirds, etc. Plus throughout the video I will give you a series

of tips and tricks to make our birds bathe.

And we started! It is very important throughout the year to bring them

bathrooms, at least once or twice a week, and with this we are going to get our

birds have a good hygiene, provide to the feathers a greater elasticity and that these

keep clean, it will help them too to eliminate loose feathers, have fun

and thereby de-stress, and if in addition to this water from the bathtub we add some

type of product, which we will see later in the video, we're going to get them dewormed

outside and prevent in most of the cases mites, piojillos and other insects.

And in the same way that we, our birds need to maintain good hygiene

both in the cage and in his body. Thus It is ideal that our birds bathe

less once or twice a week to keep them their legs and their plumage as clean as possible.

During the breeding the baths are very important for birds, especially in days

prior to the hatching of the eggs because with this we will increase the humidity

and future chicks will break the shell better.

So one or two days before hatching of the eggs we are going to put the parents

a bathtub, they will bathe, especially we want the female to bathe, which

later it will return to the nest with the feathers wet to continue incubating the eggs.

Being wet will transmit that degree of moisture to eggs and future offspring

they can be born more easily and with this we will prevent some offspring from being able

to break the egg and die inside. Another tip in case your canary, periquita

or jilguera does not bathe would be to pulverize the eggs when the female leaves the nest to eat.

We should do this very carefully and we would simply pulverize a little

water over the eggs, you do not need to throw a lot of water, simply that we make a

small tic with the sprayer will be more enough to give the eggs

the degree of humidity they need to hatch. During the molting season it is very important

also provide baths for our birds regularly, about two or three times

week or there are even many breeders that they put the toilets daily during this

stage, since with that we get to help them to eliminate old feathers and at the same time we favor

the output of the new plumage. In summary and to make it easier to understand, what

let's get to the bathrooms during the mute is to soften the skin of the bird so that

the new guns can come out with more ease, the molt is shortened, the bird looks

a beautiful plumage, avoiding the cysts of the pen as a result of which the pen does not

can go abroad and in turn, also we managed to avoid and reduce the picaje,

that your skin does not dry up so much and keeps a certain degree of humidity.

And of course, in times of heat it is very important and necessary to provide bathrooms

to our birds, especially during peak hours of excessive heat. So they can bathe

and cool off and the heat will be more pleasant. A very important advice, is that if you can

when you put the tub on observing, and when you see that everyone has

bathed or calculated that you had the time Enough to bathe, around 15-30

minutes, you remove the bathtub, to avoid that the birds defecate inside,

pollute the water and may appear some illness since they before bathing

they usually drink a little water and if it has stool remains could transmit some

disease. My advice and what I usually do is that

when there are forecasts of heat waves, example these days back that in my area

the temperatures have been very high les I place the bathtubs with fresh water

3:30 or 4, which is when temperatures are higher, and at 15-20 minutes, when

I see that everyone has already bathed, or half late when the temperatures are going down,

I remove all the bathtubs. Another tip is to observe well everyone if the

you have in flying or in large cages, since there may be some stronger ones that

appropriate the bathtub and do not leave any another approach or enter to bathe. At

If this happens to you because you have two options:

The first to remove the bird that has this kind of behaviors and the second use

Sprayer and spray all the birds one by one, and in this way we make sure

that everyone gets wet and refreshed. To bathe our birds we can use

different types of bathtubs, from this there are to my left, which are outside bathtubs,

that is, they are placed outside of the cage, to this other type of bathtubs,

which are the bathtubs of all life that are place inside the cage.

In my case I prefer to use outdoor bathtubs since they are more comfortable, since they are more

Easy to remove and put and does not get so wet the cage or the feeders, and at the same time,

we remove space inside the cage. If you use the indoor bathtubs you must take into account

that the container does not have much depth and that the bird can move, flap and

bathe without difficulty. And once the bird has bathed and you remove the bathtub,

You must also remove the tray from the cage and clean it very well, because it falls

a lot of water and if this is not cleaned we can appear bacteria and fungi. And another small

trick, independently, that you use indoor or outdoor bathtubs, is that the

always place in a point of the cage away from the feeders and the pasta

breed, to prevent them from getting wet and ferment. Of course, if you have bred by hand to your

bird, he's a papillero, and he's used to to leave your cage frequently, you can

bathe it carefully in the low sink the tap, you open the tap so that a

fine stream, and remember that the water is not very cold to avoid colds and so our

Bird will enjoy and be refreshed. As I said before, in the case that your

birds do not accept the bathtubs and you want refresh them, you can add in a small

spray, similar to this, water at temperature environment and very carefully about 15-20

cm away, gently let's go pulverizing them little by little creating a kind of fog

of water, and we will see how they are going to to cool off and bathe.

Also, you have to keep in mind that you must not pulverize the bird at the last hours

in the afternoon and that after pulverizing them it is very important to place them in a place in

that there are no drafts to avoid colds.

Also, if we add certain products To the water in the bathtubs, we're going to get

bring them more benefits and in many cases we will get them exterrassed externally.

To the water that we put in the bathtub we can add some products that act as

acaricides and give it shine and silkiness to the pen. For example, you can add

to a liter of water about 10 ml of vinegar apple, mix it well and the birds

they will bathe and give it a greater shine to the pen and we also get them dewormed

externally and prevent insects and parasites as mites and piojillos. Apple cider vinegar,

even if it's a natural product you do not have to abuse since it is an acid and could

cause problems to the pen if used with a lot of regularity I particularly soil

use it once every two weeks approximately. Also, you can add some baking soda,

you only add the tip to each bathtub rasa of a bicarbonate knife, you mix

everything well that is integrated with the water and you can put the tub. The bird

will bathe and like apple cider vinegar will act as natural acaricide and insecticide

and it will bring a greater silkiness to the pen. Once or twice a month is more than enough,

always remember everything with moderation. Lastly, aloe vera would also be

a good alternative to add it in the bath water of our birds, you know

which is a plant that has many properties and benefits. My advice is that you do not mix

products, that is, do not put in the bathtub apple vinegar and bicarbonate at the same time,

better to put it separately and go taking control of the products that you put.

Apple cider vinegar, baking soda and aloe vera we have already analyzed them previously

in videos of the channel, but how do I know that many of you are new and you have incorporated

recently to the channel, down here I will leave a comment posted with the link

to those videos so you can get more information and delve into these natural remedies.

