Monte Sahaja

Silent Retreat 14 - 24 September 2016

[silence]

[Mooji] Om. Namaste. Welcome everyone today

to this silent guided meditation.

Also welcome to those who are going to join us from abroad today also.

This meditation will be approximately 30 minutes.

And I would just like to say from the beginning,

if you are comfortable where you are

and relaxed about it, if sometimes you have to turn

or someone's body touches you, you're OK with that.

You don't have to be checking what that is.

And be very comfortable,

sit in a way that you feel you will not have to move about too much,

but also if you have to move you can move a little and all that is fine.

[long silence]

As you're sitting here

you're aware of your body.

Now your breath is moving by its own law, naturally, unforced.

And you're here.

Simply you're here, not doing anything at all,

not about to do something, or to undo.

Just this simple knowing, 'I'm here, here now, here is'.

Senses are open, functioning by themselves

without your intention or assistance.

You're not waiting.

The sense of what will come, what is next,

there's no concern for this.

We're simply here.

So, no waiting, no expecting.

Don't be engaged with any ideas or sense of time such as past.

Whatever is past, it's gone.

Whatever may be called future, is only imagined.

Only here now.

And this now is so fresh, there cannot be a history of now.

It is not time.

Whatever we may perceive phenomenally

appears and disappears, comes and goes.

There's nothing to pursue, nothing to follow.

Be aware of the space in which all things manifest, all things appear,

including this entire universe, which is appearing.

Even the functioning of perception also arises and is perceived.

Spontaneously, you know you are,

and there's a completeness in this.

It's not that you become in stages. You are.

Feel the sense of being, the feeling 'I am',

but add no story to it,

just a sense of existence.

There's no image.

You are this sense of existence, not apart from it.

And also you're aware of all that comes and goes.

Notice that the watching of what appears or disappears

takes place in a space that itself is not appearing or disappearing,

and is simply here now.

Again feel the sense of being, the space of being.

Notice it is not a thing.

Your very breath is moving in this space of being,

the senses are functioning in this space of being,

but the being itself is neither moving nor is it being still,

it is the source of stillness itself.

You observe your body.

In the same way that the body is no distance from you,

the sense of being is no distance from you.

Noticing the body, you cannot be merely the body, it is seen.

Observing the senses, you're beyond the senses.

Observing thought, you're apart from thought.

Observing mind, you're beyond mind.

Observing experience, you're beyond experience.

Observing time, you're beyond time.

Observing change, you are your Self unchanging.

Observing form, your Self is formless.

Like the space of awareness, no words can describe you.

Being beyond form, you cannot be caught.

What is your name here?

You're unborn awareness.

Of what importance are ruling planets,

or dates of birth, or anniversaries?

What is distance for you?

Wherever you go, you're always present.

Here the sense of your person is far away like an old dream.

Here there's only pure blemish-less awareness,

beyond depth; immeasurable.

Notice this.

Whatever rises or falls is perceived in you,

however subtle, even space you perceive.

Therefore you are subtler than space, unbound.

Identifying strongly with any image

gives a feeling that you have a shape and context,

a relationship is imagined inside the vastness of being.

We may enjoy, but do not define yourself.

To define is to confine;

this does not apply to awareness,

which cannot be captured or manipulated.

[silence]

Notice that whatever moves is not the awareness itself.

Even the movement of attention does not apply to awareness.

Attention moves inside awareness itself.

What words could describe you?

What shape can you fit inside of?

For you, what is permanence or impermanence?

Be reminded, you're not waiting.

There's nothing to come

that can give you anything more than what you already are.

You have no pockets, no storehouse, no aspiration.

Could you merely be dreaming this? Imagining this?

Or simply noticing; the body is here.

You may look at this body or away from this body.

It makes no difference to the awareness you are.

You're not the size of your body, nor its shape.

Though all concepts are open to you and available,

none can contain you or describe or define what you are.

No name is yours absolutely

and yet through this body

you have the sense of being here, with fingers and arms,

the sense of others and I can come,

the vast world of which you become a small part.

As the person, you're inside this body,

as consciousness this body is inside you.

It has always been like this.

Pay attention to the awareness itself.

It's been a habit, an old habit to identify only with form and time.

Identifying with time, one becomes time-bound.

Realising one's Self to be awareness, one's Self is timeless.

There seems to be a choice,

but the choice itself is phenomenal, watched in the timeless awareness.

This is not a fantasy.

[silence]

Notice also that your very ability to look,

itself is seen, inside the vastness of being.

Though the being-ness is infinite,

you're not made dizzy by its infiniteness.

Mind and body express various movements, but all for a while, for a time.

Do not be troubled by this.

This also is natural, but pay attention to your unchanging Self.

This is the Self Supreme.

[silence]

If any strain should appear in the body, it is also a sensation.

Be aware of this. It is not you.

It is a sensation arising in the body, which you may call yours.

They come and go, as all things perceived come and go.

Flow in your natural rhythm.

There's no need to identify.

The power to perceive already reveals all things in their true light.

Without identity, desire will not arise.

And all things will show themselves

in their true nature and their true light.

There's no need to fight with your mind.

Simply remain as the Self, as you are now.

Everything is in place for life to unfold in its natural way.

Be aware of this.

You're not apart from life, but are life itself.

Now you're not concentrated or focused upon objects,

but resting inside your own stillness,

your own source, your own Self.

It is nothing personal, be aware of that.

The person is in time, the Self is timeless.

Look in such a way that you may confirm.

Again, there's nothing to become, now nothing to change or to fix,

nothing to keep, or to push away.

No better place to be.

No Self to become or un-become.

Knowing this, your joy is complete.

You're not here to change the world,

this world is food for consciousness,

a mirror in which the timeless is seen.

You're not asleep.

Even though there may be a deep relaxation in your being,

you're not asleep.

If the feeling of sleep comes, be aware of it also

as merely a feeling, it's phenomenal.

Stay as awareness itself.

It is not the body that wants to sleep, it's the very mind itself.

You are not the mind.

It has no power over you as awareness. Be clear about this.

The mind will not easily attack you here,

for you're in height of your being,

and yet this should be effortless for you, not a strain.

You're neither carrying, nor pushing, nor pulling. Notice this.

Simply you're here.

This feeling of being here,

notice it's not merely a geographic location.

It simply means you're here with your Self,

undivided, whole, complete, happy.

Yet there are no stories needed,

no victories, no defeats, no friends, no associations needed.

Be confirmed in your completeness.

Only like this may you enjoy the world, without fear.

Here you are not a victim, nor a victor.

Pure awareness.

There's no need to discuss this with your mind,

nor seek its approval.

Get used to being empty of concepts,

of being free of the need for support.

You're simply here.

Therefore, to associate is not out of need,

but out of your love and your joy.

And trust.

Trust that however difficult things may appear,

a great power contains all.

Do not let the mind divide you.

You are the indivisible Self.

[silence]

So, may the seed, the essence of what you've heard,

germinate inside your heart and bear true and sweet fruits.

Om. Amen.

[silence]

[bell ringing]

Om.

We have come to the end of this guidance for now.

Those of you who wish, you may sit and continue sitting

or lying down or go walking, whatever.

Notice that whether your eyes are open or closed,

should make no real difference to your inner state.

It underlies all states.

It is not a posture, it is not a position.

If you feel a feeling of lightheadedness, this is fine.

Welcome and get used to the feeling of neutrality or emptiness.

I say this ahead of time because sometimes the mind may interpret this,

that something is wrong because it's an unusual feeling to feel empty,

that something is missing.

Something is missing. Mind is missing, but it's not missing you.

So, be in that.

Remember, it's never the Self that wears off. It never fades.

It's more that your attention goes back to the person.

As an example, sometimes we watch the sun rising, we call it sunrise.

Then we watch sunset, that happens over there.

We feel and experience that the sun moves,

rises in the east and sets in the west,

but in fact the sun does not move relative to the earth.

It is the earth that moves.

As the earth turns a certain way, away from the sun,

not feeling the earth's movement,

it appears as though it's the sun that is going down or coming up.

It is a little bit like this.

The Self is always present,

but then sometimes it feels like it's gone or you've lost it.

But what actually happens is that

the whole identity and habits are returning somehow and we go to them.

If you stay as the Self,

you will not have the sense that the Self has gone,

but more that the mind is coming and you stay as the awareness itself.