And in addition to these natural products, there are also some breeders that add to the

bath water some shampoos or bath salts special for birds, with this they get

eliminate dust and dirt from the plumage of the bird, disinfect the pen and at the same time remove

the dead tissue, in order that the bird arrives with the plumage in good condition

and as clean and beautiful as possible to the contests. I hope as always that this video serves you,

If so, leave me a like, subscribe to channel and activate the notification bell

to not miss any video, share the video in your social networks and groups

of WhatsApp to help other breeders, up here I leave you a pretty video

interesting and as always I wait for you in the next video

VDNKh: a fantastic Moscow park only locals know | Russia 2018 vlog - Duration: 9:37.

Oh, wow!

That's the view.

After I published my first series of videos here in Moscow,

I received lots of ideas from people telling me where to go next,

what are the other really nice things to do in town.

_ Hey! _ Hey!

And I think the number one place suggested by most of the people was this one here, VDNKh.

This is a gigantic park with lots of things to do;

there are exhibitions, museums, it's like a world of its own.

So I'm very excited to explore this place today.

Should we get a bike? Are you sure? I saw online that the park is big.

This entrance is one of the most beautiful things, look at the size of this!

So majestic.

The sculpture over there is a homage to the farmers of the Soviet Union, they're holding the wheat.

And look at what's right here. I think this time I can finally visit the tower.

Remember what happened last year?

The tower is closed!

Free entrance

VDNKh stands for "Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy"

This park here was built in the 30's, and the idea was to represent the various

republics of the Soviet Union and this is exactly what this monument here does.

Each one of those sculptures represent a different country, like Ukraine, Belarus and so on.

But based on what I saw online, this is a fountain.

It's a shame that's it's not turned on, because it's so beautiful.

Each building here has a such a unique architecture, and also different functions.

During the Soviet times there were more than 300 exhibitions, seminars,

events in general every year here.

During winter, this becomes the largest artificial skating rink in the world

When you are doing online research you learn that this park is huge,

but only when you get here you really understand what it means.

It is gigantic! For you guys to have an idea, this is greater than the entire Monaco.

While in Russia, do like the Russians. Sit down and relax.

Oh, that's the food square.

Very nice. Some places here have menus in English.

Smoothies and milkshakes!

Almost six dollars.

Do you know what you want?

They've got ice cream.

Oh yeah!

This was one of the few places in Moscow that didn't accept credit card.

We've actually been using Apple Pay and Google Pay everywhere, even at the metro.

Thanks!

She said "Na Zdorovie"!? I'm totally lost, I don't know what that means anymore.

I thought this was, like, "cheers". I can't understand anymore, if I ever understood any Russian.

_ Thanks! _ You're welcome!

Weather in Moscow is really crazy. It rains all of the sudden

and it's still sunny at the same time, and then stops.

That's why I always leave the hotel with a raincoat

It doesn't matter how sunny it might be in the morning.

Underneath the plane.

Here there's also a Space pavilion, where they show all the achievements the Soviet Union had

during the space race, especially 50's and 60's

when they were competing directly with the United States to see who would dominate space exploration.

It's fascinating to read about this time. And the Soviets actually scored first

They were the first ones to send men to space: Yuri Gagarin. I learned that in school and never forgot.

Ah, the Soviet Flag! It says "Buran" right there.

This was a space program that rivaled NASA's space shuttle program, already in the 80's.

Putting the rain cover back.

It stopped raining.

It starts and stops the whole time, so...

Now, this is the most popular place with kids, it's an aquarium.

VDNKh is going through several transformations

as several pavilions that were closed for many years

and now are being restored, there are plans for new museums... There's a lot going on here.

Thank you so much to everyone on YouTube who told me to come here.

I saw very few international tourists here

and I feel like this is one of those places that remain hidden and authentic.

So from here we want to go to the tower, Ostankino Tower, it's very close.

We're following Google Maps.

It indicated it's a 24-minute walk. Good weather, so let's go!

It's actually a very nice walk, look at this.

Now it's open until 11 PM, but remember what happened to me, you have to go up at least an hour before.

If I tell you what happened you won't believe

Second time that I'm here, second time I can't get in!

You need your passport to get inside, and I have other forms of ID

but I didn't bring my passport, I left it in the hotel.

And here is a high-level security building

Just to get into this part here where we are, you go through x-ray machines,

scans, just like getting inside an airport.

And once you get inside the building, immediately they ask for your passport.

Are you all disappointed?

I don't go anywhere with you no more.

You can go, baby.

I'll wait for you here... It's not the same, I know.

The reason is that this is an operating TV tower, high-level security.

Not just an observation deck. They explained that it's just like the Kremlin

Although I don't remember having to show my passport to get inside the Kremlin,

but, well, living and learning. Now you know.

Ostankino Tower and I - it was not meant to be.

Observation deck

Renata, for people like you, here's your observation deck.

See tower from here.

You're so bad!

Baby, I have an idea. Watch me.

That's where we're going.

You can also have a great view from the bar at the top of the Radisson Royal Ukraina hotel.

This is one of the Seven Sisters. I'm linking above to a short video that explains the Seven Sisters.

Oh wow!

It was worth it, huh?

The view up there was so amazing

that each one of us got a camera

and we stayed there doing photos,

videos, time-lapses... So fun!

And it was exactly one of these pictures that I just posted on Instagram.

I spent a lot time without posting because I was working

really hard in the last few months.

I had a lot of projects going on. Also, I edited more videos than ever

Which was nice, but it takes a lot of time

and it's tough when you do everything by yourself.

My husband obviously helps filming, but that's it,

I do the entire pre and post-production.

That's why it is so important, and really rewarding to me when you guys like the videos,

leave me comments, share, because this really helps and keeps me going.

So from now on, there will be more on Instagram.

I hope you like it.

And next Sunday, a new video in Moscow.

Sea of Thieves Cursed Sails DLC Ghost Ships Ahoy - Duration: 7:58.

Hello its Ricardo and I'm plains sea of thieves yeah I've got I've taken a

little break from no man's cow in elite dangerous go back to see your thieves

now I've been playing this on and off for a little bit hasn't really engaged

the community I think as much as what they were hoping for it to do it was

released with a certain amount of content that was quickly burned through

because of the excitement on launch and then we've had a few DLC time-limited

DLC and rare and Microsoft they have revealed that this curse sales DLC will

be just three weeks within the game it'll be permanently within the game but

they'll just release it for a three-week period and then it'll go up for

something else this DLC will introduce you know new ships with skeletal truths

as we can see we're in high pursuit of a ghost ship now it's a little bit dark a

3-person briga teen ship and you can then make alliances that will help you

take on larger challenges within the game and in that case you also get a few

larger awards you'll want to act quickly like I said because you know it just

lasts three weeks and it started on July 31st so the next update forsaken shores

is probably going to deal a bit more with like hell

whereas curse sails its ghost ships so as you can see I'm engaging the ghost

ships now we're giving her a good blasting such as it is and also bailing

out the ship so critics and players alike have complained that these sea of

thieves runs out of ideas and activities really quickly and that was certainly

sure as soon as it was released which prevent what you know is this it and

we've certainly had a share of games so further have been like that although you

know I mean you know no man's sky is really listened to its player base and

as a result of this you know they've had a bit of a second shot you know some

people might say oh no they right it's days at its chance

moving on play something else fair enough but I think the community with

with no man's sky really really has had a second shot at this and I think it

paints a good picture for a lot of the game makers especially frontier

development of elite dangerous listen to your community build some additional

content in no man's sky has and you know a lot of people are actually playing it

are they gonna continue playing it past the initial two or three weeks who knows

but back to sea of Thieves it runs out a novel ideas really quickly

and these free add-ons are not going to keep players engaged forever but they do

provide a reason to come back to the game you know when the general ship

raids and treasure hunts have worn thin I mean curse sails you know has

introduced these skeletal Marauder enemies which means you know your you'll

see these ships sailing around these MP ships sailing around the aunt of the

players and will engage you you have these tools to try and turn the tide

problem in your favor though you know I don't think they ship this brig Atene

ship which is made for three people and a liar system will do a hell of a lot to

reengage players past the initial right well I've done this campaign now and why

should they come back to this game so there you go you are gonna get some

special rewards but the game inherently remains the same you float around you

encounter some ships whether that's in a party if you do in an alliance I formed

an alliance with some Italian gentleman he was quite fun who said hey you know

you want to join together and shoot some go ships yeah why not because we hadn't

found them up until that point they'd guide us off we went and took him out in

an alliance you know and we were successful so it did open up the game

community wise a little bit in that respect but I mean these ships as you'll

see they're turning to bear on me now it still remains the same you've got to

repair your ship eat your bananas fire your cannons

for engagement point of view it was fun and I'm not gonna say it wasn't fun but

very short-lived and in fact I then went back to play no man's sky which I think

to be fair it's also gonna be a bit short list as well what to play what to

play who knows but the way of developers bringing out this DLC content all the

time I think is gonna it's indicative of where the industry is you release a

half-finished game with minimal content and then try and candor people's

interest over a longer period of time and if that's what it is

you know I thought that I can really be bothered with that to be honest I want

to see a great big honking lovely update that has got all the stuff that was

promised to us years and years and years ago trickling out content like this for

me although interesting and engaging over the short term it doesn't stand for

a good in-game experience sure there's actually many games like that really you

know I mean who could that can keep a player community going like it has

anyway I mean the graphics on these go ships are lovely it looks every part you

know the battered old ship and when you blow massive chunks out of it as well

you've got the debris that we've known to see as well in sea of thieves the

standard edition so what else can I tell you about this that was pretty much it I

have to say I mean best to play with friends in fact it's virtually

impossible to play this without a crew of people who've gone out and bought the

ship bought the game sorry you know to crew a ship it's gonna be nine

impossible doing this by yourself I'm sure some clever Dickie has gone out

somewhere and in a sloop right has taken out one of these pilot ships by himself

right I'm unable to do it I want the biggest honkin shipper get my hands on

and away we go and there I am trying to board this

other ship or head it off at the pass and my crews gone in there to give it

another good going-over so how do these engagement battles look

at night well I think a little bit better although for video purposes quite

dark I mean the glow of the the cannonballs and what-have-you

you know it does make it look a bit more spectacular and eerie and if that sort

of green misty blowing in there in a sky that makes you know oh yes and the Giri

is going on but generally you know it is what it is you're gonna get hammered a

couple of times after you get hammered a couple of times you're gonna come back

you know give them a good hammering and so the circle of the game continues

anyway I've been Ricardo this has been see if these and the curse sales DLC

engage in for a period of time but I doubt I'll come back to it for a while

haven't read em soak the like and subscribe button and also the

notification icons let you know I'm putting more videos of this and other

games on YouTube thanks very much for watching see you soon

Costume Party Assassins - Tutorial & Playthrough - Duration: 17:58.

Bye bye.

Trump Already Creating An Alibi For Potential Midterm Losses For Republicans - Duration: 3:15.

Several times in the last few days Donald Trump has mentioned that he is absolutely,

100% okay with shutting down the federal government if he does not get the funding that he wants

for his border wall.

Now, this is one of the things that Donald Trump has tweeted out this week.

He said, "I don't care what the political ramifications are.

Our immigration laws and border security have been a complete and total disaster for decades.

There's no way that the Democrats will allow it to be fixed without a government shutdown."

So, he's already trying to say, we're going to have to shut down the government, because

the Democrats don't want to fix it, but he also says he doesn't care about the political

ramifications.

See, that to me is key right there, because I have a theory about all this.

We know that, right now Republicans across the country, the elected officials, I should

say, are freaking out at the prospect of a government shutdown, because the budget year

ends at the end of September, which would mean, if they cannot pass a new one with border

wall funding and it basically comes to a stalemate, government shuts down beginning of October.

What happens one month later?

The 2018 midterm elections, where Republicans are expected and predicted to take a massive

shellacking from the Democrats, lose the House, possibly even the Senate.

See, Donald Trump, for the first time in his life actually understands something, and he

understands that, that Republicans are most likely going to lose.

If they do, it's going to make him look bad, and that's what's important to him, how he

looks to the public.