The mind will seem to invite you back into a relationship

and to be in a relationship with the mind in that way,

you have to become a person.

When you become the sense of the person,

the feeling of being gets covered, but it is never lost to itself.

It's lost only to the illusory seeker.

It's the Self that is ever present and the seeker that is illusory.

Yet from the perspective of the seeker

the seeker seems to be permanent, and the Self impermanent.

Reflect on this.

All of you are experiencing some state of transition,

a changing over of power from manual to automatic,

if I can put it like this.

Manual means you are living and driving your life

and you are doing all this.

Automatic means that you are aware that things are unfolding by themselves

and so you don't become entangled in things.

You don't put readings and meanings to them that they don't inherently have.

This is called growing up, not merely growing old.

And as you see these things, appreciate them,

that grace is bringing light to these things in your life.

Appreciate it and it will stay with you.

Love it and it will never leave you.

After a certain time the sense of you and It will merge.

Thank you. There's no need to get up when I move.

Seeing with the Eyes of God

[Mooji] You know, there really is too much love in this place.

[Questioner 1] I know. [laughter]

[Mooji] It's a big problem we have here. [laughter]

[music]

[Mooji] So wonderful, so wonderful.

[Questioner 2] Maybe there could be a message to all parents, Guruji,

because it took a bit of an effort to come here,

and to convince family, especially parents.

[Mooji] Yes. It's going to be like that.

You're going into the unknown, apparently.

Everybody is afraid of the unknown.

What they don't know is that they are the unknown too. [laughter]

[Questioner 3] The parent love is within.

I'm saying to send a message to her with parent love,

but the parent love is within her.

[Mooji] This is why we're happy when people's families come.

It's not always parents, sometimes it's children also. They have to come.

They already come, and they're looking with the eyes of suspicion, a bit.

It takes a little bit to defrost,

but gradually they see that, 'Wait a second, there's something here'.

It takes them a while to admit that it is so.

But we can always send prayer for everybody in the world,

that really our highest search as human beings,

the highest, deepest, purest search,

can only be fulfilled right here inside your heart.

We look everywhere else for a while, and it's fine.

We mistake that it is about other things, or things.

Eventually, it depends how long that will take,

to get back to see it's right here.

And satsang is beautiful for this because it's such a mirror,

and so directly guiding you into

not a belief system, but a direct experience!

Direct experience.

And sometimes, in coming to really admit, or to look properly,

resistances come, because we see we have some investments

in things which are not necessarily in service to the Truth.

We sometimes delay that, because your mind wants to find fault,

in order to slow down the assimilation.

All this, you have to watch out for.

Once you go through, you're through.

And then all these resistances and fears, they fall away.

Because they are nothing, compared to what is inside your heart.

There's nothing. That's the great game!

You still think, maybe the things in the world,

are what's going to give you that satisfaction.

It's going to give you that joy, that sense of completeness, that rest,

that peace, that love, that wisdom, that silence.

Nothing can do that, because it's already in you.

What in this world is going to help you to see that?

This is the power of satsang.

[Sangha] You, you! Guruji. [laughter]

[Q.4] Guruji, I want to tell

the power of the sangha to help me see this,

movements of resistance ... [speech indistinct]

I'm going through some things right now, myself,

and I feel so grateful.

I gain so much trust in this sangha,

as they would show me, and point these things out.

Even though it doesn't feel comfortable, it is a relief it's happening.

I know, it's like you say, it's just going through it.

[Mooji] This is true, what she's saying,

that also, in gratitude to the sangha field,

we must come to recognize that

you have a family who is walking this path, if you want to use this word.

You're walking out and walking in the Truth that you're finding inside,

The sangha is helping you to do that.

Everybody is somehow imbibed in the True,

and we can guide each other sometimes.

Sometimes it's difficult to hear, this is what she says.

Sometimes we're holding onto something, and it's difficult to listen.

It's like an injection. If you pay attention only to the needle,

you think, 'Oh, no! This is not good!'

And then 'Uhh!' A little pain, and then 'Ahh!'

Maybe it takes a while for you to feel the benefit of it.

But sometimes immediately you feel it,

and then you realise, 'Ah! Something was so much resisting that'.

But when it comes, a little pain, 'Ouch! Oh!' and then, 'Ahh!'

Again you're reinstated, so to speak, in your right place.

This is the greatness of a living sangha, of a true sangha,

that they're not leaving it up to someone else.

They are themselves radiating that Truth and that peace,

and reminding each other, moving in that spirit of love and care,

and that we're each behind each one to awaken to the Truth.

This is the beauty of a sangha.

If you have a sangha like that,

this movement of grace will endure.

If you step away, always letting someone else speak for you,

then it will fade away.

Each one must be awake in the light that is inside their heart,

and move by that light.

It's constantly expanding, constantly becoming more.

This is why I use this example of a fruit

that keeps getting sweeter and sweeter, but never becomes over-sweet.

It never rots. This fruit never rots.

What is this fruit? It's your own presence.

Your own presence is that juicy fruit,

the nectar that feeds the whole world.

In every place in the world, people have their favourite food.

But the most favourite of all food is your own presence.

It satisfies every taste, it satisfies every need.

That is what is being called back into awakening,

to awake to the power within you.

That's the evidence of the God inside you.

We're in service to this, in each other and ourself.

And look what it's producing. So much love, so much peace.

This place is imbued with the power of That.

That is the proof it's also showing.

How can such a sangha, rising up in such love,

just be the product of the human mind? It cannot be.

It's out of the heart it comes.

Otherwise, we are only speaking words, empty words.

But when something comes from your heart,

the words become spirit and power.

They are living things.

[Q.5] Guruji, I'm leaving on Monday, so I'll use this opportunity to say thanks.

[Mooji] Thank you. Very happy.

[Q.5] Yeah, it's been very good. Especially the 'I am'.

Beautiful! Very nice! [laughter]

[Mooji] He's tasting the fruit of the 'I am'.

He's eating his own fruit. [laughter]

[Q.5] It's very good that the mind can't get involved.

[Q.5] Like Sahaja with you, if we talk about you.

But I've got no expression for you, really.

You're the 'I am' in the space. The same. It's good.

The mind's empty. Good stuff! [laughter]

[Mooji] Thank you, thank you.

A number of people are always coming and going

and that somehow, if you're leaving ...

it's more of a physical thing, we must always remember that,

that the real contact, the real realization,

there's no distance in it. Really, there is no distance in it.

You'll come to see, when you are living in the body-mind,

yes, you keep going to new places, seeing new things all the time.

But when you come back into the spirit again,

then the scenes are changing, but the seer is unchanging.

And it won't matter so much. The body goes to a different place,

but your mind is always sitting inside your heart now.

It's a big difference.

A big difference!

You cannot miss the thing from which you are never separated.

Of course, we love to be in our physical presence again,

and this is always beautiful.

But there's something that you can never be separated from.

Even the mind with all its power cannot do it.

Once you are cured, you're cured of this delusion.

Then even the greatest power of the mind cannot impress you,

cannot give you again this sense of separation that causes so much trouble.

[Q.6] Mooji, last night after the bhajans,

sitting in front of the two chairs for a while,

your chair, and the one with Papaji's shoes on it,

at one moment it became so clear,

just the seeing that nothing can be true apart from me as the presence.

Nothing else can be the subject, only me as the presence.

And from everybody else, it's the same 'me' presence looking.

[M.] Both the presence, and that which is aware of the presence,

they are one.

The presence and that which is aware of the presence, they are one.

[Q.6] It was such a clear seeing.

[Mooji] I want to tell you.

That seeing, when it happens in the heart, it cannot pass.

It cannot merely become past tense.

It cannot be a 'was', it always remains 'is'.

Everything else becomes a 'was', but this can never be just a 'was'.

You can say, 'It was, but it still is'.

But it can never be more 'was' than 'is'.

Really it is, and it was, and will be, but the truth is, it is.

[Q.3] Can I just say, we love you, Brian. [Q.5] Pardon?

[Q.3] We love you. [Q.5] That's very kind of you. [laughter]

[Q.5] Very nice.

I didn't thank all the other staff at Sahaja. They're wonderful.

Watching the mind, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty good.

It makes you laugh a lot,

seeing some of the ridiculous stuff that comes up.

[Mooji] Totally ridiculous!

The psychological mind is a factory for ridiculousness. [laughter]

What's more ridiculous is the one who believes it.

[Q.7] Guruji, I've just been wanting to ask you,

but there are no questions any more. No questions come.

It's only gratitude and love for you,

and that just feels enough.

I don't know what to do, and what not to do ...

[Mooji] Contrary to what the world may say about these things,

because it seems the world, being heavily dosed and doped up by the mind,

is afraid of this space

in which there is not really 'Something to do', and 'What's next?'

Because the mind is always looking for next.

You're having breakfast, 'What's for lunch?'

Having lunch, 'What's for dinner?' It's always into next.

But you're found some place that doesn't have this itch for next.

It is total satisfaction. Totally satisfied!

There's a silence, a stillness there.

It's not a junkie for next.

This 'next' brings a lot of restlessness,

and brings in a kind of conviction that now is not enough.

But you have come to a place of stillness, and you say,

'In the stillness, the questions are falling away by themselves'.

Instead, what is happening is just this beautiful feeling of gratitude.

[Mooji] This is very beautiful.

[Q.7] That's all Guruji. It's just your grace, it's taking me to places.

Everywhere I go I find you, I see you, in spirit as well.

I just wanted to thank you, Guruji. Thank you so much!

[Mooji] And you don't worry now. You've come to this place.

You don't have to be an architect for your life.

You're not the architect for your existence now.

Everything's unfolding, you're going to see.

You don't have to panic. Things just unfold.

Life has got it already done, it's got you covered.

[Q.7] Guruji, you've got it covered. [laughter] Thank you so much!

[Mooji] And somehow, it is just revealing itself like that.

The more you see it, the more natural confidence comes,

natural trust comes. Life becomes much lighter.

Because you're not sailing in the boat of your mind.

It is so wonderful isn't it?

[Q.6] It's you functioning through us. It's you. It's all you.

[Mooji] We are one.

[Questioner 8] Guruji, I want to thank you.

One thing I really want to thank you for

is your incredible encouragement of us.

Your confidence in us that we are That.

I also want to say that since I was in Sahaja last year,

I've never had any doubt of you, or what is here.

And even though some chaos or whatever might come in the mind,

it doesn't touch the awareness of you being in my heart.

[Mooji] I can't tell you what joy it brings to hear you speak like that,

to come from this place.

And I say to you, also, not that you're going to become That.

You are That.

And to always remember you are already chosen as That.

You're chosen to be free from delusion.

So just keep wiping your eyes of that and stay in your satsang.

Of course, there's always going be some power

that is competing for your attention

and to keep you in the shallow states of the mental person.

But because you're growing, not just vertically,

but you're growing in breadth also, and depth.

You're able to see these things much more quickly,

and then brush them off, or ignore them.

That is your strength. You don't have to kill anything.

You don't have to kill something that doesn't exist.

You start to see it doesn't exist.

What a beautiful discovery! So wonderful!

[Questioner 9] Yes, Guruji. I really feel to speak,

just to say thank you so much! Thank you, thank you for everything.

You always see us as the Self.

If any ignorance ever plays out and affects any of my brothers and sisters,

in a way that I'm not even aware of,

I say thank you for always pointing me back to what is True.

And that it just may be you moving through here.

Your pointings really come so alive,

the way you say we can just drop these things as they come up,

and to be able to respond in your freshness and love.

[Mooji] And that you embody that power, that grace.

It is functioning through this form more and more.

[Q.6] Thank you for creating this place where we can all come together.

It is so indescribable to see all these pure beings here.

Here we can really become one with the sangha. Thank you so much.

[Mooji] And it supports your awakening. It stays with you.

Our love stays with each other.

This is the way in which people will know that you are true,

that we love each other, and we care.

Whoever it is, even people who don't believe in it,

we have love for them also.

We are not trying to win any converts. You just move in your light.

Move by the light of the Truth that's inside your heart.

It's enough. We are intelligent enough.

We are spiritual enough as human beings, to see something,

and know when something is pure, to draw from it.

[Q.10] Guruji, when I arrived here, I must say I'm a joyful person,

but when I arrived here, it's just like this joy didn't exist before,

and it was the joy I was always looking for in my soul, in my heart,

when I arrived here.

It's not that I am someone having a sad life.

I have a beautiful life. But it was just like an evidence,

it was a joy I've always been looking for here.

And I want to thank you for this.

[Mooji] So beautiful. So beautiful.

[Q.] Hallelujah! [M.] Hallelujah!

[Sangha] Love you, Guruji. [Mooji] Love you, love you, love you.

[Questioner 11] Thank you so much, Guruji.

For a very long time I've been wishing

and dreaming of Shiva of temple seva. Now I started!

[Mooji] OK, very good.

[Q.11] Thank you so much, Guruji. I'm grateful to Monte Sahaja.

Thank you so much, Guruji. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

[M.] Guru Das has been with me for a very long time, from the days when

we were going each year to Tiruvannamalai, where we started satsang.

So from this time he's been ...

I remember the first time we met many, many years ago.

Then he came, and very much took care of the sangha,

he made sure everything was OK outside. People used to come.

I remember hundreds of bicycles were showing up for satsang.

He would be guiding them and saying, 'OK you', like this.

Then when we started going to Rishikesh, five years ago,

I said, I need to send for him to come.

Then he came to Rishikesh, and he said, 'I want a name from you'.

I was thinking, his name should be Guru Das.

And like this he came.

And then he said, 'I have to come to Portugal, Guruji'.

I said, Let me have a look now.

I don't know what to say. What is possible?

Because miracles are happening all the time.

And this is the thing.

For the most part, we are living by what we call the natural laws.

But as your mind becomes spiritualised,

and you enter into a new phase, a higher realm of consciousness,

those laws don't work.

You're not so limited. You're not limited at all.

So what may seem impossible before, becomes possible,

because your mind is not working to the limitations.

Many miracles are happening like that.

His coming here is one of them, but it's happening all the time.

One girl was here before. Just before leaving, she was saying that

she always had some tumour in the brain.

For a long time, the doctors couldn't find a way to cure it.

She came to Monte Sahaja. No, the first time, we saw her in India.

I came to India, and she came here.

Then she said, she left everything,

and gave up everything, and said, 'I'm only here for this'.

And now she went back to Germany.

They cannot find any tumour at all. What is happening?

Without even praying about any specific thing,

these things, sometimes they just disappear.

So when Guru Das comes, Guru Das is very happy. [laughter]

Love you, love you, love you.

[laughter]

So good, so good.

[silence]

[Questioner 12] Guruji, I'm sorry, but I have to say something quick.

I just have to say something.

Like, a lot, recently,

I just felt like I'm just turning into spirit.

I feel like, I don't know, I'm not even in this body.

I just feel like spirit, and you're raising me up in spirit.

And I just feel free. I just feel free.

But this freedom, somehow, I want to give it into your hands,

I feel like it's necessary to just offer it up,

even this, just to offer it up.

[Mooji] Yes. That's good.

Maybe this is just coming from the intuition of your own heart,

because in some way, you totally offer up yourself,

and you also receive your full Self, the more you are giving of you.

There's a saying, 'No one has ever become poor by giving'.

In a sense, it travels through,

for every aspect of our expression, giving, just offering up.

Stop clinging to things, don't be a possessor of things.

Just be very open, because you have the confidence.

Your heart is opening up so fully that it gives you the confidence

and the power to surrender everything.

To what? Into the Oneness.

Into the Oneness. You are the Oneness.

[Q.6] Guruji, you are my confidence.

You are my confidence, my strength ...

[Q.12] Can I say as well, my relationship with you,

I see you everywhere now.

I see you in every single one,

so the love I have for you is spreading.

I need to remain true to what's in my heart to you,

because I see that with everyone it's the same.

[Mooji] Yes.

They used to say before, 'The opposite of love is hate'.

But it seems like, sometimes, the opposite of love is selfishness,

because love is unselfish.

When you find love for others inside your heart, that is very unselfish.

It's just so empowering, so beautiful to hear that.

It's so empowering, so beautiful,

to see that you're seeing with the eyes of God.

There's no selfishness there.

Selfishness did not create this world.

It's a great love, a great generosity.

Something is so abundant in us.