So, by threatening this shutdown and possibly by actually shutting down the government,

he knows Republicans are going to lose anyway, but a shutdown's going to hurt them even more,

he can then use that as clearance and say, "Hey look, Republicans lost the midterms,

but not because of me, not because I was unpopular, but because they wouldn't fall in line with

me and secure that border wall funding like I asked, and now they paid the price.

Now the Democrats are here, and I'll never get the funding.

Oh, that's why everything's so horrible.

So you gotta vote for me in 2020, and get the Republicans back in the House, 'cause

they've probably learned their lesson by now, and then we can get the funding."

He is actually setting up the long game now.

He knows he's not going get that border wall funding this year.

It's not going to come really ever.

Let's be 100% honest about that.

That border wall funding will never go through, no matter who controls the House, Republicans

or Democrats, whatever it is, he'll never get it.

He knows that.

His base doesn't know it, because they're not the brightest bunch out there.

As long as he keeps out there, with these phony talking points, saying, "Oh, the Democrats

did this ... darn them, and that's why Republicans lost in the midterms.

Not because of me, because I'm great, right guys?"

He is setting this up, and it's all because of his ego.

Has nothing to do with border wall funding.

It has nothing to do with not caring about the political ramifications.

It's about covering his own ass before his party takes a massive beating in the 2018

midterms.

The INSANE Jackass WWE Summerslam Match That NEARLY HAPPENED! | WWE Backstage Expose - Duration: 4:46.

Back in the early 2000s, Jackass was one of the most popular TV shows on MTV.

The exploits of Johnny Knoxville, Steve-o, Bam Margera and co. got three seasons, and

spawned a big screen movie in 2002 - with sequels arriving in 2006 and 2010.

It was after the release of 2006's Jackass Number Two that plans for them to work with

WWE took place - and nearly lead to a match against Umaga.

I am El Fakidor Laurie Blake - and this is Jackass' Missing Summerslam Match.

Steve-o and Chris Pontius of Jackass made their WWE debuts in October 2006, where they

were attacked in the ring by the Samoan Bulldozer Umaga.

Sadly for any future relationship with WWE and the pair, Steve-o and Pontius laughed

throughout the beatdown which was not looked upon kindly by WWE.

As Bryan Alvarez described it in Figure Four Weekly #591: "Steve-O was laughing afterwards,

so Umaga kicked him HARD in the back, chopped the s*** out of him, and hit the big splash.

Steve-O was still alive, so Umaga kept clobbering and kicking and slamming him, I guess hoping

to shut him up for good.

I could have watched that all night."

I mean considering Steve-O went on to be launched into the sky in a porta loo on a bungee cord,

this probably seemed like quite a fun day out.

No wonder he laughed.

[QUOTE] Alvarez added, "Steve-O of Jackass said Tuesday that he knew he was stupid for

laughing after Umaga first destroyed him, and that he was manhandled afterwards and

remembers nothing from that point until when the doctors examined him."

[QUOTE]

The following year in the summer of 2007, USA Network's Bonnie Hammer reportedly suggested

to Vince McMahon that one of the reason's Raw's ratings were slipping was because

they weren't using enough celebrity appearances.

This is where the cast of Jackass came in, which was pushed by Shane McMahon who was

a fan of the show.

USA Network were also airing Steve-o's new show Dr. Steve-o in October and wanted to

use Raw as a way to promote it.

According to Bryan Alvarez, the plan was for WWE to debut Johnny Knoxville, Steve-o, Bam

Margera, Wee Man and the rest of the main Jackass crew, and they would get involved

in the Great American Bash match between Umaga and Jeff Hardy - where they would cost Umaga

his Intercontinental Championship.

From there they would then have a handicap match between the cast of Jackass and Umaga

at Summerslam - where through shenanigans the Jackass guys would get the win over the

Samoan Bulldozer.

It nearly fell through as soon as plans were put in place, though.

The Jackass crew came into WWE to shoot images for Summerslam promotional images when Steve-o

started asking random wrestlers to choke him for a laugh.

According to Bryan Alvarez, "Vince was irate and nearly axed the entire deal, but Shane

McMahon, who was the guy pushing hardest for the deal in the first place, talked him out

of it and cooler heads prevailed."

What didn't help matters either is that Bam Margera suffered an injury recently and

was already planning on dropping out of the match.

Wonder where he got that from?

In the end it wasn't WWE that reportedly pulled out of the match, but the Jackass crew

themselves.

In June 2007 Chris Benoit murdered his wife and child and killed himself; an event that

shook the wrestling world and put it under a microscope by the mainstream press.

WrestleZone reported after the Benoit double murder suicide became big news, Johnny Knoxville

started to get cold feet about working with the company.

"Knoxville and the rest of the group began distancing themselves from WWE.

What started off as a several promised TV and PPV appearances soon scaled back to Jackass

only working the SummerSlam PPV."

[QUOTE] According to WrestleZone, once Knoxville pulled out, the match was scrapped as he was

the main guy of the group.

However in a 2008 interview on JackassWorld, Knoxville answered a fan's question about

Summerslam and said that he couldn't fit WWE's demands into his schedule.

The interview is sadly no longer available, but PWInsider noted from the time, "He said

that they didn't back out.

He said WWE has been good to them and WWE tried to put something together with the crew…

He said that he thinks the sides got their signals crossed and that WWE wanted more of

a commitment than one night so WWE decided to go in a different direction.

He put over WWE and said that there are no ill feelings whatsoever."

[QUOTE]

We've got other WWE Backstage Exposes here on WrestleTalk so click the videos on screen

right now for more information.

These Stars All Died At Age 27 - Duration: 7:13.

So many entertainers have passed away just three years' shy of 30 that there's even a

name for it: the 27 Club.

While studies have shown that there's no increased statistical likelihood for celebrities to

depart at a particular age, the morbid idea of the 27 Club persists.

With high-profile examples like Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Amy Winehouse, and Anton Yelchin,

it's not hard to understand why.

Here are some other notable entertainers who left us at the age of 27.

Fredo Santana

Derrick "Fredo Santana" Coleman was a rising star in Chicago hip-hop, thanks to his successful

2013 debut album Trappin' Ain't Dead, several acclaimed mixtapes, and his hit single "Pass

Me My Double Cup."

Unfortunately, his success and life were short-lived, as he passed away on January 19th, 2018.

Santana performed a kind of hip-hop called "drill," a gritty reboot of trap music.