[Questioner13] But if you're just spirit Om Prakash

will you still be able to dance the way you dance?

[Mooji] Even more! [laughter]

[Questioner 14] How do you dance?

[M.] Many of you have not taken lunch, have you?

[Krishnabai] Have you taken lunch, Guruji? No. Then you must.

[Mooji] You are my lunch. [laughter]

[Questioner 16] That's a good lunch.

[Sangha] And you are ours. [laughter] Thank you. Love you, Guruji.

[Mooji] Love you. Thank you, thank you. Acha.

What more can life give you?

[Q.7] This is the highest, Guruji.

[M.] Acha, acha. [Sangha] Thank you so much. Thank you, thank you.

[Mooji] So great.

OK, darlings, see you later.

No sé. Yo nunca me he considerado una persona tranquila.

Competidor, no he visto uno igual.

Cuenca, Chumi, Miranda, Puig.

No… Bueno.

ENTER THE GUNGEON LET'S PLAY gameplay 🐲🍓 [32] Marine gungeon tips for gungeon speedrun steam - Duration: 36:12.

Hello and welcome back to March of the gungeon, we've got a fresh run here

We are the marine. We have some grunts in our first room that we can take care of. No problem and

we are trying to get the

And the short cuts done and our next thing that we know that we need oh that was really done damaged

Is

Armor we need armor. And so our hope is to

Get an armor generating item and then also have a shop with armor available

I still have my flu. I'm kind of over it but

It is probably gonna negatively affect our play I

Really wish I was less bad at this game

But this games really difficult, so that's just how it is we're gonna go this way

Down here. That's the boss. We don't want to do that. I

Received a comment recently on one of my videos but hey your videos a little dark

why are you video so dark and

Dungeon is just a dark game. I turned the ingame brightness up just a little bit

But like Gunjan is legitimately just a dark game so if it's still a problem I could turn the brightness up by another notch

But I'm hoping it's okay and

You know, it's getting to the moody game it it has a variety of attributes to it

Engine is smiley. There's smiles on everything and it loves memes and it's very difficult and it's also a dark game

It is visually very very dark

So that's kind of just how it is, um,

You know

We've got another

guy over here

got rid of him you

Had a knife hatch. We got a big ol chest here

It is a minute

Wasn't moving very much, but apparently it was a mimic. Hopefully this doesn't end us

Help

No

I didn't think it was a mimic

are you reading the comments of one of my last videos where I messed up a mimic chick and

It said ages sheet at once. Just shoot it. Once that's like okay, I

We got shock rounds

Hi

Links below us together. That's that seems pretty good. We're gonna known or Theor

That was a good drop

And what's even better than late now? I'm gonna keyboard. I think I am gonna have to shoot the chests now because

Looking for visual keys cues is just too difficult

so I

Wish I didn't have to shoot the chests but since looking at them is too hard

Shooting them won't seem to me the way that though. I'm very grateful for that comment. I received

I'm terrible with names in real life. So I'm sorry that I'm not gonna

remember the strange internet names for now, but I will you know

Try to do better we have key here key here we want the key

We've got a great

The guy in the great I don't really want to talk to him we only got one way to go we're gonna go that way

We got another guy here, oh man that was terrible

I think I could really use a better

Primary here

Let's pop it open a

Jolt er is this good?

What let's read about it

Originally built to thick skin space mutants the jolt er unreasonably large shells. Okay, I

Think it's boss time anything else in the shop anything else in the shop? We've got a key that we probably want

And I

Wonder if I call the ammo drop on the great if I would get money for that, I mean

That would probably not be a very good use of our resources all

Right, okay

That was good, I think that was a perfect it sure was we got a lot of cash from that we got a

Why don't we even get a

Reuben ein thing I

Don't remember how this gun works. I guess we're going to try the Ruby nine thing

We're gonna go walk back to the shop pick ourselves up a key. We could go to the

Sewer, but honestly

The gungeon runs are long enough as it is. I do not want to go to the store currently without

having a good solid reason to

the last video I made was

Was like 50 minutes long and by the end it was I

Was not having fun. So, you know, no reason to go to the extra floor even though we're really good on keys it just

Did I buy I dig buy that key right too late now, we've got this key here the armor Oh

What is this spring-heeled I have no idea with a dust I

Feel like just I'm missing something. Oh it bounces. There we go

You know the other one was better

It does spread though, I don't know I don't know

So, I don't think that we are going down to the elevator man on this war I think I think oh shoot

Anyway, I didn't buy that online I

Don't know whether I want to buy these armor edges or or not because

If we don't have to when we're leaving the floor

we're probably just gonna get hit and

Lose it and it would be a waste of money that we could save in case armors on the floor after that

You know floor 3. Oh, yeah, he's not here. Um, we need to backtrack because there's no work

The Reuben iron prototype is pretty good. It's seems to do less damage than our other primary, but it

It seems to be more accurate which is pretty useful these guys are real annoying oh

No, it's a one thing I don't like them

Okay that thing with the electric trailing between the projectile does not seem to be very useful I don't

I'm not sure if it deals any extra damage if you don't like basically miss the enemy

So that makes me think it's not that good. What's up here?

This freaking guy

How much do I have just a pea shooter the pea shooter is pretty bad let's not

It was just one pot well, uh, you know, I did not know that before going into the room so

Yeah, I could have just read one pile of a pea shooter. No problem

But there was just no way to know, you know, I don't have psychic powers to know the future a

Room like this with a pea shooter would presumably be pretty difficult

If there's a way to you there's not a way to all right, yeah

Maybe I'll take that kind of deal in the future. Um

We're gonna open this

Yes

What the heck are you

Alright

No, that was not what I meant to do

What did I even do I'm so confused right now I

Think I messed that situation up somehow let's read about the

Shooting star temporary vulnerability

Does he get ejected when you use the item? Okay. Hi

That was harrowing, uh, let's go here

There's somebody over here

Okay this

Is not so bad but it's still making me nervous

What's going on there spider

Cool you got that room defeated

Alright I'm probably should have used that other one

Does not appear to be a mimic let's shoot it once

Cool

Wait the AEK

That's pretty good I think I'm gonna use a cane and the jolt er and

Drop the Ruben. I'm not drop it, but you know not keep it in my um active thing

I obviously did not drop it

Not a big fan of just randomly dropping guns or using the gun muncher or any of that stuff

Uh-oh. Whoa that was a little bit closer than it should have been. Um,

Look the a K does good damage

Really good damage we're gonna go south here

What's in this one, we got some 20 goats two furrows and

They're kind of annoying but luckily they've been quickly defeated. Oh

I don't like this room. I don't like this room

And it's over

Traps I just do not like is that the whole floor?

That's the whole floor

What do we got in here

Spring-heeled boots I think that lets you like dodge a second time. We're pretty loaded on cash and got nothing to do with it. So

Let's read about it

That's really good

Okay, well I'm glad we did that I don't think he had any keys

We're gonna visit him one more time after we battle the boss. I

Think we're golden. I think we're good

We've got the gorgon

Probably my favorite boss for this floor primarily because of a statics

I

Don't know that I have the gameplay preference as it yet. But oh

Man

Well, that was a mistake, you know, but now it is gosh freakin doing it

Man let's attack with the rings is pretty difficult

Am I supposed to do that, I don't know

We've got one piece of armor and

The laser Lotus

Which we can go with the jolt er Lotus bloom, okay Pierce weapon

Aha

Let's not buy the armor for now

Well, I mean, I guess we're gonna move on to the next floor. Let's try it my armor on the next floor

I think I

Don't know you just can't ever tell what's gonna happen and I would hate for us to get hit twice and then have us wasted

all that cash

That's kind of my thing is I don't want to get hit twice and lose all the cash what's over here. Oh

That's good

This is good

I

Like this

Let's see how it goes. I should also probably use my invulnerability thing. I don't like this room. I want to go the other way

We don't need to cross that room I don't want to

All sorts of strange there we get a second thing armored

Let's do it. I hope I didn't screw this up somehow let's try this

Well, I couldn't bought in the armor Oh

Oh-kay

Well, we did it even if it was in slightly inefficient. We need to get a whole lot of cash and four keys

We have the keys right now. We do not have a lot of cash

With how things have been going. I don't think we're gonna have a lot of cash this run

this run

May be on our next run, you know I much as I would love to get it all cleared out this time

I think it's gonna be

Too difficult to get all of that cash. I

Don't know that I've ever had that much cash on me at once

In this game why am I shooting that guy?