But away from the studio and stage, he was battling an all-too-familiar demon: drugs.

Specifically, he was addicted to lean, also known as "purple drank," also known as cough

syrup chugged at dangerously high levels, which led to major health issues.

In October 2017, he checked into the hospital for kidney and liver failure.

Three months later, he had passed on.

Ron "Pigpen" McKernan

One of the founding members of the Grateful Dead, the guy everyone called "Pigpen" sang

and also played organ and harmonica for the iconic group.

He worked hard to establish the band as a pioneer in jug- and blues-based rock, even

before they were officially known as The Dead.

Unfortunately for him, the other members didn't share that vision for very long.

The group got heavily into LSD and began recording more psychedelic music.

This left "Pigpen," a hard-drinking blues man who didn't care for trippy drugs, out

in the cold.

By 1970, McKernan's drinking had begun to hurt him so much, he had to quit touring.

He couldn't stay away for long, though, as he returned the next year.

But by June 1972, he was completely done with both touring and the band.

On March 8th, 1973, he suffered a fatal internal hemorrhage.

Though he didn't last long with the Grateful Dead, the band never would've taken off without

him.

Linda Jones

Had Linda Jones lived longer, she might have become one of the most famous soul singers

of all time.

In 1967, she hit the big time with the song "Hypnotized."

She was on her way to becoming a star along the lines of Cissy Houston and Dionne Warwick,

only fiercer.

Jones, a diabetic, was at her mom's house on March 14th, 1972, following an afternoon

performance at the Apollo Theater.

She asked her mom to wake her up from a nap in time for her evening show.

But instead, she found her daughter the victim of a diabetic coma.

It wasn't the most soulful way to go, but a sadly realistic one.

Mia Zapata

Seattle grunge-punk band The Gits were really coming into their own during the Age of Nirvana.

But then, catastrophe struck.

On July 7th, 1993, lead singer Mia Zapata was attacked by a man named Jesus Mezquia,

who beat her, violated her, and then strangled her.

He evaded capture for over a decade until DNA on her body linked him to the crime.

Creepily enough, a song that Zapata wrote for the Gits' second album, released after

her passing, all but foretold what would happen.

Titled "Sign of the Crab," it included lines about cutting up a human body and leaving

parts of it across a town, and a killer escaping justice.

Powerful songwriting, but not at all the kind of thing anyone wanted to come true.

Joseph Merrick "The Elephant Man"

Joseph Merrick wasn't exactly an entertainer by choice.

As creatively depicted in the film The Elephant Man, he suffered from extreme physical deformities

and was unable to find steady work until he realized that his curse was the only way he

could make a legitimate income.

And yes, his name was Joseph, even though in the movie they changed his name to John

for some reason.

He joined the freak show circuit as "The Elephant Man," charging people to gawk at his enlarged

head, trunk-like forehead growth, and overgrown right arm.

But eventually England outlawed his act, and his manager stole his money.

At that point, Merrick had little choice but to remain in a hospital for the rest of his

days.

On April 11th, 1890, Merrick passed away in his sleep.

Due to the extreme weight of his head, he was unable to sleep lying down, so he instead

did so while sitting up.

That night, however, he attempted to sleep like other people, crushing his own windpipe

as a result.

Robert Johnson

If you're into the blues, classic rock, or just music in general, you owe a debt to Robert

Johnson.

The man defined Chicago and delta blues, despite only recording a handful of tunes.

But when those tunes include "Sweet Home Chicago," "Crossroads," and "Love In Vain," you've already

written more than enough to ensure your artistic immortality.

Johnson's passing at the age of 27, like Johnson himself, is shrouded in mystery and rumor.

We know he passed away on August 16th, 1938, but we don't know how.

Some say he succumbed to syphilis.

Some say he had a tissue disorder called Marfan syndrome.

Others insist he was poisoned by a lover's jealous boyfriend, and still others say his

own girlfriend poisoned him.

Pete Ham

Badfinger's Pete Ham is a tragic example of how the music industry can destroy lives.

The band itself was poised to be the next Beatles, even getting signed to the Lads from

Liverpool's label, Apple Records.

Ham was the smiling face of Badfinger, a fine guitarist with limitless potential.

But then, the very business that was poised to make him huge completely betrayed him.

Badfinger found financial representation in New York businessman Stan Polley, who netted

them a six-figure contract with Warner Records in 1974.

But he would only give them a thousand dollars per month allowance, claiming the rest was

being saved and invested.

In reality, Polley was stealing from them.

This destroyed the band, especially Ham.

Financially and emotionally broken, and with a child on the way, he was desperate.

On the morning of April 24th, 1975, after drinking ten scotches the night before, he

hanged himself in his garage.

Jonghyun

South Korean music superstar Kim Jong-hyun simply known as Jonghyun to his fans was a

singer for the pop band SHINee before branching off into a solo career.

His 2016 debut album She Is had topped the charts, and he had another album in the works.

That all changed on December 18th, 2017, when he was found unconscious in his Seoul apartment.

By all accounts, Jonghyun had taken his own life, the victim of carbon monoxide poisoning

from heated charcoal.

He had often publicly discussed his depression and the effect fame had on him.

As he detailed in the note he left behind,

"The life of fame was not for me.

[…] Why did I choose this life?

[…] It's a miracle that I lasted this long."

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY - Healthy, quick, and still (really) tasty - Duration: 12:40.

Hi everyone, I prefer to focus only this video on what I eat in a day instead of doing a vlog. I am going to give you my best tips to achieve it.

So we start by the breakfast. It's a recipe that I am used to post on my Instagram Story

It's a king of bowl cake but more elaborated. In English it is called "bakes oats".

It is made with: 60 grams of oatmeal mix with flour of our choice (I am using almond flour for the taste)

+ we add leavening powder and cinnamon

Then we use another bowl to crush a half of banana and add to this a kia egg (great alternative for vegan)

Mix the bowl with some vegetable milk (or normal milk if you prefer)

Incorporate the first bowl made by dry ingredients to the second one

This will bake and be ready in 30 minutes more or less (ideal timing to get ready at the same time !)

For the topping you can add whatever you like according to your taste (apple, maple syrups, banana, chocolate,...)

I am going to film my recipe for my first snack. It's really an easy one

I am using the Fit muffin of the brand Nu3 (link above the description).

I like this one because they are very quick to cook and they are very rich in proteins

They are gluten-free and poor in sugar

I am going to cook 8 or 10 muffins for this video (ideal for the week)

I have one egg, milk, oil and a measuring cup

We need to mix the bowl

Usually I am using an oil spray but I give you a new tips: I put a tissue in the coco oil

and then apply it on the sides of the cake molds

Let's put the snack in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree

I will put the snack inside a tupperware and in the fridge to have my snacks for the week

We can preserve it at least 4 days in the fridge

For the lunch, I found it at Monoprix: it's some gnocchi with marrow.

Only made with 4 ingredients and interesting macros

Really simple and easy to cook

Boil some water, add the gnocchi and then it's ready when the gnocchi resurface

I add some fresh cheese and some turkey to have more protein

If you are vegan you can add some tofu or tempe

I have another snack for the afternoon, soft cake made with apples (2 slices)

For the topping, I add a homemade red berries jam (link in the description)

For the dinner, I used tempe (vegetal meat): cut it and steam it (10 mn)

I add a bit of apple compote in order to put the gomasio (nut's taste)

Cook it in the hooven 15-20 mn at 190 degree

I take everything that I can have in the fridge; ingredients that will be available all along the week (save time)

Buckwheat, grilled eggplant, carrots, sweet potatoes

I add my tempe

Papa John's® | BBQ Meats Pizza Review! ♨️🍖🍕 - Duration: 4:34.

welcome to peep this out reviews with Ian K

stay frosty now if you ask me summertime is made for two things heat and

barbecues and it looks like Papa John's is bringing both to the latest promo

with their all-new barbecue meats pizza and I got to say at first glance it sure

looks ready to deliver with a healthy portion of some pretty popular meats

that include pepperoni sausage beef bacon and Canadian bacon all on top of

their standard original crust that features an all new smoky southern style

barbecue sauce and plenty of cheese so yeah this one definitely checks the

boxes off on that meaty goodness but does it deliver on taste well we're

gonna find out right now this is the all-new BBQ meats pizza here at Papa

John's let's peep out this flavor yeah it is straight-up summertime BBQ action

in my car right now because I am baking here we go at the BBQ meats pizza from

Papa John's mm-hmm alright first off before I get into

the breakdown on this one let me just say I was a little hesitant going into

this review because I'm not really a super fan of barbecue style pizzas and

with the last time out trying something like this from Little Caesars I believe

it was called the smokehouse pizza let's just say it was a little underwhelmed so

definitely check out my review on that one by hitting the link in the upper

right-hand corner of your display if you're curious on that one but as for

this one this is already starting off on the right foot first off the barbecue

sauce stands out pretty prominently on this one and not enough to drown out the

meats which is a huge huge plus because you really want to get the flavor of

that meat in this one I mean this one's got five meats on it so of course you

want to taste all that meaty goodness without it really being drowned out by

anything else and thankfully you really can the flavor is definitely on point

with this one guys and the sauce itself nice and thick nice and hearty but again

not enough to overpower the flavor of the meat really good I think the trick

with this one is that some of the meat is layered underneath the pepperoni as

you can see it's much closer to the bottom so it is mixing with that sauce

so the smokiness that I'm getting from the sauce and the flavor of the meat is

really the standout on this one guys and of course the cheesy goodness is

definitely a highlight nice crust it's the usual crust that you get from Papa

John's and it definitely adds to the overall package with this one I'm pretty

impressed with a southern style barbecue sauce on this guys there's not a lot of

sweetness to it but it's just enough to let you know that it's there but what is

there is a thick type of sauce and I like that because it really is a hearty

type of feeling as you're diving into this one with all the meats and of

course the bread everything about this one

pretty impressed well I gotta say the layering of the barbecue sauce on my

version of this pizza today was done extremely well it's everywhere you need

it to be up until the back end of the crust it's a pretty even distribution

that goes with all the five meats on this pizza and again the flavor is

definitely on point guys most notably from the beef and the sausage itself

it's got a little light sweetness on its own and then everything else just comes

up with a very nice smoky flavor really nice now obviously for me regular peach

is gonna be my favorite I mean there's no substitution for tomato sauce and

cheese and all the good stuff that goes with that version of the classic but for

a summertime version of that classic this is easily one of the best versions

I've tried yet and definitely better for me at least on the smokehouse pizza from

Little Caesars a while back all the flavors work on this one the sauce is

not overpowering and there's plenty of sauce to go around that mixes extremely

well with everything on this pizza so overall I'm gonna have to give the

barbecue meats pizza here at Papa John's a rock-solid 9 out of 10 it's not my

favorite type of pizza but it's definitely a very delicious barbecue

style pizza with a lot of classic meats that you already get on standard pizza

to begin with with a very nice thick sweet type of barbecue sauce that

doesn't kill the whole thing highly recommended but of course that's just

my opinion what do you guys think are any of you generally fans of barbecue

style pizza over standard pizza and if you are how excited are you to give this

version from Papa John's a shot drop those comments down below

and definitely let me know and with that this is Ian K closing at another episode

of peep this out and like I always say I've got brand new content every single

week here on my channel so while you stay tuned for that next review coming real

soon in the meantime stay frosty you didn't think I forgot about the garlic

dipping sauce did you oh no no no let's do this real fast hmm

always a highlight it's buttery full of garlic adds a little smokiness because

of the barbecue sauce and all the other meats yeah I'm doing that again hang on

mmm wow this actually takes it up a notch assume this is a 10 guys because

it is mmm-hmm amazing alright guys I need some quality alone time with the

rest of this so until next time I'll talk to you soon

Did I say fifteen?

I always forgot. I don't know what's wrong with me.

Wind. She's afraid of wind, just like me.

It's in her apartment, right?

She's thinking it's only a human.

It's here.

Fuck, your washing machine scared me.

It's in the house.

She relaxed....poor thing.

Merisa!!

He's lying!

Give ma a break.

Look at that!

I just left the phone.

What kind of...

How did it enter?

Shadow!

I don't get it too. I can't remember.

So, it stabbed her and took out the heart.

Here it is.

Is it a picture?

She can't listen anymore.

I thought it is a five-pointed star. You know, it is symbol of sacrifice.

What is it? It's like letter Z.