This gun is this primary is still good

Okay, I think we're clear with this room

We're good this way. There's somebody over there and somebody over here. Ah

Okay, hi

You need to be gone we'll reload over here

Okay more of them

They're projectiles are moving very slowly

You get some more armor, which is nice. I suppose this guy is

Yeah, I don't want to do that

Go left I suppose over here

I

Wasted a bunch of ammo there. I think I don't know I

Was good, let's

Let's keep going we got more rooms down south here

rooms that we need

Alright there was that guy

We're good on

Two chests I suppose we should mimic check it

Pop it open

It was a triple crossbow. We are not going to use that that is useless. I mean, I think it's useless

I don't know. Maybe it's okay

the Joel tur and the Lotus

Seem like they're going to be good for us we

Need to keep clearing out the rooms. I

Could really use some more ammo drop that thing

We want it for the Lotus I think

And

Then we are gonna go into this side room over here. That's the boss

We don't want to challenge the boss yet

We want to give ourselves our best chance of coming out on top and getting a flawless. Oh

Boy

Man that is insane knock back. I

Don't know why my auto ain't wasn't working there

You know the UM

This one I know our board it's called the red wolf the right primary I think might be more ammo efficient

So you might want to choose to use that what's in here?

We're gonna just use all our keys up

We got the pink go on stone there's no way we're gonna get that cash that we need

The go on stone is good

There's no way we're gonna have enough cash to do that shortcut thing. So we're just gonna use up the keys

I'm not doing that

We're gonna go down here

Probably Shh. Oh, I'll see my um power up for the boss that I don't want

What's over here? Hey guys

Why am I using business burns so much mo use this one here we go

Because yeah, the the jolt sure is more ammo efficient so that's gonna be the one we should stick with it's you

These are all cursed right?

We're not gonna do that, I you know

At this point in our dungeon career I

Think they think trying to keep a low curse would be beneficial to us

The jolt er now, I'll choose the laser Lotus

And let's pop by the shop

Before we challenge the boss. There's a magic suite which is pretty pricey

And a siren which we don't really want the key

I'll get the key if we don't have enough for the magic suite by the time we're done

And we don't need the key for the boss so we're not gonna get it yet

The magic suite I think is are basically a rare candy that gives you just a general stat increase. We got the mind flayer here

Oh, hi, I don't think we're gonna flawless the boss. Oh

Yeah, nope, sorry, here's the network here

Wait, there's more in there

All right now we're out I

Should have used the invincibility thing. I just forgot that I have it

I'm really bad with active these items and there's too much stuff remember this game

Because I I should be using the blanks in the active items. I can do the never remember what I have them

Really

This was bad

Okay, um, I played pretty terrible but we did seem to beat the boss so that's pretty great

still you know not

the best at dungeon

What is this Ruby 9 mark - oh

Boy, um, we want the Joel tur to have the ammo

We'll go with the

Ruby Dean's monster, that's great. And we'll also go with the Joel. Tur the 8k is pretty good as well

Where are we gonna go now? We're gonna go to the shop is where we're gonna go

That's too expensive we're gonna get the key only there anything else here

We've got like everything I think we are gonna go down to the next floor

Ruby nines monster this should be fun. I really hope this is good

Really good

Oh

Boy oh boy

Well

I

Already

Know so

is the real one the longest and farthest away consistently I

Mean that would like kind of make sense

Ruben Ines monster is amazing. I'm afraid of running out of ammo for it to be on a pheasant as a fast fire rate

Alright you're scary I

Don't like you let's go here

Shucks and coffee. I do not remember what that does the key could be useful. How much is it?

Um, we have plenty of keys though. I think shut I think the coffee

I

Think increases your like projectile speed or something

Dude we're running out of ammo for this so quick

We're gonna go this way

Come on

Cool

So over in this here corner, we've got another door

What is happening over there? Oh no

I'm taking so much damage. I

Think the double dodge roll thing would be a lot more useful if it was like

Like because I eat because it's an item you almost never have I guess I'm not used to using it I

Mean it's good. Don't get me wrong

You got more you got more

And this thing uses animals so fast I

Would really love a green animal box or actually any kind of either a mo box would work

Cool how was what I wanted that's good

Well, we're still wasting ammo on this with our ridiculous fire rate but

Man that was nice. All right. There's a blank here somewhere. There it is

This freaky thing I yeah, why not

Wow the projectile actually travel with this I did not know that

Where you go in this room

I took some damage there somehow. Oh

My gosh, but I just standing on a guy like seriously get out of here, dude

This room was bad

We were doing so well a

Vicarious we mind you

I'm gonna fight carry us we

We are gonna go

this way I guess question mark

Why was I not continuing here? I don't know. Oh because it's not alright, that's why

There's the boss

You might actually buy help from the shop I do not like to do that and but that

Might actually here best course of action if you want a successful run

Which does seem to be the idea even though successful runs take forever and

It is all I suppose

Come on dudes hi

Oh my gosh, I

Played badly. Um, let's let's see if the shops got health. I

Need to do this

But I think this is gonna be the best use of our resources to have a successful run here

Do I have anything that will work here? Probably not

We're gonna go into this room over here that's close and then we'll go take on that other room

All right

Over here, I took some more damage. Oh

Those great guys are really hard to see. Okay. We are gonna walk to this other room here

It is quite the long walk

It is a chest. We are gonna check this

it doesn't look like a mimic but since we're gonna have to check the big ones we might as well check the small ones like

that as well

What the heck are you the heat is on oh

Boy that's like proximity damage for enemies it doesn't say contact damage

That's very interesting we're gonna battle a boss here, I think I

Suppose I could visit the shop again, but I really I mean we just bought the health. Let's let's check in just because

The coffee I think is like a projectile spitting or a UC or something. I don't know

Not the statue bros and they're sketching like ways

Are they jump up they jump down they thought the pillars of Benjen?

Oh

Watch pretty dang it

Well, we survived I

I don't know what's going on

Plane so bad

What the heck is this? Damn one? We don't want the m1 at all

We got the jolt. Er and the

Ruby nines monster

I think it's time to no. I don't want that. I want the heck blaster. I

Think I might be time to go to the next floor

So, I think that's what we're going to do I don't like being this low on health and whatnot but

Unfortunately that does seem to be the way that things are

Will probably might we may buy but we're on the porch. That's pretty good. I think Ruby Danes monster may be the best thing

You know the good that we didn't get the wall. I would have been bad

Apparently woo begins the monster does not have very good accurate. So there's I didn't see him there

I don't know why I didn't see him

He was there the whole time

That's good angus is that not long enough range

Maybe we'll go to a cage

Okay, the the spiderwebs are absolutely a problem

They are so annoying and we got parkour to do

In the poor just friggin terrible look over here, okay. Oh

Really really bad

Gosh dang it

Chelsea transfer news: Maurizio Sarri wants to sign a winger in the January window 2019 - Duration: 5:22.

Maurizio Sarri wants Chelsea to sign a new winger rather than the striker they are targeting in the January market.

The Blues have been chasing a move for Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain, currently on loan at AC Milan, and are also keen on Bournemouth's Callum Wilson.

Both Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud have struggled for goals this season, contributing 12 between them in all competitions, and with the latter potentially facing a spell on the sidelines with an ankle injury Sarri's greatest need appears to be among his striking corps.

However the Italian has regularly used Eden Hazard in central areas, despite the Belgian preferring his customary berth on the left flank, and indicated he would continue to do so and instead press for another wide player to be added to a squad struggling with injuries.

I have the option with Hazard in this [central] position," said Sarri. "We have Morata and Hazard who can play very well in this position as we have seen in the last two or three matches.

At the moment I don't need another striker. Maybe another winger. "Now we are in trouble with the injuries of Pedro, [Callum] Hudson-Odoi, [Ruben] Loftus-Cheek, so I have the option for striker but have no option for wingers."

Sarri's wide options could shrink further if Hudson-Odoi becomes the latest young English star to head to Germany, with Bayern Munich heavily linked with a £20million January move.

Hudson-Odoi has shone in the Chelsea youth teams for several years and won the Under-17 World Cup with England in 2017

However the winger has found first team opportunities hard to come by under Sarri, appearing on only six occasions and completing just 42 minutes in the Premier League.