What did he see?

That girl...

She's following him.

He's coughing for Sam to introduce him.

What is she doing?

He figured it out.

Maybe she's the killer!

No, I don't think so.

But she slit that guy's throat and took his blood.

But it is heart here...I don't think it's related.

Maybe she took it too.

Some old kind of demon.

That's the sing.

What was the last book you read?

Dervish and the death.

In the school....

It was a long time ago Merisa.

I fgured it out!

Maybe Meg summon that thing?!

Not her (the killer)...I don't know.

He said....

Listen what Dean said...

We have a big player in the town.

So, it's not like anyone can summon it.

There it is.

I told you!

I can't believe she doesn't see him. There is no chance.

She'll call the old guy.

Father!

That's the sign!

Dean always wanted to be together with them.

It didn't work.

Unfortunately.

He wants to go to school.

He doesn't want this.

I feel sorry for Dean.

I feel really bad for him.

Because I know he only wants his family.

I told you.

Listen to him.

For their father!

He's at Missouri.

How is he in town?

Here is the father.

He's back!

But how?

But how?!

She said he's in town.

She didn't lie.

When was the last time they saw him?

Sam....two years.

Dean....how long? Couple of months.

You see, they're still...

...angry.

I told you. I told you!

She's alive.

He won't die, right?

This episode was so good. I remember that even back then it was good for me.

Because...

The History Of Waluigi - Duration: 6:29.

Hey guys!

Welcome back to Top 10 Gaming, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

Waluigi was first introduced in Mario Tennis 64, in 2000.

After a bit of a rocky start, he quickly became one of the most popular villains in the Mario

franchise, returning in countless games over the years.

I really like him.

So today, let's go over the history of this badboy.

I'll go over his conception, the games he was in, and his ascent into meme royalty.

If you enjoy this video, let us know by throwing us a thumbs up down below.

And if you want more, check out our video on the The Top 10 Mario Characters Who Made

the Games Better!

But before you do that, get ready, it's time for the History of Waluigi!

Let's start with his creation.

Waluigi was first seen in Mario Tennis, to act as the rival for Luigi, just as Wario

was a rival to Mario.

His name has similar origins to Wario, in that it combined the name of his rival, with

the adjective warui, which means bad.

So just like Wario was bad Mario, Waluigi was Bad Luigi.

As a side note, his name is actually an anagram of the Japanese word ljiwaru, which means

ill-tempered or cruel.

Which is pretty darn accurate, although truth be told, it may have just been a coincidence.

Waluigi is a lover of mischief, and a hater of happiness in others.

This is largely because of his intense self-loathing, the feeling that bad things always happen

to him.

So basically, he's a skinny, annoying Eeyore.

He's the same age as luigi, and wears a hat with an upside down L. Just as Mario and Luigi

have colours that are seen as "opposites", red and green, Waluigi wears purple, which

is the opposite of Wario's yellow.

Kind of an interesting tidbit.

Many believe him to be the brother of Wario, just as Luigi is Mario's brother, but the

prevailing word from Nintendo is that they're just business associates.

Ever since his first appearance, Waluigi was voiced by the great Charles Martinet, best

known as the voice behind Mario himself.

He does so many voices in Mario, including Mario, Luigi, Wario, Toadsworth, even Donkey

Kong.

He was also Paarthurnax the dragon in Skyrim, so that's pretty neat.

Incredibly, Waluigi hasn't been seen in ANY of the main games, only being featured in

spin off games like Mario Tennis and Mario Kart.

But despite being relegated to the spin-offs, he's managed to gain quite the following.

As I said earlier, Waluigi first appeared in Mario Tennis in 2000, for the Nintendo

64.

And at first, people did NOT like him.

They kind of thought he was tacked on, just to give Wario someone to play with, and the

fact that he has perhaps the most annoying voice in the franchise didn't help much.

However, fans warmed to him, and later would see him as an integral part of the Mario Tennis

series, and the Mario franchise as a whole.

He would go on to be the unofficial mascot of Mario Tennis, only missing out on the earlier

game, Mario's Tennis, in 1995.

He appeared in just one other N64 game, Mario Part 3, in 2001.

Side note, he was my favourite character in the duel mode of that game, if you still have

it try him out!

Gamecube was the golden age of Waluigi.

With so many great party games coming out, he really got a chance to shine.

He made a trophy cameo in Super Smash Bros Melee in 2001.

He was a playable character in Mario Party 4, 5, 6, and 7, from 2002 to 2005.

He was in Mario Golf Toadstool Tour, and Mario Kart Double Dash, and made it into athletic

games like Mario Superstar Baseball, Super Mario Strikers, and Dance Dance Revolution

Mario Mix, all in 2005.

Seriously, that was a big 5 years for Waluigi.

Around the same time, from 2001 to 2005, he was in a few Game Boy Advance games.

These included Game and Watch Gallery 4, Mario Golf Advance Tour, and even the E-reader Mario

Party game.

He was also in Mario Tennis: Power Tour, which was weird because it was the only time he

was in a game that Wario wasn't.

Then we come to the next generation, that was dominated by the Nintendo Wii and the

DS.

Starting with the DS, our man was in Mario Kart DS, Mario Hoops 3 on 3, Mario Party DS,

and both Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games... games.

He was also in Itadaki Street DS, which I'd never heard of before, but apparently it was

a game by Square Enix that was a Mario/Dragon Quest Crossover.

Which sounds awesome.

Let me know in the comments if it's any good, it sounds pretty neat.

Waluigi appeared in Wii games from 2007 to 2011.

He was again in the soccer game, Mario Strikers Charged.

He was also, of course, in the Wii versions of the Olympic games, as well as Mario Party

8 and 9.

In Smash Bros Brawl, he was bumped up to an Assist Trophy, as well as an alternate costume

for Luigi.

He was also in Mario Kart Wii, as well as Mario Super Sluggers, Mario Sports Mix, and

Fortune Street, another crossover with Dragon Quest that kinda like Monopoly.

Phew, we're getting there.

Next we have the 3DS games, from 2011 to 2017.

Starting with Mario Kart 7, he went on to appear in a number of the usual suspects.

London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Mario Tennis Open, Mario Golf World Tour, and Mario

Sports Superstars.

He was also, of course, in Super Smash Bros 3DS, again as an assist trophy.

And he was in the three Mario Parties for 3DS, Island Tour in 2013, Star Rush in 2016,

and The Top 100 in 2017.

Moving onto Wii U; 2 consoles left!

Wii U saw him in the usual sports games, like the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, Rio 2016

Olympic Games, and Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash.

He was also in the usuals, Mario Kart 8 and Mario Party 10, and made costume cameos in

Nintendo Land and Super Mario Maker.

He was also a skin in Minecraft, but that's a bit of a stretch.

Finally, we have the Nintendo Switch, from 2017 onwards.

Of course, games are still being made so there will be more to come, but here's how it

stands as of now.

He was of course in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Tennis Aces, and Super Mario Party, as well

as Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, although he was Bwaluigi there You could also get him

as a costume for Mario in Super Mario Odyssey, if you scan a Waluigi amiibo People REALLY

wanted him in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, but sadly, he isn't there as of now.

However, it's very possible that he'll be added later on, because Nintendo is reportedly

very much aware of how badly fans want him in the game.

And now we come to recent years, where Waluigi has become Nintendo's King of Memes.

As I've said, since his first appearance, Waluigi has gained a wicked fan following,

and has become the subject of many a meme.

This is for a number of reasons.

For one, he looks and sounds absolutely ridiculous.

That's kind of enough in itself.

But another big aspect of his character is his constant self-loathing, put forth in a

very flamboyant and over the top way.

Given the self-deprecating nature of so many memes, with people constantly complaining

about all their problems, this makes him a great fit.

Waluigi is the perfect mouthpiece for the inner turmoil of this generation, and for

that, he is worshipped as the Lord of the Memes.

That's it for today!

Hope you guys enjoyed, if you did please smack that thumbs up button and subscribe to Top

10 Gaming for more videos!

📉 The Huge Mistake Most "Stock Pickers" Make! - Duration: 6:40.

I feel like most people who try to present you with investment ideas, are like this guy

trying to sell you a blender...

Hey there, my name is Stephen Spicer, and my goal is to help you build your rapidly-growing,

highly-diversified net worth, one video at a time.

And I'm going to do that today, by helping you recognize incomplete investment advice.

Once you're aware of this, it'll be super easy to spot and save you from leaping into

stock picks that haven't been fully thought through.

When I hear people recommend a stock, unfortunately, most of them seem to be missing an essential

part of the analysis process.

Like, I could split the process in two and they're ignoring an entire half of the investment

equation, they're so focused on the other part.

It's pretty straightforward and obvious too.

And after I bring it to your attention, I bet you notice it all the time - and I hope

you'll tell me all about it in the comments!

You see, I hear people - friends and investment gurus alike - list off all these reasons they

like a particular stock: the company is rapidly growing, it's in an innovative industry

(something that'll be huge in the future - AI, flying cars, whatever...), it has a

solid economic moat, experienced management, significant margins, the list goes on and

on…

A company could have all those things, and that's great, but that's still only half

of the investment equation - unfortunately, I'm afraid the other half is often simply

forgotten and ignored.

"I just bought shares of this stock because it has all these awesome things going for

it!"

I hear that all the time from people "picking stocks…" but if that's the extent of

their investment analysis, they won't be successful long term.

They're missing that entire other half of the equation.

Take that blender, from earlier.

It's an amazing blender, right?

Pretty impressive?

It can blend anything you could possibly want!

So what do you say?

You want to buy one?

You don't have enough information, right?

You know that it's awesome, but is the price worth its awesomeness?

If you don't ever assess and evaluate the price, you can't accurately make that call.

If that blender was $10,000, would you feel like it's worth your investment?

Hopefully not!

Even at its regular price - I believe it sells for around $1,000 - is the value you're

going to receive from it worth that $1,000 to you?

Maybe... (mine was like $100 and can blend any FOOD item I could possibly want but to

each his own).

But now you have both parts of the equation and can make a reasonable assessment: is this

amazing blender going to bring you enough value to justify this price tag?

If you don't have any idea about what it's worth, how can you know if you're getting

a good deal or grossly overpaying?

The same is true for a stock.

An analysis of simply how great a business is without an accompanying analysis of what

it's actually worth and how much it currently sells for, is just an observation of a good

company, it's NOT an investment thesis.

Without that essential other part, you just can't know if you're getting a good deal

on the stock or if you're grossly overpaying - good company or otherwise...

If all that information (that long list of reasons you like a particular company - if

all that) is already priced in, then maybe it's not quite as good a deal as you thought.

Or what if the stock price is more expensive than you think those attributes should be

worth, as good as they are?

You can't know that unless you determine a fair value for those attributes, for the

company, and compare that figure to its current price tag.

Like that blender, there is a price that would make it a bad deal for you.

That absolutely does not mean its a bad blender!

It can be a good blender and not worth its price to you at the same.

But we can take this analogy even further to drive home my personal investment philosophy:

I know, if I want a top-of-the-line blender like that, I'm not going to get the best

deal from the manufacturer.

They know what it's worth.

Instead, I'm going to seek out a place where no one really knows its true value - where

it might just be mispriced - maybe an estate sale, for example.

And I'll get mine for $80.

Now that's a good blender and a good price - ha, maybe a good investment too if I were

to flip it!

Well, the same goes for companies, as well.

A good company does not necessarily equal a good investment.

You have to consider how much you'll have to pay for it AND how that compares to its

actual fair value.

And if you want to find good companies at a deep value, well, I have a video coming

out on Ryan Scribner's channel next week that dives deep into that very subject.

It's pretty epic, so keep an eye out - if you're not already subscribed, go subscribe

to his channel - and I hope you'll show me some support over there as well!

But I want you to listen for this now, next time somebody tells you about a "Stock to

Buy."

Listen carefully for that assessment of fair value and how that compares to its current

price.

If that part's missing (and I think you'll be surprised how often it is,) you don't

have enough information to make an informed investment decision about whether or not it's

a good stock to buy!

And neither do they!

I look forward to reading about your personal experiences with this in the comments.

Now if you found this helpful or just enjoyed seeing an iPhone in a blender, please don't

forget to leave me a like and share it with others who might as well!

If you're new here, don't forget to subscribe and click the bell!

Thank you for being here!

I'll see you in the next one!

Take care!