The 18-year-old would not be the first promising English youngster to find the door to the first-team barred at Stamford Bridge but Sarri insists he has faith in his academy.

The assessment of Hudson-Odoi from the former Napoli coach was particularly glowing

I think that he's a very good player. The potential is to become a great player. "Now he has to improve

With the ball he is a very good player. He has to improve, I think, with movement without the ball

As a winger he has to improve in the defensive ways. "But he has the potential to become a very, very important player not only for English football but for European football.

It's not easy at this level to take young players from the academy and they're ready to play

Not only here but everywhere in Europe. "Sometimes there are one, two players in Barcelona from the academy, sometimes one, two in Real Madrid, zero in Juventus, zero in Paris Saint-Germain

It's not easy. "We are lucky. We have [Ethan] Ampadu, [Andreas] Christensen, Hudson-Odoi

We have three or four players from the Academy. It's really very good.. "In Europe there are few players of 18 with eight matches at this level

Hudson-Odoi this season played six, seven official matches. He is not lucky, he is good."

Having Fun in Crazy Japan Traffic Jam - Duration: 10:05.

I love Japan but there are some things I don't like very much...

like these ridiculous traffic jams!!!

We're barely moving at 15km per hour...

WTF?!?!?

There is nothing Thumbs Up at all about this...

if anything, 2 Thumbs down!

I just want to drive already!!!!!

Look at this!!!!

At least there lots of cool cars that I never normally see in America..

Cool!

Look how much money he spent on this truck!!

This is kinda fun!!

this Lamborghini's engine is crying "please rev me up!!"

30 minutes still to Takaido??!!???

Good thing I filled the tank up at least!!

Wow!! 60 km per hour! finally!!!

Hi Everyone! I'm Steve with Steve's POV...

I am in Japan right now...

I love many things about Japan...

but quite honestly there are a few things I don't like at all...

This ridiculous traffic is one of them!!!

Owning a supercar or hypercar in Japan is meaningless with traffic like this!!

I'm driving a Lamborghini Aventador SV right now...

and we aren't even doing 15km per hour

this sucks!!

I realize there isn't much I can do about it....

but I am driving a Lamborghini right now at 15km/hr.....

wow... 16km/hr now....

Nothing Thumbs Up about this at all....

if anything this is 2 Thumbs down!!

Japanese trucks are cool!!

Look at this hand spun aluminum or stainless detail...

Cool truck!!!

Look at the back of it... this guy spent a lot of money on this thing!!

There is a lot of detail!!

Stainless custom parts and tail lights too...

I think I get excited because these are things I don't normally see in America...

Forgive me for getting a little excited in a traffic jam...

but I haven't been to Japan in a while!!

and there is so much cool stuff to see!!

and I'm driving an Aventador SV!!

yeah, I'm excited right now!! LOL

Supercars were not made to sit in traffic like this...

these engine weren't made to idle at 1050 rpms all day...

the whole engine and transmission get very hot....

it's not a very good thing for these cars.

but I guess there really isn't much you can do about that here!

This is just the way traffic here in Japan is.

Even with this traffic though, I gotta say its fun to drive a Lamborghini SV in Japan!!

But honestly, I want to drive this thing already!!!

This traffic sucks!!!

When I think the right lane is moving better...

I make my move and of course it stops and the lane I vacated starts to move!

That phenomenon seems to happen everywhere...

Thats why it's probably best in a situation like this to just pick a lane and stick with it!

Good thing I filled the gas tank up!!

This engine is crying right now; "Please wind me up!!"

Wow... we've hit a record 18km/hr...

I know that's not really funny....

But even with traffic there is some way to spin this positively....

There are so many cars I never normally see in America...

like this one!! is this an Alphard?

It is cool!!!

I like the Toyota Alphard a lot... the grills are cool!

nice!!

I love the look of the Alphard!

What is this van??

El Grand? Voxy?? I think it's an El Grand.

I think I like the looks of the Alphard better...

The El Grand is nice too but the Alphard is cooler in my opinion.

There are so many Mercedes in Japan!!

a lot of Mercedes wagons...

is that an E class?

there are a lot of Mercedes here for sure...

The Tacoma in front of us may have been imported from the US.

Is there a Tacoma model in Japan??

I like his license plate #88...

30 minutes to Takaido still?????

This sucks!

Being frustrated does no good so I gotta keep things positive...

27 km/hr... a new record!!!

There are a lot of Subarus on the road too!

That car looks nice!!

I like the truck too but wanted to see more of that Subaru.

Cool looking car!

There are a lot of STIs on the road today...

Enjoying the surrounding cars trucks and people is how I am trying to stay positive in this terrible traffic situation..

even while driving at 12 km/hr... lol

This Lamborghini Aventador is a SV.

It has factory full carbon fiber racing seats....

They are awesome but honestly a bit uncomfortable too after a while...

I wish there was a way to recline the seat more...

I feel like I'm sitting too straight up...

I like to recline a bit when I drive...

but I realize this is the proper and safe driving position...

Many of you may know already...

but this car has 3 modes... Strada Sport and Corsa

I am in Sport mode now but honestly in traffic like this Strada is probably the best...

If we were actually moving I would switch into Corsa for sure...

but in traffic like this its absolutely meaningless...

This car has Star Dropper exhaust on it... a Japanese brand...

it is chambered so you can open and close the valve to adjust the noise level.

this remote control opens and closes the valve to quiet or louden the car...

did you hear it get quieter?

But this is a Lamborghini and sound is essential!!

Easy to open and close!!

The exhaust back pressure sound is awesome...

sounds like gun fire!!

It looks like we are finally moving!!! Nice!!!

40 km/hr...

wow!! yeah!!

I changed lanes but it will probably come back to bite me...

well at least we get a better look at this Subaru!

Compared to the old days, there are a lot more Japanese license plates now....

I remember Shinagawa, Chiba, Narashino....

now there are so many new license plates I havent seen before...

Hachioji might be one... or was that an older one too??? I forget...

Tama is an old one!

and this is another #88 too!!

Just like that Tacoma before!

8 is a popular number in Japan!

I had a Kumagaya plated car a long time ago... cool or not cool?

Takasaki....

I had a Narashino plated car a long time ago...

a lot of people said that wasn't a cool license plate to have....

and mine was an illuminated plate as well!!!

Cool or not? a lot of people said it wasn't cool back then but I liked it!!

Traffic stopped again...

this sucks...

we got a little flow going and a tunnel too!!

and more traffic again!!!

That little bit was awesome!!

I was dying to do that!!!

We don't have a lot of tunnels in Los Angeles so a tunnel blast like that was fun!!!

Awesome!!! I'm up to 60 km/hr !! LOL

How To Break FREE From Fear (The Psychology of Fear) - Duration: 13:06.

What's up guys gavin here and in this video we're gonna talk about the

evolutionary psychology of fear and why most of the things that are holding you

back and most of the things that are keeping you in this fearful state are

actually just ghost stories and they're not real but they feel real but after

this video you're gonna know how to use your higher-level thinking to break free

from that and stop those primal feelings from coming up stopping you from doing

what you need to do we're gonna get back in one second again in this video

alright guys if you like this content subscribe hit that Bell notification

leave me a comment it will really help the channel grow and help spread this

information to more people now let's dive in to this psychology of fear and

to do so let's go back in time and start to understand the evolutionary

evolutionary process so number one the first thing was as we were evolving and

we were much less evolved beings we didn't have as higher-level thinking as

higher-level faculties but the main thing we wanted to do was survive so we

adapted and evolved this brain called the reptilian brain our amygdala and our

amygdala kept us safe within the physical world so if you are walking

close to a cliff you wouldn't jump off it if the saber-toothed tiger was in the

bushes you would get a strong sense and you would get away right so we developed

these very strong survival instincts now that's our reptilian brain over time we

started to adapt and evolve other brains like our mammalian brain which was our

social brain it allows us to feel these different emotions and navigate in a

social tribal environment it's what tells us what status we're at it's what

tells us who likes us who doesn't like us how to play the game of life socially

then we evolved a newer brain which is called our neocortex which is who the

character neo represented in the movie The Matrix

he was the newest brain the one Neil and this is our ability to think about

thinking to think five years into the future to be critical to be rational all

of these higher level thought processes now since we have these three different

brains and we can't really you know it's not like we're looking at them and

seeing them we still get these strong survival feelings we still use our

mammalian brain and we use our neocortex but they don't really communicate very

well together so when you're feeling a strong sense of fear let's say you're

feeling like you're in danger your other brains shut down for that

moment and you feel this fear and you kind of have no rational thinking of

point they call this the fight-or-flight response so you get that response and

you kind of freeze up or you flee from the situation now when you start to

understand this you start to realize okay that's a normal thing and that's a

normal response that's how I am wired however what are all the situations in

life that are causing my amygdala to fire and put me into a fearful state

that aren't actually real well a good example would be now think about a bunch

of people on an island and one day someone gets eaten by a shark and you

know over you know and let's say 50 years past and for 50 years they've been

playing this shark attack on the news but nobody in 50 years has ever gotten

eaten by a shark again around that area or anywhere close and they've been in

the water thousands and thousands of times but every time they get into the

water they still feel this fear at a very high level because they're

constantly thinking about these that situation because it's always on the

news now think about the news in general why does the news play 13 out of 14

stories that are negative versus positive it's because we are adapted to

look at look for those situations to stay safe

so the news understands to get more eyeballs on their programming they need

to have more negative stories that make people feel like they're gonna be more

safe in the physical environment but it's actually just causing people to be

in more fear so when you start to understand this you start to realize

that your reticular activating system gets what it focuses on so this is why

if you buy a car and you drive it off the lot you start to see that same car

everywhere this is why whatever you're focused on currently you will see more

of anywhere you go does that mean that there's more of it everywhere and does

that mean that it was what wasn't there before

no was already there objectively but your subjective mind is only focused on

what it's been thinking about recently this is called a cognitive bias we think

more about the things that we think about recently and that dominates our

thoughts and that dominates our environment this is why if you were to

look at anything around this environment and I were to ask you think of

everything that's green focus on green focus on green focus on green and you

were to look around and you were see everything that's green and then

say remember everything that was black you wouldn't be able to remember it

because all you were doing was focusing on the green this is a psychological

thing that they've tested over and over again with human beings when they focus

on one thing it's hard for them to see anything else this has been tested

countless times to see because our conscious brain only has make a very

small amount of bits of information that it can process but our subconscious

brain is processing like thousands of times more information so our conscious

brain barely sees anything in compared to our subconscious your subconscious

right now is beating your heart it has its dealing with trillions of processes

of cells and neurons and all this happening automatically for you and then

your conscious mind emerges out of all that and can only see a very small

amount of everything so when you're in these situations where like these

fearful things are coming up you have to start to ask yourself is this a real

physical danger to me is this a real thing or am I actually just being

tricked to believe to be in fear am i being tricked from all these angles am i

in anxiety because I keep creating all these ghost stories in my head of what

might happen or am i rationally thinking about it this would be like somebody

getting into a glass elevator and the chances of anything bad happening to

them would be basically zero but they're really scared of the height that they're

at and they're scared that something could happen this is why people love

rollercoasters because it gives you that sense of excitement and fear that you're

in danger but you're in it's a very small amount of danger you're in much

more danger on driving a car or on a motorcycle but people do that all the

time without as much fear so you have to start to ask yourself rationally what

things I might want am I getting triggered by a my amygdala that are

causing me way more fear than it's actually really true and what are the

things that are actual things that I should fear and you start to see this

rationally and now you can take action in spite of fear there's a great book

called feel the fear and do it anyways or a great book called the flinch when a

boxer when I when I started boxing I would you know it was super hard to do

sparring because as soon as I would get punched in the face even though I'd

always been doing all this pad work bag were called

all this stuff I thought I was good as soon as I get punched in the face all

that other stuff would like disappear my technique ago everything would get worse

because I started getting that fight-or-flight response and I started

to freeze up this is the same in your life if you are not feeling the fear and

doing it anyways on a regular basis and training yourself to stop flinching and

stop being and and overcoming those challenges then you're gonna be the type

of person who keeps avoiding everything and stays in this fearful state even

though most of the things that are happening to are just again ghost

stories so start to ask yourself why am I scared of this thing should I actually

be scared of this thing what's the worst-case scenario that could happen

what is the chance of that happening is it one out of a thousand and I'm still

fearing it every single day what are the probabilities of this actually happening

and then if it did happen could I overcome it and infinite if you say wow

yeah I could overcome that now you stop being so scared they say public

speaking on the list of what people fear is higher than death because people are

dreadfully scared of getting in front of a big crowd of people and being judged

and being criticized so people are terrified to do it but what's really the

biggest problem of getting judged and criticized in front of a group of people

when you're speaking about something there's not really that many bad things

that can actually happen but the fear is still that strong because it comes from

tribal times if you were to get criticized or banished from the tribe

that would probably mean death because a human being back in the day would not be

able to survive without other human beings we learn to survive together not

on our own so a lot of people feel that same pain that same evolutionary feeling

of speaking in front of a crowd like if I screw up I could get banished from the

tribe that's the same fear response that they get but it's not real I remember

doing this speech in front of about a hundred people and I bombed it so bad it

was the worst speech that I ever had and I was like I remember my body like

freezing up and it was like one of the worst feelings I ever had but it was one

of the best experiences of my life because I realized nothing happened I

didn't die nothing happened I'm still here and I actually got stronger from

that and I realized that I can do it more and more and more and now the same

with these videos I can get judged I can get

criticized people might not like it some people made some people something some

people will but I'm gonna do it anyways because what's the worst that can happen

I actually care much more about the one person that I'm gonna affect positively

from this video then ninety nine who criticized it right because I just care

more about helping that one person if that is the way I would look at it I

know it's helping more people than that but you kind of understand the idea so

the biggest thing to take away from this is that when you face the fear and you

do it anyways you become stronger that flinch response starts to disappear if

you were to do this to someone and kind of do this in front of the eyes they'll

keep blinking blinking and eventually they stop blinking right so that's the

flinch response but you can see that in every area of your life you're probably

sometimes like sitting at a coffee shop in like oh I should say hi to this

person next to me and you just don't do

it you just flinch and you sit there and

you don't take action but what's the worst that can happen it's never gonna

be as bad as you think it is but you still don't do it and then you start to

become this person in all areas of life that's constantly timid and scared of

everything and then you stop getting anything one of the worst things

children get taught is like don't talk to strangers this is like something that

is constantly like drilled into society don't talk to strangers don't talk to

strangers how else do you think you're gonna build a business is if you don't

start talking to strangers and start talking to people and start to get out

of your comfort zone so if you're gonna take one thing from this video it's to

start to look at all these areas in your life where you are fearful and timid and

one step at a time one day at a time start breaking those things so let's say

tomorrow instead of if you were not gonna say hi to a stranger say hi to

somebody you're in line for coffee say hi it doesn't have to be much but start

taking actions in those directions start doing it it doesn't have to be anything

crazy but just start moving in that direction if you start doing this in

every area of your life you'll be astonished of what happens because

nothing is gonna happen if you just stay in your comfort zone all the magic

happens outside of the comfort zone the reason why most people will never

succeed at a high level is they stay inside of a comfort zone and that

comfort zone ends up being the thing that kills them or keeping them inside

of a prison inside of a prison in reality and a prison of their mind but

as soon as you start stepping outside your comfort zone

you start to realize wow things aren't as bad as I thought and I'm overcoming

Hi Friends wellcome to C4E Wrestling News CM Punk Censored on WWE Network CM Punk did

not leave a lot of friends in WWE when he walked out of the company Then he went on

Colt Cabana's podcast and dropped a few truth bombs that ended up getting him and

Colt in a terrible lawsuit Now CM Punk is being cued by Colt Cabana.

Needless to say all of that was because of WWE CM Punk has no interest in WWE and it

seems like the company will go all-out to not include Punk in highlight reels Edge & Christian

obviously noticed this so they threw a jab at this fact during The Edge & Christian Show

on the award winning WWE Network You can check out a screen here It seems like when CM Punk's

name came up it was just too much for WWE so it was censored This was a pretty great

insider joke on Edge & Christian's behalf Friends what are your thought about this Have

Bat vs Clock "What happens when you hit and antique clock with a baseball bat" - Duration: 6:07.

I thought no more appropriate on New Year's than to figure out and see what

it's like to hit an antique clock with a baseball bat I'm Randy Malloy and this

is Randsanity

2018 was a very interesting year as most of them are and as we get ready and

now are launching ourselves into the next year 2019 I couldn't think of

anything better than thinking about time since time is this perpetual enemy that

hunts us. From a Star Trek episode I remember the quote that our friend John

Luc Picard and said I believe the exact quote was, "someone once told me that time

was a predator that stalked us all of our lives but I rather believe that time

is a companion that joins us on our journey and reminds us to cherish every

moment because they will never come this way again what we leave behind is not as

important as how we lived" so I guess I've always had that philosophy because

I think that on my tombstone I don't ever want to have three little words

"would have" "could have" "should have" because regrets are one of those things

that really really we don't want to take with us to the grave.

New Year's Eve and

we all want to stop time it marches on like an enemy stealing things from you

so let's see what happens when we hit an antique clock with a baseball bat my

time runs short because it's moments till midnight and when that happens

we're gonna take care of this clock and we're gonna stop time forever so

remember safety first

remember don't try this at home.

woooh it's cold out here

(clock chiming)

I felt all that one.........woooooo........man cold-weather and baseball bats not the best thing ever

let's see we get to that one looks like I got a good dent on that sent a few

piece of sailing to the other place and I believe I stopped it right at the

stroke of midnight Happy New Year welcome to 2019 please don't forget like

and subscribe my friends I look forward to seeing you in the upcoming year it's

gonna be a good one

so as another year goes by will continue the Randsanity

thank you my friends for watching subscribing hope you enjoy the craziness

I'll share more vignettes of the crazy that goes on sharing things like

my car cam which I'm actually very sad that I did not have operating the other

day I had my SD card need to get reformatted or somesuch

nature and I totally missed his car that I was yelling at the guy don't merge, don't

merge and of course what does he do... he merged and just got creamed by this

truck and it was right in front of me, so I'm kind of sad I missed it, No one was hurt

but I always have some crazy things maybe they'll put a

compilation of just the car crashes that I've gotten to see in my car cam and it's

you know ridiculous what people do it's amazing how much silliness and

stupidness people like you know armed with a you're you're driving a multi

thousand pound weapon and people just don't pay attention and sometimes much

more so than the silly stuff that I do let me tell you that so it was like that

hope everyone had a great 2018 and everyone looks forward to an

unbelievable 2019 because whatever it is it's gonna be Randsanity...

Might Flamel's Phoenix Book be Connected to the 11 Wizarding Schools in Fantastic Beasts? - Duration: 7:25.

Hello Fantastic Beasts fans!

On the 11th day of Grindelmas my true love gave to me, eleven schools of wizardry.

And how they may affect the future plots of Fantastic Beasts.

I'm Susan Şipal with Fantastic Secrets Behind Fantastic Beasts to bring you the clues.

Join me and other Fantastic Beasts fans here on the BeastChaser Forum as we uncover the

secrets, discover what's coming first, and play along with Rowling's newest game.

And make sure you hit the subscribe button as well as the bell notification so you'll

be notified when videos post and won't miss out on the next clues!

I'm sorry to have disappeared before finishing the 12 days of Grindelmas.

The holidays caught up to me sooner than I'd anticipated.

So to make up for the delay, I've added a couple of new giveaways and extended the

deadline for entering until the 12th day posts.

I'll tell you more about it at the end of the video.

Many fans, including myself, were disappointed in Crimes of Grindelwald that we did not seem

to get any hint of Beauxbatons.

Although Ilvermorny did not figure prominently into FB1, we at least got to see the school's

backstory prior to the film's release, and we were aware that Tina and Queenie were alums,

even if their school song got cut short.

But nothing of Beauxbatons with FB2.

Why?

Perhaps we did get just a hint of the school with Nicolas Flamel, one of the school's

most famous alums.

Not only were Nicolas and Perenelle students at Beauxbaton, where they met, but they also

endowed the school later in life, earning a beautiful fountain on the grounds.

This is pure speculation on my part, but I would not be a bit surprised if, over their

extremely long lives, either Nicolas or Perenelle also taught or occasionally guest lectured

at the school.

Which brings me to my current speculation.

From Pottermore, we know that there are 11 schools of wizardry worldwide, though only

8 are named and pictured on the map.

In FB2, we had contact, if only briefly, with 3 of these schools – Dumbledore at Hogwarts,

Eulalie Hicks at Ilvermorny, and Flamel as a connection to Beauxbatons.

For FB3, we are headed to Brazil, home of Castelobruxo.

Many have theorized that the locations for the future films will focus on locations where

there is a wizarding school.

And that definitely seems to be playing out.

For a while, I was a bit dubious if the schools would play a part in the plot, though, as

they had not with FB1 or 2.

But now I'm wondering if perhaps I missed a trick.

I had forgotten how central schools, especially universities, are to the scientific community

and furthering research.

And I think we got a hint of how the scientific community might play a role in the rest of

the series.

As has been pointed out since the beginning, Newt is a magizoologist.

A scientist.

That role is crucial to not only his personality but to the series as well.

In an old video, I explored how all the locations in FB1 were central to the Manhattan Project

and the development of the Atomic Bomb.

As the scientist that he is, Newt starts out FB2 by saying, "I don't do sides," – a

nod perhaps to the belief some hold that science is neutral.

And yet, by the end of the film, Newt has chosen one.

Just as many scientists chose to, or were forced to do, over the course of World War

II.

The scientific community played a huge role in the war, on both sides.

Not only were they the key researchers for the arms race, but they were involved in many

of the eugenics and racial hygiene practices that became a core part of Nazisim.

Also, with the rise of technology spurring communication and travel, the world was connected

as never before.

International alliances in science were determined by politics and the nature of research individuals

were conducting.

I think we're already seeing an international alliance of scientists in Crimes of Grindelwald,

and I think this alliance will be critical in the remaining films.

Early on, I mentioned that I thought the witches and wizards in Flamel's phoenix book might

be an order of alchemists, and perhaps the original inspiration for the Order of the

Phoenix.

But now my thoughts have evolved just a bit.

I'm wondering if these magicals are the Wizarding World's scientists, with many,

if not all, associated with the 11 international wizarding schools.

Many may indeed be alchemists.

But perhaps they also include other branches of wizarding science, like astronomy.

And, if Newt is inducted, magizoology.

Perhaps Flamel's book is even an early wizarding version of the Internet.

We've been told that Lalley will play a big role in FB3, even though the film is heading

to Brazil and she is in the US.

Perhaps, her role will come through the interactions of this society.

And perhaps it will show how crucial the universities and scientists were to the war effort…on

both sides.

If so, I expect all the wizarding schools across the world will play an increasing role

in the remaining films.

And that we'll see their research professors, some of those pictured in Flamel's phone

book, forced to choose sides, perhaps even with some joining up with Grindelwald for

the unlimited research opportunities he affords them.

I'd be willing to bet one of his acolytes is a professor who we'll see performing

experiments on Muggles.

Can't you just see Carrow dispassionately conducting experiments on young Muggle twins?

I just hope it's not Queenie's and Jacob's!

So, what do you think?

Do you have other ideas about the nature of Flamel's Phoenix book?

And what role do you think Lalley Hicks will play?

Please share your thoughts in the comments.

And don't click off yet, because I'm going to update the giveaways and deadline for my

12 Days of Grindelmas celebration!

Also, please check out my new Fan Shop on Amazon for books and Funko Pops and wands

and all things Fantastic Beasts!

As we draw to a close on The 12 Days of Grindelmas celebration, I'm adding a couple of new

giveaways and extending the deadline for entry for this channel's subscribers.

Along with the 3 Newt Scamander wand pins, exclusively from Lumos, and the Matagot, Chupacabra,

and Grindelwald Funko Pops as previously announced, I'm also adding this Niffler pin, exclusive

from the IMAX prescreening, as well as this adorable Niffler keychain.

Entry is simple.

All you have to do is subscribe, click the bell notification, and comment on any or all

of the videos for the 12 Days of Grindelmas.

The more videos you comment on in this 12 Days of Grindelmas playlist, the more chances

you have of winning.

That's it.

Anyone around the world can enter, though be aware that it may take longer for the prizes

to reach you.

The deadline for entry is now January 7, 2019.
